If you are looking for an online bank, this is the option I would consider. It allows you to pay whatever you think is fair per month as a monthly fee- even if it's nothing- and you have free access to any atm's across the United States. You can also invest money with them, and directly deposit money easily. You can get a bonus for signing up with them as well. This bank has great customer service as well. You have the option of planting trees with your change as well, and you get a high interest rate on your checking account.

I've been a member of Aspiration for a few years now and I opened it as a secondary account for pet expenses. My dog was scheduled to have surgery so I started transferring money into Aspiration in preparation for the the surgery costs. The a transfers were limited to $1000/day but the transfers itself took 5-7 days to show up. They were quickly taken out of our original account but the days it took to be available on aspiration was insane. Not only that, but once I had made a few transfers, a hacker got into my account and managed to changed the primary email and carry out 4 wire transfers (all without tripping any security steps, I had two fact Authentication set up). The bank was nowhere to be reached. I called and called the security line. They had an option foe a call back and I never heard from them 5 days after. I called everyday multiple times a day. Finally I was able to find out that they are active on Twitter. So I had to publicly ask about my money being lost and why I hadn't been contacted. Finally I was called back. This was back in May. They opened up a "dispute" and put the stolen money back as a "preliminary credit". It is now July 8,2021 and nothing. No news on the dispute. No call backs. Going on Twitter this time didn't even work. I've filed an SEC violation. My account is still locked and I can't get any money out. I cannot imagine if this had been my primary bank. If you look up reviews on BBB, there are people threatening suicide because this bank took their money and won't unlock it. I've also spoken to several people on Twitter and one of them has even started a Twitter specifically to complain about Aspiration. The security is dismal if present. Customer service, especially on the security line is non-existent. The company hasn't taken any responsibility for the hack or done anything to ensure people's money and accounts are safe. I have emailed several times too and all I get is "sorry you had a bad experience". If you go on their towered, they are very active about talking smack on big bank but I cannot wait to go back to a big bank where my money won't be stolen and locked and I can guarantee things will be resolved in a timely manner. Do not use this bank.

I have received several bouquets of flowers now on 3 separate occasions, as gifts from friends snd family members from out of town. Flowers are not fresh, roses already opened - ready to be almost thrown out on first day. Other problem is flowers are put in stirophoam so there is no way to cut the bottoms or put fresh water in them. Flowers in a 3 rd arrangement - never opened and also had to be thrown out. Owner is argumentative and has no interest in working with dissatisfied customers. DO Not order anything from this business. They are NOT "posh" or " sophisticated" nor do they deliver fresh flowers or take care of u if there is a problem! Absolute nightmare!

This company says they sell flowers that can last for months. The flowers I received were not only damaged by their own box but also were already dying. They were not like the pictures. I reached out multiple times and have yet to hear back from a single person. I'll include what they advertised vs. what I received. Oh, and their phone number conveniently has no voicemail set up.

Wigs are not lace fronts, you don't get thick wigs even wen u order the 200% density the wigs i got were so thin the cap showed through 2 of them can't even be worn at all cuz there's no part in them so it looks like ir cousin IT, customer service was disgraceful, there return policy says they pay for return shipping if wat u received was poor quality or wrong color which mine were both. I sent them the pictures of the wigs showed them the flaws n eveything but they were declining to pay to return them n only wanted to refund me $10 n I could keep the wigs which aren't usable anyway. I went back n forth fighting with them for weeks I was even willing to settle for half my money back eventually they offered me $25 so I took it only because I was fed up with arguing with them. This site is a scam you o not receive wat ur seeing in the pics n u can't even leave reviews on the site. Since this happened I have been posting about them any n everywhere I can so they opened a new site to try n start over without all the bad publicity the new site is cexywig.com becareful!

Having never worn wigs I was already distressed at losing my hair. My aunt recommended this website and I found and ordered a Gabor and a Noriko wig. I had a different shipping addressed than my credit card and Barbara wrote an email to make sure the card was indeed mine. I'm a senior citizen and so appreciated that extra service. The wigs arrived and were just as expected. The color and style were very natural looking and I feel very confident wearing them. Would I buy from this company again - YOU BET.

You could answer questions, make friends and customize your page which was fun and expressive. There was really no censorship and we could be ourselves, People would just match wits and verbally duke it out or crack jokes. The polls were enlightening and the site was a blast. Then one day without warning,... access denied. We panicked! Everyone used aliases so many of our friendships were lost in cyberspace and we each had a cyber soda funeral and grieved. (. I painted my tin foil hat black for a month... I was affected by this!) Sodahead was flowing for about 7 years- some of us got real close. It was a travesty, and if the government bought the contents- we are all screwed and on a list somewhere... just kidding.

They had a niche, combining polling, commentary, and social media. Unfortunately, banner ad revenue was insufficient, so they abandoned the users (without any advance notice). Now they try and sell polling as a service, as if every content management system on the web doesn't do polling right out of the box. Considering what they did with the user community, their fly-by-night tactics should be a red flag for anyone who contemplates using their service.

I'm stuck with two outfits I do not want that were never even tried on. NO returns after five days. Given our shipping and availability issues now, this is just not good business. This place (Royalton Rd, NR, Ohio) used to be a friendly local store for fuel and quick mart. I said used to until the new manager came in who has the rudest attitude in any business. The manager has the attitude, give me your money and get the hell out! I pity the staff that has to put up with her. Any company that puts this kind of person in charge of a store should not be catered to. There are other fuel stations in the area besides this one. Personally I have stopped going there as well as people I know who used to go there.

You have management favoring people, making fun of other employees who may be struggling or didn't perform duties correctly! You have management hollering and degrading employees in front of customers! The workers were so embarrassed they looked humilliated and ready to cry! Place is terrible to work if your not management just to give u ALL heads up! I worked there 3 months and didn't have no training nor modules till 2.5 months into employment due to computer taking a poo! In meantime nobody told me for winning Lottery tickets you need to make sure it registers all way and prints out receipt that it was activated! So store lost $50 in winning lottery! Few days later chic came in said paid $30 on gas pump n went to pump gas n Nothing happened! Not knowing she prepaid w Debit card I just restarted the pump and let it go well my co worker who seen all this happen seen the chic pump her gas and leave and then he decides to tell me that chic Paid w card so you just gave her $30 in free gas! I was so pissed he let all that go down n didn't say nothn till after chic was gone. Also one more incident happened w prepaid cards. Long story short lady came got $30 on card supposedly wouldn't work at pump n come find out she had an old card she was using not knowing supposedly! So manager kept her card for veri and needed last 4 numbers to confirm w bank n come to find out like I guessed she had used an old card w no balance on it. So not sure wat ever happened w that! My manager took the transaction over and completed it! Anyways cuz of dum ass customers either being scandless on purpose or accidentally being air heads I lost my job! After busting my ass everyday going on early on shifts and going in on days off to help my boss and I was constantly busting ass waiting on customers or cleaning and stocking or organizing shelves. None of that seems to matter to them tho!

They ended up delivering generic clear glass vases and used blue and red food colouring in the water instead, they then blamed me for not writing "no substitutions" in the special request box, even though it doesn't give any option to do so. I recently purchased through GROUPON a carpet cleaning deal through California Coast Home Services. It was $69 for 5 rooms up to 1,000 sq. Ft. I had been looking for a new carpet cleaning service so I thought this was a good way to try out this company. I'm new to using GROUPON but after today's bad experience, I realize that GROUPON does not vet companies who want to advertise their "deals" very well. My main complaint with this Home Services carpet cleaning company is that they have "Hidden Fees" which they do not mention in their "Fine Print" section. My husband and I are senior citizens and we cannot move large furniture around but just to make it easier on the cleaning crew, the day before arrival which was today 09/07/2018, we moved floor and table lamps, small end tables, a tea cart, and removed all my framed photos away from where the cleaners would probably work. Jake who was the sales/tech guy came first to assess our cleaning area. We actually only had 4 rooms to clean around 800 sq. Ft. Jake noted that our hallway needed what he called "deep cleaning" and that it would cost an extra $30. I agreed to pay because otherwise he said they would not clean that area. I did ask him to move the short 4 ft long bookshelf in the hallway to clean under it and he said it was no problem since there would be two men coming that day to my house and they could move any furniture I needed moved. The cleaning crew arrived and Jake told them what needed to be done. Then I had to go out to get lunch and my husband stayed home to watch them. When I came home, the workers were gone. It had only been 45 minutes tops! They also did not move the bookshelf nor any of two sofas and even a chair in the living room. I asked my husband why they didn't move it and he said they told him because I didn't ask them to move it which is not true. I quickly called Donna at California Coast Home Services and she said that they normally charge $35 per furniture to move! I told her I read the Fine Print and I did not see this charge written in there. She was silent because she knew it was not in there. I told her to get her people back out here and finish the job under my sofas and she said they were totally booked that day and they could come next week but they would have to charge me $35 per furniture move. I told her forget it! The workmanship is average at best and I cannot tell the difference between the normal cleaning areas and their "deep cleaning" area. I told Donna that I was putting a Stop payment on my $30 check for the deep cleaning. That's when she hung up on me. Sitejabber, you guys helped me out once with a different issue before and it was successful and I appreciate it. Now I'm asking you to let your viewers know 1) Beware of Groupon deals and 2) Do Not use California Coast Home Services for carpet cleaning. Hidden Fees make good deals really bad!

Basic, $30/year, nothing more than you can get for free on web in a few minutes UPDATEAs I have paid for it, I have used it for quick lookup of current addresses I would not otherwise have researched, and reverse phone lookup. For this convenience it is probably worth the $30. I had hoped for more, but obviously the market determines the price. I don't think I would pay for a report today which did not contain at lease some Social Networking App research.

Will not buy again from Winetasting.com I was a longtime patron of Geerlings & Wade wine buying service. They were acquired by Winetasting.com some years back. This morning I selected a case of wine to order. When I went to check out I noticed that I was being charged > $45 for shipping. In 2001, I had purchased a "LIFETIME" Presidents Club membership that gave me a 10% discount and free shipping. I called them and told them of their mistake. I expected an apology and immediate correction. The operator told me that they no longer offered free shipping. I told her that her website said otherwise. No comment from her. I then explained that I was a "LIFETIME" President's Club member that I have paid for in advance. I added that I was not yet dead. She said that was a service from the previous Geerlings & Wade relationship and not their obligation. I said that was not true because it was posted on my account under their website. I further explained that I had prepaid for this service and they were stealing from me. No comment. So, I told her that she would be losing a customer of over 20 years and that I would be posting this. No comment. I hung up. I urge you to stop buying from winetasting.com. They are obviously not concerned about meeting their obligations or promises and do not deserve any of our business.

I should have read reviews before ordering from them. I ordered on July 9 two dresses. None of them were pre-orders. Got my confirmation email with no tracking number and they charged my card. In their FAQ section it states their merchandise usually mails within 3-4 business days. It's now my daughters birthday July 24 and still nothing. Called numerous times (voicemail of course), emailed and facebook messaged and posted on their wall with still no update. I finally cancelled the charge with the credit card company and let them know. This was my first time to buy from them. It's a shame, my daughter would have loved those dresses.

Two of my seven personalized "taffeta like" stockings were made from rough cotton and different pattern. Company said they don't have anymore of the nice ones and will reimburse me for the two bad ones. I demanded reimbursement for 7 all since I can't use them. She said no, I asked for her supervisor, supervisor said OK if I send them all back. No problem since I can't use them, but now I'm out $$$ for shipping.

I give them a "minus 3 stars." Awful, awful, awful experience! Terrible customer service. Issue never resolved. No understandable explanation given... just run-around after run-around. It's not the $10 of mine that they kept but the principle of the thing and the fact that there is absolutely no customer service. Very frustrating experience. "We can't help you at this phone number. You have to call our other department. No, I can't give you that number; try Goggling it." I did try. There is no other number available. I have 250 new gift cards to prepare for my holiday rush and special "buy 4 get 1 free" on Black Friday and they don't work. There is no way to escalate the issue on the phone so they say they will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours. A week later I had called every day and nothing except that it is escalated and I should hear by email. I finally get an email from the second tier support and my emails back bounce. This company does not care about customer satisfaction. I am halfway through my holiday season and still no resolution. I am a small business and can't afford this.

Same story as rest, ordered 9 to ship to Seattle in early October 2019 but they never arrived, they have no phone number that I could find, of which I was a bit suspicious of from the start, but being a dummy, I placed an order and paid with a credit card a month ago and no barrels and no response! Their address shows they are in Napa but my guess is that they don't even exist business wise. I called the Napa Chamber of Commerce and they have never heard of them nor are they a member. The addresses on Google Earth show two buildings but looks like no activity or barrels to be found. They also operate under the scam business of oakwoodbarrels.com too! FAKE!

I never received a refund. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The business never responded to BBB's letter. My complaint is posted on the BBB website. The BBB gave this business an F rating. I see another complaint on the BBB website from someone who placed an order for medical supplies for the US Army and is waiting on a refund for $1574. 75 since 2012. Sean Beshore and the employees of United Health Supply (aka Exa-Med Commerce aka National Brace & Splint) ought to be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered 2 packs of the unna boot wrap which was suppose to be 3 per pack for a total of 6 but I only received 2 single boxes. I've sent email after email and all I get is someone from our team will contact within 48 hours. It's been 4 weeks now and nobody has contacted me. They sure were quick about taking the full amount of money for the order but can't seem to send the full order. What a lousy way to treat a customer. This place has no business being in business if they, 1 can't deliver product and 2 can't communicate with customers. Very immature and unprofessional! I do NOT recommend using this place for anything unless used as an example of what not to do and how not to treat customers.

I tried so hard to make this work. So so hard. Just do not order from them. They have to change. I chose them b/c their website said ships in 2-5 business days and across the nation things are backed up. 2-5 days turned to 5 weeks. The customer service is the absolute worst I have experienced in my life. No response, no answer to phone, email, voicemail. The product. Honestly its such a shame bc the product is good. But still. Don't do it. I am a competent diy dad who can do electrical, plumbing, framework, ect. If this was IKEA with metal studs it would be/could be so simple. All their online instructions are out dated. The parts arrive mixed in boxes to save them money on shipping not to help the customer. The labels on the actual parts are literally the hardest to read and the worst I have ever seen. Ever. I was missing over 15 items. 15!. So embarrassing. Every transaction is a frustration with them. Every department is a frustration. Purchased in April of 2019 and despite following all of the maintenance guidelines, it looks to be dead beyond user repairability (which is saying something since I replaced one of the drive wheels and the belt on the mini side brush). We regularly replaced the filter and roller brush. We cleaned the sensors and made sure the dust bin never got too full. I even removed the cover and cleaned it out with canned air once in a while to shake loose the dust. It did a great job cleaning; no-go lines always worked flawlessly. We found the app very intuitive and easy to use. We were really happy with it. However, the robot now is stuck requesting reboots and according to tech support (case #928377263538307072) needs to be sent to an authorized repair center for diagnosis/service (all shipping at my expense). Given how much we spent on this unit, less than 2 1/2 years is not long enough for the product to last before apparently needing major repairs. Although we liked the product, we will likely not be buying another Neato again given the fact that we simply cannot trust the reliability to go beyond a few years. It needs to last longer.

The neato batteries stopped holding a charge after 4 months, its supposed to have 6 month warranty on the batteries. I wrote customer service dozens of emails, sending copies of the walmart receipt at least 6 times. They just keep ignoring me. They have not sent new batteries (2). I have wasted hours of my time emailing them. Too bad, the neato works good when it works, but it only lasts a few months. The attitude of their customer service people really sucks.

We are launching a new product line and had a lot of communication back and forth with OXO to determine the correct size boxes and options available. I went back and counted 19 emails back and forth with the Manager of Sales. Then I just received an email that said "... I really apologize, I just got to know that our company policy is not to make any wine packaging..." The webpage looks impressive, but I'd be cautious with how much time you give them, probably okay to purchase something off the shelf, but if you need something to be made custom then beware.

This outfit deserves a -5. If you can't deliver, don't operated as a company. Avoid it like the plague. Service is horrible, equipment is substandard and over priced. The gateway has been replaced once, and 2nd one just died within 8 months, after months of flaky performance. So dslextreme does monitor this. Where is the tech? I called yesterday to report a dead gateway, but nothing was done until I call again this morning. The scheduled service window is 2pm-4pm. It is now 3:30pm. The tech is nowhere insight. I don't want to repeat the wait again another day. Especially I had to take time off work., Which is costing me $$$. It's almost 4pm, still no sight of the tech. Repeated calls to dsl extreme seem futile. Most of of the time on hold. They just don't know when the tech will come, or even if tech will show up today. Who's going paying for my lost productivity. Might have wasted 2 hours and 3 hours without pay. Where is the promised tech who is suppose to come between 2pm-4pm. It's now 3:55pm. Its 4pm. The latest is they haven't assign a tech, yet. It's pending. They broke a promise. Breach of contract! You should not promise something if you can't delivered. And only tells me you can't delivered after i took time off work. What a joke! Looks like I wasted 3 hours off work No concept of time, it's after 5pm now, with a 2pm-4pm service window. It's like I have unlimited time to waste on calling tech support, on hold for? Most if the time, only to hear call back in another hour to check status. Which mostly likely mean I have to waste another day waiting for a tech that does show up. Where is the tech you promised that will come between 2pm-4pm. I only took time off work, after asking appointment confirmed. They should not be in business

Another REALLY bad internet company. My mother signed up with them after hearing a radio talk show personality endorse them, (she didn't know that they are compensated for doing that, so their advice is not objective). She finally cancelled her service after 2 years of CONSTANT connection problems. They then charged her credit card for the modem, which was returned. Only after she complained to the Better Business Bureau, did this get resolved. Really cheap internet = really bad internet.

I tried to order items for Christmas from Neiman Marcus online. It started off hopeful – then turned into a challenge quickly. First, the banner at the top of the website is wrong. There is NO free shipping. Second, when shipping items to multiple addresses, the page keeps reverting to the sender's address, causing you to have to re-select the actual address (you JUST entered)…. Again and again (especially for multiple recipients.) I had ten items going to 8 locations. This turned into a tedious back and forth task double checking and correcting addresses. Then, once I was certain all the information was STILL correct…. I placed the order. Low and behold, they omitted an item on the summary (although the item count at the Order Summary charge showed 10). The online chat was slow and no real help. I called CS and they were able to confirm all ten items, but they had two of the same item going to one person. UGH! They did fix it by canceling that one item…and reordering it. BTW – my email confirmation only showed ONE ITEM! This is totally messed up! Taking my holiday business elsewhere for the remaining items I need. Lastly, this order process took nearly an hour and a half (not very efficient!) and totaled nearly $1000. Beware ordering online from NM. Might be faster to just call or visit a store!

The online store part of this website is a scam. I paid for an item over a year ago that I still have not received. After a number of emails and posts about the part in question. Kevin requested that I call him to discuss the item, as he did not want to discuss via email. Now he will not return my phone calls and repeatedly gives excuses via email as to why he can not return my call. He owes me $160 or the part. I have outside knowledge that the part is not being produced. He won't tell any of the sites members the truth about the part in question. It's a scam. I have a claim open through the BBB. It's now up to Kevin to reply and he has not done so as of this date. He probably never will because he does not answer his phone. He screens his phone calls like only people with things to hide would do. I was banned and blacklisted from this site because I posted a link to a verbally abusive and racial voice mail that was left buy one of this sites moderators. It was a message that was left on another members cell phone. I was inquiring as to why the message was left. I received no reply from the moderator in question and he banned me and deleted my post. I can only assume it was to cover up what he had said to the other member. He made a blanket apology, and it was not one that even remotely covered the basis of his actions. I hope that anyone who reads this review will strongly reconsidered having any part of this site. There are much better sites out there that have the members best interest in mind not their own pockets. The saying "If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is" sticks for this site.

We stayed here almost week, and had nothing but problems. Most of the workers are nice; it is the management. The place is very poorly run, and managed. The pool and hot tub are both very dirty, with a lot of bugs. The "complimentary breakfast" is a joke - HORRIBLE - both my wife and I got sick. The rooms are small; the mattresses are worn - everything is just old, and falling apart. It is also quite loud - especially at night, as there is a "convention center" there. Also, there is a problem with the local ATV riders riding late at night in the parking lot. ( Yes, they do offer to call the police, but by that time, everyone is awake:-<) If you dare to complain about anything, they just get nasty quick. HORRIBLE, horrible place...

Just spent two nights at the Shilo Inn Portland Airport. What a great hotel. Complimentary shuttle from and to the airport. Nice lobby with very friendly staff. Large comfortable rooms with all the amenities one could ask for. Two TV's, mini fridge, microwave, separate sleeping area. Clean spacious bathroom. Large indoor pool. Complimentary continental breakfast or select breakfast meal in the restaurant.

I bought a 6 pack of tube socks with stripes. The socks are different sizes for each feet! Left is smaller than the right. The stripes on a pair are different colors. Very disappointed. Package was shipped in a paper envelope that ripped, the socks were not in a poly bag inside the envelope so they arrived dirty from rain, and being carried in the mail. I wish I could give 0 stars. Personal Concepts keep calling me all day and sent my information to credit collection to pay 265 even though I have not asked for any of their services. They are fraud pretending to be government agencies and attempting to collect money from new business owners. They sent you threatening messages telling you that you are not in complaints with Labor Laws. Such companies should not exist. A cat was lost one street over from where I live. This robocall service was supposed to call nearby esidential landlines to alert area residents. I never got a call on my landline. My friend paid a lot for this, and if they didn't call my number (which plenty of telemarketers know), I doubt anyone was called. Cat was found by knocking on neighbors' doors, none of whom had received calls.

I just lost my 7 month old Vizsla last Weds night in a very rural area on the Eastern Shore of MD. This area is almost 4 hours from our home. I used this service and was amazed to find out how many people knew he was missing and who to contact. When he was found 2 farms away I took him in town to have over 50 ticks removed. As I got him out of the vehicle I had several complete strangers stop me and say "Thank God you found him, we were all looking and worried." Wow! I was amazed at how many people knew and cared.

I realize it's not run by the Warriors but instead run by Fanatics. Fanatics sucks. They wouldn't match a price from NBA.com and then they told me they couldn't cancel the order. It won't even ship for another 2 months. I can get my item from NBA.com in a week. I won't buy from them again. Terrible. Go to the actual Team store if you can.

I wanted to buy my boyfriend a Warrior's hat because he's a huge fan. I figured the best place to get gear would be the team store, and since the address listed on the website isn't far from where I live, shipping probably wouldn't take too long either. I cannot believe how wrong I was. Honestly? A one-star rating is generous. For starters, it took three weeks to ship. This was not a custom order, it was just a basic hat. I emailed customer service after two weeks to see what was up with it and got no response. I had a vacation planned a couple weeks later and when I got back, I saw that it had shipped the day I left. For whatever reason, UPS wouldn't leave the box with the leasing office or try again later since I wasn't home and I was supposed to pick it up from them within the week. Since my trip was 8 days, I missed the window and they sent it back. Fine, I'll put that on me, even though I'm still not sure why it should take 3 weeks to even put the hat in the mail. Since no one had replied to my email, I called the customer service line. I don't remember her name, but I talked to someone who apparently answers the phone and does nothing else because she couldn't tell me anything other than that they'd gotten the hat back from UPS. She said she'd talk to her manager because she was the only person who could reship or refund anything, and the manager would call me back as soon as possible. I asked how long I could expect that to take, since I'd already tried emailing and had gotten no response. She was surprised by this (though I don't know why, she knows what kind of customer service they provide), but said she had no idea when her manager would call because she was really busy. I work in retail, so I can understand this. I waited a little bit, but I still never got a call from them. I sent them another email to see what was taking so long, if I was ever going to hear from someone or get my hat. Nothing. It'd been a couple months since I ordered the hat at this point. I finally got an email from the team store a month after that, telling me that they'd refunded the cost of the hat. I knew I wasn't going to get the cost of shipping back, but I'm still irritated that I basically paid however much to go through three months of hassle with this sad excuse for a business and end up with nothing to show for it. It's disappointing that such a successful team has such incredibly incompetent people running their store. If you're looking for Warriors gear, seriously, go literally anywhere else.

I normally don't like to buy expensive items online but I decided to take a chance since they had the best deal for what I was looking for. I purchased a set of 20" wheels for my Range Rover Sport and it was a super smooth and fast transaction. I even called their customer service number and the sales woman was very helpful and polite when I had questions about shipping. I received my wheels in under a week and they were in pristine condition. NO beat up boxes, dents or scratches. I'm not sure why there are bad reviews about this site. I personally had a great experience and would highly recommend anyone to deal with them. A+++++ seller!

I had ordered a new front lip for my mazda rx8 to replace a broken one and upon ordering it, the website decline my transaction saying they will not ship to my address. Not thinking much of the matter I went elsewhere to find my parts. Two days later I see this company has charged me not once, but twice for a part they are not even sending me! I have yet to hear back from any customer service reps even though I have called multiple times

I reached out to 2 of the brands and they informed me that this site is a scam site and does knockoffs of their products! BEWARE!

The website says they're based in Chicago and you can return items but everything is shipped from China and must be shipped back to China. A $30 bra costs over $40 to ship back with tracking by US Postal service. The merchandise received was cheaply made and their sizing chart was NOT accurate. A bra ‘large fits DD cup' is actually a C cup.DON'T SHOP HERE!

Don't subscribe to their membership. 1) It's a bunch of downloads & you can get better docs elsewhere & for less. 2)You have to contact them MULTIPLE times to get it canceled. When you ask for a refund for being charged after you asked to cancel, you'll get a message: "I'm sorry but according to our terms and agreements,The Witchy VIP Program is a non-refundable product. No worries, I have submitted a request to cancel your subscription. Rest assured that moving forward you will no longer be charged." "No worries" is my favorite part (eye roll). ("No worries," we just ripped you off by ignoring your requests.)

If could give them zero or even negative stars, I would. I ordered a few items from them and they finally arrived after about a month. When I opened the bag to look at my stuff, each one was already/still in a bag from China. The labels were actually in Chinese and the address was China too. Needless to say, all of the items were complete junk. I immediately put them back into the bags and got in touch to return them. I received an address to send my items back to, which I did. It's been a month now and I still haven't gotten a refund. I've emailed them several times about it and each time they respond it's about something completely different that has nothing to do with getting my money back. I'm not getting my hopes up about ever seeing my money. So I guess they got their merchandise back and are keeping my money. I wish I had researched them more before ordering because I never would have after reading all the other reviews. My advice: SCAM! STAY AWAY!!

This device is pretty awesome. I live in the city so the air is not that great and my windows are usually open during the day to get some air in because it's quite warm. This device makes sure to clean the air. Not only that, it is pretty quiet and I can get some good sleep at night without being disturbed by the loud noises by other air filters.

I ordered two sets of sheets. Only one arrived and it was the wrong size. When I shipped it back per their policy, it was "returned to sender". No one answers their customer service number. It goes to a full voicemail box and you are hung up on. This was after about a dozen calls over two weeks.

I ordered sheets in a Queen green colored. After 3 weeks, i received the wrong size and color and on top of that, the ones they sent had a stain. They say on their website that if they are at fault, they will pay the return shipping if you request a pre-paid label. I did that and never received the label and since the sheets had to be returned within 30 days, i had to pay $32 to ship them to CA from FL. I have currently been contacting the customer service for a refund and no one returns calls or emails. So now i have already returned the sheets, not been reimbursed for them and had to pay to return them myself so i am at a loss of over $145! Horrible company! I am not sure who customer service is serving since, clearly, its not the customers.

Had a dealing with Thor kitchen and have to say I was very disappointed. I was hung up on, they said they would call and never did, and said they had shipped parts when in fact they hadnt. The product was a good product, however the customer service was horrible and the support was non-existent.
