Purchased a Canon 40 D package from them at there store, located in Brooklyn. The store is small, yet packed with cameras and accessories. I showed them the package I noticed online and wanted to know if they could change the lens. I was apprehensive at first because the package was lower priced then B&H. I drove from New Jersey just to make sure the deal was real. The whole process took 15 minutes and I was back on the road in traffic playing with my camera. Next time I will order online ship it to New Jersey and not have to pay the sales tax.

I can’t recommend Monaco Solicitors highly enough. I was suffering with bad anxiety during a highly stressful situation at work. I was struggling to get heard in my company and my assessment of the situation was being dismissed as wrong. Aside from my GP and counsellor Chris was the one person who was able to see my assessment of the situation as accurate and who was in a position take action to fight my corner for me. I cannot get across how much his support and validation meant to me at a time when I had been made to believe I was going mad. We often need lawyers most in times of severe emotional distress and Chris is the best lawyer I’ve had in terms of feeling that he was on my side as well as being practical in terms of possible results. The outcome was brilliant and fast! Chris was always available to answer questions quickly and supportively by phone or email even when I was probably just stressing! His fees were very well earned. Worst decision I ever made. Was made to feel it would help save me time etc and it didn't. 1 star as contracts are good, but you can get them cheaper than being locked in for 3 yrs for hundreds of pounds. On top of this Covid is really hurting my company as it works with schools and they are not letting outsiders in. I asked for help (few months break) as no money coming in at all and they basically said I can go jump. If your a small company AVOID in my opinion, it's just to much financial risk. I am reminded that any company that locks you in probably is not good enough for you to want to stay.

If you are currently in a contract, give notice now so that you don't accidentally roll over. They will only send you one email reminder about the rollover and should you miss that because you are busy running your business, you're in for another (very long) period. They won't call you to discuss your rollover renewal and ask whether you're happy. After they receive your notice they will say they need to talk to you in order to "process your notice", but just insist in writing it is your right and you want it logged. Once your notice is processed and you start approaching the end of the agreement, you will receive plenty of calls from your dedicated account manager (where were they before?) that wants to make sure you're happy. They will also quote you a lot cheaper prices when you only have a day left on your contract. This is, however, not the biggest issue we experienced with Citation. When we signed up, The Client Agreement was in the name of our biggest venue. The agreement form, however, also has a line for "Subsidiaries and Associated Companies included in this Agreement" and there we specified our second, smaller venue, albeit a different legal entity, but such was the advice. The agreement asked for a number of employees and the number of venues (2 in our case). Here's my second bit of advice: do not specify other venues/sites/companies under one agreement under any circumstances. We sold the bigger site when we had a year and a half left on the agreement. The account manager that emerged around that time categorically refused to discuss a reduction of the monies charged although it was very clear that 2/3 of the employees were gone as was the bigger site, resulting in Citation carrying out only half of the agreed site visits and having their workload and HR risks reduced by 2/3 also. That was of course a short-sighted decision from the account manager's part because it sealed the deal that after having been a customer of Citation for 6 years, they lost our business. Any provider that does not make adjustments for the partial sale of their client's portfolio does not deserve your custom, or your future business that will be growing again. Now, as to the actual services provided, they were decent at times, diabolically clueless at other times as the HR advisors sometimes struggled to grasp the ins and outs of a fast-paced hospitality business. We did, however, get by even though they completely forgot the main client/other company subsidiary set-up that was created on the initial contract so that all paperwork issued was constantly made out to the wrong business name during the last two years of the agreement. It can't be that hard to remember "Business name 1, business address 1" and "Business name 2, business address 2", can it? Especially if you insist on charging for them both despite the client having disposed of Business 1? And not even that pushed me to write a one star review, until now. We were in a contract with Citation Ltd for a 36 + 36 month period. I called the finance team to query the last payment. It's too long to explain here but basically, following all 73 payments taken, the last payment is a gross overcharge. I was simply told "that's the last payment of the contract". I then emailed the account manager asking for an explanation of all payments, but nothing. I then spent time myself breaking down the periods and matching them to payments taken according to the contract period. Another person from the finance team emails me to say I am "complicating things" and (wait for it!) "this is how contracts work"... without providing any explanation or fiscal evidence! So far I have had three people just insist that that's the last payment and that is it. So lazy that they don't even bother to go through your payment history. Our payment saga is to be continued. Only go with Citation if you have more money than wits and you don't learn from other people's mistakes!

Was told a 14.5 hrs journey could be done in 9.5 hrs when I refused telling them it could not be the unite union just stood by and watched me be slaughtered ultimately loosing my job of over 12 years just like that . Avoid this union at all cost as they really work for the company and not the people who pay for membership . Do Not trust ! You will loose your job and possibly a lot more.

Terrible experience Terrible experience, we took on some ex battery hens from a 'rspca assured' commercial farm. Bare in mind they came to us dehydrated starving with next to no feathers -rspca assured? so we have kindly brought them back to health. We received a false complaint in regards to they didn't look there best (take note where they came from!) a rspca member of staff came during the covid19 pandemic, breached all current covid19 LAWS no face mask no gloves no social distancing nothing and put my family at risk, this event was reported to the Police. This sham of a charity from my experience has no interest in animal welfare. The amount of negative reviews clearly speak for themselves.

I needed a button through dress to just cover my knees- well nigh impossible in High street stores at the moment. Within a week I received four dresses to try on, from two different sources within the company. Only one was too tight and had to be sent back, the most expensive at £16.99. Posting back is free. You can always give them a donation next time. Refunds are prompt as soon as they receive your parcel- no quibble. I now have three dresses for two seasons, good quality and all for under £40 including postage.

It was really good to start off with, volunteering at Wimbledon, then Southfields, then Purley, but in the end I felt very let down by management as they make out like they're better than anyone else but I will miss the staff, customers and the whole experience I will miss it a lot it's a real shame to leave but I felt it was time to go after being 10 years at Oxfam.

Alerted to Energise Africa by a Guardian article, which itself engendered trust, I found their website very easy to use. With a little course on solar investing, plenty of risk warnings and information to ensure it was the right thing for me, I concluded that it was. After going through the relatively painless bureaucracy of registering and signing up for their ISA, I got sent details for an online bank transfer and made my first investment. I hope this does some good locally in Africa, for which I might get a little tax free payback in 3 years. Excellent idea.

Several years ago I ordered a vest and ID cards from Free My Paws. Within the last year I ordered a different vest and up dated ID cards. One of the cards that I carry in my pocket had rubbed some of the letters off. I sent an e mail with a photo of it. The card was cheerfully replaced with a new one. Great customer service.

I purchased this dress in a medium for my daughter (without her) for a job interview, and she loved it! L is about 5' 4 1/2"tall and weighs about 130 lbs. She has an athletic build and is 22 years old. I used the size chart and the dress fit perfectly, and is extremely comfortable, even in stressful circumstances. Philip Landau represented me when he was with Landau, Zeffertt, and Weir (Oct-Dec 2013). I am a US citizen and I was working in England on a Tier 2 visa sponsored by my UK employer. I had submitted a formal grievance for what I contended was harassment, bullying, defamatory performance ratings, and discrimination along with citing contractual breaches in Duty of Care (Health and Safety Act + Equality Act). I believe that my grievance was whistleblowing. Landau immediately recommended negotiating an "enhanced" settlement agreement and not follow my legally guaranteed right to follow the grievance procedures under law and contract. A year after I left the UK I submitted a subject access request citing the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA). I received the contents of my personnel file which had inaccurate defamatory documents supporting a performance based settlement agreement. Can a sponsored Tier 2 visa holder simultaneously be sponsored and placed on a performance improvement plan (PIP)? Philip Landau has been asked many times to explain if legal and compliant processes and documents were used to process my termination from employment. He has remained silent. I have reported to ActionFraud, but there has been no investigation. This is a true story. In terms of the 12-month limit for review, in September 2018 my former employer bypassed the Confidentiality terms of the referenced settlement contract which provided whistleblower protection and filed criminal defamation claims for my blogging in Thailand, where I now live. (My Thai wife was also sponsored as a Tier 2 dependent and I believe was also owed a duty of care, along with my dependent children.) My employer dropped the criminal claim(s) when I signed a new settlement contract without whistleblower protection. I now believe that the new settlement terms violate the Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA), Clause 43J. I do not believe the claim in Thailand was legal, but that my employer did not want to rely on the Landau settlement contract. But, I had to deal with this in Thailand, anyhow. This is the drama and saga that doing business with Philip Landau added to my life!

I guess "lucky" is one of the words I'd describe my working career so far, lucky in so much as I've not needed to instruct a solicitor for any reason and I've been employed now for about thirteen years since graduation (wow, I'm getting old!). Back in mid December last year I found myself in a situation with my employer whereby I very much felt the need to seek impartial, professional legal advice. When I originally contacted Landau Law it was smack bang in the middle of the Christmas period and even though their company was on shutdown for their Christmas break, Philip Landau (the founding member himself!) got back to me to inform me they'd be in a position to help me out, incidentally the only one out of five companies I contacted during that period to actually bother even replying to me. I was initially quite panicked by my work situation, having not been in any position quite like it before I was very concerned my job and therefore my career were at risk. After a relatively short period of time I'd sent off all of the documentation they needed and they quickly assured me that not only was my job secure, should I feel the need to, there were options that could result in a fairly healthy payout should I wish to pursue them. I ended up dealing with three different members of staff at Landau Law, all three of which were professional but also a delight in dealing with. I have done some GCSE and A-Level maths and physics tutoring to family members as favours previously and I have found it a nightmare trying to convey concepts to them. Not only was everybody I dealt with at Landau fantastic at explaining the law behind my situation, they did so in a very non-condescending and friendly manner, ensuring I understood every aspect of the associated law or laws that were relevant for the aspect of the situation being dealt with. As I started this review, I’ll finish it off by repeating that I have been lucky enough to not need to instruct an employment law solicitor up until very recently, but should I need to again, or should anyone be looking for one, I would recommend Landau Law without any hesitation whatsoever. Thank you for your help, especially Sanya who was genuinely superb throughout my entire dealings I had with Landau. Many thanks Philip, Emma and Sanya!

I ordered three items, two of the same item and one different item, all to be delivered to my work address. All the items were sent to my home address, luckily, the first item was small enough to fit in my post box. The other two items weren't and I had to collect them from a local Post Office where they were left for collection. The two items also seemed to be forgotten and after much persistence, they were finally dispatched, but to the incorrect address. One praise would be to the Customer Service Assistant Talya, who helped solve the issues, she was persistent and very patient, even when I was at the end of my tether.

We used Boligadvokat24 to help purchase our 1st house in Denmark. As a U.S. Citizen and not being able to read/speak Danish, buying a home here can be quite intimidating. Boligadvokat24 basically "handheld" me through the entire process....literally every step along the way. They were highly thorough and extremely flexible in walking me through (even translating) the many legal documents. They provided us a full suite of services (sales contract, negotiate terms and conditions, deed filing, Danish Ministry of Justice filing (for non-Danes buying property)), all in at very reasonable price. I cannot say enough on how EASY Boligadvokat24 was to work with and how 'stress free' they made the entire process! Take note, you will not have a live face-to-face meeting with your lawyer. Everything is done on the phone and email. If this is important to you, you can ask if they will meet live. Honestly, I don't think this was needed. Instead, you will be assigned a case manager (not necessarily a lawyer) who will be your single point of contact. My contact was Elena Vinther. Elena is a ROCKSTAR!!! She was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions within a day (usually, same day). When she needed to bring in a lawyer, she did. Working with the lawyers were as pleasant as working with Elena. I can go on and on about the very POSITIVE experience I had with Boligadvokat24. I hope you have the same experience I did.

Health and safety consultation is terrible and think twice before taking this on, no visits or consultation over 12 months but charged for. Also be aware of Croner’s entrapment in their terms and conditions (auto renewal) I’ve tried cancelling one month in advance to be told I need to give 6 months notice, ok I thought I’ll have to pay for the next 6 months… no the contract will renew before that notice period and I have to pay for the next 2 yrs with a 7% increase on top, if I want early termination they want 80% of the 2 yr renewal Stay clear if you have any sense

Deposit a Gift, was a really great way to generate funds for our scholarship drive for my sister's 2 year old as, my sister passed from a 5 year battle with cancer. It was an untimely death which happened unexpectedly, she was taken to soon. We were able to set it up quickly and it worked as promised.

Quickly entered my details online, my boiler has been breaking down for over a year. Received a call back the same day to arrange a survey which was arranged the same week. I was shocked to see that my 10 year old house had no cavity insulation at all. I watched as the surveyor showed me inside the walls with her camera. After 45 minutes for the survey I was told that I qualified for a new boiler and cavity wall insulation. This was done the week after for both. Minimal fuss, great work done and free boiler and cavity wall for me. All done within two weeks of me entering details online. Great job! Happy days :)

In 2010, while assigned overseas (Lima, Peru), I was the victim of anti-Veteran discrimination by my employer: the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). I remember sitting in Lima, feeling the injustice and isolation of my situation and wondering if I could win a very difficult discrimination battle against the DEA. Fortunately, I chose The Employment Law Group (TELG) to argue my case before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), and, subsequently, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (Federal Circuit). My legal ordeal lasted six (06) years. TELG's professional commitment helped me to persevere until final victory with a unanimous favorable decision by the Federal Circuit. The Court's decision was much more than a legal win; it is vindication — a full affirmation of my personal and professional honor. And for that, I am grateful to Adam Carter, Esq, Scott Oswald, Esq. and everyone at The Employment Law Group for the strength of their legal arguments. I love the clothes that I ordered - really nice fabrics and very comfortable - would have given 5 stars but the sizes were very generous and I had to return 3 items as far too big. The returns service was good, and I was given a refund quickly on an accidental purchase. The only issue was that the free returns postage label that was promised on the website was not included in my parcel so I had to pay the postage on the returned package.

I contacted support several times regarding my deposit and told switching over to a new system will take 4-5 business days, well...it's been over that and still no deposit. I'm not happy with Rally, and should have never switched from GoFundMe to Rally. NEVER AGAIN!

ObamaCare was created by following Saul Alinsky's 'Model' from his book: "10 Rules for Radicals." Rule # 1: Create socialized medicine. This way you have started your journey to control "the people." Rule # 2: Raise the Nat'l Debt as high as you can, this way people won't complain about raises taxes. Obama raised our DEBT more than all other President's COMBINED! Rule # 3: Raise Taxes, boy did Obama do that. This way "Corps" will move their business to other countries and people will be jobless and dependant on the Gov't to survive! More people were on welfare, food stamps, jobless, homeless, etc... than under any other President since the great depression! ObamaCare was an abject failure and the Dem's did not read the package before they signed it. Nancy Pelosi said: "You'll have to pass it, then you can find out what it is." That's what a call pure negligence and not one Republican signed it. Anyway, look up Saul Alinsky's book "Rules for Radicals" to see all of the 10 Rules Obama followed. It's beyond the pale! The five star rating is in comparison to other mail order nurseries. A couple years ago I began buying my first plants through mail order nurseries, and this was the very first. I bough a few hundred dollars worth of plants from them. I was not very impressed when they arrived, because they were smaller than the potted plants at local nurseries and still the same price. I had an even lower opinion of One Green World when at least half of the plants I bought from them died within the first 6 months. I was mad. I wrote them letters, and they wrote back. Then nothing from them for about 2 months. Then out of the blue I got an email from them saying that they had decided to issue a partial refund (which they did). I have since learned that the bare-root plants from all mail order nurseries are generally smaller and have a much lower survival rate (at least for me) than potted plants from local nurseries. Other mail order companies I complained to ignored me completely. If One Green World has a variety you want that your local nursery doesn't, they are much better than some other mail order nurseries.

And the the denying any applications now there's been turned in... Knowing you cannot send an email to your cell phone from redcross and when you give the number they don't even want to look it up they don't want to honor it at all for the $400 help for victims family... I have been a willing and diligent blood giver for years. In the midst of this global crisis and with all the desperate pleas for blood donations, I simply do not understand how the American Red Cross can not fit me into their schedule. Time and time again, I am encountering donation drives that are filled to capacity - which is great - but also frustrating for someone who truly wants to give. Then, I scheduled an appointment at a local donation center only to have the appointment cancelled on me 8hrs prior. I don't understand. If the Red Cross is in such need - why am I continually being turned away??

How can this org get away with ruining decent honorable pet owners repurations by representing anonymous spite complaints with no discosure of the nature of the complatin? And it's not anonymous on their end as they publicly visit our vets offices in front of all employees and other pet owners. I am devastated by this and as a sr. my health has suffered dramatically. They do not take this seriously. These complaints deserve a fair treatment. And, the anonymous complaint source has a choice to disclose who they are. What does that tell you. I am a sr woman with littel dog I loved more than life and was accused of animal cruelty when my dog had DM, which is a non painful disease. They have ruined my failth and hurt me while I am already in grief. SHAME ON YOU!!! BULLIES!@!! Remember karma And shame on the hospice serice I beieve caused all this pain and suffering to me, I have vets that witnessed my dog who was not in pain when they saw him. I treated my dog with thousands of dollars of meds and care, and I am investigated AFTER my sweet guy is gone. GOd remembers bad people and sick power mongers.

WATCH OUT for this 'organization' people! They cry, beg and plead that they are in dire need of money yet rape pet parents that are trying to get care for their animals. For instance, a 10 minute visit to one vet cost $140 with NO labs, test or diagnostics... JUST A "REFERRAL." There was only an observation and repeat of what the problem was. Another example is >5 minute blood pressures done by a vet tech that cost $50! When the veterinarian was confronted with this astronomical charge she validated it with "equipment and special training." In fact, their Doppler was antiquated and would not be permitted in a human hospital and all the tech does is inflate a blood pressure cuff and listen for the blood return. When the vet was told this she stated "you know this because you are a medical professional... the general public doesn't know this." They are predators of kind people in my opinion that put profits above all else. They also have a poor rating on charitynavigator dot org.

Horrible!!! This site is crawling with scams. I was very interested in a puppy that ended up being a scam. I researched the email the supposed owner was contacting me from and it popped up in multiple places. I looked up how to not be scammed and was very surprised to find every question the advisors said I should ask when asked caused the person to not respond to me. So I went and found there were the same pictures of the same dogs in supposed different locations. And boy do the scammers keep their mask up well with a good story. I sent a message to Dogs Now saying it was high on the list of priority and it's reporting multiple scams and 2 days later they still have not responded. Do not use this site unless you want to pay money for a dog you'll never get!!!! Don't be fooled. Especially when the site takes their sweet time about getting back to you on something so urgent!!!!! I would proudly give them zero stars for ratings.

Texted and spoke to this scammer cell#1(202)670-3041. Sent pics and a video that can be Googled that was posted/dated in 2013. The video can be found on YouTube under Cute Blue French Bulldog Puppy. Scammer telling stories about his mum dying and wanting the puppy to go to a Christian home! He says he works in Washington DC, staying in Maryland, the Dogsnow post list Franklin Lakes, No. This guy is pure evil!!!! Don't send him your hard earned money! DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Do your research on this petition site and you will see that the reports indicate that the owner is using software to intentionally hide his location, but all indications are that it is based in ROMANIA -- hardly a country known for it's kindness & compassion to animals (or humans!) The fact is, this site is not about concern for the welfare of animals at all! Rather it is a fraud site that collects email addresses for its "petitions" by posting heart-wrenching pictures that draw people's attention, then sells those emails to spammers. Sorry to break the news, but do your own homework. YouSignAnimals is NOT a legitimate site!
