After several months of discussion, we finally decided take the plunge to build a new modern home to meet our needs into the future. Having canvassed various project home builders, the only company that really embraced our requirements, was Kleinert Homes. Kleinert Homes had previously built a new home in our area, and we were impressed with the final result. This lead us to commence discussions with Stephen on our project. Through all critical phases of the project from initial design concepts, dealing with authorities, obtaining tenders, budget reviews, and reaching agreement on a contract price, Stephen assisted us in every manner possible. During the construction phase, Stephen was meticulous in his attention to details, and expected the highest standards from his subcontractors. The anticipated completion date of the project was achieved without any inconvenience to us. Despite some minor delays due to weather, and overseas deliveries of a selected building material. Of course there were a few legitimate variations along the way from unforeseen situation, like large rock on site. These however, did not put undue pressure on the agreed contract sum. We would have no hesitation in recommending Kleinert Homes to any future clients.

19 years after Kleinert Homes built us our beautiful home, we decided it was time to renovate our kitchen and en-suite. We asked award winning kitchen designer Patricia La Torre to visit, make recommendations, then draw up plans. Next we gave those plans to a number of builders, including our original builder, Kleinert Homes, to review and provide quotes. We decided to once again engage Kleinert Homes, and work commenced immediately after signing the contract. The project was quite complex, as not only did the original kitchen have to removed, but so did the slate floor, as the slate ended at the edge of the cabinets. To further complicate matters, we decided that we would continue to live in the house throughout most of the renovation. From the start, the various tradesmen that came in were not only highly skilled and also polite and easy to talk to. Many issues needed to be discussed and diecisions made as the work progressed, but excellent communications via both phone and email were maintained and so every issue had a very satisfactory outcome. Thanks again Alfred, Stephen and all the staff at Kleinert Homes!

I approached Precision Homes through their website about 18mths ago after reading the Reviews on here regarding a Quotation for a Home that I had designed to fit our block and emailed the plans to them. Within a few weeks I was contacted by The Sales Consultant [name removed] and a meeting was arranged to discuss our needs in regards to finishes and to discuss the plans. About four weeks later they had a Quotation ready for me to look at and a 3 dimensional model of my design on the computer to allow us to walk through the home and see what it would look like and we went on a tour of a home that was nearing completion to get a feel for the Quality they strive for. We happily signed a contract that was based on their silver & gold selections which was well below all estimates I had received from a few volume builders for my custom design. We then visited a lot of other builders show homes and borrowed an idea from one to incorporate a dressing area between the walk through robe and the bedroom and they happily added this to the design and submitted to council for Approval. We then did our selections with [name removed] from "The Dream Room", she was extremely helpful at co-ordinating the colour schemes and advised us of some ways we could save some money e.g. reducing the counter top widths from 750mm to 710mm saved us around 1k. We were able to choose exactly what we wanted and the Variations were prepared which brought the price up to what we had in mind from the beginning but still below the volume builders. From the beginning of the earthworks for the foundation I have had regular contact from the Supervisor [name removed] and we have a great relationship working towards achieving our dream home. I should point out now that I am a Toolmaker by trade and have a very accurate eye for straightness and squareness which attracted me to a Company that dares to name themselves Precision Homes. Given that the average tolerance in the building trade is +/- 15mm I was hoping that the builder could slash that down to +/- 4mm and Precision have achieved this in regard to the floors that will be tiled having all full tiles and no silly thin cuts or tapering away from walls as we saw in some show homes. Our Dream Home is currently approaching Lockup Stage and we are very happy with it at this point and we have seen for ourselves how well they will finish the home off with the experienced trades people they have at their disposal. We did experience some delays along the way with Council Approval Process and with a lot of wet weather in the initial stages and given how busy builders have been the past few years we believe that anything worth having is worth waiting for and eagerly await handover in around 2 months, just in time for my 50th Birthday Party. Precision Homes were prepared to work with me and allowed me to undertake the Electrical wiring using my brother (a Licensed & Insured A Class Electrician) which has allowed me to keep an eye on the quality and meet most of the Trades that have had input to this stage and I must say I am Impressed with the contractors they have and when you get down to it the Quality of your home is only as good as the passion & commitment of the builder and the trades. I can see how some previous reviewers have had a bad experience but in reality they have only frustrations regarding how long it took to hear from the builder in the beginning which was at the peak of the busy period for all builders when other smaller builders I approached said they might be able to look at it in about 12 months. If you’re wondering if you should trust Precisions to Deliver a Quality home I can say that you can and they will. As they have not currently got a Show Home I will be offering for them to take clients through our home now and when completed as we found this most helpful in deciding that they had the same vision that we had. Flexable, Passionate, Experienced.

We have been happily living in our Precision built home for over 4 years. My memory of the design and build process is positive and that they understood our budget and design expectations. We would always recommend Precision to anyone looking to build a home that needs attention to detail and great design. After 4 years we did however notice that the underside of part of the sunshade extensions over our 2nd storey windows were drooping. As testament to Precision's desire to be known as quality builders it took one email and in less than 3 days the problem was fixed. I am quite sure that many other builders would have disputed the problem to be their responsibility after 4 years but not Precision.

Wow what an experience the last 18 months has been, looking at multiple builders to build our dream home but as soon as we met with the team at Stannard we knew we had found our builder. the entire journey was full of communication and advise to help ensure we had all the information to complete our home. Once the design was over and the build started wow it went so smooth and quick, the level of professionalism was above what i thought i could get out of a builder, the quality is amazing and the finish incredible. The team managed the build so well and everything just went like clock work, as they say it just making sure everything is scheduled and planned and boy was it, everything happened when it was planned to. The level of customer service and support in providing options and being open to what we wanted was great, we spoke so often and emailed the team felt like part of my family. i have so much respect and envy for what the team at Stannards do and how they do it. A massive thankyou to everyone involved and Yes i'm more than happy to recommend Stannard Family Homes

I began discussions with Stannard Family Homes well over a year ago and my build is now in the process of construction. The service I have received from Phil during every step of the process, from part demolition of my current home, subdivision, pre-construction and now mid-construction has been and continues to be nothing short of exceptional. He has gone over and above what I could have expected. Having had some preliminary discussions with other builders before selecting Stannard Family Homes, I am SO happy that I chose to go with Stannards. Nothing is too much trouble for Phil and he is always quick to respond to any questions I might have and offer suggestions. I am now looking forward to the build process going forward in the New Year.

I completed brickwork in Gymea for Ferntree homes. Nobody was ever on site to assist with any of the design issues and I was expected to address these issues or work around them at my own cost. My final invoice was not paid in full resulting in a $2386.00 loss to my business. The basis for the non payment being that the brick cleaner was inexperienced and used too much pressure and ended up destroying the mortar between bricks laid weeks prior, this was somehow my fault and as I refused to go back and repair the damage for free I was not paid in full for the work I had completed. Furthermore, before I started the project the terms of the work was agreed, however John refused to pay me for work that was stipulated and agreed as an extra prior to start of the job. Ferntree homes are not builders, they are a project homes business, this means they do not do any physical work themselves, they subcontract the work out and take a cut. Nobody is ever on site and they take days to come and address any concerns tradesmen have leading to a loss of earnings. John is a compulsive liar and a thief!

Upon meeting the builder and being satisfied we started building in October 2013. Process was clear and all questions were answered which ticked all Our boxes! Very custom design type of builders and the quality of the products used from gyprock brand to door, window company is of excellent standard! All communication was negotiated/ answered on the phone, but everything tracked and always backed up by emails. Met designer for product selections, colour selections and she also digitally designed different house facade/colour options for us to choose from, which was so professional and so convenient to help make final decisions. Throughout the building we were always phoned or emailed if any changes or delays were expected and we thought this was genuine professional communication. The labourers all had sound knowledge of their area of expertise which was excellent! Have to say that we were very pleased with the team at Ferntree homes and the high quality of workmanship and products used. Will definitely build and use Ferntree again

We signed with Zuccala in 2017. We decided to go with them after they made false promises that they would accomodate concrete flooring. The day we went to do the colours they were rushed and made us chose the whole house fixture and fittings within 4 hours. The quality of the fixtures were extremely basic and ugly like something from the 80's, you would find better in Kmart. The trick was they give you cheap fixtures and then when you don't like them they refer you to their supplier to give you a bunch of over priced upgrades at your cost. There was no mid range options offered. We sat in a room that was extremely hot with no windows or natural daylight. It was hard to see what you were choosing. This was obviously deliberate just to get the job done as quickly and conveniently for them. I nearly passed out a few times as it was so hot and stressful. I had to go outside to get fresh air. I didn't even get offered a drink and had to go next door to purchase a bottle of water. They then back flipped on the concrete flooring. I had two of their seniors enter the room and was extremely rude and argumentative. I was in tears and traumatised when I left and knew that I could not go forward with them. I lost $3000 deposit but in hindsight it was probably the best money ever spent avoiding this company, especially reading reviews from others. Please avoid these builders. Go elsewhere you won't regret it. The only regret I have is I didn't write this sooner to warn others, I guess that's the good thing about lockdowns. Stay safe everyone even more so by not dealing with this awful company.

Appalling communication and transparency, change things to suit them without consultation and to top it off completely unhelpful. They are more interested in building what they want than what you want, so unless you're an experienced builder to pick up on things they've changed without telling you don't bother. They made mistakes and then executive decisions on our behalf that would have completely ruined our build. Took six months of fighting to prove they'd made a big mistake, absolutely no apology was made. Lots of hidden costs and forced upgrades that no other house in the neighbourhood was forced to do. Managing Director is not contactable, doesn't matter how bad things get staff won't let you speak to him. At handover I was asked if I wanted to complete an online review for a $200 VISA gift card. I completed my 1 star review while I waited and handed the computer back to the girl who saw the rating and proceeded to tell me she could only give me the card if the review was 3 star or higher and would I reconsider my review to a 3 star so she could give me the card. When I said no the review was cancelled and was told my review couldn't be submit it. Do not waste your time and hard earned money on this company, this house will forever be a reminder of the worst two years of our life.

Build took 11 months from footings poured to handover. Some structural issues identified during the build (missing beam on first floor balcony), however these were addressed by the builder once identified by our building inspector. Now we have a final build, we are happy with the home, and with the finishes.

It has been very good out come for quality, craftsmanship and overall service from the Rex Homes Team. We started this journey two years ago, when we bought the house and land package at Merrifield Estate Mickleham and today we have seen the real result in the shape of "Excellent Home". From the day of purchase, till the house completion, every thing has come up very nice and we are thankful to Rex team. We have built 4 bed room custom design 32 Sqrs house, from design stage to selection of items, such as Glossy kitchen, Bosch kitchen appliances, Clipsal light switches, high doors, every thing is high quality and we are thankful to all team members specially Michael (Building Supervisor) who has produced such a nice quality home for our family. To build as first home buyer is a big project such as designing and building your "dream home" is always going to oppose some challenges. Finally, we have moved into our double storey home at Craigieburn Highland Estate and we are happy what has been built by Rex Homes Team. Construction team at Rex are constantly kept in the loop at every aspect of the project and the team has been completely transparent and responsive for our inquires. I would say that buying your first home in the life comes with challenges and everything can not be 100 percent perfect, however with the help of Rex Homes team of architects, planners, engineers and construction, we are able to achieve good out come for the budget project. Due to customization, initially the process looks slow, however it is worth spending extra weeks to get the best outcome for your dollars. Our Kitchen and family area is spacious and upstairs has been well designed in a way that we are able to get nice views of hills. House has been built structurally strong and we have been able to do site inspection during construction process without any hinder. Overall finish of the house has come well as we have put new furniture in and nicely laid tiles along with other flooring makes the looks of the inside of the house stunning. I would highly recommend Rex Homes team as they are flexible and reasonable in price. I think we have a wonderful outcome and a quality budgeted home from Rex Homes.

My original home was built by Pivot in 2006, and 4-5 years ago I requested them to do an extension (which ended up being a separate small house linked by an alfresco area. While I had a rough idea of what I wanted, the design team turned the original concept into a very tasteful and well designed "extension". Pivot undertakes quality construction and we were delighted with the final product. Throughout the process, the various people we dealt with (according to stage of the process) were courteous, helpful and thorough.

Having made the bad choice of building with them, nearly three years after moving in we are still waiting on them to FINISH our house internally. We have had design failures from day one and now dealing with external cladding problems. We are trying to get our external cladding repaired to the same standard as our specifications but they so far refuse to and currently will not answer our correspondence - emails or phones calls. Our external cladding stared failing within a month of moving in.

Multiple breaches of contract, dreadful workmanship, false ABN numbers provided by his tradesmen, did not make good on any building faults reported in the 90 day period and made false promises for 3 years before pocketing the insurance claim money (from the Builders Warranty Insurance) and leaving the house in a complete mess. Neither the Franchise Owner nor the main Company will provide a return call or email - let alone provide any support or offer any restoration. The Franchise Owner completely removed the Review section on his Facebook page to hide the negative feedback about this building work. DO NOT TOUCH THEM!!!!!

From the very first meeting we knew this was the builder for us. The franchise owner [name removed] was professional and friendly, [name removed] answered all of our questions in detail, nothing we asked was too much trouble. We had a plan in mind for our home and [name removed] went out of his way to help design it and was very patient with the many changes we asked him to make and he also made suggestions to help improve the things we wanted to include in our design. We found the 30 years of experience [name removed] has had in the building industry very helpful to us as he was always willing to share his knowledge and even put himself out in order for us to get exactly what we wanted. The house is now at lock up and the building process has been smooth and ahead of schedule. The workmanship is excellent in everyway, we got to meet most of the tradesmen personally, they are all friendly and go out of there way to make us feel welcome when we visit the building site, they are all local family owned businesses and live in the area and have been working with [name removed] for over 20 years. I can't speak highly enough of [name removed] and his crew as the whole building experience so far has been fantastic. I recommend [name removed] and Craftsman Homes to anyone who is building.

This site is showing my property on their foreclosure list long after the Pre-Foreclosure issue (bad mortgage) was resolved with the Mortgage Co./Servicer and dischaged March 2019. The house is not in pre-foresloure of foreclosured.

LetMe properties have been the managing agents for my St Albans property for about 6 years now. My partner and I were trying to move in together and it was her first time moving so a good experience was key. LetMeProperties were really a fantastic choice. After some shocking viewings through different agencies, we had a very friendly, professional and thorough service that made our move in really easy and stress-free. They went the extra mile and particular thanks to Greg and Emma who were just amazing with us, from the show around to the paperwork to even any minor issues with the property. We have been living in London for more than 6 years and have never encountered such a bad experience with a real estate agency. It seems we are not the only ones who had to deal with: - FABRICATED CLAIMS at the end of tenancy for additional deductions from your deposit (if you don’t have any other choice than signing with them, photograph everything straight away and keep their emails, at least you will have valid proof). We would even recommend paying a third party to inspect the property before moving in to get an unbiased review. - THEY DON’T GIVE DEPOSIT BACK on time (it took us 7 months to receive part of our deposit back!) - Don’t know how to handle situations, we’ve been LEFT WITHOUT OUR DISHWASHER AND WASHING MACHINE working for a month and a half (didn’t even treat this situation as an emergency, even though we obviously paid the full amount of rent which is supposed to include a dishwasher and a washing machine that work, didn’t offer to reimburse dry cleaning and laundry fees) - We were supposed to receive a FOB to enter our building, turned out they gave our FOB to someone else (how professional!), we were left without a fob for more than a year and had to enter the building using a code instead (despite our constant calls and emails asking them to fix the situation). One of them suggested we contact the police to report the FOBs as stolen when they handed them to someone else in the building in the first place! - MASSIVE STAFF TURN OVER, we had a new property manager every two months which does not look professional at all. It is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a real estate agency, please avoid at all cost! They are uneducated, incompetent, liars and frauds!

We (Atul and Kalina Shah) purchased our first BTL property last year through Lifestyle Property. We were very sceptical initially but i can say that our experience has been nothing but absolutely smooth from start to finish. We had guidance at hand whenever we had crazy and sometimes may be silly questions too. The entire team were very helpful and we would definitely go back to them in the future if we decide to purchase another BTL. Thank you all at LP. I was a first time buyer and didn't know much about the property market. I used lifestyle property to source my property in Leeds and the service was amazing. We had a pavilion built by LCS 6 years ago and had absolutely no complaints at any stage in the process; from their initial contact to the build and signoff the team were thoroughly professional and delivered a quality product within our agreed timescales. Moving on to the present; we recently had an issue with one of the door handle bolts becoming loose and a small piece was lost in the garden. I contacted LCS on the off chance that they may be able to suggest a remedy or a supplier for such small spares. Within 2 days Keith and Wendy had mailed me (1st class post) the necessary spares at no cost to ourselves. In terms of quality workmanship and Customer focus it would be difficult to beat the service provided by LCS Many thanks Wendy, Keith Regards NormanH

Once again, an amazing conference hosted by Mayfair 101. Over the course of three days, we were very lucky to see the industries brightest minds present to us, companies like Makerdao and Wanchain, as well as senior individuals such as SEC Lawyers. The event was extremely professional and valuable and in my opinion, the people Mayfair 101 has managed to pull together are at the forefront of this new and exciting industry. Furthermore, it was impressive to see what Mayfair 101 are doing in the industry for their own company. Without giving away the the detail, they're shaping the future of the funds management space. We had a number of estate agents who came around for a evaluation of our flat in Brockley, but no one came close to Guy Marsh one of the partners from Conran. When Guy arrived for the initial evaluation of our flat my partner and I both felt very reassured and extremely impressed by the knowledge he had of the area and how we should market. Whilst being very informative he was also very likable at the same time and the impression we had was that it was not just another sale, it was more about maintaining his high standards. We really wanted an experienced estate agent who was not going to be pushy at any point and someone we could trust to sale our home that we love and that is why we opted for Guy at Conran opposed to another agent. Excellent at keeping us informed at every step of the way. We never needed to chase for information, the communication we received right from the start and then through to completion was outstanding and therefore we never felt stressed or under pressure. Dan was the other contact we had from Conran who was there to do the viewings. Again, the same very high standards you would expect from a top estate agent. Being very personable, likable and very professional. I would not hesitate in recommending Conran. Guy, Dan and the team were a delight to work with and left us both we a very positive experience with no stress involved.

The team at David Clark undertook to sell our house last year as we were in the process of emigrating. They found an initial buyer within three weeks of us choosing them as our estate agents and were extremely committed in ensuring all parties had the relevant information to move the sale along. Unfortunately, due to delays with our visas and spurious decisions on their part, our buyers ended up with cold feet and pulled out of the sale. At this point we had already moved abroad, and this was obviously an extremely stressful situation for us. However, we placed our house on the property market again as the David Clark team assured us they could help, and within a week new buyers had been found. Again, the team were extremely proactive in ensuring that everyone involved in the sale were informed of every step and that decisions were made without significant time delays (they also helped with dealing with solicitors). Even through the current pandemic situation, they kept on top of the sale and drove it through to a great conclusion within the space of three months. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them as an estate agent, they are diligent, focused on the details and above all approachable and dedicated to helping their customers above that of any other estate agent we've ever engaged.

I had to get three estimates for probate purposes for selling my father’s house. Beforehand I was wondering how to choose which agent I would use to sell the property. All three were very pleasant and helpful but Wayne Hill, the Hall & Benson manager was the only one who did any homework beforehand. He bought along indications of what the local houses were selling for (and he had sold two of them). As I live some distance from Belper I was kept fully informed by text message about visits and got regular telephone feedback. All staff members were helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Poor service we where constantly chasing them and having to push the marketing of our property and once it sold the service was non exsistant the only communication we had from them is when we called them very poor experience from start to finish we would not use again and definitely would not recommend we could of sold the property at a fraction of the cost also we where informed at the start of our sale the buyers where cash buyers which turned out four weeks later they weren't when we questioned this with the office they said no you got it wrong even though we had a memo of sale from the office saying our buyers where cash buyers in black and white !

Wanting to use an independent estate agent I first contacted Inspire on a Monday morning, they offered me a fair rate for my sale. The property was inspected and draft details prepared - by the Saturday three viewings had been arranged. Just one week after first entering the office of Inspire I had received two offers on my property. I accepted one of these offers and the resultant sale went through extremely smoothly and without a hitch. We had a two week window in which to sell our house in Langford in order to secure a cottage we wanted to buy in Norfolk. David “pulled out all stops” and marketed it the day after he came to value it. David was professional and approachable. He explained the best way to achieve our aim and kept us informed of progress, Our house sold within one week and we were able to buy the cottage. Ryan and Belinda were very helpful post sale. I recently purchased a property in Crowthorne and though the actual purchase took a number of months, I was always kept up to date via emails and phone calls. The staff are both friendly and professional. I would highly recommend whether purchasing or selling.

After settled my first home at North Lakes with Chelbrooke Home a year ago, we found many defects (big and small), and the company kept telling us to report all defects to them at annual maintenance. But then when now is about time to do the maintenance, they helped on the small minor defects but claiming all other major defects are done by wear and tear, and that was not there when settlement. So only thing they replied to me is sorry and they cant help. Very CRAP after service, and so ANGRY with them. I will NOT recommend CHELBRROKE HOME to anyone or if someone wanna try their luck!

I am a very good friend of another person that has made a statement on this site, along with my sister and her partener, some have been removed but it all comes down to the service this company provides, or lack of it more to the point. Then they would have my signiture and sister and brother inlaw's as well, first hand experience has detured me from selecting this builder to complete the task. I just can not afford my home to have a cost blow out nor will have anything to do with the delays that so many have had to put up, or the lies that have been stated. My good friend lost his first home owner grant. That was enough for me. do your self a big favour, choose another builder, the mess has only just started for him. The story seems to be a regular thing with this company, and I just wont take the chance with my investment. however I would like to meet with the person that posted the review where he meet people after they moved into there home, to see that the cost is just as he has stated is under by that 1%. I feel this may be stretching the truth, and would need proof for it to be true. Barry anderson. [email protected] sales staff are good no one person on this site has complained about the workmanship, or end product. after you sign it is all down hill due to internal office problems that arise then they shall blame you or the council or any other person within sight. Like other reviews seen on here from the front desk upward, they just dont seem to get it. They have lost paperwork and blame me. They even sent an email to me that was ment to be sent to another client. My email below if you like a copy of this email.
