I placed an order on their website. I received an email to say they were processing the order. Almost 1 month later I had heard nothing so phoned. They assured me that my order was being processed as "incoming". I said I wanted to make sure the order was coming. They again assured me. Within 20 minutes I received a cancellation email with no explanation. What would have happened if I didn't phone? Frustrating

I joined this website in the hopes of networking to a broader audience... ask and you shall receive, I guess. I specified in my profile bio that I don't shoot nude or erotic photos, and within the first few days of my account being active, I had two people attempt to solicit me to do a nude shoot, one of whom now expects me to make a 15 hour trek to do a lingerie shoot with him and refuses to provide references because he "promised the girls secrecy." All that tells me is that you are either not proud of your work or you're afraid of what people will say when they review you -- neither of which are good signs. I had a man demand my contact information to discuss a "video" he wanted to do with me, and when I asked for details about the video, explaining that I do not give out contact information until I know what exactly your game plan is, he not only ignored my question but responded by being pushy about calling me. I had a very unskilled amateur photographer insist that I do a TF shoot with him, despite me explaining that I no longer do TF work unless it's for a publication or another addition to my portfolio, because he's making a "calendar of models that's being published" by some company that doesn't even exist. Looked through his portfolio... iPhone photos of inexperienced models who look incredibly uncomfortable. Just now, I had someone with no username contact me to be a model on their website, called "teasecamgirls" dot net, and when I said no, I'm not a porn star, they insisted explaining that I can just be paid to "hang out and socialize." Meanwhile their website states "get paid to tease," and I'm not an idiot, I know what a cam girl is. Their website asks for photos of your license or passport... totally not sketchy at all, amirite ladies? I've reported most of these people as scammers or frauds. Their profiles are still active and I have yet to hear anything from moderators. Needless to say, I'm unbelievably disappointed in my experience with this website thus far. The modeling industry is dangerous enough as it is -- it's rife with frauds, scams, and abuse, and girls can get themselves into seriously awful situations if they aren't careful. It's clear that this website does nothing to filter out the sketchy people and keep people safe. I highly doubt there are even any legitimate photographers on it, and if there are, they're being drowned out by the huge amount of fakes on it. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't pay for a membership. I just wish I never bothered signing up in the first place.

At one time One Model Place (OMP) was THE place where models and photographers networked. It was displaced by Model Mayhem (MM) which was easier to use. Pity. The moderators at OMP were reasonable creatures unlike the sub-human pigs at Model Mayhem. Maybe the site will come back. But I doubt it.

Avoid this site. I ordered a set of alloy wheels, tires and TPMS for more than $1900 and it was stated that everything would be mounted and balanced and that the package would be ready to install. Well, they sent me the parts one by one. I had to wait 3 days to assemble my order and then I had to mount the tires and balance them my self losing an extra $150 from my wallet. I called the customer service and they said that they don't mount tires unless specifically asked to, that's not what the site points to. Avoid at any cost, go to pmc tires, their a bit costly but at least they're honest.

I was concerned about IDC Technologies fraud because of the information posted in wikis and reviews. However, according to the BBB and IDC's site this is the result of unsavory characters posing as IDC. Thankfully, my recruiters made securing a contract fast and easy which gave me the necessary skills to help develop my capabilities for long-term benefits to use in another field. My 2 years enlisting the services of this company so far have been great and supremely beneficial, so I would definitely seek future opportunities here again. Also, I never felt pressure to do anything. Seeking a contract and having a temp position seemed like a secondary aspect, not the main focal point unlike other companies.

The website seemed to be fraud. -If you book a flight, they send you a confirmation with no guarantee for price or fees, and you just paid a thousand bucks without any actual travel documents on hand. The confirmation they send out doesn't garantee anything. -All the phone numbers they provide as "24/7 customer care" end up at a voicemail box where you are asked to record a message, but doesn't actually let you record anything. If you read the terms & conditions it says: they "reserve the right to change the prices, fees, charges regarding the goods and services available on its website at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to the user or any other person." -They also claim on the website: "Zero Change or Cancel Fee, Now enjoy complete peace of mind with the freedom to change or cancel your travel itinerary within same booking day." But state at the same time in small print: "All cancellations are subject to an administrative charge plus any applicable airline cancellation charges." very dubious.

I have reached out to the company twice, with this same explanation and have received no response. This website places a healthcare providers name, APRN, PA, MD to their site based off our NPI numbers for the public to review. The goal I think is to enhance providers business, as they can ask patients to leave a review in their office. However, I do not work in a clinic in New Haven I work in the emergency department. This is clearly an emotional attack on me by a patient. Regardless the patient commented that I did not follow up, in emergency medicine we do not, we refer to primary care. She stated she was alone in the room however unfortunately during covid 19 there is a zero visitor rule. She stated do not see this doctor, I am not a doctor. Her friend also posted a negative comments about me who was not even present to witness the interaction. I believe this goes against the rules of the review and should have never been posted if so diligently reviewed by your company. You need to consider the type of providers you are exploiting on your site. I am not in private practice or trying to ramp up my patient population. In the ED I cannot choose which patients I see, they cannot choose the provider either. We are subjected to patients with an array of psychiatric diagnosis', drug seeking behaviors and you are giving them the ability to write whatever they want and that is just unfair. Most like the patient who said you should run far away is because I did not write her for narcotics and perhaps the attending did simply to get her out of the department. You do not have a good understanding of how the emergency department is set up. For private practice I could see why these reviews would be beneficial both for patients and providers. I have read other similar complaints from emergency medicine providers as well. Do you realize if I try to work in private practice one day how this will impact me as it is not differentiated the setting of this review? These websites recommend we reply to our reviews. I will not as my institution highly advises we do not directly respond to patient complaints. I would really like my name removed from this site to prevent this in the future as I stated I am subject to a very vulnerable population but if you will not remove my name I ask that you remove these disgraceful, emotional, reviews that are not a true reflection of the environment I work in.

Dr. Kleinheinz completed a successful spinal fusion of the L4,5 and S1 and removed a number of bone spurs, one large enough to cause me to lose 2 pints of blood. I have to say the 4 hour surgery went amazingly well and I spent one night in the hospital. My recovery was easier than I imagined and the pain level was about a 2. I needed no pain medicine, only a tylenol or ibuprobin for either discomfort or swelling. Within 2 weeks I was able to move quite comfortably and PT did make a difference in terms of strength. I would add that Dr. Kleinheinz is friendly and pleasant to work with and checked on me while I was hospitalized. I highly recommend this Doctor and I do, to everyone I hear of who needs spinal surgery. I am grateful I found him.

Normally I purchase my pet supplies from the Rymal Rd location. But for a short time they are temporally closed. So I made the trip to the Ancaster Store. When I arrived the clerk was outside serving other customers, I had waited for my turn, keeping distance and wearing my mask to ask a question regarding a certain product. She told me that I would have to phone in my order, I told her I understand that, however before I can do that I have a question. She told me to go sit in my call and call her. I was standing there with other customers, she could have simply answered the question. So I may have had clarification on the product before ordering it. I got back in my car and drove away. I will be looking for another pet store that is willing to serve their customers and answer product related questions until Rymal reopens. Very rude service from the Ancaster location.

I am hearing impaired and I read lips. I sent money for my wife's family in the Philippines twice this month of July. I informed the Stockton LBC branch customer service guy yesterday and also the woman there 3 wks ago that I read lips. They were wearing masks behind a flexi glass on the counter and I was 6 feet away from them. I requested them politely many times to please lower their mask so I can read lips (they can immediately put their mask back on after they talked) to make transactions but to no avail. I had to call my wife in Lodi to put her on speaker phone to help me in my predicament. There was enough social distancing and plexi glass in between us but their lack of understanding to someone like me was very upsetting and frustrating. It's time to look for another way of sending money to the Philippines!

I purchased 2 fylllace wigs from this company. One of the wigs have tracks across the crown. If I wanted tracks I would have gotten a sew-in. The wigs look nothing like the photo. I am a wig wearer so I understand that you have to work with the unit to get it to look right. I only wear 1B. I was sent a 1B with color at the ends. No way am I wearing these wigs. This is not human hair. It is a synthetic blend. I have contacted PayPal to ad use them of the deceptive practices of this vendor. I am awaiting a response from PayPal. I recommend Ali Express or My first Wig. These people are foneys and do no stand behind their products.

This place is a scam. The hair I bought from them, Peruvian natural wave in 14,16, and 18 inches, were dyed with different color threads and split ends on it. My stylist, who has been doing hair for 20+ years, is an expert in spotting out the real and the fake. As soon as he began washing the hair, I saw with my own eyes the dye running out of the hair. After the dye was out, that's when we saw different color threads and other things in the hair. It became pretty clear that this hair has been PROCESSED HEAVILY. They do not sell virgin hair as they website claims. Contacted consumer service about this and they denied, denied, denied. The only thing they said were things like we didn't dye it, it came like that and the donors dyed it. Not once did they answer my question concerning the threads and other material hanging out of the hair. Ladies, when something sounds too good to be true then it usually is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This site comes off as a well-dressed scam, you have to pay for their sub-par "secure" anonymous calling service in order to actually get any jobs through their website. If someone is trying to earn minimum wage or less watching dogs, they probably don't have the money to pay for the opportunity to get the job, which they are trying to obtain, to *earn money*. Any attempt to share contact information on your own terms is met with the site filtering out the information, even if the employer themselves is the one trying to give you that info. Do not use this service if you're not looking to pay money in your effort to earn it.

The worst possible experience you can have. In the times of global pandemic, people losing their homes, jobs and life, you'd think you're safe when you see the company name, "CareGuide", how wrong was I! Please stay away, they just snitched my $23 dollars, and I have nothing but couple hundred dollars till 20th of April. I ordered flowers for same day delivery from this company. I talked to them on the phone and was assured that the flowers would be delivered by 5PM that day. I hadn't received confirmation that they were delivered, or word from the recipient, so I called the company as soon as they opened. They informed me immediately (before pulling up the order) that the delivery driver had gotten into an accident and had gone to the hospital. They then stated they could have the flowers sent out that day which I agreed to. I called later that day to check on the order and the rep told me the flowers were out for delivery. The next day I received an email asking if I wanted them to make an arrangement and deliver it, so apparently the other representative I talked to lied about the flowers being out for delivery. I asked them to cancel the order and refund my money and haven't heard back. We'll see if I get my money back.

Very same experience as those in previous reviews. Promised a same day order, never arrived - I called, they said the next morning 100%, I said ok, flowers never arrived - called again, they gave me some story about a delivery truck disappearance, asked to deliver flowers the following day, I said no (as the person's birthday was now 3 days past). I asked for refund which I had to fight for, called everyday for over a week - finally, got a confirmation via email and now waiting for the correct amount to show up as a refund on my VISA. I wish I would've seen this forum sooner but these sneaky individuals have changed their website and operate also under bramptonflowers.net. So much for supporting the "little guy" in small business! Seems to be a dishonest bunch running things here, stay away!

Two days 4 hours a day did alot of surveys racked up 4,800 points and then did the next survey instead of cashing in for 10.00 amazon card lets go for the 25.00 10,000 point card. I finish surveys with tellwut and I do not get rewarded. When I spent twenty, thirty minutes completing a survey it notes, "Unfortunately you do not qualify for this survey." Customer service is unresponsive as they blocked me on its official twitter page. Many of the people giving tellwut a good review are employees and are not real customers.

I ordered gel soles on April 4/16 and they confirmed the order. To date I have received nothing, so I phoned their support number several times, usually getting "your call is next in line, then after 15 minutes, " sorry this operator is away, please leave a message". Finally I got through to a person called Victor who took my email address and advised there had been a shipping problem, but it has now been shipped from China to Canada on May 25/16. They are located in Toronto, Canada and all they do is take your money and order then forward it on to a Chinese supplier and cannot do anything else if they fail to supply. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS! I now will report them to BBB in Toronto but there are so many complains in there now I don't think it will do any good. Don't deal with these guys, prices look good but your just going to get sucked in and get frustrated!

Just a few lines to update you on what happened when Buytopia.ca found out about my review. They contacted me to ask me to take my bad review off Sitejabber, as they were now going to refund (to my form of payment) 2 of the items that I purchased and did not receive. The other one (not received by me) apparently could not be refunded because it was shipped. (Shipped to where, I don't know, because as I said, not received by me.) So instead of a refund, they are going to give me a credit for their site. Apparently, their policy on items shipped, and paid for by the customer, can only be a credit on their site. I don't believe it! Why would I even go on their site anymore, even if they are giving me a credit. If they can't send me even one of the orders that I did with their site, do they think that I am stupid enough to believe if I used the credit that I would even GET the merchandise. They are still a lousy site, with even worse Customer Service. Compared to Groupon, WagJag, Hautelook, Zuilly, and Beyond the Rack, sites that I use regularly, they fall so far short that I will leave the credit on their site and never, never, never deal with them again. And to think, that for the sake of about $30.00 (that is about the amount credited to my account) I would have revised the review and told you all that they had indeed pulled thru with good Customer Service and had satisfied me.

Freshbooks gets my clients to pay on time - I used to invoice people by sending pdfs via email and through regular mail and the problem was that people just didn't always pay. I myself am also guilty of that because you just stuff the invoice in a bin and then try to remember to pay it when you can. But with freshbooks, I probably get 10-20% of people to actually pay on time because when you send the invoice, there is an easy online method of paying via a credit card right there on the spot. Obviously I do lose that 1-3% using credit cards, but getting faster payments is more important than that percentage.

I had 4 accounts with FreshBooks. 2 paid, 2 on a free plan. Prices have repeatedly gone up, the featureset has shrunk (with that last big redesign), and stuff just breaks without notice (AMEX account sync stopped working for almost a year and I had to enter everything manually). On top of everything, they just up and took the free option away one day and I couldn't log into my 2 free accounts without setting up a paid plan. Find other options or risk losing access to your data unless you pay up. I can't access my transactions, my receipts, nothing. I could not discourage this platform enough... stay away.

I have horrible experience with this company. People this is an India based production company who send its order to India(atleast mine was send to india anyway I placed my order on 2nd sep to be delivered on 9th sep it was a birthday gift(known to the compnay as soon as i ordered). My order was delivered on 16th of Sep & that delay has nothing to do with the delivery company it was a production error as per their representative I kept talking to their online and phone help and I was told that I will receive my order in time until 6th when I was told that I will get my order late. I was feeling so helpless at the time but I decided to write a complete review on this company so others might take some precautions Shreyas plastic is behind the production of all these items, I must appreciate their customer service responses although they do not know what's going on but they do pick up phones, reply your emails and do the online chats People be careful while ordering anything as these type of companies will put you in a situation where you can only repent on yourself on why didn't I read the reviews before ordering, you must have noticed that on their website you cannot write review, so from where all those rating and views are coming it's just fooling customers (Be watchfull) the embarrasment and stress you gothrough is not worth it, so if you have ample time only than try them i have read other views on the quality of product they produce which make me belive that their work is not relaible because prints for me are fine which further brought me on the conclusion that order at your own risk people as they are not relaible business

So, I finally called Hover to try to resolve my issues. I had been trying to work through email, with little success... What a difference when I finally spoke to someone! They were very professional, listened to my issues and amazingly resolved them! The person I spoke with didnt have to check with anyone, or get back to me... he processed the credits and sent me confirmation immediately. It was a very positive experience and while I am still not going to turn on the "auto renew" function any time soon, I no longer feel the need to change my domain registrar. Bravo!

Hover has some of the worst service I have received, after rebranding the company from "Enom" to Hover, I didn't notice the change over email and hover emails were going to my spam folder... When they transferred, they didn't transfer my payment information over, didn't phone me to notify they had changed it or that my domain was going into redemption due to this fact... Now I have to pay $250 US which they refuse to reimburse because they wouldn't stand by their "auto renew" feature which clearly didn't auto renew because of their own actions. I dealt with a woman, "Lei" she said her name was, when asked to speak to someone in management, she put me on hold for 15 more minutes, then informed me that nobody could speak with me currently and that they would e-mail me to confirm a phone call at a later date (which of course, I still have not received). Awful service guys, wake up.

Worst owner of a business to ever have to deal with. I will not be focussing this review on the business itself. That's not the issue. It's how it's run and how you're treated as a customer. This guys version of "customer service" is abysmal and doesn't even exist. The lack of ethics and morals is unreal. "Let me be perfectly clear" something you'll most definitely hear or read when getting a response from this guy. He will berate you. He will tell you openly that the customer is not always right and that if you're human and make any error or mistake at all you deserve verbal abuse, gas-lighting and condescending remarks. He is spiteful and believes the customer should be responsible for fees his business incurs should you choose to file any claim through your bank or PayPal. Also, if you do file any claim whatsoever, regardless of how much or little you give him you'll immediately be banned. He is a keyboard warrior like no other I've ever seen. If you need any proof, just look at his google reviews. Specifically the negative ones, as he can't help himself but to respond and air as much dirty laundry as he is legally able to. It's worth paying other businesses more money to avoid dealing with this toxic, salty and mean-spirited individual. Heed my warning or don't. I will say, you will get your products and have a normal customer experience of absolutely nothing goes wrong. At all. Good luck!

In fear of the owner sending me more angry emails and harrassing me, I will keep this short. If you pre-order from this shop, you will likely have the same experience that I and dozens of others who have written reviews have had - you won't receive your item. Guess how long I've waited on an order slated to come in 2020? 12 months. In a few months from the time of writing this review it will be 2022. He charges your card first (the owner, Austin Da Silveira) and charges you if you request a refund, no matter your reason. But what is worse than losing money on something you didn't receive at the fault of NMC Toys is that the owner will degrade you, talk down to you, attack your character, your knowledge and your experience. He will call your struggles a "sob story." He proudly asserts, on public reviews and on reddit that the customer is NOT always right. Please stay away from NMC toys. Please. As someone in business, this is nothing against small businesses nor is it slander, but for the safety of fellow collectors, STAY AWAY.

I have been using Servermania for some period of time and now I'm ready to share some of my thoughts with you! First of all I like their support. If I have a question or issue - it takes them 4-6 mins to solve it. That is really fast! Second. Their prices are not high at all but at the same time they are not cheap. Third. No downtime. Maybe sometimes that happens, but I have never faced that yet. So 3 big pluses mentioned above do make me think that I'm with a right host! Recommended!

We were using PR web initially and were actually happy with the results. It was only for the US market and the release was automatically picked up by some outlets (nothing major) but it did a decent job. We investigated the option of international publishing and they suggested PR Newswire. They required a membership and the fee to send the release to mexico only was about 700 PLUS 300 just too add an image. They said that their reporting was going to be better than PR Web and that this service was better with a guarantee of publication from their parteras. Cut to the release being sent and their report being exactly the same as PR web. The release picked up by blogs and small sites with little to no readership. When we contacted the agent in charge of our account, he told us "you may want to create a google alert for free" and mentioned that their reporting only gave us the automatic postings like PR web. Mind that their service is 4 times more expensive. The release was sent on behalf of a client that is from Mexico and knows all about the Mexican media. Not one half decent outlet picked up or saw the release. Only one site on google reported found and was from a very small town in a small state in mexico. We contacted Cision to see they could do anything, as our client was furious and they had no way of helping at all. Bottom line is that their service did not deliver what they promise. It's overpriced and will not get you anywhere near what you want.

At first I was concerned because on Tuesday I when I picked up my purchase the security guard handed it to me outside leaving me no choice but to inspect the bag once I got home. The bag was exactly as described on the website but did not suit me. Followed all provided set up and porting instructions. I spent almost a month unaware my phone number could not receive calls or text. I am expected to pay for my next month of no service in a couple of days. Calling their customer service line gives only account information or changes to, no assistance with problems. The ONLY methods of assistance are going to a physical store and complaining, or making a second Public mobile account for their forums and MAYBE getting a reply in a few days. Then waiting another few days to get a reply to your response. Go with Public Mobile if you want to gamble on paying for a service you wont get, and jumping through hoops to MAYBE correct it. What is doesn't tell you is you need $27 of credit to activate this yet you cannot buy $27, you have to buy at least $35. If you don't realise until after you purchase, you then have to buy another $25. I'd stay away

I've bought quite a few GTA-area vouchers with them. I have had no problems redeeming any of them and have overall found that they are worth the value. When I did run into a "rival" deal that came into email which was better than the voucher I had bought, I contacted WagJag's customer service and they honoured my suggestion of crediting me back in their WagJag 'bucks' the *difference* in the value of their voucher vs the better deal. So not totally "perfect" but *awesome* that they listen to their customers (the tip being that I didn't "yell" in email but presented a solution which they then honoured ;)

Do NOT trust ServPro! They are not truthful regarding their ads. In the ads, they state that they will get the damaged place back into the condition before the incident (flood, fire, etc.). In a recent basement flood, they did come and put in their equipment to help dry up the basement. They left their equipment here for more than a MONTH! The fans/ blowers were so powerful, they kept tripping the circuits/ switches! Needless to say, the power kept going out. When they finally came to remove the equipment, they also had to cut pieces of the wallboard to investigate for mold. When they were finished, they had advised that there would be some people to come to fix the wallboards (replace or just repair) and that those people should put the heater back together – they had to remove some screws and endcaps to do the cutting. After another week or two of being put off, finally got in touch with the office and they stated that they were finished and that it was up to us to find a contractor to do the final repairs. They are not helpful or nice about doing a FULL/ COMPLETE job. DO NOT TRUST SERVPRO! They will lie to get your business then walk away without being thorough and leave it up to you to do the rest of their job.

This site is terrible for making money. I have been with this survey company for over four years and have made a total of 70$ in HBC points. A couple of years ago they changed their points program and it fells like a lot of my points disappeared. I contacted them about it and they're explanation didn't make sense but I let it go. Honestly don't have a good vibe about that incident. Regardless of that I haven't made much obviously in spite of doing close to 400 surveys over the four years. As soon I I get to 80 dollars I am leaving this survey company. Right now I am between 70$ and 80$ and I have been for quite some time.

First... customer service is the best of the survey sites. You earn points which exchanges into your choice of gift cards offered. In total I've earned $10, $20, $30 & $50 Walmart gift cards. I ordered a dress from Lulu's a little while ago and paid for expedited shipping for an event I had. After 5 business days, the shipment had still not been processed by the USPS and I could not get a hold of Lulu's customer service. I tried calling twice, used the live chat, and emailed twice and I received nothing in response. Finally, I received one email response but it was extremely unhelpful and did not give me any information. It has now been 10 business days when the dress was supposed to arrive in 3-5 and this customer service experience has been one of the worst I have ever had.

I have had chatr for a year and in the last 4-5 months they have manipulated my services due to my "high data usage" so if I use too much of the data I paid for they cut my call service and mms.. and of course I get slow data rates when still well within my highspeed alotment. And ever since I have signed up with Chatr I have been harassed by scammers once or twice a week. Sounds like they are selling personal info.

Ordered two blades. They sent the WRONG blades. Emailed them copy of the order, photos of what they sent and what they should have sent. On the phone they said they would email me a return shipping label and that they would send out the correct blades. That was 2 weeks ago. Have followed up with two additional emails and 4 phone calls. All phone calls went to voice mail. This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. Like other posters here - wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Will contact the BBB and lodge a complaint as well. Do not order from this useless company!

This is the worse travel program that the school ever used. My son was in the school program that it supposes to travel to DC. They cancelled the trip and never refund the money in full. We asked about our full refund, they replied that the company took some loses and would not give the full refund. We asked further explanation and they would reply. Only explanation they gave us is thT they took loses so therefore, they kept some of our money for their lose. It is not fair that they cancelled the trip and kept $115 for their lose. We think this compay is unfair to families like us ans to the students were ready to travel. We think if the company cancelled the trip they should return our money in full. Any school or individuals, we would caution using this company for students' travel. Very disappointed with... if we can give ZERO we would but progam would let us comments without give at least a star.

In spite of being able to list one's loyalty cards on the app the cards are not used towards purchases. Today, I lost out on over $20 worth of PC Optimum points that I was hoping for (since I am unemployed and every cent counts right now!) as my loyalty card was not used for my purchase at Real Canadian Superstore. When I brought up the missing points with Instacart, I was told: "You can add your loyalty cards on Instacart so you can earn points or perks from the specific retailer every time you purchase through Instacart. However, redeeming your points or rewards cannot be done through Instacart and you have to make the purchase directly from the retailer." What in the actual heck?! This doesn't even make sense! I have cancelled my membership and will be getting pickup directly from the store in future. I don't know who benefited from my PC points today but, as far as I can tell, this is fraudulent and a scam. You have been warned!

Don't waste your time or invest your hard earned dollars with them. They don't care unless you are a high yield investment portfolio. Worst mistake I ever made was having them handle my investments. I can't get anyone to return my emails and/or phone calls. Even been turned down as to having another advisor handle my investments. My investments have continually lost money since going with them. I would never recommend Canaccord to anyone. They have basically forced me to transfer my investments elsewhere and lose further money.

I thought that this was a reputable company and trusted the services that they touted online. I was grossly and sadly mistaken. I shipped off my PS4 Pro to them for repairs and about a week later, I got a call from the shipping outlet I used telling me that UPS called her and said that fasttech was hard to reach- the UPS courier agent was trying to contact them to take delivery of the item. This entire taking delivery of a thing took nearly two weeks to surmount- Fasttech knew that they were being contacted BUT did not tell me, and made no other efforts to contact the courier agent UNTIL I called and started berating them basically. Then there is this long standing issue between Fasttech and UPS---long story BUT my best advise is, IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES AND TERRITORIES, DO NOT SHIP YOUR CONSOLE TO FASTTECH FOR REPAIRS! Fast forward to weeks later and they STILL have not repaired my console. I asked all the time- last time I checked they said it was repaired and will be shipped out. I checked the next week and they come clean with - ' oh, we tried to repair it and we could not so we will refund you.' They did not refund the original charge for the repair services but deducted $50. This was after I stuck out time, precious time to get into the legal squabble between them and UPS Canada, calling UPS Canada to demand a refund of the charges that was billed to them when they took delivery of the console. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIRS- THEY ARE A FRAUD AND HIGHLY MISLEADING AND MISREPRESENTING COMPANY! BE WARNED!

The order got fulfilled by Amazon, Amazon sells for 70% cost. Plus no returns or exchange allowed. Requested for an exchange, and no response. Give some BS. Told them to give me what amazon will give you, still no response. Asked for exchange and will pay diff, no response. Be careful before you place an order. Once placed, they will hide behind their return policy, which they do not explain when you place an order.
