Placed an order on Saturday, August 20, 3022 for 1 item. I paid extra for expedited delivery (1-2 business days). I have an ant infestation at a rental property. Any time I spray poison at my properties I use a poison and an insect growth regulator at the same time because that seems to give the best results and it's better to do both at once so I only have to ask tenants to leave the house once instead of twice. My order should have arrived by Tuesday. I told my tenants I'd be spraying on Friday. Late Thursday night I got a text saying the company didn't have the item because it was discontinued. Needless to say I was pretty upset. At the very least they should have offered to ship it overnight since it was important I get it quickly and they waited 2 days after it should have already been delivered to even inform me there was a problem. I'm going to include text message conversation between myself and the employee Jerry. Jerry: Greetings Hope, this is Jerry from DIYPestWarehouse. You ordered the Nyguard EZ1 from my website. The 8 x 1 ounce bottle is discontinued. The only size the manufacturer is making is the 140 ml size bottle. Can I send that one to you instead? Me: At what cost? Our order was for 8oz and 140ml is only 4.73oz...so two of them would make it fair. How quickly will it be delivered. We ordered to spray at a rental property with an ant infestation this Friday... And it still hasn't been shipped out. Is the product inside exactly the same? Can it be shipped overnight at the same cost because we picked your company because it offered the fastest delivery of the available options and the product should have arrived no later than Wednesday. The Wednesday arrival time is why we scheduled to have our tenants leave the house Friday during the time we would be spraying. It's very upsetting to find it hadn't even been sent and this is the first we are being contacted regarding this problem. 35 minutes later Jerry: I will just go ahead and cancel your order. The price for the Nyguard 140 ML is $54.50 and I was going to send it to you free of charge. Also Nyguard doesn't even kill ants. Me: I never asked for my order to be cancelled though you took it upon yourself to make that choice without consulting me. Nothing was offered to even attempt to make this right even though this company is totally at fault for the problem. Saying you were "going to send it for free" as an afterthought once you already cancelled my order is a bit hard to believe since it was only mentioned after you cancelled my order. It's entirely understandable that I be upset given the situation and to be so petty about it and just cancel my order without my consent or doing anything to make it right is not only terrible customer service but also childish and petty. Nyguard doesn't kill anything, it's an insect growth regulator, not a poison. I'm fully aware of that. That's why I use it in conjunction with a separate poison, both of which I have been using on my rental properties for the last 6 years with great success. Doing both on the same day only makes sense so I don't have to ask tenants to leave the property on 2 separate days. I also paid for faster delivery and wasn't contacted about the problem until days after my order should have been delivered. Given that I did pay for faster delivery it's very apparent that getting the order quickly mattered a lot so this entire situation is made much worse by how long it took for anyone to contact me regarding the situation. I've been purchasing all my pest control products, excluding one, for my rental properties from this company for the last 5 years with no problem but after this I doubt I'll do so any longer or continue recommending the company.

We placed an order on July 18, 2022, they are not responding to chat or emails. The order is still in preparation according to the automatic chat. They have the nerve to say they have good customer service pfft. Don't waste your money.

I’m very upset as all of us mommy’s know there is a formula shortage an this was the only website that has the formula for my son not only are they price gouging on the formula that I had no choice to pay for because my son needs it they didn’t even show up an the worst part is that they charged me 80.00$ for delivery when it said free shipping for any order over 125.00$ THE FIVE CANS OF FORMULA WAS 127 an some change plus the 80$ for shipping so I’m out 207$ for an order I never so I’m beyond pissed

Hey there. I wanted to share my experience with BPC-157 and TB-500 that I purchased recently from Peptides Sciences. One week into the cycle, I started getting flank pain which I though is Kidney related so I hopped on google and searched for anything I can find relating to BPC-157 and TB-500 side effects. To my shock, I found a reddit post that was written only 2 weeks ago by a user who experienced the same exact pain from taking the same compounds from Peptides Sciences. In the thread, you will find a third person reporting the same issue who also purchased the same compounds from Peptides Sciences recently. This brings to me to the conclusion that their latest batch of these peptides was either not real or mislabelled for a different peptide. In either case, that is very worrisome and not what I expected from Peptide Sciences. I done my research before buying and thought this is the most reputable company to purchase from. I would steer away from their BPC-157 and TB-500 at the time of writing this post. For verification, the title of the reddit post "Kidney dull ache after using BPC 157/TB500?" I can recommend you steel fox firearms if you are planning on shopping some great gun kits. Bought a Polymer 80 build kit from here and was able to finish it up over the weekend. Stay away from hyperspin-systems.com! They have a fancy website to reel you in but it's a bunch of lies. I bought the 8tb drive for Nvidia Shield and it's not plug and play like they claim. After an hour of setup, 80% of the systems don't work. You will need to know basic computer language to get most of the systems working. Some minor systems I couldn't get to work. Their money back guarantee is a lie. They will not respond to you or help you after you make a purchase.

Bought a Nvidia Shield and a 8TB Harddrive.... Drive is not set up by arcadesystems...it does not even get recognized due to w wrong file system. The mentioned guarantee does not exist - i tried to get in contact 10 times over 8 weeks and than been blocked by their mail system.... please do not make any business with them

I purchased a backpack for my daughter and paid the for expedited 3-5 day shipping. After 13 days a bag arrived, but not the bag I ordered. The bag was similar in style but the size was smaller and the pockets were different. When I contacted ilybags about the isselues the admitted that the bag I ordered was out of stock but that the one I sent was "close enough". They have offered to send my daughter a free t-shirt as compensation, which is at least something, but I would have just preferred the company be honest from the beginning and stated that the bag was out of stock instead of trying to pass off a "look alike" dishonestly. I won't buy from here again.

Overall the store is good. The prices are reasonable, some of them are very cheap with good quality for the price. I've made some orders and fist time it took only 2 weeks to arrive, no problem at all. But my second order came in damaged and took quite a bit long time for about one month. Customer service offered me a replacement and all turned out well. I had no patience at the beginning and I was kind of upset. But they asked me what I want and tried their best to resolve the problem. I was happy with their customer service. I will order more from this store in the future for sure.

Fraud. Beware- our order was made in August and we have still not received delivery of our furniture worth lakhs. They refuse to refund (I said since they are unable to deliver just refund but they absolutely won’t). They keep changing the delivery date, gave a fake tracking ID that you cannot track it on Gati.com. Giving excuses, and I have seen that several people have the same issue. They are cheating people, refusing to refund. How can businesses like this be allowed to operate? Why can’t they just refund if they cannot fulfil orders.

Very nice product. Fit, finishing and quality is awesome. The peice I bought has hand carving so it was shipped after 2.5 months. Packaging was also good. But I am happy that the product is in good condition and looks so nice. I posted bad reviews earlier because of long shipping time. Wish I could revert that.
