With a heavy heart, I have to change my review and complain about stripe. Even though they have good rates for Visa, doing a refund is like highway robbery. I was troubleshooting a new stripe checkout problem and did a test transaction. I then did a immediate reversal/refund and was charged a fee for the refund. I asked for a one-time refund since I was unware of the charge. It was a small amount under a dollar. They refused saying that it costs them money. I could understand if I had done many refunds, but this was my first time. They value money more than people. It will cost them more in loss of customers and repuatation. There are many alternatives out there like Square or cash app. I am sorry to say they have lost me as a client. They have unfairly earned a dollar today, but have lost thousands tomorrow. I will be warning my colleagues about Stripe.

My airfare and lodging were non-refundable and my company could not reimburse me for anything because the conference NEVER HAPPENED. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!

ConferenceSeries is a group of criminal fraudsters (usually with Indian background) who need to be rounded up and severely punished. Their assets should be seized to recompense the many, many, many who have been tricked. Over 60 delegates were scammed by ConferenceSeries 3 days ago, all in the one conference venue in Melbourne, Australia - would you believe on opening day? The scam occurred across 2 fields of study - material science/nanotechnology and paediatric medicine held in 2 different rooms. This caused combined alarm and outrage. It is the first time I've seen a contingent of police and detectives called in by delegates to the one conference venue to investigate. This is the MO of ConferenceSeries and other predatory conference scams like it: 1. There is no contact information for anyone in the ConferenceSeries organisation that is reliable or credible. There is no sponsor and no-one gets paid, including invited speakers. You will see overseas contact numbers and email addresses advertised on conference material which will not get you anywhere should you choose to reach out for trustworthy and reliable information. 2. Greatly exaggerated conference title eg 'World Congress something or other..' associated with very low, amateurish standard of conference amenity. Conference kits and information are disproportionately low quality to poor compared to the conference registration fee delegates have paid. 3. Attractive conference venue initially advertised, such as 5 star renowned and centrally located hotel chain/convention centre in a popular global city, desirable for tourists. This is the lure - the hook with the fat worm on it. This is the bait to entice you to pay the registration fee. At the ‘last minute’, typically a day or two before the scheduled conference start date, someone switches the venue to some low key, cheap out of the way place in the outskirts of the same city. No notification may be given to you of the venue change however if you do contact a ConferenceSeries member to complain about poor communication, they will tell you they tried contacting you through emails and made repeated phone calls to reach you about the venue change when they did nothing of the sort. 4. As a second lure, ConferenceSeries advertise a detailed conference lecture program online with fake grainy photos of fake international academic luminaries or misrepresented actual academic luminaries. These draw you in - once again to get you to pay the high registration fee because the 'United Nations' looking academia make it look legit and give it a sense of gravitas. 5 The registration fee is always in foreign currency limited to US dollars, British pounds or Euros. This fee is paid online via the Conference series website. Typically fees start from $599 USD, once again way out of proportion to the eventual poor standard of the actual conference. Do NOT pay it! As you are not going to be getting a 'world congress' as advertised but an informal village meeting. 6. Acknowledgement of payment is sent via email to record that you voluntarily handed over your payment ie. you weren't robbed. However, there are NO credible details of the conference organisation who has taken your money or the organiser on the receipt. You will have no idea where your money just went to. 7. The conference program advertised online can be filled with textbook loads of topics - the third lure. It will not fit into the time allotted for the lecture program over 2 days with 3 coffee breaks and lunch. Fake social media reviews might be attached praising the depth and peer reviewed rigour of conference material presented. 8. The ConferenceSeries conference is typically advertised to be held over 2 days however they only need duped delegates to turn up on Day 1, when a representative will take a picture of the bewildered group of delegates sitting down at their tables listening to the speaker (who BTW is a delegate who has been duped into thinking he/she is worthy to be the keynote speaker). 9. When you arrive for the conference, you can see a very modest amount of money has been outlaid by ConferenceSeries to book a cheaper, out of the way, semi-plausible venue. Needless to say the venue is nowhere near 'World Congress' standard. You will also find a little bit of money has been spent providing a laminated attendance certificate to assuage your growing anger. Also a conference ID lanyard and maybe a cheap useless brochure and paper show bag. 10. There is no conference introduction or welcome. Someone from the group will just get up and say 'Oh well since, I was asked to give a talk I'll be the first to start..' Ha, ha! On Day 2 of the ConferenceSeries conference, nobody shows up. It's finished. Scam job successfully completed. Have a good life. 11. Despite the online hype about 'International' or 'World' convention or conference, the number of delegates is usually limited to a modest number, say 40-50 people, to fit in a modest-sized room. 12. A ConferenceSeries staff member may use that discrete picture from Day 1's attendance to demonstrate the faux conference is not a scam at all to candidates who dare complain by email. 'Of course, it's not a scam. You see in the email attachment, there is a picture of people sitting down listening to a talk at the venue. Isn't that enough evidence that this is not a scam?' 13. No information about the conference coordinator or sponsor or any contact information about the conference organisers are given by ConferenceSeries in their emailed reply to your complaint. You may liaise briefly with a person with an English sounding pseudo name such as Saby Mathews, they will inform you that they will discuss with their 'higher authority' (Satan?) and will endeavour to 'get back to you as soon as possible' which unfortunately for you, means never. In the end, delegates turn up to witness a farcical comedy of other conference delegates turning up to give talks to each other for gratis. Just like a local WhatsApp group, it costs nothing. Essentially speakers do not know they have been used and tricked already twice over - three times over if speakers have succumbed to earlier flattery about their professional eminence (when ConferenceSeries really don't know them from a bar of soap). Original delegates who are tempted to become 'academic lecturers' by unashamed flattery from ConferenceSeries staff usually will receive an email or phone call about a month before the conference start date. Fatefully, they are tempted to also provide a photograph of themselves as well as an electronic signature for ConferenceSeries' online self-promotional use. For those who have offered their photo and their authentic signature, you will have no control of how these will be used again. Nor can you request that your signature or photo be withdrawn as it is now ConferenceSeries property. ConferenceSeries also may embed a spy or a mole among the delegates (usually Indian ethnicity). That sham delegate will appear to others as just an ordinary fellow delegate or conference attendee. But his or her manner and demeanour is to 'facilitate' momentum in the group and report about the final outcome to 'head office'. That mole will seem a real people person - perhaps enthusiastic, congenial or encouraging or have some leadership quality among the group of otherwise lost-looking scammed delegates. In this way, some discussion and mileage is promoted by the mole as if to make the most of a scam situation. And of course, in the end, that mole provides a glowing online report about how great and worthwhile that particular scam conference was in contrast to the overwhelming negative reports from others. In short, ConferenceSeries organisers/scammers enjoy a certain comedic satisfaction at the gullibility of professionals across a wide range of disciplines, in some situations playing on their professional vanity, their need to keep up to date in the 21st century, their desire to improve their CVs and a universal desire to travel to foreign places to escape usual daily work routine. Medical and health care workers are fantastic targets as they are generally trusting souls who don't fight back much. Out of embarrassment or natural passivity, particularly with certain cultures and ethnicities, many deceived conference delegates are too embarrassed to complain and 'just don't want to cause trouble' - serving ConferenceSeries very well indeed. ConferenceSeries perfectly understand that in good faith, individual hard-working people have taken time off weeks beforehand, paid hundreds of dollars for conference registration, thousands of dollars in organised travel and accommodation etc...but do they really care? Of course they do, but in a roundabout way. They want your business again as a repeat customer, which is the reason why in the near future as more people complain it is likely the online presence of ConferenceSeries will gradually disappear....only to be resurrected in another form, one way or another, as an evil twin under a different name. To use adjectives like 'predatory' or 'flaky' to describe ConferenceSeries and similar ilk, as some online reviewers do, is too kind. As is the term 'money-making' as per Beall et al. Such organisations as these should be branded as thieves, criminals and fraudsters who are to be arrested, publicly identified, fined and jailed with the cooperation of police resources from across the world. I hope this review has been helpful to you so you can make a wise decision about joining a ConferenceSeries conference. I believe scammed delegates, as a force for good, should motivate Google, Facebook as well as other search engines and social media to completely and utterly wipe out Conference Series and OMICS from online and social media existence!

"Honest pricing" appears to be Eezee's motto. That must be some kind of joke. I ordered some items priced at $69.00 and received an invoicing confirming the purchase. Several days later an email arrives to say that Eezee "made a mistake" and the actual price was $169.00. They refused to honour the original price and cancelled the order. So much for Eezee's reputation as a trustworthy and reliable online marketplace. Would I recommend Eezee to anyone? No. So much for "honest pricing"!

Very disappointing service. Lousy platform that cannot deliver items or updates. Gotten cut off 3x when engaging their hotline cust service. Then when i finally gotten an update that the items arrived in Singapore. 1 month later still email updates to say congestion at airport. Cannot cancel or refund. Never will use their services or recommend anyone to use their services either.

From my experience, I would say that Vox Illustration is a very impressive agency to work with. I run an online fitness centre and have worked with other agencies in the past as I regularly need to get new banners, brochures and webpages designed for seasonal offers. I wanted to get some designs for my new discounted offers, but my previous agency was not able to do an acceptable job. I was short on time so I contacted some agencies including Vox Illustration and their prices and required time seemed like the best possible option so I gave the task to them. I was expecting regular/basic usable designs from them due to the short timespan but to my surprise, their designs were brilliant, far better than all the previous designs I had received from other agencies. For international orders it would be nice if we had the option of USPS for postage as they may well find that the international sales on orders under $500 USD may increase as the price of shipping via DHL etc internationally sometimes makes the items you wish to purchase become cost prohibitive. Ordered an 8x8 canvas. Asked series of questions like, Blind Shipped? No. Canvas Depth larger? Yes...$8. Next Day shipping...I said yes $15. So total for order was $11.98 + $21 for extra depth and next day shipping. Then it charged me $12.85 for shipping (WTH) and I got it 7 days later. Why did I get charged the $15? It wasn't next day. AND I was charged shipping TWICE...$12.85 for regular shipping. Very unsatisfied...you ripped me off!

I have a mountain of sneakers, trainers and casual footwear in my closet but I must say these wool kicks haven’t left my feet since I purchased them. I designed my own, and the only flaw in these stickers were my own. The overall quality, color vibrancy/matching, cropping, scale of my design was printed IMPECCABLY. The worse experience with this company. The representative named Casey called me several times and I decided to try their service. Last Tuesday I agreed to get one project done with them and Casey promised to deliver within 24-48 hours. I paid $199 right away and sent all requirements in email. She behaved nice and promised to start and deliver on time. While in Thursday , I did not get anything from her, the next day Friday morning I got her email with wrong content. I called her immediately and told her it was very important to finish it before 3:30pm , she said no problem. In case of any delay, I sent email as well and got her reply with “sure” and also in text message “ sure thing”. Then I was waiting and waiting, but she did not deliver anything and DISAPPEARED. I called her , emailed her, and sent text message to her , all got ignored! You could not imagine how she was not reliable and trustful. I passed deadline of my submission which was last Friday July 2nd. I sent email request to cancel the project because she did not do what she committed. Monday July 5th, she sent me the file and said it was done, ignoring all my request again. She was so rude and unprofessional! I complained to their office and no one came out to solve this issue, that is their service. I kept complaining and today another lady Sophie George called me but still no solution. Now I post all screenshot to prove how Casey did...just be aware of this company, the worst service and scammer ! Btw, their writing skill is terrible, with lots of spelling mistakes... Do not trust them, they will get your project messed up. Don’t waste time and money on them!

I am very pleased with these overall. The lettering is a little more 'shallow' than another stamp I have meaning you have to be very level if you don't want a line to show beneath the final line of text ( i.e. you can't 'roll' it to ensure evenness of ink distribution). However, this company has a great choice of stamps and plenty of options for different fonts and letter spacing. Would recommend.

We get various stamps from Blade annually. They are accurate, fast and friendly. For large narrow stamps I wish they would cut the stamp closer to the image or at a raking angle away from the image - I have had to adjust mine to make them work without leaving a trace of the edge of the underlay

Everyone really enjoyed themselves; there was a lot of laughter and team members were really engaged even when being asked to take part in line dancing and face painiting! Massive thanks to Kaleidoscope Events for the Challenge 100 team building activity at our offsite Team kick off. Mike did an excellent job to manage a group of 15 individuals and to keep the energy levels high at all times. The activity brought the creative side of every individual and certainly the team bonding aspect was very well addressed. I'm certain we will leverage Kaleidoscope events in the future as well.

I ordered goods from a company who despatched them by Yodel. A big mistake... I got an email from Yodel to say they have left the goods with an neighbour (didn't say which) and put a card through my door. No card and nothing with my neighbours. After an hour on the phone and on Web chat they told me it had been delivered to a coffee shop in another street. I checked but nothing there. Yodel are almost impossible to contact. Call centre in South Africa.. Cannot phone local depot.. Avoid this company..

Drivers can’t follow simple instructions. Delivered to wrong address. E bay did not refund. Yodel customer service promised to send a letter twice. Confirming muck up. They never, so I lost my money paid for eBay items. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Terrible, supplied all of the evidence they requested for a dispute spent hours on the telephone to them, then they settled dispute in the sellers favour. Funny that the seller is a huge company and they supplied returns labels etc then paypal tell me I sent the return to the wrong address. HOW? I used the returns label provided. Its not my fault the company have gave PayPal a different address. In the end I had to chase the courier to get an email from them confirming the parcel was delivered back to the sender as the sender apparently denied they had received it. PayPal have lied all along, you speak to different people every time you call and they dont bother reading the notes or evidence you supply. I am closing account - they are a joke of a company.

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! RUN IMMEDIATELY! I trialed the platform last year and contacted them before the trial’s end to cancel my subscription. They still charged my credit card $1188, and I saw the charge this past month when they went to charge the card again for a service I never used. I contacted NinjaOutreach - they confirmed I had cancelled the subscription during the trial, and said, “I know it’s easy to assume the worst thing, but looks like there was a billing error.” Interesting they thought I would assume the worst - is it because they did it on purpose? They proceeded to say they could refund me, but only if I first submitted 5 star reviews BEFORE refunding, the illegal action of a BRIBE. I wonder - are any of these good reviews real?? Look at how many “billing errors” happened to others! Then they changed their mind and said they couldn’t refund me on something they confirmed was THEIR error because I didn’t contact them “during the billing period,” creating an arbitrary statute of limitations on a transaction I never authorized. Never have I seen a company do this before. They are operating under major unethical business practices - billing people “accidentally,” attempting to bribe for refunds, stealing people’s money. If you’re looking for a service like this, there are plenty of competitors that aren’t acting fraudulently. I’m so disgusted - I’m not only reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, I’m going to make it my goal to save folks like me from scam artists like NinjaOutreach. Save yourself and STAY AWAY.

BE VERY CAREFUL. A genuine warning about this company - do not give their '3-day free trial' a try. There's a lot of people complaining on their Facebook page about a similar situation which we faced where we tried to cancel but were charged the funds and refused a refund. We signed up for the trial, prior to the trial ending we asked for help downgrading to the monthly plan which we saw mentioned in their user panel. However, we received an automated message saying they're away and will be back on Monday. Then, later that day we were charged $621 USD for a year's subscription. I assumed it was just an automated error, and contacted them to get the funds returned as we had notified them prior to ending the trial that we wanted to proceed with a monthly, not yearly plan. The customer support were quite rude and said that they couldn't find proof of my message and that per their TOS they wouldn't be giving a refund. I found the chat log and sent them the proof about it. The customer support agent 'Tarek' never replied after that, despite sending many messages - and despite coming online/offline numerous times over the following days. Eventually, a different person came back to us and said that the 'monthly' option described in the back end (which had then disappeared) was actually a quarterly option, and was part of an A/B test that was being removed, but they could switch me to that quarterly option as a one-off. I was pretty annoyed about that, as 1 - you can't list a 'monthly' option that is actually a 'quarterly' option. They're two different things. 2 - If you were running an A/B test you can't withhold $621 of a customer's funds because they tried to use the function described prior to the trial ending, but you didn't help them quick enough. Lots of other people on their Facebook page are reporting similar and even worse situations with this company - trying to cancel before the trial, being charged $621 anyway, and them refusing to refund. I'd seriously not go near them again.

When it comes to reporting dodgy video clips, YouTube appears to ignore it's own Community Guidelines; the same guidelines it expects the rest of us to follow. I have recently reported a clip that claims a famous English actress passed away from skin cancer in early 2019. This was a complete fabrication, as anyone following her last TV series in 2019 would know. Have YouTube taken the clip down? No. It's still active. Can you follow up them? No, they don't provide any alternative contact point. They haven't responded to my report, and clearly can't be trusted!

Went for a meeting about a website not too long ago. Was greeted by the massively patronising Frazer and his assistant who seemed to only want to belittle me throughout the meeting. Overpriced service from a company that seems very up themselves. I advise people to visit the many other web design companies throughout Cumbria that will do a similar if not better job for a more reasonable price.

Charged me $4300 for wedding pics, album and video. Wedding was June 16, 2018!!! I still have no video or album. He cites technical difficulties, but now doesn’t even return emails or phone calls. His wife is just as bad and enables him so that he isn’t responsible by saying give him time to respond and communication should be only between us and her husband. That would be nice if he answered calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE HIM for any pictures!!!!!!! He will take your money and won’t hold up his end of the contract. Pursuing other avenues now!!!

STILL NO VIDEO- 1 YEAR AFTER OUR WEDDING and even worse he's been ignoring our calls, texts and emails. STAY AWAY or you're likely going to end up like us, seeking legal action, hoping to get even just the raw unedited footage of our special night, because to us, ITS PRICELESS and why we spent so much money on a "trustworthy" photography/videography team. Reading other reviews on multiple sites, we learned we aren't the only ones he's done this to. I'm hopeful this will turn around and we will get our video or even just the raw footage. As soon as that happens, IF it happens, I'll update this review.

I was looking for brand design experts to design logo and packaging for my family owned business of hot pepper sauce. I contacted welogodesigner team to enquire about their services. They helped me to understand the whole process, discussed project goals, budget etc. After filling out their detailed brief, they presented me a set of identities with creative mock-ups and ideas behind each design. The way they presented the report was very impressive. It not only explained the logical idea behind each design and the message they will convey but also how it will look on different print media like business card letterhead etc. I am very happy with the final results and excited to see my brand in the market soon. I must say that the welogodesigner team is very professional, listen, discusses and understand carefully every small details and have superb expertise in their field. This is my 2nd time ordering stickers from Gogoprint & they did a fantastic job! They turned out great and were high quality. Delivery was also much faster than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Very warm and helpful service from Danni who ensured that any artwork issues were resolved and all queries were handled well. What I appreciate is the transparency of the entire process, from pricing and delivery tracking, to addressing artwork issues and communication with the Gogoprint team. Overall, highly recommended company!

Prompt delivery, the item works and I kept it but the feet of the desk are not true to the image on the website and I did not want a table top with curved edges. I think the images should be updated asap because it really makes a difference when you spend this much money on a desk to know exactly what you are getting.

In a 6 month period I bought 2 new products from Canon, a camera and a lens at a combined value of £6000. Both products failed within a day or two of purchase. The camera was replaced in an acceptable time span however, the lens was returned and the replacement took over 3 months. During that period my credit card bill incurred interest of over £80 interest adding to the overall cost of the lens. Following several requests Canon failed to offer any compensation. In future I will buy used equipment from reputable companies in an effort to avoid this situation again.

Canon MG5750 printer. Have never been able to pick up paper despite being sent back to Canon for repair. I have to hand "encourage" every piece of paper. "Image garden" software supplied with the print is amazingly slow and seems just an attempt to sell you more items. I have resurrected my 10 year old HP printer which works fine although the cartridges are rather difficult to get.

I purchased an initial order of 10 A4 hardback books for my engineers to use as 'engineering notebooks' within their daily activities. I was impressed with communication from order receipt all the way through to delivery. The books themselves were of a very good quality and i cannot fault them; my only observation is that it would be nice if they were available in a thicker (more pages) option. The Service was "Good", as the product was delivered promptly and well packed. The product itself was not good. Inappropriate for my intended use and quite expensive for what it actually is. I completed an earlier review for this, highlighting how this company could improve their product and make it more suitable for my particular sector. No reply of course. I often wonder whether any of these reviews are worth spending even a couple of minutes on, as no-one appears to read them.

This is a great place for office supplies. I usually pay half the price I could get the same thing at Staples. BUT, in this day and age when everybody is screaming about the environment, this company sends me one half cubic foot of supplies in a 3 cubic foot box??????? Please, review your shipping department. You are wasting money and materials. And, I can't upload the photo to prove it.
