We've been using GoECart's 360 solution for two years. Overall we are very happy their eCommerce solution. GoECart's strong points are: -Their 360 offering. If you are looking for OMS, CMS, Inventory management and more, GoECart offers this and more in one solution. -Their very prompt response to requests for technical support. When we have a non-critical issue, we usually hear from somebody within a couple of hours. We've only had one critical issue and we heard back from tech support within a very short period of time. Their responses are professional, courteous and helpful. -Their database. We have a very large catalog - more than 17,000 items offered in a wide variety of sizes, and other options. GoECart handles our catalog with ease. Their weaknesses: -The major weakness is in the amount of legacy code that exists in their system. A designer that doesn't have raw html experience will be frustrated trying to implement more contemporary design solutions. -Overpromising deliverables. As noted above, we have a complex catalog. When shown our previous site, we were told that there would be no issues with implementing pricing and shipping in GoECart. That was a gross overstatement. There were and are significant kludges to make pricing and shipping work.

I want to begin by thanking GoECart for their timely and professional assistance helping rescue us what turned out to be a platform migration disaster. We have been a happy merchant of GoECart’s for years, pleased with the services being received. In an effort to cut costs, our company began researching lower cost options for our Ecommerce Platform. Our research led us to select a new platform and cost friendly implementation firm. The migration itself and the impact to our business was disastrous. Revenues, conversion rates and traffic plummeted, redirects were a mess, SEO appeared to be ignored – we were bleeding badly. The quality of support I experienced, both during and post migration was subpar at best and the results much worse. In desperation, I contacted GoECart who stepped in right away and helped get our old website up and running and began repairing the damage. Their professional staff, expertise and responsiveness both during and after business hours was great, staying in constant contact and offering guidance wherever possible. Even more importantly, the time spent was not done to benefit their business or for pay, simply because they have heart for small business and a strong belief in partnering with their merchants. When evaluating solutions, it is so important to look beyond the monthly expense. In reality, lower cost solutions can cost much more than the monthly subscription debit taken from your bank account.

I have used this company for at least four years. This time, I ordered a new design for a postcard. The postcard was supposed to be glossy UV coated, as advertised on their website. It arrived with a matte finish. Also, it was a different cardstock than I previously received in two other orders -- a lighter weight. I called customer service and asked for a reprint. They asked for photos comparing my previous order. Then they said they never got the photos, which were attached to an email. I asked for a refund. They just called me and said they can't process the refund until they see the previous glossy-UV coated cards. And they are sending me a Fed-Ex label to ship the cards. I ordered these cards 1 month before my deadline and now my deadline is a week away. I have to find another company that will do the job right. I am removing my account with this company. So much for their promise to fix the order if it's not correct... It definitely is not worth the hassle.

I draw and paint fine art nudes and ordered stickers featuring some of my work to promote my business and this company refused to do business with me because of the "content" of my work. This is ridiculous. If you are progressive and care where your money goes, know that this company is conservative and that corporations with conservative values support conservative politicians. If you care, take your business elsewhere.

DO NOT order from createyourwoodsign.com it has been 4 weeks sense my order and multiple emails back and forth containing more and more "promised" ship dates. Now the emails have stopped all together and no sign. But of course this "company" took my money right away. I also realized that all the positive reviews for this "company" were seemingly written by the "company!" It's a scam. I need to find out more about how to get my money back now and report this. If I do ever receive a sign I'll make sure to let you know. UPDATE: 6 weeks after I ordered the sign it was delivered! However, the company told me they would refund my shipping cost for the hassle but has forgotten to do so. So overall: not a scam, just seemingly disorganized.

I ordered 10,000 hits to my website May 27, 2011. I waited and nothing happened, I looked at google analytics nothing was happening, I went to fulltraffic.net, logged into my account and emailed asking what was going on, they had my money but 2 1/2 weeks had gone by with no action. I was then informed that google anayltics cannot count the numbers fulltraffic generates but a single counter on my web hosts site could. I contacted my web guy, he said that is highly unlikely, that google analytica monitors EVERY hit no matter how fast they land on the page and leave. I NEVER got 10,000 hits and I cannot find an address to file my grievance with the BBB. This company is a SCAM, if I find out where this place is I am going with HUGE signs and some friends of mine to protest in front of the building until the media gets involved and the place is shut down. It isn't the amount of money I spent, that was little, but it's the fact this company lied to me on several occasions and didn't deliver what they promised!

I recently upgraded to ueni plus plan. I have struggled to login to my business email. I sent series of email to the designated customer service email with on screenshots but no reply. I tried calling them several times but always goes to answering machine which is even more frustrating. Its over a month since the upgrade and nothing has changed but I have been charged. This upgrade promised 33% increase in sales but nothing is happening and I wish I had stayed on the original free plan.

The writer was one of the best I've worked with ever! Relevant questions were asked, my instructions, directives and queries were meticulously to the extent possible addressed . A rating of 10 would have been more appropriate except that some editorial glitches that were repeatedly identified by me were still occurring . In my next ORDER, I'll concentrate on improvements based on these comments and if the writer addresses them, I'll be more than willing to GIVE the writer a TEN. The services were also generally very good except that one request to offer me a-twenty-percent discount on my next order was never REALLY addressed . I'm hopeful that this request will be given consideration SOON and look forward to making my NEXT ORDER with ozessays as soon as the 20% is AVAILABLE .

The display it's self was fine but I was extremely unhappy with the "stand" that was pictured for the display. It was completely unstable and useable for any kind of functionality so I had to go last minute and rent a counter space for $900 from the event exhibitor. I think that you should be more honest about the actual functionality of the equipment to set expectations.

This is my second time ordering from Mod and I have to say I couldn't be happier. They have that rare combination of extremely good customer service and good pricing. But overall, if you want your project to come out perfect, these are the guys to work with. Dan, our graphic designer, gave us timely and expert help and Libby, our sales rep, made sure the project stayed on track every step of the way. And it all arrived a week sooner than expected. We're more than satisfied and will order again.

This was great. Super easy to use, quick responses and quick turnaround. It was everything I expected after having read different testimonials on this place. I like that fact that I can upload pictures of the box rather than just a stock photo of the item. Very simple and easy. I uploaded a picture of the cartridges. They provided a bid within a few hours. I accepted the offer, printed off their shipping label, and that was it! I was selling commercial toner, so this was much easier than looking for a buyer myself.

I placed an order on Aug. 7th and waited, and waited. Having heard absolutely nothing, on Aug. 17th I sent them an email inquiring as to the status of my order. Got no response. On Aug. 22nd, I went to the website and used their "contact" link to inquire. Got no response. So finally, on Aug. 28th, I went to the website and after doing some digging found that the order had never been fulfilled, because they ran out. Apparently they just forgot to tell me, or answer any of my inquiries. Though they were quick to add me to their spam solicitation list. Not worth the effort - find someplace that actually wants to serve customers.

I ordered a "Slim Retro" 2011 weekly planner from Day-Timer, since I could not find this product in my local OfficeMax or Office Depot stores. The planner arrived timely through the postal service, with helpful shipment notification from Day-Timer. The Slim Retro planner has a nice compact design, fitting into most shirt or jacket pockets. It's bound in imitation leather, nicely stitched with rounded edges. When you open the planner, a given week appears in side-by-side page format, with ample space to write in your appointments for each day. Eighteen pages of detailed colored maps appear at the end, showing the U.S. and most of the world.

Absolutely a magnificent POS system. Great use of Apple's interface, and extremely user friendly. We've been TouchBistro users since 2012, shortly after their launch, and it's the only POS system we've had, and I couldn't imagine using another POS system. While it's not 100% perfect (what is?), it's damn near pretty close. I can make changes seamlessly; Split checks; run reports any which way. It has made and helped our small family run restaurant grow, continuously, year after year, and TouchBistro is an integral part of that growth. Without TouchBistro and the efficiency it provides, we would not be in the position we are in now. Not to mention that their customer service and personal relationships we've developed with the team, throughout the years, have helped us tremendously. We run a small Cafe & Donut shop with an ever changing menu. The ease of modifications and new item set up is great. All staff are quickly trained on this very intuitive system, with little difficulty. The numerous reports are fantastic....with the ability to customize most of them is is a big bonus. On all occasions I have bought from them, it has left me with regret. The reason why I keep going back to them is I think ''lightening doesn't strike twice''. How wrong. It's too much to go into and it might sound unbelievable if I explained just how unreliable, dishonest and incapable they are at carrying out their jobs. I have been buying from IJT for several years and they have been ok. Needed a new printer so looked on the website and chose a Cannon. Had a query and phoned. The young man told me that people were clamouring for this model! How unprofessional. What a load of c**p. Still bought the printer and inks. When it arrived it had a European plug on it! Salvaged one from old printer and when installing inks each one leaked. Wrote and complained and am getting a set of inks. Have recommended them far and wide but no more and will not use again

Meets our needs fairly well but here are a few things I think need fixed/added: 1. Pipeline duplicates entries with companies. The company name can be an exact match and it duplicates the entry. Not all but quite a few will duplicate - not sure when or why. 2. Person's name has to match exactly when searching. It would be helpful if there was an option for 'sounds like' search. 3. Need an option for sending text messages from Pipeline.

I have always felt that one should expect good customer service when purchasing an item but that the true measure of a company is how they deal with issues when things go wrong....here's an illustration: In this case i searched the internet to purchase an AllSteel #19 office chair. I came across OfficeSight and their price was extermely competitive. This is not your regular chair, this is a $1000+ investment and i didnt want to take any chances. I didnt know Office Sight but from the initial email exchanges with their sales rep Peggy Landau i could tell they were serious about service. I purchased the chair and it was delivered as described and on time. No problems. However, I noticed within a few days of having the chair that it was 'clicking' when leaning back and over the next few months this became something of an irritation. I reported it to OfficeSight and they were immediately on the case. I exchanged a few emails with Gitty in their customer service and when it became clear that this was not repairable they agreed to replace the chair with a brand new one completely free of charge - and i could keep the original one! If you are thinking about doing business with this company - do it! They are truly what good old fashioned America service is all about. And their prices are unbeatable. PS I dont usually write testimonials but i felt compelled to do so in this case as their service was so good.

I received the Steelcase Leaf Lounge Chair and Ottoman a couple weeks ago ordered through OfficeSight. The Steelcase product is really wonderful, and so much better than anything else I looked at from local office supply stores in quality, comfort, and finish. The 100% wool fabric is much more comfortable and breathable than leather. Thank you to OfficeSight for getting it for me at such an affordable price. I completely shopped on the internet looking for the best price because I knew exactly what I wanted. My salesperson at OfficeSight, Israel Tyberg, was very helpful with getting answers to my questions and getting back to me with product knowledge he could not immediately answer. I was amazed at how well Steelcase packed it and shipped it on a dedicated pallet. Their shipping company (Reddeway) were great. There was not one blemish on either box. I think you can buy Steelcase products with absolute confidence through OfficeSight, and expect this reseller to go the extra distance to accommodate customer needs. I had some reservations in the beginning because I was not going through a local "Steelcase dealer" but am absolutely satisfied with the service, the product, and especially the price. That said, I believe it is helpful to look around and figure out exactly what you want before buying through the internet or phone. It helps if you have seen and touched the product before ordering it on the internet or phone. In the case of Steelcase furniture, there is a showroom (corporate owned) near where I live in the Seattle area, so thoroughly checking out the product was easy. OfficeSight was really one of the best online buying experiences I have had, and I spent way less money than going through any local retail option. If you are buying known quality products backed with manufacturer warranties, OfficeSight would appear be a very valuable resource for a consumer.

If I could I I would have given 0 stars as the quality of an aluminium photo panel and coasters I received was extremely poor. On the top of that I was treated very badly by the manager who offered no help, professional advice nor a refund for their poor quality work. I was assured by the member of staff who was dealing with me that my photos were of a very high quality, therefore I decided to go ahead with the order. very difficult to find what I was looking for. almost went to a different vendor to order this because when I went to reorder from my last printing it said the 2.5x6 banners were no longer available. I found this product through a google search and not your website. Pretty frustrating that a substitute wasn't suggested. I needed one more banner to fit in with the ones that I ordered last year.

I have used these for a long time and recommended them to a lot of people especially amazon sellers but I have had to go back through and amend and advice an alternative place. I have never had an issue until last lot kept ripping so contacted to ask if it was fault or if they had changed to a cheaper quality thinner paper, Kerry from L4U asked for a picture (REALLY A PICTURE OF A RIPPED LABEL - I dont know what she was thinking that day) I stated I just wanted to know and did not want a refund but would like to know to see if I need to place order else were next time.. A few emails later no further forward now they are just ignoring me. They are happy enough to take your money but not willing to deal with issues we usually order a decent QTY as well. If anyone has placed a big order and does not get any-were with them make sure you contact by email, then just claim your money back from your bank they will reverse the transaction, call your bank ask for the disputes team tell them you wish to raise a section 75 dispute they may advise just to do a chargeback both very simlar but one is within banks own policy one is outside. LABELS4U - You were once a very good business to work with and now I have to say your an utter disgrace the way you treat your customers, I cant see you getting this year out without going under unless so sort your act out.

After contacting Inkcartridgespot by phone on 23 October 2015; to inform them that the item was still not received; "Daniel" (owner) stated that it was not their fault and that they would contact their shipping department. It is important to mention that the level of customer service was less than average; given their was no consideration given to an apology nor an empathetic response to the unfortunate situation. As of this morning, 30 October 2015, Inkcatridgespot.com has not attempted to contact me by phone or email. After calling this company, I spoke to the same customer service rep, who stated that they were the owner (Daniel) and that it was not his fault. Again, the same level of customer "no service". I was placed on hold for several minutes and had to call back to reach the same customer service rep. Daniel then told me that they would do nothing more about this and to simply look at my tracking information to prove that he has nothing to do with this problem. It goes without saying, that I wish to cancel this order; as I have not received the product. The only product I have received is miserable customer service, zero client care and a promise from this company to "do nothing".

Of the 6 cartridges I purchased (3 color, 3 black) ONE black one worked. I called and no one answered. I bought because I read positive reviews elsewhere. I bought because I knew I had a huge printing job coming and in the heat of the job (95 days out from the purchase date), I had to go buy cartridges as one by one they failed to work. Over $65 flushed down the proverbial toilet.

Ordered 14 ornament was told they had to be shipped separate because of being fragile, I received 4 separate and 10 together and was still high shipping rates which was outrageous Never have I ever paid that much in shipping Also the quality was ridiculous of the photo on the ornament. I never complain on products but this was uncalled for from shipping cost and lies of how it was to be shipped The metal ornament was the only one was of quality to give to others. Last year I was so proud of this product but will not order from you until a big improvement is made. I hate to complain but would love to see your company improve for your business. I placed my order on 11/10 and as of 11/27, I have not received it. You indicate 10-12 business days and with the holiday, it is day 11, so it is within the window, but your competition can do much better.

I ordered 500 company envelopes, full-color printed with logo - and I loved using the self-design tool on your website. Even with shipping I paid less than other providers (some of whom don't even quote full-color). Paying less is one thing...but I got even better than expected!! Inside a cardboard shipping box, the branded Lindenmeyr envelopes come in a HARD sturdy cardboard box with a removable lid, for crushproof storage. This was a huge bonus, and I'm exceptionally pleased with my order. It was received in the morning of the 3rd business day. Thanks Jeff!

I bought eighteen ballasts from this company. They advertised a reasonable price for them that was significantly less than I could find them locally. I ordered them on a Thursday and they were delivered the following week. This is how internet shopping is SUPPOSED to work! Painless transaction and a very satisfied customer. I ordered 6 small banners that needed to be an exact size, with no hems or grommets. What I got was 5 banners with white around the edges, and 1 banner missing. It turns out that while every other company lets you buy banners with no hems or grommets, this company won't cut it to size unless you pay for one of these "finishes". So I had to manually cut all of them. I contacted support to report the missing banner and displeasure with the product itself. Their chat wasnt available at 11am pacific on a weekday, and it took almost 2 days to get a response via email. They asked me to send pictures, which I did within minutes of the email, and 2 days later they asked what I wanted to do about it... they offered to reprint the banners at a "reduced price". they asked "how I want to proceed" with regard to the missing banner... duh - you didnt send the banner. I want you to send it! So, we're now 4 days after I first reported the issues (and 10 days since placing the order) and still have yet to find out if when they plan on sending the missing banner. and do I really want to pay this company more money to re-print banners they didnt do to my satisfaction to begin with??? This is the last time Ill work with this company... I tried to save a few dollars over my usual printers - big mistake! work with people who know customer service - not this company!

I placed an order for 2 banners and was assured they would arrive by Friday. Upon receiving my confirmation email it said the would arrive 4 days later than the Friday noted. I called the company to get this corrected. The notes the first "order taker" put in the file said they would arrive 3 days later than she told me. ( When the original order was placed I asked her 3 times to make sure when they would arrive) They then got "special permission" to ship 2 day air with no additional charges. Upon checking my new email (on the supposed arrival date) I see it is now due to arrive 3 days later than the Friday first noted. I called the company and said I had to have these banners by the next day. They don't even know if FedEx has picked them up. Oh, and they can't get the banners to me when needed. (I dealt with this company a few years ago and they did pretty well. How times have changed!)

It will provide a wide range of long tail keywords but also related keywords and questions where your main keyword it's being in use. I'm using this wonderful tool for my "Spanish" websites and I'm getting good amount of "Organic Traffic" from Google, I'm getting right now 300 to 400+ Organic Traffic per day.
