I had a new phone & had erroneously jammed an app which effected usage. I called into Chester le Street tesco & the young lady on the phone desk spent an hour & half rectifying my error at no cost. I am not good with mobiles but she was patient & polite even though my contract is with another phone company. First class service from a lovely lady.

If you are using whats app to make phone calls DO NOT join Tesco Mobile as you cannot use Tesco Mobile data when making/receiving calls. Tesco Mobile acknowledges this issue, but unable to say it will be resolved (if it will be rectified at all) and it has been ongoing for approximately 4 weeks.They kept telling me that "whats app" is a third party app, and there is nothing else they can do to help. Interestingly when I use vodafone or EE sim cards, I have no issue with making call via whats app. I am honestly shocked with how poor the customer service is at this company! I have been with Tesco Mobile nearly 10 years now, and everytime there has been an issue their customer service has been really poor. However how they handled the whats app issue has been appalling. Due to whats app issue I have attempted to leave Tesco Mobile but they have told me I would have to pay £240 for leaving before my current contract runs out. My curent contract runs out in December 2020 (I have four contracts), I will be moving to a more reputable service provider.

this company got sent my iphone XR to replace the screen but it seems like they have replaced my camera with cheaper parts that have resemblance to an android . i am very annoyed about this considering i did not want cheaper parts put into my phone. my camera and speaker now all of a sudden have a blue light and my speaker is no longer fully black.

All the great reviews I had read about GetTech where spot on, I ordered my pre-owned Samsung galaxy s9+ at a very reasonable price, I was advised that there may be some signs of wear and tear as it was pre-owned, when I received my phone (by very fast post) I was amazed by the condition of the phone, it was like I just bought a new phone ( not a single buff or scratch to be seen), I would highly recommend GetTech for an absolute bargain of a phone and the best of all is it comes with a 2 year warranty for piece of mind. Ordered Beats WIRELESS headphones and they sent me wired headphones. I contacted customer service, called and left messages for months and couldn't get them to respond. I finally received an email saying that the return period has expired, even though they didn't ship what I ordered. I sent the copies of the emails dated 1 day after receiving and did not hear back from them again. I was really disappointed because I was pleased with my prior purchase. Do not shop here!

THE ONE PLUS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! - DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR. I paid for my order a month ago, I did not receive my order and the tracking shows the order was not delivered. One plus refuses to help me in any way. One plus refuses to give me my money back for an order which the tracking shows I did not receive. For an entire month, every single agent I speak with tells me a different set of lies. One plus is telling me that it is not their responsibility to refund me for an order I paid them for which I did not receive. One plus is telling me I have to ask my local police department for my money back, but when I go to my local police department they say they have never heard anything so ridiculous. The consumer rights agency and the citizen's advice bureau all state that One plus is obligated to refund me as they are in breach of contract for failing to provide a service I paid them for but when I state this to them they say they do not care? I have even provided them with a police report on the issue and they refuse to acknowledge it saying they don't care what the report says. How this company is allowed to trade is a mystery to me as they refuse to follow consumer laws and seem to think they are above the law and don't have to obey it. I suffer from mental health issues and every time I get upset on the telephone the agents will laugh at me then put the phone down. After I broke down in tears on a call I was told by (Jeff the account supervisor) that he was going to refund me and that I would never have to call one plus ever again. I never received my refund and when I call and ask to speak with this specific agent (Jeff the account supervisor) I am told a different lie every time... I have been told Jeff is on holiday, I have been told Jeff is sick, I have been told Jeff is dead, I have been told Jeff doesn't work for one plus anymore... Every agent tells me a different lie. Oneplus has destroyed a whole month of my life and I fear they are going destroy my Christmas also. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BECAUSE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL REFUSE TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY BUT THEY WILL OBLIGE IN WASTING AS MUCH OF YOUR TIME AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN FOR MONTHS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEM OR YOUR MONEY BACK

Große Enttäuschung nach langjähriger Mitgliedschaft! Ich war eigentlich immer recht zufrieden mit Congstar. Ich wollte ungebunden (PrePaid) sein mit monatlichem Kündigungsrecht und das so viel gelobte D-Netz nutzen. Bisher war der Anbieter auch recht günstig, bis ich auf ein Angebot zum 10-jährigen Jubiläum reingefallen bin, das man u. a. langjährigen Kunden angeboten hat. Dort versprach man mir satte 10GB Datenvolumen bei allerdings gedrosseltem Netz mit max. 3G. Ein Haken: 24 Monate Vertragslaufzeit. Gute dachte ich mir, habe ja bisher immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht und habe mich drauf eingelassen. 1 Jahr lang lief alles gut, bis ich dann feststellte, dass ich auf einmal viel mehr zu meinem bestehenden Vertrag zahlen musste ... das stand nach Rücksprache mit dem Congstar-Chat wohl in meinen Vertragsbedingungen. Ich habe daraufhin recht verärgert gekündigt, auch aus dem Hintergrund, weil ich in kein neuen besseren Tarif bei Congstar wechseln konnte!!! Bei bisherigen Anbietern die ich kannte war das kein Problem. Seit Monaten habe ich nun nur "E"-Empfang mit dem kein vernünftiges Surfen mehr möglich ist, zahle mehr Geld und kann so mein Limit schon mal gar nicht benutzen! Leider bin ich noch fast ein Jahr an diesen Vertrag gebunden, was das Schrecklichste ist! Congstar ist für mich die reinste Enttäuschung. Auf Bestandkunden pfeift man offensichtlich und ist nur auf die schnelle Mark aus. Ich rate jedem nur keinen längerfristigen Vertrag mit diesem Anbieter einzugehen!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY POOR SERVICE Ordered a device on next day delivery as had a broken handset, took 6 days to arrive, they send the wrong phone that was scratched and in shocking condition and not the device that was ordered. Refused to send the correct device on a swap on delivery so wanted me to be without a phone again for another 6 days, refused to pick up the wrong phone wanted me to return at a cost to me. This company is a SCAMMER! First I tried unlocking an iPhone 6S+ given to my daughter by my cousin, this phone being out of contract already and fully paid. Lo and behold, after paying $29 for unlock I was asked for another $40 to expedite the unlock. Now after pating the said amount they said that my iPhone is either lost/stolen - STUPID JERKS!!! Since I was given a coupon for another unlock I tried unlocking my sister's iPhone 7 (verified thru clencheck.me as clean) and which I totally know is without contract already. Surprise, surprise - I received the generic response that this iPhone is also either lost/stolen!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are just SCAMMERS!!!

Hi, Used directunlocks for an iphone 8 unlock several weeks ago, firstly paid 20euro and then they asked for 35euro more, it came back that it couldn't be unlocked after paying, and they said they would give me a £37.99 credit, so on monday 24th feb, i went to unlock an iphone 5c, went through the credit card process as they said the credit would be applied using my email address as verification, but they took €18.99 from my credit card, and then i got an email asking for another €35 euro, have sent lots of emails asking about the credit and no replies, there's no phone number to call. Have now reported to CC company for charge back. Based on my experience i can only assume these are scammers

Both in reviews and on their website, they indicated that I could use Verizon as a carrier if Sprint doesn't work in my area. But Sprint doesn't work in my area, and I only found this out by purchasing a phone and a plan and trying it out. Their staff admitted that they couldn't switch me to Verizon and would not give me a refund on the service unless I returned the phone too. I'd already purchased accessories for the phone, and hate returning things anyway, and so lost out on the refund.

I switched from T mobile on a promotion of a certificate of $300 to purchase anything in their store...long story short, I purchased 2 hand held tablets (1/2 the size of normal tablet). Priced at $99 they then added them under a 2 year contract and charged me for 2 additional lines...Biggest scam, switch and bate..They reduced the 300 by the cost yet I'm stuck paying 20 bucks a month for 2 years that's 480 for 2 things bought using their 300 for switching...They are liars...don't do it run far and fast

When I bought FonePaw software, I found that I couldn't fix my phone at all, so I sent an email to 2checkout asking for a refund. 2checkout asked Miss Emily of Fonepaw to ask, Miss Emily immediately responded to 2checkout and would reject the customer's refund because Their internal emails were accidentally sent to me. Showing their 30-day money back guarantee is not true. Or if you really want to buy, as Kevin said, be sure to pay with PayPal in order to have a guaranteed refund. Otherwise, you have to spend a lot of time and cost. My experience is that I keep sending emails to debate with their Marketing Supportor Miss Emily. The big point is to debate, it will cost you a lot of time, I spent three weeks. Until she couldn't argue, I got a 70% refund, but my phone was not fixed because of Fonepaw's software. I fixed it with free iTunes. Only fixed my bad English. So I think I was very stupid to buy FonePaw software and also charged 30% of the money. In addition, the authenticity of FonePaw. I gotta say, I don't get these other reviews about "poor communication" or faulty parts. I've only ever had great supplies from them, and on the very rare occasion something wasn't 100% right, I got a prompt replacement. Their SWAP program is going to make me a killing, and I can always reach someone via chat. Do you own due diligence and try working with them. Had a LCD separate from the glass and at first Mobile Sentrix says they will not warranty it because the LCD separated from the glass. Now they are claiming they will not warranty it because it is shattered. The only reason the LCD separated from the glass is from being defective.

Using this shopping site was with no exaggeration one of the biggest mistakes I have and will have made and I would not reccommend this site to anyone else. First the service is ridiculous, there is no phone number so the only way to reach them was via email which also was terribly slow. They had sent me the wrong item from what I ordered and wanted a refund. I had to chase them for months to even get a reply and even though it was not my fault or mistake they were rude and would not even listen to my issue and the mistake THEY had made. It was a situation wher I had to spen more money to send back the wrong item to get a refund. And from the way they had acted I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back because all it seemed to me was they are scammers. I am definitly not the type to waste my time and energy with people who aren’t worthy of but I would not want anyone else going through the same issue as I did.

Brought a $1300 phone. Day 1 upon receiving it I turn it on install updates and it has a fualt. I tried to make a claim for it to be fixed, replaced or refunded. They tell me its due to an app I have installed and to do a reset. I do the reset and don't install any apps and still the same thing. After 3 weeks of back and fourth emails they have just flat out stopped replying. Will have to get lawyers involved

This place is just one of the best companys i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I purchased a replacement glass kit for a galaxy s8. I messed up the process and they still issued me a full refund. Had to order a new lcd from another company that didnt even send the glue strips to attach the back cover aftef the repair. I have purchased fyi replacement kit for Samsung s8 from this company. It's waste of money, I have spend £34 for their product including shipping fees, then when parcel arrived I was supposed that I have to pay another £13 to collect the parcel (nothing mentioned by supplier). I thought I am going to riski it and paid the amount. Product delivered was very poor quality (worse than any Chinese products worthi couple £. I have tried to use the product same way as on their tutorial wideo but just after couple attempts the screen was punctured. So now I don't have working phone and I have spend all this money for nothing. Avoid if possible.

Dropped my phone and my mic stopped working some of the time. Easy to book online, email responses super quick too to clarify a couple of bits. Then got a text night before to give collection time. Collected when they said. Repaired within the day and dropped back in the evening. They even fixed my camera (which I didn't know as an issue) at no extra cost. Brilliant service at a really fair price. Would use again without hesitation.

I bought two cases of cold cathode fans. When they arrived, 14 out of the 100 did not work at all and another 6 had broken lights. I spoke with management, or at least some woman who claimed she was, and was told that the fans would be replaced. Six months have passed with no replacements and countless broken promises. This company is a fraud and I would warn everyone order with caution.
