I bought a replacement laser drum cartridge for my Oki data printer to have on hand as a replacement when my original drum had ended its useful life. That day came and my staff placed the laser drum replacement cartridge purchased from TonerMax in the Oki data printer. The printer gave an error code and when Oki data was contacted, they stated the laser drum replacement cartridge purchased from TonerMax would not function. I looked on the packaging that the laser drum replacement cartridge purchased from TonerMax was packed in and on the end of the box was the following: "100% FULL YEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase under normal use and service. Contact your dealer to replace any defective products. This guarantee is limited to the replacement of the defective product or the refund of the product''s purchase price, at the dealer's discretion. Based on the amount of toner consumed, refunds may be pro-rated" I still had the receipt and the order number, so I called TonerMax customer service to explain my dilemma to the "customer care agent". I was told that policy is only a 30 day return and that my request would be honored. I asked WHY, if the laser drum replacement cartridge purchased from TonerMax had a 100% FULL YEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, could it not be returned as it was obviously not going to work? "There is a 30 day refund/return policy as stated on our website". I asked that a support ticket be created. Today I received a message back that reiterated the 30 day refund/return policy. Again I wrote back and asked why the "100% FULL YEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE" as printed not the box is not being honored. So far I am stuck with a $105 product that is useless and still I am within the year for the manufacturer satisfaction guarantee. Unless this issue is dealt with to my satisfaction (return and refund), I cannot recommend doing business with this company.

Mybinding.com advertised a GBC Velobind Four binding finisher for sale and for delivery by December 1st. I ordered the binder on November 20th. On November 26th, I called for a tracking number and status on shiping and was informed my order would not be shipped until after December 19th. I informed Mybinding that I needed the machine sooner and cancelled the order. They agreed to cancel the order and issue a refund through paypal. As of December 8th I still have not received my refund of over $2500.00. This is not a company that I would give any money to up front as they do not willingly return funds for orders they cannot fulfill.

I needed to get a new plastic comb binding machine and I wasn't quite sure where to get one. Luckily, a friend told me about MyBinding.com. I visited their website and was really impressed with the number of machines they had available. All of them were from reputable manufacturers (GBC, Fellowes, etc.) and to my surprise, they were all reasonably priced. (Always a good thing!) I wound up getting one of the new GBC comb binders and I even got free shipping. Their staff was also incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I plan on shopping with them again in the future.

Carol Cornell emailed back and forth with me a few times sending me 3 or 4 proofs of the stamp until we had exactly what we wanted. She was very professional and I appreciate her help. eFax is a company that will charge you for services you're not using including charging fees that are not covered in their terms and conditions. We recently obtained an unauthorized charge of $99.99 from them seemingly out of nowhere despite not even using the service we were paying for for that month. We use it once every three months and in a month where nothing was faxed, they charged us another $99.99. We are disputing the charge with AMEX and cancelling the service. Their support defended the charge, but couldn't tell us what it was for. I would personally recommend you stay away from this scam company.

No way to cancel online, emails get ignored and they keep charging my credit card. eFax is really really annoying and cheeky. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no option in the member area so I wrote several emails, which all got ignored. Apparently they want to make you call their customer service department which is illegal in Europe. Stay away from those scammers!

I have uploaded and ordered prints from these guys in the past and am looking forward to receiving my next batch of photos soon. Uploading has become a lot easier with the various software tools they provide. I can only vouch for the quality of 4X6 inch and 10X15 inch prints; top quality. The 4X6 photos are 12 cents each, and with postage only at 99 cents, I am not aware of any better deal then that. Confirmation and shipping emails followed by fast delivery (to Portland OR ), too good. Why winkflash has not gotten more reviews is beyond me but in my opinion the service they provide is great. Update 01/08/07: received my prints, could not be happier with respect to their quality and the care taken to pack them in solid containers. Shall be using winkflash again in the near future.

This reviewer is insulted and disrespected to find that not only was there no instruction or guide included to avoid the potential destruction of the pen when removing its fill tank but did not even provide directions for using an unusually shaped cartridge. An email was sent with proper and specific information that was ignored. A second letter was sent to Levenger Customer 'Disservice.' This time, they acknowledged the pen. However, they disregarded the portion of the question about the insertion of cartridges. Much time was wasted. Time is money. I am hard-pressed to consider that I might make a purchase from Levenger again, considering their prices. They want to make their customer service "Legendary." At this time, it seems to be mythology.

I ordered 5 ink cartridges for my Canon MP830 multifunction machine; the prices were very reasonable, and shipping was not too high. I ordered on Monday, and received an immediate email confirmation. On Tuesday evening I received an email confirming shipment, and on Wednesday I received the order! Very fast and easy. I had to rely on reviews at other sites to feel comfortable ordering from WholesaleToners.com, but I'm very happy with the experience and will use them again.

I am pleased with the papers that I received, exactly as ordered, and with six extra bonus papers for printing, to try the new line of papers that Red River developed. I am pleased with the number of papers offered in the sample photo pigment ink pack, 34 papers, plus the bonus papers, all 8.5x11 in size. I will shop there again, highly recommended store.

Before I purchased a photo from Fotolia, I explained I wanted to buy one image ($25 USD) and did not want a subscription. They said that was fine. I paid for the image and downloaded it. They took another $25 USD from my card the following month. I had to cancel my credit card to put a stop to it. This company is scamming.

I ordered 2 USB cables. 3 weeks later I received 2 of the wrong cable. After a week of back and forth I was told I had to pay shipping and wait for them to be received before they would send me the correct cables. Reluctantly I did so. 3 weeks after that I received 1 cable in the mail - shockingly it is the wrong cable yet again. I can't wait any longer and am asking for a full refund (which I highly doubt I'll get) STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Customised items were not delivered at all following *8 weeks* of confusion (production delays, incorrect shipping notifications etc..) and missed the event they were meant for. **10 weeks** and many emails later I am strictly only given the choice between 1. Start production again or 2. Receive Bizay credit to my account. Despite rejecting the credit, I was then informed I was given the credit and the matter was considered resolved... This was in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to make claims with my bank to get my money back. Do not rely on Bizay for timely delivery or reasonable service. Can't comment on product quality because I never received it!

17 days after making the purchase and paying extra for the fast shipping, I did not receive the product I ordered, I waited another 3 days for a response from customer service to find out that they detected an operational anomaly in my order whatever that means. I ordered labels for my mom's 75th bday party favors. They came quickly and the printing was crisp. Colors true to the online version. My only disappointment was they were smaller than I thought they'd be. I'm sure the sizing is listed online, but I didn't see it and the version I chose ended up with a dime-sized photo. If I had realized the tags were so small I would have used a different format with less text (but that was my fault!). Nice product, good experience.

I purchased two sets of ink for my HP Office Jet Pro 6968. the product arrived in a good time. I then tried to install the cartridges and the printer would not read the chip. The printer thought there was no ink in the cartridges. When I opened the cover to remove the ink, there was plenty of ink all over the place. the cartridges either sprayed or leaked ink everywhere. I thought I could rely on the stated guarantee so I called the company. I did not hear or understand that they wanted me to return the defective products because the agent stated that these cartridges did not have the proper HP chip in them. They were working on this problem but it was not finished. When I finally got straight what they wanted from me, it was to late, I had already thrown the ink away. The customer relations person stated that because I did not have anything to send back, there was nothing they would do. My suggestion is to be very careful when you order from this company. I noticed the other ratings and see that they are not well thought of.

I love the easy to use interface for briefing the team and now I just upload the new episode interview files and the team simply mix the episode the way they know I like it. I used to use a freelancer, which I think was a few dollars cheaper, but I had to fit is around him, I was never sure on delivery time and communication took much longer than it does now. Our office in compliance with OSHA just bought a ton of new ergo supplies from this site and all of them were very low priced as compared to office depot which would have been way to expensive to buy everything we needed from wrist pads to new keyboards. Nice that you can get good shipping rates if you order enough supplies. They sell toners too and we may buy those from them in the future as well. Too bad for office depot which is too expensive.

Their web site doesn't work, it doesn't allow items to be sorted by anything other than "Relevancy". The price range selection filter, also does not work. I contacted them about it through online chat, and they deny their is any problem. I tried to call them, but no one is answering any of their extensions. Not customer service, not sales, not returns. All of this makes me wonder when they are going out of business. They sure are NOT even trying to do business. Bottom line: If the web site doesn't work, and their customer service is non-existent, they will NOT get any of my business.

It is not easy to trust an online platform with purchases using your hard earned cash. Everyone promises things but they never deliver. I am almost relieved to say this is not the case with neobux. I thought I had an issue with a purchase a few weeks ago and I contacted them. They answered within 5 minutes! If you have tried to contact any online support before, you will know what I mean. I am making this review because we are always quick to criticize and point out the negatives aspects in any situation but we almost give credit where credit is due. Over the past few months I have been evaluating different supplier-integrated eCommerce/quoting platforms. These included Flashecom, VARStreet, CNET Channel Online, and Quotewerks. All of these platforms are fairly expensive for a hosted eCommerce platform, around $200-$400 a month (or more depending on add-ons all of which are prohibitively expensive). But for that cost you get a branded storefront, vendor integration with electronic ordering, inventory management, etc. Makes running a web store MUCH easier… or so one would expect. After watching several sales demonstrations I finally settled on Flashecom because I thought their platform best fit my needs. Flashecom boasted more than a decade of experience, the branded storefront seemed to be more feature-rich and merchant friendly, plus it still had some quoting/sales capability. Maybe not as polished as CNET or Varstreet, but Flashecom is first and foremost an ecommerce solution, and not a cloud-based quoting system. I got the impression that Channel Online and Varstreet were first and foremost quoting systems with a storefront thrown in as an afterthought. Signup for Flashecom was fairly painless and the site was ready for initial configuring within a few hours. During the pre-sales demonstrations I was allowed access to a demo site where I spent several hours exploring different features and trying things that I planned on doing with my own site. So once my site was ready to configure, I already had some experience with the platform. When it came to setting up my own site, I was rather dismayed that no formal help or documentation is provided. The “Help” which would be more accurate if it were labeled “About” has no real “help” functionality. All it provides are links to the version number, phone and e-mail contact information for support. The help menu itself actually suffers from a bug where it doesn’t drop down long enough for you to click on any of the links making it useless. In lieu of any formal documentation, Flashecom provides several videos which detail various setup processes. While these are helpful, they lack any real depth and when you run into a snag somewhere, chances are you won’t find the answer to your problem in the video. This brings me to my second and probably biggest complaint with Flashecom. Their tech support. A few hours into my site configuration I started to run into problems, bugs, etc… one of which involved processing an order, another involved a product import that bombed half-way through corrupting my product catalog. Unable to find any solution to either of these problems I called up the tech support phone number I had been provided with. After a brief period of music on hold, my call dropped to voice mail. So, I left a brief message explaining my issue and followed up with an e-mail. Several hours later I hadn’t received a return phone call. So, I called again. Same thing, brief hold, and drop to voice mail. You would think that with subscription rates in the hundreds of dollars a month that Flashecom would have 24/7 tech support. Apparently not. The sad thing is that my prior provider had competent technical support available 24/7 and cost less than $50/month. Lastly, Flashecom’s platform is buggy. VERY buggy. In addition to the help menu bug previously mentioned, there are issues with various configuration screens. Looking at the revision log, the platform gets an upgrade about once a year. With some of these bugs fixed and some actual tech support ability, they might actually be worth the money, but until then, I would avoid them.

I compared few eCommerce applications, including CNET and Vartstreet etc... To tell you the truth i was scared to sign up with this company at first. Their reviews suck but not based on many feedback. So I wasn't sure. But then I submitted a demo via their site and I got a call back within minutes from a very friendly sales consultant. To my surprise he answered even the toughest question and showed me enough ability to walk me through a demo. You can immediately tell Flashecom eConnect software is the work of many years. Well organized and well presented with nine distributors connectivity, system configurator, quote, purchase order etc... and with a beautiful custom store front wich is not offered in many other ecommerce applications. They provide a toll free number for support and they make sure to resolve your problems before you hang up the phone. You'll be the judge.

EZ Prints is one of the few photo service providers that can print 6 foot wide panoramas. While I hadn't seen very great reviews for them, there prices were good enough to at least try them. Labels are good but your freight shipping company is an issue. They dropped our pallet off at the wrong building. They didn't ask for signature or call us, they just dropped it off unattended without any notice. Also the pallet that they dropped off was broken and we had to move all boxes onto a new pallet.

I was surprised when I received my signs, to see the reversal of the background color from black to white. I had okayed the proof and asked that the $100 fee be waived but I did not realize the change since it was not what I had submitted. The only suggestion is for your website to say somewhere next to the magnetic signs is a comment to customers to make sure that their door panels are made to hold the magnetic signs and just not the frame around the door panels. Unfortunately, upon my assumption, I figured my vehicle would be fine and that wasn't the case. We ordered two pairs and my husband's vehicle is fine. Unless there is something your company uses already for previous customers that ran into this situation? Thank you.

I ordered 6 printer cartriges for my Dell printer from Swap Ink (Swapink.com). The cost of the order was just under $90 and I received free shipping on it. When it arrived several days late, the box had only one cartrige in it. When I called to complain, all Swap Ink ( Swapink.com ) said was, "they must have been there when it shipped" so it was "my problem". I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. These are dishonest vendors. Buy from them at your own risk!

I recently discovered Swap Ink, which is located near my hometown. They offer a wide variety of remanufactured ink cartridges at a great price. I saved a lot of money with this discovery. The staff was very friendly and the store very clean. I had a problem with one of my cartridges not connecting with my printer. When returning to the store, the guy that was taking care of me very nicely explained some tips to help me out. Apparently sometimes remanufactured cartridges need a little boost to get them to work in printers. He offered tips which were helpful in getting my cartridge to work. I have recommended the store and website to all my friends and family. Saves lots and lots of money!

This company makes durable metal signs, and allows you to design your own. I've purchased two custom-made house signs from this place. The first lasted a dozen years out in the weather, summer and winter, and only recently started to show signs of wear. I ordered 8 different business cards, paid an extra $18 for express shipping which their site said was "guaranteed" to be delivered by 3 business days. I ordered on Monday, was supposed to get them on Fri. I get a shipment notification thurs night that it went out that night 2 day air.. should get here by Monday. I needed these cards for an event on Saturday. I emailed them and called them. Got a response from customer service saying that the first batch wasnt good so there was a delay. Umm ok, so why didnt I hear anything about that? After all I payed a lot of extra money. Even so, why didnt they ship it out overnight knowing I payed to get them by Friday? SO I called customer service. I get a woman on the line that says that they can refund me the cost when it comes on Monday. I said that doesnt work as I needed them by Sat, hence thats why I payed for the expedited shipping. She comes back with they can reprint them, charge me half price for the cards but I have to pay the overnight. I asked how much that was.. it was ten dollars more then what I already payed. When i pointed that out, she abruptly said well thats all I can do. I cant do anything else, have a nice day. and HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back 4 separate times before I got a floor manager who did the right thing, had them overnighted to me for Sat free of charge. Awesome. She did what she had to do... but wow what attitude from the rest of customer service from a company that claims their customer service is the best. So monday comes and there are no original set of cards.. Tuesday comes and they show up, except two of the cards I ordered and paid for are not included. This company is the worst. They lie and they dont care about what they do or how they do it. DONT USE THEM..

Never, never, never waste your money on this warranty. What the clerk tells you is bullocks. By the time you are finished getting jacked up by Staples you could have bought a new computer. The warranty covers repairs not backups and no free computer replacement. You'll gave to pay $129. to have them do a backup for you if you don't know how to do it your self. You have to drop the PC off at a Staples store and it will be gone to the Depot for 10-15 business days, that's 2 -3 wks. Staples does not give you a new computer if it is beyond fixing but instead they give you a store credit for whatever the depreciated worth of your computer is. And that's not all. You have to spend that money on a new computer that is exactly the same model as the broken one. Gouging, greedy bunch. Big time misrepresentation. I won't be buying anything from them anymore. They used to be my go-to store for literally everything.

They post lead time and when you call they make up info without checking. Was told two day for delivery and it took three weeks. When we called after a week they said another two days. We called after two weeks to cancel the order and they said you cannot cancel as the order is on the way. We sourced from another supplier and do not require any more. They blame a supplier, but I bought from Staples ! Staples, take some responsibility. Your web site still says two days. Save aggravation and avoid.

However some issues with the services: 1 - The invoice I receive is wrong every month 2 - The printer is regularly not working (no paper available, no ink, printer not working) which cause the have copies being charged without getting any actual copies. 3 - I have been asking for several weeks on how to make a change in the office and no feedback whatsoever. 4 - The portal is regularly not working (to print, to book conference rooms) 5 - The Telepresence room cannot be booked using the portal which would be much easier.

My first choice was Vista Print; however, despite very responsive customer service, they couldn't meet meet a two week deadline without significant surcharges. DiscountMugs was the only place whose estimated shipping date was within my window and their price was reasonable. Unfortunately, all that was simply window dressing for a company that, quite frankly, is clearly only interested in getting your money as fast as possible. Firstly, my artwork was uploaded incorrectly with no indication that the process was faulty. (No specified file formats were given, but their site automatically downsampled a perfect vector image to a resolution that was unusable for printing. Vista Print's file formats, in comparison were clearly spelled out and all worked perfectly.) Secondly, my repeated attempts to contact them to verify the shipping window were met, effectively, with responses of "we don't care" and "just keep waiting" from multiple service reps. When I finally go through to someone who seemed at least moderately helpful, he then refused to respond to any subsequent messages after promising to "monitor" my order. Throughout the entire process my shipping estimate remained consistent it was scheduled to arrive ONE DAY before my event, which was the time listed on my original order. That is until the product actually shipped, at which point the "estimate" was magically changed to two weeks later. Not one day or two days as would be a reasonable delay, but TWO FULL WEEKS. That instantly transformed my product from a "welcome" gift to a "thank you gift". Unfortunately, upon finally reading the reviews on this site, it looks like I will well be throwing the product directly into the trash whenever it actually does arrive. The purposely misleading print times are nothing short of fraud on the part of this company. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. When ordering from a site called "discount" mugs, you're probably going to get what you pay for. In this case, it seems customers are unlikely to get even that. And the only reason my review is two stars is that I haven't actually seen the physical product yet. But if it's anything like what what other users have described, even one star will be too much.

Very poorly imprinted product & unsatisfactory service. Quality of lettering is superficial and has rubbed off within a few weeks of light use. The shipment arrived in a crushed and damaged box reeking of a spilled, unidentified liquid. Support Personnel has been very reluctant in pursuing these claims -- despite detailed photos. We are extremely dissatisfied with this particular order, especially as it contrasts so markedly with our previous shipment of commemorative mugs. It is doubtful that we will reorder again from this company.
