I was skeptical at first as there was no review for this site, but I took the plunge. I purchased a pink hard leather camera case for the Canon SD800IS. This case has a magnetic clasp and an extra battery pouch and a leather loop with a caribeaner (sp?)(also, no belt loop). I made my purchase on the evening of the 27th and it got to me on the 3rd. No problems. I opened it up and I saw that it was the exact thing in the picture. I noticed that there was some left over adhesive on the edge side where the seam is. From past experience, I understand how this can happen and decided to just remove the adhesive myself (didn't have time yet to do it though). Also, battery pouch on the back has a snap clasp and the flap going to the clasp was slightly offcenter(by about 1/4"). Even with these flaws, the case is very well made for a chinese product. I was also hesitant to buy it as the website does not include the dimensions for the inside of the case or the outside. I was extremely relieved when I slipped the camera into the case. IT FIT PERFECTLY! My Girlfriend LOVES IT! I purchased it with an LCD screen protector(only 1) and it works great even in sunlight. I believe I got a good value. I would buy from this company again. If you are looking for a great looking, slim, hard or semi hard leather case for a canon point and shoot, this site would be my first recommendation for you. I would also dissuade you from buying a case on ebay, if you want the case to fit perfectly. I did buy from a place on ebay and it didn't fit right, even though they said it was for my camera. Based on my experience, if they say it fits for a certain camera model, then it will. Cutecamcase, if you're reading this: Good Job! Also, this company will send you emails as: Eaglecool.com Also, they will itemize your invoice and it's kind of confusing. They put their own item number, but absolutely no description of what it is. When you do a search of the item number on their site, it doesn't come up with anything. Perhaps they will fix this in the future? Also, they use paypal, so it's very safe. Also, they don't have a phone number, but I'm not really interested in talking with anyone and if you're like me, then that issue is moot.

Online purchase and payment were made in December 2008 for two camcorder batteries. Two attempts were made via email over the last 4 months to resolve the issue. No action was taken on the seller's part. No shipment, no refund, no nothing.

Placed an order for a 5DSR and battery pack (not inexpensive) last Monday. My credit card was authorised immediately. And yet four days later (Friday) my order status was still at 'payment review'. It wasn't processed until the Friday afternoon (yesterday). Now I have to wait another three working days for plodding Australia Post to deliver the goods. All this when Canon promise delivery within 5 working days. What makes matters worse is that the Canon Customer Service is a global call centre (with poor language skills) that isn't even part of Canon's Australian eStore. The customer service people could not tell me any more than I could read on the order webpage for myself. They were neither informed nor empowered; a waste of my time and Canon's salary money. My thoughts are that 'payment review' is a euphemism for 'too bad sucker, you'll have to wait because we're all at Bondi Beach enjoying a cold one (beer)'. The real tragedy is that Canon make great cameras to die for ... but the company will eventually fail due to zero customer care and impoverished customer service. I mean. just look at the review boards; only the sock puppets have anything good to say, I think.

I also had an absolutely horrible experience where their CFO accused me of using a fraudulent card. Just downright rude, arrogant and unprofessional. No apology given. Their member login facility was also not working properly. They have just lost a customer.

I recently purchased two Emotiva products from their website: the ERC-2 CD player and the A-100 stereo amp. The A-100 was shipped the day I ordered it and arrived promptly in good condition. The ERC-2 CD player was billed to my credit card the day I ordered it and shipped some time later. It is a new product and shipment was delayed for the latest firmware update to be installed. Emotive customer service sent me regular email updates as to the status of my ERC-2 order and also sent me the tracking number when it finally shipped. Since I wanted the CD player to have the latest firmware already installed, I didn't mind the wait, but some customers might be upset with the charge to their credit card before the product actually ships. I have not queried Emotiva customer support about this practice since it didn't matter to me and the shipment was only about two weeks late. Both products are very well made and have exceeded my expectations for build and sound quality. Based on my initial impressions, I recommend this company.

Ordered an HP T120 Plotter from Amazon,with Tekgalaxy as the seller.They shipped it in a timely manner.Opened it up,everything looked good.Set it up and error 4210 comes up.Called HP tech support,ran through some troubleshooting,tech determined it what they call DOA.WTF!! Email Amazon,and explain to them the situation.They were great at first.Read some negative reviews about Tekgalaxy,and their nonexistant customer service.Started getting a real bad feeling .But then we saw Amazon's A to Z customer service guarantee and thought we were somewhat better off.Not so,just got a email from Amazon.They will not refund or exchange our defective plotter.$900 has been basicly stolen from us.The only hope we have now is,we called HP support and they are sending someone out next week.DO NOT BUY FROM TEKGALAXY!!Their return policy is a sham!! It should be against the law.

Only offer for a solution to their crappy customer service was to redirect the shipment back to themselves and give a refund. This past weekend (April 2008) I received and installed my AV7500 system in my 2008 Acura MDX. I was anticipating them being very good quality but when seeing them in person I was completely blown away. The quality is awesome and the install was a breeze with no visible cabling. Most importantly, the kids just about had a heart attack from the excitement when I showed them installed. They now want us to just drive around town or be allowed to sit in the garage and watch DVD and play games. Thanks for an awesome product and service. I ordered a Tokina 11-16 f2.8 lens on 10/9. This was the only place that had this lens in stock for a resonable price. B&H Photo had this lens on back order along will all other legit sites. All other stores that had this in stock were overpriced by $100. The lens was shipped on 10/12 and was delivered on 10/15. The lens was a USA model, brand new in the box....Perfect!

I ordered a replacement battery for an iphone 3GS, could not get a printed receipt, but kept getting routed back to the original page to request a receipt. I also attempted to call and left a voicemail message, but never got a response. The tools that were supposed to be included in the kit were not included, and again, no one returns calls to address customer service issues with this company. In attempting to get an RMS number for a refund, the website didn't recognize my order number so there's no way to get a refund. If you send the product back without an RMS number, they charge you more, so I'm stuck with something I can't use, and you can't speak to ANYONE at this company to get help. Never again.

I followed all the instructions as far as discharging and charging a few times. The old battery held a charge better than the replacement that was touted as being higher power.

When placing my first order a few days ago I encountered some issues due to my address being recorded differently in different databases. The process of the order therefore not very flexible, unlike customer service who sorted out my issue in no time - I ended up with the product in my hands 2 days later. Compared to US prices (especially with the dollar taking a deep dive) the gear I bought was rather overpriced, but the quick turnaround and the way I was treated guarantees a good shopping experience and deserves full marks. If returns are as easy and well handled (let's hope I'll never find out), then one need not look any further!

I was looking into expanding my current system with more sensors, lighting and fire/flood detection. I communicated with ZWave Products prior to my purchase to confirm my product selection was correct. They confirmed and I made my purchase. FACT: The products did not and will not work with my system ! Confirmed this with manufacture and stated this to Zwave. Now, Zwave agreed the purchased items WILL NOT work. REFUND: It took them 11 days to get a return authorization? I paid another $23.52 to return, at my expense and their incompetence. After another 5 days of emails after delivery conformation from UPS to their warehouse. I finally get an email stating I will receive a refund -15% restocking & allow 12-48 hours !! 7 more days and no refund and refuse to respond ! TOTAL LOSS !!! 1. Shipping -17.00 2. Shipping back - 23.52 3. Restock fee - 34.60 4. Purchase -232.00 ( They have the product ! ) I'm out $307.12 and nothing !!

I originally went to ZWave Products' website to take advantage of their offer for a free lamp module (which lets you remotely operate a plugin lamp with any ZWave capable remote]) with the purchase of any Harmony 890 or Harmony 1000 from any retailer. While placing the order I found out that the module isn't exactly free - they charge $14.48 for "shipping" which they charged to my credit card that same day. On the 11th of February, their website updated my order status to "Processing" with a ship date of 15 Feb, and a note that tracking would be sent at that time. The 15th came and went, with no update in my order status. I sent my first e-mail to ZWave on the morning of the 23rd of February inquiring as to the order status. That evening I received an automated e-mail saying my order status had been updated to "shipped" but no tracking number was supplied. I replied and asked for a tracking number, and never received a reply. I sent another e-mail through their website on the 1st of March, informing them that I still hadn't received my module, or at least a tracking number. Again, I received no reply. I sent a 4th and final e-mail on the 5th of March requesting an immediate response as to the status of my order before contacting my bank about the charges on my card. As usual, no one responded to my e-mail. I contacted my bank, and although the amount was under the minimum amount for which they'd allow me to initiate a dispute, the bank refund me the $14.48. This morning (13 March) ZWave Products' website finally showed a UPS tracking number, and the UPS website did indicate that the shipping billing info has been received by UPS. If I actually receive my item, I'll provide an update to the review. Of course, now I have to call my bank and have them undo the refund. I would highly caution anyone looking to buy ZWave items from this website - their customer service is non-existent, they charge you long before shipping your items, and the time from submitting your order to receiving your items can be measured in not days or weeks, but months. I will not be doing business with these guys again.

I have just tried to make an on-line purchase with Bristol Cameras and the transaction payment process appeared to stop mid-payment. The sale amount has been reserved (but not taken) on the credit card account, there was no on-screen confirmation that the sale was a success or failure, no email was sent, and my on-line account at Bristol Cameras states that I have no previous purchases. Also, the contact telephone number appears permanently busy. I hope this is just incompetence rather than a scam. Beware.

I ordered a PC game (World in Conflict) from bestsku.com because they had by far the best price I could find (even with $7 for shipping). I was a little leery due to the fact that the site wasn't even listed on resellerratings, but the ability to pay via PayPal made me feel more comfortable. The checkout process was painless, and 3 days later my order arrived. It was shipped in a standard cardboard box and filled with styrofoam. The game was in the standard retail box and was unopened. They even threw in some pencils with crazy Chinese pictures and characters all over them. Not my cup of tea, but my nephew loved them. Anyway, I just wanted to take the time to post this review so that others will consider giving them a chance. I think you'll be pleased that you did.

I was a little leery to order from this site being I never heard of it until I stumbled upon it from Google. They had an Xbox 360 game I needed to get as a Christmas gift for 40% less than everyone else. I read a couple of positive reviews here and went for it. I felt comfortable that they accepted PayPal. The game arrived quickly and brand new, no funny business. They even threw in a set of pencils with Korean writing on them. Really cool.

i have had a replacement system off them that does not work, i contacted them as they have an 18mth guarantee on all there systems. after receiving the replacement it kind of worked for a short time and again stopped working, all the while i have sent photos and videos, they next asked me to pay for another motherboard as it was possibly faulty. i received this after some time and to no surprise still not working, they then said i should take to a shop to get it repaired i have refused as this would then cost me more. they then said ohh we will send you £40 in compensation. i only asked for the item to be replaced and was told i would have to pay a further £80 if i wanted a new unit. i have further messaged and emailed them but have had no reply for some time now. so possibly legal action next as im not excepting they have not responded to my email or messages.

Great radio. Fast and responsive, just a little slow on startup. Have to buy a separate dongle for CarPlay to work and it's incredibly fast when you plug your phone in. Equipment Rented: Canon EF 300 f/2.8L IS and EF 2X II Extender. This was my first rental from Pro Photo (in fact, my very first equipment rental) and it was a very nice experience for me. The staff at Pro Photo was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the right equipment. They are very knowledgeable people when it comes to photography and photography equipment. They really helped me to decide which equipment I needed for my purposes. I didn't need my equipment until Saturday and I asked them how that would work with shipment, since I needed to leave on a trip really early Saturday morning. I expressed to them that I'd rather not pay an extra day when I wasn't using the equipment--if they were to ship it to me for receipt on Friday. They were very understanding. They told me they would ship it a day earlier so I would get it on Friday, but they wouldn't charge me for Friday. I was amazed that they were willing to do that, and was even more amazed when the equipment showed up on Thursday (rather than Friday)! This gave me the chance to play around with the equipment way before my trip. I was very pleased, to say the least. I used this equipment photographing Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and was very happy with the results. I was really glad I found Pro Photo. The equipment I rented from them made my trip to Yellowstone a successful one.

I was looking around recently to rent a lens for a wedding I was shooting. I was recommended to Pro Photo Rental on one of the forums and promptly visited and emailed them. My concern? I live in Canada. Not only was Jared extremely quick in responding and answering my questions, he had a few tips for when I should order and for how long based on potential customs issues. Once I placed my order he was very helpful in the tracking and setting up the return shipment. Although I had to pay for return shipping out of pocket because I live in Canada and FedEx won't authorize return shipping prepaid, it was still significantly cheaper than anywhere I could have rented the same lens locally. The lens was in excellent condition, and did the job as required! I will definitely be renting from Pro Photo Rental again in the future! For those of you in Canada, add one day to the beginning of your order just in case it gets tied up in customs.

I bought two philips spark batteries, neither worked or would charge. I posted them back within a couple of days. That was the last I heard. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU MANAGE TO PHONE THEM! They are uncontactable, no refund, no apology, no response at all. Even their website has a bogus phone number. This was over a year ago now and I have given up.

I was looking to order a Rode VideoMic and Rode PG1 Pistol Grip so I began shopping. I had seen the VideoMic at MusiciansFriend.com for $149 and at Amazon.com for $135. I then did a Google Search for the product and FrontEndAudio.com came up listing the VideoMic at $119. I'm always a bit wary when I see prices that low, but I decided to go ahead and add it to my cart. When I did, I realized they threw in the PG1 pistol grip as well, for free! I was getting both the VideoMic and the PG1 for $119! The same package costs $168 on Amazon.com. So I placed my order on a Sunday with free 7-day shipping, so I expected to see it a week later on Monday. I got a bit worried because for the next few days I checked the status of my shipment and it said they hadn't shipped it yet. But on Wednesday I got an email saying they sent it out. To my surprise, when I got home from work on Thursday (the next day), my Fedex Ground box was waiting for me! The free shipping only took 4 days! I opened the box, and there was my new VideoMic in its original packaging, and my PG1 in its original packaging. No scratches, no dents, just mint condition. I had a great experience with FrontEndAudio.com. I am definitely looking there first when I need any other audio products. You just can't beat the prices, and they ship reliably. I didn't have to deal with their customer support, so I don't know how that is.

Would not boot up. not installing Windows. Tried to call seller on the telephone number given but their voice manager asked for an extension! No other option. Not a lot of use no extension number in documentation. Useless support ! Emailed Loop8 and three days later replied asking to supply information that I had already given. Returned to Amazon for refund.

I will be renting lenses from Oscar and Magda in the future for my Nikon. Very easy. I did an in-person pick-up and shipped it back. The lens did it's job wonderfully. I rented a 24-70 f2.8. The colors I got from this lens were so rich and wonderful. Nice to have the option to try an expensive piece of pro glass before you buy it. Be sure to shoot a piece of white paper with a small aperature as soon as you get it to be sure everything is on the up and up.

I ordered a Panasonic DMW-FL360 flash in early December. A few days later I was notified it was out-of-stock. I canceled the order and bought elsewhere, or so I thought. Fast forward to February 24, 2010. I received an email indicating the product had shipped. I immediately notified PriceBreak.com that the order was canceled in December. They could have easily recalled the shipment sent by UPS, but did they? HECK NO! I called their Customer Service and got absolutely no help or support. The CSA, Nathaniel was rude. This forced me to make a return. I asked for reimbursement of return shipping charges. Nathaniel refused. I had little choice but to return it to them. I was shocked when the credit hit my statement! They hit me with a 15% restocking charge and another $7-8 for their shipping costs. WOW! Add that to the cost of return shipping and I'm out over $50! All because they couldn't get an order right. Needless to say, I won't be making any future purchases at PriceBreak.com or their affiliates.

Before buying from Accessory Jack I had two main concerns: 1. the product I was ordering could possibly be fake, as it was almost half the price of UK stores! And.. 2. I might have to pay customs duty buying from Hong Kong into the UK. HOWEVER I didn't need to worry about either as my Sony Headphones were 100% genuine and arrived in an incredible 5 days without any unexpected delivery charges!! I've ordered stuff from down the road that's taken longer than 5 days to arrive! I will definitely be buying from Accessory Jack again and would certainly recommend to anyone! And I'm not writing this because I'm connected to the company in anyway, I was simply extremely impressed by their prices and delivery speed. Keep up the good work guys!

I recently purchased a the new Cannon T1I SLR camera from Woodland Hills. I spent about 2 weeks looking and stressing about which of the many companies that were selling T1I packages with telephoto lense, media storage, camera bag and such as it is our first real camera and we have nothing. After all of the searching and reading up on the NY companies (do some reasearch before buying from them) and making phone calls to each of them to feel them out I settled on Woodland Hills. My initial phone call with them was great I called back that day put in my order and had the T1I package Friday the 18th at 12:00pm. I think I ended up spending maybe $50-75 more than the advertised prices of some of the others online but everything arrived quickly and as promised with no hassle.

I was a little hesitant because the company had fewer ratings than most companies through Amazon, but the price was great and the reviews that were in Amazon were really good. I had a question about my order that I e-mailed to Pacific Stereo after my purchase, and 2 different people there phoned me the next morning (Saturday) to answer my question. We tracked the package through UPS during the week and received it the following Friday morning 1/30 (they're in California, we're in Wisconsin). It was packaged very well and in great shape, and I'd be comfortable buying from them again.

I was there a few days ago and was looking for an amp install kit, talked to the rep behind the counter and after some discussion he suggested that it would be less expensive if I made my own, so he hooked me up with the necessary parts. Went back there to get some speakers for my Harley, Jose was extremely helpful, he even priced matched to another store. He even helped me with the right adapters to make the speakers fit properly. Oh..btw he even threw in some wire taps at no charge. I would say that the customer service there is great.

We ordered a simple 3-way splitter online on a Sunday. Great and easy website. HOWEVER, the site did NOT bother to say that they were out of stock! While I was expecting the switch to be shipped the next day - that did NOT happen... On Thursday, FOUR business days later we received our first email from their "customer service" supervisor, Kelsey, saying that I could expect DELAYED SHIPMENT in 3 - 5 business days!!! Since today is New Year's Eve, Kelsey said that we could POSSIBLY expect the item in a WEEK - TWO WEEKS MAYBE!!! I requested a callback from the manager or owner and Kelsey said that she was not authorized to do that either. Way too many "gee I guess we screwed up" problems to deal with this company again!

I placed an order Dec 2nd, and within 1/2 hour I had confirmation that my account was charged. Two days later, still no shipping confirmation. I sent an email to LinkDelight and they responded that it did ship and gave me an invalid tracking number. Day 5 and still I have no valid shipping information. All the company will say is, "it's the Hong Kong Postal service." I am trying to get help from the seller and there is no apparent effort being made to track this order. Hong Kong Post said yesterday that it could take 2 months to track the missing package. Now I found out that the LinkDelight only gave them the package "today", December 8th. It is now December 14th, 12 days after ordering. The package did finally arrive. I connected the unit up and it does appear to work as it was discribed. I am updating my review, for the better, but I am still concerned that they couldn't be honest about the date the item was shipped. Greg

This order was placed for Aputure Pro Coworker 1S Wireless Remote Kit for Minolta Maxxum 7D. The product description page did not convey that a hot shoe adaptor is required to fit this remote. The cost of adaptor was almost as much as the remote. As soon as Linkdelight was informed of this error they updated the respective web page. I gave them 2 options either to refund or pay for the adaptor. The supplier was at least honest to accept his mistake but was not willing to either refund or pay for the adaptor. I did approach Paypal but under their policy they cannot take any action. I brand this company as dishonest despite their mistake they want purchaser to pay for their mistakes.

I placed an order on 11/26. On the week of 12/7 I decided to reach out for status on my order. Reaching support was difficult. After several calls someone finally picked up and claimed their system was down. He took my phone numbers and promised to call me back that day but never did. I tried calling yesterday and no one answered or returned my calls. I tried calling today 12/16 and got voicemail. I called about 25 times in a row before someone finally picked up and then proceeded to tell me that my order wasn't placed because they did not have the items in stock. I asked why the system let me place an order for items they did not have and he said the computer made a mistake. I corrected him in that computers don't make mistakes only people. I am guessing a refund is underway but as a precaution I have disputed this charge with the lender. Beware 3dstereo.

I placed an order on 12/4. On 12/6 I got an email saying they normally would ship within 2 business days, but were waiting on stock and expected it just to be a few days longer. I've emailed and called several times (with detailed info), checked the "order status" button on their website--nothing works. This is really disappointing and the one time I did speak with someone, he said they had just gotten in a lot of stock and maybe my order was going out that day, and they would email me or call me on it. I wouldn't recommend working with this company, period.

As a long time customer of Vizio, I've enjoyed their products, customer service, and pricing in the past. I recently ordered the new for 2016 VIZIO SmartCast M-Series 65” Class Ultra HD HDR Home Theater Display directly from the Vizio website. The website notes that the product ships within 30 days, so I called to see if they knew if it would ship closer to 1 day or 29 days - the agent had no idea. I ordered it anyway. Within just over a week, I got a shipping notification from a 3rd party delivery company. They only deliver during weekdays, and they give 4 hour windows. I scheduled a delivery for the morning of June 13, and I got a confirmation email. On the morning of June 13, I called the delivery company to see if they had a better delivery timeframe, and they told me the order was cancelled by Vizio. I called Vizio customer service, and they confirmed that the order was completely canceled. They told me the product had some known defects, so they were recalling all units. Unfortunately, they apparently forgot to call me and let me know about the cancellation, and I had already taken the day off work and hired my handyman to come out and mount the TV. I let them know that their oversight had cost me quite a lot of time and money, and asked if they were able to do anything to make it right. The short answer - no, they can't do anything, not even the manager who I asked to be escalated to. I asked him when the charge is going to be reversed on my credit card, and he gave me a wishy washy response. So now I have a $1600 hold on my card, I lost a vacation day, and my handyman is going to want compensation for coming out. Thanks to Vizio, it's on me to deal with - they refused to simply credit my account a nominal amount on a future order! Screw these guys, I'm never buying Vizio again.

We purchased a Vizio TV last 2018 within a few months it broke. We followed the policy by Vizio and had it replaced on February 27, 2018. Now is only 11 months old and our $1000 television does not work. It has volume but a black screen. We called thinking it was still under the one year manufacturers warranty to find out when you get a replacement from them you only get a 90 day warranty or what is left from the ORIGINAL DATE OF PURCHASE! Why would we be penalized since the first TV broke that the new one out of the box would only get a 90 day warranty. That new tv comes with a one year manufactures warranty but I was told since they replaced the one that broke it only comes with a 90 day warranty. Why you can't stand behind your product for a year. I was on the phone with customer service for over an hour with three people to be told by the "Customer Care Team" there was nothing they could do for us except offer us to buy another TV for $720 plus shipping when you can purchase it for $850. That is ridiculous why would invest another $720 after already spending $1000. Do you know what kind of tv I could of bought for $1700. We waited a long time to purchase this tv, spending $1000 was a big purchase to have it break not once but twice in less then 11 months. I am only asking for the same warranty that anyone else would receive for that TV that was delivered out of the box on February 27, 2018. This is a real hardship for us to have to replace this tv. They need to do the ethical thing and replace the TV that is currently under the manufactures warranty.

I placed an order for a pair of Swans on a Wednesday, specifically paying for rush, 2-day delivery. Like seemingly 75% of people, I work weekdays and am off weekends... so in the "Instructions/Special Requests" field for shipping, I specifically noted "please waive signature requirement" (the default on FedEx 2-Day). So, I'm set I think. The speakers will either come Friday, and will either be left for me for when I get home, or they'll arrive Saturday since I paid for 2-day shipping. The order goes out on Thursday. I'm sent the shipping info from Audio Insider which not only has "signature confirmation" marked, it says "Deliver Weekday" (note, again, FedEx 2-Day defaults to delivering on Saturday unless you tell them otherwise). So now, despite me having paid extra for 2-Day, it's set to arrive 4 days later... because the Audio Insider specifically overruled Saturday delivery (when I'm home). It's like they don't even want me to have my speakers. Can't have them delivered Saturday when I'm home, can't have them left at my house when I am. So I emailed Jon, who ostensibly said "yeah I see your point, but it's out of my hands. Check with FedEx." Excuse me? I paid for 2-Day and you overruled it. It is now Day 5 and I have to slog it through LA rush-hour traffic to FedEx, because Jon at the Audio Insider also ignored my "please waive signature confirmation." I'm just at a lost for words here about customer service.

I'll start out by saying that I've owned my pair of speakers (Swan D1080MkII08) for over 3 months so I've had time to get used to them and they've really grown on me. While the product is (now) great and I admit the price is quite agreeable, the service I received was far from that. I had an issue with the speakers in the very beginning. The left speaker was consistently quieter than the right. I emailed customer service explaining my problem but when I received a response, all they did was assure me that problem was unlikely because the speakers are driven by monolithic amplifiers etc. The thing is, I had already run a battery of tests on the speakers ensuring that the problem was not external. I switched the audio cable, used different sources, played mono recordings and tried several other ways to get rid of my problem but to no avail. Jon Lane wasn't convinced. I decided that I'd live with this minor annoyance and save my $26 for shipping. A few months down the road, the left speaker starts cutting out completely at random intervals. I contacted customer service once more and was encouraged to return the product so that they could be tested and fixed. I sent them off and three days later Jon Lane is already telling me about how the speakers "perform to spec." Once again he didn't seem to believe that the problem existed. He even went so far as to ship the speakers back to me unchanged without even asking if that was what I wanted. Apparently "the customer is always right" isn't a mantra that ever reached The Audio Insider. When I got the speakers back, they had forgotten to include my power cable. No big deal, I have the same wire on my camera battery charger. Less than 4 hours into listening to music, the left speaker cuts out. It took me a few minutes to get the speaker to come back to life but when it did, it was muffled and the set was more unbalanced than ever. Rather than contact the ever unhelpful Audio Insider customer service rep (Jon Lane), I took matters into my own hands and opened the speaker up. Turns out the issue was just in a poor connection. I pushed two leads back together so that it was snugly and evenly plugged in. Problem solved. It's really too bad that Jon Lane couldn't be bothered to be a bit more rigorous in his testing. Maybe if he had taken this know-nothing college student a little more seriously, this negative review could have been avoided. I really like Swan's products but until they are carried by more distributers, I will not be purchasing anything from them. The Audio Insider has spoiled my experience. In short, I would not recommend dealing with The Audio Insider.

Comment: I took a chance ordering from Shopjimmy.com because I could only find one review, but the chance really paid off. I ordered a processor for my Whirlpool Duet from them on Friday 7-24 for $98 and it arrived Wednesday 7-29. The best price I found elsewhere on the net was $149, but the average was $198. Can't beat Shopjimmy's pricing. I had called before ordering and the representative was knowledgeable, polite and she did not pressure me. She verified the washing machine parts are new. My LCD TV burned through 2 T-Con boards - first was replaced under 1yr mfr warranty; second was 6 months out of warranty. So I ordered the part from ShopJimmy because their information in the About Us section said that they took parts out of damaged-in-shipping televisions, and I assumed I'd essentially be getting an unused circuit board from a scrapped TV. This was obviously not the case, because here I am, pretty frustrated, writing a review. The part I received already had scorch marks in the same spot my other 2 T-Con boards had burned through at. Obviously, this is a sign of poor craftsmanship in manufacturing... but ShopJimmy lied about the condition of their products. So be warned, it's very likely that you're getting parts from used/recycled TVs, and not from simply damaged TVs that were scrapped by retailers, as ShopJimmy claims. Paid for 3-day shipping on Saturday, expecting it the following Wednesday. It arrived Thursday - after I had already left town earlier that day. E-mailed their support a week ago about the damaged product, and yet to receive a response. I'm obviously not impressed.

ordered a part it was the wrong part sent the part back to them paying the shipping myself i'm waiting for my correct part to be shipped they tell me that i must pay an additional $13.00 for the correct part which was for shipping i paid $7.00 to ship them the return part so now i dont have the right part plus i can not get my money back i should have listen to the salesman at the car dealership when he ask me not to deal with you guys and you wont have to worry about me recomending you to anyone i know so take that $40.oo bucks and enjoy cause you gonna burn in hell for getting over on people

The owner of Rockycameras is Keith Rock who runs this 'business' from two bedroom bungalow. He has been thrown out from Ebay now four times (fifth one is pending) and if you have looked other review sites, he is probably the worst seller you will ever encounter. I made two purchases from him. I both occasions items were missing and those which were delivered had fungus and deep scratches in front elements. These were described as "optically perfect". I have now contacted my credit card company who is going to issue a charge back. If that fails, the next step is Small Claims Court and a fraud report to police.

Ordered from another company (+3 days received). Contacted Better Business Bureau. Contacted bank, requested refund, received credit. Trying to reinstate the charge, Advanced Lamps sent the bank "information provided to the customer": "temporary back order", and the merchandise was to be shipped (69 days after ordering!!??). I never received the email or merchandise. I needed one Theater Light bulb for a 4th of July party. I wouldn't keep, nor do I need another to keep on the shelf. +108 days, if I had waited for Advanced Lamps, I still be without television.

Purchased a lamp for my television, Advanced Lamps had the best pricing online, the order process was effortless and the product was of very good quality. As far as delivery goes; product was well packaged and delivered a couple of days before promised. Will definitely do business with them again.

Well, my part has been on order for 10 days now -- the website showed it as 'In Stock' and that it would ship the next business day. The transaction cleared my bank account 9 days ago, and still, the order is 'processing'. I've submitted 3 support tickets and received zero response from Xenon Project. I'm hoping to get my money back, but at this point, I'm thinking that may be wishful thinking. If you value customer support and receiving your order, avoid this place if at all possible.
