W needed an optical supplier who could deliver from stock, rather than have to wait for third party retail outlets. Delivery to Spain takes only three days and the combination with UPS provides up to the minute tracking all the way. If they could get their technical support sorted out (have an engineer to talk to rather than the secretary or salesperson) then that would be worth the extra star. Otherwise, perfect. Thanks.

Seriously dodgy business practices - Avoid them and buy from someone else. Ordered two items and one not in stock for 6 months. I cancelled it and I'm still waiting on a refund. Had to now open a Paypal case to recover funds, as Bresser are not issuing a refund despite being asked nicely, neither are they replying to emails either ! That's ridiculous in this day and age !

Surprised by all the negative reviews. I ordered 2 phones on 2 separate occasions. Yes, I did have a problem with the first phone but that was down to dpd , aff mobiles sorted the issue out. Both my kids hot what they wanted at a very good price.

Do not buy from these people, they are a con. I took up the deal of new Iphone 11 at £41 per month and to return my sons 2 year old Iphone 7 in "working condition" for £118.80. It was actually in excellent condition without a mark on it. They use a 3rd party thereafter to check the returned phone called E-Giant who sent me an email to say the phone was faulty. When I rang them, the receptionist said that they had removed the back of the phone and the battery needed a service which de-valued the phone and they could only offer me £40.50. They said I had to take it up with Affordable Mobiles when I tried to protest. I contacted Affordable Mobiles and they have also said it is nothing to do with them as they use a 3rd party for returned phones, despite me saying there is nothing in the terms about battery services or removing the back off the phone and that my agreement was with Affordable Mobiles, not E-Giant. They have changed the deal and made up this spurious issue with the battery just to reduce the value of the returned phone. When you speak to their customer care team they also just repeat themselves a total waste of time, once again DO NOT be conned by this company!!!!

I had a couple of old film lenses and cameras that I had no use for anymore and I came across Harrison Cameras when looking to sell them to someone who could make use of them. I filled out their very easy enquiry form on their website stating the model and condition of each item and included images and within an hour, I received a quote and options on how to send the items to them. I chose the DPD collection option and selected a preferred date as I am not local to Sheffield and this was organised straightaway with confirmation. I wrapped the items and packaged them to ensure they were secure and on the day of collection, I received a text with an hour time slot - this was hands-free and I was given the tracking number (the driver brings the tracking barcode). This arrived in Sheffield the next day and I received the confirmation from Harrison Camera's that everything was fine and the initial quote stood on that day. I had the choice of payment to my account or to use towards a purchase, I chose the former and I sent my sort code and account number, and I was paid in 2 working days. Harrison Cameras were great to deal with, they were extremely speedy with email replies (usually within an hour), they kept me up to date with everything and the process was simple, easy and quick. I would 100% use again to sell old film cameras and lenses and would recommend others to do the same.

They sell items they claim are brand new but they arrive incomplete and with damaged packaging. Then when you return the items for a refund, they only pay 66% of the purchase price as the items are claimed to be "used". Very dodgy business practice.

Absolute garbage. Think very hard before you drop your phone into this licence to print money operation. TAKE PHOTOS of your phone if you can because they are unlikely to return it in the same condition you dropped it off in. Go to Timpsons, go back to manufacturer, anyone but these guys. They don't honour their warranties. Don't be fooled by the clinical look of the branches or the cutesy branding. I am disgusted by the service received.

Absolutely terrible experience. The Bristol branch ended up making my phone worst than before. Cracked my screen, came to iSmash to get it sorted, they quoted me £250 but to pay it via Klarna in 3 instalments. Gave me my phone back after a day and the sound didn't work but before cracking the screen, the sound was working perfectly fine. So they said that they will fit in a new speaker under warranty which they did...so why was it still not working after? They scratched my screen when they were fixing that also. They said that I can send it to their London office for £100 but I thought I am under warranty for the price I was paying? They also said that I can get a refund but they would reverse the repair - so put my old parts back. I chose that because i am not paying anymore money over this phone and to people who made it worse. They revered the repair and now my phone will NOT turn on. They said that the screen will be in better condition than before...so why is it not switching on? Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. Why employ people who cannot fix a phone and make it worse? Absolute cons.

I have never left a bad review online but feel obliged to after my experience with Fonez. I recently bought the ‘Samsung’ Level U wireless headset from Fonez. I had previously used my partner’s Samsung Level U headset and was very impressed with its quality and thought I was getting a great bargain with Fonez at €39! When my headset arrived l soon realised it was not the same. The 'Samsung' headset I bought from Fonez looked different - the bands were rigid plastic whereas my partner's had movable, flexible bands. The battery life on my headset was very poor, max 3-4 hrs of use. When I went to charge my headset for the first time it was very difficult to open the plastic covering and I ended up having to get a sharp pencil to pry it open. Again, my partners’ Samsung headset pops right open. I then learned that my headset could only pair with one device, and this shouldn't be the case. I have received mixed reviews from colleagues about the microphone quality. The sound quality has become so poor that I stopped using it altogether. Also, my headset came with no official Samsung literature. I began researching and came across numerous videos and articles that compare fake and authentic Samsung Level U headsets - needless to say I am convinced I was sold is a fake. I sent an email detailing my concern, along with pictures of the two devices compared but no one in the company has ever responded to me. So not only is the product they sold me poor quality, so too is their customer service.

Where do we start? As a fellow Software company it is very disappointing to have to leave a review like this. But if all software companies were run like this people would stop buying it. We have been trying for several months to make a simple API integration with ServiceBench. The software is unreliable, the coders are lazy, the client services are non existent. And we really do know about software.

As a newbie to NVG’s, I shopped around a lot and asked plenty of stupid questions. Eli at NV4less answered what he could and never seemed to be short or frustrated with me. I actually purchased these goggles for my wife and her birthday. Eli made sure they arrived on time for her birthday and made sure we knew how to use them. We purchased the white phosphorus model and we are very happy with the product. As expected, as delivered...Great Job!

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PURCHASE YOUR GAMES ELSEWHERE ! Despite my payment card working perfectly when ordering from sites such as Amazon / DroidX / Funstock / PlayAsia / ShoptTo / 365Games etc, thegamecollection is randomly unable to take payments using my card details. I have spoken with my bank and they inform me that thegamecollecion didn’t even try to take the payment in the first place, as there is no record of any declined payments. Therefore this is clearly an issue with thegamecollections systems and is most certainly not the fault of the customer. The thegamecollection, rather than contacting the customer to resolve any issues, simply cancel the preorder. This results in pre orders which have been on their system for months, randomly being cancelled just days before the release date. 1) I do not expect the games I have pre-ordered on my account to be cancelled without any attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue with me the customer. 2) I pre-order games to ensure I receive them on the release date, unfortunately thegamecollection have no respect for their customers pre-orders and would rather cancel them outright than make any effort whatsoever to contact the customer to resolve a problem, even ones caused by their own systems. 3) thegamecollection provides no facility to update or change your payment details on existing pre-orders. So you can’t even change the payment method for outstanding pre-orders without having to cancel them and reorder, thereby losing your position in the queue. I previously informed thegamecollection that I will not tolerate such poor customer service. I gave them a second chance and sent them an email, stating that in the future, I expect to be contacted before my pre-orders are cancelled, so that I may be given the opportunity to resolve the issue with them. However, sadly, this simple request was ignored, as a result I am today without a game which I had pre ordered months in advance because of thegamescollections poor customer service and systems issues AGAIN PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PURCHASE YOUR GAMES ELSEWHERE ! I would hate for any gamer / game collector to suffer as I have due to thegamecollections ineptitude. As a supplier, clearly thegamecollection has no respect for their customers and simply cannot be relied upon !

I purchased a Xiaomi Mi 9 from these guys about two months ago. The phone arrived on time. However from the initial use I realized that every time the phone was plugged in to power, the screen would turn on/off every 10 seconds or so. Initially I thought this was to do with the phone software and ignored it. Few weeks later I told a friend about this and he mentioned that it is a hardware fault, either the cable or plug. I tried a combination of cables and plugs and figured out the problem was with the UK Plug provided with the phone which was a cheap Chinese plug and not Xiaomi brand. I contacted Clove Technology support regarding this and they requested to send them back the phone. I explained to them that I knew what the issue was and I could send them video displaying the issue. I was also happy to send them the plug but not the phone since both my personal and business daily life depends on it. They ignored my email and repeated their previous response asking for the phone back. I sent them couple of email back and forth explaining that the phone and cable are indeed not faulty and all I need is a UK plug, however they refused to help and said that I must either send them the phone or contact Xiaomi for help! To me this customer service was appalling. I made every effort to resolve the issue and it seemed like they just don't want to help and just want to get rid of me. No alternatives or other ways of helping or trying to resolve the issue. Never mind, the plug is few quid so I don't mind, but I wont go back to the ever again, and my sister wanted to buy a phone and I told her do not go to these guys. The phones are not cheaper than other places and customer service stinks! stay away..

This phone disgust me, it has to be the worst phone i ever had in my whole life. This phone never let me rest every single day it gives me new problems. I advice you not to waste your hard working money and time to purchase this phone. This phone was a waste of money. It might look good but we all know we cant mix iphone and samsung together, it might be good the first month. but in the end it will drive you mad. Whoever made this phone lacks smartness because i am not the only person who thinks this, it might be a small price but go and use your money and buy something more better because this phone is absoulte rubbish take my word and go buy a better phone dont do the same mistake I did
