Effective Energy installed a new boiler for me 16 months ago. They were eager to get the order which was reflected in the number of telephone calls I received asking for the order. Since then the boiler has stopped working . Despite making numerous telephone calls to the receptionist at Effective Heating nobody has returned my calls. In desperation I asked the receptionist to arrange for a service of the boiler which I was happy to pay for in the hope that it would both remedy the problem and complete the first years service. The engineer never turned up and again no telephone call to say otherwise. From my experience I would advise against spending any money with this company.

After a power surge and multiple circuit breakers tripping at our house Izzy was able to determine our old switch board couldn’t handle the current electrical load and was able to upgrade and add additional surge protectors to prevent our valuable TVs and accessories from future damage! Thanks again for the A+ work from Elec+ Solutions and especially to Izzy, I would highly recommend him!

We joined Hitachi just over a month ago and the start up has not been without its issues. It seems that the different departments don't communicate with each other effectively. In addition, our dedicated Relationship Manager has left and we're now having to communicate with a generic email address. This isn't what we were promised. On the plus side, most people I've dealt with have been extremely helpful.

After Having to deal with an idiot insurance broker I went back to lifestyle as I’ve used them in the past I explained the situation I had been presented with they offered me an insurance policy of equal cover to start effective immediately The price was good and there was nothing hidden it was explained in idiot language so that it was all understood and everybody knew exactly what was expected, would I recommend lifestyle insurance brokers simple answer to that is yes I would they served me for many years the only reason I left was down to cost but having come back to them they have become very competitive again and the price was great so I would say thank you to them

J'ai passé une commande d'étiquettes "pictogrammes" sortie de secours et lors de procèder au paiement, les frais de port étaient de 20€ pour un panier d'environ 30€ alors que la publicité mentionnait le port gratuit. J'ai téléphoné à la dite socièté qui m'a indiqué que seul la gratuité concernait une expédition en France ! La Corse n'étant pas concerné par le bénéfice de cette gratuité. J'ai trouvé celà inadmissible de la part de mon interlocuteur. Ayant ma fille en cure thermale pour 15 jours à Jonzac j'ai demandé si l'on pouvait lui adresser ma commande, autre refus. La proposition a été de demander à ma fille de se rendre à La Rochelle pour récupérer le colis (poids maximal estimé 200 gr et encore !!) qui aurait pu être adressé par voie postale pour une somme d'environ 3,00€. Je ne conseillerais certainement pas cette socièté et surtout le comportement d'un responsable vis à vis de ma personne dès lors qu'on m'a fait ressentir que les Corses n'étaient pas Français !!!!

very disappointed, firstly when I tried to make my first claim I was told there was a 6 month period before I could claim, Having thoroughly checked all their marketing materials I found this clause on page 13 of their terms and conditions which you only get once you've signed up. When I accused them of miss selling they agreed to pay my claim but I felt it was an incredibly underhand way of doing business. I then tried to make a claim for some physio which they again refused unless I got a letter from my doctor confirming it was not a pre-existing condition, I went to my doctor who told me Westfield were notorious for this and as such they had started charging £20 for it!. They hide behind a convincing sales message of how simple and easy it is to claim which actual fact they are just like any other insurance company, beware!

My Nexogy phone system works almost without fail, and if there is any interruption, there is a notification and prompt resolution. The pricing seems fair enough. But since installation some years ago, my business has changed, my needs have changed, and no doubt technology has changed, and I have no idea if I have an Account Representative or who I am able to call to discuss my account. All of the communication from Nexogy is very automated and in one direction. I would love it if a live human with good English was able to come and spend a morning at my office to see what I have and what I might need and to assist with my phone system.

Nexogy has ridiculously poor customer service. They have been duplicating charges on our account for almost 12 months and they have not given us a credit. I've been contacting them for 45 days via email and phone asking for our credit with no progress whatsoever. However, they are competent enough to charge cancellation fees.

I work for a consulting company doing work for a Canadian crown corporation so we had very specific requirements with regards to data privacy, security, etc, in addition to of course speed and reliability. Ultimately we are handing this project back to the government so the performance of the hosting provider reflects on our company as well. I'd just like to say that the sales team at CanSpace really made the effort to answer all of our questions in great detail and their service has met and exceeded expectations in all aspects. We have a database of over 29,000 items (including the entire Stanley Gibbons stamp catalogue) which we use Store Express to manage on web shop, Ebay and Amazon. We recently upgraded the system to be mobile friendly and improve the MOTO functionality. The new web shop looks extremely good and has improved aesthetically by 100% We are very pleased with the progress of this project, and think it should be of great benefit commercially. Hi, I have been using their Event Booking Calendar for about 6 years. They used to upgrade the program every 2 years. A few years ago, I paid for the upgrade actually only for the mobile version as their earlier version was not mobile compatible. Anyway, 3-4 weeks ago I paid to the upgrade again for they now accept more payment options. This is just what I wanted. But after I installed the program again. My nightmare starts. They actually are not upgraded the program but downgraded it. Something it used to work in old version but not working on the new version and they said if I want it they can do it for me but I have to pay for the custom modification. I have been waiting for their reply but they only responded me one, that was the one said I have to pay. What kind of service is that!

Be carefull when buying a 'developer license' from this company: they will sell you the license but don't deliver all the php source code. Parts are encrypted 'to protect their framework', but that way you can't use it to develop freely what you may wish. Everything is aimed at having you pay extra for development jobs.

I had been audited by the IRS and had a bill for $18k and was concerned about other yrs. but didn't know where to turn for help, my situation was very confusing and I needed someone to clean it up. I found Genesis Tax on Craigslist as I was looking for someone local to help me with my tax issues. I began to study their website and read the testimonies and new then that I wanted to be one of those success stories that got help with their tax problems. So, I called Genesis Tax and from the moment I spoke with someone I was hooked!, they helped me feel at ease and know that there was help for me. I live in Nashville, TN and they are in Birmingham, AL and I wasn't sure if they could help me, but soon found out that "face to face" was not necessary when you have some that knows how and what to do to help resolve my issues. Genesis Tax did a complete researching of my IRS transcripts and came up with a plan that would work for me. End results are they found another year with similar problems and took care of that too, today I don't owe the IRS and just got back a big refund and my wife and I are extremely happy with our results! Initially, the sales agent Alex Xu came across as a fine gentleman that is different from all the horror stories you read about Chinese companies. His prompt response to my queries convinced me that Solarmastertech is a world apart from other Chinese companies. Alex Xu even sent me personal photos of the solar water heater that I have ordered. But it was a trap! As soon as I Alex that Alex Xu received my money which included freight costs, he changed into the horror stories I have read about Chinese businesses. From then on, Alex Xu never responded to my emails or neither pick up my calls. I then turned to the customer service as listed on their website; it was a complete waste of time and money. Im told by my nominated forwarders that they have received my goods but Alex Xu has not paid them a dime for freight cost. As it stands my good were shipped in May 2017 and I am due to received it June 2017. I will update this when I received the goods or not.

After two month we have got the goods, and installed the system depend on their design and instruct , and till now this pool system works well. We are considering to buy another system very soon.

Elavon is by far not only the worst Merchant service company, but probably the most dishonest and unethical company currently operating on planet earth. They said whatever they needed to pull our business from our former merchant provider of 7 years. Within our first 3 months, they processed $1.3m which is our standard. Then without warning their Risk team decided to hold our funds without provocation or reason for the past 3 weeks holding over $70k and let us know unless we provided a $700,000 Line of Credit our account would be canceled?!? NO Warning, NO ability to other options, nothingand weve never had a chargeback or return in 7 years. No chargebacks, no fraud, no reason whatsoever to warrant this action. They would only respond after multiple follow ups, only agreed to release funds after multiple follow ups and incorporating attorney involvement. They lost a client for no reason and well certainly do all we can to warn others to not get blindsided by this corrupt company. Costco should be ashamed this is their preferred partner.

The best thing that I like about this organization is that apart from being an institute, it is also an engineering company. And the trainers appointed for the teaching job are the ones with at least five years of experience in the industry. So when those guys are at your disposal, you know that you are at the right spot. You not only get the concepts of engineering, but also how the real industry works and what companies look in their potential employees. Magnus also gives placement assistance to its students.

The AI training provided by Omni212 was just a rip-off. The training description clearly said that training course records were available for download for training students. But they are not! The training schedule was screwed by the coordinator. I can't attend all courses offered by Omni212 due to my time constraint. The course records are the only things I can take. But Omni212 didn't make them available to me, I sent emails to them again and again, no reply! Finally I was tired and gave up, I concluded that that AI training by Omni212 was just a rip-off. Only they took your money, and you are on your own, They don't care about you!

At our store we used to use a different payment processor and ran into some problems with it. Then we switched over to Appstar and we had no issues regarding the number of transactions or even the size of the transactions. We don't even have any problems with the annual payments from our customers.

I hardly ever write reviews, but these guys really did an exceptional job. Not only did they move my entire apartment from NJ to FL for the best (honest) price I was offered (and I got like 8 offers) but they did it all without any damage. The salesperson I spoke to, Nathan, assured me I'd have great service, but I was impressed nonetheless. I mean, after reading moving day horror stories online, I was expecting the worse, but they were quick, and most importantly, they really knew what they were doing. I hope to never move again, but if I do, I'll gladly move with these guys again. 5 stares.

Great American van lines and its employees are first rate. They go above and beyond to get things done. I really liked the way they packed my mattresses and pictures. Everything was well protected and the guys were very polite. i love the way they whistled while they worked they were very upbeat. they same friendly faces came to deliver and we all had dinner at the end it felt like being moved by family. This is a very well-done resource for anyone seeking general information about autistic spectrum disorders, which are so varied in their symptoms that it's said every autistic child is different from the next, even when they have identical diagnoses. The site takes a good deal of care to be easy to read without dumbing-down the facts, something that many other sites which discuss specialized topics could learn from. It's clearly aimed at parents seeking guidance and manages to be welcoming without being patronizing. This is a very complex subject, made more so by the differences of opinions even amongst medical doctors and psychotherapists. It encompasses several different illnesses, making an individual set of symptoms almost impossible to classify, and as a result, a large number of those on the spectrum are regarded as "Not Otherwise Specified", a catch-all for many unique combinations of symptoms that can't be further defined. A clearly-written and sympathetic introduction is well worth promoting and supporting. I have to say that this is an American site, so suggested resources are American too. Nevertheless the information here is well enough presented to make it useful to anyone. Incidentally, I'm the second reviewer to review this site today but cross my heart, it's a sheer fluke. Naturally I hate coming in second (grin), but in this case I'm pleased to be able to draw a bit more attention to a worthwhile resource.

Everyone talks about Shazam, but I find it pretty overrated (other than the name, which is a good one - it can pose as a noun or a verb...). SoundHound, on the other hand, is pretty underrated. I got both for my iPhone and find that SoundHound can identify all of the songs that Shazam couldn't. So say I'm in a clothing store and a catchy tune comes on. Shazam has no idea what it is, can't find a match. SoundHound? Bam, it's got it.

We had a smoothline treadmill for a decade and when it started sounding like Thomas the Tank Engine, decided to upgrade it - 6 months ago. After 6 months of research, we finally opted for the expensive Technogym MyRun. It arrived last week. It looks amazing and doesn't fill up the room like the Smoothline did. It's really quiet and the MyRun app, may not be perfect (running programmes have a start date of next week rather than the date you start because the app wants you to start at the beginning of a week rather than mid-week Harrods thought which makes sense) but the rest of it is awesome. It pairs well with the polar heart rate monitor OH1 which you wear on your arm (Techogym after sales suggested it) and the Zwift app. We did have a learning curve issue with the MyRun app pairing but both Technogym technical department (Sarah) and Technogym in Harrods (when you're ringing out of office hours) were very helpful. We then had a small issue with a fuse tripping but Technogym have the spare part and are coming within 24 hours of being informed to resolve this and on Christmas Eve - which is amazing after sales service. I would only buy Technogym from now on.

I have purchased many medical examination beds, spa beds and chairs from oakworks and all of them have lasted me for years without a problem. The quality of their materials is excellent and in many cases superior to other beds costing far more. Aesthetically I like them more than some of the traditional type of examination beds. I find it best to just call them directly and their customer service has always been excellent. The cost of their beds are typically less than what you may find from other vendors of equivalent materials.
