These guys had my phone in for repair 4 weeks ago and have today admitted that they have lost it. I have called no less than 7 times over the past weeks trying to get answers to no avail. The worst customer service I have come across in quite some time and it remains to be seen if I ever see my phone again.

sent them my daughters water damaged 5s, they came back with 3 extra items that were broken, which i half expected, but the price to repair them was very fair,i thought. before going ahead with the repair i phoned them and asked about warranty for the repair and long term success rate of the repair and received an honest answer. went ahead with the repair and got the phone back the next day. all working well. they kept me in the loop with emails and sorted out a world pay issue too. highly recommend phone came back just in time as my other daughter dropped her phone its going to free fusion

For 90 euro and 1 hour they install in my iPhone 6s chenese peace of crap, not even retina display, which make my phone hot, ans working wrong : sometimes the buttons on the screen do not work at all, then films, music and cursor switch by his own mind, music turns on and off independently, and so on. And all this crap was not exist in those 3 days when I used the phone with a original broken screen, so, i blame his work and low-quality details. I don’t know, maybe they even have extracted some other details and chandget them in Chinese, but you can sure, I’ll write reviews about you in all possible places. You are scammers. I can see the grid on the screen at a certain angle, like on the screens of old calculators! I know where such screens come from: aliexpress for $ 5. But no one warned me that for such money I would get such crap, no one gave me a choice, I would never agree. I demand refund and apologies! I do not recommend this awful cervice to anyone.

Would not use them again.Been to Slough farnham road branch with my iPad mini 2 the guy promised to fix it same day but when i came back to pick it back found that he broke the internal lcd as well and whole iPad is very badly messed and they didn't even feel sorry end up with broken iPad please avoid them at any cost .

Beware Gadget Gone!! They offered me over $100 for three old iPhones based on models and descriptions. I work in IT and these phone were family members devices. They lived in cases and were old but in excellent condition. When arrived with Gadget Gone, they said they were damaged and offered $0, $0 and $9 for them. They are a bait and switch operation!! AVOID!

I bought my Iphone 5 in December 2013. I just found out that the battery was eligible for a replacement without any fee from apple website. Once I found out, I quickly went to Frederiksberg Mentech Aps as one of Apple Authorized Service Provider. I went there, they quickly assessed and let me know what's the result the next day. They also let me know what's missing and provided me with a number to call(Apple Support) and what to ask. I informed them through SMS what I got from the call. In less than an hour, they sent me SMS that my Iphone battery was replaced and ready to be picked up on the same day. I was very grateful for what they had done as I didn't expect it. Their service is fast, excellent and beyond my expectation! It's like an early Christmas present for me. Thanks Mentech!!

The website was easy to navigate and less than 24 hours after ordering, my new phone was delivered. After sales service appears to be easy to access should the need arise. All very satisfactory although I hadn't realised that the phone I received had originally been meant for sale in another European country which meant that all the guidance was in Italian! Modifications had also been made to ensure compatibility with UK sockets etc. and the packaging had been opened and resealed and this was clearly explained on the new sealed label. However it was easy to download the English version of the manual and it all appears to be working well.

BAIT & SWITCH...they advertised Samsung phone for $249 went down the next day and they said it was now $265...my kids were buying their own phones and they had cash money...I asked them to honor their advertised price, they would not. SO, instead of taking a sale of 2 x phones for $500 they said no because they wanted $530...I didn't have any money on me, so my kids missed out. It's not like we were asking for a cheaper price than they sell them for, just their advertised price. She said I should have put a hold on the phones online then pay cash when I picked them up the next day...I said to her, "OK, lets pretend I did that, heres $500"..but she refused!!!

I bought a phone from the website, it said delivered within 4 days. It has been 15 days already if not longer, now they give you a track and trace so you can follow your order, It said that it has been delivered but I didnt receive my phone. So I mailed the shop, they wrote me, the phone is delivered and some guy named "Brent" has signed for it. Well I dont know Brent so I sure am curious where my phone is now. Mailed again, takes ages before they answer me. Customer service is also too slow, keeps saying I need to check with my coworkers, thinking that I dont know their names... They made a mistake, now I have to do alot of work to get some details, and they treat me like I am the most dumb person they ever met. Never going to order here again and will warn everybody I can. This is unacceptable.

Turned in my computer this last Friday, the people there were so knowledgable and called me throughout the day to update me on what was going on and telling me what had caused the problem. Got notified when to pick at up and when I did I was told they had fixed the problem and updated my computer. Excellent service I manage to book a same day appointment and got a replacement phone the same day within an hr. The staff were very polite and even offer a cup of tea which was very nice as I was waiting for the phone. The office is also very nice and clean. I was really happy with the service and extremely surprise that could get Apple support within my local area instead of my travelling to oxford street. This saved me time and travel cost.

I paid to have my phone unlocked on May 1, 2022 with a promise of an unlock code in 0-5 business days. On day 7 the update said that my request had been successfully completed and that they would be emailing my code and simple unlock instructions shortly. 3 days pass and no code, no instructions. I emailed to see what was going on and then the update changed to "there's a slight delay". I asked how it went from completed to a delay and the agent told me that they never said it was complete. Totally denied it. It sat at slight delay for days. I emailed again on the 15th asking what's wrong, when will they be done and why did they say it was done when it wasn't. More denial, more "don't worry, we're almost done". I left it be until the 21st and there was still no change. On the 23rd I emailed and said I wanted a refund. I received an email overnight that said they were unable to unlock it. I, of course, already knew they weren't going to do it and were lying and giving me the runaround. Funny how they went from "we're almost done" to "we can't do it" within hours of me asking for a refund. They knew long ago that they couldn't do it and they strung me along and tried to keep my money. I'll be surprised if I ever actually get my money back. Completely useless, lying, time wasting company.

I've never come across a more deceitful and underhand company than tinhat and the entire direct group. The company motto is 'profit first'. Quite happy to take my premium then messed me around for months after I had to make a claim. I am still without a working phone and having to take them to the financial ombudsman. I love my phone and the service you provide. I am able to find my products and submit my order and payment but it takes several days before the prepaid card says it is activated on my account. Why isn't that part more automated and seamless? I asked the chat about buying a larger/longer prepaid card and if my rollover minutes would still be available and their answer was that there were no rollover minutes and if there was, I would lose them. This conversation dissuaded me from purchasing the other card. I also wish there was a tether option to the INMARSAT 2 phone so I could use my computer in an emergency.

I bought my 6s phone from them in September. The phone arrived promptly and looked new. I noticed immediately, that the phone did not seem to hold a charge. I contacted Orchard about the issue a week before my 30 day guarantee expired. Orchard got back to me immediately, but I didn't get back to them until AFTER my warranty had expired. Not only did they quickly, relentlessly, (I kept dropping the ball on return emails), and efficiently resolve my problem; they did not use my extended warranty. I am most impressed with this company, their product, their service and their staff.

I was apprehensive ordering a phone I didn't have a chance to pick up in a store. Ordered once then canceled - but I changed my mind and I am so glad I did. Screen glitches, I get the same text 5 times sometimes, I don't get some messages and when I took it to the store I purchased it from she reset it and said you should just use your upgrade since you have had the phone for 4 months! It was cheap but worked albeit terribly for a month. Calls unintelligible, website browser never optimized. Terrible battery life, display like a 70s LCD watch. Then I dropped it on pavement and the screen shattered in a hundred pieces. I laughed out with joy as it gave me the excuse to buy a better phone.

I'm giving everyone a warning about these people, I bought there product for $69.99. The product didn't work for me so I asked for a refund. On June 13, 2020 I was told it would take 4 to 6 business days, I still don't have my refund. I was told they put a tracker on my refund, but it doesn't make sense because they don't have my mailing address. They advertise a refund, but jerk you around instead of telling people the truth, there is no refund. I will be turning them over to the better business bureau after I let my attorney get ahold of these con artists. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCT.

Yep, some of us don't learn or didn't find out until too late. Not doing research before making a purchase. i have spent over $250 for multiple app and none of them except for Snoopza. Snoopza work perfectly for about 24 hrs then it just stopped. I have not been able to contact support too as all these companies are scam.

Once I used insnic case for my iphone xs, and now I've ordered it for my new iphone 11. I would have given it 5 stars, but have realised now that I've gone through my purchase history to buy another that the first time when I ordered the white bumper cover they sent me the black. I didn't notice at the time because my phone is black and it looked quite nice, but I would really like to receive what I ordered in the first place. I've ordered a white again so hopefully that's what I will get and hopefully its just as nice as the black was.

Absolute Scam!!! I purchased a phone case from this site almost a month ago. I never received a shipping notice, never got a response from the company after I wrote an email regarding my purchase (about 3 weeks ago), and I still don't have the phone case. Please don't order from here, unless you want to waste your money on an item that will never arrive.

I have been very disappointed with the service of maxbhi. I had made a purchase of a mobile cover -pixel 2 for Rs 699/-. order ID 23733081592626185. What I received was a small piece of plastic which didn't serve my purpose at all. I immediately wrote in and expressed my concern. I requested for the product to be returned and refunded. Signed up for an account on this website and paid for access to their special "VIP" forums and content sections with the promise of access within 24 hours of Paypal payment. 1 day later, still no access, but the site admin opened a forum thread regarding my personal information and invited other users in to discuss it. On the third day of having my home address, IP address, and other personal information discussed I knew they were stalling to try and time-out the PayPal refund time-limit. Don't be fooled by their fake promises, there's other websites out there that offer the same content without the scams.

My Father in law has been diagnosed with terminal cancer so my wife travelled to France on 11th July. Since being there her phone has failed, i therefore bought an O2 pay as you go and topped it up with £20 I then on Saturday requested a port in of her existing number and was given a date of 24/7 by online chat. I found a flight for this evening for my son yo take the phone over to France and before booking had another online chat with one oft your representatives who said here was no problem it would definitely be done and no too worry, she even explained that her Grandfather had died of cancer so she knew what we were going through and there would be no issue. We then get a text saying it will not port until 25/7 when the phone will be out of the UK so the port will fail How dare you change the date after I double checked with your live chat, they are hopeless and despicable liars. I have now paid for a flight that is useless as was required to get the phone to my wife so she could make arrangements for her dying father, are you going to reimburse the flight so i can buy a new one for tomorrow? Your customer service is shocking to the core and I await a response as to why you cannot port the existing number as agreed today.

Having been with o2 for some time now I find that even although I do not buy my phone from them that they are more than delighted to help just so long as you have an account with them. Taking phone problems into one of their stores and the staff who really know their stuff get to work and you walk out feeling so relieved that it has all been taken care off.

BEWARE: No matter what "phone condition" you select, they DO NOT GUARANTEE THE BATTERY !!! I ordered a "Good Condition" Iphone that lost 60% battery charge in one hour just on standby. In 20 minutes of use, it was down to 17%.

I recently dropped the expensive wireless contact and decided to buy an unlocked phone so that I could change carriers without having to toss my phone. I was able to find a lot of great budget friendly options, and the customer service and shipping were fantastic. Celltoget has great policies. I got my phone fast and it was in perfect condition and works great. I'm so glad I freed myself from my previous wireless carrier and grabbed a phone from this company. Ive tried to find the owner by calling my local Apple Store, paid over $100 for online icloud unlock only to be told its listed as stolen and have half my $ given back to me (still too expensive!) as well as this inexpensive attempt to see if anything can be done now. I had just bought a phone from Gumtree to find that it had issues. The phone tried to start up but then came up with an error message. UnlockSpector did a full report and we found that the phone was on the worldwide blacklist. So unfortunately it's a door stop and off to the police station with it...... A good lesson when buying 2nd hand phones... don't just check the imei is clear because it might be blacklisted and they are different. (as I found out)

This company is awesome! They are quick with their email responses if you have any questions. One of the components to the ipad screen was broke when we recieved it (it happens) and within a day and a half I received an email stating they are dispatching a replacement which is awesome. Most other companies drag their feet and try everything to avoid replacing an item that was broken upon arrival. I highly recommend this company!

Competitors.have phones with same features (beside stylus) 30-40% cheaper. As well in many cases forget to use not original accessories - I have quick charging powerbank (not of.samsung) and it charges fast all.phones...but samsung. My bluetooth headphones (jabra) are not working correctly either,.as it always shows me.in the system that their battery is always full.

Dirrei un buon sito ( anche se devo dire che potrebero essere piu precissi nella descrizione prodotti ) ! Ottimo sopratutto per persone un po piu anziane che non usano molto internet e non sono a conoscenza di siti alternativi... Il vantaggio consiste nel fatto che ha anche i negozi fisici che si possono visitare per scelere meglio per essempio l'elletrodomestico prefferito e poi ordinarlo direttamente a casa ( spesso con un picolo sconto )... This is a copy from another review website as I don't feel like writing it twice. Bought a Momax Wireless Car Charging unit from them, had a look, they don't sell them anymore. Wonder why! Worked great when it did, overheated sometimes but that was in the direct sunlight. After 7 months of use, not everyday, but most days, the part where the cable sticks in started getting loose and wouldn't connect properly at all, thusly not turning on. Okay, easy fix, I thought. Tell them the issue and was told to shove off essentially, in a nice 'business' manner of course. Since it's just out of warranty, they won't fix or replace it, and they actually said that with 'average usage' breakage 'is normal'. Well that's just unprofessional. Your knowingly selling products that will last just outside your warranty period? That's shady and you should be ashamed. I'll also say that I did not expect this to be a low quality charger. I think it was around $70 for a phone charger, not cheap. Thanks for admitting it though, makes it easier to never buy from them again and tell other people about it.

I do have negative experience with this seller. Them way of selling is cheating people. They charge more for the delivery than it actually costs (they position as an australian so I think AUD 50 delivery is unreal cost for delivery. BTW the delivery cost on a website is different any time - how is it possible?). As a result, they always win even if item is broken and buyer return it, and the buyer plays Russian Roulette. I played and lost. They asked to send them the item but I have no guarantee that they will return at least some money to me, they didn't even send me an email with the order details, no any proving of my purchase. It should not be. Be careful.
