Nice Pebbles are to be congratulated for the consistantly high level of service they have provided us over the past 10 years that we have been going to Nice for our holidays. This visit to Barracuda was our only repeat booking. At this price point location location location stands out and the recent soft furnishing makeover is a bonus. Perfect? Well perhaps not. Some TLC in other areas would not go a miss guys so do yourselves a favour in this respect.

The service from when we first got in contact with Nock Deighton to now has been excellent. from arranging the first viewing till the end, we would definitely use Nock Deighton again. Heather was from the very first phone call was very friendly and encouraging. Through out the whole process Heather has been there for us any time and answered any questions we might have had, she was very professional thinking about not only our needs but the sellers needs also. As a landlord with only one property being managed by Northwood through the Guaranteed Rent scheme; they have always been highly professional, efficient and friendly. I have been with them for eight years now and true to the promise of the scheme have never had any interruption in payments. In addition, I have had some health problems recently and a long stay in a hospital and they looked after everything for me with no hiccups. Just knowing all is being taken care of is priceless. I hope to carry on being with them for the foreseeable future!

Every member of O'Malley staff I came into contact with work to incredibly high standards of Customer Service, but I would especially like to mention Levi who went way beyond what I could ever have expected. The total service provided by this company is very friendly, professional and personalised to meet individual needs. Very efficient service but having rented the apartment for 3 weeks, they were unwilling to offer any discount for an additional 4 day booking so we went elsewhere. Such a shame as a small discount encourages a feeling of goodwill, repeat business and personal recommendation.

The London Agent helped us find a suitable apartment at very short notice when a more unscrupulous owner (Airbnb) cancelled our stay the day before we were to arrive. Sherry helped is turn a very unhappy situation into a great success as the apartment she offered was far better than our original, cancelled, stay. Thanks Sherry, you were a great help.

Totally trustworthy, don´t hesitate to list your real state property here, you will save a lot of money doing so. I read a lot of reviews to come up with the decision of listing my real state property with snapflatfee, but after all the process that I went through with them, I´m really glad that I did business with snapflatfee. I have inquired two different people for a flat/room in London and have received the same text both times. The landlord has trouble hearing, has moves to their family and is now looking for someone to take good care of the place. They have someone else who already visited the place 8 days ago. Stay away is my advice. You would just lose the deposit they want you to sent in advance.

My name´s Nacho, I´m from Spain and I´d like to denouce the scandal I recently suffered with this company. At the beginning they seemed really nice, they were really helpful and they found me a place really quickly. However, when I started living there I had problems with the plumming, the sank didnt work, the heating didnt work for two months. They kept saying guy was coming to get everything fixed but I took more than 3 weeks that we had to live in the conditions mentioned before. Later on, without any notice they started to deduct everything from my deposit, they never answer the phone and they were trying to make up for everything giving me bad excuses all the time. For this reason, I strongly recommend NOT to take any room in roommates.co.uk if you don´t want to lose your money and live the worst customer service ever! Really Rude!

Bad Quality I have been complaining about the poor quality of the soundproofing between my house and the adjoining property. All I have had is a test carried out an email to say it passed regulations. If hearing your neighbours talking, snoring and having your 7-year-old daughter woken up constantly because of these issues as adequate then I have spent very unwisely; incidentally, the neighbours agree and have had the same issues. I am not going to let this go as I feel I have spent a lot of money on a house which fails to provide the basics. Interestingly, there are other sites that provide similarly poor feedback on a list of issues. Take a look at the Review Centre.

Fantastic team. I mostly dealt with Candice, and I can say with full confidence I could not have had a better realtor! She unequivocally had my best interests at heart. She was patient and listened to what I was looking for in a townhouse, but also made creative suggestions to help expand the possibilities. Oh, and she sold my place as well! How did that go you wonder? Well, one open house and it sold over asking, so pretty good I'd say. LoL! Both Charles and Candice gave me advice on what to focus on before my sale, and how to stage it to it's best potential. It was a fair bit of work, but it paid off better than expected. I shouldn't leave out how professional and ethical Candice and Charles are as well. What can I say, they're classy but down to earth. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, I will be urging all of my family and friends to use them.
