They have the cutest animal brooches and pins on Fantasyard. Most of them are made from swarovski cyrstals and they are so reasonably priced - all around $12! Thier cufflinks are great too. I'm sure I will continue to discover new things I love on this site.

If possible, they would get an alarming red MINUS. Ordered 1 handheld laser engraving kit for 54 USD. Was first charged for 2, but got refund of 1. Then the express parcel was rushed to the airport the next day. Then the Penguin Airlines known from the movies Madagascar, took over. 2 months without any possibility to track.Finally I got to pick up my package. Was an envelope 10x15cm containing two children's toy stamps without any pattern or ink. So, 54 USD for a toy stamp without use.What's out for these guys. They run under a number of names!

I purchased 2 of their High-Speed Portable 2TB SSD devices. Got them today. Basit and switch... They are simple 2TB USB sticks. They advertised 850MB/sec transfer rate and these have 12MB/sec. Sent email and no response. The devices they sent look nothing like what is pictured on their website.

This company will never respond to emails, there's no number, and they don't care after they take your money. I ordered months ago and it still says processing. Wanted by Christmas and there's no way that'll happen now. They are either WAY understaffed or just don't care or both. Either way go elsewhere.

I ordered a sweater at 10:32 in the am. I realized I ordered the wrong thing so I immediately hit contact seller to cancel the order. This was all done within a 5 minute time frame of me ordering this sweater. I received a response at 2:07 am the next day saying that my item was already shipped and I can't cancel it. The shipping says it will not get here for over a month. So now it is my problem to return it.

Calling provides a message stating that return issues can only be resolved by using the email links. Filing a disputed charge with my credit card company today, will see if that gets their attention.

They really love chatting with me! Each month, I get the privilege of calling them to let them know the bill is about 50-80 inexplicable dollars more than it should be. They agree it's incorrect and keep "issuing" me credits, promising me they'll finally appear on the next bill to compensate for their error. Month after month, I have yet to see this take effect. I'm in over $200 of back-owed credits from them after less than 4 months of being a customer - hopefully you can use that as some type of metric. I'm optimistic and hoping for the best next bill but their performance thus far leaves me doubtful. I think once our phones are paid off, I'll be running into the sunset screaming. Honestly, who operates a business like this?

I ordered a chicken coop for $400 they took the money then told me ridicolous date due to covid. I even waited to july from may25th it never came. Wife spotted same exact coop on wayfair for $200. I ordered that one and it came within a week. Stay away from petswatchshop they are a big scam.

I called fast water heater company to come out and service a tankless water heater that they installed. I made two separate appointments and both times I called the day of the appointment to see if the tech was coming, only to be told both times that no there was a problem and no one is coming. I missed an important appointment so I could be sure my water heater was not going to sustain damage. This is unprofessional and beyond rude to not at least have the courtesy to call and let me know ahead of time there was a problem and the tech would not be able to come. Unbelievable.

the fender tone app worked well on windows 10 and i was easily able to update the firmware on my fender mustang LT25 amp and now that windows 11 just came out, its not detecting anything!! all usb ports work fine and all cables are still working and detected by my pc, the fender tone software NEEDS TO BE UPDATED COMPLETELY TO SUPPORT WINDOWS 11!!

I thought John was a very "Man" of his words and he even proposed me with a new platform with the witness of a well respected Title professional . The app is almost going to live and has been very useful throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. Dev Technosys did an excellent job enhancing the look and feel of the platform. They brought several ideas to the project and were flexible as requirements changed. We worked closely with one of their lead project managers and he liaised with the developers and creative team on the UI aspect. He did a fantastic job scheduling meetings between our team and the design team when needed. He also helped us communicate with backend developers.

Not only was the price cheaper for the 5.4mg at $1.99 when I came back to order the process was much easier than Labmert Vet Supply. They contacted my vet and my vet called me to confirm the order. This company is a scam. I ordered my wedding dress with enough time to arrive for my wedding. I requested to cancel for a full refund over 10 times and they are refusing me a refund. They won't address my request. I've even threatened with legal action but they kept replying sorry for delay will ship soon thanks for patience. I've been married now 2 months and I still have not received the dress or a refund. This company should be canceled from scamming people.

Placed an order and received no confirmation email. When I look at my bank statement it has someone's name for who the payment got made to, not a company. It also showed that it was made thru a 3rd party payment processor, which is weird. The support email provided on their page doesn't work, I sent an email to try to cancel my order and it could not be delivered to the provided address. I tried to cancel the order through the purchase history tab by starting a return but when I typed the message and sent it, the website just logged me out. In all fairness, I should have done a little more research before making a purchase. Hopefully the order actually comes thru but I'm not counting on it. Will probably have to call my bank to get a refund. Probably a good idea to avoid this website.

Well, we received the sheets & pillowcases today and upon opening package, they looked and felt like pure garbage. Company says it will accept returns and donate them( tax deduction?) to Charity. In good conscience, I would not let my dogs sleep on this Crap. So we pitched them in the trash and will just eat the cost.

Em Cosmetics is definitely one of those "aesthetic" makeup brands you like to own. Unfortunately, considering the rather hefty prices you pay for a simple lip gloss or their lip clouds or other compacts, the packaging is very cheap. I have tried multiple EM cosmetics products, each time hoping they'd deliver as promised, and each time being disappointed. Over half of my products' packaging broke within months or even weeks of use (rendering some of them almost impossible to use), or is completely impractical like their lip balm (try and close the lid without smudging the product everywhere, I dare you). It's true that their shades are absolutely divine and versatile from what I've seen, and I have always loved the unique shade faded clementine, but the makeup doesn't stick one bit and transfers very easily. After trying everything from the lip products, and a few other products, I must say that EM cosmetics is not worth the price, no matter how pretty the packaging may look. You can get a lot of higher quality, long lasting lip/cheek/eye products from other brands, especially from brands like Etude House and Peripera (if you like long lasting makeup) for a fraction of the price. Overall, while the products look aesthetic and promising, I've only found slightly more long lasting use with a fraction of the products I've tried.

I actually ordered this brand's (pick me) mascara along with other products when I was overseas last year and surprisingly it still has product and I've been using it everyday. It's great for asian lashes and I personally think it lengthens well~ This brand is most known for their drop blushes which I've been wanting to try but at the time I already had many blushes in hand. I do want to say that I think their products aren't bad but I find that some item's are bit pricier than I'd expect. So last thing I want to mention is that they aren't always on sale but they do have promos around holidays (sometimes surprise promos) so be sure to take advantage of that! They currently do have one for the blushes and probably will have another one around Valentines day~

How if the sneakers were authenticated by Flight Club. She received 2 right shoes. This is so unacceptable. I can't get anyone on the phone. Please, please do not purchase from this vendor. I am currently in a customer service nightmare with them over a refund for items I purchase for christmas. The items are not as advertised and when I requested a refund I was told to keep the items and give as gifts because I would have to return the items to China and it will take a long time and be very expensive.

I've used salvia many times before and decided to buy from here because the prices are so low and the shipping so fast. I ordered 40x but it's nowhere near as potent as 40x should be. The effect is more like using plain leaf. Super disappointed.

He also said since we signed model releases, we could not complain, and would not allow chaperones into studio. I've seen many negative reviews on this site, and frankly I have no idea what most of them are talking about. I'm a realist painter who has been a member for some time. I hired my first model through them in 2014, and have since hired four female models and 2 male models through this website. They were all great. Of course, this isn't a modeling agency, so you have to practice due diligence. Not everyone here is an experienced professional. Others are well-known glamour models There are doubtless some photographers who are creeps, and some models who have done porn (So? If that offends you, don't hire them!). The people I hired were all terrific professionals who did their job.

The Meadows on PGA Blvd. In Palm Beach Gardens is probably one of the safest middle-income communities in the county. Crime is 99.9% nonexistent. The only time I personally have seen the police here is to "help" a person move or, more rarely, handle a domestic call. People routinely walk at night, children play without supervision but not without respect for others.

After 20 years living here, i've seen this beautiful community disintegrate. We have people speeding, loud parties, car thefts and destruction of park property. Management installed an automatic gate at great expense. This is damaged on a weekly basis. No wonder, management is incompetent. Why have this $15,000 gate when you can easily walk through holes in the fences that have existed for years. This complacency is noticed and laughed at in the community.

I order from Sephora France last week. Everything was great till I got a mail this morning from delivery service that my package it's returning to Sephora. Problem was wrong adress - I live in Croatia, not in France. Anyway, I send them two mails, but than I have read lots of negative reviews in Trustpilot. I tried to contact them threw their Facebook page but Facebook is automatically redirecting me to Sephora in USA. I also tried to call them on phone that is listed for orders from abroad, but the automat is on French!! I don't understand anything!!!! If it is for order from abroad, it should be on English!!! Edit: Some how I got Sephora France on their Facebook page and they were very helpful. It was my fault that I did't write that I live in Croatia, so my package returned to Sephora France. They said they will send me package again. But two days after I got mail from Sephora that theey have refunded me (money was on my account two days after that). I contacted them again on Facebook page and they explained that my package have broken during shipping, so they made a refund. Also, they gave me a code so that I can buy parfume again on the same price that was on BF when I ordered it. So, if you have problems, contact them on their Facebook page.

Very rude behavior of security personnel in So ouest branch in Levallois, France. He accused me of filming while I was talking to my mom on the phone. I hate this store and will never go back. They should teach their employee basic behavior. Very disappointing!!!

I called in for tool parts and was overcharge by a lot. Ordered o rings and they sent 25 of each. One part was missing and I called to find out if it was back ordered or not. The man that took the call had a hard time finding my order and when he did he said that they had not received the part yet. I found a better site and got the part in a few days. Still no word from these guys.

Goodwill on Douglas Blvd is in a area that has 2 other much nicer thrift stores. One would think that this would make them improve due to Competition. Store is cluttered with no room for 2 shoppers trying to pass each other. Two aisles are completely over run with no rhyme or reason to them. Everything is just tossed on these shelves, crushed, opened,, no price, broken, and everything in between. Check out is so slow, with long waiting time. Even their parking lot is nothing except an addition to your bad experience. What they are good at is asking for the change from your purchase for some cause they have going or supporting.one.

Please friends, if you value your money, don't, I mean DON'T order from this company! I ordered from them 8 months ago, after probably 7-10 emails trying to get ahold of someone to see how my shipment was coming, most of which were ignored, I finally received the WRONG holster... (they promised 6-8 weeks at the beginning, and then two or three more times promised completely false time frames) Unfortunately I called them just to ask about sizing originally, and he was very curt on the phone, and in every other email I received I was either ignored or lied to. Anyways, I would give this a negative star review if it existed. Still hoping maybe he'll send the correct holster? Let's hope so! On a side note, the holster I did receive was awesome, so no complaints on quality, it's a beautiful holster!

And they never answer calls or their cell phone, which is 949-525-6184 (Mike) You can't expect to live in the age of the internet and not expect people to get angry when their hard earned money is taken and nothing is received in return. Whoever these people are, they're terrible at running a business and wonderful at running it into the ground. Purchased a pair gloves last year in 2020 and they've never materialized thus far.

I could repeat here the same horror story of all those 100+ people who left a 1-star review before me. For me too, it took 3 months for the sandals to actually arrive after multiple inquiries and even a Paypal dispute. I thought my money was wasted. When the sandals actually arrived, I was in disbelief and shock. Like others said, rather ugly and cheap-looking and bad smelling. I let them air out outside and ignored them for a while. The smell went away after a few days, and when I actually tried wearing them around the house, I found them to be quite comfy! My feet cannot tolerate many shoes due to various problems but I was able to wear these for hours at a time. Scam it was but if the story of why Cici threads went out of business is true, I feel for them.

I also paid $41.00 for a life like baby shark and what I got was a 6" flapping shark that are used to entertain cats. I don't have any cats So it's worthless to me, I've been emailing with them to get my money back but they only offer $2.00 store credit or percentages returned to my account, they started at 10% and now they are at 37% which I told them no. I want all my money back that they are falsely advertising this shark. Finally I got tired of dealing with them and called my credit card company, they said money would be credited back to my account. Scammers

The Tutoring Center has been getting a lot of complaints recently about child sex related crimes. Child sex crimes are not unheard of at franchise learning centers .The best way to protect your child is to be well informed. Follow these simple steps before enrolling your child in a tutoring or learning program. 1. Do your research on the company. If they have any case of sex crimes against children like child abuse, molestation, rape etc. STOP. Don't enroll your child. 2. Demand copies of police background check report, sex offender registry check report and FBI sex crimes check report from the tutoring center owner for each and every employee at the learning center. 3. Demand a copy of Liability Insurance policy and coverage of the learning center. 4. Demand a copy of their Insurance Coverage for Sexual Misconduct claims policy specifically related to Sexual Abuse and Molestation. 5. Demand a copy of the State Teaching license by the board of education of the teachers at the tutoring or learning center. 6. Teach your child to inform you of any unpleasant experiences at the learning center that they might encounter. 7. Do not hesitate to report any case to the police. Let them investigate the matter professionally. Most companies try to cover-up sex crimes. Be vigilant. 8. Do not let your guard down just because you see that the teacher is a woman. There are dangers lurking every where. There are many cases of women child abusers and molesters too. 9. Demand a copy of photographs of the teacher and every employee of the learning center and confirm. This will come in handy when contacting the police in case your child is molested . Be safe.

You call them and tell them that the check was never cashed only two days after it was due and then they send you a late payment. Even though you went right over and gave them a new check for rent. If they (Jenny in the office) are late makeing a payment on rent or utilities they will send the late payment to you, and then they (Jenny) still will never send you a invoice for that utilitie.

We recently moved out of one of the units. To any who want to rent here... tread carefully! If you are still swayed by the initial showings (as we were) then here is my advice: 1. Factor a loss of at least half of your deposit into the rental rate! 2. Religiously document the condition upon move-in and move-out. 3. Anticipate that the PM company will be unreachable, ensure that you have a back-up key stored elsewhere for safekeeping for emergencies 4. Be prepared that they will charge you ridiculous move-out fee's, despite whatever condition the unit is in. This was done to all of the tenants we spoke to who moved out when we were in the building. The only way to prevent this appeared to be threats of small claims (or outright lawsuits). Factor a loss of at least half of your deposit into the rental rate! We had several problems with ants and rats, so be prepared to hassle the PM for assistance. There were also regular problems with the homeless making a mess of the trash can (but it's downtown, that's part of the deal). To any landlords or potential future renters: Stear clear! This company will bring nothing but high turnover and turn away repeat customers from your business!

Inside the Southern 441 Nissan Palm Beach County Florida I was called a LIAR loudly more than once by the Service Manager around employees and Customers in the main show room. I Recently had a new Antilock Brake System Module installed in my Nissan Pathfinder and I knew the connector (plug) had a crack on top but the connector locked and secured well to ABS module. The vehicle was brought in to the dealership for Diagnostic Trouble Codes that were showing up and possibly needing Controller Area Network diagnostic. After picking up my vehicle, I observed that the ABS Module connector was glued to the ABS module and I was told the locking arm on the connector was broken and the connector was too loose to function properly. I was never given a choice of how the repair work would be done. If I had been, I would have preferred a new connector be installed. When I questioned why it was glued, I was immediately accused of breaking the connector. I never accused anyone of breaking it in the first place, knowing it was cracked. I was then loudly called a "LIAR" in front of customers and employees inside the dealership more than once in a threatening way. I was purposely disrespected, belittled, embarrassed, put in fear and humiliated at the dealership in front of other people. By the way, I removed the glue holding the connector in place and had the connector checked by independent mechanics who say the connector is not broken. The locking arm functions and the connector fits securely to the module. I have been driving my car without any issues for weeks now. What did they fix? If anything, they caused me to break off the plastic on top of the connector to unglue it from the ABS module. To add further insult, they charged me for over three hours of Controller Area Network diagnostic which cost $187.77 per hour. Every independent mechanic I went to said it takes one hour to do a Controller Area Network diagnostic. The only comforting thing with today's current affairs is they had to wear a mask when they were robbing me. But more than the poor work done, it was being horrifically disrespected, belittled, embarrassed, put in fear and humiliated by a Service Manager in front of customers and employees that is not forgivable. I am a senior citizen only wanting good service and not to be attacked. Save yourself the grief and embarrassment that I went through and avoid going to Southern 441Nissan or Greenacres Nissan which are Managed by the same franchise owner and also the same Service Manager who disrespected me. Could you imagine what might have happened if I had a bad temper or worse? I have been going to this dealership since 2007 and I have owned four Nissans. It's about time I Bought American Again! Good bye, Nissan, Never again!

I reserved a storage unit on selfstorage.com that was advertised with a free first month for AAA members. I am 100% certain I entered my AAA number while making the reservation online. Now selfstorage.com is saying the number was not entered and they cannot honor the free month, even if I give them the number now. I have gone back and forth with their customer service and they won't budge. Total rip off.

PC STATUS--be careful. They place on your computer an app so they can access your device remotely, supposedly only with your permission. In the past two months, this company charged my credit card $499.99 twice; $999.99 twice; and 2 smaller amounts. Had OPT7 headlights for only 2.5 years and one started blinking when hot so I tried to warranty the light. OPT7 told me the light was out of warranty and that the fluxbeam was also discontinued. The last thing they said was to look elsewhere for a replacement. So not only did they not try and make it right they told me to go somewhere else. REAL NICE! So now I have to buy a new set of lights so they match. Wish I wouldnt have wasted my money, and this is after buying 7 sets of lights for my vehicles. Their customer service SUCKS! Beware. Also I wouldnt have even give them 1 star but cant leave a review without one.

First off I contacted customer service with a warranty claim on a defective HID ballast right out of the box. It takes nearly a week for a response with every email. After running me around with troubleshooting tips and telling me that they would replace the bad part, they decided not too. The first emails said "Sorry to hear about the one bulb not performing as expected. In cases like this I can simply replace the component that is not working correctly with a brand new part." and "Let me know the results and I will get that part shipped out ASAP, thank you!" But when I provided them a copy of my invoice they told me "Unfortunately, I will not be able to send replacement parts as this kit was ordered through warehouse deals, inc, and not OPT-7." I ordered the light from Amazon, Warehouse Deals, NIB with 2 Year Warranty, but they do not stand behind the product they make if Amazon or anyone else sells it.

When I originally researched this company, there was a mixture of bad and good reviews. Because of their promptness in answering our questions in the chat window and providing information, we thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt. Please note this company is also Logobench and the Design Avenue and they are not based in the United States. It began in the chat with Richard. He gave us a breakdown of how much it would cost to design a logo and the turnaround time. He quoted us the following, "Professional Logo package: $119,8 Original Logo Concepts 4 Dedicated Logo Designer (Industry Specific) Unlimited Revisions Stationery Design (Business Card, Letterhead, Envelope) Email Signature Design With Grey Scale Format Free Icon Design Formats: JPEG, PSD, EPS, AI, PNG, TIFF, SVG." So we decided we would go along with this package. At that time, I asked him to assure us that there would not be any further cost associated with his package. He assured us that there would not be any further fees. So, we agreed to the project. The next day, Henry, a project manager reached out to us to go over the project. At this time, I asked him about not having any more fees beyond the $119. He transferred me to the "legal" department where they went around and around about purchasing copyright and a trademark. During this conversation, we were told that the copyright and trademark cost would be priced according to your state residence, but again we were told that these are optional for purchase. We told legal at that time we were not interested in purchasing anything extra. On October 22,2020, we finalized a design that we were satisfied with and asked for the files. I again was transferred back to the "legal" department and was told that it was mandatory for us to purchase the copyright, an extra $399.00 to get the files. I HIT THE ROOF! After two individuals telling me that it would not cost us anything extra, they tell us that it would be an extra $399.00 for the copyright and $599.00 for the trademark. After back and forth on the phone and speaking with a manager by the name of Devin Stoll, it was agreed they would give us the copyright and trademark, including free business cards, stationery, and tee-shirts for our inconvenience for $399.00. After much deliberation, we decided to go ahead with the deal. Once we agreed on the extra $399.00, they sent me a file with five things in the folder, with one being the illustrator file. There were files resized for the different social media platforms, there were no resized files to fit merchandise, just the original file. Again, I had to go back to the company and explain, when I purchased a logo via WIX.com, they gave me all the sizes needed for the different platforms needed for starting up a new business. It was another week before we got all the resized files to accommodate our needs. In addition, we still had to tweak the logo in order for it to fit on Facebook and Instagram. On October 29,2020, we approved the look for the business cards, stationery, and tee-shirts, which tee-shirts sizes were given at this time. After two weeks, on November 11,2020, I emailed Henry to get an ETA on the materials that were ordered and the copyright and trademark information. On November 13,2020, Henry finally responded with the copyright information and said that he would email me a tracking number for the materials. On, November 19,2020, after I emailed him, again, asking for an ETA, he gave me two tracking numbers and the copyright serial number. I still have not received the trademark information. Today, November 23,2020, I received two packages of only business cards, and they are the wrong business cards. In the afternoon on Thanksgiving Day, November 27,2020, Devin Stall from First Design Crew contacted me regarding the dispute. After I explained to him, again, why I'm disputing the charge and urged him to read the emails between the project manager, Henry Nicholles, and I, he became irate and said, "I saw your video on YouTube and this is why I do not do business with black people." From that moment on, I told him there was no need to talk any further and hung up. Then he called back, and my mother spoke with him about being disrespectful and racist. Then Devin Stall said, "black people are no good." Before we hung up again, I did warn him that I would be contacting my family attorney to report the company for discrimination and he told, "do you even have the money for a lawyer." I hung up and contacted my credit card company about his comments. On December 2,2020, I was contacted again by this company with them leaving a voicemail on my cell phone calling me a n!@@#r. After further research, we found that this company is not in California. This company is working from India, hence, why we could not locate their California Business Registry in the state's business database. We also found that this company has changed its name several times once they are found to be frauds. I have disputed both charges with my credit card and company please save yourself the headache and stress and do not conduct business with this company.

When our business decided to revamp the look, the logo design was the prime concern as all of us knew the logo would represent the company everywhere. But with a great logo design for the sister company availed last year, we knew who to trust once again - First Design Crew. The best part of their created logo is that it turned out to be appropriate for the markets we are aiming to target. Notably, it demonstrated the company identity & personality. We scheduled Aptive to come out Saturday morning but I received a computer generated email saying they were coming between 4pm and 6pm. I called Audrey from the main office and she confirmed that unfortunately they had to change the time so we made sure we were home Saturday afternoon waiting for them. I call them back just after 6pm as they didn't show up and the lady I spoke to said there was no service scheduled for us? They had our business, we agreed to sign up for the year but they messed us around.

The sales guy offers $99 at your door for spraying the house and indeed they do it one time around. They anly allow credit card payment. But then they send a contract that obliges you for 12 months and 4 treatments at $120. Not cancellable. The cancel document has invalid language that is a joke. They send it to my email that I have not given to them and attach a document that I signed electronically even if I did not. Complete scam and forgery of signature.

This is a prime example of complete and utter ineptitude, not to mention the mis-use of red tape in an incongruous and discordant fashion. I've been waiting for a biometrics appointment for nearly 8 months now, and there's been no movement. Meanwhile other people who applied long after I did have been approved. I have no flags that I know of and have been given the 'each case is different; even before covid it could take years for bio script' which is an abject lie. Since covid19 shutdown, the agency deliberately blocked biometric scheduling, failing to open application support centers until August and then in the 3-4 month since then, has failed to move on N-400 applicants. I can confirm I've been awaiting a slot at my local ASC since early March. I can safely say that this is a bureaucratic nightmare, one which knows no parallel in my experience.

My listings on eBay are enhanced by the rolling /scrollbar of my other items, so there is a chance that a customer might find another item to buy as well!

I've been a member for many years and I cannot imagine using another 3rd party management platform for my eBay listings. They've done a great job upgrading their customer service availability, as the live chat has been a valuable feature. I'm not happy that my subscription increased twice this year but what can you do. Oh, and I would love a Format Painter tool!\n\nBruce is the man, by the way!
