An agent who sells this alarm company knocked my house door promising to me wonders about this company and the prices it offered to me, He promised me an exceptional service with an unbeatable price which would be achieve if I signed a 5 years contract but with the advantage That I could get out of the contract when I wanted it at no cost, I did not plan to leave the contract but I sold my house for reasons outside my and when I call them to cancel the contract whit out cost as the seller said in my own house they said if I do not pay them 1200 dollars or if I do not put the contract in another person name for the remaining time (4 years) I can not leave the contract whit out penalty and they say they can send me to the credit bureau. This is my story I hope people open their eyes before hiring this company, I have had contracts with many companies but none one had lied to me like GUARDIAN PROTECTION SERVISES. Avoid using Guardian for any low-voltage wiring at ALL costs. If your builder requires them to complete any wiring, you're better off waiting until after construction is complete and hiring a competent professional to do the work than hiring this unqualified and unprofessional group. I found this out the hard way. My builder required them to be the company that installed any low-voltage waiting prior to closing and now I am having to have an experienced professional redo their absolute garbage work. They do not do any sort of in-home consultation to see where you want any outlets/speakers/wires run. You simply meet them at an office and they tell you what you want and what you're going to get. When you make a request for any additional or different installations, they straight-up lie to you for whatever makes it easier on them. They do not care about the customer. I reached out to them several times to come and correct the errors they made when they installed the wiring in my brand-new home and was ignored. I was finally able to get a technician to come out to my house (given a four-hour window, to which he showed up late and then spent three hours in the home) and he did not resolve any of the issues and lied about the work he performed. Not only that, but he made a complete mess of the external wiring that I had paid a professional to complete and did not clean any of it up and damaged my wall and stripped a screw from a faceplate that is now loose on the wall. After contacting Guardian Protection's HQ, they said to contact my builder to have the wall they damaged fixed and to hire a professional to fix their awful and unsatisfactory work.

Looking at the Amazon website, it looks like they would charge 10% restocking fee and another 20-50% fee for missing accessories, like the original box. Buyer beware.

Horrible service! Booked my reservation in advance. We were picked up from Airport no problem. Our PAID for flight was cancelled day of return when I called to check on arrival time. My reservation still showed our pick up time. When I called they said they tried to reach me to state they changed our reserved rates and needed confirmation. However I didn't get the call and so they cancelled our shuttle reserved for 10 people 2 hrs before pick up time. They had no shuttles available so we were forced to take Ubers! I haven't even received a refund back! DO NOT BOOK with them!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone hoping for a dependable security company that will make you and your family feel safe. There has been so many issues with the system, and I have only been a customer for around 2 months and I regret ever minute of service. Promotional credits for 3 months were promised, as well as a $100 gift card. The sales representative "Able Cendejas" & the District Manager "Terese Kent" are 2 of the most unprofessional individuals that I have ever came across, not to mention all of the other customers service representatives, and account specialist. I've been hung up on multiple times, no notations in the system of my concerns every time that I call. They "REFUSE" to allow me to cancel my service, and come pick up the equipment, even though they offer a 6 month cancellation guarantee with no penalty. My family & I feel very unsafe with ADT as our home security provider. If something so simple can not be honored and followed through with, and every representative has treated us like absolute garbage, why would we believe that they have our families best interest in mind. I have been on hold for over 2 hours at a time, and I'm even on hold with the corporate office while I writing this. I was on hold with the account specialist to get my service cancelled per their 6 month guarantee, when she randomly put the original dishonest sales representative "Able Cendejas" on the phone to tell me he never said what I was stating. WOW! The District Manager "Terese Kent" had guaranteed me that he would be taken off of covering my account, so I would never have contact from him again. "Terese Kent" will not answer my calls, the company will not cancel my service and I can't get any representative to do the right thing. They just leave me on hold to discourage so I'll just hang up. NO RESOLUTION! ABSOLUTELY DISRESPECTFUL! COMPLETELY DISHONEST! So much more has happened that I don't even have the time to write it all. DON'T GO WITH ADT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! Now I'm being told that the 6 month guarantee doesn't apply unless there has been a problem with the system 3 times or more. "ONCE AGAIN, COMPLETE MISREPRESENTATION FROM ADT, AND THEIR STAFF"

For years I was satisfied with White Smoke. I used the software for school. The. Program would stop working every year, but customer service reactivate the program. HOWEVER, this year, I was told they never had a life time service, and I would have to purchase a new yearly subscription to utilize my software. "We don't have it. We never had it." She kept saying the lifetime was the software, not the subscription. I don't think they advertise "life time" any more. But, buyers beware!

When I finally reached customer service (via web chat directed from main line), they thanked me for my business but offered no solutions to get the tickets paid for and/or refund for bad processing of the transaction. Stay far, far away from this company. It's a crying shame they appear at the top for a ticket search…Completely misleading and most likely scam overseas operation. But I realized they only get you to fill out and download forms which requires your SSN #, other personal and credit card info. Has anyone been affected by identity theft or other problems after signing up with them? Please share your experience here. They do have disclaimers of not being affiliated with the US govt. Passport agency but I missed seeing them completely.

This company pretends it is associated with the passport office hence their name "PassportUSA". It is easy to be confused since when searching for information their site pops up first before the REAL site ("travel.state.gov"). I wasted two weeks while waiting for my renewal passport only to find out that I did not actually submit any payment to the state department. DON"T BE FOOLED by this scamming company. All the information needed to renew a passport is found for FREE at travel.state.gov. Lesson learned.

The worst of the worst. I am still waiting for a refund for an order I placed over a month ago. I have never dealt with such terrible, passive agressive customer service before. I wish I had read these Yelp reviews before I placed my order. I wanted to place my order through Paypal which did not load so I placed it with my credit card instead, which now I realize is part of their scam (since getting a refund from your credit card company is way harder than getting it from Paypal). I ordered a cat tree and they sent the wrong item. Not only this, but it was covered in silica gel balls from poor packaging and it looked like it was made by a 3 year old in China. Nothing like the pictures in their website. Had I liked the quality I would have kept it since I hate returning stuff. After cleaning all the mess, I emailed them asking for a refund. I politely explained that I was not happy with the quality and did not want to replace the item for the right one. The tree was very poorly manufactured and stank of glue. After sending a million pictures, Kelly promised a full refund and apologized for the inconveniences, claiming it was their mistake, and told me to wait for them to get some "information". I waited. Four days. And when I emailed them asking if they already had this information Kelly told me they had sent the right model and couldn't offer a refund. Did it really take them four days to make this up? I explained that I wasn't happy with the quality and her emails just got more passive agressive and ignored my questions. She refused to give me a return number and claimed I didn't need one. Guess what? If you return it without a return number they charge you a 30% restocking fee and she also wanted me to pay for shipping for returning something I didn't order in the first place! It took me two bloody days to get the return number, and dealing with her boss Petar Petrov is more of the same, except his spelling is even worse than Kelly's. They still plan to charge me a restocking fee, that's it if I ever get a refund which I don't expect to. Half of their reviews here seem fake, and so are the Yahoo ones (they will delete any bad ones, that's the only thing Kelly is fast at). I hate drama and I would have donated this to a cat rescue, but if it isn't good for my own cats it isn't good for any cat. I have no idea why she is so mean and passive agressive to customers. The whole thing was very kafkaesque, so that's why I am wasting even more time to warn others against this company. I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I would expect this attitude from somebody who works in a terrible high pressure environment, but she sells "cozy" cat furniture for a living! How stressful can that be? Her cats must pee on her bed daily or she might be off her meds, who knows... If she keeps treating customers this way I believe her days of sitting on her big ass typing rude emails are almost over. * For pictures of the terrible quality of the cat tree, google reviews of "Majestic Pet Products". ** If you want a quality cat scratching post, try "The Ultimate Cat Post" by SmartCat, sold at Petco. My cats LOVE it. *** If I ever get a refund, I plan to donate the money to a cat rescue. If I don't, I hope Kelly spends the money they owe me in some anger management lessons. When I ordered my cat gym I asked if a hammock could be included. I received a prompt yes and was told when the item would ship. On the day it was to be shipped I received another e-mail letting me know the package had left and when I should receive it. The package was shipped and received exactly when they said it would and it arrived in great condition - with the extra hammock! Our two cats love the gym and especially the hammock. I was VERY pleased with the service! They are friendly, responsive and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone. They had a huge selection of cat furniture to choose from.

Ive tried several forwarders including myus, reship etc but globalshopaholics been the best for me. Im from Pakistan and their system has worked best for me. They give the best shipping rates and very secure as well. Shipped 11 parcels with varying weights from 2lb to 20 lb. Suggestion for the company, they should open business in other countries like UK, Germany etc as well.

We paid for a simple email list of attendees to a show. They released the list once they received our money, however, what they sent is simply a list of email addresses from anywhere. Not one of these is a valid attendee of the show we are going to. I have been emailing and calling every single day. We received one email saying they will have their date people work on it and since then I cannot get a single response from them. I tried to connect them to the address they list on their site and Yelp says they do not exist. HORRIBLE. RUN, they are liars and thieves. Took my money and never delivered.

I purchased this plugin in February in order to restore my site from a backup made using the free version of the plugin. After several tries of what should have been a straightforward restore process the import kept on failing. Consulted forums and all solutions recommended did not work. Luckily I had made a backup using a different plugin and was able to restore that one without incident. Of course when I requested a refund they did not give me one.

I will not recommend this product to any one. After paying $69 in order to import a bigger file to restore my website the file keeps pausing at 60.69% and then fails. After bringing this to their support teams attention the are unhelpful and unwilling to assist, refuses to provide a refund, dont ask for information to try and assist in any way. They are now ignoring my a\emails as they cannot explain what I paid for as this product clearly does not what it is intended to do. What a scam.

Making a huge investment online without physically inspecting the gems is a scary proposition, but I am delighted I trusted GemsNY. Their prices blew away my local brick and mortar stores and the stone is exactly as advertised. If anything they undersold how well it was cut. And my order was made even better because I had a problem - the setting didn't quite work with my wife's wedding band. I was able to get a local setting and send back the one that didn't work for a full refund. So my wife got just what she wanted at a considerable discount -- all with great service. I'd happily use GemsNY again.

Hatkay provides a great service: they quickly create and deliver custom made dresses, at really affordable prices. The prices are so low, in fact, that it's almost unbelievable, but when I got my dress, I saw it was true. I had two extra requirements, which were fulfilled without any problem. The customer service is very professional, and the people who work there are friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with Hatkay and will definitely order more clothes from them in the future!

Bought vehicle in October and not to bad of a process, until…. They get your money. Got my temp tags but it expired in 12-22 and now it's 12/27. After at least 4 calls, multiple emails I'm still waiting on another set of temp tags, let alone my actual ones (CA). Love the vehicle but hate incompetent reps who pretty lie in trying to help you. I'm now chatting with their social media people on trying to get a resolution. Won't hold my breath.

Vroom appears to be effective at selling cars until payment is made. Once they receive payment customer service and communication cease. Been waiting over 6-weeks for my title. Contacting them accomplishes nothing other than spending a lot of time on hold as you are transferred from one rep to another. I did not believe this experience could be worse than dealing with a salesman but it certainly has been. Never again!

DO NOT BOOK WITH FAREGEEK. I booked a trip with them with three destinations and paid for it. After arriving at the first destination, they canceled my second flight and did not notify me. They later claimed to have sent an email about this but no email arrived. They also accused me of deleting the email, which makes no sense. I was stuck in a foreign city for three extra days and eventually had to book a flight at a much higher price to travel to my second destination. This amounted to hundreds of dollars of extra expenses - roughly $600USD. For several months I spent hours on the phone and writing emails to them about this. Eventually, they offered me a $50 reduction on my next booking through them. Perhaps needless to say, this was not adequate compensation. The financial cost was secondary to the loss of my vacation. I had plans to visit family who live far away and was not able to see the people I had planned to. It has now been many years since I have seen them and do not know when I'll have an opportunity again. I contemplated suing Faregeek but the costs would have been significantly higher than the value of the benefits. They seem aware of this and use it strategically. PLEASE HEED THIS WARNING: FAREGEEK IS NOT RELIABLE AND IS NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR MISTAKES.

My flights from London to Vancouver were cancelled in 2020 because of covid and I was told a voucher would be valid for future use. After literally hundreds of emails I managed to secure flights the following summer for the same trip, however Faregeek told me it would not be the direct flight that I originally bought -I would have to stopover in Calgary before travelling on to Vancouver. I didn't want to do this, so said I would just use the portion to go to Calgary and not wait for a connecting flight to Vancouver. The company are now trying to claim £259 for a change of route even though it was due to them not being willing to uphold the original direct flight which my voucher was for - all I did was not want to use the second flight -this was cheaper for them. They didn't charge this extra at the time, but today contacted me out of the blue, nearly 6 months after I got home, demanding payment. When I told them I would not be paying a random person calling me over the phone, 6 months after the service was delivered, they said they were going to make sure all airlines block me from flying with them. As funny as it is that this company thinks it holds the power to do this, as only the Government do, others may well have felt bullied into paying the money. Avoid this company at all costs.

I love their mascara because it lasts for such a long time! And not only that, it's actually perfect. My lashes are so much more healthy and very little breakage as well. It is water resistant (YAY) and will not leave any black smudges under the eyes which is pretty great. I can literally rub my eyes without worrying if I smudged my mascara.

I originally used them in 2007 and they provided me with a logo. No problems, everything was great. Then in 2019, we were rebranding, so I decided to go back with them. The order included a revise logo and slogan, create a website, a marketing video, and created social media handles. I only received the logo and slogan. I had paid up front. Once we rolled out our new brand I had nothing, but a logo. Everything else was dropped. They had over 4 months head to get this job done. They fail me, my company, and our marketing efforts. I do not recommend this company.

I do not know anyone that works for the company other than the gentlemen that worked on my project three years ago. They created my logo, facebook banner, and twitter banner. They were very professional and met all of my deadlines. I had a positive experience and often receive compliments about my logo. They are well trained and very polite. I will be contacting them shortly for another project.

After a ton of research over the years I realized that vitamins should definitely come from whole food sources and not synthetic sources. I was using a brand for years but they were recently bought out by a big name company that I don't trust. Super happy I found Athletic Greens. Whole food derived and you just mix it in some water. Pros: Seems to be a good product. Gluten/dairy/egg-free. Easy to incorporate into my habits. (I've been drinking it for less than a month, so no drastic change.) Cons: Pricey. Makes me more gassy. Not a huge amount like eating beans, but just some. I signed up for the monthly plan because I thought it was nice it came with a ceramic container. The lid on my container is all loose and doesn't form any kind of seal. So I wrote to the support email. Nothing. No response. I guess they like my money, but don't like to actually talk to customers? Undecided if I'll continue. I like the product, but for the price, it seems like they should treat customers well. Maybe they just like athletes/influencers who will advertise for free.

The delivery person for the phone book placed them so all 4 books for myself and my neighbors ended up in the drainage ditch causing potential back up of drainage and at the very least litter all down the road from plastic bags and paper. I am sure your advertisers would be happy to know all there advertising dollars ended up in a ditch in upstate New York.

I ordered 2 t-shirts and they took a little longer to arrive than expected but wasn't concerned. One tshirt arrived with the graphic looking to have been drawn on by hand and looked awful, the other tshirt was paper think and had black ink all over it. I submitted email to support right away to return shirts and it took 4 days for a reply. They asked for pics of the issues which I sent the next day and it then took me sending 5 more emails and 45 days later for someone to reply stating that I could send them more money for replacement shirts but wouldn't take the shirts back. Have yet to hear back but it has been more than another month.

I don; t know what all the -ve reviews are on about. I have used inbox.com for well over 12 years as my primary e-mail service, both the original free and later paid service. I have never had a problem with it. When I have needed questions answered their customer service has always been prompt and helpful in their replies. My one concern is they are no longer accepting new registrations (I tried to recommend them to a friend). It would be a real shame if they packed it in.

I have been a client of inbox.com for well over ten years. Normally, it is quite a good email províder. However, I have had a few outages during this time. Right now I can´t open my account which is a problem for me as I need my account to be available at all times. The problem can exist for more than a day. They have this white mesh lenses thats perfect for my zombie costume. The lenses are super comfy, its like looking through white fog but not blacked out, no problem at all walking around with them. Definitely loving it! Shipping took 3 weeks which is okay since the covid. I think they have a faster option if you pay more
