This wax works. It does get better if you really clean the bridge/pads well before applying, and then apply a few times in the first hour or so--build a good base coat so to speak. And yes, as others have pointed out, it will wear off and you need to reapply. It's like lip balm or something else topical--it needs touch-ups. Usually I reapply every morning (24 hours). Doesn't bother me--Wedgees work too, but wear out after a couple of months and are UGLY!

I used this product and my nose and lower forehead came out in a red swollen itchy rash and its been three days and I am using cortisone ointment and antihistamine tablets and so far it has not gone. I did not see any warning about allergic reactions and feel I have to put this information out there to warn others.

I ordered Ombre (Blue) dinner set looking at the pictures on their website. When I received the product, I was disappointed to find that the look and finish of the product were not as shown in the pictures. Plus the plates are so heavy themselves and if you place a bowl in it, it is super difficult to hold it in your hands. They refused to return the product on multiple requests, even when I was not happy with the product received. With genuine reasons also they do not except returns which are first of all 'payable'. It was a very bad decision to order something from Nestasia. I have never had any such issue with any of the websites in market.

Ordered a phone case, paid the extra to get “express delivery” 1-2 days. Been a week and half now and still not received my order. Someone finally got back to me to say it must have been lost in the post and they will send another out again with express delivery. Seems poorly run with poor customer service. No offer of repaying the cost of express delivery. Not sure if I will ever receive my order.

I ordered several pieces to update my home earlier this year, they were excellently made, and delivered on time. The pieces have aged really well, and due to the quality of the wood, I was able to remove a couple of small marks by simply sanding down the surface and refinishing as explained on their website. I would certainly order more pieces In the future to add to my collection!

Nothing will bring me back to you. I stumbled upon this website and made a purchase of 4 products. I paid for a 3-5 days shipping because I had to send the products to someone overseas through a friend that was traveling. There was no way to know if the items shipped, on the way etc. I received a thank you message from I guess a customer service representative. I complained to them and after that I got a notification that the product would arrive on Sunday, through UPS. I signed up with UPS for alerts. Sunday came, they shifted it to Monday by end of day. Monday came and they shifted the delivery to Tuesday. Please y'all should work on your services.

Bought vitamins BOGO and thought I only received one bottle, but because they were supposed to come from TX during their insane snowstorm the first place they could ship from was OR. The shipment of the second bottle had trouble getting out, so they had their place in AZ ship me out two more bottles. So, I actually received 3 bottles even though their building in TX was shut down due to the storm. Amazing customer service. Thanks for the extra bottle!

The website claimed next day delivery before a certain time of ordering so made sure I ordered in time. Picked 1 business day delivery at checkout, picked the delivery date - everything was confirmed to me on email - NO DELIVERY WAS MADE ON THE DAY! Chased customer service constantly via email and calls (number goes on voicemail and no one bothers to call back) as the status showed me 1 week ahead for delivery!! How can fresh flowers be in transit for 1 week? Completely ruined my birthday surprise for my mum and were not in the least bit apologetic on it. Cited traffic as an excuse! Ridiculous. I live in the UK and order same day gifts as well, with faultless deliveries. Do not use them if you want a guaranteed delivery. The one star is only justified for the flowers looking good when they reached AFTER my mum's 75th birthday. Wish I had read these reviews before purchase!

For my birthday, my mom ordered potted orchids from New York Blooms, not having read the online reviews, which are damning. The flowers arrived two days late, on their side, and overwatered to the point of having been drowned. We removed the mildewing petals, which were dripping colored water. We repotted the remainder to give the leaves and stem an opportunity to dry out. Unfortunately, they have proved to be beyond salvation. My mom sought a refund, which the company has continued to deny via form email that they send and resend, despite narrative, photographic and video evidence of their failure to (timely) deliver what my mother had ordered, namely an attractive and alive plant. Thankfully, my mom's credit card company has stopped payment; otherwise, I would be taking them to small claims court because I'm so angry about their scam.

I am deeply disappointed in this company! You run an ONLINE business which means your orders are all shipped out. That being said I ordered 2 shirts that were never delivered and instead of just shipping me out 2 new shirts ( which would be tax deductible under losses) u want me to pay for half my shirts again. What lind of business doesnt care about their customers? In a single mother who never buys anything for herself. The one time I do I get screwed because there was a delivery issue. Now I'm out 30 dollars and no t-shirts. How bout u just send me half my money back. In gonna make sure everyone heres about what an awful company you guys are to your paying customers! Awful! You should be ashamed of yourselves taking money and not supplying the goods!. I do taxes so i know this is just poor customer service and has nothing to do with money!

Fabulous addition to my set up, made my working style far more comfortable and focused. Came with everything required (mouse, keyboard etc) and was very easy to set up. This coming from someone notoriously bad at anything computer related. The only thing that i would change was that the charging cable only fits the mouse, whether this was intentional or not i don't know. All in all a good product and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I ordered my first Nightfox product this Christmas for my 9 year old son who is infatuated with military-style equipment. The price was unbeatable for the 119V considering the capabilities offered by the unit, which blew away both of our expectations. Unfortunately, he accidentally dropped the unit the first day he wore them, breaking the head mount. I contacted Nightfox customer care and inquired about whether or not they sold replacement head bands. Customer care offered to send me a replacement band FOR FREE after asking several questions about what part actually broke. That kind of customer service is virtually unheard of these days anymore, so Nightfox has officially found a customer for life. Many sincere thanks to representative Charles for the help!

I never write reviews, but this has been so poor I felt I had to here. I ordered a phone case and card holder on 15th of December. It was intended as a Christmas present so I emailed ahead and asked for the duration of delivery and was quoted 5/7 days. I chose priority delivery ($12) and purchased. By the 20th December the delivery tracking page still stated they were “getting the order ready” so I emailed asking for an update, no response. I emailed again on the 28th of December and the 8th January. I finally got a response on the 14th January saying my delivery would be posted that day and referenced some difficulties with orders. I responded explaining how it was supposed to be a Christmas present and how this service has been unacceptable - no apologies or any sympathy for the situation. Today - 26th January, 6 weeks later, my parcel arrives. Firstly it seems to have been posted from Sweden with the postage costing far less that what was charged. Secondly they are POOR QUALITY products, the card holder is flimsy and bent over in the box, the phone cover feels cheap. Considering the price and wait time this is so disappointing, I would not recommend using this company.

Ordered an expensive item, they charged me, then...nothing. Silence. Zero contact. They didn't answer the phone, they ignored my attempt to reach them on Facebook via their chat page (though it shows they did read my message, they never wrote back), there was no proper voicemail greeting on their phone (big red flag), and they didn't respond to my voicemail. I emailed them demanding a refund, and got what looks like an automated "your order was cancelled" email, but still, no money back. Thank god I used PayPal. I had to open a case and wait a couple weeks for PayPal to review it, decide in my favour, and reverse the charge back to me. Who knows if I'd ever see my money back if I had paid the company directly with a credit card. It felt just like any other fake/scam eBay seller.

One advice, do not order here if you don’t know your exact size and measurements and are 300% sure it will fit you. Otherwise, you are screwed. As they promote they are a ‘sustainable’ brand, they won’t give you any refund whatsoever. They let you pay for your own return and end up giving you store credit. Don’t really understand what they mean with sustainability? Next to that, their sizing is really off. I tried on 3 different sizes, and returned them all. You can imagine how painful it is to be obligated to pay almost €400 for items you don’t have anymore, paid €20 to return it, and also with no intention to order from them again. Feels a like robbery.

Overall, I love my nodpod! I use it every night. If they ever make changes there is two things I would like to see, first offer different weights. I personally would like one that's slightly heavier then what they currently offer. Second, I wish they could figure out a way to have the nodpod stay cold a little longer, I store it in the freezer but the cold only lasts about 10 minutes. Overall I highly recommend nodpod!!!

Their Quark stabilizer is launched as if it can be used for kitesurfing but the quark can not stand to get in water. Therefore, it is not okay for them to advertise that it can be used for kitesurfing and even sell mounts for kitesurfing. I have had two Quark and both have been broken by being exposed to water :-(

Shipment of my non-custom items was extremely slow. It’s been a few weeks now and I haven’t gotten them even though I requested to get them ASAP and was told they’d be sent immediately. It’s been frustrating trying to get my concerns addressed.

Excellent company, quick postage. For a small company, the prices are very reasonable and the products are all very good quality. Even other brands that are sold on their website are very cheap and I will be ordering again from nonplasticbeach soon. minor parts so there was nothing to ship.Yet the initial delay email said they were missing just one-two parts. All the while even after stating they have no parts and won’t for a month, they still show in stock and taking orders for them but don’t have any parts nor is there any date estimate to get them….hmm sounds fishy to me. They can’t keep their story straight one bit. Now my setup is pushed back an additional month where I’m sure it’s going to be the same lie and same excuse pushing it back another month. This should prove to everyone that these reviews are fake on this product because they’re not even able to fulfill the orders. They knew all along they were out of these parts yet still sold product they never could fulfill. It’s a cut and dry scam. Better yet, you know what they offer for your inconvenience? A measly 10-15% off on a purchase of $50 or more. So they think you should spend more money with them despite them screwing you over once just to do it again. To this day they have offered no resolution or my money back. This reeks of a scam and I will be sure every mushroom grower knows the truth about North Spore. Clearly they’re not in business to help and grow the mycology community. They’re only trying to fatten their pockets and don’t care if it’s ethically done or not. North Spore what you did was illegal and you will be pursued and I invite anyone else affected to do the same. Absolutely disgusting excuse for a business. North Spore is a contamination to the myco world and community, get rid of them before they contaminate and ruin our beautiful myco way because of their greed.

Absolute trash! I ordered a mug intended as a Christmas gift for my husband. It arrived 2 days before Christmas BROKEN. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and I’ve been offered a replacement mug which does me absolutely no good since it took weeks to get the mug in the first place OR a ‘store credit’ for the amount of my purchase. Also not an option because I would never spend another cent with this company for their overpriced garbage from China. Please, run far and run fast from North Wrist.

I ordered three mugs from these company back in early february. It's been almost two months and I have not received any tracking information on my mugs. I sent over 4 emails desperately trying to get somebody to reply to my. Only the first email was answered with a case number assigned to my and nothing else. I will be contacting my financial institution to see if I can get my money back. I wish I had read their reviews before making a purchase. Really the worst company I've dealt with!!

However in February 2021 I placed an order, received a USPS label In March and that was it. Product never shipped. Paid 234.00, reached out to Amex and filed a grievance after 7 month but Not geeks policy Ian no refund. I’m it asking for a refund I’m asking for my shoes. You can steal and not deliver. In addition to my review i posted 3 days ago I must say i purchased my nourish eye cream through my jd Williams account and as soon as i posted my review the nourish customer service team contacted me straight away and have treated me extremely well, I think it was just unfortunate that I had a slight reaction to the eye cream and i hope my review will not deter people from purchasing any products from nourish, i must say again that i have been treated extremely well and nourish have offered and are replacing the cream with a different moisturiser plus some extra samples, at the time I made my original order through jd Williams I was unaware that I could have bought directly from nourish and will be buying from nourish directly in the future, I have felt extremely valued as a customer and i can not thank nourish enough for their excellent customer service. This company is selling fake products. You'll never get your money back from them. I did however get my money back by filing a claim with my credit card letting them know this site is a scam. I sent proof by taking pics of the palettes i got and the real ones and got my money back. You have to let your bank know its a scam because it is.

The owner's business model is designed to give the impression she is trying to help disadvantaged and poor artisans from Mexico. It is allegedly based on "social responsibility/Fair Trade." The short Alas vest is currently for sale at Nova Bossa in Washington, D.C. for over $300. The long Alas vest, over $400. The Bruja Bucket Bag is over $300. How much of that goes to the poor and disadvantaged artisan ladies from Mexico? How much do the master artisans, from Yucatan, make per Bruja Bucket bag from Angela Damman? And the Alas vest from Daniela Bustos Maya? And the Huarache sandals? And the family wood peg dolls? What kind of Health Insurance and Retirement Benefit is provided to these poor master artisans who work at the plantation farm in Mexico day in and day out? What are the hours and working conditions of the "magical farm"? How many breaks, to include lunch, are those artisans allowed to take? How many hours per day do the Mayan hands work? Do they get paid for working overtime? Do they get paid "a time and a half" for working during the holidays? Is the "magical farm," in Yucatan, open to the public to protect business transparency or closed to "protect the integrity of those poor and disadvantaged artisans"? Perhaps, closed to the public in order to protect the "integrity" of Angela Damman's (the plantation owner in Mexico) and Carolina Furukrona's (Nova Bossa owner in Washington, D.C.) source of cheap labor? The box that looks likea Novel concept is cute and I've gifted boxes to bachelorettes and a librarian friend who LOVED it. I did have a small concern the first shipment because the entire name of the company was on the shipping label, but they have fixed that and now it looks like the package is coming from a book company - it says NovelE on the label.

Me and my boyfriend loved the quality of the items in the Evening Tea Time box! Rope was sturdy but material wouldn’t chafe too badly. Blind fold was velvety though a little too small. Cant wait to try the collar and leash!

I've ordered in the past from NovelKeys, and it's been great. The problem I had was when I ordered their keyboard kit, and the board arrived with issues. I contacted them, and they immediately insinuated that it was my fault for breaking the board. I contacted them more explaining myself that I've built several different hot swap boards before and I was careful with the board. I even followed their online video to install the board and they had me take a bunch of pictures and videos. They eventually found the culprit and basically told me "here's how to fix it" which I have no idea how to fix a PCB. If I did, I wouldn't even reach out and fix it myself to save the trouble. Then they told me to wait for new PCB's to arrive so I can order one, again saying it was my fault. This made me feel that all that help, e-mailing pictures back and forth, videos, was just to cover their own self, but not really there to help me. I voiced my frustration in another e-mail, and they told me that there was 'No Way' it can come defective from the factory like that. Because their factories are perfect. Even then, this brings up the question of QA. Like they don't even check their boards before it reaches the consumer. I reached out to some mechanical keyboard enthusiasts to see if they can repair the board. It may cost me more than a brand new PCB, but I was already done with the company, and was willing to pay a little more to have some one repair the board than to give them my business again. The cost of a new board isn't that much. But for them to place the blame on the buyer, that just doesn't sit right with me. I decided to do a dispute with my credit card company since they wouldn't even try to repair the board themselves and just told me to take care of it. Either buy a new PCB from them, or get it repaired. Everything is my fault. Now if I was rough with the board, or if I did something outside of what's reasonable to install the keyboard and break it, okay. I'll take blame. I'll wait and buy the new board because I obviously broke it. My fault. I'll own up to it. But the way they handled this is unprofessional. Placing the blame on your customers reflects pretty poorly on the business. When things are going good, they get 5 stars. They ship your product in good time, and you receive the product without any issue. Sure, but that's the bare minimum of what a business should do: what they're in business for. Selling products, and making sure the products reaches their customers. But when things go wrong, this is really where these ratings come in handy, and it tells the consumer how they really operate. Shortly after, I won the dispute. And what they did right after tells me that they cannot be trusted what so ever. They cancelled my group buy pre-order that I have placed last October of 2020 on a keycap set that's planning to be shipped Holiday 2021. I didn't ask them to cancel the order. They just did it. One can ONLY assume because they're upset that they have lost the dispute. This makes me feel like they're trying to indirectly tell me "If you don't admit you're wrong, we're going to take away your pre-order that you've paid us and have waited 8 months for already". Well they did. That's a very unprofessional move and it seems that if any other issue arise, not only will you be blamed, but they will punish you for calling them out. I was hoping I can continue ordering products from their website (I'll just stay away from anything with circuitry) but now how can I trust them when they can do what they want to your order when one has nothing to do with the other issue.

Brother just got his first of two stents and our beloved cardiologist is retiring.( I make gnomes out of socks) Kelly came up with 'cardio' socks~ PERFECT! I submitted my concern about the toothbrush chew to their customer service in November 2018. It's August 2019, and they still have not gotten back to me despite follow-up emails asking for status. The toothbrush is far from indestructible. Corners of the rubber were chewed off in a matter of minutes, posing a choking hazard to the pup as well we potentially surgery-necessitating GI blockage. They said their R&D department would look into it and get back with me, but they have yet to do anything to make it right. Also, the product took 4 weeks to arrive because it was sent from China. That wasn't disclosed anywhere. This company sucks. Do not support them.

Possible Scam Site. Ordered my dog a toy on 10/7/18. Per the info and receipt, 3-4 weeks shipping. USPS tracking said expected delivery 11/10/18. On that date, tracking says, "in transit to next facility" and has remained that way ever since (it's now 12/8/18.) I've had several emails back and forth with seller, they just keep saying it's in transit. I've asked for my money back or just asked them to expedite another one (at their cost) to replace the one that hasn't showed. They aren't responding to emails anymore. First and only time I'll ever make the mistake of ordering from Nowpup.com and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

A fantastic and well made bag that my 9 year old really liked. I also bought the pencil case and another bag for another child.
