THE ONE PLUS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! - DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU PAID THEM FOR. I paid for my order a month ago, I did not receive my order and the tracking shows the order was not delivered. One plus refuses to help me in any way. One plus refuses to give me my money back for an order which the tracking shows I did not receive. For an entire month, every single agent I speak with tells me a different set of lies. One plus is telling me that it is not their responsibility to refund me for an order I paid them for which I did not receive. One plus is telling me I have to ask my local police department for my money back, but when I go to my local police department they say they have never heard anything so ridiculous. The consumer rights agency and the citizen's advice bureau all state that One plus is obligated to refund me as they are in breach of contract for failing to provide a service I paid them for but when I state this to them they say they do not care? I have even provided them with a police report on the issue and they refuse to acknowledge it saying they don't care what the report says. How this company is allowed to trade is a mystery to me as they refuse to follow consumer laws and seem to think they are above the law and don't have to obey it. I suffer from mental health issues and every time I get upset on the telephone the agents will laugh at me then put the phone down. After I broke down in tears on a call I was told by (Jeff the account supervisor) that he was going to refund me and that I would never have to call one plus ever again. I never received my refund and when I call and ask to speak with this specific agent (Jeff the account supervisor) I am told a different lie every time... I have been told Jeff is on holiday, I have been told Jeff is sick, I have been told Jeff is dead, I have been told Jeff doesn't work for one plus anymore... Every agent tells me a different lie. Oneplus has destroyed a whole month of my life and I fear they are going destroy my Christmas also. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM ONE PLUS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BECAUSE IF THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY WILL REFUSE TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY BUT THEY WILL OBLIGE IN WASTING AS MUCH OF YOUR TIME AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN FOR MONTHS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY HELP FROM THEM OR YOUR MONEY BACK

Große Enttäuschung nach langjähriger Mitgliedschaft! Ich war eigentlich immer recht zufrieden mit Congstar. Ich wollte ungebunden (PrePaid) sein mit monatlichem Kündigungsrecht und das so viel gelobte D-Netz nutzen. Bisher war der Anbieter auch recht günstig, bis ich auf ein Angebot zum 10-jährigen Jubiläum reingefallen bin, das man u. a. langjährigen Kunden angeboten hat. Dort versprach man mir satte 10GB Datenvolumen bei allerdings gedrosseltem Netz mit max. 3G. Ein Haken: 24 Monate Vertragslaufzeit. Gute dachte ich mir, habe ja bisher immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht und habe mich drauf eingelassen. 1 Jahr lang lief alles gut, bis ich dann feststellte, dass ich auf einmal viel mehr zu meinem bestehenden Vertrag zahlen musste ... das stand nach Rücksprache mit dem Congstar-Chat wohl in meinen Vertragsbedingungen. Ich habe daraufhin recht verärgert gekündigt, auch aus dem Hintergrund, weil ich in kein neuen besseren Tarif bei Congstar wechseln konnte!!! Bei bisherigen Anbietern die ich kannte war das kein Problem. Seit Monaten habe ich nun nur "E"-Empfang mit dem kein vernünftiges Surfen mehr möglich ist, zahle mehr Geld und kann so mein Limit schon mal gar nicht benutzen! Leider bin ich noch fast ein Jahr an diesen Vertrag gebunden, was das Schrecklichste ist! Congstar ist für mich die reinste Enttäuschung. Auf Bestandkunden pfeift man offensichtlich und ist nur auf die schnelle Mark aus. Ich rate jedem nur keinen längerfristigen Vertrag mit diesem Anbieter einzugehen!

I placed an order for an xbox live 12 month subscription and was supposed to get my code via email within 2 hours. It's been more than 24hrs with no order acknowledgement, and no code. I contacted their customer service through an online form and again was promised a reply within 2hrs that I haven't received. The emails are not in my spam filter. Feeling duped.

I ordered and paid £130 for noise cancelling headphones direct to Bose on the 26th of November as a Christmas present for my terminally ill mother who is loosing her life to cancer, she loves her music and it relaxes her. Now between BOSE and their courier DPD my mums present is lost, so I have been emailed by DPD...... “We can not find your parcel so you will have to take it up with BOSE” was their final word! After numerous non replied emails to BOSE customer care, I use that phrase lightly, phone calls to the USA BOSE I am now left with “we will not refund your money untill the headphones are back with us, in the USA” I must add! So now I am £130 out of pocket that BOSE have stolen from me and refused to return, plus I hate to think how much an hour long phone call to the USA costs at peak time, and two days of work totalling £340 waiting for delivery as promised and scheduled by DPD, who just didn’t turn up, twice with not even an explanation! I think it all works out at £450 approximately and I now have my terminally ill mother with no Christmas present due to the fact BOSE have robbed me blind!

Read this before buying oculus go. The first week or so was brilliant i really enjoyed it but then it started giving me a warning that the device is overheating (not plugged in) i was getting about 1-1.5 hours of playtime before having to turn off, the front was as hot as a lightbulb, So i found myself needed to sit infront of a fan, I decided to buy the cinema app as i thought i could watch Netflix but they have their own room so unless you download you're own films its only good for watching youtube waste of £3.99 as a week later a free one came out. Due to the go overheating this makes you're face sweat so much it becomes unbearable so you've got to spend another £40 on better masks, I wear glasses and the go comes with a spacer but you can buy prescription lenses but thats another £60, And the box it comes in is stupid, its almost like they made it that way so you have to buy a travel case, £40 Most of the decent games require a bluetooth controller, xbox one s is suggested £60. A spare/travel battery is also required so you can watch a film without having to take it off and plug it in, £40 So you pay £244 for the 64gb then you will need another £240 in accessories, i wish i had done some research before. When its working at its best its great but that doesnt last long.

I recently ordered a smartphone and a notebook from geekbuying.com (order number 4325268). After about 10 days, the order arrived at my local DHL office, but it was missing the notebook. I emailed their support team, and specifically Sandy, to inform them that the notebook was missing from the package. Sandy replied to me, saying that they posted the two items separately, to which I replied asking for the second package tracking number. Sandy's reply is that she cannot provide me this information and I will have to contact their "tracking support" department, which I already did, but have not received any reply from them. The strange part is that Sandy was the one who sent me the initial tracking information and asked for a good review on resellerratings.com site. Their support is the worst I have ever encountered. They supposedly provide a live chat support on their site, which never works. They never reply to emails more than once a day, so you have to wait a full day to get a reply from them if you are lucky to get one. Please stay away from this site and use aliexpress.com, which is a proper e-commerce site with proper support department. UPDATE 2017-12-22 Today I received an email from geekbuying.com support team, with the usual random replies that do not make any sense. They are asking me to send them photos/videos of the defective product, even though I clearly stated that the notebook was not sent to me, and that I am expecting the tracking number.

I was specifically looking for RC servos for use in a robotics project. The number of servo types and specifications is heaven. You can chose to take stock from specific warehouses, say China, USA, UK so there is no extended delay, and the prices are extremely good. The UK warehouse is about 30 minutes away from me though the cost of shipping against my time and fuel is a no contest... They deliver.

I bought a strap from I strap and realised it was wrong colour as my husband ordered watch and I had misunderstood. Received and confirmed it didn’t look right with watch face so sent back. I received email saying it was damaged even though I only opened to look at against watch and then sent back in same packaging by tracked package! So don’t order thinking you can return as they won’t honour even with doing what they say as I suspect they will find a “fault” to not honour.

IStrap have a TERRIBLE RETURNS POLICY BEWARE!!! Customer service is poor- the team are refusing to cover shipping costs for an exchange due to a sizing error on the website. For a company who values “100% satisfaction guarantee” I am extremely disappointed and not at all satisfied with the customer service provided to date. Save your money and purchase bands from a site with a more reliable returns/exchange policy.

Xiaomi ERA una marca molto interessante per geek/nerd fino a pochi anni fa. Ma appunto, ERA. Ora è diventato complicatissimo rootare un telefono Xiaomi e ad esempio con il mio redmi note 9 non è stato possibile. Anche il mio ragazzo ha provato a farlo seguendo la procedura ufficiale che è visibile su molti siti con una semplice ricerca su Google, ma il problema principale è che risulta impossibile sbloccare il bootloader. Praticamente per farlo, a differenza di altre aziende più serie, occorre scaricare un loro file .exe che dovrebbe poterlo sbloccare e registrarsi obbligatoriamente a MI cloud (l'inutile cloud di Xiaomi che non fa nemmeno caricare file dal PC) comunicando perfino il proprio numero di telefono! Alla faccia della privacy! Dopo questa bella e buona violazione della privacy - concetto in ogni caso ignoto in Cina - si dovrebbe essere giunti quantomeno al fatidico sblocco del bootloader...e invece no! Il file .exe che serve per sbloccarlo funziona solo su Windows, OS che io non possiedo (ho un chromebook), nè il mio ragazzo (ha linux), quindi ci siamo dovuti procurare in prestito un PC con Windows, ma anche a quel punto non è stato possibile far nulla in quanto tale file funzionava male, poichè apriva una finestra zoomata su di un lato, per cui risultava impossibile poterci interagire dato che buona parte della stessa era di fatto irraggiungibile. Abbiamo provato anche a cambiare risoluzione dello schermo settando una risoluzione più alta, di modo da includere più elementi nello schermo, ma il problema sussisteva, per cui non abbiamo potuto continuare. Tengo a precisare che lo sblocco del bootloader è indispensabile ai fini del root, per cui è una pratica commerciale scorretta pubblicizzare che gli Xiaomi si possono rootare quando invece ciò non è possibile. Alla luce di ciò, Almeno per me da ora in poi BASTA XIAOMI. Costano poco ma valgono anche poco.

I bought a Redmi 8 and the Mi Dual Driver Typ-C earphones. Earphones didn't work, so I wrote to support. After 5 days, they still did not answer. I sent further 3 emails, no reaction. I wrote in Chat support. After about an hour, the support agent told me, this very earpads are not compatible with redmi 8 but on their site they don't mention which earphones are compatible with what phone. Now, they refuse to get these earphone back and sent me a pair they is compatible. They say, we are not the official xiaomi site, we are just a shop, if you want to see what is compatible, you will have to visit the official xiaomi site. Here te original text fro chat "Wir sind nicht Xiaomi selbst. Wir sind ein Händler der die Lizenz/Berechtigung zum verkauf von Xioami Artikeln hat. " Now I know why xiaomi devices are so cheap. Avoid the Swiss Mi-Store!!!!

I am VERY disappointed in my recent purchase of Fugoo touch speaker. I first bought a Fugoo tough speaker almost 5 years ango and that speaker is still going strong and sounds SO much better than the new speaker, which sounds quite muffled and lmited in sonic range. Additionally the new speaker is quite a bit lighter, which I thought was due to an updated battery, but I now suspect is also due to inferior sepaker components. I would have returned the speaker for a full refund, but its too late now, so I guess I am stuck with it, Frankly, there are a number of other sub $100 speakers out there in the market that sound a lot better Sadly, Dan Chu

Guys loved the look and feel of the ALX-single haven’t had much of a chance to use it yet as we are in lockdown here in Melbourne, but super happy with it and is super bright, great amount of light Goodman glove is awesome love the design, could use an attachment point at the back of the glove to clip off a swivel bolt snap as my torch’s have all these on them, for storing away etc. just little extra peace of mind under water knowing thing aren’t going to fall away. But besides that absolutely love it can’t wait to get it wet..

I have just purchased the Divepro S26 and it is an excellent dive torch which is extremely bright. It is well built, very sturdy and easy to use. I suggest buying an extra battery as on the highest setting (2600 lumens) you will only get one dive from it. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY VERY POOR SERVICE Ordered a device on next day delivery as had a broken handset, took 6 days to arrive, they send the wrong phone that was scratched and in shocking condition and not the device that was ordered. Refused to send the correct device on a swap on delivery so wanted me to be without a phone again for another 6 days, refused to pick up the wrong phone wanted me to return at a cost to me. The MD Josh refused to take my phone calls and kept passing me back to Rob DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Lo and behold, after paying $29 for unlock I was asked for another $40 to expedite the unlock. Now after pating the said amount they said that my iPhone is either lost/stolen - STUPID JERKS!!! Since I was given a coupon for another unlock I tried unlocking my sister's iPhone 7 (verified thru clencheck.me as clean) and which I totally know is without contract already. Surprise, surprise - I received the generic response that this iPhone is also either lost/stolen!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! They are just SCAMMERS!!!

Hi, Used directunlocks for an iphone 8 unlock several weeks ago, firstly paid 20euro and then they asked for 35euro more, it came back that it couldn't be unlocked after paying, and they said they would give me a £37.99 credit, so on monday 24th feb, i went to unlock an iphone 5c, went through the credit card process as they said the credit would be applied using my email address as verification, but they took €18.99 from my credit card, and then i got an email asking for another €35 euro, have sent lots of emails asking about the credit and no replies, there's no phone number to call. Have now reported to CC company for charge back. Based on my experience i can only assume these are scammers

Company is highly unprofessionalism. Their customer care never replies over mail or social media as well. If you dial their customer care the waiting time is half an hour and all executives are clueless to offer any solutions. I am tracking for my refund from past one month. After dropping chain of mails there is no response.

Zoltan at 365 Astronomy has always been as helpful as possible in all my dealing with them, during the Covid 19 period it was near impossible to find companies with physical stock there was plenty of companies showing in stock but they must rely on drop ship from manufacturers. I had ordered a tripod from one supplier, a telescope from elsewhere chased them after a week to be told they didn't actually have stock placed order with Zoltan @ 365 Astronomy and they arrived next day, highly recommended. I have since bought a ZWO ASI Air Pro from him and yet again delivered as promised and I've seen posts online from other waiting weeks even months for delivery

Avoid, avoid. I rang this company to purchase a focuser. I asked if they did next day delivery and was told they do if it is in stock, he said he would check. Item was in stock, i asked again twice if i would definitely get the item next day, he said yes, i would, it never arrived. I rang again and asked why it hadn't been delivered and was brusquely told by the same guy "i don't deal with deliveries, just emails" and was passed onto the owner who gave no excuse. When it did arrive the next day it didn't fit, apparantly this is common and they sell adapters. It would have been good practice to have asked what scope it was for to advise that i may need an adapter. Sadly it seems these don't follow good practice or live up to their promises. Go elsewhere is my advice.

This is my first and last dealing with this company. It’s been nothing but lies from start to finish. I bought a compact stereo system from them only because it was supposedly in excellent condition. It had a rubber foot missing so it did not sit right. The fabric covering on the speakers were all scuffed making it look terrible. Over the course of the weekend on testing it I discovered several faults with the unit. The main on/off switch on the back does not turn it off. It kept freezing, working only after unplugging it for several minutes. The remote control rarely worked. Finally, the main display went blank which caused the unit to not operate any functions at all, i tried unplugging it for a while but that did not work, it finally worked after leaving it unplugged overnight. After complaining to the company they asked if I’d like to return it?!!! What a stupid response. They have had it back a couple of days now and they still haven’t refunded me! As a company, they lie about the aesthetics of their items. They lie about their items being checked and refurbished to a very high condition. They delay in refunding your money. Yes you will make a saving over buying new but this is the result.

I bought an iPhone X max and there was a fault on it so I contacted them and a guy called James Roche answered the phone and could not apologise enough, he was brilliant and exchanged my phone immediately which was perfect. Both in reviews and on their website, they indicated that I could use Verizon as a carrier if Sprint doesn't work in my area. But Sprint doesn't work in my area, and I only found this out by purchasing a phone and a plan and trying it out. Their staff admitted that they couldn't switch me to Verizon and would not give me a refund on the service unless I returned the phone too. I'd already purchased accessories for the phone, and hate returning things anyway, and so lost out on the refund.

Asked the customer service, simply said they knew it, but they could do nothing. almost impossible to leave them, the porting procedure would take forever. unable to contact their porting dept, once things go wrong in the porting, you have to change your number with the new carrier.

In a 6 month period I bought 2 new products from Canon, a camera and a lens at a combined value of £6000. Both products failed within a day or two of purchase. The camera was replaced in an acceptable time span however, the lens was returned and the replacement took over 3 months. During that period my credit card bill incurred interest of over £80 interest adding to the overall cost of the lens. Following several requests Canon failed to offer any compensation. In future I will buy used equipment from reputable companies in an effort to avoid this situation again.

Canon MG5750 printer. Have never been able to pick up paper despite being sent back to Canon for repair. I have to hand "encourage" every piece of paper. "Image garden" software supplied with the print is amazingly slow and seems just an attempt to sell you more items. I have resurrected my 10 year old HP printer which works fine although the cartridges are rather difficult to get.

Ordered Beats WIRELESS headphones and they sent me wired headphones. I contacted customer service, called and left messages for months and couldn't get them to respond. I finally received an email saying that the return period has expired, even though they didn't ship what I ordered. I sent the copies of the emails dated 1 day after receiving and did not hear back from them again. I was really disappointed because I was pleased with my prior purchase. Do not shop here!
