Amy Stern was amazing From the time she made initial contact, until her last email, she was professional and personable, always on hand to help. Though I didn't secure space through Flexi offices, Amy went out of her way recommend and show me several office spaces based on my brief. She took the time on one afternoon to personally take me to 4 places. She diligently followed up on all appointments, helped negotiate preferential rates and coordinate meet and greets with the various venues. Unfortunately, our preferred venue got snatched up which is why we didn't follow through. Amy made the whole experience of shopping for office space in a really competitive market really pleasant and easy. I wish her all the best and won't hesitate to reach out to her if we need to search for new space in the future.

We met Luke about 2 years ago at a wedding fayre, from then we knew he was great! A year before our wedding we did a family shoot, our family is everything to us and Luke captured that in the shots. Amazing!! On our wedding day he was amazing again, he was so professional all day even with my demands. It rained on the day but Luke made sure that didn't ruin our day. When we saw our photos we were blown away, absolutely stunning photos, they made me cry. Yesterday we received our wedding album & WOW, we couldn't be happier. Took more than three days for delivery ( 1-3 days was on website) I waited as I wanted this particular chair as I am short and the height Wes able to be adjusted to a low enough level. No updates by email or texts from the company only a DHL text but this didn’t say who they were delivering for. The chair a Teknik Portland executive operTor chair £129.00 arrived in sound condition. Was easy to put together even though I have limited vision. The chair does not independently tilt its back rest only,it reclines seat and backrest at same time: I feel this isincorrectlywordedon website. This supplier thinks that the Sales of Goods and Consumer Rights Acts do not apply to them. They refused to handle a simple complaint about a faulty mouse and shirked their responsibility to deal with the problem, as required in law as they were the retailer. Telling a consumer that they have to contact the manufacturer is totally incorrect in the UK. Fortunately for me, the purchase was made on Amazon where GA Business were trading as a Marketplace Seller and of course Amazon, being aware of the law refunded. I will ofcourse never deal with this business again.

Missed deadlines I needed captions for Dutch language for my videos, they charge extra for 6-12 hours turn around and they do not deliver on time. It has been more than a day since I place my order and it still not ready... very unreliable, it can surely not be trusted if you have a time sensitive assignment. I placed an order with Stationery Pal in April. It was $100 worth of supplies as a birthday gift for my niece. The order was shipped to a different state, and I never received it. When I communicated that to Stationery Pal, I was told they would look into it. I sent them pictures of confirmations showing that the address in my order did not match the address in their shipping confirmation. It’s now July, 2.5 months later, and I haven’t received my “guaranteed refund” they claim on their website. Despite my emails, they simply stopped responding as of May 21st, and I still want my refund. They say satisfaction guaranteed, but it’s a lie.

Last night, my husband and I were feeling nostalgic about our wedding and we were so happy to be able to have the amazing footage from John/Happy Tears to remember details of our wedding day. Everything goes by so quickly and just having this footage to remember our wedding by is absolutely amazing. John is very thorough and was always easy to work with and made the whole process smooth and was always flexible to our requests and concerns! When dealing with the stressful time of wedding planning and budgeting, many couples choose to forgo a videographer to save the cost, but it is absolutely worth every penny to have the memories of your wedding day on video. Thanks again John! We love our wedding video!! I can't even tell you how many times I have watched it :)

I recently left 5 star reviews for Happy Tears Productions, and I'm sadden that I must reduce them. This review does/will not change my great experience working with John. He has great character, professionalism and was easy to work with. His personality was a wonderful fit. As he's selective with accepting jobs from couples; our selection of a videographer was just as meticulous. UNFORTUNATELY, this review revision comes from receiving and watching our final edited video and the raw footage. I was so impressed after watching our highlight video that I was so excited to rave about Happy Tears! BUT, our entire wedding video was less than half decent. Most of the video was shot up-close/zoomed in. It wasn't very flattering. At the ceremony they failed to capture our wedding party walking down the aisle. Instead we got glimpses of them coming out and turning the bend. John said the space was tight (I agree), but he captured mine and the groom's walks down the aisle. He said he didn't like that the photographer or other guests were in the frames, but i rather had them in it then not have that footage at all. Continuing with the ceremony, there were no video of anyone but us, the couple (the top half of us-no full length footage). You could barely see our wedding party, and very little glimpse of the guests. We had 2 shooters at the ceremony, both failed to capture much. During the reception, you couldn't see any of the venue, which didn't give me the feel for the space. I wanted to admire how beautiful the ballroom was. Our dances with each other and our parents were all zoomed in, and at times TOPS OF OUR HEADS WERE CUT OFF. There WEREN'T ANY FULL-LENGTH SHOTS OF ANYTHING. The speeches were of the speaker and maybe a cut off of either the groom or I, but none of us together listening to the speaker. There wasn't much footage of my husband and I together at all. I really could nit-pick about so much that was wrong, but i feel these were the most important points i had to share. John was empathetic when I spoke to him about my concerns, but he didn't do anything to remedy the situation, in reality, he couldn't. The day has come and gone, and we have what we have. Even going through the raw footage, i keep telling at my TV to "zoom out!". It never happened. I hate having to give a bad review to a great guy, but this is a business. Future brides and grooms need to know what they're getting into. We only hired one shooter for the reception and that's why he said I got a constant close-up view, but that was never told to me prior to wedding day. John suggested to only hire one shooter, not only to save money, but also he said it wasn't necessary to have 2 shooters- he's the expert, so i took his advice. I would've much rather paid a lot less to just have a couple of people follow us around with a video camera. We, myself, my husband along with our families were incredibly disappointed with the video, raw and edited. We aren't the over-bearing type of people. I'm sure John could attest to us being pretty laid back and easy going. So this "bad review" doesn't come easy.

We have used Hawkey Cleaning & Support Services to clean our 10,000 Sq ft office space for over 5 years now. The way in which they have dealt with the COVID19 outbreak has been exemplary. Not only did they react to reduce services, as we started to close down the office during lock down but they have now reacted super quick in carrying out a thorough bio deep clean, supplied all necessary PPE and sanitiser stations ready for when we re-open the office. Broken promises and woeful communication A great price but the delivery is now three days late and still no information on delivery. The printed material has time-limited value so deeply disappointed. Ben also promised to call back but nothing, even when chasing all we get is that they are in contact with the delivery company. Customer service and extra mile effort when there are issues is just simply not there - a reduction in the invoice amount cannot compensate when significant sums have been committed to an event. If you need something by a set deadline then best to avoid.

As a Sales Development Representative, Hubsell has helped me automate roughly 80% of my administrative tasks. As a result, lots of time was freed up to focus on the remaining 20% of the lead generation process, where a human really adds value. Also, the pace at which I learned the sales basics increased a lot and I could add much more value to my startup than before. The tool itself is extremely powerful. There are a couple of design glitches here and there, but critical business data was never impacted. Lastly, I am very grateful for the open way in which I could always contact the founder of Hubsell to discuss feedback.

We reviewed many suppliers on the internet in our search for a printer and came accross Huntoffice and ordered from them specifically as they were competitive on price but had the added incentive of £80 cashback which upon speaking with an advisor over the phone was assured this was still the case. As such we happily placed our order and even signed up for a credit account. We were then informed a few hours later that the cash back offer had actually been withdrawn some 24 days earlier and as such we wouldnt be getting it! We tried to seek some compensation but were told this wasnt an option. Following this, we will never ever purchase anything from the business again and have reported Huntoffice to the ASA.

When IFX was first recommended by the estate agent in France and we met the local representative we were very cautious as the proposed process of money transfer seemed far too easy, with constant assurances that it would all happen within hours and there could be no problems whatsoever. This put us off. However, after extensive searches on the internet and telephone, discussions with someone at the FCA and information from Credit Agricole, IFX seemed to be a reliable company and we decided to risk it. In the event the transfer took longer than stated because of two simple hitches (one on the part of the notaire) but everything worked most efficiently. Andrew Atkins was a great help when discussing market movements, keeping in regular contact and helping to obtain the best exchange rate on the day.

There were the hiccups of messages being sent to someone that no longer works for the Company, misunderstanding on the logo that we wanted to use, receiving e-mails in Flemish slowed down the correspondence, and the minor detail of the white of the pen not being the same shade as it was a couple of years ago. But the products arrived on time, non damaged, the staff were always available, and the issues that arose were quickly and professionally solved.

We've chosen to work with IGO Promo for the giveaways items for the exhibition in Hamburg and then Amsterdam (one week between them) in Autumn 2018. We asked our partner in Germany to receive items on our behalf (we are based in Egypt). A part of the items (first aid kit boxes) did not arrive on time for us to pick it up before the first exhibition, so we asked to change the delivery address to Amsterdam to catch the second exhibition. Still, they sent it to the wrong address and we didn't get any use of these items. We asked to get the items back and refund us our money for these items since we do not need them anymore. Until now (January 2020), we didn't get back our money and they do not even know what happened to the items. Every time we call them they say that they are checking with their supplier of the status of a pickup and will get back to us - they never do. For more than one year! I believe that it's not the end customer problem that the company has issues with its suppliers. But with IGO Promo it is. We were offered some discount on further offers, but of course, after this struggle, we are not motivated to order anything else from them again and would not recommend other people to do it either.

I had requested to be delivered on the website in our new address but for some reason your team did not receive it on the system and the gifs arrived 4 working days after the day that should be delivered. Another point is inside the gifts inside the box are dusty. I am very happy with Igo Promo but if those points can be fixed will be great request next year again or any moment that we think that is time to buy more gifts to our clients.

We have had our office in iHub now for almost 6 months. Its a really lovely working environment, with lots of fun events going on, and fizzy Fridays with prosecco, cider and beer is an obvious favourite. The facilities are nicely decorated and to a high standard. The staff are particularly friendly, especially Jo who goes above and beyond to help you out, gets to know everyone and genuinely makes an effort with people. She also makes me porridge on Fridays which I love! The staff that you see around every day definitely make a difference and make iHub a lovely environment to work in.
