As long as the product you receive is in working order they are great. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now. SO BUYER BEWARE REFUNDS ARE NOT VERY EASY TO GET. I am still waiting. I have decided Amazon is the only way to go. They give refunds without having to continually email every day. Also Back Market does not have a phone number to call. As far as I can tell they have stolen $270. from me. Good luck if you buy there.

I had a horrible — borderline fraudulent — experience with Back Market that cost me hundreds of dollars and 7 days of lost productivity. I ordered a 15.4-inch MacBook Pro (July, 2018) from Back Market. A third-party seller, Koala Stash, sent me a 13-inch. MacBook Pro by itself — not even a power cord. After I complained to Koala Stash, the seller said they had no 15.4-inch laptops in stock. My only options were to return the computer or accept an $80 partial refund. I had to order a power cord separately, which took 2 days. To make matters worse, the laptop from Back Market wasn't even that cheap. I could have bought a similar one from Apple without the headaches. I ignored some negative reviews of Back Market, and I regret it. :( I recommend that you take the negative reviews seriously.

I have been using t-mobile for 2 years. I had no problem until today. I went to t-mobile store tried to pay my prepaid account and then one of employees offered me new plan which is $50 per month ( Unlimited call, text, and data). He told me that i should get new number and then he will transfer my old number to this new sim card and i did. After that he told me it will activate in 2 hours, then after 2 hours my number got out of service. And then i tried to contact to t-mobile customer support, lady picked up the phone told me that i need to contact with prepaid support then i have been trying to contact with prepaid support since last 2 days. It's so annoyed me. Because of these reasons i decided to switch my number to AT & T.

Sent my phone through Glyde and it was misplaced through USPS. Glyde immediately took the "not my problem" approach and was unwavering in their terrible response times, lack of effort looking into my issue, and avoiding questions. I now have no phone, no money, and no means of recovering my device. I cannot figure out why they have a customer service department.

I ordered a phone. I knew the process would be slow, but it was a great deal. The phone came with a sim card still in place, and the phone was locked by the previous owner. When I search for customer service, I found no number and sent an email that I was told could take up to 48 hours to respond to. Terrible customer service.

I would give sony 0 stars if possible for their monopolising anti second hand sales of console ban campaign, basically I have bought a second hand playstation 4 from cash converters today proof of purchase with a reiept dated and time stamped with the console serial matching the console, it had been bought faulty download only on the sticker, when asking they said it's a blu ray drive fault no returns, well low and behold I fix the drive turn it on to use and login to an account and it comes up this ps4 is banned or temporarily restricted, well I contacted sony and they say it's permenantly banned which is not actually possible as to obtain any ban digitally they need to flag the mac and ip of the console or it's digital trace on the server so they can remove that but they are refusing to, even though it is proven legitimately bought and I clearly have no relationship whatso ever to the previous owner in fact I assume that even cash converters were not aware it is banned hence why state download only if it's bound to be returned. So this is down to the stage of pure bombardment from me on playstation now a true campaign to expose the whole process of gaining a percuniary advantage via using console bans on second hand consoles to try to stem the flow of sales via banning certain consoles, there should be a number to call or email service send the picture of the console with the serial number visible and a picture of the reciept that must have a matching serial number into them via email and they re-enable it drop the ban, but no they seem to think it's fine to keep it banned so you buy a new one, surely it's a breech of consumer rights for second hand buyers in the uk to do this as you don't have second hand cars being banned for use after being sold because it has a outstanding concern or ticket etc do you? And you don't see people buying other forms of second hand goods to find they are now no longer allowed to use them, therefore it should be outlawed when being sold on by a credible retail outlet and a hotline setup for re-activation forced upon both sony and microsoft for console ban removals, it's a monopoly otherwise they have also got then the ability to outright ban indiscriminately where they deem fit and could unfairly ban as well. It's just a stealthy way of gaining an advantage selling new consoles vs second hand consoles and it needs to be made if not allready made a law. But as for sony they appeared to not take it into any consideration they seemed like a souless roboticaly responding group with no intention of having a scrap of any form of humanity or compassion and therefore I would highly recommend against buying sony consoles new or second hand unless bans are outlawed or more fairly regulated. I mean what's to say you don't buy a ps5 next when they arrive and your little brother or sister or some mate goes on it while your out and eg.calls someone a crudename or says a profanity or something considered negative and hey presto they get you banned with no chance of an unlock and not because they can't unlock it but because they have 0 compassion and choose not to when it's allways possible I mean if they can tell it's logging in they can deactivate the ban for sure, that's what happened with me, for me it was some stranger gets it banned a store sells it me unwittingly with a no return policy and I contact sony and immediately they point blank heartlessly turn their back on me as a second hand user, and to think I wanted to buy games online off them and a vr headset to be met with that response just says it all, all they care about is money not customer satisfaction or ratings hence this will go a long way to lowering their ratings yet again like the last review did before mine. I'll stop writing a plethera of these reviews on every site I can find now which I shall be every single day another review now until they lift my console ban I didn't even that ban my self so probably the time I pull these reviews down is the time they unban it which is likely never so I think this review is equally fair and equally deservant and absolutely factual.

I bought 1 set of Audio-Technica ATH-M30X Professional Headphones and these had less than 24 hours total use (all indoors) and never even left my bedroom, always inside the leather case provided by the supplier. Well, to my complete and utter dismay, the right headphone failed 2 weeks ago and now an expensive pair of "quality" headphones goes straight into the recycling bin. After emailing the supplier (DJ and Studio in the UK) via Amazon, they didn't even bother answering so am just left with a total loss + waste of time and money - word of warning - stay well away from their headphone products, you will regret you purchased them! There are tons of fake 5 star reviews on Amazon for their products - do NOT be tricked into believing them! Stay safe and save money.

We visited your lakeside branch on Saturday 25/01/2020 we exchanged some dvds for a voucher and with top up purchased a honour 10 mobile phone, after using the phone my partner noticed that the sound keep going while watching YouTube and Spotify, we new it was still in warrenty so brought back the phone on Saturday 15/03/2020 they had to do the usual checks on the phone we returned after 40 minutes to be told the phone was tampered with and the bottom right hand side of the phone had been 'pulled off' we explained that the phone hasn't been touched and because we still had warrenty we come back for you to fix it! Or a refund/exchange the staff members decided we're very rude and didn't want to help in the slightest! After reading alot of reviews on your website I have seen similar responses that it is the customers fault when the product hasnt been touched! I would like a responses and aren't checking the products correctly before being sold on and then blaming the customers for the damage! I would like a response back on the matter other wise it will be taken further action. Shauna

I placed an order for a Vortex rifle scope from Bear Basin on 23 December 2014. They definitely had the best price. Several days later, I received a call that the scope I ordered was not available but the exact same scope with a different reticle was available and could ship immediately. I declined, as I wanted a specific reticle and they said it would be available on 1 January 2015. I appreciate being offered an option, though. 8 January 2015 is when my feelings about Bear Basin took a nose dive. I still had not received my order and when I called, the customer service stated that the scope still wasn't available. He wasn't rude but was curt and there was no offer of apology for them failing to meet their promises. He did say that it would be available on 12 January 2015. On 13 January 2015, I still had not received any notice of shipment, I called and cancelled my order. The customer service agent was again curt but not rude. He stated that I called just in time because my order was about to go out that day. He never inquired as to why I was canceling my order and again no apology. Maybe I'm just old school but basic customer service goes a long way with me. Had they notified me and kept me informed about the status of my order, all would have been fine. Instead, I will never give them a dime of my money, even if it means that I will pay more somewhere else. Good luck Bear Basin!!!

Extremely please with my shopping experience with NDD! Bought a camera as a gift for my family to help lift the spirits during Covid-19. The team were absolutely wonderful. I received and email asking to allow 1-3 working days for delivery because of the pandemic. Carrier companies are short staffed which is understandable. But saying that my item did arrived the next morning as promised. All fully tracked via DPD and a time slot in the morning. I’m super happy with my experience being this the first time too. First time using Next Day Deal. They were a delight to use and I'm very pleased I did so. I purchased a D850 from them. I received my item this morning and I'm so excited! My tracking was added to my order by yesterday evening and I was able to track it via DPD this morning. The 1hr slot was helpful so I was able to keep an eye out. My camera came securely packaged. Watch out, these guys are seriously dishonest! I had a CD/radio receiver installed on my car. They were busy, but told me they would have it done by 1pm. It wasn't done until after 4pm. They told me they had all the parts and I paid for what I thought was "the sale price". I was told the Bose speaker harness I wanted wasn't needed and they could do it with another harness that was "cheaper". Halfway through waiting, my little daughter needed to go home for her nap, and my husband came by. We switched cars, and he waited for me while I went home. My husband questioned the price, which was over $100 than he had been quoted a few days before. Turns out Car Toys jacks the price of their products way up before a sale, and you end up really paying more than if it wasn't on sale. Also, the jerk salesmen told my husband that I had asked for the more expensive harness (it wasn't really cheaper after all, it was MORE expensive) and claimed he had explained this all to me, and I ok'd it. Total lie. To top it all off, the install guy scratched the paint on the top of my car during the install. The top of my car was perfect, and now there's a big swirly scratch it the paint. Do NOT go to these guys, they suck.

I purchased a NAVI 2 module for my Power Acoustik stereo/GPS unit from Jerry of Lightning Audio in Fountain Valley, CA. I was having problems with the module in that I could not put a house number for the street. I contacted Power Acoustik and talked to a Chris about the issue I was having. He was on the phone for at least 45 minutes or more. He was not able to help me and suggested that the unit may be defective. He recommended I contact Power Acoustik Returns department to request a RMA number so I can send the unit in under warranty to be repaired/replaced. This I did. I have not heard from Power Acoustik in over two weeks so, I contacted them and wanted to know if they received the item. After a few minutes or so I was told item was received. The individual gave me the RMA number for future reference. I contacted Jerry of Lightning Audio and explained the situation to him. He immediately said he would help me on this. I gave him the RMA number and he said he will go to Power Acoustik since it was only about a 20 minute drive for him. He told me he will go there tomorrow, Tuesday, 07/30/2013. Jerry did not have to do this. He is going out of his way to help a customer.

A few days later he called me to say he located one and wanted to know if I still needed it. You bet I did! With Jerry's help we placed the order and it arrived a few days later.

one. I ordered the part(that was in stock) Friday at 1:00p.m. Pacific time. I pay the 2-3 day shipping. Didn’t get shipped until Tuesday, so I’m guessing shipping price was a joke. They’ll ship it when it’s convenient. Got it. Next I need to return the item back. They are charging me a 25% stocking fee. I’m like fine. I’ll bit the bullet. Then they don’t want to give me a shipping label because it’s my fault, so I need to pay an additional $25 for shipping. Stocking fee $43.75(25%) plus $25 for shipping, so I’m paying $70.75 to return a item. Please people. Read the fine print. I’m not planning on buying from them. Besides the return being a nightmare. Them not being honest about shipping the replacement 5 days later. Because they decided to leave early Friday or my guess is that they simply didn’t care. My replacement lamp hopefully gets here by this week. Who knows with this company. I could be over emotional but they sure make me feel like it’s your fault. I only ask. Please admit when your wrong. Shame on you Vodafone.... My Father passed away recently and i called Vodafone to cancel his plan but explained that i wanted to keep the number for my elderly mum and go on to a pre paid. I was told to go to the nearest store and they could do it on the spot. Went into the store explained what had happened they said i needed to produce a copy of the Death Certificate along with other ID which i did. All paperwork was uploaded to my dads file & then i was told that i would have to ring up and cancel it over the phone. Rang Vodafone explained again that i wanted to cancel the contract that my father was on and keep the same number on a Vodafone pre paid. Thay said the hand set still had money owing and we would have to pay it out or send it back. ???? Surely if the peraon who the plan was under was deceased all monies owing become null & void so i asked if they could make an exception as they would only throwing the handset out so they told me. Vodafone told me no and said that they would cancel the plan and block the phone which they did within 4 minutes leavimg my elderly mum with no phone or contact.No compassion in hard times. Absolutely disgusted with your so called customer service Vodafone will never deal with you again.

Avoid At All Costs. I bought a new head unit from these guys in July, it is now almost December. It has never worked correctly and they have consistently avoided replacing it. Now after months of emails back and forth and firmware updates and removing and reinstalling the unit and attempting an add on dongle (still doesn't work) they want me to pay to return this thing to Hong Kong?? I bought it from a co.uk website on the assumption it was coming from the UK not Hong Kong and why on earth should I pay even more for their mistake? This company is run by crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DO yourself a favour a spend the cash on a known name brand, these guys sell junk and won't help when it goes wrong. AVOID.

Ordered GM5164 Delivery Arrived after 10 days, while i paid for expediated shipping 3-5 days. Tracking system showed it traveled halfway around the world before reaching. Packaged beautifully, the main carton was suprisingly tiny and had few tears, but intenral boxes were strong and okay. Product. Product quality is Grade A , Price is very good, it could have been a lil bit more cheaper though Problems, yes there are few issues, the Gm series are the ones with Miracast feature, something no other brand or non brand has ever attained, with that said, I could only use the miracast feature just once perfectly, their software needs fixing and they dont even admit it. I bought my product with Tpms and the Gui of the indash needs tweaking to properly work with tpms. after sending about 10 emails explaining to them that the tpms is at times acting $#*!y , they finally say okay send tpms back by shipping and we will test it and if its defective we will send new one, I BEEN TRYING to tell em that the Software of indash needs tweaking to properly work with TPMS not TPMS is defective sheesh. Sound quality is Goos, it could have been awesome. the problem here is the 2 subwoofer outputs they have in their inbuilt amplifier, my full option camry has great speakers with inbuilt woofers, but i dont have any subwoofers . Now i after paying for an upgrade am stuck with an amplifier that is sending flat signals to my speakers, because it relies on 2 subwoofers to give bass. This is ridiculously funny. but hey the quality is good, just flat bass :( I will not add subwoofers to my car, knowing my speakers used to handle bass extremely well on the original amplifier. After Sales service, is okay. they are frienmdly, but hey my issue was not solved, and i just let it slide, knowing that i am happy i didnt get scammed. the products are good, But buying a D series is better option than GM series, as its eaven cheaper and it has all the features u will be USING on THE GM series lol.

I have owned 2 Cubot smartphones, the Cubot H1 and currently the Cubot Max. The Max has been one of the best smartphones I've owned, and being a registered blind smartphone user, the 6 inch screen is great, among with the 16 megapixel camera. I'm looking forward to owning the Max 2 when it arrives in April, and my girlfriend is getting one to as she's giving up her contract and going on the same network as I'm on, which will save us more! She likes my Max smartphone. Cubot are getting better with each upgrade they bring out, especially with the way the devices handle with the power consumption. If you're considering getting a new mid range phone, give this company a try, you'll be surprised!

I used to go to their shop when living in England but now in Scotland I buy via the website. Prices are very good and if I have any questions I know I can call them for excellent advice. The battery life was declining rapidly on my IPhone 7+. Took it to a shop on the Ridgeway and a Customer Service Repairman called Oli did a terrific job in replacing the battery on my phone at a very cost effective price. Would highly recommend!

While browsing the web searching for a specific lens in the Dallas Metroplex, I discovered Aperturent. After reading reviewed and exploring their webpage, and there is nothing complicated about it, I found the desired lens. The ordering process is easy. Because I live close enough, I chose to drive to pick up my equipment. It was ready and I was out of there in about 4 minutes. I'm sure there are periods of time there are multiple customers. Communication is superb and fast. All questions were answered through email and quickly. The equipment I rented was in excellent condition. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this rental transaction and am happy to say that I'll be returning in near future.

How do I put my love for Aperturent.com into words? Incredible service, awesome support, and a perfect array of rentable equipment in top-notch condition. Now, to be fair, I'd never rented from any other site before, however, I'll never rent from anywhere else. I may not have the biggest array of gear in my own arsenal, but with Aperturent.com, I can get whatever I need at pretty much the drop of a dime. Bonus for Metro Atlanta residents: you can pick up and drop off your order in their office, saving time and money!

The ordering process from their website was smooth and they even gave me a code for $10 off my current purchase and another $5 off a future purchase. Their delivery was excellent as the item arrived within 2 days of ordering. A shipping and delivery confirmation was provided by the company as soon as the activity hit. I will be ordering from them in the future.

I typically don't write reviews, but it's unusal that I have such a good experience as I did with outdoorphotogear.com that I had to write this. Kim, whom I worked with in customer service, really went out of her way to help me. I specifically purchased from them because they had free shipping on a particular product which was price-fixed, and thus made them the cheapest place I could find the item. They shipped the product the first business day (Mon.) after I placed the order (Sat.), but the post office "lost it" for a while. I alerted Kim to the problem, she worked with the post office to figure out what was going on, and when the post office said they didn't know where it was, Kim sent me another free of charge. It was in fact the post office's fault because I called them too to find out where it was and they didn't know. It was shipped on 5/7 and showed up 5/29! The 2nd one she sent on 5/29 and showed up 6/1. Kim offered to ship the 2nd one earlier in the process, but since I wasn't in a rush, I told her not to bother and we'll see if the other one would show up (that's what the post office told both of us to do). I guess I should have waited just one more day and she wouldn't have had to ship me other one. I'll be returning the 2nd one. Bottom line, Kim was very helpful, I would shop with them again, and would recommend them.

I waited 10 days and finally asked for the order to be cancelled if the item was not available, they complied but how long would they have gone if I wouldn't have sent the message. Hands off to companies that don't charge your account till the items actually are on hand and ship!

I had the Black Friday credit check issue with Carphone Warehouse/Vodafone. I have already written a review about Carphone Warehouse but Vodafone were equally as bad! There systems must be rubbish if they can’t link customer details to be able to link a customer to an existing credit line. After spending hours on calls to resolve, both companies blame the other. They were both equally as bad as each other but neither party willing to help me. I am still without a new contract and incredibly annoyed by the amount of time and money I have wasted trying to help them to resolve it!! Absolutely disgusted

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

They provided e-mails every step of the way for my iPhone going through their service. I received my phone on 09/29/2009 as promised and it looks better than I imagined. i bought a system for my 2017 tundra i got the best one they offered at the time and i tell you what it does kick ****. i was a little skeptical at first sending money to texas from seattle but as i got to know these guys i became real comfortable dealing with them. their system is fool proof as they have easy to follow videos showing how to install everything and real good customer service to help if you get stuck. once you get it all tuned in you wont be dissapointed mine rocks like no other! their amps and speakers are top of the line. if your mirrors aint shakin then you've been takin, mine sure do!

Just recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra CM and wanted a premium sounds system. As an older professional and somewhat of an audiophile I researched my options and at the end of my research decided to purchase the Taco Tunes System 1B. All I can say is that both Rob and Daniel were timely answering my questions as well as working with my local installer. Overall the audio system is a 10, exceeded my expectations! I took building and contents insurance for my 92 year old mother who had never in all her life made a claim.September last year her flat roof over the kitchen started to,leak due to the wind and also,the heavy rain .it ruined the ceiling paper and for her this was so stressful.She had buckets and containers all around the kitchen worktops.Eventually on the. 13 th Oct 2019 she died.Noes wouldn't pay her claim i.e. the repair of the flat roof.shocking company made up of uncaring staff.one put the phone down on me.

Bought a pair for f Elac B5 speaker that they claimed is still new, only took out once for demo...blah blah blan...only to realized it was a bunch of lies just to deceive unsuspecting buyer into buying a pair of severely damanged speaker on the exterior. Not only deep scratches all over but also split corner. Obviously used & badly abused before. Contacted the customer service who pretended unaware of its condition but still plays along with assurance to resolve amicably. But after submitting pics of the damanges to them, they went into silence mode. Ignoring my messages. And because payment made via paypal (****), i was asked to return items at my expense. These are heavy items and weights a total of at least 15kg. I wouldn’t want to pay the shipping charges that cost more than i paid for these damanged speakers, it simply don’t make sense. I relented and swallowed the lemon. All I really want to say is beware of this merchant and think twice buying from them. Dishonest at best Despicable at worse.

I recently purchased Grado GW100 from this company and I am extremely impressed with their delivery. First of all I never heard about them until I purchased this item. Some how google search doesn't surface. Any way even one day delay in shipping they sent me a kind note just letting me know when the item is going to be shipped. Item arrived brand new and testing out by listening different types of music. I will post detail review about the item but this is just letting the world know how responsible is this company. I was scammed by this company. I bought a gift card for Xbox live and when I tried to use the voucher code it said redeemed. I spoke to Xbox and they said it was redeemed a week before I bought it. Electronic first asked me for a reference number and chat log I had with Xbox customer support which I provided . But a week later no matter how much I email them they won't reply. I was also ignored by the live chat the moment I gave my email address and somehow they have removed live chat from their website on all my browsers (which I didnt know was possible) just for asking for an update. Appauling customer service and quite honestly a scam sending out used codes in return for your hard earned money. Stay away from this company as they have done this to other customers on trustpilot too if you read down. I don't see myself ever getting my money back :)

Amazing range of products at an incredible price. I searched on google shopping and various other websites but Zatu Home was definitely by far the cheapest. I placed the order in the morning and by the next day it had arrived. It was packaged really well and arrived in a pristine condition. I just now received notice that my order #90741 of 48 hours ago was cancelled because "we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule". There are also no notices of this when you order. I have never heard of a bank "acknowledged" alternate address and use my home address for work purchases all the time as my office does not have a convenient way to drop off a package. Also, why does it take the day before I expect it to arrive to be notified of this? I just reordered it #90826 but now have to pay even more shipping to have it here by my project's deadline. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I received my order, it was the correct phone and in good condition. I ordered right as NY was going into lockdown with the pandemic and emailed to confirm my phone was coming. I received a timely response and was able to call and get a tracking number. It took a little longer than normal to receive but it is completely understandable given the circumstances. I would order from them again.

Iphonecaze.com They send me an i-phone case for i-phone 4/4s instead of the case for i-phone 3G/3GS I ordered. The reply to my e-mail was that they wanted me to send a picture of the case I received. So I did but after that I did'nt receive an answer. I sent about four e-mails about the problem. Nothing happened. Now I guess I'll have to sell my case. I very disappointed in iphonecaze.com and I'm not gonna buy there again. Be carefull with those guys!

It was my second time with them and they put my order on hold, and demanded me data like where I made the purchase and some other stuff to confirm my order as a verification process, when I opened a ticket requesting my code since I was leaving country so I went to another site and spent the same money again and got the code in 30 minutes. Do not know why so many problems with a 19 dolars purchase, I almost had to send my ID

my mum had work done by yourselves end of last year. The engineer was unprofessional and did a shoddy job. My mum wasn't asked where she wanted the wire for the TV, he went ahead and drilled it into the wall at the side of the TV with a thick black wire (she didn't get asked whether she wanted a black or white wire nor where she wanted the wire, he did this without asking). now shes left with an unsightly wire sticking out the wall at the side of her TV! He made no attempt to hide the wire behind the TV where there is plenty of space and hes left her with barely enough wire for it to plug into her tv! There's a large hole left around the wire on the outside of her house and the aerial is now not working properly, leaving her without channels for hours at a time! I spoke to someone on 22nd December who told me it would get rectified beginning of this year. I have yet to hear anything. I have left numerous voicemails, text messages and Facebook messages and have been ignored so now I am resorting to this. My mum is now out of pocket £200 and it looks like will have to pay out again to get this all fixed!! Absolutely disgusting!!

Our aerial came down in the wind and they came the next morning. Really helpful and cheerful emgineere, fixed it in minites and gave advice for any future changes that could be made to the aerial like upgrading. Great and fair pricing, cup of tea and a chat, would definitely recommend Speedy aerials!

Terrible customer service. Sent me wrong products; switch and bait. Tried to trick me into the house brand "Rockville Audio" instead of sending what i paid for, Rockford fosgate! Took 6+ months for return and refund and even though THEY made the mistake, they charged me a 15% restocking fee. They lie about being authorized and will send you a million automated emails about the "warehouse having issues." Do not waste your time!

"I bought a portable Rockville GB1 PA system for my business. I have an event coming up soon, so it was crucial that I received something that actually worked. One of the speakers had a broken input rendering it useless. I filed a return request on Amazon and heard nothing for a couple of days and filed a claim with Amazon. Finally, AudioSavings emails me and asks me whats wrong with the item (I was pretty clear about that in the return request already). I reply and then get an email with just a return label, no postage. I email them back several times asking for return postage. Nothing. I contact them on Facebook, nothing. So here I am forced to return a defective unit at my own expense (over $100 in shipping), and still nothing from them. Finally they reply and tell me they never received any emails from me and that they can't refund my shipping. It's an absolute lie as I have the emails to prove it. Con artists
