Bigger Pockets Very large Real Estate investment site - - Hi participation, low quality and little authoritative information. I bought and managed a multi-family rental for 19yrs. I went to RE seminars(before buying or joining BP), bought lots of informational products only to learn from hard-knocks that I was buying half-truths. Several products were aimed at the investor's FUD: Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. Heavy emphasis was placed on Asset Protection via a legal entity owning the investment and isolating the investor's personal assets from litigation. Also learned that Federal and State Fair Housing Regulations are the cornerstone of rental management and few investors were even aware of such. Then I participated for about 18 months as a Buy & Hold investor - - Summary: "The inmates are running the asylum". The naive, uninformed and wishful thinkers post and comment to one another as "peer experts". Few rational and experienced let alone professionals contribute to the chaos of the Bazaar. Unstructured forums allow the same question to be posted and ruminated creating a large set of duplicate or conflicting answers - - and the biggerpockets.com(BP) staff and management just don't care. My gripe is several "sophisticated techniques" of investing are heavily promoted and not Censured by BP include some techniques which are nefarious at best and frequently blatantly illegal in several states; eg: Wholesaling. Just like any broker, a wholesaler gets two parties together - - for a price. Brokering without a license is a violation of most State Real Estate laws. BP staff and management allow such babble as if it were 'just another choice'. Another example is transferring a property title from personal to a legal entity. Numerous comments exist where these inmates of the Bazaar suggest "the due on sale clause is seldom/never invoked". WOW! Talk is cheap, especially when the consequences land upon someone else. Additionally, using a legal entity is couched as "asset protection" but the negative consequences are never disclosed, such as Difficulty in obtaining credit under the entity name. Deriving revenue is typically a problem for most websites. BP creates a primary stream from a layered membership structure. The bottom level is free, the intermediate level is one price and the elite level "Pro" is a few hundred bucks with some additional benefits attached. Problem; What is a "Pro"; someone with credentials in the field of Real Estate? Nope! Anyone willing to fork over the few hundred buck to get this label attached to their login - - IMO, intentionally misleading! After attempting to keep the uninformed out of trouble for many months, I finally threw in the towel when someone asked about placing a Lease Option(LO) on MLS listings. When told 'you need to own or be the sales agent for said property', the response received back was "it's part of the own nothing and control everything" (aka John D Rockefeller). I guess anyone can create an LO on anything??? NOT! There are other nauseating subjects as well, but I've had my fill. If you're reading content from BiggerPockets.com, be sure to validate any ideas you glean using secondary sources and validating against YOUR State Regulations.

Total liars and scam artist. They're literally telling people they helped me develop my property but I've never even hear of them until someone called me asking about my experience with them. Come to find out they posted pics and a video of my facility and are telling g people I was a student of theirs and they guided me through developing my property. Scott Meyers tried thei Sam r thing about 10 years ago and I threatened to sue him so he took all of my site pictures, videos and references down but here they are back up again. This is fraud.

We used offer pas to sell our house. After all of the bad reviews we we nervous. We were ok with the 7% fee. We spent over a thousand dollars fixing up our home but after the inspection they wanted 9950 in repairs to repaint the inside and out side of the house, nrw carpet and a couple more repairs so I have to deduct a star. They were extremely helpful. Josie was nice. If you no what you are getting into and want flexibility with your move dates AND don't want to pay for all the repairs before listing your home than this is for you.

the customer service sucks, the company sucks, the way they run their business sucks, and the way the way they "renovate or upgrade" a house truly SUCKS!!! from plumbing and electrical problems they won't fix to putting on doors the wrong way, doors not being big enough, to not having ONE light switch in room!!!! who does that?!!!! and as a service I wrote another longer in detail review with the BBB! I'll keep on writing review in hopes THAT NO ONE EVER BUYs ANYTHING from you! Your work on my house looks like you hired someone in middle school. And The process while closing made it seem like it was ran a high school student... an IGNORANT one at best!

Barwood homes are dreadful. They make bold claims on their web site which in reality are out and out lies. We had the misfortune to purchase a Barwood home. The build quality is non existent and attention to detail is zero. The house had literally hundreds of snags. These are not tiny snags either but really big ones that compromise the integrity of the house. Do not buy from them.

We were one of the many unlucky ones to purchase from this "Developer". We have endured a year of lies, stress and anguish trying to remediate the wealth of serious issues that have come with our new home. The battle continues, so I would advise anyone contemplating buying their dream home from Barwood.... walk away and save yourself the heartache. Marketing themselves as striving for quality and attention to detail, which couldn't be further from the truth. They use poor quality contractors, cut corners and lie continuously. What should have been our dream home has been and continues to be a living nightmare! Major issues with brickwork, mortar, electrics, plumbing and structural issues with roof. Barwood will take your money and run away laughing. Disgraceful company that ruin peoples' lives without any accountability or regulation.

Inicialmente yo tenía dudas acerca de la eficiencia de TrueHome, sin embargo decidí intentar vender mi propiedad con ellos. A medida que se fue desarrollando el proceso me percaté de su excelente desempeño, amabilidad, atención e interés por vender mi departamento lo más pronto posible. Las fotografías, plano y recorrido virtual me parecieron estupendos. Mi inmueble se vendió afortunadamente en menos de dos meses. Por otro lado, debo reconocer que hubo detalles que podrían mejorar como poner la lona en forma inmediata después de firmar el contrato y podría haber mejor comunicación entre los especialistas que muestran las propiedades para que todos den la misma y completa información. Estoy muy satisfecha con los resultados, excelente relación costo beneficio. Considero que son ampliamente recomendables y en base a mi experiencia les auguro mucho éxito.

Avoid at all costs. Build quality beyond poor. Our house wasn’t finished or even painted 100% throughout. Leaks causing major damage to wooden flooring we had just installed. Customer Service is beyond appalling and the worst I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. Escalation process is a joke. Senior management Helen Hicks MD and Karl Hicks CEO did not even respond to my countless emails - shame on you both. I wouldn’t recommend this company if my life depended on it. Worst mistake of my life was buying from Larkfleet.

As a Larkfleet Exclusives development you can expect to see the highest standard of traditional craftmanship and outstanding attention to detail. Designed with modern living in mind the houses are spacious and well laid out with top of the range fixtures and fittings. The above was taken from the Larkfleet sales brochure. What utter tosh! Avoid like the plague! This is the reality:- Failed sewerage soakaway still not repaired after six months from reporting problem and have lost 2 car parking spaces. Have to rely on tanker to monthly empty tank no idea if and when it will ever be repaired. Patio doors that do not open and close properly, chrome handles all corroded. Installer has attended 3 times but problems persist. Central Heating fault still not sorted after 5 mths since fault first occured. Rear garden not levelled as per brochure. Paving slabs faded from buff to white and dangerous in frost. Turf poorly laid so grass has died Front garden not levelled. Wardrobe doors jamming. Fascia generates loud cracking noises throughout the house in winter. This is an abridged list of problems so my advice is do no buy a Larkfleet house unless you want your life to be a misery! Once they have your cash its the wild west when it comes to trying to solve any problems you have with your new Larkfleet home!

Irregular inspection of rental property by Kelvin Francis Lettings. After one particular inspection, I received no tenant's report and so I requested feedback. The company reported that all was good in the flat, which was surprising since a leak from the flat above had left staining and damage. Having left a huge note in the kitchen asking for feedback, it was obvious that nobody had actually inspected the property. Several years on, I still await return of part of my deposit.

I highly recommend C J Hole Bishopston. They have an extremely dedicated and experienced team, who know what they are doing, and who work together as a fantastic team. We chose to sell our family home through their office, and it was a great decision. At each step of the way they have been efficient, friendly, helpful, reachable, enthusiastic and effective. Their house valuation was spot on. Their marketing was spot on. Their communication skills were excellent. The viewings went very well. Their negotiations afterwards too. Cirencester branch the most unprofessional people I have ever had to deal with. I bought a building survey costing £600 for a property listed with them, I put an offer on a house but based on the survey I pulled out and got nothing but harassment from the manager who passed me around the staff to try and get details of the survey. I eventually gave in and said I’m not giving you the details as I paid for them but they wanted the surveyors name I reluctantly gave it to them and they had the cheek to call my surveyor and ask for the survey to be transferred into their vendors name for a fee of £50 and that’s what they call willing to pay for it!!! They said what’s the point in paying for it again! Unbelievable! The surveyor rang to ask for my permission which we both could not believe! I said no and they continued to email me asking why! The surveyor had to ask them to stop harassing me and when I then unsubscribed from their emails they had the cheek again to email me asking why!!! Completely unprofessional would never buy a house from them.

looked at various lettings with my ex husband who is helping me find a property after our breakup. We finally found a suitable property and I submitted my application and paid the fee for my single tenancy, I informed them that I was renting the property on my own and paid the fee and my credit, work and landlord references sailed through. When the manageress(Hannah) rang to clarify work that we had asked to be done(at our cost) she said that she thought that my former husband would be moving in she became very abusive. I agreed to sign a disclaimer as 100% he was not part of new living arrangements. The other girls in the office(Judy and Helen) were fine and very helpful from day one. She rang me today to see if I was going ahead I have said no due to BAD attitude, her constant lies and her abrasive manner. When I pointed out that she had taken the £180 fee knowing that I was a single tenant she screamed "I not getting that back". I never asked for it back but Mr Poole should realise that she is useless as a manageress, she wastes all the good work the branch does and whilst she is in so called charge I will never deal or recommend MICHAEL POOLE to anyone. Appalling and practically criminal. We reserved a house off plan virtually three years ago on the Longford Park development in North Oxfordshire and duly paid our deposit. The lead time to the build completion was 12 months. During that time we experienced valuation and mortgage issues with the property, but despite this we continued to pursue the purchase and went so far to order and pay for extras / upgrades. Little did we know, that when we paid for the additional features our reserved property had already been sold to someone else, which is contrary to applicable regulations. We understand the same sales-person who took the payment also sold the property several weeks earlier. To me this is fraud - taking money under false pretences. They subsequently pulled the sale from under us, without consultation of notification, we found out via a third party. Incredible!! The same sales representative or malefactor as I see it, was extremely rude when we tried to discuss / understand the situation and all meeting requests fell on deaf ears. However, the worst thing is despite breaking the rules, Bovis have refused to reimburse the deposit or the moneys paid for the extras, despite the numerous request over the years. In fact we have had no response to our recent correspondence. We were forced to start our house search and negotiation with another developer again, a year after we first put down our deposit with Bovis. The impact was we have lost the money we directly paid and we have lost money due to the market price increase over the period. Ergo, this translates to a loss of in the region of £9000.00 I have reported this to the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau, although whether they take action remains to be seen. I will purse Bovis through the small claims court as I now feel I have no other options available. For your information. The Longford Park site has had numerous instances of high profile complaints and I am familiar with copious anecdotal instances from neighbours and traders of extremely poor quality builds. In fact the people who purchased the house we reserved, where coerced into moving in without hot water to allow the site to meet its end of year targets. I fully appreciate Bovis often offer what appear to be good sales deals, but the reality is, the savings you seem to make are often lost through poor quality control and inconvenience due to significant remediation, another neighbour needed their whole house re-rendered. Or like us, they will simply take your money and pull the rug from under you. The bottom line is to beware and seriously consider your options before dealing with this company which appears to me more like the front for an organised criminal agency that a reputable developer.

I and my friend rented an apartment from Heimstaden 2016-2018, during our stay we did not have any problem with them until we were moving out... The first problem happened when they stated we had requested to move out in June, although our we sad may... Which they denied, we accepted this as both of us were moving abroad and wanted to have a quick end to the matter, so we paid rent for June as well... After we had moved out and the apartment was checked and approved by the janitor, two months later we receive a bill for repairs on a window... We complained about this to customer service but were ignored... and rudely advice to pay or deal with "kronefogden"... We have contacted a student lawyer, in order to avoid paying for this. Best thing to do is to avoid this company at all cost, they are not professionals and should NOT be permitted to rent out housing.

The corner walls of the bedroom of my flat got damaged in a month by leakage of water from the bathroom. At that time I called Mr Amit Sofat who was responsible for providing me a good infrastructure, but he severely misbehaved with me and told me that he will not meet me. Amit sofat ruined my house, he promised alot but all were fake. Day by day the condition of my wall is worsening. I demand immediate compensation from him along with repairing of the walls.

I've attended a Crash Course and it was a total waste of time, just one long sales pitch to try and get you to sign up for one of his eye watering expensive courses. The BBC recently did a program exposing these courses, before signing up to anything to do with Samuel Leeds I'd go find it and watch it. It's on YouTube.

I spoke to David 2 months ago. He went over everything and the fees. Did not realize they cost a lot! But I get it. When he explained how much they would be at risk for the total lease it made sense to me. So here I am 2 months later with my money together. I GOT 2 MONTHS RENT FREE PROMOTION AT THE PLACE I PICKED BECAUSE OF THIS COMPANYS CREDIT!

Applied for a $250,000 loan with $700,000 property as security to expand a Student Accommodation Business. 7 Weeks later we were asked to supply and pay for Accountant prepared interim financials, which we did, these showed income of $83,000 for the first 9 months of the fiscal. Our application was declined because in the previous fiscal year we had a paper loss based on the write down of an asset. We were told the Accountant prepared interim financials were requested in error as our application was always going to declined. Just be wary, these cowboys also masquerade as (Dis) Advantage Finance and the NAB. Overall, the lack of service we received was shockingly bad

Took out a loan in December 2016. On January 10 first rate increase. Followed by more in April and July. There were no reserve bank increases. We were stuck because we had paid mortgage insurance. Be wary if your mortgage broker recommends this option.

From the very first moment we started to talk with Hall & Hart about building our home we knew the experience was going to be a good one. There was no high pressure sales, The entire team no matter who we dealt with at the pre construction stage, were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most of all, listen to what we wanted then made it happen. They were always upfront with the costs and never at any stage under delivered on what was promised. Michael our building Manager managed the build to perfection. He continually updated us on the progress and always attended to any issue in a attentive and professional manner. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The end result was just what we wanted and more!! The final cost of our build came within a few hundred dollars of our estimate.

We built with Hall and Hart the Elyse 44 with modifications, additional bedrooms, bathroom and additional storage in 2020.We first met with Sean from Kellyville who was knowledgeable and provided guidance with our floor plan to met our land size requirements and fire rating zone. Whilst ours wasn't a straight forward build due to additional requirements, Hall and Hart delivered. We had previously been with another big builder who had proven more then difficult, so this level of customer service right from the start made us feel Hall and Hart were the right choice for us. We visited the Elyse display home numerous times and each time even after signing Sean would take the time to check in on how the build was progressing. We appreciated the price point already included many additional upgrades compared to many other builders, we actual have a bigger floor plan, with many additional extras at a lower price then the first company we were going to go with, we just wished we found Hall and Hart first. Maddie and the team at the selection stage where more then helpful. Mick our supervisor was nothing short of amazing, his attention to detail and his ability to communicate made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. He kept us up to date via phone and email and was quick to identify and fix any issues which were minimal. Handover was smooth and simple. We couldn't be happier with our choice and if the time comes to build again Hall and Hart will be the only choice. Thank you for building our dream home. If you are looking for a building company that is honest, has attention to detail and will work with you to build you a "you" home congratulations you have found them.

This is the first time we have built a home and we were prepared for it to be a very stressful time, however this was not the case for us, we were very blessed with having our home built by Firstyle homes, from start to finish every person within the company we dealt with, was prompt to reply to any of our questions and concerns, the communication process was very efficient, honest and easy to understand. We had a great building manager who took pride in his work and wanted every detail to be perfect for our home. The workmanship and quality of the build is good. There were no hidden charges at all and we were very happy with our final cost, as it was exactly what we were expecting. It was a pleasant and stress free experience for us and we can not thank the team enough for all of their hard work and dedication.

My husband and i paid a deposit for a house and land package in May 2018 and we were given our keys last week, we were ecstatic because this is exactly what Warren promised us at the Edmondson park office. We were told by so many people that building will be the worst experience of our lives but in fact it was fun and smooth sailing thanks to Firstyle homes. Everyone has been so helpful from the start to the end, we couldnt be more impressed with the customer service received. We were also told by so many people that when building a home, the site supervisor would change throughout the build. Well again people were wrong, Dane Elliot was appointed our site supervisor, and he was also the man who did our handover. Dane was fanatstic at his job, he stayed in contact with us all the time about the progress of the home, he would even send us images when required, he made us feel as if this house was just as important to him as it was us. He answered all of our questions and he would rectify any concerns we had. Very impressed with his work. Adriana Daniel was also very impressive, she was so helpful with all of our insane questions, like 'why have i received a water bill and im not living in my house', she would get on to it promptly and in no time id receive an email back stating why. She was also fantastic in providing me any documents my bank requested, and answered any other question we had regarding the build. Both my husband and i are very grateful to Firstyle Homes for giving us our beautiful home and for making the building process an amazing, simple one.

Being not so familiar with the name Kingsbridge Homes as much as with the big volume builder names, the competency of the company was showcased from our very first entry to their well presented display home - complemented by the warmth accommodation and patient follow ups after of Raj from the Sales team, to the brilliant ideas in the colours studio and electricals, up to the excellent craftsmanship and supervision by Sammy in the Constructions team. As with our first build with a volume builder, there were also minor hiccups along the way by which the admin team and site supervisor did not hesitate to address, even when it meant going above and beyond their usual business protocol. In the end, we were so happy with the outcome, quality and affordability of our Kendal 25 with the New Haven facade!

I built the Rochester 26 with Newhaven Facade in Tarneit. The construction got completed in March 2019 and I am thankful that I went ahead with Kingsbridge Homes for my first home after sorting more than 15 builders out. Overall it was a pleasant experience and much smoother in comparison to other builders, the kind of issues they caused and ease of getting those resolved. Staff: It was the most important thing in construction and I couldn't ask for more as Vanessa was in-charge and I had no trouble at all in dealing with her. She answered all my questions and action all my requests at prompt manner. She also helped me in understanding the process and also provided some good suggestions throughout. I had a couple of site supervisors changed in the beginning of the job but I had no problem in the transition. I was especially happy with my site supervisor Tim who handled everything well and never declined any request I had or concerns I showed during the build and he rectified each and every item as per my wish. Tim did not delayed anything purposely, infact he kept me informed with the estimated finish date. I had to request him to move in early as my lease was getting finished within few days, he made all the arrangement for the move even when there were few minor things to be done. He did not forget or leave the tasks in middle after our move and got everything done at the earliest for us to enjoy the new home. I am highly impressed with his honesty, flexibility and accountability on this job. It was a "No Fuss At All" experience with this team. Workmanship: Like any other builder, there were some issues but those were not big enough to not have resolved. Workmanship was great and duly. Most importantly, if I was not happy with any work, Tim was ready to get all those redo without any fuss. He waited for all the inspection reports my independent inspector provided and actioned each item before moving to next stage. Cost: I must say that I got a good deal and I was happy with it. The estimated and the actual cost did not vary much. I did made some changes and upgrades during construction but unlike other builders, they only charged me for the cost, not for making variation to the contract. Its been 2 and a half month since I moved in the home and did not face any major issue. I am more than confident that Kingsbridge will resolve the maintenance issues (if any) without any delay. I built my first home with Fairmont Homes NSW and I must say, the build quality is absolutely exceptional. I've been living in my new home for approx. two (2) months now and still to this date receive SO MANY compliments on how amazing the house is! There's been no issues; nothing's leaked, fallen over or toppled - so I am very pleased! The customer service in the initial sales stage, administration, colours/selections, approvals, on-site and after handover have been well maintained at a high level. The staff were friendly, accommodating and wonderful to deal with. I also wanted to share with you all that it was the small details that really made an impact on my whole experience, such as: 1) A staff member called me to inform that the towel rail position "as per the plan" would not be ideal as the towels when hung would actually touch the floor. He was on-site at the time and rung me to offer his suggestion of putting it a different location that would be much more practical, rather than just installing it "as per the plan". 2) Upon handover of my home the site was left clean and tidy (compared to my neighbours who had built with other builders and so much rubbish was left behind) These are only just a few examples I can think of right now, but it really showed me that they actually care about their customers and are very professional in what they do. I highly recommend Fairmont Homes NSW to everyone, and I would definitely build with them again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better Builder, from display home sales member Dean, who was amazing to the fantastic office staff Jackie, Lauren & Sharon. My build was a bit slow for a few months until a new SS took over and took control. James was very approachable and nothing was ever any trouble. I was kept up to date each step of the way. Any questions were answered nearly immediately by both James or Jackie & Lauren. There were no hidden extra costs along the way. Great Team Effort Fairmont Homes NSW. Thank You

The build of our home was a dream come true - in just 4.5 months we are now ready to collect the keys. Right from the start, Graham and Donna were fantastic, helping us to get through the process which sometimes was overwhelming. The build progressed smoothly from start to finish and Im sure it was because of Amazing Andrew our site supervisor! I entered into contract May 2013, finally got possession due to QCAT order Oct 2014. Contract inclusions not installed, council issued show cause notice for retaining walls still not approved, defective and unsafe home! Tried to extort additional funds above contract price with no changes of scope to contract. Too many tears shed on this atrocious build and contact. Choice your builder wisely!! Let me know if you have had similar poor experience with Visual Diversity.

We have built over 30 homes now as developers, we decided to build with visual diversity as the director Tony was very knowledgable and easy to trust. He understands the building industry, after dealing with over 14 builders in the past we knew what we wanted and what to look out for. Tony was upfront and delivered on his promise from the start. As all builds there are always a few hiccups but the end result was great. Will definitely deal with them again.

We finished our home with Lily about 3 months ago. It was a bumpy ride but we got there in the end and have no major complaints. All the problems we came across were dealt with in the building stage as we stayed in contact with the site manager regularly. The only issue would be the office staff must be under a lot of pressure and won't go out of their way to help you, they generally give you attitude when communicating with them. AS far as finishes go they were all acceptable and the build was completed in 8months for a 2 storey home, could have been faster but with weather etc that is beyond control. The upside is that they are very flexible and allow you to do things on your own and supply your fittings instead of theirs. I imagine you won't find anyone better when it comes to volume builders as these problems would arise with any builder, I would rather use them in the future as going to another builder as we already have gotten to know how they work. I hope this review helps others who are thinking about Lily homes great price, flexible communication in office

Lily Homes built our first house in year 2000 and we lived for long time without any problems. We went to Lily Homes again due to quality of work, time management and reasonable price. They proved that again and we are very happy the end product. In addition to that friendly staff both office and construction staff helped us to resolve questions faced, obtain approvals and selection materials to build the home jointly. We thank Vince, Maria, Nataly, Sera and Dave for all the kind assistance and advice given during planning and construction periods. We have no hesitation selecting Lily Homes for the next project.

Our build started in January 2019, we met with Mick the building supervisor and from the moment we met him we were impressed with his professionalism and manner. We were provided weekly updates and he was absolutely fantastic throughout the process with no issues along the way. We chose to have an independent inspection done prior to handover and the building inspector was extremely pleased and advised they could not find a defect and couldnt believe the home had been finished to such a high standard. I can't speak more highly of Mick and his team, thank you so much, I look forward to enjoying our new home. My wife loves the Monaco 245 house design, and Im most appreciative to be walking away with a completed house and no critical issues having to be handled along the way. Thank you Fowler homes and Mick for making our dream home become reality.

Never ever again will we build with Fowler homes... We moved in November 2016 with the interim occupation certificate complete and just a small list to finalise. That was until council notified us that a grate drain across the driveway hadn’t been put in and it has to be put in the satisfy the final occupancy certificate. Ring Fowler homes as it is their mistake not ours, either no answer, the person we need to talk to isn’t in, at a meeting, on the toilet (insert excuse here), the person no longer works there. So here we are February 2018, 3 construction managers later and still no answer or work done. The customer service at Fowler is the absolute worst you can find, and it’s even worse after they have taken your money and the keys are handed over. Not happy at all.

I think it happens to most of building company. After house been handed over, any maintenance issue forwarded to the company took very long time to process, and need to chase up every single time. Quality of the house is just okay, but the after-sale service was just bad, no respose, hard to contact person in charge of maintenance. In conclution, if you have no issue after built, lucky you. If you have any maintenance issue, get ready for long time process, good luck. It took me more than 2 month try to fix some issues, still not get done.

We built with Orion Homes and moved in November 2016. We had great service from the very start till the very end, working in the business myself I sort of know what to expect. The office staff are amazingly helpful throughout the build and Graham our supervisor was astonishing! Every detail was attended to and they put in all our requests without hesitation. I highly recommend these builders as they are very involved with their clients not like other huge builders your just a number. Thanks Orion!

We needed to find an office very quickly, and I think within 10 minutes Sophie Kent responded to my request for assistance. 24 hours later we already had numerous options to consider, and after viewing 4 offices a few days later, we signed up on the same day and are so glad to say, with the amazing help from Easy Offices we now have our brand new office.
