Having used an inkjet printer for some considerable time, I have been most discerning when choosing the ink-supplies I need. Discovering STINKYINK solved this 'problem' permanently. Quite simply, there is NO aspect of STINKYINK, as a company, that bears any criticism. Any problems I have encountered have been resolved perfectly, promptly and to my complete satisfaction. That said, having used STINKYINK over many years, there have been only TWO isolated occasions where my dream stumbled... with the expert remedy delivered, as previously described. I therefore recommend STINKYINK unhesitatingly and unreservedly.

Not reliable. I got something other than what I ordered. The type is the same but the cartridge is transparent. The vacuum foil is also transparent, which was not properly sealed. This type of cartridge I received is available for £ 6 at other locations. Stinkyink.com sold me £ 14. It is deceptive to advertise a cheaper product with another product image. Disappointed, I do not recommend it.

I was looking for small hand sanitizers to purchase in bulk to gift to employees as they return to work. We came across Any Promo and inquired. The customer service rep, Eva Andrade helped me out and it was a seamless experience. We added our logo and a welcome back note to the bottles. From inquiry to delivery of 1000 custom bottles was two full weeks (very quick) and they came out great. We'll definitely use again in the future.

I recently signed agreement with EPOSNOW for my new to be opened store. As soon as I signed the contract, first all the sales persons stopped replying to my email, they just seemed to disappear. I had no way to contact anyone as website chatbot said-" Unfortunately, I'm only able to raise a support ticket for you at the moment." Next 12 days there was a blackout- no one cared to reply to my emails. After that, Implementation manager contacted me and sent some information and fixed a date for help me configure the system. When finally implementation manager contacted me , she helped me configure the system, somehow phone got disconnected and she left. I received one last call from her without asking me if I am available for help, well unfortunately, I was not- at that moment. After that again I am left without any help from anybody- Due to some reason I am not getting any reply(email) from anyone. Finally, every one is blaming COVID-19 for all the issues and problems, i think ,In this network era, If you do not get reply to your email for many days, it simply means they are unwilling to reply or avoiding you. I am very disappointed with the service provided by EPOSNOW, and I am scared what is going to happen after 1 month when I will no longer have a dedicated manager to help me. They offered 30 days onboarding 24 hour help and say that, "We really pride ourselves on our customer service and always endeavor to go above and beyond for our customers!", but unfortunately, they have failed me, its not if and when your customer service agent contact me, it's about their availability. Worst customer service experience ever, stay away. I am seriously thinking of keeping a backup POS SERVICE like square or something.

I ordered custom sticker sheets. They have a pretty decent sized white border, and was told by customer service that it's due to the shrinkage in the stickers. I understand that, what I don't get is why the other issue I had, which i had pointed out, didn't get addressed and was completely ignored. I provided pictures of the stickers clearly showing unclean cuts on the kiss line. The cuts were either uneven, or unfinished. I wasn't told anything about that part of the issue, just the huge white border was addressed and the unclean, unfinished and uneven cuts were completely ignored. I was told that since this was normal they couldn't address it. These stickers are product that I can't sell at full price like this, so I'm losing money on this. I like the quality otherwise but won't order again.

Very poor communication on shipping of orders. Ordered around $5000 of product and the order estimated ship dates were a full week in discrepancy, hadn't even left their production into UPS until days after the estimated final delivery date. Even then, the orders showed up partially. I still haven't received a portion of the order which was due to arrive on May 8 and it is now May 19, and it still hasn't shown up yet with "1 business day shipping". Product itself seems OK, but shipping timelines/production timelines are a joke, sadly. They hadn't even told me there would be any holdup until I reached out myself. Doubt i'll use this vendor again. Just communicate, that's all. Not too hard.

I’ve had no problems at all. The card has been perfect, as has the app. My only comment though is that now FairFX is becoming Equals and we’ve been encouraged to get the new cards, the FairFX cards should be automatically closed down in my opinion. I now have a new Equals card and still an active FairFX card with about 3€ on that I won’t use again

Unskilled SEO Web Developers, Poor Communication, Failed Promises and Lies Client ID 418598. I signed up in June of 2021 and paid $1,600. I was told by Will (Sales) that my entire site would be optimized for SEO and Google Core Web Vitals. Services such as Images without Alt Tags would be added, Meta Descriptions optimized for local search, SCHEMA and Structured Data added, Internal Link Building, Fixing Broken Links, etc. Be mindful that my site already had steady growth of organic traffic since the website has been live for several years. The site had over 75 sub pages and over 50 blogs posts. The sales team was aware of the size of the site and insured complete optimization would be done. After signing up, I was given access to the Dashboard where I added all the necessary information GoZoek needed, including Social Media Pages, Access to Google My Business, etc. The Dashboard is nice, but the knowledge of the employees who demo it is lacking. As for Off Site SEO I was told they would update my business details (NAP - Name Address Phone) on multiple directories and where necessary duplicates would be deleted and incorrect data would be changed. I provided documentation to GoZoek with all the listings that already existing. Did they reference this document? No... they published new duplicate listings. Somehow the one listing that did exist with a wrong telephone number became eight listings with the same wrong telephone number. I communicated this issue to GoZoek Team within three days of that issue arising. Now I'm aware that they use a Third Party for Listing Management (Advice Local) but GoZoek sat on the errors for two and a half months before I took matters into my own hands. Once I spoke with Advice Local all but one issue was fixed in 7 days. GoZoek made three landing pages (Under About Section) for Computer Repair and Service, Mac Computer Shop, and PC Computer Shop. Check them out... they're horrid. Even worse they didn't include a Call to Action button on the page to increase conversions until I asked them why that was omitted. *shakes head* Side note, they still don't rank according to their Dashboard. GoZoek cleared all my previous SCHEMA Structured Data and applied the same Local Business SCHEMA on all pages. This change caused traffic to drop 60% from the previous month. I was told by their Team to wait a few months and it would go back up. Guess what... Three months later and it hasn't. Their own dashboard (which links to Google Search Console) shows our site is no longer ranking for the keywords they optimized my site for. I did have one employee try to swindle me into believing traffic was going up but that was because of a blog post about "Why Computer Motherboards Fail", which I wrote and published in May 2021. That blog post gained a lot of traction outside the USA. Thankfully I had Google Analytics Reports prior to working with these guys and am familiar enough with it to show where traffic was coming from. Don't let them full you with Clicks and Impressions either. Even more insult to injury was the GoZoek Team had Manager access to my Google My Business listing which they said they would optimize... The only edit they made was keyword stuffing "Computer Repair" into the Company Name which is a violation of GMB and led to a suspension of that listing. Thankfully after paying $35.00 for Google's Small Business Advisors Support (I highly recommend this program for any small business) and explaining the situation, Google looked into the case and advised me to remove GoZoek access to the GMB Listing and restored the profile. With 60+ reviews on the listing and most of our calls coming from the Google Map Pack this was a big hit in the wallet for the one week it was down. Its 2021/COVID era and they don't do screen sharing. I sent a response to the CEO on my experience and have been told their CEO, Sam R is out of the office "indefinitely" and the best they can do is refund $300.00 to me. So many more complaints to discuss but limited to characters on this review...

Though my wife asked that I not call the company I felt it necessary to at least post a review. (I am still may call) They (Zoek) contacted my wife recently stating they never received payment. Despite my wife stating that we had in fact paid they disputed this and told her it was her job (obligation) to prove payment. When I looked on our accounts for her, we had three charges with transaction dates of 7/12/2021 and posted dates of 7/13/2021 (See Photo). We paid over $2,000 in total. I honestly could not believe that they came back and implied that my wife used their services and did not provide payment, inferring she stole. If they cannot keep track of basic accounting they should not be in business, especially if they are going to make accusations against their customers. It is not the customer's responsibility (obligation) to do their accounting for them. Moreover, they accused my wife who works hard and is not only a mother, full-time employee but is trying to start a business. In any case, they are either lacking in integrity and attempted to be paid twice by denigrating my wife by implying wrongdoing on her part or they honestly do not know how to run their business.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! We signed up with them to reach out to the contacts we received from the tradeshows that we do. We paid constant contact $250 and they said we would get "premiere support" We called in for questions on our first email 3 times each time waited over an hour and a half. Finally, when we were ready to send the email they flagged to list because it was 20,000 contacts and challenged 4 email addresses and froze the account until we give them physical proof that these people opted in for email. Not sure if anyone does tradeshows but the days of paper are over. We scan badges or put the info right into our computers. Needless to say we told them to cancel our account and told them to refund us the money, they said we need to speak to the account review team that froze the account, we are back on hold for an hour! PS- they said 1 person was infront of us on the phone.

We work with Mailjet for almost 2 years now (only because of DSGVO) but this is really the WORST email tool EVER! The email editor has soooooooo many bugs! The WYSIWYG-Editor is not reliable at all! You can change settings but the tool doesn't care! It even changes settings on its own! No joke! And now we even can not delete text!!! Or copy anything in a text box!!! Tried with several browsers! That's absolutely ridiculous!!! And unbelievable frustrating! We can't understand how you can offer such a BAD BAD BAD tool! There are so many more bad issues, like adding contacts or searching for some... Anyways, despite DSGVO we quit now! It's just not possible to work with!!!

I discovered Mailjet a few months ago and I was really excited about the features and the interface. I started designing some emails, I created some subscription forms and I started to use the service. Well... the disappointment came quite fast. The system doesn't work well. I started to get problems with DNS so the whole tracking system stopped to work all of a sudden. After 3 weeks waiting for a response to my very detailed support request. I decided to move on to somewhere else. The system has problems, the interface lacks a few important features and they don't respond to support requests.

Great Company, I was expecting to be declined in Payday Loan application due to bad credit but I was in shock when I received a message that I had been approved for $500 loan. You are the one of the company that approved my application even my bad is credit. The fees is high but I understand it. The fees usually you paid is for their quick service, approval and fair judgement. All in all , Highly recommended for those who can’t wait for their next paycheck but needs money to pay unexpected bills. :)

I've emailed them several times since ordering this product. I ordered it mid-November to get it before Christmas. I keep getting emails "tell us what you think?" and emailing the support email. Each time I reach out -which has been 11 times at this point. I get a generic response "oh we are looking into this for you." December 2nd I followed up on the status of my order and still have no actual answer to that email. Since then I've taken the time to reach out 10 times to be accommodating. I never received my order and no one is getting back to me. Poor business practice.

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7, 2011.. October 31 I received confirmation that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30, 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my inquiries!

I purchased a $1K laptop from them. It was poorly constructed; one of the end pieces was attached crooked and you could see the inside of the computer through the gap! Unbelievably shoddy workmanship. When I contacted customer service, they were quite rude. Apparently, my options are 1) I can return it and 2) I can return it and buy another one (And that will take ANOTHER 3-6 weeks). Wow - thanks for the help! [Don't bother asking for a supervisor, the same lady got back on the phone with me claiming she was a supervisor. I guess they think only idiots would buy their product in the first place.] NEVER AGAIN

I brought the Toshiba C655-S5193 laptop recently. In a months laptop hard drive failed and I have to spend another $30 bucks to ship the laptop to Toshiba even though the laptop is covered under warranty and the support website clearly say i don't have to. I called customer service multiple time and no one could answer why is this and there is no escalation process either. I small piece of advice for anyone looking to buy a neither buy this Laptop nor buy Toshibha unless you have a lot of money. I have posted this review on Toshibha and they removed it. Check HP/DELL or LENOVO Laptops. Thanks AJ

Airgun Depot sent two Glock 17 replicas to my 12-yr-old son who used someone else's credit card. I tried to return them (and find out who paid for them) to no avail. Multiple phone calls were not answered, messages were not returned, my e-mail to their "resolutions" team was ignored, my request for an RMA on their online form was ignored. I am now sending them back on my own dime.

I attempted to order two nicad battery packs for a Sea & Sea YS300 Strobe (Underwater Photography Flash) that were listed on the Helix Website. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the strobes were no longer available and upon contacting Helix to find out why, discovered that they are no longer available from the US Sea & Sea distributor (A search on the Sanyo website for the Cadnica battery pack 6KR-1700SCE reveals that they are no longer listed there either). The person in the underwater photography department (sorry I've forgotten their name) helpfully directed me to contact Dan at Sub Aquatic Camera where I successfully ordered and received two custom built battery packs.

Recently I used Helix Camera for the first time – I have used most of the online retailers and a few regional camera stores with mostly good experiences . I had heard of Helix before but I’m not in their area. I had recently switched camera kits from Canon to Nikon and was picking up equipment for a workshop that I plan to attend later this month during a family vacation. At Helix, I dealt mostly with Roy and he was outstanding throughout. Long story short, I assumed that Helix accepted my Synchrony Sport card but they didn’t actually at the time. Roy conferred with Racquelle and she had Synchrony set the store up so that they could also accept my card and got it done in only a few days. They went above and beyond for my business and gave frequent phone updates. I have my spare body and camera bag now and that makes me feel better prepared for my workshop. Some details worth noting – they shipped the same day as the order was authorized and gave me a discount as well. I’m definitely going to use Helix again. The level of service and personal attention was better than I’ve experienced before. One last thing is that one item I was ordering was a memory card and it was not in stock. I knew that the manufacturer (Sony) had discontinued it and when Roy offered to order it I mentioned that I thought it was discontinued. He checked while I was on the phone and found out that it was in fact discontinued and was able to order the new replacement card. He thanked me for pointing it out and I bring this up because he didn’t make any assumptions or doubt what I was saying – He checked it and thanked me for the info. That’s refreshing in my opinion. Great store – Great team – Great management. Highly recommended and a big THANK YOU!

Unfortunately one of the items I ordered was damaged in shipping. Not the fault of the company. Contacted Office Depot and they agreed to replace the item. I waited over 2 weeks for the new product to arrive. I called the company again, they were going to check into it and email me once they know what was happening. I waited over a week. I called the company again, and was promised the item will arrive by this Friday. IF it comes, hopefully it will not be damaged. The only reason for the bad review is the EXTREME delay in getting my replacement item and the lack of communication and follow-up on their part.

I have had my computer for 6 months, and the LCD screen has gone bad. That is the beginning of my nightmare. It took me two hours and multiple calls to get to a live person. The Virtual Assistant that HP makes you chat with could not understand that I couldn't trouble shoot anything on my computer because I couldn't see anything on my screen. I finally got to a live person, and he couldn't understand that either and insisted on trouble shooting despite the fact that I told him someone had already been out and diagnosed my problem. Finally, I got to a person to process my need to return my laptop to them to be fixed. Multiple transfers, and different people to finally get anything done. Customer service is severely lacking at HP.

I have had my Deskjet 2450 series since 2014 and my recent trouble with my printer has become the last straw. I have a macbook pro so i thought that wireless connection would be easy to set up but it turned out to be such a hassle and trouble that I have had for 6 years. The first 2 years was alright, everything was smooth until I changed my router then everything started to go haywire. Usually, the printer automatically to my wifi-router but since then I had to change it to its own wifi-network. This has been an ongoing of 5 years. Today, 29 May 2020, I wanted to print a document and suddenly the printer network asked me for my WPA2 password. I entered my password and it rejected multiple times. Now, i can't even connect by printer to my MacBook. I am absolutely frustrated with this printer. Definitely would not recommend to anyone interested in buying a similar product. Thoroughly check with your salesman too, I believe mine tricked me into buying it. Absurd!

Than useful this shop? He has a website on which you select the desired thing and see its remains at this store. Prices are a little lower than in ordinary shops of home appliances and electronics. We were treated when we ordered a game console. It was not in stock, privoz waited 5 days. It seemed to us-fast) Needed a memory card Manager checking availability, called himself five minutes later, explained why take this and suggested that a little cheaper, but with better characteristics, I consulted with friends who were surprised by the choice of the seller) always nice when the seller is not indifferent, so Manager, thanks for this! Delivery of formalized the next day courier called this morning clarified a convenient time (which is rare) and after a couple of hours I had a card! I advise everyone to this store, they have a free pickup, there are many things in the Office, but still if you dare take anything-better first make a reserve not to proezdit just so. So that buy in this store and not find better!

If you need some pens or pencils......if you need some markers or printer paper......head on over to Walmart!!! Look....to me, a paper clip is a paper clip......a push pin is a push pin! Why pay premium prices for all your office accessories? Do you really believe that a more expensive paper clip is going to work any better than a less expensive one???? Do you think that more expensive staples for your stapler are going to glide through sheets of paper better or faster than less expensive staples?? Come on!!!! Get real!!!! Walmart, Costco, even some dollar stores have the basic supplies that you need and it won't break the bank shopping there. Go to OfficeMax, and purchase just a couple of things.....you're at $50.00 at the register......where if you had gone to Walmart......you probably can get the same or similar products at a price closer to $20.00. Don't be fooled into thinking just because the name of the store is OfficeMax....that it is the place to go to get your office supplies. Give Walmart a chance....you just may be very surprised!!!! Of course, some specialty items will be stocked at OfficeMax that you can't get at Walmart.......you really don't have much of a choice in that case. Oh, by the way....if you know your pricing....and don't need a particular supply right away, you may just want to check out Amazon for some great bargains. Mind you, you need to really know your prices, but if you do....I guarantee you can find some super deals on Amazon. OfficeMax is just not the place to shop for supplies if you are watching a budget....and these days...it's pretty hard to not have to set budgets for almost anything you are interested in purchasing. I have ordered from Print Pal for years and had good results. Then, I started having problems. I returned one with a letter and never even got an acknowledgement that they had receive it. This last time, and I mean the last time I am ordering from them, I had to trash my HP OfficeJet 85xi because the black ink ran out and through my printer/copier/fax and totally ruined it. When I carried it to the dump awhile ago,, ink was still running out even though I took the cartridge out. Never again will I order from them or even recommend them to somebody.

I will not be doing any more business with 4inkjets.com I purchased a fusier for my Lexmark TS652DN on 09-07-2018. Upon arrival, I found out that it did not fit my printer. I called their customer service number and was told that I can't return the product. I emailed their customer service and was told the same thing. Yes, it was my fault for not checking all the numbers, but if I had known they have a "no return" policy I would not have ordered from them. They did not mention their return policy during the checkout process, they did not mention it on their invoice they emailed me, and nothing in the box when I received it. So, all buyers beware: if something goes wrong with your order, you're stuck with the product. Please be careful before you buy from 4inkjets.com

Brand new printer HP laser jet 15 W and this was my first replacement cartridge and what a mistake. The cartridge doesn't work and I can't even get a response from them. Lesson learned. When you deal with second rate outfits you get less than second rate results. I would NEVER recommend or do business with them again.

i ordered a cronus on sunday night, got an e-mail they were paid from pay-pal got an email saying processing called during his business hours and left a message. tuesday still processing, called and left another message. wednesday got an e-mail that cronus was back ordered, called again left another message, left a message on their facebook store no reply, no reply from e-mail jouned his forum and left a message there and was answered by an employee who was trying to help but could not. thursday left several phone messages and a message through the forum and facebook finally got a message that my order was cancelled and all my posts were deleted and i have and still are blocked from posting to his facebook account. his e-mail explained he was out of the office alot this week trying to start another business and up-dating software. he is not a good business man and after all i went through to get a simple question answered " when will my cronus ship ? " he offered me a $ 5.oo gift cert if i re-order... i dont think he really cares about his customers and has no problem taking orders for products he doesnt have on his shelves

I asked for a white frame in my order and was advised that a note had been placed on my account to do so however it was shipped with a silver frame due to an error of processing. The courier service "Palletways" had a rude driver who didn't help bring the item any closer to the house (not even to the front door) as he 'was not paid for this', whilst the previous day they failed a delivery of the desk because the driver left work without notifying Palletways. Appalling courier service that Loopfurniture are using. Please note that they literally give you a wooden pallet on which the items are on.

I am one very happy customer, been messed around several times with other companies trying to get a desk delivered as soon as possible. With waiting times around 2-3 Weeks but Loop Workplace Furniture are great! My desk came next day as promised, arrived before midday. I emailed Loop Furniture to double check it was arriving and they have replied to me in minutes confirming it was on the way! Delivery service was fantastic, not a scratch or dent in the packaging. The Van and the way the parcels were handled and secured was very professional. Delivery man was a very nice person, was cheerful and seemed like he actually cared about the quality of the service. DOT NOT USE. 100% bots. First, it took a while to get a response then even longer for them to add music to playlists. I had to follow up multiple times after I purchased a promotional plan. The tracks are still in the playlists, but I looked at playlist analytics through our distributor. My track was added to 4 playlists. 100% of the streams come from "Other" devices. Nearly 100% of the streams have 100% play through. Even the demographic data doesn't make sense; 63% of listeners on the "Viral Hits" playlist were aged 28-44.

Great products and price! Worth it honestly. My only gripe is that sometimes your holographic or other shiny finishes can get scratched before they’re shipped to you and that can be unsightly and not able to be sold at full price. Had one sticker turn up with a bent corner, but overall the product is normally perfect.

Maybe I won't lose my security deposit? May 22nd: Updated the topic, the rating and the last paragraph of the review. Gleem agreed to clean my flat on May 18th with an automatic booking system. I've placed my booking on 15th or so, well in advance for them to say "no". I've used a free slot as advertised on their website. They didn't show up and when questioned, with a huge delay, they said they would show up on May 21st. Then they moved it to 22nd. Today is 22nd, nobody answers the phone, nobody answers the E-Mails, my tenancy is running out and I feel like I'm gonna lose my security deposit. Updated, May 22nd: Just now I have called my building manager who has confirmed that they have actually did send a cleaner as they promised. Waiting for pictures right now. PS I have already booked another cleaner due to their poor communication, so will have to cancel that. In any way, it feels more and more like a costly mistake to give this company a benefit of a doubt.

I had an initial hang-up on buying a generic brand printer cartridge because I had faced 2 problems in the past when I had purchased a generic-brand cartridge from a popular retail store in our area. The ink spilled as soon as I removed the seal (messing up the carpet) and dried up the printer nozzles. So I was very reluctant to buy any generic brand cartridge and was only buying the branded ones. I have a Canon MP-370 and I did not want to mess up the expensive printer for saving 2 cents. Inkquik.com has very low priced generic brand cartridges – This prompted me to inquire. I emailed them a question and I got a reply within the hour. Normally I am happy if I get a reply within 24 hours. So, Inkquik.com passed the first test – They were prompt in customer service. I decided to make a purchase. So I bought 2 black and 2 color ink cartridges. I got a confirmation email by the end-of-business-day that the item was already shipped. I received it in a few days by USPS priority mail. Now the main test was regarding the performance of the cartridges. They worked just as good as the branded one. The ink did not spill, nor did it dry up the nozzles. So I am happy with the cartridges. I have not returned any product back to them : So I cannot comment on the returns and customer service related to returns. So, overall – I will purchase ink cartridges again from inkquik.com and would recommend.

I bought a fax film catridge for a panasonic fax machine, And I'm very pleased, ordered on Friday an got here in Florida on Monday, the price with shipping still was cheaper that the office supplies stores around here. When my inkjet catridge runs out, I'll try them again to see if the quality of the catridges is as good as the fax film. I'm very satisfied Oh! I almost forgot, they sent me two Jolly Rancher candies with the packing peanuts ;)

I ordered a Chattam & Wells heated blanket from Comfort House online on 12/27 and requested express service, for which the website said I should call. I then called the company, the person with whom I spoke said that since the blanket was shipping both to and from NJ that it was not necessary to order it express and that I could still get it by the end of this week (in time for New Year's), since it is a gift. Since then an automated machine has been calling me to get additional information. I realized this only because I saw Comfort House on my caller ID (the auto caller left no message). When I called back they said it hasn't shipped yet, that if I want it by New Year's I now have to pay $55 for express overnight shipping + Saturday surcharge. I was very frustrated because none of this was told to me by the other man with whom I spoke on Tuesday. The woman with whom I spoke today, though polite, made no concessions to try to satisy me as a customer, so I cancelled my order.

I placed an order #51152 for Toshiba Copier Staples - Part #Staple700 for a price of $8.99 each. I placed this order via the web, followed all of your instructions, placed our credit card information on this for purchase, printed my Order Information page then I receive a phone call from Debby (one of your reps) who stated that the price for these staples was listed incorrectly and the cost is $139.99 each. Now, I do understand how errors occur, as I am a Client Resources Manager, however if I quoted a client a price and the client has submitted payment, then I find out this was the incorrect price, I would have to eat the difference of the cost. I do not feel that you should punish your client due to an internal error. Maybe you should do an audit of your web site to determine if there are additional errors on pricing so that you will not get another disgruntled client. I see that this pricing error has now been rectified on your web site, however you just lost a client, due to the fact that you would not sell me the item at the price YOU had it listed for. In this day of Corporate America, it seems that more and more companies are totally dysfunctional when it comes to client/customer service. Automated this and Automated that, not even a live phone rep. And I also know that the loss of a client or potential client is not that detrimental to a company, however when you start losing more than one client maybe you can analyze why you are losing these clients. I just thought that I would make someone there aware of the lack of customer service and "False Advertising" your company is presenting.

Placed an order on 2-17-2006, payment was taken out of my account on 2-19-2006, never recieved a shipping conformation email. I emailed them several times and called several times, did not recieve a reply till 2-22-2006 (email) saying the color ink refill had not came in till that day and it was to be shipped out the following day along with my black ink refil and that I would receive another black refill free because of the hassle. On 2-25-2006 I emailed them asking where the shipping conformation was and said if I didn't receive a reply I would file a claim with BBB, got an email on 2-25-006, with shipping conformation for 2-25-2006 which was on Sat. so my order was not shipped till Mon(2-27-2006). Finally received my order on 3-1-2006 to find just 1 black refill, and a check minus shipping for the order that I origanally ordered. So after 19 days I still had no color refill, paid shipping, and waited over 3 weeks. I should have been told that I was not going to get my order. I would have gone somewhere else. They will not ever recieve my business.

Three months ago I ordered two print heads for my HP printer, about $75 each. I got a response email about the order. Since have logged in online 20 times, it says my order is being processed. I was charged the $150 the same day I made the order, but no print heads. No response by calling in either, like other reviews, always just a recording, and no return call. Same with emails, no response. Unfortunately for me I used a debit visa card, so I don't think I'm going to have any luck trying to get my bank to reverse the charge. Don't shop at PrintCountry unless you like throwing away money!

I ordered the Best Data PCI dial-up modem (Model 56FW92) from Monarch Technology by internet. I ordered the product on January 15th - and received the shipment on the 18th (which is pretty good because it was a holiday weekend). The cost of the modem was $16.69 and shipping by ground is free. Amazon has this for $15.95 but adds s&h for $7.54. Monarch Technology's website was easy to use. I will probably use them again when I build a custom computer on my own. The product by Best Data works fine. The only problem is that the PIC Fax feature; which converts windows documents to fax's does not work and apparently is NOT compatible with Windows XP. This is not Monarch Technology's fault though.

When you buy a printer what you are really buying is their ink for years to come and that ink from the company is hella expensive and sometimes more than the printer itself. I bought a Dell printer and the toner refills cost me as much as the printer. I could almost buy a new printer for less. But once it is all networked it is easier to just buy the ink. That lead me to this site which sells ink for less than what big companies want you to pay from them directly. whatever you do, don't buy ink directly from dell, try this place instead.

Unlike some other sites, Inkcartridges.com makes it really easy to find the printer model and cartridges you need with just a few clicks. I saved a fortune and these generic cartridges work just as well as the name brand. This has been an horrible experience, I just want to warn other potential customers before you shop and get treated unfairly. *** UPDATE *** So, after explaining to the "Founder" Jonathan Laliberte that the money back guarantee is a contract and since the "restocking fee" is not mentioned in the CONTRACT, I am NOT entitled to it. He threatens me with: not being able to return since it's been opened. Even though their websites GUARANTEES 100% money back if the customer is not satisfied for ANY reason. And also lets me know that they'll be updating their policy. Very distasteful. I will NEVER spend a single dime with this company again, and I HIGHLY recommend that anyone reading this review doesn't either. I'll take this as a $300 lost. Don't end up in my shoes, please shop elsewhere!

As the communications / social media manager for Housen Health Services, I was tasked to purchase and print employee id badges. With the Brainstorm Youtube video on the Canon Inkjet and the use of the J tray, I ordered the printer and jtray. I initially ordered PVC cards from a business vendor and was unable to print to them. I contacted Brainstorm online chat and with guidance from Johnathan I found out that I needed the inkjet PVC cards I ordered the supply from Brainstorm. They were delivered in 2 business days. I have printed the employee id badges and it all works perfectly. Great customer service and superb training videos

My overall exeperience purchasing and receiving a new Ricoh color laser printer from this merchant has been outstanding. Their Web site, which is well layed and and easy to navagate, made my purchase decisionn much easier. Their price for this printer was very good as were their information about its merits and consumables (toners and the like). I thought the shipping costs were also very reasonable ($55 for 82 pounds). The printer was recieved in three business days without incident. No pestering phone calls to confirm my order or to sell me additional items. All components were present and I was able to assemble and start using the networked printer within hours. Just a good, no hassles experience, especially from a vendor I knew very little about - that's what I hoped for, that's what I got.

Purchased a part in July & they charged my credit card same month. Did not receive part until late Aug & it was wrong part. Returned the part in Sept & still have not received refund. Have called many times & they don't answer or call back. Tried the Contact Us on their website & got a failure to send message. Bad company practices!

This is only my second order from Swift Ink but I am now ready to crown them the Newegg of the ink world. Swift had a 2 for one special and I immediately took advantage of it on October 29 . Here it is October 31 and the cartridges arrived today by Priority Mail. I ordered 4 and of course, received 8. For the record, I am in California and they are in Michigan. Fantastic service! In addition, I paid only $4.95 for shipping, not the rip off prices some outfits charge. The quality of the ink cartridges has been excellent and they are filled to the top. I don't use a lot of ink but I assure you they will get all of my business.

I was getting tired of paying $18 and $24 a cartridge for my expression xp-830 printer. When I saw these on swiftink I took the chance and brought one to see if it would work. My printer recognized the cartridge on the very first try. It prints exactly like the Epson ink cartridge. I will be buying all my ink cartridges from swiftink. The shipping was also fast. Thank you swiftink.

Installed the continuous ink system and after 3 months of trying everything I can think of and speaking with Jason (from supertobuy)5 times, I/we can not get the thing work correctly. Sucks! And what a messy job! Only the black works right. Last call to Jason, he said that my brand new printer is the problem! And that I must need a new printer head!!! Best thing he would offer me is a 10% off another CIS system???? What, he just said it was my printer that was not working!!! UPDATE... I gave up and bought another CIS system from inkproducts.com and it took only 2 minutes to install and worked perfectly. Still works perfectly after over 200 prints.

I LOVE these sellers... I have the CIS system for Epson Artisan 50 and suddenly it stopped recognizing one of the cartridges. I called customer service and spoke to JASON he was very helpful explained the steps to rectify the error. I tried the fix he suggested and it still wouldn't recognize the black cartridge. I called back and he went thru it again step by step with me while I was on the phone and it is now 100% functioning. I learned how to correct the error if it happens again. I recommend this system higher than 100% all round. It is saving me a lot of $. High Five Jason YOU and this company ROCK! Kat

On October 18, I placed an order for 12 photo books. I paid an additional $10 for second day shipping because I needed them by October 27. I had spent hours making them. They printed every one of them incorrectly. I called and the lady was not helpful. They would overnight them but only after sending them back through so I would not get them when I needed them. STAY AWAY!!

I have ordered several times from Clark Color and have been VERY happy with the results. I think the quality is really good and I get my photos back very quickly. (Usually within 2 days or so of uploading them to the site) I recently ordered a bunch of photocard birth announcements and everyone who saw them think they turned out super cute. I have recommneded this place to friends and they also really have enjoyed the quality and the savings they get from this company. I wouldn't hesitate to ever place more orders with them!
