I most recently found my battery dead like I am sure many since it is so hot in AZ! Greg was absolutely kind and patient with me as he explained the warrenty policies for their batteries and of course mine had run out! First of all, apparently the website and physical locations are different companies, yet both use the same website? So if you decide to get a loan online, you won't be able to physically retrieve your funds at any nearby physical location like you can with Speedy cash. Speaking of other payday lenders, Speedy cash and others have a lower interest, so it really doesn't5 make much sense to take out a loan with Check n Go anyhow. Also, this is the first place I've ever done business at who will not take an early payoff, which is VERY dumb. They will make you wait until the scheduled payday. This company really needs to get its $#*! together, perhaps they need a new CEO who will restructure the entire company.

I had some body damage to my 2008 Toyota Camry due to an accident. I took my vehicle to Gerber Collision # 17126 at 19265 N. 83rd Ave. # 105 Peoria AZ 85382. I phoned ahead and spoke to Monica who was very helpful in giving me detailed information about the needed repairs along with more information regarding a rental car while my car was in the shop. I also spoke to Todd who quickly gave me an estimate upon my arrival. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating and made the entire transaction very easy and not stressful. The location of Gerber Collision is also close to my work. I just wanted to let you know that the current staff at this location is great and the repair on my car was done very satisfactory. The Centerton AR Store: Do not do business here. They lied about what I owed on a trial for hotspot after I turned out it back in at the appointed time. When I got a late bill months later, corporate Verizon told me it was the store's job to take care of it. I called numerous times and each time they said they would take care of it and would call me back. Now they are completely ignoring me and not calling me back.

Worst experience ever! Walked in to buy my litter girl Camila a phone on 01/21/2018 around 6pm. She just turned 9yrs old and has been saving her money to buy a phone for over a year. "Nolan" and another sales person that was there were beyond trash, rude, ghetto, and "tried" screwing my family over by over charging us on everything... At this store they charge you a $40 fee to program your phone! Offered us screen savers that I never get for $20 at the beginning, put them on the phone & later told me it would be $29. This is only done at this store & the sales people kept telling me that's how they make there money & how there family eats... If this extra fee is how they make there extra money on the side than disclose that up front not after I sign everything & you port over numbers. Didn't purchase anything last night due to there dishonesty, but realized this morning that my phone was not working because they ended up ringing up the sale just to make there commissions. This place is 110% robbery, and I guarantee you that they do not care about you or customer service. All there worried about is how much commission they can make! Stay away from this place, and make sure to go to a "Real Verizon Wireless Store." There fake rent-a-cop" ended up kicking me, my wife, and three kids under 10yrs out of the store because I was upset that these people we "TRYING" to take advantage of me & my family. Do not go to this store, and if you do make sure "TOLAN" is not the one that helps you. I've spent all day at work talking to verizon tying to get all this mess fixed. At this point I left the store without any merchandize, and my bill went up a little over a $100 a month than it was. The customer service over the phone is awesome especially the transfer program you can even cash a same day check at the ATM. This bank (PNC) is reputable as a decent financial institution as they come. The only complainers are people who don't know how to manage their money OR at fault because they run up an unmanageable debt & that's no fault of any financial institution. My wife and I were tired of being an impersonable "account number" at banks where a fee is extracted just for having money in an account & an exorbitant fee for any activity. We were tired of banks giving my wife the "we only lend to millionaires & you'll never be one" treatment as well when inquiring for a loan for her already established & moderately successful business. The last financial institution before we moved our resources & funds to PNC called my wife's MODERATELY SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS a BUSINESS FAILURE & A HIGH RISK OF BUSINESS CLOSURE. Needless to say, I told the smug banker at the previous establishment those were unwise words. We transferred everything effortlessly to PNC within a week. We each have private accounts, my wife's business account, loan power, our home mortgage...& I have a surprisingly VERY LOW INTEREST credit card through PNC with a rather good credit line. It's all because my wife and I have impeccable credit scores & a reputable business prowess. She will even be buying the building her business is located in through PNC. The local & national teams are amazing to work with & very knowledgeable about any financial aspect. Their finance team is stellar. Best thing is I can monitor everything via ONE app. My wife's business is secured differently (another amazing PNC failsafe) & only she can use a "key" for management, but I can monitor THAT as well as every other account (& I'm a stickler for internet security being I once worked in a computer shop). PNC makes it so simple for my wife & I to partner on everything & for us to partner with PNC! Definitely WORTH checking out if you have time, are extremely financially stable, business savvy & are looking for a good financial institution.

Took my car in with zero scratch marks, came out with scratching all along the passenger side. Tried to resolve with local manager at Boise Avenue location but was quickly dismissed with what I could tell was her pan answer " those scratches aren't consistent with the type of scratches we see". I have contacted the corporate office to see if I can get a better outcome. If I do, I will be sure to repost here the result. It's just to easy for them to not take responsibility for this.

First of all, my bill went up, AGAIN, $22. My bill has gone up every time they sent one out, every 3 months. Then, we moved, and I called to cancel service. The lady told me I'd receive a final bill, and they charged $30 to pick up the container. RIDICULOUS. And I had already paid a portion of my bill, and STILL OWE $59! For 3 pick-ups. I would NOT recommend this business as your trash pick up service.

Your company lost the bid for the city I live in and you charge each residence $44 PER bin for removal? Are you kidding me? Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did you take the money we were supposed to get back for the remainder of our ALREADY PAID FOR quarterly bill, but you add 60 on top of that. Previously they dropped recycling pickup to every other week without dropping price at all. "Thank you for your business". Yea, never, never again. I've never made a negative post about a business before but this was so over the top I felt I have too.

Went to Wind Dix, where I sometimes buy beer. They had one of my favourites BOGO, so I grabbed two six packs. I usually pay $8.99 per six pack so when the clerk said $13.90, I said must be wrong. Then he explained that the "regular" price was $12.99 a six pack,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Jack up the regular price then tell me a lie? Time to go back to Publix.

My winn Dixie is always understocked. Not just sale items. But today I asked meat department about a item, he was to busy hosing down back to even take a look for the item I asked about. I go to Publix and they go out of their way to help and make a sale. Not Winn Dixie. Just lost a good costumer. Pull up my info I used to spend a fair amount of money in your store. I would rather spend a little more and get what I came for. My time is worth money. Can't go to a store and gamble on if they are stocked or not.

Pros: Extended service to me by extending a line to my house in a rural area without charging me extra. Repairs/maintenance were also very cordial. I don't remember the service ever cutting out. Cons: I am unsure if they made me pay my bill twice for the same month. I had my bill date edited with an overdue balance with the promise that I could pay it back any time. The next day they hired a third-party company to threaten me with cutting off my service if I didn't pay immediately. I had no choice because they were the only cable company that would service my area.

1. Terrible customer service follow up! RUN, DON'T WALK in the other direction Typically I would prepare my own taxes as I am a tax preparer and paralegal. Due to some business expenses I had throughout the year I sought advice from what I believed to be a reputable tax service. BOY WAS I EVER WRONG. All I can tell you is this. RUN AS FAST AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN FROM JACKSON HEWITT! I had them complete my tax return, of which I did not receive a complete copy of any of my schedules, I walked away with only a copy of my 1040. I had to wait 5 weeks to download a copy of my "paperwork" from their "server". Good times! I was advised from the IRS that I WAS BEING AUDITED... DUE TO DISCREPANCIES ON MY RETURN. I can only imagine it was due to the perfect job that JH did... However, they do not provide you with a copy of what they send to the IRS. Nice, huh? Like I said, do not place any trust in this tax service. I contacted them to get help. That was no use, either over the phone or in person. I used the Central Florida service affiliates, which are privately owned and operated, I think they believe that they are untouchable and above the law because of this. Jeanette Stiers is the owner of this area and is just awful at providing any type of relief for the customer in any of the Central Florida stores, this is too bad because there is great potential here for thriving business, I still have not resolved the problems that were created in my tax return by JH with the IRS. It is ongoing. Please be advised that you are better off seeking the advise of a trained TAX ADVISER OR USING AN ONLINE TAX SOFTWARE program. The questions I had... I already had the answers... I should have known and filed myself, it would have saved me a ton of grief and money... they charged me 645 for the "service". Again, I am using the Better Business Bureau for resolution. I have not had any luck so far. I will keep you posted with my BBB complaint. 2. If you can... prepare your taxes through the IRS or other ONLINE TAX SOFTWARE... I really should have known better, I could have answered the questioned I had myself. Looked them up online. Called a colleague. $#*!. How dumb! Listen! If you need help with a tax question, do not go to JACKSON HEWITT! 3. if it boils down to you needing a question answered, I will try to help you. Just reply to my post here. Okay? 4. Turbo Tax is AWESOME! It walks you through most of the day-to day tax issues and typically will answer 99% of the questions., only sometimes if you have a small business like me, will you have those quirky questions. (and have to pay for the service... it is worth the 70 bucks!)

I made an appointment online for my taxes & I did not receive a confirmation so I called & found out that at the time I made my appointment - no one would be there & it seemed like no one had any intention of telling me. I then made an appointment for another day & when we were pulling into the driveway I got a call saying that they would not make that appointment either. So I got my taxes done elsewhere. They really only seem to be for walk -ins. Try to make an appointment & you will not get your taxes done.

Their website and email marketing sucks. I received a promo code today via email and went to the site to use it, "No coupon found" is the error I get when entering the code. If this was the first time I wouldn't complain, but, I have never been able to use any promo code because none of them ever work. I have also never been able to order from their site because it constantly logs me off after every screen (for example trying to apply a deal) their programmers need to learn about 'sessions' and is the only site of the hundreds I have used that doesn't like any of my credit cards. I will never order over the phone via credit card because the last time I did (years ago) they helped themselves to an additional $30 tip on top of the amount of my purchase amount and tip I gave them and the manager basically said, "Nothing I can do about it." I did something about it, they lost hundreds if not thousands in business as I ordered pizza for my clients for years from other pizza places and just recently started trying to order from them again. (Only when I have cash on hand). I can hop on the Papa Johns site order anything I want, apply promo codes, and have a pizza within 20-40 minutes, with Hungry Howies it takes 30 minutes just to keep logging into their site.

Do Not Use This Moving Company as they will not take responsibility for there mistakes. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. Here is my experience. Set up for 2 moves and storage for a couple weeks between moves. 1st move moving out of my home seem to go well. Guys seem to move quickly and do a good job. The team that moved me into my home had all the issues from my perspective. Right in the beginning the mover tells me he dropped my tv and he will give me cash not to say anything. Sketchy but I told him the price to replace it and showed him via online and then he said I would have to call a manager he didn't have the cash? Alright stuff happens when moving. By the end of the move we had a broken 55in tv, baby crib destroyed, cooler full of drinks glass bottles all smashed, broken lamps, missing broom, kitchen step stool left on truck and not returned, damaged my front door, damaged the walls walking into my new place, my couch looks like it was covered and slide in a dirty storage unit, and missing my vacuum. Not to mention the mover was telling me about his drug use and how he doesn't like to drink but like all the expensive bottles of liquor I had in a box? Wait you opened my boxes to see what's inside? The mover also proceed to inform me all the issues where the first team because they just threw my stuff everywhere in the storage unit and it took them a long time to load up the truck. I find it suspect it took them nearly 5 hours to move from there storage unit to there truck but only 3 hours to unload into an apartment up a flight of stairs. So I call the manager go over these items send pictures pricing and filled out everything they asked to replace these items. The manager sends me an email some days later and says we will send you a check for $62 and change. I am furious and insulted that I am looking at over a thousand dollars in damage and that was the compensation offered. I expressed my dissatisfaction with that so the district manager called me a couple days later and we had a discussion about it and he would investigate then get back to me next day. It's been 2 weeks no follow up. I would assume they do not care at these point now that they have my money. Do Not Use This Moving Company as they will not take responsibility for there mistakes.

This was the move from hell. The movers were idiots, and they didn't take some of our stuff. They kept saying that they had another job they had to do in NJ. Not my problem. I would never use them again or if anybody I know is thinking about moving, I would strongly advise them to use somebody else.

I only need internet. While other companies charge a lot more, I was able to get internet for $39.99 a month. The staff at the call center were friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me. The tech who came out to run the line was fast, efficient. It's not a huge company, but it services my area. I would never go back to the other local provides now. I can see why the call it WOW!

WOW! Has left a live wire draped across a walkway at my home for over 9 weeks and counting. This is a serious safety hazard. They came out within days of setting up service to begin charging me and said it would be sorted within a week. I've now had to call multiple times and spent over 3 hours on phone calls (mostly waiting to get through and then subsequently waiting for a supervisor to help). I've just had a service call where the tech came at the end of my 3 hour window I had to wait around to tell me "I was sent out to make sure there was a wire - we'll get it taken care of in about 2 weeks". I'm livid and exhausted. What "award winning customer service"? Avoid at all cost.

We purchased three tables and a sofa about a month ago. The sofa is back ordered until the end of May. When the tables arrived, one was wrapped but the other two were not. One of them is chipped. When we called, they made an appointment for someone to come out almost a month later. The day arrived and we were called and put off until April 21. When a decent company sends out damaged goods, they replace the item instead of putting a customer off for 2 months. We will cancel the sofa since it has so many electrical parts; and obviously if they go out, there will be no help from the service department. All of our furniture is from Havertys. The staff in Mesquite is wonderful, what a shame they don't have a decent company backing them. We will now shop elsewhere for our furniture.

The sales person sold us mattress that did not belong on an adjustable frame. We bought all of the warranties and nothing was covered. All of the furniture is complete garbage. Wood surfaces have all peeled off.

Stayed@ the Lexington Inn & Suites in Effingham, IL in August 2014. Good location, room was a little tight for 3 people. Good storage, a small refrigerator would have been nice. The tub/shower was extremely slippery-easily solved w/a bathmat-had to purchase that myself. The breakfast was good, had all the basics.

Took my car in for inspection and was advised it needed repair but as it was a 2005 vehicle they could not get the part. I found the part brought it back to them and then they decided they would need another part before they could repair the first item. Got that part too and THEN was advised AFTER 2 1/2 weeks! Yeah we dont feel comfortable working on this car you should take it to the dealer instead. But hey bring it back and we can put tires on it! - I DONT THINK SO! UPDATE: I received a phone call from a no caller ID number which turned out to be a Training Regional Manager from Mavis. He told me that he had seen the review and so was contacting me. When I mentioned the email from Mavis Customer Service, he told me that his Regional Manager had not received it. He said that he will be checking with the Regional Manager about the situation. I will update here whenever anything progresses--if it does. I had spongy brakes. So, I went to Mavis Discount Tire. For many years, they had been honest and had made many repairs for me. Not true today. I called the day before and asked for an appointment. The man I spoke to told me that he made a ten o'clock appointment for me. When I arrived, I saw that the shop was very busy. All bays were filled and the parking lot was also full. I told the man at the counter my name and that I had a ten o'clock appointment. He looked at his computer then told me that the other man had not written it down. I told him that I would like to come back later because it was obviously busy. He told me that it would be busier later. I wondered how that was possible. After three hours, my car was finally in the bay with the wheels removed. The man at the counter went into the bay area, looked at my brakes then came back to me to tell me that my brake pads were fine and would not need to be replaced. I asked if I could go into the bay area. He allowed me to do so. I didn't bother to look at anything except the rotors because he had told me that the pads were fine and that the caliper needed to be replaced. I believed him. I should not have and I should have taken pictures. My rotors were fine. They had a little rust around the edges but there was no scoring of the rotors at all. They were otherwise like new. I knew from past experience that they did not need to be replaced. After another hour, the counter man said that my car was finished. At this point, I was so tired of waiting that I just paid the bill without even looking at it. I should have looked over the bill and questioned many of the charges but I just wanted to leave there. Later, I received an email with the bill. I saw that the brake pads that the counter man had said did not need to be replaced had been replaced. I also saw that the rotors which I knew did not need to be replaced had been replaced as well. Since I knew that Mavis employees were dishonest, I contacted Mavis customer support. They sent me an email stating that the Regional District Manager would get back to me about the issue. It has now been almost two weeks and he never got back to me. Maybe that is because I told them that I knew that they operated on commmission. I had surmised this by the fact that they trumped up the bill. So, I made an appointment with my local, trusted mechanic. When I spoke with him, he asked me "Why would you take your car there?" I explained that it took three to four days to get into have him look at my car. Then he told me "They operate on commission. You should never take your car there." He explained that he was honest and would never replace something that didn't need to be replaced. See my Firestone blog reasons for spongy brakes image. Rotors and brake pads don't cause spongy brakes. If the calipers were bad, my car would have pulled to one side and squealed when braking. Now I can report them to my state repair shop licensing agency to prove that they are fraudulent. My words of advice: Number one--don't take your car Mavis. Number two: If you are in a real hurry and need to do so, be patient, don't just pay for unneeded repairs like I did. Number three: Bring someone who knows cars and have them look at the "needed" repair before you say yes. Never let them go to town on your car. They will replace everything that they can just to increase your bill. Even tell them that you would like to take pictures before the repair is done. In this way, they will know that you have evidence. My evidence is the bill, the emails, and the Firestone blog image. Number four--when they complete fraudulent repairs, report them to your state repair shop licensing agency.

I bought a different style of fritos, not the regular kind, and found out after I got home they contained MSG! And couldn't even return them because it's a "food" product. Monosodium glutamate has been outlawed in every major country in the world, and most of our states (We're a bit behind in some things (* ʖ̯ *). It's poison! Because it can pass the blood brain barrier it goes straight to the brain and destroys cells. The reason it's still used at all is because it's one of the most powerful flavor enhancers, and that sells product. I really thought better of Lays company before this, and love regular fritos, but when I tried to contact them about this I found out there is no non-fake way to do that, short of going to the library and looking up their home company in The Thomas Register. Thus this review, and no more fritos for me. How sad that for the almighty $ they are willing to poison people!

As a first home buyer I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. It took 3 weeks to get assigned a paralegal who was usually unreachable, could never answer my question or advise what needs to be done. A week before settlement she asked my to verify my ID (you’d think this would be one of the first things) and 45 minutes before settlement I had only received 1 invoice out of 2. I was constantly chasing them up and it was like trying to get blood out of a stone. Horrible service, unprofessional and would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!

Request a domain transfer to namecheap. They facilitate the auth code, but refuse to allow the process to be done manually, based on security issues with no sense.Although the fee has been paid to the new registrar, they keep the expired domain message while refusing to transfer it. They say it is an automated process that will take place in 5-7 days. Today is the fifth day of the request, and nothing. In 10 years working with registrars, I had never seen anything like this.

I had the worse experience with this company, and a loan officer who was very unprofessional, a liar, a manipulator, and DOES NOT LIVE UP TO WHAT SHE TELL YOU. I was referred to this company by a real estate agent that said she could get my mortgage loan closed fast if, I bought a home right now. When I contacted her she told me that they can close a loan in 30 days or less, and told me how their process work. She convinced me that she would work her hardest with assisting me on closing my home in a timely manner after, I found exactly what I wanted to buy. So I filled out a application, send over all of the documents requested, and called her back to ask more questions. I noticed on the same day, I contacted her back she wasn't answering my calls. Then when I sent a message about the reviews I had just seen online and how it might not be a good idea that I move forward with them. That is when she texted (she was on a phone call and would call me back). Everything was going to fast, and after reading the reviews I felt uneasy about supreme lending assisting me. Laura Ortiz told me to think about it for a few days and get back with her. So I thought about it and contacted her on 10-12-2021 to let her know, I wanted to move forward. She told me that she would be contacting me the next day on 10-13-2021 to discuss things further and would proceed with my application. She never called me so, I texted her, but she never replied. I waited until Friday on 10-15-2021 and called her that morning (she still did not answer). Then I texted her and she finally CALLED ME BACK THEN LEFT A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE. This company have all of my personal information, and I DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. I texted her and told her to CANCEL MY APPLICATION ASAP! Then I received a notification from the credit bureaus that a soft pull was pulled on my credit report from a : ESSENT GUARANTY INC WHICH IS ANOTHER MORTGAGE COMPANY! When I googled the company it was another mortgage lending company and I got extremely upset! First off, she told me they only deal with SUPREME LENDING/EVERETT FINANCING, then SHE NEVER FOLLOWED UP WITH ME WITH MOVING FORWARD WITH THE APPLICATION, then after I CANCEL MY APPLICATION all of a sudden another mortgage lending company is pulling my credit? I told her that I would be letting everyone know how this company do horrible business with people. I then started to receive harassing phone calls from a man leaving voicemails, and text messages threatening me, and saying how he was going to harm me physically on her behalf from different phone numbers from (10-16-2021 up until 10-18-2021). I'm being harassed, and threatened by someone the loan officer gave my personal information to which is insane. I wouldn't refer anyone to this company and have taken extra precaution to protect my credit files as well. She literally gave out my personal information, and phone number for someone to HARRASS ME. This is not only a breach of privacy with my personal information with this company, but this also against THE LAW! I can only imagine how many customers she have done like this!

I ordered two foundations two months ago and I still do not have my order. Unless I reach out to them they do not update you. A month ago I reached out and I was told that the product was in New York… Yesterday I reached out and looked at the tracking and it’s in China. I do not trust this company and it is impossible to reach them by phone as they do not provide a telephone number. I have requested a full refund… I will update my post after I hear back from them. As an esthetician I decided to try Phoera after repetitive fb post and with the warm fuzzy feeling of “Guaranteed money back, simple as that”. I received the foundation and found it to be nothing short of Halloween costume makeup with not enough hours in the day to blend the product in properly. Next step, ok I tried now I return simple as that right? Hmm, not so simple I was responded with how many thousands of people love their product and that “we only accept unopened products for return”. Um ok how could I know I dislike the product without opening. I questioned the company again and their posted policy only to be told even if we allow the return you will be responsible for $25 international shipping. Now I’m disgusted. Not only was this a dollar store costume party foundation, but now they go against all their posted policy and ask me to pay more to return than what I paid for the product. Several reasons I cannot suggest this product but above all company integrity is disgusting. *Phoera no need to reply to me, I have your reply no need to fake nice for others to see.

Terrible company! My experience with them is the equivalent of a thief robbing your house then suing because they had to pick the lock. I purchased a car from them in 2009, a used Suzuki Aerio, great car by the way, when our finances were at a low ebb and we needed a second vehicle. It needed brakes almost immediately, but good transport. For four years we paid off our payments faithfully, by then we were in better shape, and purchased another vehicle and let my teenage daughter drive it. We got a big tax refund and paid off four payments at once in 2013, leaving us less than a year left on the car. WE THOUGHT! They listed it all as ONE PAYMENT then notified us that we were late the next payment(we thought it was a computer glitch), then 2 weeks later repo-ed the car. Okay, my daughter had just gotten into some trouble(rare for her, but bad enough that we let the car go as punishment), even though we had less than a year to pay. Cut to 2018, I check my credit score and find an $8000+(at least twice the amount we had left to pay) that Drivetime has sold to a collection agency TWO YEARS AFTER re-poing my car that I had paid TWO PAYMENTS ahead on, after never notifying me that they thought I owed on the car,(and I didn't, they owed me $ 600 for two payments they kept when they stole the car) and it is killing my credit! NEVER will I pay this off or darken their door again. PS. UNITED STATES OF AMERICA CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING File No. 2014-CFPB-0017 is relevant to this case. In it Drivetime was cited for just this kind of abuse and ripoffs. But that does NOT appear to have stopped them. And they will tell you that you must deal with Bridgecrest which handles their loans if you complain, which is hysterical because if you look up the board and CEO of Bridgecrest and the one of Drivetime, you will find EXACTLY THE SAME NAMES! Bridgecrest is a shell company created by Drivetime to send their complaints about loans to and give you more of a run-around, Walk before you deal with this company.

Drive Time doesn't inspect the used cars they purchase for resale. And they will go as far as to fire an employee for telling you that the warranty will cover it all. I had to force them into the repair and an still out to this day over $700.00 dollars. I don't care how bad your credit might be... they are not your only opinion.

This has by far been the worst service experience i have ever received. I was blatantly thrown out of the postnet on Long street with the use of brute force and a weapon i would aliken to a guillotine sword. Upon arrival at the branch both myself and the lady i walked in at the same time as were pretty confused by all the signs so she opted to ask for help from the gentleman at the counter and this is when she has greeted with a harsh request for her to sanitize her hands and only then will he speak to her. She did so. So did i . I then went up top the counter for assistance and this is when myself Desmond the aparent manager got into a heated debate about where it is that i said i wanted the package to be delivered to: Gonubi postnet was y initial request, however Desmond may have heard me incorrectly as he insisted that i had asked for a doorstep delivery service. I asked that we dont dwell on that as i was in a hurry and really just needed the package to go to Gonubi and get there before Friday. What happened afterwards was beyond me! Not only was i accused of being an idiot in the mist of around 8 other customers; but i was told that my education was as a of Des' past shinanigans: "I burnt houses with tyres for that F***en english that you are speaking now". This is when the lady at the store intervened. She casually asked that i stop arguing with Desmond and this is about te time that i threatened to take a video recording of the situation. I am absolutely appauled by the mere thought that i have endured such abuse at the hands of not only an adult but a representative of a company that we work quite closely with on our ecommerce initiatives. It is sickening to think that one holds such thoughts at the tip of theior minds, as to unleash them at random customers and subject us to bullying and violence. It is very dissappointing that in 2020 we still have public service workers bringing up the past that we as nation are attempting our utmost best to move away from in order to foster a better future for not only Desmond's very own kids but for countless a generation of South Africans to come.

Jason Curry (owner) of PostNet in Chesapeake, VA is a SCAM ARTIST. I had DMV send my vehicle registration to my PostNet box. PostNet received my vehicle registration back on August 30, 2019 and did what they generally do, which was take a photo of the outside of the letter and apply it to my Inbox. On August 30th (same day), I chose to have them send this letter to me and paid the charges. After 3+ weeks I still never received the letter, so I reached out to John S. with iPostal1 who reached out to Owner Jason Curry. Jason from the beginning was very rude, unwilling to assist and highly unprofessional with his responses. So when he offered to chat over the phone, after I asked to speak to his supervisor (unaware he was the Owner at that time), I had just received the letter in the mail the night before. So I had him call me. He had been blaming everything on USPS claiming they must have “lost” my mail, damaged it, etc. (totally unaware that I had received it). He acted all confident and sure of himself that he was going to get away with everything until I began asking him questions that put him on the spot such as, “Do you all have cameras throughout the building?” Do you all make it a habit to go through your customer’s mail?” Describe the stamps you all use for sending out letters.” He stuttered, couldn’t provide responses, paused for Long periods of time (where I thought he had hung up), began back peddling and lying about how they process mail and went back to trying to blame USPS for which I immediately shut down and advised him all the facts point to him and there’s really nothing he can say to prove otherwise. He then began begging me to send him a photo copy of the envelope I received.Long story short this letter was intentionally opened w/out my consent or knowledge by owner Jason Curry who confirmed he is the only person who sends out mail the way I received it. I received Only my registration card and nothing else in a typical white envelope (not the DMV enevelope they took the photo of initially) confirmed with Jason the distinctive stamp was in fact theirs (PostNets) and this envelope had my business name written on it?? Seeing that DMV is unaware of my business and never applied my business name anywhere on the Original envelope, totally contradicts Jason’s accusation that USPS had to have been the ones who opened my mail and applied it to another envelope. That being said, Jason confirmed that He Himself would have been the only person capable of doing this. My decals were missing as well as the letter DMV generally applies inside the envelope for which you can see in the original photo (PostNet took) it did have. Jason, also lied by telling me it was sent out to Texas on 9/10/2019 (12 days After I advised them I wanted it sent out and was Charged mind you), but the letter clearly shows stamped by USPS in Richmond, VA on 9/17/19? Also, while he tried to blame USPS for "losing" the mail he also said that it's my fault for not paying for the more expensive delivery to include the tracking number. That's a ridiculous statement to begin with, and apparently it's how he gets away with going through peoples mail and taking whatever is valuable with minimal chances of getting caught. I shouldn't be forced to pay the more expensive delivery option just to feel safe that my mail is actually going where it's intended to. I have before and after photos of the letter, emails, time and date stamps, etc. and it’s already been reported to the USPIS, Police, etc. and put under investigation. I’ve already had to change passwords on several CC and personal accounts since the start of this, because of Luckily failed attempts to gain access to them SO FAR. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!

DON'T RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible management, horrible customer service and an even worse VP of Property Management...these people are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with and never apologize for their mistakes. My partner and I walked the property twice before renting a home in Chandler, AZ. (We have pictures and videos of walk thru) We loved the property so we signed a lease and gave a deposit with first months rent. In May, when we obtained access to the home, the walls had holes in them, the tiles were busted, the doors and walls were scratched up, the air conditioning didn't work (they knew about the AC and still let us move in) and the pool was so filthy that the city had fined the property for not maintaining it. When we contacted costumer service we were told by multiple people not to move in until everything was taken care of. So over a month went by with no efforts on their part. Instead we were charged the fine for the pool and were told that we MUST still pay our monthly rent, even though we were not living in the property yet.They told us that if we didn't pay the monthly rent and fee's we would be charged more fees and be evicted...this included the pool violation from the city that occurred before our lease even started and this is all from a house we hadn't been able to move into yet but were made to pay on. We then continued to go up the ladder until we reached Lori, the VP of property management. Not only was this woman rude, patronizing and condescending to us, she never once apologized and refused to return our money for the months that the house just sat waiting to be fixed. She was only willing to return the fee for the pool and a few days worth of "rent". On top of that, we were made to feel like this was all our fault. Complete and utter BS! So after all that was finally "sorted" and we moved into the property in July, we continued to have issues with these people not doing their jobs. With having the pool, we pay a $150 service fee per month for them to maintain our pool. Well, the service fee apparently only includes skimming the top of the water and adding chlorine. The bottom of the pool was so filthy from all of the monsoons we were having that it left it unswimmable. We asked the pool vendor about vacuuming the pool, but the house didn't have a vacuum. He said he had been going back to Main Street Renewal every week for 3 months, asking weekly for a vacuum and was never responded to. Knowing that this was not his fault and that this is just how this company ignores problems, having already had a ton of issues with them, we reached out to Lori again. Lori was once again rude and condescending in tone telling us that we didn't need a vacuum for the pool and then chastised us for even asking the pool vendor about the issue. We then asked to speak to her superior 4 times, of which she refused to put us into contact with that person. So here we are 4 months into our rental, still having major issues with her and the company. She finally sent someone out to "vacuum" the pool, of which it looks like they didn't do anything. See pics below. We are still paying $150/ month, have not even received an apology and have been unable to use the pool. Does this seem appropriate? NO. I will never rent from this company and I recommend that you never do either. We are still attempting to speak with her superior about the mess this has become, but she refuses to let us.I am not sure why she continues to be like this with us...it's starting to feel like a personal attack on us, honestly. We aren't sure if this is because we are gay or just because this is how they conduct business? Either way, this is unacceptable. Our next step will be to make formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, HUD and the city. I have also spoken with a tenant lawyer who has assured me this is completely inappropriate. So we shall see what happens from here. if anyone has any other ideas we are open to any and all advice, but BEWARE of renting their properties, otherwise you too, could be dealing with a mess like us.

The diet works for me. Food are expensive and NOT delicious at all. I usually bought the on-the-go as i was too busy to cook. High in sugar that got me easily cranked up and felt hungry after few hours. Other diet bars i got from Walgreens worked better for me in terms of losing weight, handling hunger for long hours, more delicious, and got me in better mood, also more friendly for my pocket :p i will stop using medifast after this month and switch to other brand.

I will be honest with you, here. The food is very expensive. Also, some of the food is very bad tasting (such as the oatmeal). However, customer service is excellent. And more importantly, this diet DOES WORK. I have tried many, many, many diets and probably spent over a million dollars in my lifetime trying to lose weight. This diet worked for me when countless others failed for me (such as weight watchers, nutrisystem, etc). And you really are NOT hungry after the first 3 days... so much so, that I even "forget" to eat my mini meal. Really, no joke, I forget to eat. If you don't have the money for medifast, you can purchase a book called Dr. Anderson's Habits of Good Health. This book uses the theory behind Medifast, eating every 2 to 3 hours, but teaches you how to do it "with your own food". I've done it and it works. It takes more thought and planning than simply purchasing the medifast meals, but it also works just the same. I hope this helps. Lisa

I worked with Carmax in Clearwater, FL for my last purchase. I will say I was overall very pleased with the service. I did order a vehicle with their free delivery to the dealership service. When the car arrived there were very prevalent scratches and scrapes in the front of the vehicle. Obviously I was not happy with that result. The sales person however, I want to say it was Rudy and Trevor helped me out 100%. Rudy immediately pointed the damage out to his manager and I declined that vehicle. They handled that very well. Then Rudy took me through car by car their current inventory. I came across a Nissan that I really liked alot. We made that purchase happen same day and I drove that car off the lot. I am very happy with the vehicle and their professionalism. I did give it four stars I would have given it 5 if it was not for trying to deliver a scratched and fouled up vehicle. I also have to add one thing. After I purchased the vehicle I had it reviewed by a nissan dealership with a detailed report. Carmax has a 7 day return policy and I wanted to make sure it was not a lemon. The car got all good grades except for the brakes. Car max took the report and replaced my brakes free of charge. They are very plesent to deal with.

Family Dollar LPGA-No Mask Complaint Two days ago on 7/21/2020 I stopped at the Family Dollar on LPGA in Holly Hill, FL. As I drove up, I saw a customer coming out with a cart and a mask on his face. So, I thought it would be safe to go in. I walk in the door and a cashier/staff greets me with no mask on her face. Two months ago, a month ago, I saw this no mask on Family Dollar staff before. Today, with almost 6,000 people dead in Florida, I thought there would be masks on staff. The female Family Dollar said welcome to her store, I picked up a small hand basket and took two steps into store. I looked around and no one was in the store but me. I looked at the cash register area and there was just a clear piece of plastic between me and this probably virus infected Family Dollar worker. God told me to turn my butt around and get out of there. This I did quickly. Why am I writing this complaint? Family Dollar on LPGA had continued to have their staff with no masks, last month, month before, two weeks ago and now two days ago. So, I blasting Family Dollar for being as stupid as Trump and infecting people with their stupid denial of the disease and their non-caring attitude for others. Possible Family Dollar customers, you have been warned!

Company was to deliver 30 boxes of flooring and 1 piece of trim. I had to contact Estes on multiple occasions to get a delivery date scheduled. I was given 2 dates for appointments, but my merchandise did not arrive on either date. They finally arrived on the 3rd date, but did not have all of my purchase. Prior to delivery, I was given very specific directions on how to accept my delivery and to inspect my purchase before the driver left. The driver refused to wait for me to inspected the delivery and left before we could get the boxes open. He also forged my name on the receipt that I was accepting the delivery in good condition. Since he forged my name, this is causing problems getting the company we purchased the flooring from to address the damaged property.

Estes shipped a very expensive, non replaceable piece of machinery for my Metal Fabrication business. The forklift driver drove into the machine instead of picking it up from under the pallet. They damaged the front panel and broke all of the controls, all of the linkages and the foot control pedals. They caused $16,000 in damage to my equipment. I paid for the damage and submitted a claim with proof of cost and payment and they denied my claim. How can a company cause $16K worth of damage to someone's equipment and then get away with not paying for it. I am a small business owner that makes American made products and keep employees on payroll even through the Covid downturn. This is a substantial hit to my business and a logistic that doesn't care. Don't use this company, they have no values and will not cover the damage they cause. They get bonuses based on how much they deny in claims so they are quick to deny you. This is a horrible business practice, they set up their employees to deny claims so they get bigger checks.

Renters Warehouse does not do a very good job of communication. They do a great job of taking your money and not calling you back or returning emails. We rented a house through them and had a lot of issues with the house relating to repairs. Renters Warehouse failed to return calls and emails requesting repairs. But they made sure on the first of the month they collected rent. The biggest issue we have is the home owner notified Renters Warehouse they were selling and our lease needed to be terminated early. That would not be a problem had Renters notified us. They finally did only to tell us "oh well we forgot to tell you but you need to get out of the house". When we showed our contract to them and said they had to give us proper notice they didn't care. We dealt with Todd Barton, a real piece of work that guy is. We do not recommend Renters Warehouse. Save your money and go somewhere else that looks out for Botha parties not just themselves.

Don't know why folks don't read a stores return policy before buying? This is a boutique, that are limited on the amount of items they get, they do sell out sometimes! That's why you can return for another size! You get a credit and then you can re-order if they have it. I've never had anything shrink or had bad quality. Not sure why folks are complaining when it seems like it's their fault for not doing the research! I will continue to buy from them!

I am constantly looking for new things/items/clothes to try and Chic Soul has popped up in my browser on several occasions. I finally decided to give them a try and purchased a top. Standard shipping for them is between 3-5 days but I received my shirt in two days! I would think if I had a huge order it may take longer but I believe 3-5 is pretty reasonable. They allow free shipping after you spend $100 or more, which is nice because they are not the cheapest clothes to purchase. The quality of the clothes themselves was nice, very soft and I could have sized down I believe. I did not have to return my item but it should be noted that if you do have to return any items you only have 30 days to do so and they only give back store credit. So if your shirt costs $50 you can expect store credit to purchase another item(s) instead of a refund to your credit card or cashback. I don't think it is that big of a deal, but if someone doesn't read it online or the return label that they send with the clothes then I can see unhappy customers with that. It is also important to read the measurements and clothing descriptions as they will tell you if the material has any give or what material it is. I would definitely recommend their clothes.

I had to travel out of state due to a family issue and I stayed at Radisson cuz it's my go-to hotel anywhere in the world. And it's safe to say that their hospitality has not changed despite the ongoing epidemic. The staff follows all the hygenic practices and makes sure the guests follow them too which was a huge relief. The services has not changed, they always help the guests and makes sure I had a wonderful stay and I did.

Since I visited during Christmas, it was beautifully decorated, even the room I stayed in. I purchased 50 boxes of their NuCore Luxury flooring for $3,194 in Oct. 2020. Had it professionally installed. By April, the flooring was starting to warp or "cupping" and breaking apart. Big and little pieces began breaking off of the planks, the planks come apart and separate. You try and call their customer service department but no one EVER answers the phones! Try emailing their customer service department and no one responds. The only way to get a response is to email the President, the CEO an Senior level managers. Only then will they contact you. THEN they send their own "inspectors" out to look at the issue. Guess what the inspectors determine? Oh. It's not the flooring. What? These people are delusional, they will not honor their products warranty, will not respond to constant complaints. I don't see how they are still in business, absolutely the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. RUN away from these stores!

I have a collection of Brahmin handbags. Three of them are in the color “ink.” I had one of them hanging on my door in front of two small white Brahmin handbags that I had only worn once each. To my surprise the blue “ink” handbag transferred the blue color onto my white Brahmin bags. I contacted Brahmin and they told me I should pay to ship the bags to them and they would refurbish them. There was no apology and I have to pay to send them to the company. I want to bring this awareness to other consumers and I am now concerned about the possibility of other colors of my Brahmin bags bleeding as well.

I believe I was misled by firm Kristin Zurek personnel August 2012 who told me I could expect a 60% property distribution in a divorce in which the other spouse committed marital misconduct. When meeting on or before 8/16/2012, I provided Kristen Zurek all the details of the misconduct that happened and was assured I'd be victorious in getting the lions share of marital assets at 60%. After engaging the firm and paying $10,000+ in fees and retainers, the attorney assigned to my case William J. Halaz III began backstroking on the probability of me getting a 60% distribution and hence the divorce ended up with me only getting a 50% distribution. Obviously this specific firm and staff must have some statistical data on marital misconduct cases to backup the assertion that their typical marital misconduct cases result in a 60% asset distribution to their clients. It appears that I was provided misleading information simply for the purposes of signing an engagement letter to hire the firm with high expectations and little actual results. At 50,000 feet it seems apparent to me now that the Missouri courts could care less if marital misconduct was evident, the marital estate will generally be divided 50/50, so where does Cordell & Cordell get justification to exclaim 60/40 asset divisions in cases of marital misconduct? Improper advertising Furthermore, the 10 commandments of the firm were violated in that #7 states that I will receive timely copies of correspondence created or reviewed in the case. I did not receive 100% of such items and often was simply sent an email from Christianna Arnold-Travers that case correspondence was just received and if I wanted to request copies, the correspondence would then be provided to me. Why do I have to request this material information when it is required to be provided to me without any action on my behalf? This exposed me to significant risk. HOW was I to defend myself in trial against documents OC would present to me without having any idea of what they might have regarding my personnel files and such? I've never seen my personnel files but they were subpoenaed by OC and they had them in their war chest and I was uninformed of what might be presented during deposition and at trial, because I never received copies of the correspondence OC had from Cordell & Cordell staff. Neglect of legal matters Furthermore, the case appeared to be grossly mishandled from the start all the way to the finish. There were numerous missteps on my behalf by my attorney that put me and my children in harms way. For gods sake, my wife was taken to jail during the trial 6/19/2013 for attempting to bring a loaded pistol into the courtroom without a CCW permit. It never occurred for William Halaz my attorney to protect me and my children from death with a restraining order or ex parte and she returned home to our residence later that night with unknown intentions as me and my children lie asleep. Furthermore, the trial should have continued despite her going to jail, but my attorney just rolled over and volunteered to postpone the trial resulting in yet more concessions of assets from my distribution and yet more legal fees for another day of trial. I was under the impression if a spouse fails to show up for divorce trial, they forfeit and the other spouse gets what they want? I was not given this opportunity since the trial was postponed. I paid a premium price for substandard legal service. Neglect of legal matters. Furthermore, I received a text message from Mr. Halaz 6/19/2013 3:49 p.m. stating "ha ha, you'll be happy to know everyone at the office has gotten a kick out of that story" breach of confidentiality. I'm glad to see the firm had a laugh but never thought about protecting me and my children from a gun carrying spouse with an axe to grind who returned home to us that night. Nice. I requested information from the firm regarding malpractice insurance carrier and was declined any information by Stacey Carlton of Cordell & Cordell. The firm failed to be structurally organized in preparing me as a client for deposition by not alerting me to common inquiries like children birthdays, teacher names, coach names, etc making me stumble and look like an idiot when involved in a custody battle. Inadequate communication Rock Kessler was engaged as an expert witness to ascertain my income potential and my spouses since his expertise was financial employment as a recruiter, but William Halaz only registered/filed him as an expert to ascertain my spouses income and not mine leaving me no defense at the trial in court. Kessler's opinion was that my income would be $55,000 per year considering my criminal history, but since Mr. Halaz filed him so narrowly as a witness to the wifes income only, he could not be admitted to defend OC position that my income should be $70,000 per year and as a result I'm paying more child support than I can afford. Furthermore, Mr. Halaz failed to ask Mr. Kessler for his opinion on my income potential during the deposition leaving me defenseless at trial which resulted in an overstatement of my income calculated by OC. Neglect of legal matters. Furthermore OC and spouse alleged $20,000 of unreported income was received by the business but Mr. Halaz never requested specifics regarding who, what, when, how much to support such a ridiculous assertion, but this frivolous amount was used to project my income potential as calculated by OC. Neglect of legal matters Mr. Halaz said I could do my business valuation and failed to engage an independent expert witness for valuation of my business and instead, relied upon my finance background in auditing to challenge OC as an impartial witness/expert. How can I be an expert at trial attesting to my business valuation, when I've never done a business valuation and I'm not independent? That's ridiculous. OC engaged a seasoned CPA professional, and as a result, we had to file for a motion/late entry of an expert Robert Offerman of Hochschild Bloom and Co and I incurred additional legal fees to get the judge to allow him as an expert after the submission deadline and defend OC opposition to strike Offerman only because Mr. Halaz failed in his duties to protect my best interest by listing a qualified expert other than myself. It was like expecting a personal injury lawyer (Me) to defend a lawsuit regarding a patent case(my business valuation). Neglect of legal matters Mr. Halaz wanted to subpoena work records from the wifes prior employer Fidelity Mortgage from 8 years ago. I advised him that I would provide him with the current address of Fidelity Mortgage since the firm had moved several times but instead of waiting to get the address from me, he sent a subpoena to an address from a 2004 Form W-2 which was undeliverable and I was charged $187 for several failed attempts to deliver the subpoena to an invalid address more than once. I requested a refund and was declined. Neglect of legal matters OC Michael Schechter filed a motion to suppress a change in judges and according to Mr. Halaz OC misstated the law and was baseless and hence he would request reimbursement of legal fees to defend since it was baselesss, but Mr. Halaz never refunded me the legal costs to appear in court 11/14/2012 for the matter after its dismissal, despite his assertion I would be fully reimbursed all costs. It appears Mr. Halaz confronted OC and advised him of his error, and OC withdrew is motion, but yet I incurred the legal cost without any reimbursement. Mr. Halaz let the cat out of the bag. Neglect of legal matters In June 2013 I went to Mr. Halaz office to sign affidavits for final filings of my statement of assets. I signed the sheet which had an attaching excel spreadsheet, but Mr. Halaz changed amounts on the statement after I signed it regarding a wedding ring, household window treatments and other items marking them as both non-marital property and/or significantly undervalued in contrast to what I believed I was filing with the court and he never advised me of his changes until I noticed them after filing with the court. He should have alerted me to his changes so that I could have had input. When I questioned him on the changes, he said it was just better to go along with OC figures than to argue it. I still disagree considering the wedding ring was a replacement paid for with marital funds. Inadequate communication. In June 2013, Mr. Halaz advised me that he would subpoena one of the affair partners of my wife Rick DuBose to appear at the trial in order to leverage a settlement by the spouse. I told him I agree to the strategy, but Mr. Halaz never followed thru on the plan and did not subpoena Mr. Dubose resulting in more concessions of assets from my pool of property. Neglect of legal matters The firms software was outdated and not compliant with the data I provided them regarding schedules, appraisals, etc. and resulted in me incurring additional legal fees for his assistant to convert/recreate my work for listing as exhibits for trial. Spouse received $1,000,000+ in property, stocks, mutual funds, cash, estate property, etc but her Schedule 14 had zero income despite the income she is and has been receiving over the years from investments and would be earning more after adding liquid assets from her deceased mothers estate. Having NO investment income on her Form 14 resulted in me paying more child support than required. Neglect of legal matters At the end of trial day on 6/21/2013 we were to divide all bank accounts 50/50 and I informed Mr. Halaz that the spouse still had $10,000 in an account to pay for legal fees and since it was still there and unspent I'd get 50% of it. It appears that Mr. Halaz then informed OC of the situation which resulted in a specific exclusion of that money from distribution. This resulted in a loss of $5,000 from my assets and directly related to my assertion that Mr. Halaz notified OC of the unspent $. It seems Mr. Halaz chose OC and the respondent over his client interests. Breach of confidentiality neglect of legal matters I did not waive my rights at deposition and at trial there was no notarized signature on depositions so how is that supposed to be admissible to defend my case at trial. My criminal background report was inadmissible because a certified copy was not requested for court, resulting in my income potential to be overstated because this mishap and Halaz narrow filing of the expert witness, caused my child support calculation to be overstated. Opposing counsel alleged I had $20,000 of unreported income that was added to my income potential for child support but Halaz never requested documented proof of this allegation by my wife who was a 50% business partner. My Halaz was in agreement that my income potential was less than $40,000 before trial, but we were forced to consent to $70,000 of income because we had no defense since my background report could not be used nor our expert. My parenting plan states that I am responsible for 55% of college tuition for my children. Mr Halaz never informed me that college tuition was unenforceable in MO and now I have a huge potential liability for college tuition that I oppose to. Had I been advised that it was optional and not enforceable, I'd never had agreed to being responsible for it. Halaz also encouraged me with regards to alimony, to pay a lump sum payment of $24k tax free to the Ex-wife which is fine, but I did'nt get a credit on child support as a result and her monthly income was therefore understated by $1,000 per month. I was never informed by Mr. Halaz of the child support consequences of that decision. Furthermore, I have my kids 35.6% of the time overnight and I'm only getting credit on my child support of 10% for overnight stays. That is grossly unfair and I'd never had signed off on the divorce had I known that then.

I ordered a jersey for my mom and ordered it on December 10th. I thought it was being shipped from the U.S., because their website states location is in Alabama. When I enquired about they whereabouts of the jersey they sent me tracking info. It showed the item was coming from China. I would have never ordered this had I known it was coming from China. Upon receiving the jersey you could tell it was cheap and not authentic as stated. I emailed customer service and they first offered 10% back, then 15%, and not it's at 25%. I have repeatedly informed them I want a full refund and give them their jersey back. The person stated that it's expensive for them to give me a label. I feel like they are giving my the run around on purpose until it's 30 days and too late to return. This place is deceiving.

I ordered an NFL jersey from them back on 10 Dec. They assured me it would be delivered by Christmas. I received an email stating it was on the way, but they sent no tracking number. It is now 5 January and STILL no product. I sent a scathing email to their customer service department, and I received a response from CERTAINLY a non-English speaker saying the product was stuck in customs in CHINA! Nowhere on the website does it say anything about delivery from China. So I am out $100, and I have a very disappointed son who did not receive his jersey. They are an overseas scam and I suggest that you stay far away from this site! If I could rate them less than zero I would!

Today Sunday 4/24/2016 Mellow Mushroom on 3400 on Cary parkway North Carolina I was sitting at the table with my eight years old little boy. We were sitting at the table for almost 15mins and still no waiter or waitress to come to the table. I tried to waver my hand to people in the kitchen area. Two of them was folding the boxes and eyes was on the tv. Finally got their attention and took them few more mins. When I finally saw them with plates on their hands I left and spoken with the manager. He can't even look me in the eyes accept mumbling "I AM SORRY". When I walked out the person that seated us was sitting with her friends at the table two down from our table. I got her attention and told her that I am leaving because we were sitting there and no one came to our table since she seated us. I was always enjoyed eating at the restaurant before. It is so disappointed that mellow mushroom hired these employees. Oh by the way the restaurant was almost empty too. If it was busy I would understand but mostly tables were empty and they treat customers like this. I am so discussed! We went to Panera bread instead!

I was outside in my yard, when struck by a vehicle. The medical bills started piling up & I couldn't work. I didn't know what to do. I thought to myself, "who is the best firm for my case?". I remembered a commercial of Morgan & Morgan saying they were for the people. They answered my call very late at night, asked about my trauma, and assured me I could relax and not worry. We found out about the program that offers the opportunity to buy a house at the lowest interest rates, no money down, no PMI and no closing costs from a friend who purchased a beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. We are looking forward to the next step in the process.

I really don't know where to start here but I'll give it a go. If you want a home away from home, 10 star service, amazing food plus much more then stay at the Intercontinental in Mauritius! I went with family last year then went back with my partner 6 months later because we loved it. Highly recommended the presidential suite, it is the best room in the hotel. It's very clean, the grounds are beautfiul and the whole experiwnce was made very special. The staff are amazing and treat you like royalty. The beach is not the best bit I will be going back again next year as it was truly unbelievable. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!

This is a superb Intercontintental hotel.It is well located in the renowned Ballsbridge area in Dublin. The hotel is well connected by bus, trams and roads allowing easy connection to Dublin city. The location is surrounded by nice views.The hotel has a great restaurant, health gym, swimming pool and parking facilities. Breakfast options are excellent. The staff are friendly & welcoming and do their very best to help you enjoy your stay.The Executive rooms are really great and comfortable especially the super king size bed !If you are visiting Dublin I would highly recommend this hotel.Thank you for a very memorable stay in Dublin. Me, I have trouble sharpening a pencil, so my creative potential is likely to remain just that - potential. But there's no doubting that the human mind is capable of an awesome degree of creativity, and many of those lucky enough to be able to express themselves through design are featured here. This is a major international venue for designers to get together, showcase their work and hopefully find some, too. It's always (well, almost always) inspiring to see what creative folks design, and what they choose to represent the best of their work, and there's plenty to see here. You can wander through the profiles and portfolios of individual designers, or visit one of the many groups which share similar interests. There are literally thousands of images, so if you're interested in the subject it's one of those places you can get lost in without realizing how much time you've been exploring. Whatever your opinion of modern design, whether you think it pretentious or prophetic, I think you'll find something here to feel strongly about. And evoking feelings is, after all, what art is about. If you're already a professional you'll know about this one, but if you're thinking of design as a career, it's definitely one to bookmark and revisit.

The three star review isn't really about this site being "average" it is actually about the site earning both a 5-star and a 1-Star review! I recently bought a set of tires from Tire Discounters. Starting on their website, I found the tires that I wanted. Looking around I found the exact same tires a little cheaper on the website of another major tire store in my local area. I have previously bought tires at both stores and I like Tire Discounters a little better, so I submitted the information for a price match. The next morning I got a call from someone at Corporate about the price match. By his figures, once you added in all the fees at both stores and the price of the "free" alignment that you get at Tire Discounters, he said their price was actually a little cheaper than the competitor. I didn't 100% accept his figures (mostly because I didn't NEED the alignment) but the price was very close and based on my recent purchases at both stores I do prefer Tire Discounters, so I set up an appointment. This was Monday morning, so I set the appointment for 11AM Wednesday because the guy at Corporate said they had my tires at the local warehouse and would bring them to the store either later Monday or Tuesday. When I got to the store for my appointment, it turned out that the guy at Corporate didn't know that they don't deliver tires on Tuesday, but just first thing Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Because my order went in on Monday, the tires were being delivered on Wednesday -- so they weren't at the store yet, but were on the truck coming to the store. I could either wait or schedule another appointment. I decided to wait. The tires arrived soon and the store got the four tires changed and the alignment completed all in a little over two hours so that was pretty good. The tires themselves were absolutely great and I was happy enough with the job the store did. A few days later I got an email from Tire Discounters asking me to post a review on their website. I posted a five star review for the tires - explaining in detail how great these particular tires were. I also mentioned the same information that I gave here. (Note that I carefully did NOT mention who the other brand was). Great tires, good price, great experience at the store, one small slip by corporate, but overall 5 Stars. I was happy with the product and the service and I said so. Any store would be happy with the review. But not Tire Discounters! Rather than posting my review (which would have been their first review for these premium tires) they sent me an automated email saying my review was rejected because it did not meet their guidelines. I couldn't figure out what the problem was -- I couldn't think of anything in the review that would have been considered unacceptable. Yes, I had mentioned that Corporate made one small mistake, but as part of a great review I wouldn't expect them to have a problem admitting a trivial error. I went back to the Tire Discounters website -- there are no guidelines anywhere on their website, so I used the Contact Us link to ask them what "guidelines" my 5-star review had violated. I certainly couldn't fix the review without knowing why they rejected it. About a week later I got a phone call from another guy at Corporate about my review. It turns out that Tire Discounters DOES NOT KNOW what their guidelines for reviews are! The reviews are handled by some third-party that they have contracted to keep track of all the reviews. The guy at Corporate knew some of the issues that could cause a review to be rejected, but none of the ones he knew about would have applied to my review. The closest would have been their rule against naming a competitor - but I had been very careful to never name the other store or give enough information to identify them. So, at this point, I don't know why Tire Discounters rejected by 5-star review AND THEY DON'T KNOW WHY THEY REJECTED IT EITHER. How's that for a strange way to run a company.

On July 18, 2021 we went to Tire Discounter on Nolensville Pike in Brentwood, TN to have a tire patched. We had purchased this set of tires from them. After examining the nail in the tire they determined that it was too close to the side wall to be patched so we decided to purchase 4 new tires. After a few hiccups, we picked up our vehicle after having left it there. We got no more than a half mile away when one of the tires began leaking rapidly. We brought it back to them and they told us that we had a cracked rim. They tried to tell us that we brought it in that way but we knew we did not. Further, we did not appreciate being sent out of the store with a dangerous rapidly deflating tire that should have been picked up by their technicians. After a discussion the manager agreed to take care of the problem. Our car sat at there location for a week with no communication from them. When we finally contacted them, they told us corporate refused to take care of the issue and that we were on our own. We purchased a rim for $345 and brought it to them, then waited for nearly 3 hours to the tire fixed and get our car back. We spoke with their corporate office who put us in touch with their regional manager. He committed to getting us a check cut. It is now 78 days since this began and we have not received a check. Further, no one at the corporate office returns our calls. They have, at numerous junctions, promised us things they could not deliver. This has been an absolutely horrible experience.

Just wonderful. They have a nice website that is easy to navigate, shipping to Luxembourg took 2 days, the package came with several samples. As a free item for spending over 150€ I got a lipstick with the expiration date in 5 weeks... I see what you did there 🧐Overall I’m very satisfied with this website and if I want to order more Korean skincare in the future, this is where I’m ordering from.
