Bad experience with mobile city I got a call just before Xmas they was offered me Vodafone connection and I phoned Pro X $70 per month after that they took my personal details after that they changed my Vodafone password and they sent a phone on my name for other people. then they use my personal I'd as well .. Very carefull before giving them any personal I'd I already put a complte in police station for them..

BAIT & SWITCH...they advertised Samsung phone for $249 went down the next day and they said it was now $265...my kids were buying their own phones and they had cash money...I asked them to honor their advertised price, they would not. SO, instead of taking a sale of 2 x phones for $500 they said no because they wanted $530...I didn't have any money on me, so my kids missed out. It's not like we were asking for a cheaper price than they sell them for, just their advertised price. She said I should have put a hold on the phones online then pay cash when I picked them up the next day...I said to her, "OK, lets pretend I did that, heres $500"..but she refused!!!

I bought a phone from the website, it said delivered within 4 days. It has been 15 days already if not longer, now they give you a track and trace so you can follow your order, It said that it has been delivered but I didnt receive my phone. So I mailed the shop, they wrote me, the phone is delivered and some guy named "Brent" has signed for it. Well I dont know Brent so I sure am curious where my phone is now. Mailed again, takes ages before they answer me. Customer service is also too slow, keeps saying I need to check with my coworkers, thinking that I dont know their names... They made a mistake, now I have to do alot of work to get some details, and they treat me like I am the most dumb person they ever met. Never going to order here again and will warn everybody I can. This is unacceptable.

I ordered a Ballistic impact proof cover for my Sony Experia Z1 on the understanding that it was being posted from Sydney. When it didn't arrive within three days I phoned MobileZap and was told that it was being posted from England. I was initially disappointed, but pleasantly surprised when it arrived a few days later. The service and product were first class, not to mention the incredible range of products they have available. I'm happy.

They are not Australian based. Their contact number for customer service never answers. I bought a case for my laptop and it has never arrived neither I received tracking number. Really poor service. Wild never buy from them again.

all in all I was very happy with the service and especially the assistance was very quick to reply my questions, I was a little bit worried about the 2-8 days shipping but in the end it was just 3 days which is acceptable. I needed a projector lamp urgently, they advertised next day delivery which cost me £17.39. The lamp eventually arrived a week later and didn't work. I had to send it back to Holland, yes Holland. They promised me a refund for the lamp and the postage. 3 weeks later after numerous phone calls and promises I am still waiting for a refund. When I ring them up they can't speak to their accounts department as it is in Canada and they are asleep! I wouldn't recommend anyone use this firm at all!

Turned in my computer this last Friday, the people there were so knowledgable and called me throughout the day to update me on what was going on and telling me what had caused the problem. Got notified when to pick at up and when I did I was told they had fixed the problem and updated my computer. I’ve turned the same computer in before at another place where I myself had to call them and ask when to pick it back up, so MR Islington was such a good choice this time! Genuinely such a nice team and I would highly recommend going there!

Excellent service I manage to book a same day appointment and got a replacement phone the same day within an hr. The staff were very polite and even offer a cup of tea which was very nice as I was waiting for the phone. The office is also very nice and clean. I was really happy with the service and extremely surprise that could get Apple support within my local area instead of my travelling to oxford street. This saved me time and travel cost.

I've owned a Mini-1 for several years now and it's a fantastic product - brilliant sound with a beautiful minimalist design that looks and feels a premium product. It was incredibly easy to set the amp up with my Wharfdale speakers in my living room, and its compact, sleek design size means I am able to have it on display as a feature in the room. Ordering from Amptastic was easy, no fuss. Follow up service from Chris was top notch. I'd recommend this product and company to anyone!

Ive recommended Boomerang to countless friends and have always had a good experience with their customer team, however around Christmas two games went missing in the post on two separate occasions. One game i was informed i didn't have to pay for but had to keep my subscription running. The second went missing a week later. I was worried to send any games back and did not rent any more games from the service since last year though im still paying for my subscription. Probably not boomerang at fault but was enough to put me off for the time being.

Scam company keep away. Ordered a product with 24-48hr delivery. after 5 days heard nothing so phoned them for them to tell me 1. it wasn't in stock & 2. the price had gone up so were going to charge me extra even after i had made payment and have receipt to prove so. When you tell them your going to take them to trading standards they get rude and abusive. UPDATE - They state i have no dealings with Stripe. ummm i think they need to actually double check this before telling their spurge of lies. Also its very strange how they cannot be found on companys house as well so just to protect all customers i have informed companys house off their trading and also Trading Standards. If they are registered then under what name as Audio Visual World does NOT exist. If im wrong then i take it back but please do your checks you will see i am not wrong. I also have received an rude email FROM Jodie King stating they will possibly with hold my payment for 14 days due to my review here which i can honestly say is 1 million % TRUE. I have all proof so they cannot deny this. They are a scam company keep away go else where.

Would definitely recommend this company I called Audio Volt as I wanted some ceiling speakers but wanted some advice, which is where Tom came in, fully up to speed on their products and after telling him what I wanted to achieve he guided me to a particular brand which he then ordered for me with a 15% bonus offer added, speakers arrived had them fitted and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

I have a 55" Mirror TV from AVEL installed in my living room last week. Since we have several windows I was in a doubt if the screen brightness will be enough in the daytime. Now I can say that's it's pretty good and enough for cartoons and news or other. But for a movie comfortable watching (with dark scenes) I suggest to turn off all the lights and enjoy it in the evening time. The mirror is still the mirror and no one can cheat physics. The sound power is enough for 35 sq.m. room and I like the sound quality, the exciter speakers are hidden and it's really amazing. There was no smart functions in the TV so we connected a Xiaomi Mi Box. After turning on HDMI CEC both in TV menu and the box menu it's very easy to operate with Mi Box remote only. So we don't use original TV's remote anymore. What really makes difference with this TV - is that it's a pure mirror and no one can guess there is a screen unless you trun it on :)

Placed order on 24/01 evening, on 25th it was sent to me and I should expect delivery within 1-2 days, but today is 30/01 and I haven't received my order yet. On 28/01 received email to rate company here and to be polite first I have written to customer support and got reply, quote:"Your order is sent from us 25/1, and the delivery time is 1-3 business days, so it is not so wierd if you haven't recieved it yet. I hope it will arrive to you very soon." On website 1-2 days, in confirmation email 1-2 days, customer service says 1-3 days. Now it is 4 days excl. Sunday. I would like to know what is "very soon"? Received my order on 31st from Netherlands, now long time of delivery is understandable. Buttery looks different from the photo on website and it doesn't load to full, only 96% after 36 hrs.

2x Beta 18" BB118AS Active Powered Subwoofer 1000W RMS (Mark II version) These subs are mid priced, not as expensive as some other more established named brands but more expensive than entry level subs with so called equivalent rated drivers / amplifiers. One thing you notice immediately is the weight, the cabinets are made from Birch Plywood rather than thin chipboard which in my view makes them sound far superior. In a side by side test against entry level active 18" subs the increased volume was evident without clipping. Against subs costing nearly twice as much they out performed both on volume and quality of sound so much so we are now in the enviable position of having excess bass, even at low volume (Never thought we'd ever say that!) and our clientele noticed the difference immediately! So, if like us you're undecided about this relativity unknown brand then don't be, these easily out perform more expensive equivalent subs but for less money. Sure you can buy entry level 18" active subs for £120 with 350w amps with so called 1000w output but you will soon be replacing them with professional BishopSound subs that actually sound and perform. You won't be disappointed, neither will be your patrons.

As a landlord I have used bisset n Steedman on many occasions , every time from order to delivery, to installation and removal of old unit they are first class. I would definitely not recommend Blue City A/S. I called their customer service on Saturday and today asking them to give me specific information about a product which is the last one in their department located in Næstved. Apparently, you cannot directly get in touch with the department. Although the customer service tells you they will get back to you with updates on a specific day, they never follow-through with the promised response. Probably one of the most pathetically poor customer service and company I have ever seen. Jeg vil bestemt ikke anbefale dette firma. Jeg ringede til deres kundeservice lørdag og idag og bad om at flere specifikke oplysninger om et produkt, der i deres lager i deres afdeling i Næstved. Du kan ikke komme direkte i kontakt med afdelingen. Selvom kundeservicen fortæller dig, at de vil vende tilbage til dig med opdateringer på en bestemt dag, så modtager man intet andet end manglende svar fra disse udugelige mennesker. Mazda 6 - BOSE amp repair Wow, so glad I found this company, I have saved myself hundreds of pounds. This service is so simple, fast and efficient my amp was making horrible machine gun noises, so much so that we had to remove the fuse for the sound system so that we could drive home from a holiday in Devon as it was unbearable. We had been quoted ridiculous prices for a new amp and to fit a new system into my car which had resulted in not having any music/bluetooth/phone in my car for nearly a year. Finally my husband and I can drown out the sound of my two loud children in the back seat again, hurray!

We've bought two of the Bouncepad Flex cases, and found them perfect for our needs. The bendy arm is a good length and very sturdy, and allows for a certain amount of twist as well as around 180 degrees of movement--more than we expected. The front plate is clean and made of a good thickness of metal. Installation took around an hour to do properly, and is very secure and clean looking. Very happy!

I have used CCTV outlet on three occasions now and cannot rate this company high enough. The advice and service is first class, I was a little unsure at first which cameras would work on my system but a quick call is all it took to find out exactly what I would need. I have a recorder that is a couple of years old and before I found CCTV outlet I was told by other companies that I would need to upgrade my whole system but with these guys there was no hard sell and no need to upgrade my recorder. Excellent service guys.

The phone provided is in excellent condition, other than the battery being at the very low end (80% of original life) of the range indicated. That’s disappointing for an “as new” phone. But for that, this would have been a 5 star review.

I have just purchased which is now my 3rd controller from Controller Modz and absolutely love them! I have a controller for my shooting games which has the awesome bullet buttons, one for my racing games and now ome I use for my Final Fantasy games. I previously owned a Cooper Clamcase for approx. five years and was pleased with the performance. After multiple drops on construction sites the case cracked at the corners and along the hinge. The charging port finally quit working, although the keyboard continued to function until the battery drained. Prior to purchasing a new case I contacted customer service with a few questions. Marj Ramos provided quick and helpful answers for me. She continued to stay in touch after I placed my order to ensure all was as promised by Coopers ordering dept. I have been using the new case for about a week now and it works fine. Appears to be a good deal for the price. A few issues to be aware of: 1. The new case only opens about 120 degrees as advertised. My previous case opened 180+ degrees which was a nice feature. 2. The new case is lighter than the previous case but appears not to be as well built and sturdy. As I am hard on my iPad, I hope it holds up. 3. The previous case was available only in white and was difficult to keep clean. The grey (aluminum) color is a real plus. 4. The case fits my 4th generation iPad like a glove.

Waiting 6 weeks on a product. Sent 2 emails. No reply. When I raised a refund case in PayPal - surprise surprise! Got an email back straight away. A rather sarcastic one saying that I WOULD have been first in line. Simon Crook also said he'd replied to my past email. I asked for a screen grab. This is when it got silly. He sent me a screen grab of a reply to my original email - but it was clearly UNSENT! It still had the cursor in the text! To add insult to injury, the exact same item is next day delivery on Amazon!

In the past month, I've rented from CSI three times. The second and third rentals went perfectly smoothly. The first was a fine business transaction, however, the Zacuto rig that was provided was either in desperate need of repair, or was just a piece of junk (either could be the case, but I suspect the former). The handheld grips could not be locked, and would become loose during normal operation. The tightening levers didn't ratchet, and couldn't be tightened beyond a certain point which was insufficient. And the screws which held the entire assembly together were either some strange size which was neither metric nor standard, or were stripped beyond usefulness. It was difficult to operate with grips which would suddenly become loose, sending the camera lurching around on my shoulder. Usually I prefer to have an AC do checkout on all gear to make sure it operates, but this wasn't that kind of job, so in some ways, this is on our producers. Still, it would be good to know that y'all are testing out the builds to make sure the gear works.

I only realized it within 10 minutes of buying it and contacted support. They have treated me horribly and I can confirm what people and even trustpilot say, this platform is not trustworthy, I feel like I am being scammed and they do not return my money, they have to know that consumer rights do not exist on this platform. They say that there is a 30-day guarantee and that it is also instant, since both are lies. I don't even have anything I bought, nor do I want it, since their offer is misleading... and they know it.

These are Russian scammers who will steal your money, they are also selling stolen accounts. RUN!!!! For a start, all of these "CD Keys" are just stolen accounts that they have phished from people you do not receive any keys only account credentials. Just so you know, I have contacted them and they were disgustingly rude. I've never in my life experienced "Support" like that. In fact, because I had previously asked them for the support they knew my name and did not accept my live chat request. Instead, I had to create a fake name and email and act as if I wanted to purchase something and of course, they answered my live chat request instantly at that point. (I will attach the chat transcripts as it was honestly like nothing I've ever experienced.. I'm serious... Don't think that this is some review written out of anger and haste... it's not.. they are legitimate scammers who collude with the sellers on the site, all accounts on the website are stolen and they then attempt to recover them after selling them) All the positive reviews you see were paid for. If you don't believe me just read them and you'll see the trend and how they are written. They say ohhh contact support and we will be happy to help. This is a complete lie to make you believe they are professional. If you open a case or a request for a refund they will not reply to you, one said and I quote "fu*k off you stupid c*nt you lost your money, get over it" and closed my chat, I was forced to act under a different alias in order to gain any response. As I said they state contact us and we'll be happy to help. It's a complete lie, the only time I got them to reply to me via live chat or email was when I faked my identity and pretended to be a new customer and these dumb pieces of **** scammers believed it. Btw they denied me a refund until I said ok we'll I will write a bad review and when I said that he proceeded to abuse me and returned the money. I could write you a 10-page document as to why but I don't have time XD. If you don't believe me look at their reviews, they clearly pay for good reviews. it's no coincidence that 50% say RUN THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS! and the other 50% say omg this was the greatest service I've ever experienced and hmmm how od that 50% in favour are in broken English. They stole my money and they will steal yours too. UPDATE: They have since attempted to use my saved debit card information to purchase over $5000.000 worth of cd keys from their own website. Thankfully my bank stopped it, but it could have been a lot worse!

If I could I wouldn't give a star since they literally robbed me, I bought FIFA 20 for £30 qwid, the actual game was costing me £55 so I saved £25, which was great, but it lasted 4 Months and then Steve said "there is just no lifetime warranty we only offer 1 month warranty" So basically £30 was only worth 4 months, great. Why would anyone pay £30 for 4months, MY BAD. KNOW THE RISKS.

I paid to have my phone unlocked on May 1, 2022 with a promise of an unlock code in 0-5 business days. On day 7 the update said that my request had been successfully completed and that they would be emailing my code and simple unlock instructions shortly. 3 days pass and no code, no instructions. I emailed to see what was going on and then the update changed to "there's a slight delay". I asked how it went from completed to a delay and the agent told me that they never said it was complete. Totally denied it. It sat at slight delay for days. I emailed again on the 15th asking what's wrong, when will they be done and why did they say it was done when it wasn't. More denial, more "don't worry, we're almost done". I left it be until the 21st and there was still no change. On the 23rd I emailed and said I wanted a refund. I received an email overnight that said they were unable to unlock it. I, of course, already knew they weren't going to do it and were lying and giving me the runaround. Funny how they went from "we're almost done" to "we can't do it" within hours of me asking for a refund. They knew long ago that they couldn't do it and they strung me along and tried to keep my money. I'll be surprised if I ever actually get my money back. Completely useless, lying, time wasting company.

I've never come across a more deceitful and underhand company than tinhat and the entire direct group. The company motto is 'profit first'. Quite happy to take my premium then messed me around for months after I had to make a claim. I am still without a working phone and having to take them to the financial ombudsman. Be warned: they will ignore you and come up with excuse after excuse. I would give zero stars if possible. Avoid the whole direct group
