Email queries were answered within a day or two. Online booking process was fairly straight forward. However, despite having followed all the procedures in the booking system online, there was a mix up with check-in. When no one turned up, we rang the office and fortunately someone answered and was able to come in 20 minutes for check-in. Luckily our check-in was on a Monday and we rang around 5:45pm. Not sure if anyone would be in the office on the weekends though.

We had booked all our trip to three cities in Italy and I have to say that all were excellent with regards to sizes of the apartments and locations. We were taken care right away by the host and all apartments were well equipped. I have no negative comment to say about any of them. I definitely will go there again. ????

This has been so far one of best agency in London coming from an experience of moving 4 flats. I have stayed with Tailored Stays in one week blocks throughout the year through work and am very impressed with their overall service. Accomodation is well above average, great facilities, great value for money and the little extras make the stay that little bit more rewarding compared to the competition. I would also like to add that the staff are very friendly and helpful and are very good at communicating, which is not always a trait that all in the proffesion have. Would highly reccomend to anyone, business or pleasure.

I initially asked Taylors along with 2 other agents to value my parents property. Leo at Taylor’s was head and shoulders above the other two agents. Leo was flexible in working with me on the valuation and even returned to take additional pictures after I had removed some trees that were blocking the sea view. This was a protracted sale with a long chain involved. Debbie at Taylor’s kept me informed on a regular basis and always called when she told me she would. Debbie spent many weeks chasing solicitors and agents involved in the chain to move things along and provide updates. This was simply the Best experience I have had in dealing with an estate agent both in Devon and London where we live. I cannot commend Taylor’s highly enough.

We paid top dollar for the apartment which had a non-working fridge, the air circulation did not work in one bedroom, one of the showers had a dribble coming out because it was scaled up which we sorted out. There were lots of other little niggles and it was very apparent nobody had carried out a pre-let check. We thought it mean to take another 70Euros off us to stay 'til after lunch on our departure day.The ambiance and position of the apartment was excellent and it was very clean.

I have always been skeptical about the value of estate agents, this is probably due to the excessive costs and the poor quality of service I have receieved in the past, especially considering I have used the supposedly best in the fields. That has changed with Thorgills, they have been really professional, attentive, followed up all the way and kept me updated. Worst experience ever. Poor service. At some point, I was left for more than 10 days without hot water because they "did had made a mistake when ordering the spare parts". When I called and said that I would stop paying the rent if they don't do anything to fix it, the manager replied that they would then "cancel their order and leave me without hot water". I have various issues in the flat, and they proved to be useless every time - no response, loss of documents and information. They usually blamed on a colleague who had just left the company and didn't share the information with the new agent. The worst estate agency I had to deal with in 20 years and 16 flats rented over 4 different countries.

Clare from the sales progression team was absolutely amazing so I would definitely give her 5*. However after a very long journey of 7 months waiting to complete the day I finally picked my keys up from the allerton road branch was a little underwhelming, no congratulations or questions, just a swap over of my ID and the keys. I wouldn't say venmores did anything wrong but I wouldn't say I was woo'd by the service either.

Back in May we listed our timeshare points we have with Diamond International with Worldwide Timeshare as a Premium Listing. From that day we have not heard anything from them. The only contact we have had with them is when we have chased them for an update to the progress of the sale. To which we get the same reply every time. 'People have been looking, an enquiry has been made, but there has been no follow - up' It appears that if you are buying there is constant contact, but if you are selling, once they have your money they are not interested. Am very disappointed with the level of service.

I would 100 percent recommend worldwide timeshare. They sold our Timeshare in no time at all and Richard kept me updated every step of the way. I can't thank them enough for selling our Timeshare and we were only on there database as we didn't want to pay out any more money on advertising it as it was already for sale with another timeshare company who we'd paid quite a lot of money too and we didn't even get any offers from them. Worldwide timeshare customer service is brilliant. Keep up the good work. Thanks again Richard for all your hard work.

I was hopeful when I got a fair market offer from Swift Homes. Once I got the offer they kept changing the point of contact on me. Which makes it difficult to deal with them. Once you sign a contract with them the price that they give you is not the price they are agreeing to! They farm out the contract to investors that bid on the house and it ends up coming back insultingly lower than market value. They then try and convince you on how it's such a great deal. So to recap, they get you on the hook for 15 days with a decent deal then come back and low ball you in the hopes that you are desperate to sell. I completely understand if they need to take money off for an inspection (which they didn't get done in the appropriate time) but they made their lower offer based on a whim. Then they come back to you and want you extend the contract so they can "find better offers" and have time to get the inspection done (never got done). In the end this company and the people that I worked with made me so angry that I decided to pay all the commissions and fees in a traditional sale.

Amazingly professional, fair and most importantly a Swift home selling experience. Throughout the entire process from fair value appraisal, contracting, inspection, and closing this was the most pleasurable home selling experience ever. I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Bramlett Residential to find my ideal condo. In anticipation of my move to Austin, I felt nervous that I had zero familiarity with the area. Initially thinking I would buy a condo, I reached out to Eric for assistance. Eric immediately returned my phone call and over the next few weeks spent hours breaking down for my family the need-to-know details about the different areas of Austin. Further, he put me in touch with financial experts who explained my mortgage/ financing options. When I told Eric I was better suited to instead lease a condo during my 2-year stay, he promptly connected me with his colleague Bailey Bowden who, too, was a pleasure to work with. Bailey was extremely flexible to accommodate my busy schedule, and she showed many great properties that I would have never found on my own. After I found the condo of my dreams and signed a lease, Bramlett Residential did not fall of the map. Instead, Eric and Bailey followed up to help me sort out the remaining details with my landlord's broker and also ensure my overall satisfaction with my lease. Eric is the only realtor we will ever use in the Austin area! The summer of 2015 Eric sold our renovated condo in one week. His team was professional and worked together seamlessly. In our initial consultation we interviewed two other top sellers in the Austin area. Eric beat them out handsdown. One of the competing realtors bragged about quick sells but would not go for top dollar and we felt they made an assembly line of their work and lost personal touch. The other competitor didn't seem to know our neighborhood as well as Eric and our small place didn't seem like it was going to be a priority. Eric and his team were the perfect match, they had pertinent experience and were always accessible. In August of 2016, we found the perfect fixer upper that we had searched a year for. Again, Bailey and Eric were strong in negotiations and helped us get a great deal. Eric was even available months later when an unforeseeable tax issue came up. Trust me, Eric is the strong advocate you need in this Austin market. Bramlett Realty is the gold standard for the way things should be done.

We both bought and sold our house through Kemal, we ran into a few unusual situations along the way and he stayed calm and collected, guiding us through the process. Jason took us around looking for houses to buy and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and what we wanted. Along with his wife Jenny, working from the office getting us into see houses for sale we were able to see what we wanted and where we wanted. When we made our offer Jason kept on it to make sure it was presented to the sellers by their realtor. This was due to the sellers realtor not being on the ball. After the sale Jason was on top of everything immediately making sure that we were not late in processing anything that was needed. He even went to the sellers and had some decaying woodwork taken care of by an experienced carpenter just so that item wouldn't delay anything. By the way, we never got a bill for that work either. Jason truly takes care of business and with his wife by his side they make a terrific team! I couldn't recommend him enough!!

Telling me that there systems could not see my changes from the 21st and thus they didn't exist...Ya, there were right there under the older revisions & I found them myself. Without your assistance. Thanks for not helping and pushing blame on me left & right, telling me over and over again that I must have never hit publish on the changes. Ya, I hit publish on them OVER 30 times on the 21st. All I needed was help finding them and you tried to make me feel stupid. Over & over again you tried to push blame that it was my fault. Over and over again you told me those revisions DID NOT EXIST. Insinuated I must have not hit publish. You told me the 16th and the 27th were the only revisions that existed as of recent. Ya, that simply wasn't true...and I did not misunderstand you. That is exactly what you said. Dan, take your 20-years of customer service and shove it. You truly were no help today and deserve every bit of raised tone I pushed back on you for insinuating I was the dumb person who didn't make those changes. You deserve me injecting my voice into the conversation loudly when you continue to push blame. You deserve the choice cuss word I left for you right before I hung up the last time...Because honestly, you were abhorrent in how you treated me from the second I said I thought it could be a fluke in the backend of your system. You don't immediately tell someone not to "blame WebsiteBox for this" Well obviously, if you can't see my changes there is an issue on the backend or you are incapable of deciphering your own system log. I just really needed help today and you tried to make me feel small from the get-go. Oh, and btw...the issue was actually on your side the entire time. Thanks for that blame, Dan. EDIT 1: I received this lovely response from what I am assuming is Dan himself. I have attached the screenshot for your review. Apparently writing someone back with the subject line "Do you need a hug?" is an acceptable form of communicating about the issue. About sums up our entire call from the get-go and his superiority complex. EDIT 2: Dan continues to write truly lovely responses. Please see attached. I think this is very much a testament to how Dan does behave in his day-to-day business dealings. Truthfully, this is very much how he was towards me from the get-go when I told him it might be a backend problem. His attitude turned from "how can I help you" to "we are not the problem here, you are." And that is my biggest issue with Dan. But now, he continues to throw additional insults that now extend into who I am as a person. Truly uncalled for. And all I needed was help finding revisions from the 21st. Not to be made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. You don't want someones voice to rise, don't talk to them like they are the problem, Dan. Don't push blame on them. Find a solution to the problem without insinuating they are the reason it's not working. BTW, I wasn't the problem in the end, was I Dan? No, I really did make those changes on the 21st that you insinuated I must have not saved over and over again. In the end I just needed your help and it's obvious that you did not help.

When I first signed up in 2016 I edited my site and was able to build my site myself, without having to call in to the company for help. They closed down my old site. They claim they sent me e-mails, but they never did. I have all my e-mails and there are none from them. Even worse, the new platform is not user friendly, and I can tell the staff is overwhelmed. They are defensive and dismissive whenever I call in with issues. They tell me things are not set up, when they are (such as IDX) and when I tell them I have done it already they almost yell at me telling me it is not so. I feel like a crazy person dealing with them now. This is not a custom website approach, and I don't expect it based on price. I liked the old simplified version. This new system is complicated, time consuming, and nearly impossible. Not user friendly at all. Since I have already invested so much time, I will keep the site for now. If I was new and considering this as my website, I would definitely not go this route. Pay a little more and get a site that is workable. The new site is too complicated and full of items that don't work or can't be changed. Their solution is to delete the material in a section if it is not changeable. Not a good upgrade.

My family and I have stayed in one of their apartments from July 6 to July 16. Nigrum apartment. Also advertised as Akicity Santos Charm. Ten nights. We are four people. We have paid 1,987.32 euros. Plus 150 euros of deposit that have not yet been returned to us. Plus 30 euros for cleaning. Plus 56 euros of tourist tax. These 236 euros they forced us to give them in hand in cash and they did not give us a receipt. On arrival we found that what was described in the ad as two single beds in one room was a single pull-out bed. It was completely broken. You can't sleep in it. The supposed three beds in the apartment had been converted into a single double bed. Two of us could not sleep in one bed. One of us slept on a mattress on the floor and another on a sofa. We communicated this to Warmrental the first day we arrived before spending the first night. For the first six days he didn't even answer us. After the sixth night out of ten, after threatening him legally, he sent a technician who put some unscrewed planks on the broken bed, pretending that he had repaired it. The remaining four nights one of us was able to sleep in that bed and another had to continue sleeping on a sofa. The apartment also had a hole in the ceiling from which water was leaking. The technician saw it and said it was because the roof of the apartment was broken. But he didn't fix it. He said he would fix it when we left. The apartment drains drained badly. But he did not repair them. He said he would fix it when we left. The terrace was very dirty and covered in dust, although they charge an additional 30 euros for cleaning. We were told that it was due to a neighboring construction site and that it was not their fault. Warmrental has refused to give us fair financial compensation for this disastrous state of an apartment that, due to its high price, had to be in perfect condition.

Bad customer service... We had a booking for one of their properties a villa for four people in August and paid 20% of the final value. When we arrived at the site the property had been double booked by the owner and wasn't available. We were left stranded in high season in a popular place after travelling for 600 km without a place to stay. Warmrental tried to place the blame on us and didn't want to make the refund. They eventually did but against their wish.

Never have I been as pleasantly surprised to tour an off campus housing place as I have Clemson Lofts. They're aren't a ton of off-campus places to choose from but, I'm glad I looked at these people last! It was clean, staff was present but not overwhelming, and the students who lived there (that I could convince to give me a few minutes) had really only positive things to say. I got on the list to pre-lease in the Spring of next year, so so far so good! I almost skipped it because of the negative stuff posted but, when I asked the leasing person about it she explained that when they were doing updates and expanding that the city of Clemson made it hard for them to meet their deadlines. She basically said "that was the worst but, we got through it," in a few more words. Everything looks good to me. By far my first choice of the bunch! Would recommend to family and friends.

Just moved in a week ago, toured the space about a month ago and a few weeks later moved in and the place was spotless. Management was very helpful with getting accommodated, I look forward to living here over the next year. I would recommend the lofts to anyone looking for well maintained housing close to campus.

Let me tell you the good and bad of uloop. The good is that it has cheap rents and places are close to campus. The bad is that depending where you rent the other students may return when you still need the room. Just be very careful picking dates or negotiate that you can stay longer.

This company charged my card 8 times for $19.95 ($159.60) and I had no clue who they were. I couldnt find them to cancel this bogus subscription since their name on my statement says usreportsreal, which is not their name. I tried to find this company for months in order to stop these charges, but couldnt locate them by the name on my statement. Why would they not have their real company show up? This is something crooks do and thats exactly what they are! They blame me for not being able to locate them in time to cancel with in their 15-day refund policy. From all the complaints and 1 star reviews, I see Im not the only one. This company should be forced to pay be back and be shut down for criminal activity! STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS!!

My family and I decided to move to Idaho from California in late 2017/ early 2018. After numerous offers and attempts to purchase a home with Michael's help and without success, we decided to give up and just rent. Out of the blue, Michael graciously offered a lease option to purchase where we would put all of the down payment (20% of the sales price)and he would purchase the home as an investment and lease back to us. Michael wrote up a contract and we agreed to lease back the home and then purchase it a year later. To be clear he did not have 50 cents into this transaction. We were beyond thrilled to finally move here and not have to waste money on rent and so our 3 children ages 9,11,13 could go to better schools and we could live in a nicer area in the Bainbridge subdivision. In addition, since the real estate market was hot, we also agreed to split the profits 50/50 on whatever the home appreciated in the years time. After moving in and after a few months my income drastically declined as a result of moving my business from California to IDAHO and since I am 100% commissioned. We did absolutely everything humanly possible to hold up our end of the bargain but could not after months of struggling, draining our savings, selling a vehicle, etc. We even offered to give Michael 60% of the profits after a few months because we felt bad about the situation. He had an addendum drafted up that same day and was more than willing to accept and jumped all over it. We notified Michael all along the process and throughout 2018 and he knew all along how much we struggled financially. We were late yes but always paid the mortgage payments monthly. At the time we moved out were were completely current on all payments. We finally decided to sell the home in February 2019, well before the years contract had expired. He listed the home and once it hit the market it sold within 2 weeks for over $45,000 more than what we originally purchased it for. We even moved out early and rented a place within a few weeks at Michael's direction so they we/he could get the house prepared, cleaned and immaculate for showings and so "it could sell faster". Once the home closed escrow and on the day we were expecting to finally receive our initial down payment back, I was sent an email from Michael with a letter from his lawyer. This is where the nightmare began. It included a breakdown of all costs, repairs associated with selling the home and a "release of liability agreement". If we did not sign the agreement, we would have to go to arbitration and if we lost our case we would/could lose everything and even have to pay his legal fees and all court costs. Furthermore, to add further insult within the letter Michael and his lawyer decided he was not only going to keep 100% of the profit BUT also pay himself another 3% commission on top of this on a home he already owned ? Keep in mind the home sold in 2 weeks after listing and there were ZERO open houses performed. My wife and I were completely blind sided, shell shocked and completely devastated. We were excited to move on and planned on getting OUR money back so we could finally keep our head above water and put this behind us, not to mention that this money was our entire life savings. After assessing our options and next steps, over the next few weeks I tried numerous times to speak with him in person and he was not available, "too busy" texts and continuously delayed meeting in person. After getting no where after repeated attempts, I have spoken to a lawyer and filed a formal complaint with the IDAHO REAL ESTATE COMMISSION which is currently in process. We adamantly feel he did not have our best interests at heart from day 1 and simply did not do the right thing especially since he represented both himself and us the whole time. Please do your homework and speak to previous employees and clients and be careful who you trust. We unfortunately found out the hard way and I wish I had listened to my wife from day 1. We truly wish in hindsight that we would have not trusted Michael but time will tell what becomes of this horrible experience we had to endure while Michael got to line his pockets with half of our life savings with zero risk to himself.

I have used roommate. Com for several years. It is a little more expensive then other sites but in the scheme of renting, it is not ridiculous. I have sent many messages that have gone unanswered. I assume the receiver did not want to pay to get the message. I feel like if they will not pay to receive messages one they're not very serious about finding a place to live and two if they won't pay $15 to help themselves find a place will they pay the rent repeatedly on time. I have been successful using this site. I do wish it had a cheaper annual fee that you could use instead of the shorter more expensive ones.

They do not address the differences in man/woman/elderly age group/age peer groups and the differences or getting to know strangers before inviting them into to your home as a room mate versus the other combinations and the problems that go with it. There is no legal introduction or explanation of why people turn to the tenancy economically of room mating ,temporary or long term or travel/student hostels to Roomies and what is provides and what are the expectations. Could be friendly with streaming video introduction. Reviews could be much better. It really is too bad. This is a high end technology that really assist our working people during tough times. That is sad, it is exploited. They should correct their business, they would prosper long term.

In the 10+ emails they send every day they never offer you an option to STOP on Unsubscribe. Your only option is to block their email address for the rest of your life to stop getting messages. I hope the feds take them all away in handcuffs. Harassment con-artists.

Wish I had read these reviews before. FLOOD of spam emails Won't cancel subscription - can't get out! No response to emails No contacts provided until days after payment and then none of them being the contacts that were advertised to you under your "free account" Ugh waste of money and just awful terrible service. I am trying to report them to the BBB and maybe some authority under the CANSPAM act
