Even though I do have a longstanding issue regarding a returned item that in my opinion was handled incorrectly, I fully trust LP gear and I have truly enjoyed their knowledge regarding cartridges and stylus' and tips on upgrading carts with a better stylus. I am not afraid of spending my money at LPG as my record will confirm. I have not had a decent opportunity to listen to my FUNK FIRM platter mat but I am sure that it will live up to it's reputation. Thanks to all at LPG for continued good service and products.

I just received installed and aligned my 95SE upgrade stylus (running on a Technics SL-1300.) I've always liked the 95, I think it has a nice vibrant, upfront quality, and this inexpensive upgrade utterly changes the sound of a great (inexpensive) cart. At 1.8 grams it tracks great and brings a lot of extra detail, clarity, as well as super enhanced soundstage to every record I can throw at it, even older, slightly rougher vinyl (which is odd, considering the needle is finer? Though: I am not a doctor of sound, so grain of salt...) I can't recommend it enough, LPGear and AT rule, I'm going to be ordering the other 95 series styli for sure, and the student discount is very welcome. Also, I never write reviews, ever, but felt compelled to drop a line about this awesome improvement to my musical situation. Get it!

A defective and faulty phone was sent to me for $289. When I informed them quickly they refused to send me a return label and said they said it was my responsibility to pay for the return shipment costs as well as stocking fees. What cheap petty crooks is this company and the so-called customer support team of Esteban and Alexis, both of whom are born congenital liars and swindlers. They are highly unprofessional and don’t give a damn to customer satisfaction. Now I am stuck with a nearly $300 phone with no battery, and no functionality. Cheap company run by robbers and cheaters. Shame on you Uptradeit.

Sent them my iPhone 7plus. Quoted me 167 payout. Phone was like new. Had a screen protector in it. They came back saying it had a broke screen and offered me 0.00. Still trying to get me phone back from them. Won’t answer the phone or email. Very bad company. Avoid like the plague!!!

I purchased a watch from 3G Watches as a gift to a friend in LA. Their ad specifically states that an adult would have to sign for receipt of watch (gift). My friend did not received gift and I contacted 3G. 3G emailed the UPS tracking #. The UPS delivery states that it was delivered to the address given but, was left at the door. No adult signature!!! 3G will not reimburse the loss. I feel that 3G has an issue with the shipping company. In the interim, I have not received any replies or emails from 3G. I would caution anybody doing business with 3G.

GenMobile is the best - and I have been with NUMEROUS cell phone service providers. I have turned COUNTLESS people on to your service (at least SEVEN) and yes, I need to start grabbing me rewards :). I also reviewed you on Sitejabber a while back and gave you 5-Stars. I have meant to also review you on Trustpilot, but I have no yet gotten around to it. Needless to say, however, that I am very happy with GenMobile right now. The other evening I had a hard sell from a Comcast agent (I have XFinity/Comcast Internet service) and they were telling me how I can have FREE cell phone service and would only need to pay for data - and I told them that for the time being, I was happy with GenMobile.

I have been using Genmobile for 1 year now, there was no problem until last month, I stopped receiving data. It took 3 days to trouble shoot. One month later, same thing happened again. I still have no data. Super frustrated.

place order on the 1st nov 2017 on ebay for 2 rolls dark red monokote which omnimodels quickly updated with tracking number, however here it is the 5th ( 6th in about 20 minutes) and tracking still shows that package hasnt even been handed to the shipping company yet and it is schedualed for delivery tomorrow which isnt going to happen cause shipper doesnt have package in their possesion and it was sent UPS which means ground and 1 week minimum. tehn i have sent several msges through ebay msg system and have received NO reply so my advice is NOT do business with these people they are NOT professional or ethical.

I made a order and called the next day to change one items and they said no because the order was processing but they ship the order 3 days later. I put a new order to buy the item I wanted to exchange, pay aditional shipping for it and pay shipping to return the unwanted item. They ship the two orders the same day(3days later) Then they said that sent one item from different location the same day but I don't received it in one month. I called Omnimodels and they said that this package maybe take 90 days. I have made hundreds of mail orders since 1998 and this is the first time somebody said me about a mail package take 90 days. My experience with Parcel Post package is a week average and never more than a month. I sent a unopened item for a refund with tracking number and I called a week later from they received and they don't have any notes about the refund or if the package was received. Update I received my refund and the missing item on June 5.

I ordered a laptop battery from WowParts and did not realize they would be shipping via USPS. The address I used is only deliverable via UPS, Fedex, DHL, etc. The post office returned the battery to them since it was undeliverable. I contacted WowParts about the situation and they fixed the problem and even covered the costs of re-shipping the item. I very pleased with their customer service

I’ve recently bought a pair of the LSi15, LSiC center, and LC80FX in ceiling surround speakers. After reading some of the reviews about High Decibel I didn’t had much confidence in buying from Safe an Sound; I relayed my concern to Mike form Safe and Sound which assured me he was wrongfully associated with High Decibel’s site and that I should expect the best of service. I was convinced and placed the order. The price was the best I could find online after extensive research, and all with full manufacture warranty - my only conclusion is that Safe and Sound works on very low margin and believe in fair and honest pricing. I got my order in a timely manner; I was only billed as items left the store all long getting updates from Mike on expected delivery and before charging my credit card as items left his store. All and all I would (and already have) recommend Safe and Sound to all my friends, I got the best service I could hope for. Mike proved his word means a lot I would defiantly do business again with Safe and Sound. I sent an email on 12/29 asking for a status update because it was supposed to have free 7 day shipping.I did get a reply on 12/30 telling me they were unable to obtain the item, so they had refunded my money on 12/18. It would have been nice to have some notification from them so I could look elsewhere for the item.

I have ordered from this company 3 times. The first order was ok but the second order I did not receive for a long time and when I emailed to inquire about the order they said the item was discontinued and replaced with a new item# then they asked if it was ok to send the new item# which I agreed to, but when I received it the product was not like the original item ordered. My third order with this company has been in "Processing" for 2 weeks and they show that I have not paid for the order yet. I did pay for the order using PayPal and received payment confirmation from PayPal that the transaction was completed and the funds were in fact deducted from my PayPal account. I also paid for 2nd Day Air shipping so I would have the order by Christmas. I have emailed the company 3 times and have received absolutely no reply. I ended up ordering what I needed through Amazon.com and found them there for a cheaper price. I now have filed a dispute through PayPal and will escalate my dispute to a claim requesting the charges to be reversed. I will not do business with Lessco Electronics again.

Update: I have been contacted by the Sales Manager for Bulk CCTV and he has been very easy to deal with and has worked with me to get this issue resolved. He has apologized for the lack of communication and has refunded all of my shipping costs. I believe that this store is concerned with excellent customer service and that I would consider purchasing from them in the future. I can not recommend this merchant. I was shipped a defective cctv camera and by this companies policy I had to pay the return shipment costs to get the defective camera back to them. They received the defective camera on the 20th of February. I was never contacted to let me know what the status was on a replacement camera. I called on the 24th and was told that the replacement would be shipped on the 26th. On the 2nd of May I called once again about a status, and was told that I would be contacted later about a tracking number for the replacement camera. At this point I filed for a refund through paypal for the full invoice on the original purchase. I did receive a phone call regarding the refund request and upon further discussion I was told that the replacement camera had still not been sent but was now available for shipment. I requested the refund instead of the camera. BulkCCTV would not give me the full invoice refund, they refunded the camera cost, but would not refund the original shipping costs I paid for a defective product, not to mention the shipping cost I had to pay to return the defective camera. I believe that I should have been refunded the original shipping costs due to the fact that I was shipped a defective camera and also had to pay to ship it back to Bulk CCTV.

I ordered a remote from Remote Hound and their website says that it will be shipped within 24 hours. That is a lie. I called them a week and a half after placing the order and they informed me that is was on back-order and they will have it within a week and that I should receive it just a couple of days later. It has been another week and a half and I called today and they said it is still on back-order. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money that they've had for 3 weeks. The girl I spoke to said she cancelled the order and that I should receive my money today and an email confirming the cancellation. Neither has happened.

I found their website very informative and their prices in line with cheap eBay units. They shipped my camera the same day even though the order was placed at 3PM their time! I have just received the camera and used it a few days ago, but I have not yet reviewed the video to determine how the camera is functioning. However I did receive good service when I called in with a question about changing the order the day I placed the order. However, I do want to mention something very important. The instructions in the instruction booklet provided with the camera are not good nor sufficient enough to know how to operate and charge the camera properly. I can tell that the instruction booklet is translated, so the English is poor and the instructions lacking. For example, there are two lights on the plug when recharging (red and green). The lights change in various ways as the camera appears to be charging but the instructions do not explain what the lights mean. When I used the camera for the first time this weekend, I had no way of knowing when it was fully charged. I had to guess. This is just one example, and I am left with questions still about the cameras operations. I will have to call into customer service to get these answers. The instruction booklet needs to be improved. It needs to be written in good English (not poorly translated English) and with more detail. Thank you.

I bought a laptop battery from Laptopcharge for my Gateway laptop and the battery would not charge beyond 11%. This company is a fraud. They set their prices a little lower than their competitors just to get you to make a purchase. Once the product is received, it will most certainly be defective. Do not waste your time with this company. I am sure any 5 star rating they receive (i.e. anywhere on the internet) is one of them posing as a customer. Do not trust it!

In July 2021, I ordered, and received, a Maksutov-Newtonian 190mm telescope. When I opened the box and examined the optics, I noticed all five screws on the 2ndary were loose and the mirror had rotated! I contacted Optcorp and SkyWatchUSA several times to solve the problem. Within 30 days, I contacted Optcorp and asked to return the telescope with a full refund. No response from Optcorp until after 30 days! So, I contacted SkyWatchUSA. They asked that I return the telescope to them and they would repair it. This has been a very bad experience.

I ordered a scope over the phone and spoke with several people including Rod,Mike & I cant remember the other guys name but all were VERY polite and went out of there way to help me as the scope arrived damaged....not from shipping but from the manufacturer Meade. There were blemishes small dents and it looked like hell. I called them & they gave me the Meade first light option or returning to them. I called Meade and OH MY GOD they accused opt of selling me a refurbished scope! The scope was brand new and sealed with Meade's tape! Meade told me that if i send it to them they were going to send me a refurb scope back!!!! I went off on the rep and told him I have the paper from Meade with the serial # and inspect date showing it was brand new. HE told me we don't send out new scopes in that condition! I asked for a manager and was told none were in! I then went off on the punk and he hung up on me! I called Opt back and spoke to Mike west who went out of his way Paid for return shipping to him which had to be at least 300 bucks! LS 8' scope. I didn't want another LS after what i went through so we discussed other brands and he offered to extend a sale that was going to expire on a 9.25 Celestron but in the end I settled on a 8' LX90. He made it an even exchange and said he would fight with Meade for the price of the return shipping. He sent UPS to my house to pick up the scope and as soon as i called him and told them UPS picked up the scope and tripod He shipped out the new lx90 before he could even track the return!!!! Now that is trust! I could have sent them a box full of rocks if i was a criminal and I would have had two scopes because they are both arriving on the same day! ON TOP OF THAT he had his staff at my request open the new LX90 and go over it with a fine tooth comb to make sure Meade didn't give me another bad scope. What more could I have asked for? Between the org shipping the return shipping and the shipping on the new scope he has to be losing money! Unless Meade helps him out, I am in NY and have a ups account so the price I said for ground shipping was over 300 each way, WELL DONE OPT! You have a VERY HAPPY new customer here hopefully for life!

As long as the product you receive is in working order they are great. I have been trying to get a refund for over a month now. SO BUYER BEWARE REFUNDS ARE NOT VERY EASY TO GET. I am still waiting. I have decided Amazon is the only way to go. They give refunds without having to continually email every day. Also Back Market does not have a phone number to call. As far as I can tell they have stolen $270. from me. Good luck if you buy there.

I had a horrible — borderline fraudulent — experience with Back Market that cost me hundreds of dollars and 7 days of lost productivity. I ordered a 15.4-inch MacBook Pro (July, 2018) from Back Market. A third-party seller, Koala Stash, sent me a 13-inch. MacBook Pro by itself — not even a power cord. After I complained to Koala Stash, the seller said they had no 15.4-inch laptops in stock. My only options were to return the computer or accept an $80 partial refund. I had to order a power cord separately, which took 2 days. To make matters worse, the laptop from Back Market wasn't even that cheap. I could have bought a similar one from Apple without the headaches. I ignored some negative reviews of Back Market, and I regret it. :( I recommend that you take the negative reviews seriously.

I have been using t-mobile for 2 years. I had no problem until today. I went to t-mobile store tried to pay my prepaid account and then one of employees offered me new plan which is $50 per month ( Unlimited call, text, and data). He told me that i should get new number and then he will transfer my old number to this new sim card and i did. After that he told me it will activate in 2 hours, then after 2 hours my number got out of service. And then i tried to contact to t-mobile customer support, lady picked up the phone told me that i need to contact with prepaid support then i have been trying to contact with prepaid support since last 2 days. It's so annoyed me. Because of these reasons i decided to switch my number to AT & T.

We visited your lakeside branch on Saturday 25/01/2020 we exchanged some dvds for a voucher and with top up purchased a honour 10 mobile phone, after using the phone my partner noticed that the sound keep going while watching YouTube and Spotify, we new it was still in warrenty so brought back the phone on Saturday 15/03/2020 they had to do the usual checks on the phone we returned after 40 minutes to be told the phone was tampered with and the bottom right hand side of the phone had been 'pulled off' we explained that the phone hasn't been touched and because we still had warrenty we come back for you to fix it! Or a refund/exchange the staff members decided we're very rude and didn't want to help in the slightest! After reading alot of reviews on your website I have seen similar responses that it is the customers fault when the product hasnt been touched! I would like a responses and aren't checking the products correctly before being sold on and then blaming the customers for the damage! I placed an order for a Vortex rifle scope from Bear Basin on 23 December 2014. They definitely had the best price. Several days later, I received a call that the scope I ordered was not available but the exact same scope with a different reticle was available and could ship immediately. I declined, as I wanted a specific reticle and they said it would be available on 1 January 2015. I appreciate being offered an option, though. 8 January 2015 is when my feelings about Bear Basin took a nose dive. I still had not received my order and when I called, the customer service stated that the scope still wasn't available. He wasn't rude but was curt and there was no offer of apology for them failing to meet their promises. He did say that it would be available on 12 January 2015. On 13 January 2015, I still had not received any notice of shipment, I called and cancelled my order. The customer service agent was again curt but not rude. He stated that I called just in time because my order was about to go out that day. He never inquired as to why I was canceling my order and again no apology. Maybe I'm just old school but basic customer service goes a long way with me. Had they notified me and kept me informed about the status of my order, all would have been fine. Instead, I will never give them a dime of my money, even if it means that I will pay more somewhere else. Good luck Bear Basin!!!

Extremely please with my shopping experience with NDD! Bought a camera as a gift for my family to help lift the spirits during Covid-19. The team were absolutely wonderful. I received and email asking to allow 1-3 working days for delivery because of the pandemic. Carrier companies are short staffed which is understandable. But saying that my item did arrived the next morning as promised. All fully tracked via DPD and a time slot in the morning. I’m super happy with my experience being this the first time too. It’s safe to say my family are enjoying the camera and these memories will be cherished thanks to NDD.

First time using Next Day Deal. They were a delight to use and I'm very pleased I did so. I purchased a D850 from them. I received my item this morning and I'm so excited! My tracking was added to my order by yesterday evening and I was able to track it via DPD this morning. The 1hr slot was helpful so I was able to keep an eye out. My camera came securely packaged. I was very pleased and can't believe I haven't used them before. They have excellent service all round! No doubt I will be back to use them again!! Great Job Next Day Deal

Watch out, these guys are seriously dishonest! I had a CD/radio receiver installed on my car. They were busy, but told me they would have it done by 1pm. It wasn't done until after 4pm. They told me they had all the parts and I paid for what I thought was "the sale price". I was told the Bose speaker harness I wanted wasn't needed and they could do it with another harness that was "cheaper". Halfway through waiting, my little daughter needed to go home for her nap, and my husband came by. We switched cars, and he waited for me while I went home. My husband questioned the price, which was over $100 than he had been quoted a few days before. Turns out Car Toys jacks the price of their products way up before a sale, and you end up really paying more than if it wasn't on sale. Also, the jerk salesmen told my husband that I had asked for the more expensive harness (it wasn't really cheaper after all, it was MORE expensive) and claimed he had explained this all to me, and I ok'd it. Total lie. To top it all off, the install guy scratched the paint on the top of my car during the install. The top of my car was perfect, and now there's a big swirly scratch it the paint. Do NOT go to these guys, they suck.

I purchased a NAVI 2 module for my Power Acoustik stereo/GPS unit from Jerry of Lightning Audio in Fountain Valley, CA. I was having problems with the module in that I could not put a house number for the street. I contacted Power Acoustik and talked to a Chris about the issue I was having. He was on the phone for at least 45 minutes or more. He was not able to help me and suggested that the unit may be defective. He recommended I contact Power Acoustik Returns department to request a RMA number so I can send the unit in under warranty to be repaired/replaced. This I did. I have not heard from Power Acoustik in over two weeks so, I contacted them and wanted to know if they received the item. After a few minutes or so I was told item was received. The individual gave me the RMA number for future reference. I contacted Jerry of Lightning Audio and explained the situation to him. He immediately said he would help me on this. I gave him the RMA number and he said he will go to Power Acoustik since it was only about a 20 minute drive for him. He told me he will go there tomorrow, Tuesday, 07/30/2013. Jerry did not have to do this. He is going out of his way to help a customer.

A few days later he called me to say he located one and wanted to know if I still needed it. You bet I did! With Jerry's help we placed the order and it arrived a few days later.

one. I ordered the part(that was in stock) Friday at 1:00p.m. Pacific time. I pay the 2-3 day shipping. Didn’t get shipped until Tuesday, so I’m guessing shipping price was a joke. They’ll ship it when it’s convenient. Got it. Next I need to return the item back. They are charging me a 25% stocking fee. I’m like fine. I’ll bit the bullet. Then they don’t want to give me a shipping label because it’s my fault, so I need to pay an additional $25 for shipping. Stocking fee $43.75(25%) plus $25 for shipping, so I’m paying $70.75 to return a item. Please people. Read the fine print. I’m not planning on buying from them. Besides the return being a nightmare. Them not being honest about shipping the replacement 5 days later. Because they decided to leave early Friday or my guess is that they simply didn’t care. My replacement lamp hopefully gets here by this week. Who knows with this company. I could be over emotional but they sure make me feel like it’s your fault. I only ask. Please admit when your wrong. Thank you for listening.

Shame on you Vodafone.... My Father passed away recently and i called Vodafone to cancel his plan but explained that i wanted to keep the number for my elderly mum and go on to a pre paid. I was told to go to the nearest store and they could do it on the spot. Went into the store explained what had happened they said i needed to produce a copy of the Death Certificate along with other ID which i did. All paperwork was uploaded to my dads file & then i was told that i would have to ring up and cancel it over the phone. Rang Vodafone explained again that i wanted to cancel the contract that my father was on and keep the same number on a Vodafone pre paid. Thay said the hand set still had money owing and we would have to pay it out or send it back. ???? Surely if the peraon who the plan was under was deceased all monies owing become null & void so i asked if they could make an exception as they would only throwing the handset out so they told me. Vodafone told me no and said that they would cancel the plan and block the phone which they did within 4 minutes leavimg my elderly mum with no phone or contact.No compassion in hard times. Absolutely disgusted with your so called customer service Vodafone will never deal with you again.

Avoid At All Costs. I bought a new head unit from these guys in July, it is now almost December. It has never worked correctly and they have consistently avoided replacing it. Now after months of emails back and forth and firmware updates and removing and reinstalling the unit and attempting an add on dongle (still doesn't work) they want me to pay to return this thing to Hong Kong?? I bought it from a co.uk website on the assumption it was coming from the UK not Hong Kong and why on earth should I pay even more for their mistake? This company is run by crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. DO yourself a favour a spend the cash on a known name brand, these guys sell junk and won't help when it goes wrong. AVOID.

Ordered GM5164 Delivery Arrived after 10 days, while i paid for expediated shipping 3-5 days. Tracking system showed it traveled halfway around the world before reaching. Packaged beautifully, the main carton was suprisingly tiny and had few tears, but intenral boxes were strong and okay. Product. Product quality is Grade A , Price is very good, it could have been a lil bit more cheaper though Problems, yes there are few issues, the Gm series are the ones with Miracast feature, something no other brand or non brand has ever attained, with that said, I could only use the miracast feature just once perfectly, their software needs fixing and they dont even admit it. I bought my product with Tpms and the Gui of the indash needs tweaking to properly work with tpms. after sending about 10 emails explaining to them that the tpms is at times acting $#*!y , they finally say okay send tpms back by shipping and we will test it and if its defective we will send new one, I BEEN TRYING to tell em that the Software of indash needs tweaking to properly work with TPMS not TPMS is defective sheesh. Sound quality is Goos, it could have been awesome. the problem here is the 2 subwoofer outputs they have in their inbuilt amplifier, my full option camry has great speakers with inbuilt woofers, but i dont have any subwoofers . Now i after paying for an upgrade am stuck with an amplifier that is sending flat signals to my speakers, because it relies on 2 subwoofers to give bass. This is ridiculously funny. but hey the quality is good, just flat bass :( I will not add subwoofers to my car, knowing my speakers used to handle bass extremely well on the original amplifier. After Sales service, is okay. they are frienmdly, but hey my issue was not solved, and i just let it slide, knowing that i am happy i didnt get scammed. the products are good, But buying a D series is better option than GM series, as its eaven cheaper and it has all the features u will be USING on THE GM series lol.

I have owned 2 Cubot smartphones, the Cubot H1 and currently the Cubot Max. The Max has been one of the best smartphones I've owned, and being a registered blind smartphone user, the 6 inch screen is great, among with the 16 megapixel camera. I'm looking forward to owning the Max 2 when it arrives in April, and my girlfriend is getting one to as she's giving up her contract and going on the same network as I'm on, which will save us more! She likes my Max smartphone. Cubot are getting better with each upgrade they bring out, especially with the way the devices handle with the power consumption. If you're considering getting a new mid range phone, give this company a try, you'll be surprised!

While browsing the web searching for a specific lens in the Dallas Metroplex, I discovered Aperturent. After reading reviewed and exploring their webpage, and there is nothing complicated about it, I found the desired lens. The ordering process is easy. Because I live close enough, I chose to drive to pick up my equipment. It was ready and I was out of there in about 4 minutes. I'm sure there are periods of time there are multiple customers. Communication is superb and fast. All questions were answered through email and quickly. The equipment I rented was in excellent condition. I'm thoroughly satisfied with this rental transaction and am happy to say that I'll be returning in near future.

I typically don't write reviews, but it's unusal that I have such a good experience as I did with outdoorphotogear.com that I had to write this. Kim, whom I worked with in customer service, really went out of her way to help me. I specifically purchased from them because they had free shipping on a particular product which was price-fixed, and thus made them the cheapest place I could find the item. They shipped the product the first business day (Mon.) after I placed the order (Sat.), but the post office "lost it" for a while. I alerted Kim to the problem, she worked with the post office to figure out what was going on, and when the post office said they didn't know where it was, Kim sent me another free of charge. It was in fact the post office's fault because I called them too to find out where it was and they didn't know. It was shipped on 5/7 and showed up 5/29! The 2nd one she sent on 5/29 and showed up 6/1. Kim offered to ship the 2nd one earlier in the process, but since I wasn't in a rush, I told her not to bother and we'll see if the other one would show up (that's what the post office told both of us to do). I guess I should have waited just one more day and she wouldn't have had to ship me other one. I'll be returning the 2nd one. Bottom line, Kim was very helpful, I would shop with them again, and would recommend them.

I had the Black Friday credit check issue with Carphone Warehouse/Vodafone. I have already written a review about Carphone Warehouse but Vodafone were equally as bad! There systems must be rubbish if they can’t link customer details to be able to link a customer to an existing credit line. After spending hours on calls to resolve, both companies blame the other. They were both equally as bad as each other but neither party willing to help me. I am still without a new contract and incredibly annoyed by the amount of time and money I have wasted trying to help them to resolve it!! Absolutely disgusted

This is the go-to place if you have iphone repair issues. Need a new battery for your iPod, (we all know how long those last!) Dropped your iPad and now the screen is broke? These are the guys who can fix it. Not only do they do Apple repairs at a reasonable rate, but when something goes wrong, they stand behind their product. My husband had an issue with the LCD on his touch, and we sent it to them for a repair. When we got it back, the wifi wouldn't work. Being a bit of a geek, I assumed that the antenna got knocked off when they opened the case, so I sent it back (and they sent me a prepaid UPS label via email). But it turned out to be the logic board, which they promptly replaced and sent back at no charge. Most companies do well when things go right, but it's how they handle when things go wrong that really count. They took what could potentially be a bad situation, and turned it into a positive one. I highly recommend them!

i bought a system for my 2017 tundra i got the best one they offered at the time and i tell you what it does kick ****. i was a little skeptical at first sending money to texas from seattle but as i got to know these guys i became real comfortable dealing with them. their system is fool proof as they have easy to follow videos showing how to install everything and real good customer service to help if you get stuck. once you get it all tuned in you wont be dissapointed mine rocks like no other! their amps and speakers are top of the line. if your mirrors aint shakin then you've been takin, mine sure do!

I took building and contents insurance for my 92 year old mother who had never in all her life made a claim.September last year her flat roof over the kitchen started to,leak due to the wind and also,the heavy rain .it ruined the ceiling paper and for her this was so stressful.She had buckets and containers all around the kitchen worktops.Eventually on the. 13 th Oct 2019 she died.Noes wouldn't pay her claim i.e. the repair of the flat roof.shocking company made up of uncaring staff.one put the phone down on me.

Bought a pair for f Elac B5 speaker that they claimed is still new, only took out once for demo...blah blah blan...only to realized it was a bunch of lies just to deceive unsuspecting buyer into buying a pair of severely damanged speaker on the exterior. Not only deep scratches all over but also split corner. Obviously used & badly abused before. Contacted the customer service who pretended unaware of its condition but still plays along with assurance to resolve amicably. But after submitting pics of the damanges to them, they went into silence mode. Ignoring my messages. And because payment made via paypal (****), i was asked to return items at my expense. These are heavy items and weights a total of at least 15kg. I wouldn’t want to pay the shipping charges that cost more than i paid for these damanged speakers, it simply don’t make sense. I relented and swallowed the lemon. All I really want to say is beware of this merchant and think twice buying from them. Dishonest at best Despicable at worse.

I was scammed by this company. I bought a gift card for Xbox live and when I tried to use the voucher code it said redeemed. I spoke to Xbox and they said it was redeemed a week before I bought it. Electronic first asked me for a reference number and chat log I had with Xbox customer support which I provided . But a week later no matter how much I email them they won't reply. I was also ignored by the live chat the moment I gave my email address and somehow they have removed live chat from their website on all my browsers (which I didnt know was possible) just for asking for an update. Appauling customer service and quite honestly a scam sending out used codes in return for your hard earned money. Stay away from this company as they have done this to other customers on trustpilot too if you read down. I don't see myself ever getting my money back :)

Do not trust this company! They sold me devices that required programming by a “certified professional programmer “, an entity that doesn’t exist in Ontario. When I requested Return Authorization, the owner cut off all communication with me. Their website promises a 14 day, satisfaction guaranteed return policy but I discovered that many individuals had the same experience I had. Emails are ignored, phone messages are not returned, and their online “chat” function is ignored if you are someone requesting a return. Do yourself a favour and purchase your electronic devices from a reputable dealer that actually knows what customer service and honesty are. This company only wants to take your money and then ignore you.

I was looking for a new subwoofer from PSB and noticed a manufacturer's sale. Electronics For Less responded quickly to my request and beat the advertised price by 5%. Unit was shipped and delivered in good time and functions perfectly. Overall I had a great buying experience!

Amazing range of products at an incredible price. I searched on google shopping and various other websites but Zatu Home was definitely by far the cheapest. I placed the order in the morning and by the next day it had arrived. It was packaged really well and arrived in a pristine condition. I’m very conscious about being eco-friendly so I was pleased that Zatu Home had used eco-friendly packaging material. Great customer service also as I had previously emailed to ask a few details about my order and got a prompt and informative response. I would 100% order from them again. Highly recommended retailer, thanks!

I just now received notice that my order #90741 of 48 hours ago was cancelled because "we can only ship to addresses that are verified by the issuing bank. This has to be either the actual Billing Address with the issuing bank or an "Alternate Shipping Address" that is on file with the issuing bank for that card. There are no exceptions to this rule". There are also no notices of this when you order. I have never heard of a bank "acknowledged" alternate address and use my home address for work purchases all the time as my office does not have a convenient way to drop off a package. Also, why does it take the day before I expect it to arrive to be notified of this? I just reordered it #90826 but now have to pay even more shipping to have it here by my project's deadline. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I received my order, it was the correct phone and in good condition. I ordered right as NY was going into lockdown with the pandemic and emailed to confirm my phone was coming. I received a timely response and was able to call and get a tracking number. It took a little longer than normal to receive but it is completely understandable given the circumstances. I would order from them again.

It was my second time with them and they put my order on hold, and demanded me data like where I made the purchase and some other stuff to confirm my order as a verification process, when I opened a ticket requesting my code since I was leaving country so I went to another site and spent the same money again and got the code in 30 minutes. Do not know why so many problems with a 19 dolars purchase, I almost had to send my ID
