After looking for a photographer for our wedding, we decided to book this photo team based in Miami. I have read the reviews on several wedding websites and seen wedding photos as well on their website. I am really impressed by the 5 star ratings from the previous clients. Liam showed us their previous work, what great natural photos they captured. The quality of the edited photos looked great. Liam was happy to adjust the wedding package to suit my needs and was so accommodating throughout. In addition, we had a pre-wedding shoot. Everything was produced to a very high standard and we did not have to wait too long to see the fantastic photos. Highly recommended wedding photographers in Miami.

He and his photographers precisely captured the amazing and stolen shots during the our wedding celebrationIn my book, that makes them one of the best wedding photographers in Miami. I remember, before our wedding we spoke with Liam and he believes that precious memories should be treasured for a long time through artistic images that mirror your ideal day. All of the shots they made are the very unique and some more artistic shots. We and our all guests truly loved the images captured with smiles and beautiful reactions of everyone who were present on our wedding day. They also offered an affordable wedding videography for the complete wedding package. Overall they are wonderful and highly recommended!!

I have been in a nightmare situation with this company. We only got to the stage where they practiced on 10 sample photos for me. They tried about 4 times to retouch 10 images to my style and they were SO off that I decided I was not interested in having them retouch the entire wedding. I asked them for a refund about 6 times, they said they will not give a refund but continue to try to edit the images until I am satisfied. I am obviously not going to be satisfied with their work after all of the attempts and communication we have tried. They continue to drag out this process and are doing everything possible not to give me a refund even though no significant work has been done.

Terrible customer service. Probably the worst I have ever dealt with. We recently submitted a song to OmariMC and received a message that since we used the word “damn”, they could not accept it. That was fine, although “damn” on its own is not considered an explicit lyric on all platforms in the industry. They agreed to a refund, but said there would be a fee for Palpal. I expressed that was unacceptable since it was misleading on the website. I researched prior to submitting to make sure “damn” was not explicit. After some back and forth and explaining this to them, it remained the same. Honestly you should go with a company with great customer service. Try Indie Music Academy. They have been so in-depth and have really taken care of us as customers. Their services are wonderful, and their customer service is amazing. Two other wonderful companies way more worth your money is Planetary Group (PR and playlisting as well) and Starlight PR.

It's easy-to-use interface, flexibility, and limitless options give me so many features and tools to interact with my users, collect their emails and phone numbers, and make sure they have everything they need to make a purchase. If they're not ready, I can catch them with an exit-intent pop-up to give them a special offer too! This has made me so much money and is invaluable to my business.

TL;DR -- this app is awful compared to JustUno or OptiMonk. But much worse, they are incredibly unethical in their business practices. I would hope that Shopify would police this sort of BLATANT unethical activity on apps in their store... BEWARE -- THIS APP IS BILLED OUTSIDE OF THE APP STORE ECOSYSTEM, AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOU LONG AFTER YOU HAVE DELETED THE APP. (also, they will charge you at a rate higher than any plan they have listed...) When I informed support, they could indeed see that 1) I had uninstalled during trial (18 months ago), 2) I was on a trial of a $20/month plan 3) They have been charging me $79 month every month, and continue to do so after this has been brought up to support. This is clearly unethical and illegal. Fortunately, I have recourse through my credit card, but it is sad that a company of Privy's size would resort to such blatantly unethical behavior. I could have chalked it up to an honest mistake, but no...they continue to charge me even after I have pointed it out to support. They cannot even give me an option to cancel NOW. (I literally don't even have a login....I deleted the trial during the trial phase....They tell me I must login to cancel the service...) No joke -- they tell me the only way to cancel is to login. They CONTINUE to charge me. I do not have a login (never have... I went through the app store to login back when I was trialing them in 2018....) I have email documents to prove every word of this. I do hope Privy decides to do the right thing before I have to go through the credit card. I hate to say such nasty things about a business, but this behavior is simply unethical. Truly, I hope you recognize your error and rectify it immediately...

RUN - THEY ARE THIEFS THAT PREY ON SMALL BUSINESSES This business is a complete sham. Following their marketing advise my businesses Google My Business page was shut down. I called and spoke to Joshua who assured me he would email me for additional info as soon as we got off the phone and begin working on a reinstatement ASAP. 24 hours later, nothing. So I reached out to Google myself and managed to get reinstated. I then emailed this company asking them to please cancel my contract immediately never got a response. I then removed their access to my Google account. 10 days later Joshua finally reached back out to start working on this issue they caused. So to them it was no big deal for my business to be off Google for 10+ days at a minimum. I repeated to him that I no longer wanted to be in business with them and wanted payments to stop. He told me accounting would contact me right away. A month later and about 15 calls to them and finally they called me back. I went over all the incompetences: 1) Promised 30-40 listings in 2 weeks @ 3 month mark only at 12 2) Promised huge increase in clicks to my website - no increase at all 3) Meeting with monthly team members to help me market my business that don't even know what bookkeeping is so they are of no help 4) Call is always with different person and they just repeat everything and don't even sound like they looked at your stuff until 1 min before they call 5) Every call there was a pitch to sell me more services 6) Getting my Google page removed combined with no rush to correct Lady on phone claims I am on 40 listings now, but if true website clicks would have at least increased and they have actually decreased not increased. I can only guess if true now it is what they rushed to do the last month between asking for the contract to be canceled and ignoring all my calls until finally returning the call today. As my last call a month prior and the day before booted from Google they showed me listed on only 12. Then had the audacity to say the best they could do was $840 still due if I wanted to terminate even though I have only worked with them for a couple of months and paid a down payment. This would be almost full contract. I asked to talk to her supervisor or manager and she claimed to be her own manager. I insisted and she stated she would have someone call me next week. Then when she emailed the meeting time it was at one of the only times I told her I could meet and stated it was with her supervisor. This company is riddled with incompetence and has no problem stealing from fledgling new business. If 0 stars were an option it is what I would give.

Since they've changed their name, they've gone downhill. And they even changed their name as to be a more professional business... which I find sad because they were way better before They changed. I've have to have all of my orders after the name change redone because of bent corners. And now my most recent purchase is on the wrong paper. I've been a customer with them for years, but sadly I'm going to have to find someone else
