I am a small business owner the printer i normally use is the hp1300 and i loved that printer truly a work horse. it finally went out and i decided its time to get a new one. i looked high and low could not find anything similar to it. i found refurbexperts.com and for 150 for the printer i thought good deal. i made a phone call and it went from 150 to 250 which at the time i was like OK fine when you don't have a choice and you need something price is not an option. took a month to receive it which is understandable due to the pandemic. opened it from the box and opening the cover for the ink it was hard to open and a piece of plastic came out. initially it worked fine until it started chewing multiple pieces of paper, i spent more time removing the chewed up paper than anything. I called kevin and he redirected me to mike i guess who is the technician that fixes printers via email. i never got a response back i finally decided to make a phone call and they said the warranty is up...... great. i told them the issue and they said that the roller is the issue which i did check it looks more worn out than my old one. which makes me wonder your job is to fix printers, shouldn't the roller be the first thing addressed i mean it takes paper to print if it doesnt take paper whats the point!. its like doing a oil change and not adding oil to a engine. and they even said oh its human error. my job is not to fix printers initially it should of been the first thing addressed. never do business with these guys LACK OF COMMUNICATION! INCOMPETENT IN PRINTER REPAIR! at that point i just wanted a refund wouldnt give it to me. then kevin kept talking over me and said they would send me a roller. like are you $#*!ing kidding me. lol what a joke and then after i wrote this review on another site i got a email. very professional btw. DELIVERED Signed for by: NNICK If you look at the calendar you will see that from the 28th of May till the 13th when delivery was made you have 11 business days, so we were off by one day, certainly far off of the one month you claim, I guess you are entitled to make a mistake but nobody else is. have instructed Mike not to send anything to you based on your review below so that your review is accurate through your eyes!! As you will not buy from us again, we as well will not sell you again IF YOUR EVER GOING TO BUY ANYTHING BUY IT NEW I WOULDNT TRUST THESE GUYS TO SHARPEN A PENCIL. AND THATS BEING NICE. IDIOTS. Bought a chair for my 82 year old dad with chronic back pain that was supposed to heat and massage. Chair was delivered that required assembly and apparently the back and the seat were mismatched so that the massage and heat could not be connected. They refused to send out another chair until fabric was cut from the chair and photos were sent. Even though they admitted that they had made the mistake the "requirements" for sending out another chair were too difficult for my dad to perform. I had numerous phone calls with James, Tiffany and Sheila Sechlar. All were completely unreasonable and did not seem to understand that I did not live close enough to my dad to perform the chair destruction maneuvers necessary to get a replacement. Recliner City's mission statement: Punish the customer for the company's mistake! DON'T EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH THESE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!

Purchased a chair on 1/13/14...On 5/2/14 the legs seperated from the base ( anchors pulled out of the legs). Contacted Recliner City and sent them pictures of the damage. I was told it would take 5-7 days. I waited. Called back 5/9 5/13 5/15 5/16 5/19....still got a run around. I am VERY upset and am still waiting .

Don't use this service. Their customer service is awful. You can't even get someone on the phone. They are very deceptive when it comes to their transaction limits. They fail to disclose, right at the beginning, that they have a daily and per transaction limit. They put me in a very bad position with my customers because they failed to calculate how many transactions and how much in transactions i would be processing. Their inability to anticipate their customers needs makes them look like a bunch of amateurs. Try using Fatt Merchant instead out of Orlando, Fl. Much better company!

I was looking for a HD camcorder for a few months. Ran across the Sony HDR XR500V for $599 on their website. Thought it was too good to be true so I called and asked how they could offer such a low price. The guy said they were a wholesaler and worked directly with Sony and assured me that what I would purchase from them would be the same as if I walked into BestBuy. I was sold and placed the purchase. I was called 1.5 hrs later and was asked my shipping address for confirmation. The guy then asked me if I wanted a battery. I thought he was talking about a replacement or extra but came to realize I bought a stripped down version and had to buy the USA version or the accessories seperately. Nowhere on the website does it say that it's a stripped down version and didn't come with accessories and software. In reality, it implies that it does come with accessories and it clearly states that the software is included. I tried to cancel the order but the guy told me I'd have to pay shipping both ways and restocking fees. I bit the bullet and just bought the USA version for retail. Two weeks later, my card hadn't been charged and hadn't received my order yet so I called for a status and the guy told me it was on back order for a few weeks. So it was never shipped nor was it ever in stock. Shipping and restocking fees??? I finally canceled the order, but not without hastle. The guy kept asking me if I wanted express delivery, but I just kept saying I want to cancel the order. He finally did by snidely saying that he would cancel the order and just hung up on me. No one was willing to work with me. And it was like pulling teeth trying to work with customer service. They were extremely rude and inconsiderate. I was given the run-around from day 1 and was so fed up that I notified the NY BBB. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

i made an online purchase of a sony dslra350(they advertised the cheapest price) and requested 3 day shipping.they tried to call me 1 week later around the time of day that they close.So I couldn't return the call.I tried calling the next business day and it took hours to get a real person on the phone.then they tried to say it didn't include a battery or necessary cables.another business said all are included.I cancelled this order.DO NOT do business with them.

I ordered a twin pack of Mia face scrubber replacement heads early January 2019. They said my package arrived about 4 times between then and march 1st and it did not. Finally recieved it in the mail on march 1st about 20 emails later and it was only one replacement head. They still havent gotten back with me about getting half my money back.

This was my first time dealing with 123Print. I had to order business cards. The employee before me had always ordered from 123Print. It was very easy to take over and re-order business cards. I did have some questions and the online customer service was amazing! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is I think the editing/creating functionality could be easier. It's very hard to line up small line items and you can't use arrow keys. Very limited in how you can move things around and highlight small line items to edit. I would like to see some easier functionality/more user friendly for creating and editing business cards. Thank you and I look forward to working with them in the future!

I work for Worldwide Products and can tell you that we have thousands of satisfied customers so do not let these few reviews from years ago deter you from using our services. It's possible that the Cross Pen company had discontinued that pen from their wholesale promotional products line but not from their retail line. This should have been explained to the customer at that time. As for the embroidered caps, we would never tell a customer to remove embroidery to have more embroidery done over it (impossible) nor would we have told them to put a patch over it. It is possible that our vendor would have wanted to inspect the embroidery done on the caps before issuing a refund to the customer as is the normal policy in this industry. The review from 2010 about the price change; with over 50,000 items on our site we are not always able to get current pricing from the thousands of vendors that we order from. This is why it states on our site, "*Pricing, Min Qty, & availability subject to change without notice." No, we do not get many angry phone calls when there is a price increase as most customers read that on our site. I'm sorry if the customer did not feel that our representatives were sympathetic to her, that is never our intention.

I have absolutely nothing positive to say about my purchasing experience with Worldwide-USA.com After calling to find out why my purchase had not arrived in the "2-5 working days" as indicated on the confirmation, I was told that the price went up, so the charges would be higher. The charge was $5.00 more, so it was less about the price increase (although how can you finalize an order and have the price change?)and more about the notification process. They told me that they had tried to call and e-mail to notify me of the issue. Funniest thing, I had no missed call on my phone log, no voice mail, and no e-mails (searchesd in spam folder as well). Note, I am saying "they". I spoke with three representatives, one ruder than the next. In fact, as I went through the chain of command I was greeted with someone even more ignorant at each level. It became clear that they did not care about my customer experience. There was no disguising that they had no intention of admitting any wrongdoing. (They must receive many angry phone calls when they switch pricing.) Finally, I was told by the manager, who began to laugh at me "they were right, you are rude and obnoxious" before he hung up on me. Mind you, I was not complaining about price, I was not yelling, I used no profanity... I was simply trying to express my discontent for the way in which I was treated. It obviously fell on deaf ears. In my business, mistakes of this nature can ruin reputations and cost large amounts of money. Apparently Worldwide-USA can afford to alienate customers. More power to them. I certainly will not be using them again.

I was one of those people that was convinced I had never had PPI and was tired of the calls from PPI reclaim companies. Brazier called and were freindly and professional all the way through. They provided me with all of the paperwork completed - all I had to do was sign and they did everything else. Low and behold it turns out I did have PPI back in the dim and distant past - I received a cheque for £771 and paid Brazier their share, netting me about £600 for basically signing some paperwork. No hassle, a pleasure to work with and they kept me updated all of the way through. I would recommend highly.

Our Q7 has the 30,000 KM (2nd) service, I saw from the reviews about their repair charges or others, so I decided to check before I get the car to service. The first one I phoned to Audi Sunshine Coast and they quote me around A$930 and the other call that I made to Brisbane City Audi, they quoted me the same service around A$1300. Why the same service (doing all the same items) can be a big difference, I really don't know. Wow, we should get a quote before you decided where to go and mostly I cannot see too many good reviews onto the Audi Dealerships services, so WHY WOULD I HAVE TO SPEND THIS AMOUNT FOR NOTHING??????

unfortunate events Feb 24, 2020, I was having difficulties withdrawing from Vogue PAY, they threw at me all possible compliance schemes they could but failed at all costs and processed a partial amount on my withdraw request in the middle of March. reading all the reviews on Trust Pilot you could see that several clients were having the same issue with them. On the 18th of May I requested a withdrawal the still had some money in the account when it got declined only to find out that they have made changes to their Rolling Reserve policies NOW (26th of March to be precise). May I state that VoguePay need to notify all Clients/Merchants of these changes in advanced, but I was never notified, the transaction charges on their site are not the correct ones as in the middle of last year I was told we would have an increase to 5.5% from 3.8% for all EUR transactions, whether on their website it remains at 3.8%. Which they are misleading Clients and Merchants into agreeing for lower % then increasing them in the meantime once they have signed up with them. Now the 540 Days rolling reserve they have changed just to keep Merchants from Withdrawing funds and keeping the money for longer periods. When confronted all they could say was "We would like to apologize for the inconvenience the update may have generated for your business, please note that as stated in our previous mail, the withdrawal has been canceled and credited to your VoguePay wallet. We regret that the information was not communicated to you earlier on the card scheme extension period and would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed update.". They have gone to great lengths to find loopholes and ways around securely holding funds from clients and I suggest who has money with Vogue to take legal actions and report to certain authorities these issues. We do not have a history of Chargebacks nor Bad Credit background check to keep our funds. Now, most likely this review will be reported from VoguePay for breaching of Trustpilot guidelines as they have done with reviews bellow to hide their illegal activities.

Whilst I can’t mention the Payment Process Administration Company I had, when trying to resolve my problems I was pushed from pillar to post by everyone else except First Payment Merchant Services. I was lucky to be able to deal with Marisa the Customer Service Manager. Straight away I knew she would look at my case and give it a fair hearing, and so it proved to be. She collected all the facts from all parties, established what went wrong and fixed it for me. All I wanted was a fair hearing and I got one. So good was her diligence, care and consideration she genuinely restored my faith in being able to deal with an honourable company. I would have no hesitation in recommending First Payment Merchant Services as a First Class Provider as her attitude to me and my problems was exemplary.

I you want to buy the X1 Extreme or P1 just buy an XPS instead. Lenovo outsource sales and logistics to Digital River who are hands down the worst organisation I've ever tried to deal with. They don't respond to emails, ignore direct questions and leave tickets open for several days at a time without status updates while they wait for other departments to respond to them. My new £3.5k laptop shipped with clearly visible defects on the screen and requesting an exchange be shipped prior to collection of the system (so I'm able to work in the -- shipment of the new machine will happen within 15 days of receipt!) required escalation. Lenovo and Digital River have no process for supporting their higher end models. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered headphones and after an order confirmation email had no communication. After 11 days was told the item was on back order. I emailed 3 times indicating I wanted to cancel the order, and was told they may not be able to cancel with the warehouse, which does not make sense if the item was on back order. The day after I cancelled the order the item was shipped. Unfortunately I had already ordered the item from another vendor who got it to me in 2 days.

I ordered an articulating mount for my 52" Sony Bravia, my order shipped very quickly and received in 3 days. The product I received is very sturdy, mounts easily, and does what it claims to do. No twist or drop like the previous one I bought from another store. It went up in about an hour. Very important that you bolt it into wall studs, though. The price you pay is well below the quality I received compared to the mounts they sell at retail store. Perfect A++++

I am a graphic designer with Whole Foods. I create the 50 foot exterior banner designs for our 27 Midwest locations. We change our promotions every 2-3 weeks so we were in search of a fast, high quality and mostly reliable print service. We do a lot of volume so the last thing we need is to babysit our service providers as it cripples our operation. I was referred to BlockbusterPrint by a vendor that came in to our corporate office about a year ago so i decided to give them a shot. They printed a test banner in 24 hours for us and the quality and material was beyond anything i have ever worked with. I got to chat with them via online chat just to test them on their knowledge. i was at peace when i found out that every employee was a designer on their end as well. This makes life for someone like me easy because the front lines of most businesses are customer support folks that cycle you before getting real help. Not these guys! Everyone on staff is a graphic designer who speaks my language. HUGE plus for us here! It has been about a year we have switched to Blockbuster and our store fronts are flawless. Their banners last longer than previous vendors because they give you better materials. I would say we have ordered roughly 430 banners in the last year and they have been 99.9% flawless at everything. We had a small tear in one of our summer sale banners that we noticed when our install guys were hanging it. Looking back now, it could have been the guys installing that may have clipped it on the lift. I cannot imagine Blockbuster would send a torn banner off their machinery but either way, when i mentioned it to them they overnighted me a free one which was very kind of them. I told them i would have no problem paying and they took care of everything free of charge. That's a great company with great service! We have made some nice friends over there along the way. We are truly grateful for their professionalism and for all the voluntary help and knowledge they have gone outside their scope of work to share and do for us. Thank you guys. Have orders multiple things with this company and loved 95% of the interactions. This last one left me EXTREMELY disappointed. Had an early confirmed order (less the 24 hours after release of new product) and was not given one of the special collection coins this even after a week of the order he makes a public video starting they still had 100s of these coins left. Just opened a new practice in Old Town and needed some new office equipment for my reception area and personal office. I was perusing the web, researching some decent options and came across JTF's site. Ended up calling their office to go over some options, Andre, was my rep and we was so helpful. He listened to all of my needs and made the perfect recommendation. He was attentive, caring, and even listened to be rant about my struggles of opening up my own business. At times I felt like he would make a great husband:) It was truly refreshing to have someone who really wants to do what's best for me and not take advantage of a novice . To top it off, he even sent out a tech to set up my equipment and stopped by to make sure I was happy. He was so accommodating I felt a level of security with him, knowing that he would do whatever it takes to make sure we had exactly what we needed and expected. Andre = <3 The other reps were good too, but clearly Andre was the most seasoned and educated, in the company.

I ordered and paid for six HP inkjet cartridges. Four cartridges were shipped to me, in two separate deliveries. I never received the outstanding two cartridges and SurplusToner customer support ignores my emails and doesn't respond. I requested that they either ship the remaining two cartridges and fulfill the order or refund my money for the two cartridges. All my emails have been ignored and the company does not provide a phone number for customer support. Unless they resolve this order to my satisfaction I have to rate them as a typical scam or bait and switch company.

They list an American office but there is no way anyone can connect to them anyway except SKYPE or a linked phone number. Today they called and ask of office staff to email copies of a driver's license and both sides of the individuals credit card! No legitimate business would ask for such things. Reported them to the local police and filing to federal authorities. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Very annoying and unprofessional customer services. They have been chasing for the payment to me which is already paid. Before I pay I requested a copy invoice at least 10 times. I spoke to the customer team, chatted online and finally, I get a link for the invoice and paid within 2 working days. After I paid and emailed them proof of payment, they sent the debt to the legal team. I spoke to the legal team and explained everything, and they said everything is ok and they will contact Viking and if needed they will come back. However legal team never came back and I got an email from Viking today the bill is not not yet paid. What kind of genious work in Viking I am really wondering.

ordered 2 x computer monitors on 17/01 which were needed urgently. Still not delivered by 29/01. Have chased several times and was promised delivery last Friday - since then have heard nothing! Have to share frustrating experience with SmartFurniture.com. Ordered a Herman Miller desk chair that was described on their website to work on hard floors and carpet. You can see from the photo how well it works on carpet. Have interacted with 5 -6 people from the company whose job is to tell me the chair is designed that way and is not meant to be used on carpet (despite their website description), their advice is to use it somewhere I have hard floors (guess not my office) or look for a thicker carpet protector (it is scratching the one I have) and they would look at correcting their website description. Yep, that's it. My fault for using their website description to make a purchase. Making the customer happy with an improperly described and poorly designed product....not their priority. So recommend avoiding this retailer for your office needs.

Dumpster Fire of a company. Ordered Steelcase item took almost 90 days to process. Ship date came and went, was late. Finally after 100 phonecalls and emails Item finally shipped. Shipper calls, find out even know we paid for Residential Delivery SmartFurniture dropped the ball and didnt order Resi Delivery. After another 3 days of trying to get a hold of the company, finally they admit to the mistake and say they will call me back ASAP as they are going to get InstallNet to come install the item. 3 days later many unanswered calls and email, they tell me they never called InstallNet and now its going to be another week or so, even know this item is sitting 30 minutes from my house after a 3 month wait. Long story short, they are drop shippers, they have terrible customer service, they dont answer calls, they dont follow instructions and when you do get somone on the phone usually its farm animals, dogs, or somone eating loudly on the phone. Run do not walk away. We disputed our order with AMEX and will be posting this review on every available site so other customers do not have to wait 90 days to become a victim of this company. BBB complaint also to follow.

My 1st time every ordering from this website and I must say I'm very satisfied. I like the options they give and different background props and other choices. The only downside is tweaking the photos from different slides; other than that I love it. I received my blankets within a week and to see the quality of work was outstanding. The pics on the blanket were super crisp and quality to perfection. SUPER EXCEPTIONAL. My 4 yr old son father passed almost a year ago and I decided to create his memory from this site. Impressive software and onboarding process I spent some time reviewing different providers and testing what they provided. Voogy came out on top for me for a few reasons. The most important for me was the data identified across Europe, as we have a number of different regional offices and so detecting companies across all regions is a must and they did it better than anyone. Other key things included the user-friendly UI of the software, as it will mostly be sales people using it and they need it to be simple and easy to find what they need. Added to this was the integration with Salesforce, which they do in a far better way than lower-end competitors who rely on Zapier for this. Now we are onboard, what I've been so impressed by is the level of customer service. I thought it would be a quick case of 'here's the logins tell me if there are any problems' but it has instead been a very professional and impressive step-by-step process of setting up the system tailored exactly to our needs. The customer success manager - Alex Cucu - has been particularly brilliant at finding out what we are looking to do and ensuring all of our trigger reports are set up perfectly, as well as managing the import of customer and prospect data for more efficient lead allocation.

Payzone Mis sold contract. Payzone have been contacting me for a few months now offering me “much better rates” for taking card payments. I had about 30 calls from a sales person since December. When I finally decided to listen to his offer, he told me he couldn’t tell me offer over the phone but he could send a sales representative to my business for a chat and he would go through the charges with me. I told him I was still on a contract with my current provider but his exact words were: we will show you how much money you can save, then you can decide if you want to switch to us. Sales representatives came into my business and bullied me into signing a contract with Payzone, I told him I still have a contract with my current provider but wasn’t sure how long for. He then told me I could cancel this contract with Payzone in case I still changed my mind. I have contacted my current card payments provider in order to check how long I still had with then to find out I was still on a contract for a year. I have then called the Payzone sales representative who told me I can cancel my contract as he told me before, all I had to do was to fill in a “right to cancel" form he had already emailed to me. I have done so but after not hearing from Payzone for a bout 5 days I rang costumer services who transferred me to the cancellation team. Cancellation team told me i cannot cancel my contract as i am a limited company so the "right to cancel" rule wont apply to my case. I advised them i was informed by the sales representative that I could cancel but they said it is also irrelevant as this isn’t in writing. I have already sent 2 emails to this sales representative asking him to please confirm the information but he chooses to ignore me. I have been lied to, bullied into signing a contract with the promise that I could cancel and now Payzone expects me to use their services for 1 year. I wish I had never allowed this sales rep Into my business.

Took 5 attempts for application to go through due to sales persons errors. Took 12 days to arrive instead of 6. No instructions emailed how to use. Leaflet that came showing how to charge incorrect. Salesman not replying to messages even though he said as soon as it arrives to let him know and he would call and show me how to use it. Tried ringing office gave up after 40 minutes on hold to same repetitive tune. Very annoyed and disappointed.

The WORST SEO company I have ever experienced! They tried to lock me into a one year contract term, I negotiated 6 months - thank goodness, although this was still way too long. On the initial sales call, I was promised the earth, told that they would grow my inbound leads significantly. Not only was my contact completely uninterested / knowledgeable about my industry (which I was promised she would be), but she didn't listen to anything I told her on our monthly calls, and I saw absolutely no SEO progress whatsoever in 6 months. I never got a single lead, and clicks did not increase at all. When I queried this, I was told it was my fault because I only put up two blog posts a month (something I queried on the initial call - I said I never had time to do loads of blogs, and was told this wouldn't be an issue). All in all, they overpromised me, delivered no results and screwed me out of just shy of £2k, a cost which significantly impacted my business' cash flow. Terrible service, do not buy!

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a chair that was $700, open box. Upon receipt of the chair, it was defective. The settings for height and recline would not lock, thus I could not keep the chair in a position that supported my ergonomic needs. Upon return, Madison required that I ship the chair back paying for least expensive shipping route. I sent in the receipts for the shipping because it was almost $170 just to return ship via UPS ground (I shopped around). Madison Seating's response to my request for reimbursement was: "The novelty with Madisonseating.com is that we sell brand name ergonomic office chairs for practically half the retail price and include free shipping. This way customers that normally cannot afford an ergonomic chair, can buy one at a more reasonable price. With these prices and free shipping, we are unable to offer free returns. We do not reimburse for the return shipping costs under our 30 day return policy." I will never do business with this company again. I was punished for broken furniture as the customer and in this economy, I don't just have $170 to throw away when I have a family to feed. I'll continue going to the other LARGE online retailer who knows that customer service is what makes people return. This was the worst customer service ever!

I ordered 5 chairs from them Aeron, Mirra, Leap V2, Gesture, and Amia. I ordered on 3/29. I did not hear anything for a couple of weeks. All but two chairs came in individually spaced out over several days. They do not answer the phone and are slow to respond on email. You can't see the status of multiple shipments in their online portal, so when something does ship, you don't know which it is or when to expect it. I was very concerned at first that the company might have been fake. By the first week of May all chairs had arrived. All were from their remanufactured line-up. 1/5 lived up to expectation of a remanufactured chair. It was an Aeron. The fabric on all Steelcase products was very poorly done, I would not trust them on a reupholstered chair. Many loose threads and in general it looked like a very low level of quality. The Leap V2 had five different concerns. Three different components broken in shipment. It took me four emails with pictures along with a threat to challenge the credit card statement for them to ship repair pieces. When they did ship, there was no instructions, so if you are not mechanically inclined, you would have little to no chance of fixing. Additionally, their is a permanent seam in the back of the upholstery because they glued it in place without smoothing it out. They also did not trim excess fabric on any chairs, so you have random pieces of fabric sticking out from the chairs. The Steelcase arm pads are designed to be replaced, but to save a few buck they did some weird reupholstery to it as well on the Leap. The Gesture and Amia, appear to be new pads, or at least in great shape. The fabric edges is the big negative one those two. The Mirra chair we ordered either had bolts stripped in the frame from the factory, or they did not install the correct bolts. Whoever installed, did go out of their way to make it look correct. The result is that it took about two weeks before the back of the chair separated into 3 pieces. The company won't ship new bolts, or replacement chair back. Their only solution is to ship back the whole chair back and then they will replace. The problem is either a bolt of the chair back. Neither of those make sense to ship a whole chair. Either way, they will only take back a chair in the original packaging. If they make an exception you have to find a box that fits exact dimensions. I along with a couple of coworkers spent a couple of hours trying to find the box, and we couldn't. As a last ditch effort I tried to order another chair from them and told them I ordered one to get a box. THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER!!! This is the most unethical, and sleazy company I have dealt with a long time.

I already had almost a complete set of cartridges for my Epson printer. I have misplaced one of the black cartridges. That was why I ordered a complete set because I couldn't purchase just one cartridge. I have succeeded in mixing these cartridges with the first ones I purchased and with Epson manufactured cartridges. The only strange thing I have noticed is that when a cartridge would go empty instead of the cartridge saying it was empty, it will say the printer doesn't recognize the cartridge. When I removed the cartridge to reinstall it like the printer says I would refill it and then it would work fine. Thank you for selling these cartridges.

This Payment transfer gateway company continued to provide a package allowing a disreputable company to take monies in advance for goods they clearly had intention of providing despite being informed by NUMEROUS customers that the Savvibuy company had been reported to Trading Standards and Action Fraud, thus enabling the directors of the company to continue their scam. When contacted by unsatisfied Savvibuy customers they issued the same generic response denying any liabilty for their actions and very unhelpfully telling customers to contact the "merchant's acquiring bank" (knowing full well that only they had such contact details)...it appears they trade with any company whose own bank states they are reliable without any further investigation and having handed a fraudelent company a package to process ill gotten gains they distance themselves from any further responsibility. As such over 2,000 customers are so disillusioned with Sage Pay they will be trying to avoid making payment using their services which in turn will affect the many small businesses currently using this gateway provider.

A 3 month cancellation notice period is an absolute disgrace compared to the 1 month other companies offer. I wish I had never used this company from the start. Now I get payment notices off them not explaining anything. I asked them what it was about as I had paid my final 3 months for leaving. A very rude answer to my question that didnt explain anything. Asked again they just copy and pasted the first answer. Extremely unprofessional and rude company. Don't make my mistake. Avoid them there are a lot better options out there.

Love this website company. So responsive and easy to work with. They provide videos on how to make changes to your website and will work with you to help make the changes, if necessary. The website itself is so interactive, you can make splash pages and community pages so easily. Being a real estate agent with a great website makes the process of people using your website to find homes so much easier. Once they find homes they love, they call you to go see them. What could be easier?
