DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this scam company. They quote a price for unlocking your phone, then the next day tell you the phone is in contract so you must pay a premium upgrade fee to continue the unlock.I paid it, then waited 2 weeks but never got my unlock. When I checked on the status they send canned emails directing you to a fake order tracker that shows the same % complete no matter when you check. I then found out from my carrier that my phone was never in contract, so the premium upgrade fee was not needed. Asked them for a refund and they refused. In fact they threatened me with "digital fraud charges" if I report them to my bank, after they took my money, lied about my phone's contract status to get more fees, then never provided the service I paid for. I am now out over $200 and never got the service I paid for.

I got my iPhone unlock in 24 hours. When I followed instructions it didn't unlock. I had to restore the phone to get the unlock. I don't have a "foreeign" SIM card so I can't really know if it's unlocked. iTunes says it's unlocked. When I sell the phone I'll know if it's unlocked when the buyer puts his SIM card in.

I have a Samsung galaxy core that I purchased from MPCS (I traveled abroad and I am no longer client of MPCS) I paid them to unlock it but after weeks of stupid emails, it didn't work. According to them I have to be in the USA and with a MPCS sim card in order to unlock my device, but I am abroad. The have ignored my requests for a refund and keep sending to me the same stupid troubleshooting that they have sent to me before. They claim on their website that they can unlock this particular device, anywhere, but they don't. If you are a MPCS customer, don't pay them any money, just wait 3 months and MPCS customer support will do it for you.

I just recently bought this smart phone and I am greatly satisfied. Firstly the shape and the wighth of this phone is quite nice, it is not heave nor huge. You can simply put it to your pocket and it will not jut out of it. Nor it is heavy so when you hold it for longer period of time you will not get tired. Unlike other smartphones I used, it surprised me quite a lot. Bottom buttons are great, the additional button for running applications is far more usefull then I thought. When you start this phone first thing you notice is home screen. There you can change everything like literary everything, from button to widgeds or apps. Shape or size of window. Display is quite good, depending on your version of android you can adjust brightness just from top menu. So there you have it, as far as I am concerned this is good phone for a good price. Bottomline: there are lots of Android phones of this price with similar description and hardware. this one has got good support for russian users like warranty and firmware so this was my main opinion why to buy it. you will definitely not regret this purchase

Virgin Mobile sold to Boost. I should have over $150 and service until December 2020. Instead 2 days ago, Boost brought it all down to 0 money and 0 time. Called them. Paul, a supervisor, promised to rectify matter in 24 hours. That was yesterday. Speaking today to Stacy. Took her 30 minutes on hold to finally explain to me that Boost has unilaterally changed the contract that they bought from Virgin and decided that I have to give them more money in order to get service even though my contract should extend to December and there is $150 in my account.. Shame on you Sir Charles Branson for selling us out. You got the money and we were duped!

I was with virgin mobile and was moved to boost without any choice. Suddenly I am paying way more often than I was before for both phones. Turns out they were charging me for a LOT of texts that I didn't send. They did not offer me any solution for this issue. Granted, it may have been someone using my number, but it is a really strange coincidence that both of my phone numbers were suddenly stolen. They didn't even offer to change my number, they just offered to sell me a MUCH more expensive plan. I dumped them.

Purchased a Speck case for an iPad. The one I received made the buttons on my decide impossible to use, so I contacted customer service. They said that all of their cases are "tested by a lab" before being sent out. Really? If so, it must be a Labrador retriever. The case also had horribly sharp edges that could slice skin. The response from customer service, when I complained about this, was, "Our cases are designed that way." Again, really? I ended up returning the case, using a prepaid label they provided. But the refund has been slow in coming. I won't be shopping here again.

Well, I dunno if I trust this site now...I ordered a Galaxy Note 8 and wanted it shipped by DHL cause it was supposed to be delivered in 4-5 days..apparently China can't ship items with Lithium batteries out of their country using DHL..so that was a waste of $20 I won't get back...then found out they shipped the phone to the Netherlands to be mailed to me..which is gonna take even longer to get to me..it's already been 2 weeks and NL post still hasn't received the phone yet...and to top things off, I was checking comments that other people have written about the Note 8 and low and behold, there was a comment that "I" apparently wrote myself, and it was on the date I ordered the phone...I'm guessing the customer comments/reviews on the site are all fake. Makes me wonder if the phones are even as described and they just used videos and descriptions of the real deal to lure people in along with the low prices. Anyways, I dunno if you want to trust this site or not..I'll leave it up to you.

Paid for Samsung S10+ 5G and received a very poor copy (both phones running an old android versions, both running old MT processors, both only had storage of 16gb and had terrible displays the note 9 had some made up steel stylus that didn't do a thing) of a NOTE 9 and iPhone XS. Said it was the fault of the warehouse and offered me 50% off the correct phone but I had to order it again and keep the 2 incorrect phones. I reluctantly did and they sent it from China via Netherlands even though I paid for EXPRESS DHL Shipping to Australia. I then googled the company only to find several trusted review sites with people having the same problem. Learnt my lesson, will never buy from EstoresChina again. Buyer Beware!!!!! P.S. Don't leave a review on their site, they change it to the way they want it to look and give it 5 stars,

I have been using modded controllers ever since they appeared on the market in 2011. I have tried MANY different companies and I regret I haven't heard about these folks earlier as I had some bad experiences with other companies and mods that were poorly built, had crazy setup or would just break within a few weeks ( I am a heavy user). I was also extremely annoyed with unknowlegeable staff of many of those companies. I am very happy I gave these guys a shot. I have been using my mega modz ps4 mod for over a year now and it still works great!!!! I am looking forward to playing black ops 3 with it ( I am a cod guy). Their staff is also very knowlegeable and customer oriented. Mods are easy and comfy t play with and most importantly they DON'T BREAK! I recommend this company anyone, especially to the beginners. Their mods are easy and comfy to play with. I hope my review will help other gamers who've had a bad experience with other modding companies. Try megamodz controllers and won't regret it!!!

I found Gadget Menders in a Google search. I'm glad I did. I needed a battery and charging port for an iPod Touch 5th Generation A1509. They had both items and at very nice prices. I ordered both and they arrived quickly and well protected. I'm about to order another battery. After my first experience with Gadget Menders, I see no reason whatsoever not to buy the battery from them. If you buy a battery for an iPhone 4S from this guy, you will get one with a different plug than the one on the stock Apple battery. When I went to plug in the new battery, all 4 pins on the motherboard broke, essentially bricking my phone. He offered no solution other than, "If you look on the internet you'll find you aren't the only one to break the battery connector.". Would have been nice to a) be sold the correct part or b) be told that the connector was different on the part he sold me. I now have a $500 paperweight thanks to this small oversight.

I first heard of Pacific Radio over 20 years ago, when they were located in Hollywood, and have shopped them several times over the years. Pacific Radio has a very comprehensive inventory of electronic components. If you're having a hard time finding that cable, connector, or electronic part, chances are that Pacific Radio will have it. I was able to order my coupler online, pay, and then pick it up at the store. All I had to do was walk in with my receipt, and they had it ready to go, bagged and all. I was pleased that I was able to avoid shipping from other online dealers, and actually paid less overall. Great customer service as well.

My order was placed on 2nd January, but didn't arrive till yesterday afternoon (15th) despite supposedly being sent by Royal Mail 1st class on the 3rd. I emailed the company several times about this, but received no promise to resend the goods. Nor did I receive a refund. However, yesterday I was pleasantly surprised to receive quite out of the blue a new screen for my Nokia Lumia 530 together with the necessary tools for replacing it myself. The postmark was the 14th, so it definitely wasn't the original order gone astray - it was either a replacement or the only order because the original was never sent. Be that as it may, I'm happy to draw a line under the delivery problems, as, when I actually received the package, I have to say it worked a treat. It took me only an hour to dis-assemble the phone using the instructions provided on the website and to reassemble it again with the new screen. The photographs could not have been clearer and were extremely helpful. My only slight criticism is that the instructions include removing the old screen using hot air (e.g. from a hair dryer) to loosen the glue without saying what sort of glue to use to fix the new screen in place. However, what they don't say is that this is only for separating the screen from the digitizer. In fact, the screen and digitizer come as a single unit, so there is no need to separate the old ones, so no hot air or glue is necessary! I think, either this step should be left out of the instructions entirely or it should be made clear it is not required if the screen and digitizer come as a single unit. But this is a minor niggle, I now have a working phone as good as new for a knock-down price, so thank you very much, job done!

Hi,I bought the lg tv 55" i had a problem with the tv light to dim over 2 months,it went to the repir 2 times i still got a problem with the tv. I called the customer service I spoke to James he said i'm her to help i will look after your case he said can you send me the video of the tv and if the tv went to the repir 2 times then we do a exchange. after 10 minute he called me back on Saturday 28/07/18 he said me the message saying thanks for the video i will authorised the store for a exchange for the tv, once I get authorised from the store i will send you a message. When they ring you have the model number ready for the exchange they will pick it up and drop it off. On Monday 30th July 2018 he called me he said i spoke to enginer he couldn't find the fault. James has changed he's mind he is not a trustful person.I have spent £1369 on the tv i'm having problems with the tv i have explained every thing to him he does not care,he said me a message on the 30th on Monday he said i never said i will help you he is a big lying person i'm stuck with this fault tv and I will never ever buy any thing from this fake customers services and fake company Richards and sounds.

Bought on Ebay Australia for $360 radio BT 4698 AH for my Golf V. Good features, was happy for two weeks. Than all hardware buttons stopped working. Tried to organise repair, replacement or partial refund and seller (erisintech) was winding me up for weeks. First want to send me spare board to change myself; when I accepted, they said board is too expensive they'll send me electronic parts to solder on myself. I rejected and they started asking for quotes to send back, negotiating with me anything from DHL and Post office to 'bring it back to our friend in Sydney'. I asked for $100 refund to keep the faulty unit, that was too expensive as well. When I realised they're just delaying for feedback time to lapse, I left them negative feedback and now they're emailing me daily with more BS

Purchased around 20 pieces and half are faulty, they said they have a warehouse in Australia and I could return any unit there if there was any faulty, now they want me to return them to China, obviously no Australian warehouse, too many fauty units and they wont do anything to help, would never recomend this company, customer service also bad , they keep stuffing you around.

It did not.having bought two of the recent Pure, one for my son and one for myself, Dili very should have been August, but they arrived in May. Was assured that they were the same as the ones to be shipped in August but without the firmware update.so far neither of them work satisfactorily. My first unit was a small oval one, then three Gems. Followed by a Pure a couple of years ago, decided to buy the new ones as it looked as if there had been improvements, but after a week of trying no progress. I tried to download the instructions for returning,but even that defeated me. Watch this space

The first phone i got there was good then it cracked so i got a new phone a couple months later apparently it stopped working because overcharged but i was over charge my past phone and it was fine. Then i got a new and the first day it died in 5 seconds. The only way to use it is to have it charged all the time. Used phones is not the way to go. I FEEL REALLY DISRESPECTED IN THE SERVICE THEY DON'T CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE PHONE WORKS. go ahead and get it if you want but i highly recommend you don't

Do not buy a phone from Cellular Country if you need it to last more than 30 days. They will only replace it if it arrives defective or if it breaks within the first 30 days. Mine lasted 49. Tough luck they said (giggle) and they accused me of breaking it even though there is no water damage, no physical damage and no drops. I paid $149 for 49 days. Guess I was the sucker. My suggestion is do not let yourself be the sucker. They said mine was in "excellent condition". I guess to them excellent condition means it lasts 49 days.

Ordered FIFA 20 on the 28th of September, on there website it states item will be delivered in 1-3 days. I've sent emails out in which I haven't had a reply back from them til now. I've had to call them today (10th October) and they gave me some stupid response about their policy stating they can't do anything until after 14 working days in which then they can refund/replacement. before you buy gadget cover... apparently i bought insurance for a gift i received on Xmas under conditions that do not make much sense to me perhaps you guys can figure it out after 3 years of insurance... the screen cracked and then cracked some more.. Phoned Gadget Cover.. who wanted proof of purchase Now I was under the impression that this had been sorted at the start - you give them the serial number which as far as i know is unique to that item.. and so well why would i pay insurance for thing i don't own.. but OK Clearly I don't have receipt so I ask the Donor who does not have it either So Donor emails the seller - a large company whose name you would recognise with relevant details … company emails back with receipt… which email is forwarded to me and I forward this email with all communications as mentioned above and above mentioned receipt to Gadget Cover who come back with request for… the Donor's BiRTH CerTIFICATE !!!??? Because our Names don't match. And seriously… I nearly start to comply when the brain finally kicked in. .. hang on.. did you say BirTH CERtifiCATE ?? to prove relationship??? I don't understand what does this have to do with anything What if the Donor had been a former boss / employee / neighbour / bloke down the pub.. who has sadly passed from covid.. gone off grid… has moved to the other side of the world?? Is this what I should expect for my friends and family to whom I give gifts they insure? I dont understand.. evidence of relationship… is this insurance only for relations??? Well Yes … Well sorry can you repeat!! but it seems like the call centre got it wrong we dont have to be related only to have a gift receipt .. what is a gift receipt..? why is this not a gift receipt? so the gift must be given in some special kind of format? not just bought.. then paid for then wrapped and given.. is this not normal??? I needed tablet six weeks ago for my neighbour who is trying to remain in covid lock down but does not have BBC /ITV catch up and thought she could borrow my tablet with spare phone + sim to brighten her experience.. but the crack on mine is well spread across the screen and the glass is only in place thanks to the protective film.. so I bought something which may not be as nice / posh but hopefully does the job.. and has a sim slot which has still not arrived but fingers crossed again… I have paid 3 years for an item i dont own. I have sent proof of ownership several times. A single email with comms from donor to seller to donor to me with receipt and because the receipt is not in my name a birth certificate is required as proof of relationship between donor and self… I sent receipt in March and it is now May and they still going round and round A little amused / frustrated to see this reply ffs

I used a credit card with a different billing address than my shipping address, so they charged the card and withheld shipment for fraud prevention when I selected overnight shipment. I received no notification of this and had to dig an answer from their customer service team, if that is what you call it. All in all, I got my replacement parts 8 business days later. Ordered $75 screen replace kit and never got my package, called Thomas at strivemobile and didn't care just kept my money. I called my bank and filed fraud claim against them. They are running a scam on people and need to be shut down. I'm filing complaint with BBB and more.

Sent them my Iphone 6 they received it and stated they would be making payment to my PayPal account within 3 days. Over 3 weeks later and still no payment. I have contacted them they said we are having problems with PayPal can we mail it. Sure and I asked for a scanned copy of the check or tracking number, have received neither. Stay away from this company, they will steal your phone.

I called the customer service line, no response and I also sent a mail message no response either. Please people should be aware of their scam, the site is not legit!

It's a SCAM. I never received the code. I asked for a refund but nothing happened. A waste of time and money. Before buying from them I looked for reviews. There are over 1000 good reviews on TrustPilot ALL WROTE BY THEMSELVES. Don't get fooled.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

A day after I ordered the Galaxy 111 phone I tried to cancel the order because I located my lost Galaxy phone. My attempts were made via E-mail and calling various numbers, to no avail. The recondition phone I received 4 days later was defective with a loose charging port that would not properly charge the unit. Because of this horrible experience I would never consider buying anything else from Gadget Chest. I have a worthless phone that I cannot use and am out of $185.00.

We purchased a iphone 5 for our daughter for Christmas and we are already having problems with it. It's not charging properly and also when you shake it, the components inside shake as if something is loose ( kind of like when you shake a box to try to tell whats inside and the contents shift). This has been protected since Christmas with an Otterbox case, which we paid a lot of money for. I felt the warranty wasn't long enough (14 days). That doesn't give much time for anything! Unfortunately, I would not purchase anything else from this site again. I would also recommend that if you do purchase through Gadget Chest, consider getting an additional warranty like square trade.

Be sure to read the website before you send your items in... I sent in something that was in fairly good shape got a revised amount that was decent... accepted their offer, but before I accepted their offer... I received an email stating that the turnaround for my inspection would be 10-15 days... Ummmm no. Your website says two days and that is when $70 was slashed off of my initial offer after I sent the email inquiring about my merchandise. Now I am waiting for payment... I chose the PayPal option because it was quicker. All you need is a persons email address or their PayPal ID in order for you to pay them using PayPal... Less than 10 seconds depending on how fast you type. So I do not know why it would take 2 days for the PayPal payment to go through when it is an instant transaction. I have emailed about payment and gotten no response. The chat link is always offline and no one ever answers the phone number. I got a pretty fast response on the first email... but nothing on the second one so far. If you need cash fast... you may want to explore other options.

They've been holding my iphone for more than 2 weeks, i can't track my phone and i can't reach anyone from their company. I've traded phone in with other online company and usually i get paid within a week! What takes them so long? What made no one to respond my email & phone calls? I would call it scam till someone reply me! And if i don't hear them soon, i will take legal actions again your company!

This was an upgrade from the standard desktop antenna that comes with the WeBoost because I had to practically be touching the standard antenna. This "upgraded" panel antenna is less consistent with it's signal and you can only move a few more feet away before you loose it as well. I'm hoping to get my money back.

I didn't want to spend $40 - $80 on a case for my Motorola Z Play.... because I'm cheap....but I needed a case. Found one thru Caseswill for $3.98...no shipping for STD. order. They said it would arrive by Jan. 17...and it arrived on Jan 17. (2 weeks) The case fit the phone, the buttons are aligned correctly, the camera and accessory ports are unobstructed and the charging port is open. Nothing fancy....cheap....and will protect the phone better than not having one. Works for me....

Purchased AX800 4x tv ($3500) direct from panasonic - took two weeks to get. Then sound went out after 2 hrs of operation. Spent 3 hours on the phone the next morning arguing with them. Their answer (finally): I will be contacted in 5 to 7 days to arrange a pick up date (3-5 days from call) for the TV. It will ship back (3-5 days) and be processed (3-5 days). Then I will receive a second call from the carrier within 5-7 days for the replacement to be delivered in 3-5 days. That's 34 business days! My answer: give me my money back, to which they VERY reluctantly agreed, but I'll have to wait 24 business days for a refund. Thank God for Capital One who upon hearing my story, moved the charge to dispute and credited my account. I went to Best Buy the next day and I am now a very happy Samsung 4X TV owner!

Received the correct phone 5 days ago, haven't been able to use it though. Had to search one end of the earth to the other to find the correct power supply. Tried to buy a universal power supply from BestBuy, but it didn't end up working. Just found another site with it listed. Now I've spent more money trying to buy a power supply than I did on the phone itself. Would have been great if Atlas Phones offered it when I purchased the phone.

So I ordered a couple of items thru them in December 30 2019. One item came 2 weeks later. The other item, well, it's 1/29/2020, and I still don't have it. Not to mention, the last correspondence I had with them, they told me on 1/13 it would be 7 business days before it would ship. Well, I emailed again on 1/23, and no response from them. Then I also emailed them again 1/25, and no response. I've tried to call them a couple of times now since 1/23, and you get their automated system, along with a long wait, and then the system tells you to leave a message or email them for a faster response. What a joke that place is! After essentially a month, I received 1 item in my order, and it's the cheapest item. I'm guessing they are struggling financially, and don't have the inventory they say they do. I'm guessing i'm going to be out a nice chunk of money here. DO NOT ORDER FROM NIGHT VISION GUYS!!!!!!

Ordered night vision monocular advertised with 3 day shipping and web page said I would be sent a tracking number. Ordered on the 1st and didn't received an email with tracking number. So on the 5th when it didn't arrive, called the company and got their answering machine but never received a response call. On the 6th, sent an email and got the response back that they had been busy and the merchandise was shipped on the 5th. It arrived the 10th. So much for 3 day shipping or a timely answer to the status of the order. So refused the package and ordered elsewhere. Will not order from this company again.

I was a little skeptical of ordering at first, but the company had high ratings so I moved forward. A week later I decided to cancel, so I called customer service and to my surprise one of the owners picked up the phone. She was so delightful and informative that I decided to keep the order. My Logitech 4K camera arrived shortly there after. This company has great customer service. You can buy with confidence.

Ordered a controller for my son for Christmas. After opening it on Christmas morning he found that they had shipped him a controller with a broken trigger. Contacted Scuf Gaming Customer support and was told to ship it back and expect it back from them in 7-14 days. That was on the 27th of December 2017. It is now the 27th of January 2018 and still no controller. I called them today to inquire about my repair. I was told it was finished but wouldn't be shipped until the end of next week. This company has the worst customer service. I will never purchase from them again and will steer as many away from doing business with them as I can.

My 76 year old mother bought the wrong controller for my son for Christmas and when we tried to return it, we were told it must be returned within 15 days of purchase. After “getting approval” they allowed me to RETURN not exchange the controller for a 15% restocking fee. We tried to order the right control and was told our order was cancelled and refunded the next day because I bet couldn’t process our Visa card. Nothing has been refunded. Customer service is impossible to deal with.

I bought LG G4 quick circle case with wireless receiver from CHOETECH around 1 month ago and satisfied with this great product till now. I even bought a power bank from them for my G4 to charge it at quick charging rate. Great Shipping services from Amazon and nice performance.The only concern with power bank is that it just have only 1 quick charging port. I was expecting another one too which is charging at normal rate. But the lightning cable charging port of power bank eliminates this drawback and moreover, power bank itself is powered by Qualcomm quick charge 2.0 technology. So Overall Satisfied!

I bought the Choetech 3A usb C charger. Turns out it doesn't work as advertised and only charges at a maximum of 1500mAh. Maybe because it's a broken charger/cable, idk. (I tested with multiple compatible phones.) Turns out they can only answer with simple questions as "Do you use the origal cable charging for it?" Of course I know how to use a simple charger. After it's clear that the product I paid for isn't working, Michael w-a-n-g just ignores my messages. Never buying again, and I do not recommend anyone buying from Choetech. They offer a 'warranty', but in reality they just ignore their customers.

I bought they converter box from Target, after taxes it was about $50. A couple months after making my purchase it began to re boot over and over, multiple times within an hour. I called customer service and she said they could send me a new one for $20...I said nah, I'll write bad reviews and get a new digital TV instead. Don't waste your money or time on this product.

i brought my water damaged iphone 6s to see what all was damaged and how much it was cost. i was told that my screen needed to be replaced my battery and a proximity sensor, front camera and front mic flex. that was all was told my phone needed to be repaired. once my phone was repair i noticed i wasnt able to make out going calls or send messages. my service bars goes from 4 to 1 bars frequently. i went to my carrier att to get a new sims card. i got a new sims card and my service was still in and out. i was told my antenna might be damaged from a att worker. i went back to ubreakifix to let them know my phone was not fully repaired and i might need a new antenna. then i was told my phone had a lot of water damage to it. they put my phone under a food dehydrated hoping that would help. 30 mins later it did not help. i spent almost 200 for a phone that does not work. all i was offer was a free data transfer when i get a new phone and 10% of an accessory. if i was told the true extent of water damaged my phone had and everything that needed to be repaired when i first bought my phone in i would have bought a new phone instead. After I made this review I was contacted by their customer support. Jennifer Juliana contacted me and asked me what happened I told her the exact same thing I said in my review. She then told me she would let the store manager know and that was all. I emailed her later, asking her if there was anything that could be done to resolve the issue. I did not get a straight answer. I was not offered anything to make the issue right I am still without a working phone. I will be contacting their corporate office.
