Ordered a 77mm white balance filter cap on the 18th it arrived on the 19th. Wow were my initial impressions. Then i inspected the order. One filter ring no white balance lens cap. Emailed them numerous times. Tried phoning told the system was down. Still have had no joy speaking to an adult. What i cant beleive is the product comes in a see throug bag. So didnt they inspect the order before they sent it out. Or did they know it wasnt complete. Beggars belief. I do know one thing. From this experience i would not order anything expensive from them as i couldnt guarantee that i would be able to speak to anybody.

I bought a previously owned Sony HVR-V1U professional video camera from One Quality In January 2012. Ordered their R4+2GB memory on Nov 24th.. They said it was shipped on Nov 25. Last email from them after complaining stated that there is a 2 week delay. But another reviewer who placed an order 1 week prior to mine is still waiting. Now the night before Christmas Eve and nothing in the mail. Yet their web site states that if you order from them using express by early December that it should arrive by christmas. Sent 2 emails asking for updates with no response in the last 2-3 days. Their web site as of late is up and down like a co-ed toilet seat. It is now New Years Eve and nothing in the mail yet. I have talked to Paypal and they said to give them until the end of the 1st full week of January to see if the package shows up. If it doesn't, then they will have to get involved to see how immediate the problem is fixed and possibily get in contact with all customers who ordered within my time period to see if they have received their packages. Will keep you posted. Update... January 7, 2010.. Finally received the package after 6 weeks of waiting.. Testing in the next day or so to make sure everything works.

I wasn't able to change delivery address or pick the mobile phone up from the depot, so had to take day off work... Emailed your company and got no reply.. Also it wasn't made clear on your site that the p40 plus can't get Google and app sore on it... I've just had another look at your add and I can't see anything warning customers of the no Google and app store!!! ordered a small indoor antenna. I arrived in three days. Could not get it to work properly. Made six phone calls for technical support. No one ever returned the calls. Requested a return and they granted it saying in their letter to return it to lava electronics in Ontario California. I sent it there and they claimed I was supposed to send it to Texas. The letter clearly states to send it to Ontario California. Still waiting on a refund. I call antennadeals and no one returns calls. You can only leave a message in an automated system sends you a text message. I even responded to the text message and heard nothing back. Horrible company to deal with. They are tied into lava electronics in Ontario California, but live electronics won't claim any responsibility for what antennadeals does. It seems to be a game they are playing. They are expecting people will get tired of pursuing them. Highly recommend not purchasing anything from them.

Product did not meet my expectations so the product was returned. Followed website instructions, received RMA #, packed and shipped in original materials. Shipped on January 7th, 2020, product was received in Texas a week later but no refund. Emails, phone calls all unanswered. If the product you order does not work for you I would just give it to someone else to use because it is doubtful you will ever get a refund from this company.

I sent in my 60gb ps3 on 7/14/2015 got it back on 7/21/2015.These guys know what they are doing,and they do it very professionally . excellent communication easy written instructions for shipping the unit out to them.The only thing that I wished I could have had done besides the reball service was the fan upgrade for $39.99.,but they didn't have it on their website at the time . overall I'm extremely happy that I got my ps3 fixed works like a dream, and the fan runs whisper quiet with an occasional ramp up from time to time not like the fighter jet sounds that it did before it died on me.If you are seriously thinking about getting your ps3 fixed these are the guys I would take it to no one else. Five stars all the way.

RSOLPC.com, also called PS3RepairShop.com, repairs Sony Playstation 3 (PS3) game machines. PS3s are subject to the Yellow Light of Death (YLOD) and related problems due to thermal stress over time. This is often fatal, but RSOLPC claims to be able to repair about 85% of these machines using the "reball" procedure -- resoldering the graphics processor. If that fails, there's still a chance of a temporary fix by "reflowing" the solder on the whole board to give the owner time to recover data before the machine fails permanently. In my case, the reball procedure failed, but the reflow succeeded, and all the data, including copy-protected game states were recovered. (The copy-protected data can be uploaded to a Playstation Network account.) A few points worth noting: * RSOLPC is very clear up front about the costs and likelihood of success. * They stand behind their work. The repair is guaranteed for 90 days, and if the reball procedure fails, they credit back the repair cost ($99), and will attempt a reflow. * If the $49 reflow fails, they reduce the charge to a $12.50 diagnostic charge + $12.50 return shipping. * They take great care to preserve the data and system settings. They ask whether you want the PS3 firmware updated or left alone (PS3 "updates" tend to reduce functionality). They return the game disk that was stuck in the machine when it failed. They even transfer data to a USB Flash Drive that they provide as part of the service. * They keep you informed of the state of the repair via emails. They will respond to phone calls, and they went out of their way to help me correct my mistake when I gave them the wrong ship-to address. * The work was done on schedule. It took a couple of weeks for the whole process. If you are stuck with a broken PS3, RSOLPC provides an excellent service for dealing with the problem.

After having a number of antenna companies come and quote our problem in Brisbane, with getting Network 10 and ABC, I believe I'm experienced with the variety of service that's out there. After sending an email through the website on Sunday evening, I received a call early on Monday, from Lara (in the office), letting me know that there may be a spot open that afternoon after 12.00 pm. However, with inclement weather I received a call at 12.01pm letting me know that the technician, would not be able to come, and whether we could reschedule to 8am next morning, which was fine. I received a call at 5.30 pm on Monday re-confirming the booking At 7.55, I received another call, letting me know that the technician was caught in bumper-to-bumper traffic and would be there by 9 am. (I checked the road alerts and this was the case). Tony, the technician, arrived at 8.35 am, and went about sorting the problem, he climbed into the ceiling space, onto the roof (of the 2 storey house) and checked the antenna ports in the house thoroughly (whereas the others had given the roof a cursory glance from below, checked one of the ports and suggested an amplifier power supply), and ascertained the problem, solutions etc. Quote written up, job completed 2 hours later. Full HD, no pixelation and all channels.

We could only book between 12-4pm (a long time to wait), but our technician Jerry was fantastic. He took his time, got on our roof, checked our current antenna signal with his signal reader. After all that, found a faulty splitter device in our roof. The cost was much less than a new antenna which I was quoted by others. Jerry was a gentleman as well, very polite and friendly!!!

Cost me £7 to send phone as the packaging they sent meant it was not free if I wanted any postal insurance only found this out after queuing at post office for 30 minutes. Quoted me £178 ended up with a payment of £107 for a tiny scratch on screen and wear of paint on fingerprint sensor on back of phone which is a known thing with this phone. No free returns so had to cut my loses as it had already cost me to send it and not prepared to pay more for it to be returned. Then to add to it I got bumped a fee on Paypal. If I had known this I would have chosen a different payment method. No transparency. Do not use!

two starts for the offer and the promise to deliver within 2...3 days. product has been purchased, the payment immediately taken. Delivery pending. Until today no feedback about the delivery status. One feedback assume it will be send out soon, no respond to other 4 contact trials. Connectivity by phone - nobody answer after plenty trials I give up. I cancel the contract and ask my bank to refound the money - thats advantage if you pay with credit card. Its my first experience with Cleverbuy - and its a NOGO, worst I ever experenced from hundreds of orderings through Internet.

A first class service from Chris! I rang up this morning after contacting numerous other companies who had quoted a 5-7 day turnaround to fix the same problem with my son's PS4. As you can imagine that wasn't an option in school holidays! Chris told me to bring it in at 4.30pm and that it would be fixed and ready for 6pm the same day. Sure enough Chris called me at 5.45pm to say that it was ready to collect. Amazing service ... would highly recommend. Game Console Repair Centre is one of Birmingham's hidden gems. Thank you Chris.

Chris was extremely helpful when dealing with my Xbox One X. He diagnosed the issue as a manufacture fault and wrote me a technicians report which helped in exchanging it for a new one. His knowledge and advice was extremely valuable and would recommend him to anyone.

I had booked for 3 courses and was able to complete only 1 and I agreed for one of the course for the company to give me the course material and would learn myself that also didn't happen (Pix4D). Thermography course got cancelled but no communication regarding the same. I had problem with matrice 210 RTK. The RTK base station I gave it to be tested but they couldn't test as they didn't have a 210 to pair it to. The software they updated and still doesn't communicate with the drone. I have my system in India and every time I can't afford to take it back and forth to UK.

I bought these items because I was given a promo code for $50 because one of your products (portable dock for Nintendo Switch) ruined my Nintendo Switch console by frying the charging circuit. It took Nyko 2 months to replace my console and I then had to re-contact them to get my old console back so that I could transfer all my data to the new one (which also had my copy of Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild inside, by mistake), so yes, you did rectify my problem, it just took you longer than I had hoped. Well Done.

I called them for an estimate and they were so good. The estimate was given fast and easy. I've heard they do the best repairs on all makes and models of digital cameras. I was so happy after talking to them and they explained everything to me. The price was the best I found. I picked Royal Cameras Service from Google search for Minolta Film Camera that needed service. I did not know anything about them, just intuitive feeling. I trusted them with my Minolta X700 that needed electronic work. My intuition paid off. The camera came back in excellent shape and the shutter is working. If you are looking for a compact camera for indoor photos, especially indoor portraits of babies/kids, the Sigma DP2 is perfect as it has a 35mm f2.8 fixed focal length lens which is a fast enough prime for artistic shots of family members. For more landscape type photos the DP1 is a better choice as it is a wider focal length and f4. Both blow away pretty much any other compact camera on the market right now. The sensor in this compact camera rivals that of pro level DSLRs, so the noise level is very low. Can't recommend this line of cameras enough.

I would say this camera is good for DSLR users who want a compact when they don't want their "real" camera. This camera is too complicated for the average point and shoot user.

Sticker looks and fits very nice on my drone. Only took 3 or 4 days to get, but it would have been fine if it had taken a month. Not life or death to have as I already had made a sticker from a label maker. Did not expect the extra stickers either...nice touch.

I ordered a product back in December 2013 from spygadgetonline.ca, based in Quebec, Canada. The wrong product arrived a few weeks later and it was Cash payment only (my mistake!). I emailed to tell them I received the wrong product and next steps to get the right one and received an email from Gabriel M saying they would send us a mailing label and instructions with the right product. This was back in February and I have heard nothing since. I have emailed them every week, nobody answers the calls yet they are super quick on the Live Chat Agent via website (when they think you are looking to order!). I was then told to go on the French website and speak to the Manager for resolution but they would not give me a name or number. I am back to their so called Customer Support and Gabriel M and getting nowhere. Does anyone know who to lodge a complaint with in Quebec as I hear the BBB does not cover Quebec? DO NOT USE SPYGADGETONLINE.CA. It is a complete Scam!

I order a USB Phone recorder with them. I receive the recorder after less than a week but i had problems with the installation. I let them an email and got a call the same day from a tech support and he helped me to use the recorder. Now everything is working great and i am really happy about this recorder.

Ordered Bracket 24th of April. It's now 29th of June. No bracket. Phone doesn't even ring when I call, though they never answered in the past anyway. No response to emails. Another Covid Casualty?? Save your money. I was trying to give local business a chance rather than amazon. Lesson learned. Only cost 20 quid for the lesson.

I wish I could do zero star. One of the worst customer service I have experienced. I have a Sony TV which needs special wall bracket as the back of it is not flat. I typed in the TV model and there is one bracket that is especially for that TV, I was very happy so ordered straight away. It wasn't cheap, about £30 with delivery charge. But when came to installing it, the bracket shape and the holes on the back of the TV don't match at all. So I contacted customer service, a guy called Lee responded that I actually need a different bracket for this TV which is priced at £60 and a £15 Sony screws set. So I said right if I order those ones instead, can they give me free return for the £30 one as it's not my fault they provided incorrect information on their website. Lee replied no' because the measurements are all on the page I should have checked before I buy. Seriously?! What's point of putting TV models on the page if they are totally wrong?? Then I realised this is probably how they con people, in this case making me spend £100 on a TV bracket. Needless to say I'm never buying on their website again and will warn all my friends to stay away from them.

We have called Trueies for some CCTV camera solution. They have sent an tech guy at our office. He evaluated the location and returned back in the evening with all CCTV device and other required accessories. Within 1 hour he installed 4 camera and informed me about the process of operating and technical info. After 6 days the camera got some issue, so I called them. Their technician visited the next day and solved problem. I will definitely recommend Trueies to my colleagues and relatives for their good service. Keep up the good service.

Not sure what to do here.....I placed an order with PS2Cover on the 3rd of March 2008... they have never taken the money from my card, nor have there been any fraudy withdrawls, nor have I rec'd my product!!! I have sent 10+ emails so far and have gotten no response. Does anyone know if they are even still in business?? I was referred to an email address [email protected] when I pretended to pay using paypal. I sent an email there just now and will wait to see what happens.
