Specified a delivery date (standard delivery free over £150) about three weeks in the future when I knew I would be at home on a weekday. 1 working day after order, I receive a text from the carrier saying delivery to be attempted that day. Carrier were great, shame they had to pick up where Wheeler left off.

We have, so far, only tried the Chateau Saint-Paulin 2018 from the mixed case of 12. The initial taste was a bit tart but that went when we started eating. I'm afraid that it had little flavour and was most uninteresting. Its only redeeming feature was that it was alcoholic. I think I shall go back to Aldi's Animus Portugal at £4.99 a bottle.

I explained over the phone that I liked Prosecco and Cava so a box was made up especially for me consisting of 4 different brands of prosecco and 1 brand of cava. It is nice to have a selection and a lucky dip rather than buying the same one from the shop over and over again. The delivery of 15 bottles arrived within 3 days and all at a very reasonable price. Will buy again.

My one brew coffee maker arrived within a couple of days of ordering, which during lockdown was remarkable. In our office we do like a "luxury" coffee at lunch time, but our (existing) espresso machine was giving up the ghost, it just could not cope with making 6 to 8 espresso's a day (and it was less than 2 years old). So following some market research and a chat with the helpful people at Buongusto, we bought an RDL "Sweet" Espresso machine from them. All we can say is that the new machine exctracts much more flavour from the ESE pod's than our old machine did, and it does so very quietly (good for the office environment).

Bought the ESE Intenso pods 44mm to fit a Dualit 3in1 machine. Unfortunately the pod has burst on each occasion used. The coffee tastes really good but it just creates extra mess. The ordering and delivery process was first class at a very reasonable price.

Delay of 7 days for the delivery unfortunately, i made the order to stay home and instead i had to walk 20 minutes to get the delivery. On top of that nobody replied to my email to cancel my order...it s a strange period but they did not inform me of any potential delay or service interruption...i will never buy again

My favourite coffees are made by Cafepod, I've tried a lot of different brands and blends in my old nespresso but nothing really compares: Livewire is a seriously strong coffee with delicious flavour and heartily recommended throughout the day Tokyo 'til dawn is amazing and flavoursome Brooklyn hustle is perfect Every interaction I've had with Cafèpod has been entirely positive - customer service is brilliant and helpful. At first I resisted purchasing a year long delivery pass but it rapidly made sense to do it! Genuinely, I can't recommend the brand enough!

I purchased a case of 6 bottles of wine, made the payment, my money was taken from my bank account, and days later I receive an email from someone at Chateau.com, saying that the wines were wrongfully priced, and that they would cancel my order due to this fact. I was not asked or consulted, just offered other “discounted” wines which were overpriced when compared to other vendors. I still haven’t received my money back.

Besides being £10 per 900ml bottle, recently learnt milk used is actually from another "farm". Tastes awful unlike any other kefir, yogurt or goats milk products I've used. They do say to add Stevia or blend with fruit to make more palatable. Personally I think this should be an option not a necessity. Will see if it's ok for my dog.

We have had a HORRIBLE Experience. They charge $98 every month and every 2 months you get 2 bottles. That's $200 for 2 bottles and the whiskey has not been anything special. Shipping is a nightmare. We NEVER received our June shipment of 2 bottles. Good luck getting ahold of them...I've emailed 3 times and never heard back. Also, they send us mostly scotch... Do not recommend.

I bought the EDM Techinika profi coffee machine with the ECM S-Automatik 64 grinder at a good price from Di Pacci Coffee Company. Great coffee machine and grinder combo. Great to deal with Michael. Brand new Melitta Caffeo machine broke down within a month or so. When I contacted the company for service, there was poor communication, requiring numerous chase-up calls. Finally when the machine was serviced, the brand new accessories that came with the machine were not returned with the machine. e.g milk spout tube, card insert explaining which coffees use which beans. Despite repeated contact to chase this up, nothing was returned.

I’ve had an incredibly long ship time , being that it’s coming from California to Ontario canada , and that there should be no problems at any USA/canada border because it’s coffee, I would have expected this shipment some time ago. I have yet to receive my product and the order was shipped Wednesday, exactly 7 days ago. EDIT: this coffee is absolutely fantastic. Very nutty in taste, very bold flavour for a medium roast coffee. Very smooth finish. Depending on the type of coffee maker your using , I would suggest a little bit coarser of a grind , specifically if you are using a cone filter. Basket filter might be the same , this coffee seems to over saturate and get a bitter bite to it. All in all a good flavour excellent bean, and the packaging is very well done to preserve freshness of the roast.

Ordered 2 dozen glasses on Saturday and they arrived Tuesday, very well packed with lots of padding. No breaks! Love the Pinot glasses and the gin glasses. Chardonnay glasses are a little smaller than expected but that was my fault as I ordered the wrong ones and should have bought the Chardonnay glasses for Oaked wines (according to husband) not Riedel‘s fault!

I’ve always loved Riedel. I remember once bringing home the remainder of a bottle of wine we didn’t finish at a restaurant, pouring into our Riedel glasses & saying “Wow! This is SO much better. Wish they would’ve used Riedel at the restaurant”, which by the way was an excellent restaurant. They just chose to cut one wrong corner. And ordering online was so easy, and we got our glasses in record time.

Not only do I like the flavors of their stuff, but once I purchased 2 tubs of their Coconut Rehydrate which I've had before and love. One of the tubs had a strange flavor to it. I contacted SOS and they replaced it, no questions asked, no problem along with a gift for my troubles. I have no problems recommending them and their products.

Really amazing range of teas and there is something for everyone.. including a reasonsble amount of decaf as well. My favourite is the mint choc chai or Apple loves mint. Turkish delight makes a nice floral change to my usual. Prices are competitive and deals are good too. There is also a wide choice of gift bundles and accessories. Loose leaf teas and tea bags are available.

I have had a great experience with my contact at CWC, Natasha. She is personable and helpful. I swear it makes the experience of being a member seem that there are people that want you to feel like an actual member. We chat, she advises, she advocates for me and all this on top of receiving fantastic wines. Running a small business myself, I also appreciate how CWC works with smaller wineries so that they can continue to exist and share thier craft with more people.

I have been sending monthly wine gifts through the CWC for a number of years. Their customer service is excellent. There have been virtually no problems but I do know that when there was one mix-up it was remedied immediately. The recipients love the wines and look forward to receiving them each month. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware, particularly if buying for a gift, bottle turned up with details gouged out of the bottle, when I queried they reakon they had never had a complaint like this. Rubbish! This looks like a parallel import? I wouldn’t buy from again or recommend this company

Ordered items : never got them shipping says it was delivered were to god knows . Was ment to send to nearereat parcel connect if no one was home to sign for item no one has any idea we’re item is . They told me to work it out with courier company not there problem and not responding to my messages robbed me !

Although the products are good, if a bit expensive, and delivery prompt once you have bought from them they will bombard you with marketing emails. You can unsubscribe all you like and email asking them to stop but they just carry on. I've don't buy from them anymore and their emails are marked as harassing spam.

I bought 4 of the more premium green teas and really enjoyed them. I'm s big of a tea snob and happy to drink this daily, though I'm not sure it's quite the ultra high-end experience suggested in the listings - superlatives such as 'supreme' and 'premium' are certainly overused in the place of tea grades. To be fair, though, this is great value. I've not managed to find another shop in the UK that matches this quality at this price.

I loved all three drinks, they all tasted different and had individual qualities. I thoroughly enjoyed them however I dont know if I would purchase again as I feel £25 is too much for a 70cl bottle. I think you would get alot more custom if you changed your pricing.
