Ordered four corkscrews as gifts on 12/19/2011. Was told by Winestuff customer service that they would arrive well before Xmas. Never arrived. Called on 12/28/2011 to get status. Informed that they never had the items, thus the order was never processed. Customer service indicated that since they never billed me, everything was fine. They missed the minor point that they didn't even contact me and their horrible service resulted in gifts never being given. Horrible company!! Never use this company. Go to Wine Enthusiasts for quality products and service!!

I ordered 4 Riedel glasses and 6 Spiegelau port glasses from Winestuff online. Then I called them to see if I could get the port glasses by a certain date - I really needed them. They said probably not. I asked to cancel the order. They said I couldn't do that, it was against their policy. Then I got an email that the order had shipped and was complete. When I got it, there were no port glasses. So I called them and they said, "Oh, we can't get them, so we cancelled that part of the order." I asked why they hadn't informed me, and they said they just hadn't gotten around to it. This is the worst mail order service I have experienced ever. And I do a lot of mail order.

When order does not arrive/lost by their poor (Hermes) shipping company, cannot get ANY response. tried contact form, SM, nothing. And no phone number either. When beer has arrived, tend to find some of the cans a little bashed. Fine, still drinkable, but lacking in QC. Not had the same issue on contact/refund/replacement from other places selling beer online (like Fullers, Chiltern, Tring to name a couple....) Your pays your money and hope it turns up.

One star is generous.......no option for 0 stars as that would have been my preference. Listen guys just don't order from Flavourly!!! I ordered a case of craft beers 6 days ago. Promised a two day delivery......still waiting. When I emailed them to raise the issue and a request for a refund they told me I would be charged for the refund. They obviously have enough customers...my advice is go to another genuine authentic company who value you as a customer. 2.8 as a review average is poor....so I'm not the only one.

All the juices had just enough sweetness and tasted amazing. I honestly miss not having that orange drink during the day as it was by far the best tasting juice out of any of them. package arrived on time and in perfect condition with all the juices frozen and ready to be thawed. started the very next day and for the most part didn't feel hungry but did decide to eat random bites of protein throughout the day to make sure I didn't feel like I was dying from starvation. would definitely recommend this juice cleanse to anyone as long as they can get it on discount and will most definitely try it again in the future as long as it is on discount. would love to see raw generation juices in store for regular/daily consumption. Raw Generation shipped my order very quickly and it arrived within just a few days. The packaging was very thorough and the juices were all still frozen solid when they arrived. My only suggestion would be that, prior to the customers finalizing their order, it would be nice to see an estimated shipping/arrival date. When I placed the order, I didn't know what sort of turn around time to expect regarding when it would ship or be delivered. I ordered on a Friday evening. I believe the juices actually arrived on the following Wednesday. Great customer service! And great email communication after I placed my order.

I've been vaping for almost 6 years, and Totally Wicked has been one of the main suppliers of E-Cigs, Tanks, Atomizers, Liquids and various accessories and add-ons during that time. Their range is awesome, the products are very good. They deliver quickly, and pack well. They often pop a little gift, such as a pomotional pen or suchlike into the package. I have rarely had to phone them about an order, but when I have, I have always found them to be very pleasant and helpful. My most recent purchase from them was to join their newly launched Club Wicked. This is a monthly subscription service, with no minimum term requirement For £35 per month, you will receive 10 x 10ml bottles of your choice of E-Liquid plus a bonus 2 that are randomly selected, although you can specify which general range you would like the flavours to be picked from (For example - Fruity range) As well as this, membership entitles you to free delivery site wide, no matter how small your purchase is. This is by far the best water bottle I own. The filter system is genius and the water tastes incredible. The mouth piece is perfect for guzzling and the 500ml measurement helps my OCD keep track of the water I've consumed. Good plastic, easy to wash in the dishwasher and affordable filters. I highly recommend.

My experience varies store to store but overall mixing the good with bad I would give 4 stars. The take home bagged coffee is what I prefer. The sad parts about DD is that they no longer make donuts at the store and the product quality is poor compared to back in the 80’s. I also have a hard time getting anyone to listen to me when I tell them ‘just cream’ (no sugar). Andthis is something I get at almost every location-except the Homewood Illinois location- the woman I’ve seen there the most totally gets it! She’s great!

When I call customer service all I get is a voicemail and no returned calls. I have ordered from this company before but this is the last time. I placed my order on December 12th. On December 19th I sent them an email asking about my order status and expected delivery. I was told it might ship by the 24th. No reason or apology was provided. A day later I got a computer generated notice that the wine was "on its way" but was not provided with any further details. At this point, I have no idea if or when this gift order will arrive. It's doubtful that it will arrive before Christmas. Why an order should take 10 days to leave their warehouse is a mystery. They tell you "For your planning, average delivery times from your order date to Texas are approximately 10-12 business days." That is obviously not true. These guys need to get their act together if they want to be a successful company.

I ordered 6 bottles of wine on January 5, 2016. I keep getting emails that they are holding the wine for better weather. Well, Michigan, where we live, has had many days of above freezing temperatures, in the 50's during the day. The wine is coming from Ohio and they still haven't shipped. I called today and asked why they didn't ship when we were having mild weather and all I got was we have to wait until the weather gets better. Now we are going to have below freezing and they missed their window or opportunity. Do they really have the wine or are they giving me a line of BS.

Customer Experience to the MaX After receiving my Soma pitcher, the quarterly deliveries of filters started to arrive, although my address had changed. I didn't think I'd hear back from the location where the filters had been delivered, so Jenny collected and provided all the shipping and tracking information regarding UPS Innovation (a partner UPS and USPS service) and even followed up with me a week later via email to see if I was able to retrieve the filters. Buyer Beware...if you ever need a repair you will never be able to get a positive response from this company. I have been trying for over 4 weeks to get a service company recommendation with no response from their CS team. Unit won't keep the set temperature, off 10 degrees or more. I sent the technical at KB information they requested and their reply was we have no idea what is wrong with it, My unit was four years old and out of warranty by three years. Horrible customer service, technician having no idea of the problem. My suggestion, move to another brand.

We all enjoy a good cup of coffee and the coffee beans at Brighton coffee machines are pretty decent also.

I recommend Jim's Unit 3 masterclass unreservedly. You cannot fail to come out a better and more confident taster, and better equipped to succeed at the WSET Diploma. I attended three of Jim's masterclasses over a single bank holiday weekend. (I was in the UK for two weeks - I live in Hong Kong - so I thought I would make the most of my time there). I mention this because my review effectively covers all three days - it's impossible to differentiate (or even remember) any single day precisely - so I appreciate that my learnings will have had more opportunity to embed, with the repetition. There are two elements to studying for the Diploma: (i) becoming a better taster, and (ii) passing the actual exam. The two do not always entirely align. Jim's course is the perfect combination of both. He helps you to calibrate your palate and hone your tasting skills, but he also gives you practical insights into how to give the examiners what they're looking for. And who better to teach that than someone who's actually sat on the examination panel? I had attended a thorough five- or six-month Diploma course from a well-regarded WSET Approved Provider in Hong Kong, and regarded myself as fairly well-drilled in tasting, and I still learned a LOT of invaluable lessons in how to pass the exam from Jim. The masterclass is extremely well designed, and flows and builds seamlessly through the day. It is designed very much as a piece, and each session grows organically from the previous one. It started so gently that I wasn't even aware at first that we had slipped from the introductory tea and chat into the first session! We started by chatting about the key elements of the main grapes that could be examined and how to spot them, then went into writing "dry" notes and how to hit the points that the examiners were looking for, before doing a range of tasting flights designed to calibrate specific skills and cover specific grapes and styles, all against the clock, before ending the day with a full timed mock exam, which Jim marks and on which he sends you written feedback afterwards. The elements flow so seamlessly from one to the next that you are not aware of how much you have been pushed during the day, until you get to the end and realise how exhausted you are! Having attended three classes, I can also see how Jim subtly adapts each day's activities to what that day's group wants or needs. Having suffered from some shocking teaching in my time, it was an absolute pleasure to be in the reassuring hands of an expert. We even finished on time, which might seem a small point, but it's something I hugely appreciate, and it shows just how on top of things Jim is as a teacher (after eight or nine hours of teaching, including making us a tasty lunch). As well as invaluable tips on how to write for the examiners, Jim gave many highly practical tips on how to improve one's tasting and how to approach tasting in an exam context. He also chooses a set of wines (15 or 18 for the day) that cover many of the main styles that get examined. I took my exam yesterday, and I can say confidently that Jim's teaching helped enormously. There were a couple of sections in the exam that threw me completely, but by thinking along the lines that Jim taught, I managed to write something sensible. It may not be right, but it won't be entirely foolish, and I know I wouldn't have been able to do that before. This to me was the most valuable part of the whole masterclass: gaining confidence in my own tasting ability. Yes, the practical tips are invaluable, but Jim is such an encouraging and skilled teacher that you can't help but come away not just a better taster, but a more confident taster too. The only exam preparation I can think of that would be better than attending one of Jim's masterclasses is attending two of Jim's masterclasses. Or three.

Ordered 3 items for a xmas present. This was done on the 2nd of november - and i still have not recieved anything. I have asked for track&trace every week since, and now it is the 12th of december, still no package. Everytime they come back with the same answer : We have sent your request to our shipping center. No other reactions and i never heard anything from the shipping center :(

Have used this company since 2020, had great experiences until the past 2 shipments. Both have arrived damaged and not with the full amount of bottles purchased. Customer service is rude and accusatory to customer despite pictures being provided of missing bottles and damaged shipping containers. It’s a sad turn for this company, they used to be great.

Admittedly, they do have great prices. I have purchased from them on 3 different occasions. 20 bottles of "winter wines" for $124.99 is a deal. They sent 10 bottles of white and 10 bottles of red. The reds were young and the whites were old (2016-2018) and some of the reds were 2021. After tasting some of the bottles, I had to spit it out and ended up throwing the entire bottles in the trash. It ends up not being such a great deal when they're not drinkable.

This is a very good site for buying coffee beans in bulk and expresso machine spares and accessories. The Italian coffee beans are vacuum packed and stay fresh until opened so no worries about ordering a bulk supply. They have a simple post and package policy which is the same for a small or large order so it is worthwhile ordering all you need in 1 go. Delivery is fast- usually within 2 days in my experience.

Ever since I was in Kona 5 years ago,( I live in PA) I’ve been ordering from Queen Coffee. Every now and then I try to find another brand that is less expensive and tastes as good, since having your coffee shipped direct from Kona sometimes seems a bit out there. However, I’ve not been able to find a coffee as smooth and delicious as the Hawaiian Queen Coffee peaberry. Once you drink it, it’s very hard to settle for less. If you’re a person who enjoys coffee, in my opinion, theirs is unbeatable. So regardless of how extreme it seems to have coffee sent direct from Kona , it has become my norm.

I have tried many Cupping Contest winners over the years and Hawaiian Queen rules. Low in acid and always that rich Kona flavor. Recently switched from the Peaberry to the Extra Fancy. It’s just a tad smoother I think. But they are all great coffees. I am done testing the winners of the cupping contest since I can’t imagine any being better than Hawaiian Queen. HQ for life!

We went to our first wine tasting at Hawkins in Godalming and it was a really great night out , Simon and James are very knowledgable when it comes to the English wines and where they are grown , not cheap but so worth the extra money , brilliant , we highly recommend them

I could complain and say that it took 12 days for my order to arrive , or that they never answered my emails when I asked them when /if my order would be shipped , but within 30 minutes of raising a dispute with paypal, I received confirmation of dispatch from them , and thereafter , constant emails from the courier updating me on the consignment status. Parcel arrived , well packaged and on its final consigned date. I understand moving business premises can cause quite an upheaval for a small business , and it seems they are trying hard to rectify the issues they have had over the last few months. All things considered , I received a well packaged and good quality product at a good price, just a little later than i expected it to take. I hope to be ordering from you again in the near future

I purchased a bulk order from MaxiCoffee (350 capsules) which would have lasted us about 9 months, but when the product was delivered about 90% of the capsules only had 3 weeks shelf life remaining. I complained and was offered a Maxicoffee voucher covering about 25% of the cost. I didn't accept this and had to push them several times to address the issue seriously. In the end, after pushing they did agree to a fair resolution and we had to choice of a 50% cash refund and keeping the product or 100% cash refund and sending the product back. A fair resolution in the end but very disappointing (1) that we were sent short dated stock for a large order and (2) that I had to push and push them to offer a fair resolution.

I just started to give them business. A wrong item was sent. They said I chose wrong item. Instead of taking it back and giving me the correct product they said I have to pay 15 courier fee to collect it. Very dissapointed as I gave them a big order. They just lost out on repeating big customer.
