Webuy Travel Singapore Review Finally, I received a call from webuy at 11pm, 16 Nov 2022, who claimed he is from marketing side. 11pm… it must be something urgent right? Therefore I asked him is finally there are someone from webuy take my feedback seriously, but he replied he is here to tell me webuy will make a police report against me instead. I told him then we just stop the conversation and do what is necessary. Following is the message from him (he did not mention his name) I simply copy and paste, did not change any content:- , Hi Lily, as spoken we have advised you to go to the relevant department or authorities where you can channel your frustration and dissatisfaction about our service. We have multiple reports and screenshots that you have in fact commented on numerous posts (copy and paste) with the action of spam, harassment and with malicious intent to damage the brand reputation and image long term, hoping that you get some form of compensation. Under Singapore Law on the 6 form of harassment , 3 of them were found true and we will be reporting this case to the police and if needed be, we will escalate the case to the court to sue for damages. Aside with more than 30 comments made by the user lily wong found on both WEBUY Singapore and Travel with WEBUY, an unknown account with the name of intra intra was also found with the action of spam, harassment and malicious act with the intention to cause damage with the exact same content was also found after the user lily wong was banned on both page. You may proceed to CASE to argue your case and dissatisfaction of our service but we will be reporting this incident to the police as a criminal action of spam and harassment as well as malicious intent to cause damage and distress. Thank you BEWARE!!! This is how Webuy handle customer feedback. My feedback:- Webuy Travel disable me to send comment on their page when I feedback to them. Is this a appropriate way to handle the matter? Block your customer and keep silent??? I bought webuy travel Europe trip. During zoom briefing, I wish to check with the staff Betty Ho, either my old euro still can be used, she asked me to check with money changer instead. She is rushing to finish the briefing as she mentioned this is her personal zoom. She even said she is helpful enough to arrange zoom briefing for me and the other traveller only. She also asked me why the rest can accommodate the account zoom yet I can not? She is unhelpful and unprofessional. Although at the end of the briefing, she mentioned anything can text her, but she forget about my request to send payment link, my only request during zoom. In fact I contacted webuy travel to advise the schedule before they are arranging any briefing. But the first time i was informed 4 days in advance and 2nd time is on the same day. Betty replied tour manager not in town so cannot advise in advance. This is webuy internal matter, is Betty trying to say that Webuy poor in coordination? This is about company reputation. I booked the package with Christina who has left the company, yet Betty asked me to contact her directly by pushing me her 2 contact numbers. Is she practicing correct business etiquette? Does it mean when someone left the company, webuy is out of responsibility? We did not receive the payment and flight meal link, until we called webuy business line and look for tour manager directly. However after the payment, the business line cannot go through. I only informed by another staff that webuy business line spoiled after few days, although I informed Betty on the first day, she did not come back to me. We supported and booked the travel package during webuy opening. The brochure did not stated anything about the tips, even when we asked the staff is there any other cost, they said only for optional tour. I informed Betty who conducted the zoom briefing prior the trip, she simply reply why I can not follow the group, just pay. We are totally disagree with the way she handle the issue.I sent her the travel brochure I received online and on the day I placed the deposit, nothing about the tips, again, no one responded. Should I pay for something which are not stated and not communicated? Another incident is my partner name was keyed in wrongly, therefore on the departure date, auto check-in cannot be approved. We tensed up and spent a lot of time to queue for counter check in. Our booking was done at webuy company by showing passport photos on the spot. Another disappointment!!! What is a reliable and responsible travel company? I contacted webuy travel company main line, WhatsApp, messenger, feedback to Serene personally before my trip on 8 October, 2022, however up to now still no one responded.

In my experience, you get a great result from cex as long you aren't a douchebag... imagine them as a company that pays their taxes and then you will understand... lots of times you will be overwhelmed by what you have got, for the price, and at other fewer times you might get something that looks shoddy... I. have bought some things I couldn't believe in the past- with free post. And have traded in happily items of my own for much more money than anywhere was offering on the internet,. If you are a poor person like me, don't hesistate with cex, its great, its just that its so good rich people want to convince you its $#*! so they can abuse its good will.

I thought I did enough research and there were enough websites saying Spyic was a legitimate company but when I realized their software was junk and canceled the exact same day that I signed up they have done nothing but lie and say they would refund me and it has been weeks now when they said a refund would be coming to my Paypal account in 3 to 5 days when I did a resolution with PayPal they came back and said that spicy blamed me for not giving them information to provide a refund which is an outright lie because all they needed was my email and that's all the information they had in the beginning anyways, please beware and do not use them, SPYIC IS nothing but a SCAM!

I wish I could leave 0 stars. This company was TERRIBLE to work with. The software didn't work at all like promised. The target phone was a first gen Google Pixel. Complete rubbish. I payed $130 for the product and they offered me a $30 refund when I explained that I needed a refund after trying all of the trouble shooting. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I will never buy from them again. I bought a product that had to be shipped after 15 days, after 3 months of my continuous requests the shipment was always postponed and the product never left their warehouses. When I asked for a refund of the € 146 advanced months before for a product that was not even sent, they refused to refund me, saying they could only give me credit to use on their site. Solved only with paypal dispute. in response to gearbest's reply: I have already indicated the ticket number related to my review. I am aware of the shipping times from china but I believe that 140 days from my pre-order to the cancellation of the order is a ridiculous waiting time considering the product was not even shipped. When I then asked for a refund, I was not granted the money back but only to keep the credit on your site from which I do not want to buy ever again.

I gotta say, I don't get these other reviews about "poor communication" or faulty parts. I've only ever had great supplies from them, and on the very rare occasion something wasn't 100% right, I got a prompt replacement. Their SWAP program is going to make me a killing, and I can always reach someone via chat. Do you own due diligence and try working with them. They have no MOQ, so the financial risk is basically nothing. If you want to talk to someone that has worked with them, feel free to reach out to me. My shop is called Rogue Repair.

Had a LCD separate from the glass and at first Mobile Sentrix says they will not warranty it because the LCD separated from the glass. Now they are claiming they will not warranty it because it is shattered. The only reason the LCD separated from the glass is from being defective.

Bought the Guardian Extra Tracker for my motorhome. No set up, just download the app and place the tracker anywhere. Works straight out of the box. Its as easy as that. Using this shopping site was with no exaggeration one of the biggest mistakes I have and will have made and I would not reccommend this site to anyone else. First the service is ridiculous, there is no phone number so the only way to reach them was via email which also was terribly slow. They had sent me the wrong item from what I ordered and wanted a refund. I had to chase them for months to even get a reply and even though it was not my fault or mistake they were rude and would not even listen to my issue and the mistake THEY had made. It was a situation wher I had to spen more money to send back the wrong item to get a refund. And from the way they had acted I wasnt even sure if I was going to get my money back because all it seemed to me was they are scammers. I am definitly not the type to waste my time and energy with people who aren’t worthy of but I would not want anyone else going through the same issue as I did.

Brought a $1300 phone. Day 1 upon receiving it I turn it on install updates and it has a fualt. I tried to make a claim for it to be fixed, replaced or refunded. They tell me its due to an app I have installed and to do a reset. I do the reset and don't install any apps and still the same thing. After 3 weeks of back and fourth emails they have just flat out stopped replying. Will have to get lawyers involved

I've ordered through them a few times. Never had a problem. It's a great site to find the odds and ends to round out your catalog or buy 30 Giant Rock Head statues, both fake and real, for your entry. And items arrive within minutes. Make sure you keep your items in your order not more than ~70 -100 unique items. The shopping cart is wonky and the server they use doesn't like processing a $#*!load of items per order. Just do multiple small orders. I've had the site time out right as I was trying to check out... forcing me to deselect every item again. Just avoid the frustration. Otherwise great!

Long story short...Deco TV Frames is one the best companies I've ever done business with. High quality product with even better customer service. Rest assured, you can buy with confidence. This company embodies integrity and they stand by their products. Long story, long... I'm fortunate to own three of their frames, 55" Antique Gold, 65" Ornate Gold, and 75" Tuscan Antique Gold. They're all incredible, and worth every penny. I was fortunate to buy these frames when they ran a promotion during Thanksgiving weekend 2020, which included a generous discount along with free side extensions! One of the items was back ordered and there was a bit a confusion with the order I placed for the extensions and my issue was promptly resolved by Danielle Labrecque. She was responsive and on top of everything. Also, Jason Barcelona, pitched in and kept me well informed of all updates related to their supply chain and the Ornate Gold frame, which I greatly appreciated. He astutely anticipated any questions I had. Their customer chat service is also extremely useful. Kevin was online and ready to trouble shoot any questions I had related to the payment workflow on their site. I also have to mention the fact that the company released an upgrade to their frames that enable the sensor feature to operate at full capacity. This feature rolled out after I purchased my frames and without hesitation, Deco TV sent me the upgrade at no additional cost! Again, this demonstrates the company's integrity and innovative mindset woven throughout the company. Also, their Instagram profile, decotvframes, is worth subscribing to. I've picked up a number of Samsung TV tips, learned about life on a boat, and I've even learned a bit about global supply chain logistics. I'm not being facetious when I say it's entertaining. I've since referred the company to my brother-in-law and I'm happy to see a small American business thrive in 2020. Thank you guys for everything you do. This place is just one of the best companys i have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I purchased a replacement glass kit for a galaxy s8. I messed up the process and they still issued me a full refund. Had to order a new lcd from another company that didnt even send the glue strips to attach the back cover aftef the repair. But luckily i had one lefy ovef from expresscell diy. They even surprised me with another glue strip and another front camera bcuz mine had messed up. Came in the mail out of nowhere. I have purchased fyi replacement kit for Samsung s8 from this company. It's waste of money, I have spend £34 for their product including shipping fees, then when parcel arrived I was supposed that I have to pay another £13 to collect the parcel (nothing mentioned by supplier). I thought I am going to riski it and paid the amount. Product delivered was very poor quality (worse than any Chinese products worthi couple £. I have tried to use the product same way as on their tutorial wideo but just after couple attempts the screen was punctured. So now I don't have working phone and I have spend all this money for nothing. Avoid if possible.

Overall I’m very pleased with the my purchase and I believe I paid a fair price for a good quality item. Despite receiving my watch within the expected delivery period I do wish the company would provide better updates and communication for customers who are expecting their products. I received a confirmation that my item had been ordered but absolutely no updates on where it was which made me quite apprehensive.

Ordered a Apple Watch case from them and at first was not the smoothest of rides. However I have to say in the end they did redeem them self’s and the case is amazing. It really does stand out from the crowd and looks amazing.

Do not order from this company. I ordered in mid-December, got a shipping notification email 3 days later, emailed for an update bc the shipping tracking said it still hadn’t made it to a facility 9 days later. Was told to give it a few more days...so I waited another 5 days to be told yet again to please be patient. Here I am, 2 months since then and still no update on my order.

I order 3 straps and excepted them to arrive in the time frame on there website. The first strap arrive 1 week late the other 2 took an extra 6 and 8 weeks. When I contacted the company the response was to blame covid delays. If they don't have stock they shouldn't be selling the product. I wouldn't recommend this company.

O NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY I was sent a refurbed iMac from this company and was purchased through Wowcher. It was a birthday present from my husband. Do NOT trust this company I haven’t even used this computer and for two days have been trying to get a response and the email responses are always non productive and only one email per day. Their phone lines do not answer either. I have asked them to call me and they haven’t even bothered. I have spoken with apple and they have said that the computer hasn’t been refurbed properly. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews either as when you get the computer they ask for you to put a five star review on for an extra 6 months warranty. Looks good sitting on my desk but for £369 it’s an expensive ornament. Absolutely shocking and disgusted that Wowcher would let a company like this sell This kind of product on their website

Dropped my phone and my mic stopped working some of the time. Easy to book online, email responses super quick too to clarify a couple of bits. Then got a text night before to give collection time. Collected when they said. Repaired within the day and dropped back in the evening. They even fixed my camera (which I didn't know as an issue) at no extra cost. Brilliant service at a really fair price. Would use again without hesitation.

DO NOT buy these cables. They are the WORST cables I have ever used. I have a new (like less than a month old) iPhone XR and when I plug the cable in my power actually goes in reverse. First time I used it I had 33% power and after about an hour on charge my phone was at 30% and I was not using the phone while charging for those that question how this is possible. I unplugged and then tried again when at 28% and now 30 minutes later it's at 24%.

I'd been searching for a Nikkor 200-400mm for sometime and finally came upon one at 17th Street on their website. I'd never order from them before and as this was a very expensive purchase at $5200.00 I read the ratings and gave them a call to verify that they did indeed have this (exact)lens in stock. I placed the order online, paid for 2nd day delivery and was extremely surprised to have it delivered the very next morning all the way to Utah. I guess UPS gets some of my appreciation as well. Unlike the phone response I've had with other photo stores in back east I was very happy with the friendly support I received at 17th Street. If you need it and they have it, buy it with confidence. My only regret is that I had not done business with them sooner...and the fact that now I have to figure out how to pay for this lens. Thanks Dov! (sp?)

I haven't even opened it yet, but I am very familiar with the PlusTek Scanner. I have an older one that is no longer supported due to age, but when it was running I was very happy with the results. I expect nothing less than top quality with this one! You can see they are basically the same in every way except color and specs. The company puts their money where it counts...The product itself! I made my first purchase from Berger Bros. recently. After contacting multiple stores to get information on a camera with limited availability, it was nice to talk to Lisa M. from Berger Bros. who gave me great advice and service. I'm in a customer service industry so I know what it's like to give and receive good customer service and Lisa was one of the best. Unfortunately, there was a minor problem with the shipment, but having an actual person to contact helped rectify the problem immediately. In the world of amazon and large online retailers, getting to deal with an actual person (not outsourced) who not only seemed to enjoy working for the company but also enjoyed the products they sold was as refreshing. I'm very happy I bought my camera through Berger Bros.

just now I recently purchased a Go Pro camera from Unique Photo on Amazon as a birthday present for my husband. It stated it was in "like new" condition. When he opened it for his birthday we found it was not "like new". The box was damaged, the power cord was missing, the previous owner of the camera left his SD card in it with all of his photos and video still loaded, and the Go Pro was broken!! Unique Photo refused to accept a return and they stated that I should pursue fixing the camera via the Go Pro warranty. How is this my responsibility?! Do not buy from Unique Photo, they are frauds selling broken, incomplete cameras to innocent customers. Terrible customer service and products. Terrible business practices.

Ordered the Olympus Tough TG-1 camera from these guys and was very satisfied with the experience: 1) Price at Tri-State Camera was $60 less than what it was being offered for on Amazon. I usually purchase from Amazon because of their Prime 2-day shipping, but even after selecting the 2-day air option from Tri-State, I was saving a lot of money. 2) I needed the camera before going on vacation and because I had ordered it right before MLK weekend, I wasn't sure I was going to receive it in time. I called them up and found out that, sure enough, it was going to get there one day too late. However, the manager I spoke to, Al, told me he would overnight it for no extra cost and personally guaranteed that I would get it in time. I got the camera as promised right before my trip, in perfect condition. You just don't get service like that anymore these days from most online retailers. I highly recommend these guys and look forward to buying more stuff from them. You just can't beat the price and the customer service at Tri-State Camera.

A complaint had to be filed with PayPal and am awaiting there response to recover my payment. Looks like I'm going to be a present short for Christmas. I bought two cases of cold cathode fans. When they arrived, 14 out of the 100 did not work at all and another 6 had broken lights. I spoke with management, or at least some woman who claimed she was, and was told that the fans would be replaced. Six months have passed with no replacements and countless broken promises. This company is a fraud and I would warn everyone order with caution.
