I had to have Verizon come out to determine why I was not receiving the speeds I was paying for. After many tests by a supervisor on site and several NEW modems, it was determined that my original modem was defective. They explained that because the gigabit technology is still so new, this is common. Great company and service before the purchase but going through the return process is starting to become a pain. I have already reviewed the company on other sites as well so that future customers are aware of how this company operates once they have your money.

I bought an Arris Gateway Modem (Router/Modem Combined) since I wanted to waive my rental modem fee on Comcast. After waiting 3 months, my rental fee was still being charged. I contacted Comcast and they told me that the modem I bought from OwnYourOwnModem (OYOM) was in fact Comcast-owned. I immediately contacted OYOM and they said they would refund my modem only if Comcast could provide documentation proof in writing. I contacted Comcast's customer service several times over 3 months and no one could provide the proof I needed. Instead I wrote to Comcast's corporate offices and they were finally able to put me in contact with an agent that could actually find the documentation proof I requested. I submitted the proof to OYOM and in a few weeks they sent me a replacement. However, it was not the single router/modem that I purchased. Instead they shipped a separate router and modem. I found this unacceptable and instead requested a refund. I returned the Comcast-owned modem and the 2 separate router and modems to them. Before I received my refund, I wrote and received numerous emails repeatedly requesting tracking numbers and information about my original order. I was finally paid nearly a week after OYOM received my returns. Early in this experience, I requested my invoice and order number. Customer service responded that they do not keep invoices beyond 6 months, so I never received one. To me this is a questionable business practice. The biggest complaint with OYOM customer service is that they do not have a phone number if you have an issue. They only way to contact them is by email. The problems I had with Comcast and OYOM took 10 months to finally resolve. OYOM did refund me for the total amount I was charged 10 months earlier. Of course, I never got compensated for the time and hassles I had to go through just to get a simple refund. Isn't it interesting that when you get to OYOM's website, all 90 customer reviews have 5 stars???

I actually thought I finally found the perfect website I am looking for So we were asked by our professor to research on the current issue about our environment and as we all know we are dealing on many. I thought it will be easy to research on this as per the rate our environment is going I bet it is a hot issue. I was right it is a hot issue but it isn’t easy to research. Why? Here is why! There are many frauds out there like this website. I totally wasted my time reading on their articles then I got nothing. Nothing! Their articles are totally not connected to each other. Everything is outdated and every article seems to be lacking some evidence, it looks and feels like everything were all made up aside from each are all unfinished. It actually took me a day reading on them with my hopes high that I could get something from the, but I ended up thwarted because everything was nonsense, yeah I am confident in saying this is a fraud. The best thing I from reading on them is that I learn not to believe everything on the internet and in websites that appears to be legitimate. So I decided on researching on how to spot a bogus website and I will share them with you. Uses an incorrect URL, if you are used to going to your bank via a regular address and the address of the site you land at is not the same name, you can be confident that you are not at the real site. Always double check to make sure that the site address is accurate. You can also hover your mouse pointer over a link in the email to verify that the link is directed to the same site that the email came from. Asks for banking information, a real bank would never ask for your bank account information or your debit card and PIN numbers via email. Be wary of any email or site that asks for sensitive information (such as your social security number) that is beyond your standard login. Uses a public Internet account, before you click on any link sent to you by email, take a look at the sender’s email address. If the email is from a public account, but claims to be from your bank or other business, do not trust the email. Moreover, do not trust any email or website that asks you to “confirm” sensitive account information, because this is surely a scam. You should also make sure that any email claiming to be from your bank includes your given name in the message, such as “Dear William Smith,” instead of “Dear Valued Customer.” Real banks address messages to you by name as a way of confirming your relationship. Includes misspelled words, if a bank asks you to log in to your “acccount,” this is pretty good clue that you’ve stumbled upon a phishing email or fake website. Real companies have staff checking the accuracy of emails and website, and a mistake like this would be caught before it was sent or published. If you see a misspelling or a misuse of the company name, look for other mistakes and clues to confirm your suspicions—and don’t enter any of your personal information on the site. Is not a secure site, legitimate e-commerce sites use encryption, or scrambling, to help insure that your payment information remains safe. You can see if a site uses encryption by looking for a lock symbol in the browser window. Clicking on the lock symbol allows you to verify that a security certificate was issued to that site, a sign that it’s a legitimate, trusted website. You should also check that the address starts with “https://” rather than just “http://”. Do not enter payment information on any site that isn’t secure. Displays low resolution images, scammers usually erect fake sites quickly, and this shows in the quality of the sites. CXT Software has worked out great for our local delivery division. Once we learned how to create different rate charts for each customer the billing process is almost automatic. Our dispatchers love the dispatching procedure, our drivers work well with the program on their phones and our billing department is extremely happy with the time saving billing. We are very happy with this software and we don't even use half of the possibilities they offer.

I purchased a license of DJ Music Mixer more than a year ago, then I upgraded my pc to Windows 10 and had to reinstall some programs including DJ software. Then the license did not work due to security reason (avoid piracy and using on a different machine). I sent Program4Pc a message and they reset my activation code within 30 minutes, yes it was only half an hour. I really amazed how fast they act. Happy with my software and will recommend it to everyone who need their software.

I purchased iSkysoft Data Recovery for Mac (V 2.4.0) because my computer recently crashed and I lost a lot of files, including some password (will never store on computer again)...So, when I finally got around to running the "Recovery" program the first time all it came up with was what is already on my HD. I wouldn't call that much of a recovery, would you. So i let it go and a couple of days later I ran each of the options in the order suggested .. My computer crashed while the "recovery" was running and I had my basic "brick" again, which took me and a lot of Apple techs to get up and running. And again I lost the files i had been able to put back together..Some recovery! I would like a refund for a number of obvious reasons, but the first person I spoke with online kind of blu me off. Am at peace now with the loss of so much personal info..but as they say "Buyer Beware" I sure will check out anything before I download it again. Regards to all you scammers online, Elise Rexinger

Itemcycle gave me the most value to trade in my iPhone 6S (I checked eBay, Glyde, and Gazelle to name a few), they even promise a same day payment for the item which I received in my PayPal within minutes of them receiving the iPhone and they even covered shipping and PayPal fees. I employed Manorwood Conveyancing (Point Cook) to do the conveyancing for a real estate transaction. I found them poor in so many areas. They didn't follow up special conditions that were part of my contract, in fact they ignored emails here until my time constraint had passed (didn't look after their client here). I was passed back and forth between staff, resulting in one not knowing where the other was up to. I found myself having to constantly ask how the conveyancing was going, with a lack of proactivity on their part. The worst and final aspect was settlement of the property. The other party wasn't ready for settlement. Manorwood didn't tell me until after 5pm, the business day before settlement. And they didn't even call me. I got an email, without a reason as to why it had been delayed. And this was after I confirmed with them a couple of days earlier, was everything alright. Settlement got delayed a further 2 times by the other party. And I found myself having to constantly ask why and when would settlement be. Unfortunately, I found Manorwood to be extremely lack lustre here, as they just came across as not wanting to keep me informed or telling me what was going on. When settlement did go through, they didn't even call me, after all the hassle and inconvenience (I had to postpone so many things that I had organised with the house). I found out from my bank first that settlement had occurred, and an email finally from Manorwood. Considering they are costlier than the average conveyancer, their services should be of a higher standard. Next real estate transaction I will be using a different conveyancer and don't recommend them.

I did an intro course online which was poor and then attended Power BI Beginner and Intermediate in Melbourne. They know their stuff. Excellent training, knowledgeable trainer, neat format and their take home resource was well put together. I booked with these guys as I saw the training dates and status on the website. My only criticism is the coffee but hey I was there for the training and that was the main thing.

Apple has stated for years that it would upgrade to 64 bit OS. MYOB knew for years that AccountEdge Pro was outdated software, but sold it anyway. MYOB initially said it would provide an upgrade for Accountedge Pro customers. MYOB has since reneged on this commitment and abandoned AccountEdge Pro customers. Zero motivation to buy next accounting software from MYOB.

The support I received today from 1Password Support was first class. I was moving my Solo account to a Family Account and was anticipating navigating some sort of opaque technical maze. They replied promptly to my ask for help and were courteous and patient throughout the experience. The instructions were clear and easy for me to complete and I was well supported by a professional 1Password Support Agent (aka Peaceful Happiness Warrior). I was anticipating a lengthy process but we had the whole thing wrapped in less than 30 minutes. A very good experience and one that will keep me connected to 1Password.

Our agency operates in a unique fashion in that we have a large sample inventory with several hundred thousand dollars in value. We have 8-10 salespeople with free access to these samples, delivering them to specifiers all over the region. Prior to implementing tracking with EZOfficeInventory, we would regularly lose track of samples until they were obsolete, losing their value in lost opportunity. We were fortunate to have an intern find and implement the system and it has changed our sample warehouse from a necessary evil to an outright blessing. Even our very busy salesmen can keep track or the inventory, add new samples, exchange samples in the field and still keep track of its location. We've all been very impressed with the simplicity of the system and the tools it provides to assess the true cost and value of our sample inventory. I would have given a 3.5 star or Good review, but the option goes from average (3) to great (4), so left it at 3. My experience with FatBit has been very good, I mean, the price for the software is excellent, and the system is really good, their people are nice and usually reply in a few hours or less. So...why 3.5 stars you might ask? Well, I would say that there's a bit of "hidden costs" if you would call it, you get 10 hours of support for 1 year for free, however, these hours are fast consumed without you even knowing. Before I mention some examples, just know that 2 to 3 hours will be gone just for them to install and test your system. Example 1: if there's a bug in the system, they won't deduct the hours they take to fix that bug from you...HOWEVER, they will take some time for communicating about this bug...weird I know. Example 2: let's say you see a word or phrase that is not translated the correct way...again, they don't deduct the hours they take to fix that, BUT, they will take some time for communicating about this. So at the end, in essence, they ARE taking your time to fix a system issue, so the 10 hours are not really totally yours. SO.....Would I recommend? YES, for sure, just be cautious and clear about the post support, if not, it can get very expensive, very soon.

Lyuda R is the best Rep for FieldEdge. The most important thing with FieldEdge is who take care of you. We are with FE over 2 years we had hard time in first to complete or need what we want because of support service. As we go FE improve a lot technical and service support. Right now is much better then was before. Also our Rep Lyuda doing GREAT JOB I'am very happy and impressed how she take care of our needs. Other things: I like simplicity of using FieldEdge and as you know how it works. Price for software compare to the others is good so this was a huge impact to make a final decision. You cant do anything after completed. Change notes, change payments. I think it will be beneficial if there be some kind of the Administration account just in case.

We implemented FIIX (Maintenance Assistant back then) about 2 1/2 years ago. We have worked diligently to get all of our assets into the system and to convert all of our Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance records to this system. It is so much easier and less time consuming if you put the effort in up front and get the results you need. We now use this system for all of our Maintenance KPI's and are ready to move on to new features and modules. This is the best Maintenance Management software system I've ever used.

I use fiix for a 2 man maintenance crew for a 245 unit condo community. I've been using it for 4 years and have developed a good history of work to each unit and repeat issues. This will help us develop a preventative maintenance program.

Battery replacement for iPod Touch I took my son's iPod Touch into Fixmybrokenmac and they booked it in within a couple of minutes. There was a slight delay in the repair, but this was due to cracking the screen during the repair process and they had to order in a replacement screen. This was done at no extra cost and was explained fully when I collected. I would certainly recommend for any Mac/iOS repairs

I recently decided that I wanted to get into creating logos for bands/artists which is when I found fontbundles.net. I needed some fonts so I could start making logos, so I bought a bundle and shortly after purchased a singular font as well. As I was looking at the fonts, I saw that they came with a "premium" licence which covers me for "commercial use" which was essential because of the intention of using the fonts in logos for bands/artists. Once purchased, I noticed a rather odd clause in their premium licence not permitted list, which read: "Using products downloaded/purchased from us in TV, film, music video, or any other broadcast production". I was very confused by this as this is what I would consider standard "commercial use". With my intention of making logos for bands/artists, it's quite probable that clients will use them in music videos. I then look into it more and after corresponding with the website it was clear that I would have to purchase a further licence, a "corporate" licence. This didn't make any sense to me as the use of the fonts in a music video clearly isn't corporate use, but standard commercial use. I then find out that a corporate licence is an extra $104 for the font that I wanted to use. After this I contacted the creator of the font that I wanted to use and asked him to clear things up. He replied saying that I would need to purchase an "extended" licence off of him for $49. This started alarm bells as I was quoted $104 previously. It was clear that fontbundles.net were trying to con me out of an extra $55. I contacted fontbundles.net asking for a refund as I was unhappy that they were trying to scam me out of money, they replied saying no. I do not recommend fontbundles.net at all.

I've been using FreshService for over three years now and it has transformed my team's ability to serve our customers. Before Fresh we went through a home-grown solution and two other major competitors. We could never find a tool that would track everything we cared about and not be so complicated that it got in the way. Fresh strikes a great balance of power and design. We can get fancy with automation and still have a nice clean interface. We started as a team of 5 using the tool and we've spread to over 60 agents. I've built out queues for teams all across the company. It's a great tool and the value it gives us has never been found in anything else we've tried. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We have been using Freshservice for almost a year now and continue to be very satisfied with both the product and the support we receive. In fact, the support is the best provided by any of our IT suppliers, without a shadow of a doubt. New features are rolled out regularly and the users are listened to. We currently have 7 support agents that have no complaints about using the software, which is very unusual. The layout and functionality makes you want to use the product as you know that your life as a support person is going to be easier if you do. Is the product perfect? No, no product is or will ever be. The best that you can hope for is that the developers and the company itself are trying to make it the best that they can. Freshservice seem to be on this track. Invest in Freshservice and they won't disappoint you.

Re: On-boarding and support so fa: 30th July 2018 My experience working with the Team at HIPPO has been a good one so far . We had a the small issue with the system where the Parts were being linked to the wrong machine and i would have like it to be sorted out a bit faster and kept updated a bit more so that i would know what was happening but i know they worked hard on resolving the issue. Apart from that things have been moving along smoothly and i like the system so far. It is making a difference in our operations.

Was told to bring in a Macbook Air to change from US keyboard to DK keyboard by two separate Humac service agents via email chat. After Apple had recommended I contacted Humac. Got an offer from Humac for changing the keyboard, which got withdrawn few minutes after it was sent, as it was claimed to be an error. The recommendation was to buy a keyboard cover. I was charged for a service fee when picking up the machine without any service being performed on the machine. The service fee was not mentioned by two support agents or the store sales assistance. I signed the paper were that was stated and should have asked, so partly my fault. However not satisfied with the experience which could have been handled differently.

Dave and his team are so incredibly helpful, from helping me with questions I have to talking directly with tenants that have questions. They are super quick to reply and any questions/changes are taken care of promptly. I never have to worry that the ball will be dropped; I know once it's in Dave's hands it will be taken care of. The website features are incredibly helpful. I know the tenants love having a way to pay online, whereas in the past we were only able to accept payment by mail (or in person). The one feature I wish it had was being able to download a report or anything that would make it possible to upload the monthly payments into Quickbooks. I highly recommend Innago!

Honestly, when I first bought this app 3 years ago, it was great! But, with every upgrade it's gotten worse. Leave well enough alone. I'm constantly having issues with the app on my phone communicating with my laptop. I'll enter all of the expenses on my phone and then have to re-enter information in my computer before I send the expense report. Also, I used to be able to take multiple pictures of receipts without waiting for the app to respond and now, I might take 3 or 4 pics before it doesn't accept new pics. I.E, I have to retake them. It's been frustrating that you guys had a great app and now, I am thinking about doing something different.

Over the years, I have been using Roboform with the IE, Firefox, and Chrome Internet browsers. I would suggest trying the free version first and only upgrade if it doesn't cover your needs. It works well for what I need so I have never had to buy the upgrade.
