Through the company we have managed to get a 12 person private chalet all inclusive at a price not available anywhere else. Sue was fantastic, within 2 hours of my enquiry she had found the perfect chalet for me and my wife in Val Thoren catered including lift pass and ski hire for an incredibly low price. Highly recommend this service as I had wasted hours and hours trawling the internet and been unable to find anything that we liked.

Review Gianna Villa has Superb 360 degree views we enjoyed watching the sunset and got up one morning to catch the sunrise. A very peaceful setting. Lovely large pool which certainly was required . Various lounging/seating areas in and out of the sun. The overhang at the front of the house with large marble table was one of our favourite places to sit. We seen 4 eagles on 2 separate occasion. Our favourite taverna was Kostas in Maza, it is a must to experience the hospitality and freshly prepared food. Another taverna well worth a visit is in Nipos. Kitchen is very well equipped, excellent large BBQ. Sifis the owner kindly supplied a welcome pack containing homemade wine, marmalade, olive oil, olive soap, various herbs and vegetables from his vegetable plot at the villa all very much enjoyed and appreciated. The villa is extremely well kept during your stay, linen and towel change every 3 - 4 days. This was our first visit to Crete and will definitely be returning, when we do it will be to Gianna Villa.

My daughter and I spend an amazing 5 days at the IRIS villa. There are no words to describe how lovely the total experience was. We felt like we were at home, the moment we entered the front door. From the food/wine welcome basket to the warm decor. The villa was very spacious and each of the four bedrooms had their own lovely bathroom. The home was spotless and a maid came frequently. In addition the view of the mountains and sea was breathtaking. Last but not least, Manouli, was a tremendous help. He made himself available to answer any and all questions we had. Thank you for helping my daughter and I make lasting memories.

Wonderful first time in Maui and experience at Hale Kamaole! Very easy booking process and helpful staff when we had any questions. Stay was exceptional and staff were again very helpful and friendly. We were even able to get a later check out when we had a late night flight home. Unit was equipped with almost everything we needed. Only issue was a hard mattress in the main bedroom (sofa bed was great!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Everything was excellent, the guides especially Sam was 1st class knowledgeable and very helpful. All arrangements were minute perfect the accommodation was excellent. One of the friendliest countries we have visited and will visit again. Only disappointment was Eygpt air, worse airline we have ever used. Checking in it was obvious that preference was being given to lacl travellers not the way to increase tourist numbers and coming back the safety brief was not given until the flight which was late had reached cruising altitude. The most dangerous part being take off had there been an emergency on the runway no one would have known what to do.

We are four ladies who spent a few nights getting away from the realities of life with drinks and a hot tub. Hosts absolutely adorable. They welcomed us with chats, we said hello to their two spaniels and the free range hens that were strolling around. We were helped to our Yurt and shown how everything works, including the very awesome wood burning hot tub. Then we were left to our own devices. The cows and the views were also beautiful. Tranquility at its best. We will definitely be returning. ;-)

We were told we would be greeted by an English speaking person but were instead met by a French lady who spoke no English and her ageing mother who had gone along for the ride. The washing machine did not work for first part of our stay despite previous occupiers having reported that it was not working. The living accommodation was somewhat shabby and not what we expected of a quality villa. TV did not work because some previous occupants dog had chewed up the controller. In short advertising was over described.

The Santa day was amazing and my kids (and maybe us) really thought they’d met the real Santa. They loved that he had their letters, the elf’s were amazing and the staff worked so hard. The gala dinner and entertainment after the day made it feel like Christmas. The reason I didn’t give a 5 star was that the arrival and welcome meeting was disorganised and it was hard to find where the welcome meeting was. The meeting seemed more about pushing extras rather that what you could do (for free) while you were there (like the massive sledge slope that was not prompted).

Day tour of KI was very good, the driver was very knowledgable & gave great information. We had a few intermitent showers on the day, but we got to see all the main attractions. The seals at Seal Bay & Admirals Arch were so lovely to see up close in their environment. Highly recommended for all ages - was a great day.

All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. Jennifer at ski weekends was superb and able to get us a great multi generational family ski trip, despite our many tricky requirements. After not skiing with my Dad for 26 years and my sister for 17 years - we will be skiing in the three valleys along with two of my three kids and my niece too. Booked a ski total holiday in January. Missed our return flights because there transfer bus couldn't pick us up on time. Ski total were well aware of weather conditions and weather warning with road closures forecast more than 24hours in advance and did no planning or organisation to prevent this. Then spent the next few days trying to sort out the mess. Despite being delayed more than 24hours ski total refused to compensate for excess costs of car parking and premium seats on return flight just £50 due to the delay being an act of God (bad weather) not their poor preparation for the widely publicised snow storm the evening before. They also tried to get me to pay my own ski carriage on the rearranged double flight which I knew I would never get back. I would not recommend ski total due to this recent experience.

I didn't end up riding with them; the day I travelled on was a chaotic one of cancelled flights and hastily re-scheduled plans, so I booked with Snowbus as a fallback, before my originally booked shuttle was able to fit me in at the last minute., leaving just before Snowbus. I recommend them based on their excellent customer service, fast booking process and friendly staff who I spoke to when I cancelled my place at the last minute.

the hotel i wanted to stay at had sold out their allocation online, I thought i would try the telephone booking service, this was also sold out but the gentleman that dealt with my call went out of his way to contact the hotel directly and ask them to open a room for me, he then went to the trouble of phoning me back once the room had been allocated on the computer system to complete the booking, very impressed with his efforts, unfortunately i can’t remember his name but if you could trace it through my booking reference then he deserves a commendation for his excellent service

I can honestly say that I have never traveled somewhere before where there was literally no issue, no problem with the reservation or the unit not being what was promised. The communication was excellent, the ease of payment and the information on the island was better than anything the tourism board provided. Do yourself a favor and use Andrew for every trip you take.

Best amusement park for young kids. When I took my small children to Disneyland I was amazed how they weren't allowed to ride most things because of height restrictions. Not the case for Lego land cause they had small kids in mind when they built this place. Small kids will have the most fun here, trust me on this one. I had season tickets for the family for about 5 years from 2004 to 2009. They have a water park now at the Carlsbad location near San Diego CA. I think they must have built a new hotel there too because the website lets you set up reservations for it. Make sure you bring a jacket for everyone because it can get cool at night, even in the summer. The lines are much shorter than Disneyland too. Things to bring for family when you go... 1. bathing suit 2. jacket (gets cold at night even in summer) 3. sunscreen 4. hat 5. Volvo ( get to park up at the entrance if you got one)

Mont Tremblant is a beautiful place. But I had very bad experience specifically with this company. It's my 5th time in Mont Tremblant, I never had any problems. The owners charged extra fees for cleaning the hot tub, because they did not want to pay it themselves. Cleaning the spa is part of the maintenance and customers should not be paying for it. Same with cleaning the cottage. Also, the pool table was missing one ball and I was almost charged for it as well, had to argue that it was missing before we arrived there. Very dishonest! I would not recommend.

Cottage Mont Tremblant Rental - Just great place for summer retreat! Very quite place! It stays on non-motorized lake Gauthier just minutes driving from mount Tremblant. My family and I go on regular vacations to Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada and we normally stay in Hotels. This year we were looking for something a little different and my google search found this Cottage Mont Tremblant site. We decided to try it and never regret of our choice! I thought it was worth sharing.

I have never had the pleasure to visit the UK and see for myself the amazing castles over there. In the US this winery is one of the only places in the states that built a medieval castle that is open to the public. They also have very good wine in their cellars and have events throughout the year. Worth a visit if you ever go to Napa.

I attended their halloween party last year at the castle and it was the best halloween party ever. Their wine is okay, but the experience of the castle is why you want to visit this winery. Their pinot nero is the only wine I think that is worth buying.

I don't remember Disney being so profit driven? Everything is marked up from 300 to 600% from normal! I felt I was being scammed everywhere. You can't make a budget because they nickel and dime you to death! And 7 out of 10 buildings in disney area is a store trying to push their product "junk" on you, at crazy prices. Most of the shows are very good but there are more stores than shows! Profit! Profit! Profit! That is the feeling I got at Disney. Dought I will ever be back. Sad

I booked a vacation via SouthWest. I got an email that told me to check in to their resort hotel and sign up for Disney's Shuttle Express service. I don't know who designed and/or programmed the website but it is the most incompetent, flawed and poorly streamlined site. It's only a smidge above those news sites that play advertisements for 15 seconds before you can click an X and/or has some video ads in the background. Everything is laggy and takes seconds to process. I know it's to entice the Disney goers but when I book vacations I expect things to be efficient, not slow as hell. First, the Disney Shuttle Express pages are BUGGED. I could not enter in a flight number. The calendar for arrival and depart dates were messed up on all computers I tried. My macbook pro's three browsers: Safari, Chrome and Firefox had the same issue. I tried on a pc with IE and Firefox and the same issue was there. It could very well be that all of my computers and browsers were having simultaneous issues but I think their website is programmed poorly, very poorly. I mean, do they outsource their programming to overseas for a salary for $2/hour? Is that why it's so buggy? I try to check in with their resort online, two rooms were booked. They were unable to check in the other guests in the other room because of their website limitations. As much as they like to promote a stress free experience, I've never had as many issues with Disney as with any other website in my life. Even Gmarket and the Korean language were better experiences. For the two things I attempted to complete, I give 0/2. I ended up spending almost an hour with Southwest Airlines who ALSO ON MY BEHALF attempted to complete the booking but THEIR browsers were also having issues. They ended up calling Disney to do it for me. So that confirms it wasn't just my computers or browsers. For a company that has so much revenue, there's no excuse to scrounge on a better web experience. Sure it might save them a few $$$, but it wastes my time and my time is money also. It's disappointing that it's so glaringly obvious they value their own profits a lot more than their customers.

We are happy with the property we have rented the past 5 years but are disappointed that check in is so late 4 pm. Most places check in is 2pm. This year we had to wait till 5 pm since the cleaning service was delayed. I hope we get an early check in next year at no extra cost as a courtesy.
