wow, Incredible Connection is not getting thumbs up from me to order online EVER again. Dont answer phones, when they do they cant help. The chat you wait up to an hour for some Jack to tell you nothing. And please, do not attempt the email, that will never ever get a response. So, i still dont have my delivery, shocking and frankly exhausting! Incredible, you will NOT get a cent out of me again, takealot the way to go.

Good day On the Tuesday the 2nd of June I phoned you branch to find out if they have a Samsung 49 inch Smart tv available they said yes. On my arrival I ask the sales man he said yes I will go fetched it in the store room . He returned with no tv and say the manager says it is reserved for a white customer as he white customer just phoned and paid a deposit over the phone . Since when??? Then he says I can go and buy a tv some where else, Or I can travel to Mall of Africa that is your manager? Mall of Africa has 2 Tv , on my arrival at mall of Africa they do have 2 tv 1 are on display the other one connected to a X Box ??? Time Petrol and still no Tv if you call that service then I don’t know . I logged a complain with customer care on the 2nd of June still no feedback or mail or Phone call , now that is pathetic now I can’t blame your staff or Branch managers because it filters from the top down Still waiting on feedback ???

Replaced the digitizer on my iPhone X. Almost immediately the keyboard would not respond properly to keys pressed. Also phone would freeze at any given point. Reached out to customer support to see if they could be any help and I would need to send the screen back and wait for a decision to be made. That really isn’t practical for me. Just ordered a new oem digitizer. Will not purchase from site again.

I ordered for a Lycamobile number online with their Lyca Global option. the sim took 5 days to come. they sent me a pin to activate the bundle. i did as per the instructions but the activation failed due to a technical error. so i called lyca customer service (the calls are charged 9 pence per min). spoke to them for close to around 5 to 10 Mins to explain the issue, the guys asked me to do the instructions again and all sort of question which did not make sense. finally he said it is a technical error (and i thought i had already told him in my first statement after the hi and hellos) and he will take to refer it to their technical team. it will take 5 days to resolve. finally after 7 days i got a message stating that the issue has been resolved. again tried the same but the technical error still comes up. called up the customer service but my calls would not go through as there is no balance. (this is after they have my 10 Pounds). finally i had to use another phone and call. i told them the issue, the lady was not very happy to receive my call. but then again after a lot of steps and spending around 10 mins she tells me that the pin is having issues. will have to reissue the pin as it is more than 15 days old. i said it is only 12 days since i have received the pin. she said the technical error is due to the pin. it will take another 24 hrs. and the Saga continues. not sure if it will be solved. looks like i might have lost 10+1.5 (approximately)+1.5(approximately) = 13 pounds the scam of Lyca Mobile as i dont think these guys will be able to solve the issue.

Took my money and never sent me the prepay sim I had ordered. Their page failed during a PayPal transaction and now there is not confirmation or anything. Customer service complete rubbish. Sent so many emails now and no response. Cannot contact these people! It's been nearly a month!

Avoid. These guys are utter crooks and aftercare non existent. Bought a Xiami 365 pro from them that broke six weeks later. Xiami won't honour warranty as say they arent official dealer, they don't answer phone - AT ALL and then on email have no interest in honouring either warranty or Article 50 of TEU EU legislation that gives consumers two years to return faulty electrical goods. Now have to go through lengthy chargeback process with bank. Avoid them.

Bad from start to finish. Placed order and given delivery date. This date passed, no order arrived. So I emailed them. They replied saying the item is currently out of stock, giving me a date when the item is due in. This date passed, no order arrived. I contacted them again. They gave me another expected delivery date...over a week away. Today, the day the item was due they sent an email saying the item was still out of stock and suppliers are no longer stocking the item!

I was recently misled into buying a particular canon product and, not only was the information provided by sales consultant wrong, it took a long time to get Canon to accept the fact. I believe that others are being misled by the marketing. I believe that they have not taken my complaint seriously. I have lost trust in Canon.

Awful, awful company these days. "Sony" used to be the 'go-to' company back in the day, but today's products are awful. Purchased a £2k television and it failed after 26 months. My contract ends on 17/05/20. I informed them one month before I am leaving my contract.my rental is 55.22 pounds per a month. Then they said if you are leaving you have to pay 85 pounds I paid now they have sent a bill I have to pay another 56 pounds. I don't recommend any one three network. Very bad network coverage and bad customer service too.

I used there service for two years. I was not happy with their device that I wore about my neck. It was bulky and slightly heavy. I had it replaced. But I had it on the charger more than I was wearing it. The one thing I did like was the feature of being able to speak directly into the device I wore around my neck. That was convenient.

Absolutely brilliant. It really helps me use my mobile phone without holding it, so my wrist doesn't hurt. I always have to use the same hand to hold the phone because I'm deaf in one ear, so this is a revelation, thank you! I was slightly worried it might be seen as my first 'aid' :-O (!) but it looks so good I don't care! So good I bought a second one for a different room. I can now read books and magazines, and probably even cookery books too, without having to hold them. Life changing, thanks!

This company refuses valid refunds even after I consulted them before I sent it. The company confirmed that even though the seal had been removed, if deemed resellable after passing their “inspections” they would grant my refund. The watch was returned the morning after it was delivered, and unworn/unused and in perfect condition. They have failed to provide a reason as to why my strap has “failed” their inspections and have also said that they are now going to ignore any of my emails regarding the matter, where I am simply asking for a reason why my return was rejected. I am extremely upset by this as I didn’t think businesses were allowed to treat people this way anymore. I will not be using this company again unless they treat me with respect and fairness. Please can you contact me to provide a reason or issue my refund as you said you would given my circumstances. This has been a waste of time and money for me and I will now be purchasing the Milanese strap which is what I would have preferred in place of my original order.

Super fast delivery with top notch products!! Ordered myself and the wife a watch strap (defiant and fury) last week and couldn’t be happier. Our strap arrived the morning after placing the order and was packaged really well (I travel a lot so the gift box will work great as a carry case). After opening our straps I was really impressed, both were super easy to size and slid into my Apple watch snuggly (this has been a bit of an issue with straps I’ve bought from eBay in the past). Overall just a great experience... I’m sure I’ll be back again shortly! - Tom

I had a new phone & had erroneously jammed an app which effected usage. I called into Chester le Street tesco & the young lady on the phone desk spent an hour & half rectifying my error at no cost. I am not good with mobiles but she was patient & polite even though my contract is with another phone company. First class service from a lovely lady.

If you are using whats app to make phone calls DO NOT join Tesco Mobile as you cannot use Tesco Mobile data when making/receiving calls. Tesco Mobile acknowledges this issue, but unable to say it will be resolved (if it will be rectified at all) and it has been ongoing for approximately 4 weeks.They kept telling me that "whats app" is a third party app, and there is nothing else they can do to help. Interestingly when I use vodafone or EE sim cards, I have no issue with making call via whats app. I am honestly shocked with how poor the customer service is at this company! I have been with Tesco Mobile nearly 10 years now, and everytime there has been an issue their customer service has been really poor. However how they handled the whats app issue has been appalling. Due to whats app issue I have attempted to leave Tesco Mobile but they have told me I would have to pay £240 for leaving before my current contract runs out. My curent contract runs out in December 2020 (I have four contracts), I will be moving to a more reputable service provider.

Ongoing customer service problems following a wrongly sized case being sent and a sub-standard cover. Go customized have implied that the model year of my iPad Air means the dimensions may not be accurate and their products may not fit exactly. Funny how there was only one iPad Air available at the time I ordered!!! Air 2 has only just been released. Even though I ordered an Air case, they sent me one for iPad 2/3/4 - 3 and 4 are 6mm wider than 2! Rather than offer me a refund for the wrongly sent case they told me TO BUY another case in the correct size. They thought offering a 35% discount would be acceptable. THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS UNBELIEVABLE. I've told them I will leave regular reviews until I get a FULL refund. The longer they take, the lower their star rating, so you may see a few more of my reviews. Funnily enough, last time I said that, I got a quick response.

Terrible service. I bought 2 floor standing speakers on auna website. Almost 3 weeks and 15 phone calls to them, still cant sort things out with them. After around 10 days and 5 phone calls (as they lost my order, somehow) I received one speaker, damaged in transit. Second arrived the next day. I called them around 10 times now, to arrange replacement, nobody sims to be interested at all. So, £181 paid 3 weeks ago and I have 1 working speaker. Very unprofessional approach to customers

CROOKS I WOULD NOT ADVISE USING THIS COMPANY!! Had I read these poor reviews before placing my order, I wouldn't have used them. Everything I've read has come true. I placed an order the same way I would with any other online company. They send you a receipt email at the time of ordering and then a processing email including a tracking number a day or 2 later. The tracking number is fake. Although they say it will take a few days for it to become active. It doesn't. At no point has this number worked. A month and a week later and no item or refund. Currently they claim the courier (Royal Mail) has collected and they are unable to contact the courier to arrange a return. Madness. Two weeks ago they agreed to refund me in 1-3 days. The refund never arrives. I'm taking legal action to recover my refund and fees. All I wanted was a pair of headphones for my exercise. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS AND ENERGY

this company got sent my iphone XR to replace the screen but it seems like they have replaced my camera with cheaper parts that have resemblance to an android . i am very annoyed about this considering i did not want cheaper parts put into my phone. my camera and speaker now all of a sudden have a blue light and my speaker is no longer fully black.

Very poor experience and won't buy again. I bought a Nikon DSLR from Camera Jungle, paid fully and was sent a "bogus" DHL tracking number.... The Camera was not delivered and they say they are "investigating" DHL. That was weeks ago and still No acceptable solution offered: Shocking experience

All the great reviews I had read about GetTech where spot on, I ordered my pre-owned Samsung galaxy s9+ at a very reasonable price, I was advised that there may be some signs of wear and tear as it was pre-owned, when I received my phone (by very fast post) I was amazed by the condition of the phone, it was like I just bought a new phone ( not a single buff or scratch to be seen), I would highly recommend GetTech for an absolute bargain of a phone and the best of all is it comes with a 2 year warranty for piece of mind. SCAM, not shipping orders I have made an order, but did not get any receipt or confirmation. When I checked the order status on their webpage it was not shipped after a whole week since the payment. They ignore my emails too.

I was looking around online for a good supplier to buy my 'The Light Velvet 2' LED Softlight and so glad that I discovered Eastwood Sound & Vision. I have ordered a few items now from Eastwood and the quality of products is great and so is value for money. Having said that I am always disappointed with the delivery service, I understand that there is a free service however I order a new Atomos Assassin on Wednesday evening hoping that it would be delivered by Friday only to find out that I won't have it until the following Monday. I live in Northern Ireland and find this extremely frustrating and a real let down to what is otherwise a great service. I will be shopping around more in the future because of this.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are Scammers! They charge you more than agreed (that's right, they send you an invoice then take more money from your card), they don't send any items, they don't answer to emails. Then after spending months of trying to get in contact with them they don't refund you the full amount. I can't stress enough DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

They are indeed scamming people. Once a legitimate company, now in liquidation (they have no money) so they are still taking peoples orders, pretending to be open as usual but they are not. Our company have reported them to the EU fraudulent commission, our company banks are contacting this 'fake companies' bank for refunds, and I have a contact in the Dutch police whom is privately investigating the situation.
