I ordered a replacement screen for the iPhone 5SE, choosing the most expensive OEM option offered, complete with the appropriate tools. Within the 3 month warranty period, the replacement screen became faulty appearing foggy or cloudy, and losing contrast intermittently. When I attempted to claim the warranty within the warranty period, after a month of communications back and forth, ETrade Supply offered 70% of the product cost without any explanation why the full 100% cost wasn't offered. As such, I have paid $60USD to be sent a faulty screen. Others have obviously received working screens, and the product cost was reasonable and shipping was very fast, but buyer beware - if you need to claim warranty, be very strong with your demands.

I have ordered from Etrade Supply for over 3 years. They have great consistent quality, compared to other China or HK sites. Order and shipping time usually 2-4 days. Now that they ship some parts from the USA (Dallas I think), I can get some parts in 1-2 days. Their packaging is phenomenal--if you get larger orders it comes in these tough "Tupperware" tubs. Cool! My service rep Tom is great. Thanks Etrade!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this scam company. They quote a price for unlocking your phone, then the next day tell you the phone is in contract so you must pay a premium upgrade fee to continue the unlock.I paid it, then waited 2 weeks but never got my unlock. When I checked on the status they send canned emails directing you to a fake order tracker that shows the same % complete no matter when you check. I then found out from my carrier that my phone was never in contract, so the premium upgrade fee was not needed. Asked them for a refund and they refused. In fact they threatened me with "digital fraud charges" if I report them to my bank, after they took my money, lied about my phone's contract status to get more fees, then never provided the service I paid for. I am now out over $200 and never got the service I paid for.

I got my iPhone unlock in 24 hours. When I followed instructions it didn't unlock. I had to restore the phone to get the unlock. I don't have a "foreeign" SIM card so I can't really know if it's unlocked. iTunes says it's unlocked. When I sell the phone I'll know if it's unlocked when the buyer puts his SIM card in.

I have a Samsung galaxy core that I purchased from MPCS (I traveled abroad and I am no longer client of MPCS) I paid them to unlock it but after weeks of stupid emails, it didn't work. According to them I have to be in the USA and with a MPCS sim card in order to unlock my device, but I am abroad. The have ignored my requests for a refund and keep sending to me the same stupid troubleshooting that they have sent to me before. They claim on their website that they can unlock this particular device, anywhere, but they don't. If you are a MPCS customer, don't pay them any money, just wait 3 months and MPCS customer support will do it for you.

Virgin Mobile sold to Boost. I should have over $150 and service until December 2020. Instead 2 days ago, Boost brought it all down to 0 money and 0 time. Called them. Paul, a supervisor, promised to rectify matter in 24 hours. That was yesterday. Speaking today to Stacy. Took her 30 minutes on hold to finally explain to me that Boost has unilaterally changed the contract that they bought from Virgin and decided that I have to give them more money in order to get service even though my contract should extend to December and there is $150 in my account.. Shame on you Sir Charles Branson for selling us out. You got the money and we were duped!

I was with virgin mobile and was moved to boost without any choice. Suddenly I am paying way more often than I was before for both phones. Turns out they were charging me for a LOT of texts that I didn't send. They did not offer me any solution for this issue. Granted, it may have been someone using my number, but it is a really strange coincidence that both of my phone numbers were suddenly stolen. They didn't even offer to change my number, they just offered to sell me a MUCH more expensive plan. I dumped them.

My order was placed on 2nd January, but didn't arrive till yesterday afternoon (15th) despite supposedly being sent by Royal Mail 1st class on the 3rd. I emailed the company several times about this, but received no promise to resend the goods. Nor did I receive a refund. However, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to receive quite out of the blue a new screen for my Nokia Lumia 530 together with the necessary tools for replacing it myself. The postmark was the 14th, so it definitely wasn't the original order gone astray - it was either a replacement or the only order because the original was never sent. Be that as it may, I'm happy to draw a line under the delivery problems, as, when I actually received the package, I have to say it worked a treat. It took me only an hour to dis-assemble the phone using the instructions provided on the website and to reassemble it again with the new screen. The photographs could not have been clearer and were extremely helpful. My only slight criticism is that the instructions include removing the old screen using hot air (e.g. from a hair dryer) to loosen the glue without saying what sort of glue to use to fix the new screen in place. However, what they don't say is that this is only for separating the screen from the digitizer. In fact, the screen and digitizer come as a single unit, so there is no need to separate the old ones, so no hot air or glue is necessary! I think, either this step should be left out of the instructions entirely or it should be made clear it is not required if the screen and digitizer come as a single unit. But this is a minor niggle, I now have a working phone as good as new for a knock-down price, so thank you very much, job done!

The first phone i got there was good then it cracked so i got a new phone a couple months later apparently it stopped working because overcharged but i was over charge my past phone and it was fine. Then i got a new and the first day it died in 5 seconds. The only way to use it is to have it charged all the time. Used phones is not the way to go. I FEEL REALLY DISRESPECTED IN THE SERVICE THEY DON'T CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE PHONE WORKS. go ahead and get it if you want but i highly recommend you don't

Do not buy a phone from Cellular Country if you need it to last more than 30 days. They will only replace it if it arrives defective or if it breaks within the first 30 days. Mine lasted 49. Tough luck they said (giggle) and they accused me of breaking it even though there is no water damage, no physical damage and no drops. I paid $149 for 49 days. Guess I was the sucker. My suggestion is do not let yourself be the sucker. They said mine was in "excellent condition". I guess to them excellent condition means it lasts 49 days.

before you buy gadget cover... apparently i bought insurance for a gift i received on Xmas under conditions that do not make much sense to me perhaps you guys can figure it out after 3 years of insurance... the screen cracked and then cracked some more.. Phoned Gadget Cover.. who wanted proof of purchase Now I was under the impression that this had been sorted at the start - you give them the serial number which as far as i know is unique to that item.. and so well why would i pay insurance for thing i don't own.. but OK Clearly I don't have receipt so I ask the Donor who does not have it either So Donor emails the seller - a large company whose name you would recognise with relevant details … company emails back with receipt… which email is forwarded to me and I forward this email with all communications as mentioned above and above mentioned receipt to Gadget Cover who come back with request for… the Donor's BiRTH CerTIFICATE !!!??? Because our Names don't match. And seriously… I nearly start to comply when the brain finally kicked in. .. hang on.. did you say BirTH CERtifiCATE ?? to prove relationship??? I don't understand what does this have to do with anything What if the Donor had been a former boss / employee / neighbour / bloke down the pub.. who has sadly passed from covid.. gone off grid… has moved to the other side of the world?? Is this what I should expect for my friends and family to whom I give gifts they insure? I dont understand.. evidence of relationship… is this insurance only for relations??? Well Yes … Well sorry can you repeat!! but it seems like the call centre got it wrong we dont have to be related only to have a gift receipt .. what is a gift receipt..? why is this not a gift receipt? so the gift must be given in some special kind of format? not just bought.. then paid for then wrapped and given.. is this not normal??? I sent the receipt off in March.. this is now May and i just had a call from gadget cover assuring me that they will make an exception for little old me if I cough up £50 of liability less £25 for the stress of explaining to Gadget Cover that they are a bunch of dolts… remember I have paid for three years of cover which according to them I never possessed in the first place so…well I have already given up .. I needed tablet six weeks ago for my neighbour who is trying to remain in covid lock down but does not have BBC /ITV catch up and thought she could borrow my tablet with spare phone + sim to brighten her experience.. but the crack on mine is well spread across the screen and the glass is only in place thanks to the protective film.. so I bought something which may not be as nice / posh but hopefully does the job.. and has a sim slot which has still not arrived but fingers crossed again… I have paid 3 years for an item i dont own. I have sent proof of ownership several times. A single email with comms from donor to seller to donor to me with receipt and because the receipt is not in my name a birth certificate is required as proof of relationship between donor and self… I sent receipt in March and it is now May and they still going round and round A little amused / frustrated to see this reply ffs

I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.

Sent them my Iphone 6 they received it and stated they would be making payment to my PayPal account within 3 days. Over 3 weeks later and still no payment. I have contacted them they said we are having problems with PayPal can we mail it. Sure and I asked for a scanned copy of the check or tracking number, have received neither. Stay away from this company, they will steal your phone.

A day after I ordered the Galaxy 111 phone I tried to cancel the order because I located my lost Galaxy phone. My attempts were made via E-mail and calling various numbers, to no avail. The recondition phone I received 4 days later was defective with a loose charging port that would not properly charge the unit. Because of this horrible experience I would never consider buying anything else from Gadget Chest. I have a worthless phone that I cannot use and am out of $185.00.

We purchased a iphone 5 for our daughter for Christmas and we are already having problems with it. It's not charging properly and also when you shake it, the components inside shake as if something is loose ( kind of like when you shake a box to try to tell whats inside and the contents shift). This has been protected since Christmas with an Otterbox case, which we paid a lot of money for. I felt the warranty wasn't long enough (14 days). That doesn't give much time for anything! Unfortunately, I would not purchase anything else from this site again. I would also recommend that if you do purchase through Gadget Chest, consider getting an additional warranty like square trade.

Be sure to read the website before you send your items in... I sent in something that was in fairly good shape got a revised amount that was decent... accepted their offer, but before I accepted their offer... I received an email stating that the turnaround for my inspection would be 10-15 days... Ummmm no. Your website says two days and that is when $70 was slashed off of my initial offer after I sent the email inquiring about my merchandise. Now I am waiting for payment... I chose the PayPal option because it was quicker. All you need is a persons email address or their PayPal ID in order for you to pay them using PayPal... Less than 10 seconds depending on how fast you type. So I do not know why it would take 2 days for the PayPal payment to go through when it is an instant transaction. I have emailed about payment and gotten no response. The chat link is always offline and no one ever answers the phone number. I got a pretty fast response on the first email... but nothing on the second one so far. If you need cash fast... you may want to explore other options.

I've traded phone in with other online company and usually i get paid within a week! What takes them so long? What made no one to respond my email & phone calls? This was an upgrade from the standard desktop antenna that comes with the WeBoost because I had to practically be touching the standard antenna. This "upgraded" panel antenna is less consistent with it's signal and you can only move a few more feet away before you loose it as well. I'm hoping to get my money back.

I didn't want to spend $40 - $80 on a case for my Motorola Z Play.... because I'm cheap....but I needed a case. Found one thru Caseswill for $3.98...no shipping for STD. order. They said it would arrive by Jan. 17...and it arrived on Jan 17. (2 weeks) The case fit the phone, the buttons are aligned correctly, the camera and accessory ports are unobstructed and the charging port is open. Nothing fancy....cheap....and will protect the phone better than not having one. Works for me....

i brought my water damaged iphone 6s to see what all was damaged and how much it was cost. i was told that my screen needed to be replaced my battery and a proximity sensor, front camera and front mic flex. that was all was told my phone needed to be repaired. once my phone was repair i noticed i wasnt able to make out going calls or send messages. my service bars goes from 4 to 1 bars frequently. i went to my carrier att to get a new sims card. i got a new sims card and my service was still in and out. i was told my antenna might be damaged from a att worker. i went back to ubreakifix to let them know my phone was not fully repaired and i might need a new antenna. then i was told my phone had a lot of water damage to it. they put my phone under a food dehydrated hoping that would help. 30 mins later it did not help. i spent almost 200 for a phone that does not work. all i was offer was a free data transfer when i get a new phone and 10% of an accessory. if i was told the true extent of water damaged my phone had and everything that needed to be repaired when i first bought my phone in i would have bought a new phone instead. After I made this review I was contacted by their customer support. Jennifer Juliana contacted me and asked me what happened I told her the exact same thing I said in my review. She then told me she would let the store manager know and that was all. I emailed her later, asking her if there was anything that could be done to resolve the issue. I did not get a straight answer. I was not offered anything to make the issue right I am still without a working phone. I will be contacting their corporate office.

I purchased a XIAOMI REDMI PRO from OPPOMART in November 2016. Their order confirmation was immediate; their shipping promise (6-8 days) from China to New Zealand was kept. They let me know the day the phone was shipped and advised the shipping tracking number. The phone arrived in "tip top" condition and on time. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and I would definitely use OPPOMART again.

I have been buying phones from Oppomart for 3 years now, and I bought 4 of them. Nothing to complain about the products, but when a the Battery presentening a malfunctioning, my problem started. They told me to buy the new battery and pay for the replacement, that it would be refunded. I sent all the invoices and proof, they kept saying that the refund would be done, but never really happened. Don´t believe that they offer warranty because it is NOT true. I will never buy again because problems happen! But you have to honor your warranty promisse, and I unfortunatelly found out that they are not trust worthy.

I ordered a replacement screen for a rare phone via PayPal direct checkout. I didn't hear anything from them after that. After a month I contacted cellspare via PayPal conflict resolution and they gave me a USPS tracking number even though I live in Europe and they claim to deliver via DHL. The tracking number didn't have any activity for two weeks. Finally I filed a complaint with PayPal and they eventually (after another month) resolved the issue in my favor and refunded the money. There was no further communication with cellspare after I received the tracking number, which means nothing happened for about 1.5 months!

Unlock River did exactly what they said they were gonna do, in a timely fashion. It only took 5 days for them to unlock my IPhone. It's also great they have 24-hour support, so you can email them at any time of day and they'll respond quickly. Great Service. Highly recommendable.

I ordered a phone on pre order and paid on 4th November with promised shipment starting 20 November. Today is 17 December, last answer from customer service from 10 December was promising shipment in one week. Since then no reaction although I asked for true shipment date. Basically customer service and communication of this company is showing absolute ignorance and non competence.

Comes early April no sign of order being despatched, contact their store replied with "sorry we will send in 2-3 business days! LIE! Now we are on17th of April. No sign of phone being despatched. I have used Lyca for the past 19 months & have not been totally satisfied but today is my last day as I have had enough of their lack of customer care & support. My bundle had run out so I phoned to ask to put a new bundle on my phone and I was given a code to do manually so I went ahead & put my bundle code in only to find out the following day that my bundle had not been activated & that I had used £20 in less than 24hrs & when I phoned customer care I was not only shouted at but also not able to get a reasonable response or reason for why this had happened but told to check the terms & conditions, this has got to be the worst customer services I have ever had the misfortune to deal with not only in 5je past has it taken up to 47mins to get through but then to be cut off & wait over 30mins again I have yet to be satisfied with any customer services & this time I have had enough I would rather the horrendous job of changing my number & network provider than have the experience & expense of dealing with another inadequate customer advisor. Good bye lyca.

After reading the bad reviews about this website, I thought i'd still give it a go and order a phone, but this was a big mistake!!!!! First of all, being in the UK, I was charged for ''Nacex International EXPRESS'' delivery - the only option the website offered, claiming a 48h delivery but it is not true: the delivery method used was the BASIC Nacex instead of Express, so my parcel arrived later than expected. At reception of the parcel, I could see that the box was damaged. I was also surprised to find that there was some kind of dirt INSIDE the box when opening it for the first time, which made me think that the box had clearly been opened before!!! (see pictures). Finally, I was shocked to receive a bill from Fedex a couple of days later asking to pay for Tax fees of more than 100 pounds...!!!!! This was NOT mentioned anywhere on my bill nor on the website when ordering the phone so this is absolutely shocking. Powerplanetonline.com are LIARS - they charged me for a wrong service and hid their fees. Plus I'm not even sure if the phone I received is a brand new one. I am strongly disappointed with the service and would definitely not recommend Powerplanetonline.com to anyone.

I bought a wireless headphones recently. I used for a few days to test and is not what I am looking for. I requested to return and be refund (I am doing all that under the 14 days requested for returning). I email them requesting the return. I received a reply says that can not be return because of Hygiene. I never seen that!! That doesn´t make sense!! How I am going to test a product if I can not use first? If I don´t like I still have to keep because you don´t want to provide me a refund that I have the rights for that? If is the case I will write on every single forum about your approach and probably people will stop to buy been afraid of not able to return the item. Can someone contact me please? That is not correct!!!

Hello. I've got no idea how this works and I'm new to reviews. Anyways, I came across a local company here in St. Louis, Buy Back Pros. Due to my situation it's tough for me to get around and be mobile. A friend told me they had sold their old shoebox of gadgets and smartphones to Buy Back Pros and got paid the same day. I thought how in the world can this be. Anyways, after some research I found that the company is based locally in St. Louis, MO. I made an order on their website and printed my shipping kit. It printed out with a prepaid USPS shipping label from the post office. I put a couple old iPods and an iPhone in a small box for my mailman to pickup. The next day I received an email to tell me that they had received my order. By 4PM I received an additional email to notify me that they had sent my PayPal payment. They got a fan in me. They're customer service was great when I called with a couple questions before I sent my order. Thank you again. I will be back !

It was a bit hard to imagine sending in my iPad and actually getting the quoted price. On top of it, there was a coupon adding on extra money!! C'mon now! I took the leap and could not be happier I was proved wrong! BuyBackPros were very responsive to my questions and concerns. I dropped my iPad off on Friday night and was paid by Tuesday! Smashed my brand new Pocophone F1 and raphone were the only place i could find who could repair a brand new devive such as the Pocophone F1, as no-where else had the supplies to do sow tih it being released only a month or 2 ago. Nevertheless, send my phone away on monday morning, and by Friday i have the phone back and it looks brand new. Perfect accuracy and very well done to whoever did the repair, I couldn't be happier! Great customer service aswell when i phoned them up, and very fast and helpful replies to my (many) emails keeping me up to date on the progress of the repair!

I'm currently in a dispute, as month after purchasing a phone, I have no phone and no refund. I'm really concerned. I've been ripped off. I'm being told someone will be in touch, but they haven't. So, I have no phone. I want a full refund. I wouldn't use this company again. AVOID UPDATE Never had a reply. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so got my money back through them. Seriously, if you value your money, avoid this con company. I've also reported to trading standards. Im reply to your message below. But too late now. PayPal opened a dispute with you. My Roborock S5 Max broke down after two months of use (main wheel error 107). The communication with the seller was too slow and no solution offered at first. After two months waiting for the solution, they offered to send it to warranty repair and informed me that it would last up to 15 days. Now it has been over a month in warranty repair and no information about my Roborock. No option for refund or replacement of the device. All in all, I have been without working Roborock for over four months now. Was it a time or my first review, but I got my Roborock repaired and returned. Minus two stars due to lack of information, I lost lots of time because slow communication and no solution at first. Warranty repair took almost two months (I was informed it will take up to 15 days). All in all, after four months I got my Roborock repaired and working again!

After i write rewiew for this Scam seller who send me defective tv box they answer for first time and say they will help me to solve problem,after ask to describe what is wrong with tv box,after ask for proofs i send foto ,video when clear can see how mi tv box freezen and after stuck on the start and android never can load again but they want more and more proof,when i do everything they askin me and torture me for more than two week they offer me a deal to order one more time the same mi tv box who im paid one time and they sent defectime item,and when i order one more time i will pay half price only.Sorry but i already pay item and every product have warranty.
