My first time to order from this company and there were 3 items missing from my package, but marked off on the invoice as packed, one 10lb bag of product had NO LABEL, and another 10lb bag of product will expire within a month of me receiving it and 3 items on back order! I was really looking forward to becoming a regular customer with this company, but now I can't even trust that my products are what they are labeled to be or even if they are expired before I even get them. I'm very disappointed!

Placed an order August 17th and was told there was an 8-10 processing time. Today is September the 4th and I have received no shipping confirmation. Emails are going unanswered and the status of my order still says "awaiting fulfillment". This is a very busy time of year and waiting more than a month for one item is absolutely ridiculous. I am contacting my bank to have the charges reversed. This is the first and last time I will order from these people. Save your money and invest it with another company who values your time and won't take your money and fail to fulfill your order.

Customers have a lot more power now than before and that has its pros and cons. If for any reason some of your customers have been bad-mouthing you, it's best to get ahead of the situation and deal with their comments online. At least that's what I did and what I recently recommended to a friend. This diagnostic center is very famous due to its rare health checkup package such as gut microbiome test, hair mineral and toxins test, fatty acid profile test, autism test etc. including all regular diagnostic testing packages. I have also done my health checkup from FMD. They collect samples from my home and send the report in my email id. Really impressed with the report. Report has more parameters than any other diagnostic center report. You should approach them at least once. Highly Recommended By Me!

I ordered some flowers for next day delivery and received an email the next morning to tell me that Bromley is not in London. This is the same Bromley in the London Borough of Bromley, which is served by the London assembly, Metropolitan Police, London Fire Brigade. Why on Earth you would offer a service for London, but not know what constitutes London is beyond me. There is no information on the website to suggest they only serve particular areas of London either- if there had been I could have ordered from a more professional (and probably cheaper) florist. They offered to deliver the flowers a day later (like that solves the problem) without even acknowledging that since Bromley is in London, it meets their criteria for same day delivery!

I spent over £550 with Moyses Stevens Flowers at the week - end and am totally appalled at the customer service. Quite disgraceful. They accepted all my orders and took my money, then 12 hours before 3 deliveries were due to be delivered, I was told the expensive orchids couldn't be delivered, due to the distance, but would I like for a bouquet to be sent instead. I told them if I'd wanted a bouquet I'd have ordered one, but they haven't responded. All my deliveries are a mess, and they haven't told me what's going on.Beware of this company, I've deleted them from my apps and my computer.

Don’t Bother!We have been trying to get this company to come out and give us a quote for a caravan veranda for 6 weeks. The first phone call was six weeks ago, where we were told it would be a few days before the rep could call. Two weeks later and no contact I rang back. Full of apologies and promised to get the rep to call. Another week and no call. I would normally have given up by this point but our site recommended them so I persevered. I rang a third time and received a call back with a promise they were coming out on a date two weeks ago. I advised we wouldn’t be there but they said that would be ok. They said they’d do a quote and email it to our site owners and copy me in (at my request!). That was over two weeks ago and still not heard anything.UPDATE: a 'complaints manager' called Aisling contacted me after I left a comment on their facebook page. She was very apologetic and said she would ensure someone came out to measure up for a replacement veranda. Sure enough I was contacted by a rep who looked at our existing veranda and advised that they were unable to match it up with their product so I asked them to quote for a new veranda. They said they would and would email the quote to the caravan park and myself. This was around 30th September. Since then we have not heard anything. I have even contacted Aisling via the means she contacted me but no response has been forthcoming. Avoid this unreliable company at all costs.Further update. We eventually had decking fitted but they’d measured it incorrectly and so the gate latch couldn’t be fitted. They extended it by a few inches which made the first step very high, but most alarmingly, wasn’t enough to stop the caravan door from catching on the gate stopping my husband from being able to get out. Luckily we managed to open the door with force.Calls and promises to put things right resulted in nothing happening until eventually I managed to speak to someone who said they could either extend it at our cost (!) or have the gate open outwards.We agreed to the gate opening outwards but haven’t been to the caravan since so not sure if it’s been done. Not a great company to deal with.Ps. My review had been posted on another Fitrite company’s page in error originally.

I built a deck using Fitrite materials two years ago. The decking boards have been OK but the edging trim has sun bleached to a very pale grey. After 4 months of repeatedly trying to obtain an answer (yes, I know things have been difficult during lockdown), Fitrite have just said it's been fitted incorrectly! There's no further explanation, just that one line. I fitted in accordance with their videos and having looked at an installation at a nearby garden centre. I'm at a loss as to how a trim can be installed incorrectly and, more so, how it would affect its sunlight durability. They haven't explained either. I'll never use them again.

They send unskilled people without the proper tools to install their ( in my opinion) knock off windows. Windows were all the wrong size and leaked air and water from day one. They slapped wrong sized windows in my house hoping I wouldn't notice before they could get me to sign an approval. After going on many sights and reading reviews I'm pretty sure once they get their money you will probably NEVER see them again. I find this company to be unscrupulous. In my opinion they are con artists with a well crafted plan to scam unknowing people out of their money and leave them in a WORSE position than BEFORE they decided to replace their windows. They believe just because you signed a contract they can treat you any way they want to. If you value your home and want to avoid stress and heartache DO NOT sign on with these people. Help spread the word about this company to protect other uneducated consumers from being abused by this company.

Make sure you order a pair of shoes that you are sure you want and know the exact size that you need. Receiving a refund takes up to 6 weeks after the return was processed on their end, which I never received even after 6 weeks. The exchange takes up to 6 weeks as well after they receive the returned shoes, and I am hoping I will receive my exchange and not get the faith in them crushed again.

My husband and I took part in the online antenatal course and attended the virtual hypnobirthing course as well. We found both to be invaluable; the antenatal videos taught us so much and were really easy to follow and understand. We then had a video call with Freya to answer any questions.The hypnobirthing course was really insightful and the breathing techniques came in very useful during labour and will no doubt help out in other situations in the future. Since registering for the courses Freya has been in contact with us, offering support and guidance throughout, helping us prepare for the birth of our baby and also following his birth. Freya offers so much more than we expected, we were given so much practical, valuable advice from a friendly, helpful and approachable midwife who is super knowledgeable, we would absolutely recommend her and all of the services she offers.

Delivery time was longer than advertised because payment confirmation took almost a week. But this is negligible. What bothered me, was that they would not send me an instruction for the correct application of the compound i ordered. I am a first time user and asked for a clear instruction to my email and even wrote down some of the information I gathered, but I never got a reply. So I had to search through the forums, but I still missed some information. I basically ruined my first vial, because the Bac water splashed directly into the powder by accident. I don't want to go through the same hassle with every new compound I want to add, so I will look for other sources.

Purchased Greenworks Lawnmower MO60L01. The safety key was lost. Went on website to find replacement. The part number was not found. Using the model numbers (MO60L01 and LMC420) returned a 2 prong key. It was not the correct part. After contacting Greenworks I was informed that the part on the website was not the correct part and the only way to get a replacement was to call. Would they give credit for the part that was sent. As I am typing this, I am getting the correct part at no charge. I hope. Greenworks needs to do some serious work on their website, at least let people know to call and the website info is bogus.

The 80V snowblower works great...when they work! Just ask me, I have gone through a replacement of a replacement that was replaced. Yes, that is 4 snowblowers and I have NEVER gotten a season out of any of them. And now, with yet another dead machine, they are saying that the warranty is from the first machine and that they are no longer responsible. I was told "if the warranty was on the newer machine, a warranty could go on forever"(Greenworks Customer Service Supervisor 1/5/22). So this comment makes me realize that they are aware that their machines are substandard and that they are not standing behind their product. Game on.

Don't ever buy life insurance it is a predatory scheme upon those with high incomes and the elderly. They also charge twice as much in premiums as their competitor for a comparable policy as a quick search on policygenius.com will reveal. The sheer extremeness of their premium prices means that no one could possibly be saving a single cent from taxes, despite what salespeople at Mutual of Omaha may claim. There exist several multi-level, 1099 contractor, work-from-home style schemes that defraud their employees, and create false listings on the job search websites promising things to the employees that they never deliver. I personally stopped searching for a job online simply because of how aggressively these schemers promote their marketing fraud. There are reviews under the site name www.mutualofomahalife.com for this company, but I think they slyly changed the domain name of the site in order to avoid the bad reviews. Also, don't be fooled by the fact that they are a 100 plus year old company and make claims of reputability based on this. Some scams and schemes are as old as time, this is one of them.

I was paired with Mutual of Omaha through Costco's mortgage program. The agent I was assigned to presented me with a very attractive offer for a refinance on my mortgage. After getting my application in, this agent ignored me on many different occasions. He even went on vacation for a week and did not have the decency to inform me, nor pass me onto a colleague who actually had time to work with me. Emails and phone calls were continuously ignored. All of this occurred during the time I was desperately trying to get a rate lock in, but his delays eventually caused me to lock in a higher mortgage rate with a lower lender credit two and a half weeks later.I took my grievances to Costco and Mutual of Omaha, but they decided to do nothing for me other than a mediocre apology and a pathetic $500 refund, even though this horrible experience will end up costing me thousands of dollars over the life of my loan. Mutual of Omaha deserves zero stars or less for the experience I went through. I have no idea to this day why I was ignored... it was as though they were purposefully trying to delay my rate lock so that they didn't have to give me the offer that was originally presented to me. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Do better!

Since SunTrust merged with BB&T the customer service sucks! I was incorrectly charged by creditor that was supposed to have stopped payments for typically a large sum monthly; the creditor somehow sent it through. Although Truist investigated and found that the charge should never have been sent, they have charged me $105 in fees and will not reimburse for an error that was in no way mine. I have attempted since 12/18/21 to get this rectified to no avail. I am closing my account! The customer service is horrible even at the bank branch never mind the main department for customer service. They have stopped providing temporary credits while investigating which has a trickle down effect if you have any other charges while they take their sweet time investigating your issue(s). DO NOT BANK WITH TRUIST; THEY ARE TRULY HORRIBLE.

I paid the down payment for my carport on 4-13-2021, I waited until 6-24-2021 for a team to arrive to install my carport. When they were almost finished installing the carport, one of the workers tells me that one of the 21' panels had been damaged in transit and that they would have to return at a later date to finish the carport. They insisted that I go ahead and pay them for the unfinished work, which I hesitated to do until I got some sort of promise for them to return. I still have the email from a Christy Dalton promising to return in a timely manner to finish the carport, and now it is November 2021 and they still have not returned to finish the job. Avoid this company like the plague or they will rip you off. You will have to sue them to hold them accountable, because they are irresponsible and unreliable.

They have jewellery, textiles, pottery, toys, Christmas items, alabaster, lamps, coffee, tea, spices, etc. Shipping is often free. I buy from them in part because the items are so beautifully made as well as practicle. The jewellery prices are really great. Knowing that the profits go to the artisans - and that they are paid a fair price - is fantastic.

They recruited me at a shopping mall asking to work for them. What the business is is selling scammy retirement and insurance plans to helpless naive people looking to save money. And they wanted me to be a salesperson. But you have to get there through recruits. You literally have to recruit as many people as you can. They harassed my friends and family trying to get them to work for them! In order to get a financing license you have to pay a $100 fee that will "only be withdrawn when you get your license". I decided I didn't want to be a part of their sketchy scammy business and they took my money anyway! My bank wouldn't help me either. Do not go to them for ANY reason. They'll screw you any chance they get.

There's a reason variable annuities are not good financial investments. They make money for the seller and for the insurance company. The purchaser is lucky to live long enough to recoup his/her investment let alone realize a profit. I am fortunate in that I have passed the surrender periods of a Transamerica Variable Annuity I never would bought in the first place had my (former) broker not left out certain details. I now have a lifetime income from the annuity, which sounds great except for the fact that the annual check- in the low 5 figures- not only isn't enough to pay my rent, it is my own money! This annuity is no longer being sold. Comparable ones that are would pay a lifetime income of less than half of what I receive- again, getting your own money back until you have it all and start receiving TransAmerica's money- if you live long enough to enjoy a few years of that profit.

Getaroom booked a room for us in the wrong city and state. We called a representative directly at about 3:30PM who refused to change the booking claiming the time for cancellation had passed per hotel policy. We called the hotel directly and they stated that the cut off time for cancellation was 6:00pm. So the Getaroom representative lied and refused to help us. However, after complaining on this site, customer service responded with a few hours to grant a refund. I appreciated that effort. I was unfortunate one customer service person made our experience difficult.

At first glance the dress was beautiful, Marie rail was nice and thick. It didn't feel cheap at all. However once I actually got to stretch the material out a bit, I was able to see there was stuff all over the dress. It looked completely used and the price tag was just slapped on it! I asked for my money back as soon as I noticed and still haven't received anything. I'm very disappointed. I can't honestly say I will be ordering again. I would also like to know where my refund is?

My daughter bought a dress, tried to return it a few days later, they said nope! Seasonal item. At this point I still have American family as my auto insurer and insurer of other things. My agent I use is located in Salt Lake City Utah, and I have to say that he and his other half have been amazing ALWAYS. Here is my "beef" with American family and I am positive it's the same way with other insurance companies and that is their "preferred" auto body shops that they want people to take their cars to. What I found out after my first experience is that the area manage or district manager who agrees to or disagrees to repairs is "in bed" with those owners of the preferred shops and I would not doubt for second that the manager is receiving some sort of a kick back to continue to use particular shops in your area. I found out that the shops are at the mercy of these district managers and what is going to be done to either fix your car on the cheap or fix it right. I am working on contacting the Utah State Attorney General after my experience. I just wanted to make consumers aware that at least with American Family your repairs on your automobile properly is at the discretion of the district manager. Not sure what we can do about it or which if not all have their "preferred" auto body companies they are getting their biggest kickbacks from if they are. I don't know for sure.

I would never recommend American Family Insurance. If you ever have a claim they will never pay it and they will make every excuse in the book why you are not covered. My house was robbed $42,000 of items and they refused to pay. They told me every excuse of why I am not covered. I am currently suing them over this matter. Don't make the same mistake I did by getting American Family Insurance. You might as well have no insurance with this company!

I had sent my somewhat functioning turbo ( t25 Garrett) for upgrading and rebuilding. The turbo returned was one that leaked oil. My old one didn't leak as much as the supposedly reuilt one did. I complained and they said return it so we can fix the prolem. Well, the proprieter Jin, Gerry told me that everything was in tolerence and therfore ok. I fould that I could not use that one returned to me. And so I was set ack 387.00 and it didn't include shipping. I ended up going a much more expensive route in the end.And eating the piece of junk they called a precision turbo.

The customer service there is really unprofessional. I went in with my 7 year old son to pick out new glasses, in the process of being helped the front desk worker was very rude about my paper work. The front desk kept calling me back to the front desk for things she already had in the paper work. As I walked away, they laughed. The whole aroma in that place was so off. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, come to find out they one of those were not the ones I originally wanted. I then give nationwide a call, they tell me to come in and they'll assist me. I go in, they ask what I need and it was like more of a hassle to help me exchange them. The whole time I'm getting it exchanged nothing is being explained on the process, or not even am "I'm sorry for this mistake" after getting my refund and correcting the paperwork I then ask just to be sure "The other pair of glasses is still on there, correct? Just an exchange for the ray bans" and she gets upset and says "excuse me?!" And I explained the other glasses are there and just doing the exchange for the other glasses, and I show her the receipt and then she corrects her attitude. I say thank you and walk out, she doesn't say a word. Overall this place can be great because I've been to other places, but the one in Tucson, Az. Location: 1785 W Valencia Rd is NOT it.

Office manager ask me if I like the photo gray/transitions type lens. I respond that I wish they got darker. Office manager does not order on new glasses and when I asked what I was getting, she got angry. Says didn't order transitions/photo gray because I said I didn't like. I never said any such thing. I said I wish they got darker. Lousy listening skills. Lousy skills to get the customer what they want or what is best for them. While waiting for the correct glasses to be made I went back to the store to get my everyday glasses adjusted. This same office manager refused to help me. I left after waiting over an hour. I went back again the following week to be treated the same by this office manager. Best part is the eye DR at this location is a friend of my brother in law.

Complete sham! KenE Stocks Denver Central franchisee is a complete con artists! Ray Fabik the president of the company is equally useless. "careless transactions" took on my mother's estate by way of an industry referral. The people who gave the referral ended up having to finish the estate sale that he couldn't be bothered to finish. Which in the end was a good thing because they actually split the proceeds. Caring Transitions will contract every penny of the proceeds into their pockets. And invoice you after selling you loved ones stuff. Horrible company!

If I could give zero stars I would. My CFO tried to coordinate a loan with Larry Brand out of the new York branch. Worst experience in my entire career. This company should be sued and dissolved. No communication. Every time we asked for a list of what's needed we had to pry it out, only for it to be changed in the middle of the deal multiple times. Made new demands from architects (on Christmas) in order to close by Dec. 28th. Cost me thousands, but we got it done. Ghosted me less than 24 hours from closing of an extremely detailed approval. If I hadn't saved the deal( by the skin of my teeth) would have spent my entire life pursuing their shut down. Almost cost me over half a million. I'm a licensed GC with over 25 years experience. My CFO has an MBA in finance. CANCEL THIS COMPANY. They are a sad little joke.

I've been a customer of Earth Class Mail (ECM) for many years, but the recent more-than-doubling of their prices (from $14.95 to $29 and now to $79!) has forced me to move to another better, cheaper provider (Anytime Mailbox). The last time ECM doubled their prices (in 2017, shortly after their bankruptcy) they committed in writing that us loyal customers would enjoy a "lifetime credit for an extra address" and should accept the change on the basis that we "will not be excluded from new features and improvements in the future". Not even a year later they instead reduced service levels, claiming it was "not an economical business model". Then a year after that (September 2019) they reneged on their "lifetime" promise, instituting a huge 70% price increase and charging for addresses. As if that wasn't enough, the "premium" San Francisco address is itself a forwarder, meaning that my packages are more often than not being rejected; this "service" currently costs $109/month before usage fees! To add insult to injury, I've just learned from another irate customer that they plan to continue charging me for 6 months after I leave, but there's no point discussing with them as they will just refer to clauses buried deep in their terms. The best way to avoid the disruption and expense I'm experiencing now is to avoid signing up in the first place; there are plenty of other, better options out there.

I was a very satisfied customer of Earth Class Mail for many years and trusted them to receive and deposit my accounts receivable checks. However, the service degraded markedly by early 2019 in just about every way, including mail forwarding time, reliability, and customer service. If an occasional snag occurred in their system, it had been possible to reach customer service by phone with little or no wait time and they were always completely knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. This changed drastically to where customer service was no longer available by phone at all, email response was about two days, and most critically, their email responses provided no useful information and were vague, general, or otherwise meaningless. Despite still needing this type of service, my faith in Earth Class Mail plummeted to the point that I had to cancel the service. Then things went from bad to worse. I had to send several messages to cancel before my request was acknowledged. Then I had to pay a "nominal" $50 cancellation fee for a six month period of continued basic service in case of any incoming mail during that time. Although I paid this fee and had only a few pieces of mail with a few checks the first month after cancellation, they managed to charge me over $100 for that month, just about the same as my usual month charge with a much larger volume of mail and many more checks. I cancelled the cancellation service to not incur any further charges. However, I have not received any forwarded mail despite paying the $50 cancellation fee. One check sent to that address was never forwarded to me nor was returned to the sender. I hope that was an isolated incident and that any other mail is at least being returned to the sender but am very concerned that it is not. Then again, it is probably not a reasonable expectation that Earth Class Mail would be more reliable or trustworthy after closing my account than when it was active.

This company is bad news. They hire inexperienced technicians, mostly level 2 technicians that don't know what they're doing. Then to top it off when you complain they fire them, and hire someone who knows even less. To also add insult to injury you find out that your database has been wiped clean because a previous technician disgruntled by the boss has decided to run ransomware on your database, and the backup you had entrusted them with was corrupted. Please avoid Team Logic IT at all costs, it cost me years of my firms work.

Total Wine has got the the worse packaging of any liquor store I have shopped at and I'm 77. Single cheap plastic bags that the bottom seam rips out. Seems they want to sell product but do not care if packaging will hold up long enough to get to the parking lot. Tonight was the second time that a bag gave out. I was able to catch the bottle on the first bag break. But tonight the bottle smashed in the drive way. Called the store manager and no sincere apology or concern. He said he would report the issue to corporate but did not want my contact information, made no effort to replace or discount a replacement. Going back to their competition in Houston that knows how to package a bottle in a strong bag. Very upset.

I am a transplant from the East Coast to Colorado, and so was looking for a good space to accommodate meetings with clients, and also to have a professional place to occasionally rent an office so I could focus. I have my wife and toddler at home, so a co-working company seemed like a good solution. Well sadly, I was horribly mistaken.I was aware that there are bigger names in the co-working industry, like Regus and WeWork. I suppose I was just trying to support small business with my decision to patronize Office Evolution. To make a long story short, I signed up with their DTC/ Greenwood Village office in Denver, Colorado. All I needed was occasional access to an office (usually their day office) and the conference rooms. Wow, talk about substandard service! Usually at co-working spaces, there is a Business Center Manager present, or at the very least, a receptionist. There was never anyone at the front desk, the entire time I was a member. Luckily, I was only there for two months, but I should have left long before then. The internet was down quite a bit, which was ridiculous. Starbucks would have been a better bet for a decent wireless connection. I attempted to call OE headquarters about this issue, but there were only two techs there who never answered. I found a general support email address, and received an incredibly poorly written email from a silly girl who clearly could not spell her own name. Here is the gist of what she wrote: “We can defiantly help you with that! And we'll summit a support ticket right away. Thank you for your patients." Clearly, the best spell checker in the universe could not help her. She helped me make the decision to ultimately cancel my membership. There are indications that Office Evolution is expanding and doing ok, more or less. What I want to know is, if that's the case, why was I under the impression I was dealing with Ma and Pa Kettle? Where is the professionalism? Why don't corporate staff there know how to SPELL for Chrissakes?!! I have held several high profile jobs as an Editor, so it bothers me no end.I met another member at the DTC office who had a Business Address plan with Office Evolution, and he believes that service is a scam as well. He explained that what they won’t tell you is if you want to change your address once you leave, you will not be able to do it the normal way through the post office. There is a general suite number that the post office will refuse to redirect your mail from. And at least with Office Evolution, you’ll have to pay a fee to have them forward your mail to you. Oh, but there’s free coffee! Big deal. I can more than afford my own darn coffee, thank you very much. As a result of my experience with Office Evolution, I am writing off the entire co-working industry. I don't have the time or patience for such shenanigans. Good luck to them all, but my guess is that it's just a passing trend...

I didn't realize they had a new facility and a shuttle bus to and from the airport so, I got a ride with a friend. They didn't have the car I requested so, they up graded me to a Toyota Camry, a very nice car, at no extra charge. The check in was a breeze and the counter guy was most friendly and helpful. He made one call and when I got to the pickup window, the ar was ready. It was just as easy when I brought the car back. No hassles and what they quoted is what they charged. Great doing business with companies like this.

We rented a car Feb 10-15 from advantage rental. Filled car up and returned the car. Was told everything was ok and then got home got a $119.00 on our credit card saying we did not fill car up. Called them several times and sent copies of the rental agreement and copy of our gas bill, still never received any money back. We have been in dispute with HGV over the last several​ months but they are refusing to assist​ us and have now requested intrusive information from us regarding our finances. We have already paid this timeshare company close to $70,000 over the last decade, resulting in the ownership being completely paid for. They have all of our money and we just want out! There is no reason why any more of our financial information should be needed to end our ownership. We find this very discomforting. We are tired of the company giving us the runaround. Since paying off my timeshare they try to sell me a new one daily. No matter how many times i request to be taken off the list they call as well as their affiliates call daily. As soon as i say please remove me from your call list they hang up in my face before i can finish saying it. So rude! I hope to change my number soon. Westgate Myrtle Beach you must set your umbrella up behind the $50 large Green Rental Umbrella and chairs. Nice view of the ocean? Ridiculous! No exhaust fan in tiny bathroom. The dog in the room next to us barked our entire stay. I let Mashandra aware of the problem and she did nothing about it. I let the manager Kelly aware of the constant barking and she spotted the people that had the room and tried to make it a confrontation instead of speaking with them at a later time. We are on the 4th floor and the elevator on the left side of the lobby was broke. So all of the Timeshare folks and guests were waiting a very long time to go to there room. I thought by booking a resort we would have a much more enjoyable time. I was wrong! The Econolodge next to us is right on the beach as well. It has exhaust fans in there bathrooms and the elevator works. No animals to deal with and free breakfast! The simple things you would expect make sure you ask if they will be available or you will be disappointed. Why anyone would buy a timeshare here is beyond me.

If you want a spring break experience for yourself and children go for it. Neighbors outside loud music till after 1 AM security was unable or unwilling to handle it. No one gave me map of property or told me I could park in garage and get an luggage cart. Service at the property was horrible and they could do nothing about it. Drunk load people everywhere all hours of the day and night. Felt UNSAFE! Property ID: 880715 I had an issue with the property was unable to contact the owner over weekend and pulled my back out due to having to move hotels. Still fighting for a refund and VRBO can do nothing except send the owner messages. I have to contact my bank to fight this now. The worst trip + the worst after care = I will never use VRBO again. Maybe this is just that one owner but then they need to suspend or delete them because I will not take this risk again. How many other owners have no sense of customer care once they get their money. Which I had to pay additional fees over the original amount in addition due to some error on either VRBO or again with this specific owner.

Absolutely terrible. Worst online experience I have ever had. Booked a car and then needed to change pick up time more than 24 hours in advance which is says you can do... Except the website would not allow it and waiting on hold on multiple calls for over 4 hours because we kept getting disconnected was not enjoyable. Only to be told there is nothing they can do. If we don't pick up the car within 3 hours our reservation and deposit is gone. Never again will I use these guys.

This is an organized group of trained people, whose aim is to deceive you and steal your money For the second time in a row, we fell again into this defrauding company Fox rental a car robbed us money and there IS NO WAY to get in contact with anyone: customer service Email, Face book, Websites, call center,…. (they actively use the technique of Ignore, avoid and Denial) FACTS: Upon arrival the employee Mr Michael said: "I will make you an offer, you cannot refuse" Given we had previously been defrauded in February 2020 at the Miami "Airport" station( by an employee who forced us to add an insurance we never asked or needed, case officially reported to the station and on the social media) - we answered " NO". But then he added: "you should trust me, If you return the car empty, it costs you only 3US$ to refuel the car. After returning it with some fuel, we were (obviously) charged for the whole missing fuel. There has been no WAY to get in contact with the scammer Michal, his office manager and the management of the company in general, neither on the day, nor later (5 months later still) As a consequence we have reported these repeated sales fraud techniques to the BBB and to the respective authorities. Remember, that FOX being cheap, means YOU WILL PAY the difference (with interest) in phone calls, nerves and a lot of time wasted, after the rental This is the worst scamming company ever met in USA Short note on reaching the station: When you land at the airport, there is NO Fox car rental. You need to wait for a bus at least 20 minutes, drive additional 20 minutes to a station. Still this is NOT where FOX is: you need to wait for a SECOND bus (no air conditioning and no social distancing so to better spread COV19) and after a journey in 120F, you get to their third world location.

I used to always enjoy flying first class but American Airlines took first class to a very "classless level". On a 5 hour trip to Vegas they served woke sandwiches covered with in saranwrap, packages of snacks and let a train of coach customers use the bathroom.We fly coach now, bring our own snacks and use the concourse bathroom before take off.

This was my first visit to Rosati's. The owner himself waited on me and took my order. I ordered: a Chicago Style hot dog, Italian beef sandwich with sweet peppers single dipped, and a slice of the" Pizza by the slice"he had a sausage that we added pepperoni and fresh mushrooms to. The orders included Krinkle Cut fries and a small salad. All was to go. Ima tell you what... The food was excellent. The service was timely and over all I would rate this visit as a 5 out of 5 stars. Sales reps tell you lies and sell you products you don't need! I run a business and would never do this to my customers. I was told one thing and sold another! I come from the MidWest but was not raised to treat people like this company does. The higher you go up the chain to talk with someone the more they cover up for the guy below and chassis you for signing documents even though sale rep is not tell the truth! I am sure someone will delete or try to smooth this over in a response!

Because they sent me childrens clothes instead of what I ordered, I threatened to go to the top with a complaint to Walmart Customer Care. They finally gave me a refund and told me to keep the pants. I will give to a charity so if you have a complaint, threaten them with Walmart and Federal Trade Commission. This doesnt say much for them though, so dont order anything from these thieves.

My son and I were ripped off by Joybuy. We purchased a hammock that was supposed to include a pillow, a steel stand, and a carrying case. They are saying they don't sell this hammock w/ these things, but I have screenshots of my emails from Joybuy that clearly state otherwise. I'm including these in my review, along w/ a photo of the hammock we received. We're very upset and disappointed in Joybuy... nothing joyful about buying from them. This is not how a business should treat its customers.

I contacted the corporate office and it's been 4 days and can't even return a phone call. Absolutely positively unacceptable. I like how you say if it's urgent call the location. I have called 2 times and a message comes up saying sorry voice mail isn't set up. How can this location be so incompetent? It's not my responsibility to look at my order before leaving. It's your employee's job. This isn't the 1st time. I don't want to hear any excuses.
