Clive Coffee has great customer service. They went out of their way to help me, and to make sure my experience was positive, even when events spiraled out of control, they stepped in to make sure that I received the best experience possible when I ordered my espresso machine. I highly recommend them over WLL. When I contacted WLL, their customer service reps were not helpful, and didn't always have the correct information. Clive Coffee on the other hand, was always courteous, and helpful; also when they didn't know the answer, they quickly researched the topic with other departments in their company, and got back to me very quickly. WLL and SCG both have a lot of videos online, but the customer service of Clive Coffee has shown to be much better for me - one of the benefits of a smaller partner to work with. If possible, I'd purchase from Clive Coffee again and I recommend them for anyone looking for a nice coffee machine.

Coffeelink pesters the life out of you to give a review when you buy from them. I'm sure this is my second review just to stop it. The problem with Coffeelink is its IT systems. They are geared up for a billing cycle, not a subscription delivery service. Consequently, the time you pay is completely removed from when your coffee is delivered, and they give an "approximate" 5 days window, so you're never really sure when it will turn up. In days when some companies will get your item to you before 10.00pm on the day of order, this is not impressive. Similarly, the web site is very badly thought out, and user experience is not good. Searching is not the best, the information available is poor and to amend your subscription you have to accidentally discover that the "edit" button is off page to the right! It's a shame that a company that provides good coffee has been so badly let down by its systems engineers and web designers, to the point at which my frustration has led me to cancel my subscription because it's a bit of a lottery regarding when my coffee will arrive.

This is really good. Having the ability to buy many small bags to try a wider variety of coffee is amazing. The range / variety that are available is really impressive - I've found coffees from South America that I love but wouldn't have opted for normally, preferring African coffee. The quality of the roast is great too.

I tried the 24h original cleanse from CPRESS and was amazed! The juices taste really good and they are actually very filling. You basically need to drink 1 juice every 2-3hours, there's a guide you can follow for the cleanse. I ended up feeling energetic the whole day, I was even able to squeeze a 20 minutes session of cardio. Would definitely recommend, I'm personally looking forward to my next cleanse.

One of my favorite ginger brews out that and when you add the fact that it has caffeine AND nootropics, it only adds to the benefits. I do not like straight Chardonnay champagne, any Blanc de Blanc champagne as a matter of fact. I find it harsh on the palette, too much Chardonnay bouquet and taste for me. My personal preference is only for champagne with the combination of the three champagne grapes.

I was introduced to Waterdrop in store a few years ago, but unfortunately the store discontinued it. Since then, I have ordered from Waterdrop several times. I hate drinking water, but with these I actually manage to drink more regularly. There are flavours for everyone, and I absolutely adore all their designs. One thing to note, however, is that most of their flavours contain artificial sweetener, but they have finally started introducing flavours with stevia, which I definitely prefer.

A wonderful drink with many layers and deapth of flavours which changes with many different mixes. Alcohol and sugar free, allowing me to enjoy a drink and feel a belonging with friends and family and not like a child having to drink cola. I gave up drinking some time back for health and medical reasons and now find alcoholic beverages bitter. Feragaia changes the whole field of opportunities. Thank you

Haven’t yet opened the gin and tried a taste. Bought as gifts for friends and whilst the style of the bottle is very clever, I was really disappointed at the lack of quality on the placement of the tax stamps. The stamps we squint on each bottle which demonstrates a lack of care and attention to detail. It might seem a small complaint, but it creates a poor impression.

Excellent service I ordered the gift box of gin and a glass for my friend’s 60th and it was delivered within days. It was well wrapped with bubble wrap and boxed so it was really protected. I can’t wait to see his face when he opens it. Thank you so much would highly recommend.

Great concept, lovely branding, good delivery. No taste to the coffee. We use Nespresso machine with the milk frother, and fill the frother up to the minimum amount. So our coffees are just below the rim on a small 200ml mug. From nespresso, we usually go for strength 9 and above. The house blend smells nice but as soon as you add the milk, it just tastes like hot milk. The dark blend is a little better, but still tastes weak. This was the opinion of both myself and my partner. We have the rest of our capsules to our parents to try, and they also didn’t enjoy the coffees. They taste nicer when you do a double shot, but that makes for a very expensive coffee. Have also tried them with just a dash of milk and some hot water which is ok. I can’t comment on them as espressos since I don’t personally drink them. Make sure to lift the slot again after using to drop the capsules through the bottom, otherwise they stick.

I have been buying their nespresso pods. Pretty good if you like light roast coffe. I wish they would come with "lungo" pods as I mostly use their pods in long morning coffee with milk. Otherwise, quick delivery and nice packaging.

This is probably the tastiest energy bar on the market and it's produced by a company with a strong ethical and environmental policy. For anybody using these for climbing, mountaineering, skiing etc. it's worth mentioning the consistency doesn't change dramatically with temperature. Other bars can become a floppy mess or rock hard brick but I've not found this to be the case with Hard Bars. I've never had any issues with UK delivery and usually have them within three or four days.

Am now 22days from order placement/delivery confirmation, and have only received a portion of the order which are for Christmas gifts to employees, who finish up tomorrow. Some responses to emails but I am instigating all of the correspondence. Stuff ups happen, but ultimately the business can only be judged by couriers they use and the timely and proactive customer service when problems arise.

I purchased my first bottle in February. Excellent build quality. It feels sturdy and I imagine it will keep forever. Easy to configure and integrates seamlessly with Apple's HealthKit and other apps. The service quality of this company is also outstanding. I had a minor issue with the lid, the hinge pin came loose and fell out. I am sure they're figuring this out, but I made one call and within 24 hours they had sent out a replacement lid. You cannot ask for more than that. Great company, great product, and their commitment to service is noteworthy!

Hello . So after hearing so much about hottie detox and how well it worked , i decided to give it a try . I went ahead and ordered and it arrived around the same time they said it would arrive which was great . After i had tried it for a week and didnt see any changes in my weight ,i contacted dr. Charo herself . At first she was ok but after i started asking more questions she went ahead and blocked me on her whatsap. What kind of customer service is that ?. And what false advertising . She had mentioned in most of her instagram and facebook postings that they have 24 hour client support. How could that be true when she has blocked me . Terrible terrible customer service . Hello again So i still havent heard back from dr. Charo or the company . Since i've last written this review i have tried to contact her through facebook and facebook messenger and she has blocked me as well . So much for their free 24 hour client support . This company is a complete fraud and i would never recommend it to anyone .

I Have tried to contact infuriation a number of times with no response. I ordered a classic glass infrution bottle through their website. After waiting over a week for delivery I received the wrong product, the 'Sport' bottle was sent to me. It arrived in an Amazon box, despite me not buying from Amazon, there was no invoice or delivery note to return the product. I contacted heads group via reply to the confirmation order email and heard nothing. I then contacted infruition through their website, then on Facebook, via wall and personal message. I have also tweeted on twitter, rang their business line. I am beginning to doubt their existence. I want to return my product, I would have liked the 'classic' in it's place but have frankly lost all faith in the product. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO DETAILS ON HOW OR WHERE TO RETURN ITEM TO IN PARCEL OR ON THEIR WEBSITE. I AM STUCK WITH AN ITEM I DO NOT WANT AND NEVER ORDERED.

Had several emails requesting delivery update - no dispatch email issued This was a gift to a friend leaving and I missed giving to her as no response / indication of del date. More frustrating as email reliant - I could not pick up the phone to ask the question. Delivery also took a week when expected to be 2-3 days Product looks fine and I'm sure my friend will like it - shame about the general customer service.

LOVE I have loved all of the teas that I have tried from Yourtea. I first tried the Teatox a few years ago and referred to it as tasting like sticks & dirt - but I still really enjoyed it! And then when I had my IUD removed I decided to do a round of the Teatox and then Fertility Tea. Now, I don't know if its just pure coincidence or not but we fell pregnant the very first time we tried in 2016, and I like to think this tea did play a role in our success... so I am excited to order again soon when we are ready to try for Baby #2 :)

I read an article in Audrey magazine about your Matcha Tea, never having tried it before, I was a bit hesitant to try. I am a devout coffee tippler, never tea. So was pleasantly surprised to find out I actually liked it. And was delighted with the packaging and whisk. I now have Matcha in my smoothies, added to all mixes. and on my porridge, and as a rare alternative to my beloved coffee. Great coffee, taste/flavor/quality exceeded my expectation and I'm a true coffee snob. I felt energized all day, didn't notice the usual post-coffee/caffeine crash that is common with most coffee types. The price is a little high, I get nowhere near 14 days from a bag, but I do prefer to use more scoops than recommended. Delivery is a little slow too, maybe 3-4 days.

The team at Wevino is an absolute joke. Wildly incompetent! I ordered 4 x bottles of wine and they filled out the customs forms so that I had to pay 142% of the purchase price in levies and taxes. I've placed a bunch of orders with Coffee Bean Corral over the years, including a recent one, and they have consistently delivered outstanding product and service. This firm sells whole green coffee beans for home or light commercial use, which you then roast and grind with your own equipment for maximum freshness and flavor. They'll sell you the roaster and the grinder, too, if you need that. And the website offers lots of good advice on buying, roasting, and brewing coffee beans. They offer beans from exotic locations all over the world, many from organic and/or fair trade growers, so you're putting money in the pockets of farmers dedicated to growing the best beans possible. Bean prices are comparable, even with shipping, for what you'll pay in a store for good ground coffee. Only the coffee from CBC is better. MUCH better. Most people understand that for good results, grind beans right before brewing, but for even better results, roast high-quality beans to just your personal favorite length of roast one to four days before brewing. For that, it helps to buy green beans, and a roaster and grinder. Highest recommendation for this web merchant.

I placed an order 04/06/13 and the money was withdrawn from my account on 04/07/13 (according to my bank statement). It is now 06/24/13 and I have yet to revive my order. I have emailed three times and called (leaving a voicemail since they never bother to answer their phone) and have yet to receive a response. I just tried calling again this morning and received a message stating the voicemail inbox was full. My first few orders with this company were processed quickly and without incident. However, apparently that is no longer the case.

I placed an order with them for two items. The first item arrived about a week laer (shipping time + 1 day). The second item was a no-show, and there was no communication about what the issue was, or when it would arrive. I waited several weeks, then called. Miraculously, the item shipped the next day. To me, this looks like they were out of stock at the time (it happens, but a notice would have been nice), then forgot about the rest of the order. This is a good way to lose customers, and I won't be buying from them again.

I ordered my case on April 11. The estimated delivery was between April 23 and April 27. After this they changed it to May 4th to May 7th. The wines are not even shipped which usually takes 3 days from when you order. Have emailed them several times and poor responses. Still waiting for my wine case.

I've been buying this product for almost a year now and rely on it to get through my day. Being able to get caffeine without all the sugar and bs in energy drinks and soda has made a huge difference. I wanted to try this company's product, so I bought two sets of fruit-flavored kefir and I made it clear in the "NOTE SECTION" that I wanted to try "Blueberry" and "Passion Fruit". But with no communication at all, they decided to send two Blueberry smoothies, so no passion fruit. I emailed them but no reply. They don't really care. There are better products elsewhere and especially better service. Stay away.

The first day I walked into the shop looking for a bit of help, feeling confused and overwhelmed with the amount of information and slang terms used in vaping I found it. I could see that I was being listened to, and they must have assessed my knowledge wasn't the best so they broke it down for me. Going through options and making the 100's of devices into just a few categories that I could understand. Such a shame, this was such a good place to buy liquids, great value for money with their multi buy deals, quick delivery, good selection of flavours, but as someone else has also stated, for well over 6 months now most of the flavours are out of stock. All the flavours I enjoy have now been sold out for 2 months; all of them. I enquired about this many months ago and was told they were running down the 100ml bottles and would just be selling 60ml bottles from then on. This I can understand, but how long have customers got to wait to get the flavours they like? A year? 2 Years? They should start selling them in 60ml bottles and put the 100ml bottles permanently on offer (as they kind of are anyway / VIP Deal) and please please, please, remove the items that are out of stock or at least make it clear that they are out of stock on the product list pages. You are driving your visitors/customers away. I now buy my juice elsewhere.

We ontvingen 1 koeler ipv 2. De 2e werd later geleverd. Ik moest zelf naar bekers vragen. En op de vraag of jullie papieren bekers hebben wordt niet beantwoord. De chauffeur heeft me daarmee geholpen. Uiteindelijk zijn alle koelers geleverd maar dan kwamen we er pas achter dat er geen dispensers zijn voor de bekers!? Hadden jullie dat ons niet eerder kunnen vertellen of adviseren??? Na n paar dagen zijn de dispensers geleverd, maar ze moeten apart aan de muur worden bevestigd... pfffff moe werden we. Omdat er te weinig tijd is omdat te doen.

I would love to give a review of Grady's Cold Brew but considering the fact that I never actually received my order and my email to the company inquiring about it went completely unanswered I can only review their them for service. So, NO, I would not recommend the company to anyone. I ordered their Bean Bag Singles product to try an alternative to lugging home their concentrated bottles. I never received the order. USPS says it was delivered and the address was correct, but in the past I've noticed that USPS sometimes says things were delivered when they were not. But, the delivery failure is not necessarily in Grady's control. What was in their control was to answer my email asking them to look into the missing order and an inquiry into whether I could just buy the brew bags at a nearby store instead of messing with the mail. I never received an answer and have not purchased Grady's coffee since and don't plan to.
