Apt was clean and the location was excellent, in the heart of the action but quiet at night. Unfortunately boiler broke down on final morning and no-one available to deal with it, information in folder in flat was out of date. We were asked to strip beds before departure, not a problem but the duvet, mattress and super thin pillows that were revealed had all seen better days.

Lovely spacious apartment with quality fixtures and fitting and a very comfy bed, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, easy bus ride to town centre or a pleasant 20 min walk, Marc is a very helpful chap and the welcome pack is a nice touch .

we have previously stayed at Millbrook estate twice before (which is ran by the same people that offer this beautiful cottage) so we knew that when they say their accommodations are 5 star gold they really mean it, however rose cottages is just something very special indeed, walking in it really is home away from home with the attention to detail, cleanliness and personal touches. Then the added luxurys...... A private hot tub , copper bath for two, 3d TV and log burner to name a few, I could go on but you really need to be there to enjoy all its treats. it's just a little spot of heaven, basically if you're looking for complete relaxation in beautiful surroundings being looked after by people that can't do enough to make your stay truly personal... This is where you'll find it..... Rose cottage..... Millbrook estate take your pick.... It's a cut above the rest.

We spent 4 nights at Rose Cottage in January 2020 for our wedding anniversary. We loved the mix of original features and modern features. Bed was very comfy, loved the bath and great to chill out in winter in the hot tub with a glass of champagne. We visited places like Woolacombe and Clovelly nearby, winter walks on the beach, great scenery. Highly recommend!

Day tour of KI was very good, the driver was very knowledgable & gave great information. We had a few intermitent showers on the day, but we got to see all the main attractions. The seals at Seal Bay & Admirals Arch were so lovely to see up close in their environment. Highly recommended for all ages - was a great day.

I spoke with Suffolk Hideaways about the fact that there was zero hanging space for our clothing. This was acknowledged, but nothing was done. Given that we were staying for five weeks (waiting for completion on our house purchase), we decided to purchase our own hanging rails. All other furnishings were entirely packed with the owner's belongings which meant we had to live out of suitcases. Suffolk Hideaways also failed to tell us that there are 4 CCTV cameras in operation at the Lodge. This is a gross invasion of privacy and once we realised they were live, we covered them up.

I booked a two bed two bath suite. I was skeptical because the same suite was not available on any websites. After I booked through you I called the hotel and sure enough, I only had a reservation for a studio suite. Luckily I called or two couples would have been stuck in a studio. I will use your website again to find what hotels have suites but will use your competitors websites to book the rooms.

The breakfast was amazing and the rooms seemed clean at first glance, however, I learned later that probably was not the case when I called in after my stay to learn no one found my grooming case (which was hanging in the closet) nor my swimsuit (which was ******* on the shower rod). I left the ironing board out, so housekeeping would have had to fold up and put in closet, which they could not do without bumping into my grooming case. I can only assume that they either did not clean the room very well, or stole or threw away my items. Either way, the rooms are poorly cleaned or the housekeeping staff are dishonest. Sad to think I have to choose between a dirty room or an insecure room.

Sweetcombe 'Office' has always been very helpful over the years we have used them - probably over 5 years. Would suggest they remind owners to check expiry date of fire alarm batteries. We were disturbed in the middle of the night by a fire alarm going off and discovered it was 3 years out of date.

Have visited Middle Mead for four years now, always home from home, very relaxing, nicely furnished, big garden, sky tv, beautiful village with community village shop, 16th century pub, thatched cottages. Ideal to relax with lovely walks round the village too. Highly recommend.

Having used a couple of other rental companies at the end of 2017 it was refreshing to start booking with Tailored Stays at the start of 2018. We have now done a variety of bookings, monthly, fortnightly and weekly and are now booked in until June.Communication with Mark has been quick and efficient even at short notice we were able to source accommodation when the "Beast from the East" arrived!! I have stayed with Tailored Stays in one week blocks throughout the year through work and am very impressed with their overall service. Accomodation is well above average, great facilities, great value for money and the little extras make the stay that little bit more rewarding compared to the competition. I would also like to add that the staff are very friendly and helpful and are very good at communicating, which is not always a trait that all in the proffesion have. Would highly reccomend to anyone, business or pleasure.

There were just one or two slight niggles but nothing that we wouldn`t want to experience again. Otherwise it was perfect and would recommend Quay Cottage to anyone. Facilities were excellent and the Fish and Chip shop opposite absolutely essential to dear old Porlock Wier. The booking was easy , speedy and welcoming. Very impressive and the Housekeeper easy to contact and very approachable.

Pink cottage Noss Mayo A cottage not for six people three would be comfortable four at a push. Toad Hall cottages management are about as useful as a chocolate teapot. They don’t seem interested in problems the customer has in the rented accommodation. They seem afraid to take issues up with the owners just in case they get dumped for another rental company. Their description of properties on their web site does not match reality when they should make sure the property is in good condition and safe before the guests move in. I believe the place I rented was not marketed correctly, beds were crammed in and there was not enough room or chairs for everyone to sit inside or out. Gaps between main bedroom bed and door was not enough for easy movement. One room had no windows you could open so nights were uncomfortable plus there was no cupboards to hang or put your cloths. Outside had not been looked after, weeds everywhere, debris over the steps, top and bottom terrace which made the steps dangerous to use. So called Laundry room was a mess and a pile of rubbish left in there. It looked like builders' debris had been left under steps to lower terrace garden area. What little garden furniture there was, it was in a poor condition or broken. The pub nearby is a bit noisy but acceptable the pub generator/extractor fan runs throughout the day and night, it is too loud to enjoy the outhouse and can be heard at night in the cottage. It’s a poky cottage for six people. The pub is a good place to eat.

We had a really bad experience with this company and with awful customer care afterwards. We arrived at the accommodation after a 4hr drive with children, elderly family and dogs and found that it hadn't been cleaned, all the beds were stripped, bathrooms still dirty and bins with personal rubbish in. I called them up and they said they would send us to a similar accommodation or we could drive home and get a full refund, which wasn't an option. so we felt that we had no choice other than to accept. But the house wasn't anything like what we had booked. They said to send them photos and they would sort out compensation when the weekend was over. It cost us nearly £600 for the 3 night and we got £80 out back into our account without even checking that we were happy with it and a £40 voucher ( obviously to spend if we booked another £600 weekend ). We called to speak to mangers who were always busy and was supposed to call back twice but never did - just sent us emails saying why that was their final offer. Such bad service and I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. What I asked for was a weekend at the accommodation that we took hours over choosing on an off season time just so we feel we have actually got the holiday we booked but that wasn't offered.

Booked through them 2 days ago and hotel doesn't have a confirmation. Contacted Waylo multiple times and was told different reasons why and that they'd send another confirmation after 48 hours from hotel. I'm still waiting. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience

They help with pre-arrival things like stocking the house in advance of our arrival and Corinne met us at the airport to take us to the villa. We will definitely book again from Wheretostay. I can honestly say that I have never traveled somewhere before where there was literally no issue, no problem with the reservation or the unit not being what was promised. The communication was excellent, the ease of payment and the information on the island was better than anything the tourism board provided. Do yourself a favor and use Andrew for every trip you take.

I would never book a vacation home or appartment through FEWO-direkt. My experience with one of their properties praised as luxurious was truly negative. Apart from the view everything else was dirty, grimy, moldy or defunct. The reviews posted were years old and not up to date. My own review was published but then taken off a few days later. About fewo-direkt.de – the truth On the net I fount the following report in german http://fewo-direkt.blogspot.de/ An owner of a vacation apartment here in Europe wrote in a blog about his experiences as landlord. And he recommended strictly to stop advertising on www.fewo-direkt.de or www.homeaway.com. Because this landlord had been victim of diffamatory reviews on this sites. In the blog the owner also argued that the owner/customer is paying for the ad wherein he will be slandered, blackmailed. Homeaway obtained an injunction from a commercial court, the amount in dispute was set at 60000 Euro ( appr 85 000 USD ) Homeaway argued that this owner - in possession of a single vacation apartment – is direct competitor to homeaway with its 200 000 and more properties and is trying to gain undue advantages at the expense of homeaway. The Commercial Chamber follows the arguments of homeaway and sees the owner of even one vacation apartment as a competitor of homeaway. Although we owners are addressing to the tourists, while Homeaway to us, the owners. While we owners are suffering under false, malecious reviews homeaway tries to gag criticisme and to censure landlords. Later then Homeaway, fewo-direkt.de tries to get the owner to remove his blog on the net and to require the landlord to write anything derogatory about homeaway and even the rentors coming through homeaway. In return, homeaway accepts to remove a single defamatory review published on the ad of this owner. When later malecious reviews are written the owner shall declare on oath that it’s wrong and homeaway will graciously remove this review. No phone or email contact for the owner, but a web form to be completed. Homeaway and their german fewo-direkt.de site makes owners become victims of extortion and defamation. But landlords shall not report over this. Owners should even not write about tenants of Homeaway when this rentors have damaged our properties. Visit the forum as a landlord of homeaway.com. There was a survey of landlords. About 40% of landlords do not want to advertise on homeaway.com again - because of slanderous reviews. And about 80% of landlords are very dissatisfied with homeaway.com, but there have to continue to advertise to all about to find tenants. This poll has been removed, it seems. This is what happened here in Europe. Homeaway arraigns owners when they review homeaway. But the owners ?

Mont Tremblant is a beautiful place. But I had very bad experience specifically with this company. It's my 5th time in Mont Tremblant, I never had any problems. The owners charged extra fees for cleaning the hot tub, because they did not want to pay it themselves. Cleaning the spa is part of the maintenance and customers should not be paying for it. Same with cleaning the cottage. Also, the pool table was missing one ball and I was almost charged for it as well, had to argue that it was missing before we arrived there. Very dishonest! I would not recommend.

Cottage Mont Tremblant Rental - Just great place for summer retreat! Very quite place! It stays on non-motorized lake Gauthier just minutes driving from mount Tremblant. My family and I go on regular vacations to Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada and we normally stay in Hotels. This year we were looking for something a little different and my google search found this Cottage Mont Tremblant site. We decided to try it and never regret of our choice! I thought it was worth sharing.

My family and I have stayed in one of their apartments from July 6 to July 16. Nigrum apartment. Also advertised as Akicity Santos Charm. Ten nights. We are four people. We have paid 1,987.32 euros. Plus 150 euros of deposit that have not yet been returned to us. Plus 30 euros for cleaning. Plus 56 euros of tourist tax. These 236 euros they forced us to give them in hand in cash and they did not give us a receipt. On arrival we found that what was described in the ad as two single beds in one room was a single pull-out bed. It was completely broken. You can't sleep in it. The supposed three beds in the apartment had been converted into a single double bed. Two of us could not sleep in one bed. One of us slept on a mattress on the floor and another on a sofa. We communicated this to Warmrental the first day we arrived before spending the first night. For the first six days he didn't even answer us. After the sixth night out of ten, after threatening him legally, he sent a technician who put some unscrewed planks on the broken bed, pretending that he had repaired it. The remaining four nights one of us was able to sleep in that bed and another had to continue sleeping on a sofa. The apartment also had a hole in the ceiling from which water was leaking. The technician saw it and said it was because the roof of the apartment was broken. But he didn't fix it. He said he would fix it when we left. The apartment drains drained badly. But he did not repair them. He said he would fix it when we left. The terrace was very dirty and covered in dust, although they charge an additional 30 euros for cleaning. We were told that it was due to a neighboring construction site and that it was not their fault. Warmrental has refused to give us fair financial compensation for this disastrous state of an apartment that, due to its high price, had to be in perfect condition.

Bad customer service... We had a booking for one of their properties a villa for four people in August and paid 20% of the final value. When we arrived at the site the property had been double booked by the owner and wasn't available. We were left stranded in high season in a popular place after travelling for 600 km without a place to stay. Warmrental tried to place the blame on us and didn't want to make the refund. They eventually did but against their wish.

If you come to the Gold Coast for a trip, we definitely recommend staying here! The location is great and the view from the room is great! You can see the morning sun, sunset and night view from the room. And since the room has a kitchen, if you get tired of eating out, you can cook! It is very convenient because the supermarket is very close in less than one minute! This is the best room I've ever stayed in my life :)

After paying them big money and traveling with my entire family to the city, I was denied access to the house because they changed their minds. Apparently they messed up the listing and then got to cancel at the last second after my whole family was there. They did not call or reach out, just silently cancelled. I was left with 1.5 hours of calling VRBO to start refund, and left with no place to stay, so instead of a relaxing weekend, have spent the entire time traveling back home with no vacation and just travel time. They should have to pay for MY time!!!! Why is this agency not black listed? VRBO indicated there were other complaints against them when I spoke with them.

VERY DISAPPOINTING. At a time where the world is coming together in support of each other, PADZU is not refunding vacation rentals booked prior to the COVID-19 crisis. Even though it is clear that travel has been severely restricted and Americans are being asked to STAY HOME, PADZU is not falling in suit with other vacation rental companies and offering full refunds for their stays. Do yourself a favor and book from 3rd party companies like AirBnB which recognize the hardship the world is enduring and refunding customers fully.

I needed to book two types of properties and found both contacts to be easy and helpful. Had no problem reserving a property. Easy check in. House was as promised, it was much bigger than we expected. Great layout. My family was very comfortable there. It is also closed to so many amenities! We used the BBQ and didn't have any problems. All around a great place to stay and the property owner was very nice and helpful. Would definitely use their service again.

Not a good experience for me! Booked a suite in Brampton, ON during a visit to my client. The owner of the suite was very harsh to us even we told him that we made a booking from your site. Please take action on such unethical behavior of this seller...!!

The Hotel is situated near a very beautiful scenic view - Food was delicious with good price. It has a lot of variety of beverages and eating stuff. Rooms are big, clean and luxurious.. It was a good experience during my stay.

we have booked caravan holidays on this site for MANY years and have had NO bad experiences, the caravans have all been brilliant and so have the owners, so pleasant and very helpful wherever in the country we have been and this has been varied from Somerset to Clacton and Gt Yarmouth to Skegness and a few more besides. I am in the process of booking again now.

I came down to Miami Beach for my bachelor party. VacaZon arranged a great house for us with all the amenities we were looking for on short notice. They made sure we had access to the house at the time we arrived, and went over everything in detail. Our house was spic and span upon arrival, and the checking our process was painless. We got our security deposit back in full much sooner than expected as well! Overall, I was very pleased with the trip, and VacaZon's willingness to help us find our exact match within our budget! I would recommend VacaZon and will certainly use them on my next vacation.

A salesman named Mark Williams from this company contacted me to pitch their services. I was skeptical, but when he said he would give me a money-back guarantee, I agreed. The deal was that if they did not generate any rentals within 90 days, I would get a full refund of my $199. They generated no rentals, and I have been trying to get that refund for a month. No one returns my calls or emails. So now I have to initate a dispute through the credit card company, etc. They are obviously dishonest as well as ineffective.

Another niche vacation rental website. It's quickly gaining market share and vacation rental properties. It has a super reasonable introductory listing. There are no guest traveler fees and no host commissions making it a great choice for both homeowners and travelers to connect. All communication is direct with the traveler and you can advertise your own websites on it. I listed my properties and got a booking within 3 weeks. The best return on investment out there in my opinion!

This vacation rental listing service is unique. They don't take commissions and nothing to advertise. I got 5 adverts when I registered, only need one though. The back office is really different, a lot of choices and details to choose from in the features section. Avoids a lot of questions from guests, every detail is thought through, like what day is garbage collected.

No listings fees nor commissions makes it very attractive, they only deduct 10 per booking whatever the booking amount. They also certify hosts which I also find good. So much more to write, no time though. GREAT SERVICE!
