On Thursday 20th August 2020 I bought a Stanley Rogers 8-Piece Albany Steak Knife Set - Stainless Steel for when I move into my own unit in September 2020 so I could use it for myself or when my family and friends come over for steak since the knives just cut the steak to perfection. The staff were very helpful and the service was amazing because they refunded me due to the postage being delayed, which was extremely nice of them to do that for me.

I made a purchase for Virgin Broadband I made a purchase for Virgin Broadband It said on the website Flash offer ! Get £125 bill credit with M350 Fibre Broadband and phone. £250 Cashback I was awarded only £120 cashback. I complained loads of time but they would not give it. They said you have to provide a dated screenshot of the offer. Who takes a screenshot with a date on it. They are ripping off people and misleading them. Even £120 is still confirmed but not payable. I think someone needs to look at these people and check what they are doing because I am sure I am not the only one. So people if it is to be true take a dated screenshot don't just trust these liars. I spent loads of time writing to them but they would not give me my money back. One of their customer services called John was even rude. He did not care. How can he work in customer care?

I guess you either love these guys or you hate them. My wife finds them incredibly annoying when she hears them on the radio. Myself, I love them. Their accents are not off-putting to me, and I love how they laugh together. What I've learned over time, though, is that the 'straight' answers they provide are actually pretty authoritative. They actually know what they're talking about, based not only on their extensive formal education but also based on their hands-on work with many, many cars. If I personally found anything annoying, it's only their constant self-referencing which gets old. However, it's a part of their "shtick" which we would not want to do without...

i ordered a hard drive on the 9th which was somehow mailed to the wrong address about 500 miles away, they said the tracking number they gave me was incorrect, it wasnt, when they finally admitted their mistake they said they would have fedex pick up the drive from the incorrect location and then mail it to me, so i waited, its been 2 weeks and the drive is still at the wrong address and i have yet to find an itelligent person working there to tell me why, i am now asking for a refund, lets see how long that takes them. save yourself some trouble and go to pricewatch.com, spend an extra dollar if you have to.

I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. I called immediately and the woman told me to call Panasonic directly and get it from them and if they would not give it to me then to call them back again (BUT she told me to call on Mon because they were closing). I thought this was a little odd but did so. Panasonic told me that I had to go through Apple Electronics to get the part. I called on the next Mon. and was told they would send one out. Have not received the part and when I try calling they put me on hold for 25 min. I have also tried emailing them. NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I made a purchase from them because they claimed to have three in stock. I called first, to verify they actually had stock. While on the phone, I did place the order. I was told that "we could not find the item you ordered" and they continued to look. I find it strange a company can verify they have three in stock, only to not know where they are. Many companies that do this actually drop-ship from the manufactruer. In this case, the company did not know the item had been discontinued, and no more were available from the manufacturer. They did issue a refund, but I was not able to get the item I was assured was actually in stock when I called.

Auf der Bewertungsseite vorgaukeln sie, dass es einfach ist und nach der vermeintlichen Absendung der Bewertung ein Bestätigungsmail versprechen. So was kam, trotz wiederholte Versuche, nie an. Wenn ich mich schließlich direkt auf den Anbieter gewandt hatte, bekam ich als Antwort, dass ich auf den Verifizierungsmail reagieren muss. Anscheinend haben sie mein Mail gar nicht gelesen. Trotzdem versuchte ich es noch mal und bat sie um ein paar Antworten und Erklärungen. Darauf teilen sie mir folgendes mit: "Gerne sende ich Ihnen eine E-Mail-Einladung. Dazu müssen Sie nur den Namen des Unternehmens angeben, das Sie überprüfen möchten, sowie einen Screenshot Ihres Belegs oder Ihrer Rechnung, der beweist, dass Sie ein Kunde sind, einschließlich Ihres E-Mail und Bestell-ID, unter der Sie den Kauf getätigt haben, und wir könnten Ihnen dann eine E-Mail-Einladung ? senden" Fast ein Scherz. Einige Bewertungen hier stammen nämlich von Personen, die nie Kunden waren (in derer Bewertung haben sie offen zugegeben, nur an einer Testphase teilgenommen zu haben). Diese konnten deshalb, die von mir überraschend verlangten Unterlagen, nicht vorweisen. Ich schickte diese trotzdem an REVIEWS.io, wie verlangt. Ob ein Muster oder Absicht dahinter steckt, ist schwer zu sagen. Auf jeden Fall scheint dieses Portal nicht wirklich seriöse zu sein. Amateur and lacking robust enough systems to ensure genuine reviews. Enable unverified reviews by simply asking for the reviewer to enter an "order number" which can be anything at all (eg 123456) and then they accept the review as genuine. They also allow multiple reviews from same person, which is very poor considering that those people wishing to cause damage to a company's reputation are the most likely to leave such reviews. When we enquired about how we could respond to reviews, we were told we'd need to sign up and pay monthly fees. No thanks.

I used this product just over a year ago and was impressed but not this time. I had a little problem with windows explorer so I purchased another licence and run the scan, as this did not solve the problem I called their help line. I was told it would cost me £450-550 to slove the problem, I then told him I would rather scrape the computer or wipe the hard drive. He then told me he would do it as a special offer for £150, after I told him I was retired he dropped the price to £100. He then added my Norton anti-Virus is no good but could do me an offer on MaCfee and also said I was waisting my time with Reimage as this only replaces files not repairs them. The help line is just sales people trying to scam you not to help you at all. As soon as I came off line (I did not purchase anything)and he closed his remote assistant my computer was the worst it has ever been, and now it will not even load icons on the desk top. I have rung their help line again and they say they will call me back with a technician and never do.... Wish I had never used this company ..Please be aware

Contacted Ash Mansukhani for replacement of a touch screen for HP PDA handheld computer ...confirmed they had everything in stock and that turnaround time for replacement and ship back was 1 hour. They kept their promise and it took less than 48 hours for me to ship for repair and start working with repaired unit. JUST AN AMAZING customer experience. They answered all my phone calls efficiently. Service is unbeatable and fix cost less than one third of brand new computer...so it's worth repairing ! I made my purchase with Gopher Mods on January 8, 2010 to repair my ps3. The experience with them was the WORSE I've ever had with any company of any sort. Their website promises fast delivery time, which wasnt the case at all. I just got my ps3 back today, which is January 29th, 2010. Three weeks later! They promise a 24 hour turn around time. After sending Casey several emails regarding where my order was, his response was, and I quote "Hi Joe, It was sitting on the shelf and no one actually knew that it was supposed to be shipped out until I inquired why it has been boxed up and shipped."..... you kidding me? This was of course after I found out that they could not repair my ps3 due to it falling in the class of unrepairable. Ok thats fine, but as their one email stated to me "Additionally, if you had a game that was stuck inside the console it will be taken out for you and place in a CD case.".... of course they did not do this either. I had Modern Warfare 2 stuck inside the console, which I made cystal clear to them that I needed it removed. So of course I get the broken ps3 sent back to me after three weeks of waiting for it, and the game is still stuck inside. So now I have to find a place that can remove the game without damaging it, which is going to cost me even more time and $$$. I highly recommend avoiding this company. Terrible customer service, terrible return time, terrible overall experience.

I sent my 60GB PS3 into these guys earlier this year. It ran fine but was loud. I received it later than advertised, and it died in 5 minutes. Later emails were ignored. It was a waste of money and I feel terrible about it. Edit: GopherMods contacted me back only after this negative review. The free repair offered was including something already done by them to the unit, that obviously would not have fixed the issue. GopherMods was asked previous to repair as to whether unit would be acceptable, and I was told they are very willing to accept units that have been opened and are without warranty seal. That said, the unit worked for hours before sending it to them, and I'd like to stress that it was dead within 5 minutes use after their repair. The graphics chip burned itself up. That said, if they ignore your emails regarding a refund, leave a negative review online. Reviews are very important to GopherMods, and a refund was issued to me as an obvious attempt to save face only after this review had been posted.

I don’t think they even deserve a star. Don’t waste your money on this warranty underwritten by motorway direct plc . I’m not sure how they get away with this day light robbery . They do everything they can to avoid paying out . My situation with timiming chain on a BMW X5 was luckily and unlucky as I’m still having to pay over £1000 to reapir . This was caught early on and I was advised by several garages including BMW the time chain needed replacing. I rang up motorway direct and intially they wanted me to take it for another dygnosis even though I provided one from BMW . Anyways long story cut short because the car has not failed / broken down they said it will not be covered. In other words they wanted the chain to snap before they will do anything about it. Had the chain snapped this would have cost 10 x more to repair. they are refusing to pay now just imagine what they would have said if it had snapped . They would be looking for another loop hole to getting out paying . Bottom line is , do not buy this warranty . I will be taking this to the Financial ombudsman and encourage others to do the same . It’s no coincidence there are more negative reviews than positive. if they are deemed to be ripping off customers then FCA will investigate them too . Which could result in the company making changes in the way they handle claims and actually pay up and not look for loopholes .

In keeping with a lot of the comments here this is should be avoided at all costs Their ‘wear and tear’ exclusion policy is so extensive it is very difficult to see how they will pay for any mechanical failure on cars older than 5 yrs. my recently purchased 5yo BMW developed synchronous (!) faults in the turbo, flywheel and a clutch bearing after just a few months and somehow none of it was covered. They make you go to one of their providers, and then refuse to pay for any of it after 2 weeks of diagnostics. I commute 80 miles a day to get to work, and struggled for three weeks. Total cost of repair was £1800. Insult to injury is that the telephone number they provide costs about £10 per call, and they never update you, so naturally you call in every day to find out what’s happening. Nice £90 phone bill just now. It is badged as AA warranty but it has nothing to do with AA; I purchased this for piece of mind as I was entering a 4 year HP. The whole thing is a con from start to finish. Don’t be missold this terrible product!!! There are better cheaper ones that actually cover you as you expect. First time I’ve done one of these reviews, such is the frustration and disappointment

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

I regret that I can give one star - its absolutely horrible service. It started really nicely and I was reassured that the company has 5 star rating in google and is a well respected family business. My computer was not repaired, it was also messed up, my passwords, the cloud, apple id - was out of access although I put the correct passwords in. On the second computer the login password was messed up and I could not log in using my usual password or my apple id - which was incorrect after they repair it. It took me almost a day and 2 other people to repair what those guys had "repaired". The worst is an attitutde - completelt unfriendly, rude and snobbish - ignoring my concerns and telling me that this was not their problem. DO NOTgo there, do not waste your time and money (which they refused to return). Never have had worse service. The worst that those people are actually using the pandemic and Appple closure to take an advantage of people who need to work, who need their computers to let their children study from home - and they do not have choice as to go there and take chances. Shame ….

It works OK but selection is cautious, and energy cost saving calculation is misleading. Savings shown are based on what happens if I don't switch. Well I'm going to switch or I wouldn't be there. So I need to find the best deal rather than see some calculation of savings based on doing nothing. They also don't include some of the best deals on offer, although admittedly some suppliers are a bit iffy, but that's for me to decide on not them.

This is a great experience as didn't realise there was so much wrong with my computer I really was amazed when I saw the errors, I don't use my computer as much as did normally when I was needing it for my craft and photos, but this programme has been a God send and would highly recommend to everyone who wants there computer running well, and the staff are very polite and the price I paid for this service was very good, better prices for longer periods. I was happy enough with the technician who was very patient with me, However when I first contacted this coy, I was told I could take a 3 year, 2 year or a one time fix for $100. I took the latter as the other were $399,99 and $299,99, neither of which I could afford. I decided to take the one time fix of $100, but was aghast when I searched my mastercard account to find they had charged me for the 3 year option Another problem is that they are not $AU, but $US which means they cost a lot more. For the Australian market you would automatically think they were $AU, but not so. Nobody mentioned that until it was too late. I finally got onto Customer Service who is now going to refund portion of the amount I paid, for which I am grateful, but have to wait 5 to 7 days for them to process. It only took them 5 seconds to debit my account. Overall I feel I have had a very bad experience, and unless this matter is resolved to my satisfaction, I shall not give them a very good rating, and advise future customers (by social media/facebook etc) not to deal with this crowd.

This company, GuruAid, signed my elderly mother up for FOUR accounts which they bill her monthly for. They claim to sub contract as AVG. TOTAL SCAM. Said she had to pay $100 to cancel acct, then they keep on debiting money from her acct every month, multiple times! The bank had to cancel her credit/debit card. I have filed a fraud complaint. Unfortunately, since they are in India, they know they are "safe" to rip off poor unsuspecting elderly individuals. Disgusting.

This tech support service is a deceptive company. Myphonesupport claims that they are a parent of Consumersoft and are located in New York City. But that's not the case. Their fake address is a virtual address sold by Regus. This fake company is operated by Quatrro Global Services (located in Gurgaon, Haryana India). They use deceptive practices to convince their victims they are computer issues and are trustworthy. Microsoft actually threatened them in the past for their fraudulent practices. One of their software MyFasterPc is a rogue PC optimizer which gives out false positives to their victims to assure them they are problems when in reality the issues are non-existent.

So basically, my computer was randomly crashing and blue screen-ing and sometimes wouldn't start up, so I called them because I wanted to review their company. They asked for remote PC access. So I did that. They claimed my computer has viruses (which my computer was all clean). They showed a list of errors (which if you search it online, it is perfectly normal and they occur occasionally). They charged $200 for "security" and $99 for a one-time fix with 7-day warranty. I didn't pay for it because this sounds like a total ripoff. I (obviously) declined the offer. This is definitely the stupidest ripoff I have ever heard of. I'm actually good with computers and technology and later fixed it myself. The actual problem was that my hard drive was dying and had completely nothing to do with viruses or malware.

I ordered 2 pillows. It took 11 days to get here. They came to my state twice before being shipped off to other states. I tried for a refund and was ignored. Days later an email said it would be delivered. And it was .... 11 days later. I am ok with it taking time. But it was 2 hours away from me and just sent away. Will never use them again.

I placed an order January 2015 and have still not received it. Contracted customer service and was told they would give the seller 48 hours to respond with an update of the package, 3 days goes by and no answer from the seller or groopdealz customer service (Shelby). I then sent another email requesting a refund since it had been over 3 months since placing the order and expected delivery and no product, then received a response from an Allison zwith groopdealz that she was giving the seller another 48 hours to respond. I had to contact groopdealz with another email because no responds from the seller or follow up from groopdealz. I was then told that Allison shows it was deliver to a post office in another city than where I live and show no other activity and that I should contact them. What customer service is that, I see that it was not delivered to you and now it's on you to contact a post office and find it( also a tracking number wasn't provided to me) I had to respond yet again and state I need a refund. I was told yet again from Allison that I need to contact the post office because they need me to actually return the merchandise to get a refund. BEYOND RIDICULOUS! Had to respond yet again and requested a manager. After two day I get a response from Allison not a manager, again no help and that her manager supposedly agreed with her. Have made many purchases from them in the past, WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN OR REFER THEM TO ANYONE!

I have sold on Groopdealz for a few years now. They have always had problems with making payments on time. They use to mail out paper checks and that took forever to get paid but even now don't expect to be paid on time. They hold on to your $ as long as possible. Its not uncommon to have to email them to insist on payment being made. This aspect alone is a HUGE red flag. Unfortunately, I persisted and continued to sell even though they take forever to pay. They have made changes in the last year (to eleventh avenue). I suspect this was to clean up their image since there is so many bad reviews about purchasing on groodealz. These new changes bring really unfair practices and losses to their sellers. Each time a customer returns an item, the seller takes a loss on the shipping they paid to ship the item, the commission they paid to groopdealz , and potentially the item if GD deems it not necessary for the customer to return the goods to the seller. They will also issue a refund to a customer without even consulting the seller. I had an instance of a package being delivered and confirmed as delivered by the USPS. The customer said they never received it. So GD issued a full refund without even consulting with me. Then when I questioned them about it, I was told that as a seller "I need to expect these kinds of losses". They will lie to your face. They clearly don't value their sellers and believe that there plenty of other sellers around the corner if you walk away from them. I had a spotless record with them and delivered 1000's of packages to satisfied customers. I finally had to walk away when I couldn't take any more of there shady, dishonest ways. Sellers, Vendors do yourself a favor stay away, the sales might be tempting but in the long run they will screw you any way they can. There are other reputable selling sites that treat their sellers with respect.

I use many different cash back sites, usually depending on the site offering the best percent back for the particular retailer that I'll be buying on that day. I made a $400 purchase and after 2 weeks of not seeing the amount in my account, I contacted them to find out what the issue was. The person working with me, added the order manually to my account. After waiting another month plus, I logged in to find out my order had been declined, even though I still have the item I purchased! When contacting them, here is there word-for-word response. I call BS on this, because on the day that I was making my purchase, ExtraBux was the ONLY website offering cashback that day for the particular retailer. Read for yourself and you make up your mind if you want to risk purchasing something through their shady site. "Hello, Thanks for contacting Extrabux about your cash back. I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Will never order from them again.

Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.

i brought my water damaged iphone 6s to see what all was damaged and how much it was cost. i was told that my screen needed to be replaced my battery and a proximity sensor, front camera and front mic flex. that was all was told my phone needed to be repaired. once my phone was repair i noticed i wasnt able to make out going calls or send messages. my service bars goes from 4 to 1 bars frequently. i went to my carrier att to get a new sims card. i got a new sims card and my service was still in and out. i was told my antenna might be damaged from a att worker. i went back to ubreakifix to let them know my phone was not fully repaired and i might need a new antenna. then i was told my phone had a lot of water damage to it. they put my phone under a food dehydrated hoping that would help. 30 mins later it did not help. i spent almost 200 for a phone that does not work. all i was offer was a free data transfer when i get a new phone and 10% of an accessory. if i was told the true extent of water damaged my phone had and everything that needed to be repaired when i first bought my phone in i would have bought a new phone instead. After I made this review I was contacted by their customer support. Jennifer Juliana contacted me and asked me what happened I told her the exact same thing I said in my review. She then told me she would let the store manager know and that was all. I emailed her later, asking her if there was anything that could be done to resolve the issue. I did not get a straight answer. I was not offered anything to make the issue right I am still without a working phone. I will be contacting their corporate office.
