I ordered a photo book as a Christmas gift on 17th November; this arrived 29th November and was damaged (quite extensive - all dinted around the edges as wasn’t packed well) and also had a duplicated page in (I only used each picture once and had reviewed before ordering). I send pictures of both errors and was assured I would receive a replacement corrected. This finally then arrived around 9th December, however still had the error duplication previously flagged. I again emailed about this, waited several days for a response which just asked for more pictures which were sent along. I then waited a further 6 days to receive a amy form of reply (keeping in mind I now knew I had no chance of receiving this correctly in time for Christmas) only to be told it must be my error and must have been added to the basket like this. It absolutely was not, each pictures showed it was used once, and how could a multi page be duplicated further along in the book? Did I just happen to choose the same layout. They closed my case and that was the end of it. Wouldn’t order again, absolute waste of time for a relatively expensive product.

Placed an order for some ink bottles and writing pads. Days later get an e-mail. One of the bottles of ink is actually out of stock even though it shows on the web site. They will refund or I can choose another item at or below the value of the ink. Seemed odd the way they worded it, but I chose a Pilot Metropolitan as I never had one yet. It was less than the value of the ink. It doesn't come with a converter, so I ask them to include one, I'll pay the couple dollars difference. They ignore my request, send me the pen without a converter and offer a refund of $1.08. Pure nonsense. Terrible customer service. I would gave thrown in the silly converter after wasting so much of my customers time, but at least put the converter in the order as requested and charge the couple dollars extra for it. Now I have a pen with no converter to use with the ink I bought. Petty, unprofessional nonsense. Back to Goulet Pens for me.

I am a real skeptic. I do not believe that paid, let alone free programs can work perfectly. Almost every one of them has some drawbacks. A while ago I decided to check LinkBox. Plus, they give 100 free credits to test Google Addurl. After thorough testing... attention!... ...I have found that the tool is working perfectly! At first, I was wondering if the bot could get to the right page all the time. But due to the algorithms of the service, Googlebot gets through redirection to where I want it to go.

I've been buying ink cartridges for my HP inkjet printer from inkjet.ie for a couple of years, and I am very happy with the quality of the products and the customer service. My orders have always arrived quickly, and the one time I had an issue with a cartridge, it was replaced once the company had received the faulty one without any quibbling. I particularly like that they accept empty cartridges back, which you can send to them for free, and they give you a 1 Euro coupon for every cartridge you return. The prices are significantly lower than buying from the shop, and though they are reconditioned cartridges, they look brand new and besides the one occasion I had an issue with one cartridge, they function perfectly. Shipping is free on orders over 55 Euros, which is fair. The company also offers more affordable bundles of three cartridges, either Black, Colour or both, your choice. I can highly recommend buying from inkjet.ie for great service and excellent prices, plus the empties don't have to end up in a landfill, which is a big plus for me in this age of disposable consumerism.

From the outset, Jessica could not be more helpful. She was totally organised and I had a quote within hours. The organisation seems totally professional. I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome of the first half of my book. From start to finish Anton went through my entire manuscript discovered the holes and mended them together for the book to be seamless. In addition, his speed and communication from chapter to chapter was very good. I was always kept up to date. Also, the first half was delivered faster than expected. The item arrived quickly and the quality of the filament seems high. My only complaint is that one of the plastic straps designed to hold it without a spool had entirely shattered in transit. Not a big issue, but they need to be turned in so this doesn't happen.

I'd used 3dprintz in the past to order a microswiss direct drive extruder, but hadn't tried their filament before. I was originally looking to purchase a whambam mat for my resin printer as I knew that 3dprintz was a supplier. I was also on the lookout for a 'sparkly' black filament however, as my usual go to supplier - fi*****um! - for exotic colours didn't have quite what I needed for a specific job. Anyway, I spotted the nightshade filament at 3dprintz so thought I'd give it a shot. Well it's just what I was hoping for - black with a hint of silver in it - looks very elegant! It prints very easily at normal temps as well, no issues at all. Based on this reel, and the no hassle shopping experience overall, I'll definitely be trying some other filaments from 3dprintz. I’d been through two paper shredders in five years, so wanted a new one that was reliable and robust, as well as good at shredding paper to confetti. The Bonsaii DocShred C560-D came recommended by which.co.uk, so I bought it. I got it early February 2019 and it worked really well then in early January 2021 it suddenly stopped working. I was going to contact Bonsaii customer service but when I went online I saw their HQ was in the USA and wondered how effective they’d be at helping to either get the shredder going or refunding my money. I’d kept my invoice and it had a UK company called Morning Joy Technology Ltd and a UK address but no customer service contact number. So I looked them up on the internet. The UK address is listed as a terraced house in Orpington and is the address of two other companies run by Chinese directors. I also found out they had an office in Hong Kong. I realised I wasn’t going to get the customer service I needed to help me solve the problem of how to get this shredder working, so I contacted Amazon where I’d bought it from. Fortunately for me Amazon refunded me my money under their 2 year money back policy. But if they hadn’t done that I’d be out of pocket. So based on my experience I wouldn’t recommend purchasing Bonsaii paper shredders.

Ordered Sunday and had a call same day to say a slight delay on the item I ordered but was offered a (higher spec) replacement instead at same price. Good customer service! Very pleased with the adjustable desk - it's a solid piece of kit and already I can tell the benefits of being able to work in different positions. Only minor issue is I didn't find the instructions all that clear. I got there in the end - there's only so many ways a desk can fit together.

I have received my four drawer filing cabinet and I am very happy with my purchase. It came on time and at the most competitive price from seven Companies that I contacted in GB. As I live in Northern Ireland, some Companies appeared to make it more difficult (and expensive) than it needed to be to send product to here.The customer service was first class, with Jamie very helpful the whole way through the process, from purchasing to delivery. MD Andy was also very helpful and confident that my purchase to NI would be fulfilled, despite any obstacles that the NI Protocol would present. Good service from company, however courier left something to be desired, the driver brought the pallet to the door, but said it was up to us to unpack the pallet and carry things in ourselves. This was a new one to us! They were heavy items (a desk) and we struggled, he did help us when we asked, but I would have expected delivery of items into the building.

The desk I bought was affordable and good quality, compare to some I found online. It was also the only one offering a smaller depth! The customer service was also great. Had a small hiccup with the desk size but the staff sorted it swiftly, and switched it out without much fuss. Would definitely recommend this company and it’s products.

What a scam !!!! I was one of those who always thinks will never be scammed bit I did by this company .a piece of cloth for nearly 19 pounds!!! Pls STAY AWAY !!!!!and they are not interested when you contact them after 4 days they tell you that it's after 14 days and they are sorry .I actually think answers are generated by a computer because when I asked how 4 days is over 14 days? The answer was a stock answer sorry we have a 14 day policy 😠

I bought the Thor Series: Rainbow Galaxy glass dip pen as a birthday gift to myself and I love it. I recently began exploring the world of fointain pens and pens that just are a different. I found the glass dip pen and knew I would have to order one. I was not disappointed. It is beautiful and everyone who has seen it has commented on it. It is so easy to use and I feel transported to the past when people dipped their pens in ink daily to write. The pen fits comfortably in my hand and I love the four colors of ink that came with my pen. It is easy to clean up and just an all around great gift idea. I intend to buy from the Constellation series: The Scorpio pen for as it is my birth sign. The only drawback I have found is that since it is glass it would be very easy to break the tip on it. I think though if you treat it like glass it will last you for a long time. I also wish they sent bigger vials of ink but you can buy ink from your local stationary store or craft store. I will definitely be purchasing more glass dip pens.

This was my first order with Greetd after googling "personalised business christmas cards" I browsed a couple of other sites before arriving at Greetd and wished I hadn't of wasted my time with the others as, when I arrived at the Greetd website it was easy to use and quick to upload my design. After I had paid for my order I received an email saying it would take an additional 9 days. I needed it by a certain date and had to cancel the order. Then, after I had paid and after they revealed the 9 day delay, they told me I wouldn't be getting back $10 for a proofing fee. I wouldn't have ordered if knew about the delay. Terrible way to treat a first time customer and I won't be back.

Liars, fraudsters and can’t be trusted, stay away. Display was shipped with wrong graphics so I had to order a new one somewhere else, and initiate chargeback. Joy displays called me and asked to remove negative review in exchange for a full refund. I refused because that is what reviews are for and since I already field a chargeback. To my surprise credit card reversed the credit after merchant response, I wonder what was they side of the story. Safe yourself time and money and order somewhere else.

The worst experience I've ever had at the convention, due to Joy Displays sending the wrong print for my booth. Imagine that you basically have no booth due to a vendor mistake. Unprofessional company and very stressful experience, find a different company and stay away from Joy Displays.

Don’t even bother with this service. Account kept getting locked. Blaming me for getting it locked. I didn’t even download a larger amount. In a 7 day period at most 10 files. Tells me i am the only account that does this. I will have to re purchase a subscription. I am sure if I had a rapidgator account and had issues they would fix my account not make a whole new username and password. Scammers do not purchase from these crooks.

I purchased a canon EF300/2.8IS lens from this company after their ebay sale (ebay number as invoice) fell through. I received this lens and found there was no canon strap that was supposed to come with the lens yet it was billed as new. I did not think this was a big deal as I do not use the strap and replacements are inexpensive. However, I recontacted the company 3 months later about getting a canon EOS D60. I was told i could submit my credit card which would be charged and placed on a list and the camera would be shipped as they got stock. I refused to have my card charged. Two weeks later I asked about availability and they told me that I could purchase via ebay for 3000 dollars when their web site advertised the camera for 2199. I was told there was one ebay camera that the buyer backed out of and I could get it for 2800 before it was placed back on ebay. I was then told that if you purchased via their web site or by phone for 2199 you were on a list but the cameras coming from the distributor (canon) were going to ebay. So essentially they take your money, you believe you are on a wait list for shipment but the merchandise they do get goes to ebay for a higher price rather than the paying customer. When I questioned them on this policy they stated.. "this is our policy". I find this absolutely horrible practice. THey have lost my business and I know of at least 3 others who have had similar interactions. THey are not an honest outfit. Mark

I purchased due to the inexpensiveness of the Canon Cartridges. I purchased 8 of them in four colors. I had problems with the two yellows that I got and noticed the cartrige was not the same as Canon especially in the function from the sponge type area to the storage for the fluid. I am not an expert but the Canon had a round end and mine were also oblong at the cartidge connection point indicating to me there was a probem. The fluid would not move between the chambers so I wasted much photo paper in playing with this color. Then the red also did the same and the same then happened on cynan. Black seemed to work fine. I called them on January 22 and talked to a female who said she would get back to me. My request was to return the 3 I have not opened and get a simple refund to my charge card. On Monday following I emailed when I did not hear from her as promised on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I left another message. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE NOT A DEPENDABLE COMPANY NOR DOES THEIR PRODUCT AT LEAST IN CANON WORK. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. You will lose like I did. Not very WORLD CLASS in service nor product. I have given up and will write it off as a bad debt and will move on.

My website is just brilliant. I had used other designers but they made a site and then just dumped it on me. It couldn't even be found in Google. Now after Retriever Digital took it on, the site is lovely, very apt for me and my personal taste AND it gets found in Google and Bing for cleaning around where I target. I get about 4-6 enquiries each month. I am so busy now, I am having to take on staff and grow!!
