Every time I order from this site I'm disappointed with the product. I've tried at least three times, each order having a few items and I always end up returning them. I did keep one shirt, and it started to unravel after two washes. Ever notice how nothing on their site is reviewable? Yeah I've realized there is a reason why. Don't waste your money or time.

I taught on the platform for over a year as I traveled the world, and it was $#*!ty pay and a platform that didn't always work well. But I really enjoyed the students. Unlike others in the reviews, I had wonderful experience with the students and formed some lovely friendships. I created my own curriculum and saw students gain knowledge, get into English speaking universities, and secure jobs under my instruction. It was rewarding from that perspective. But the company's tutor agreement, which they've amended, is abusive. And they're asking for the rights to ANY and ALL creative things tutors design or develop while working for them (novels, apps, screenplays, etc) although the contract specifically says tutors are independent contractors. They can also use tutors' likenesses for advertisement without permission or compensation. They can sign tutors'names to legal documentation (I'm not sure this is even legal!). They forbid tutors from engaging in class action law suits. The list goes on. I'm not a disgruntled worker writing a revenge review. I was a tutor with an 8.84 rating out of a possible 9.0 I had planned on quitting the platform when the new agreement was to take place on May 17,2021 but I went on the platform two weeks before that date to log in and I was being forced to sign the new agreement early or I could not log in. I had 20 or so hours already scheduled that I couldn't undo because I couldn't get onto the platform, which means I looked AWOL to my students who'd scheduled those hours. This is the kind of thing Cambly does. There is no regard for tutors or students. It's a money grab.

Many people teach English online part time while devoting their full time attention to a creative endeavor, such as writing a novel or designing an invention. If this is you, then don't sign a contract with Cambly! Section #7 refers to "developments," and agreement with this item compels you to give Cambly your "rights, title, and interest" in "all inventions creations, improvements, discoveries, methods, developments, software, and works of authorship, whether patentable or not, that are created, made, conceived, or reduced to practice by him or under his direction or jointly with others during the Service Period, whether or not during normal working hours or on the premises of the Company." It goes on to say that if you refuse to sign a document that they want you to sign, "Tutor hereby irrevocably designates and appoints each executive officer of the Company as his agent and attorney-in-fact to execute any such papers on his behalf to take any and all actions as the Company may deem necessary or desirable in order to protect its rights and interests." So by signing the contract, you give them the proxy power to sign any document using your signature, forcing your legal compliance. I've taught ESL abroad for 6 years but this contract is on another level. It's normal for your employer to own the rights to things that you create at work. It's another thing for them to own EVERYTHING you create in your free time, too. Cambly could legally pursue any royalties you may earn from any creative projects that you complete while under contract with them.

I hired NetReputation after a friend of mine Googled me and saw an article from a DUI I had gotten when i was a teenager. It was in the local newspaper. They told me they couldn't delete it, but they could push it down. I spent at least a week gathering info and making sure I was booking the correct room for my needs at the Sonesta Es Minneapolis St. Paul. I was sent multiple confirmation emails outlining the correct room. Upon arrival, the staff failed to assign me a room, and was stuck with an unwanted room until the next day. When I did get the room I chose, it reaked of cigarette smoke, but just dealt w/it since I was here for a funeral and having to continually move in the snow up flights of stairs each time got old. The smell was gross, but was here for a funeral, and just dealt with it, since they already screwed up. Phones didn't work in room, downstairs TV was stuck on 1 channel, but not end of world. What infuriated me was that after spending 6 nights and well over $1000, the night before checkout I called from my personal cell since phones in rooms didn't work. I called at 10:03pm and spoke w/ a man a politely asked if I could please get a late checkout for the next day (March 21st). He said the latest I could have was 2pm and I agreed and thanked him. I also informed him the room phones were not working and he thanked me. Next day housekeeping pounds on door about 12:45pm. I politely tell them I got a 2pm late checkout. They leave and 2 min later I get a call from some front desk girl named EBONY, who tells me the only late checkout they give is 1pm. I tried to explain I called the previous night and was told I could have until 2pm. She argues w/me, insinuates I am lying, wont listen, and tells me we have 15 min to get our stuff and leave. I try to explain, and she hangs up. I have phone records and everything. She was one of the most horrible people in customer service I have EVER encountered, and basically called me a liar. I had been patient with all the other problems this hotel had given me, but this girl is a terrible representation to any buisiness. After spending well over $1000 to stay at this place for the funeral of my father, that was my lasting impression. I would have many other choice words to say about EBONY, but I have some tact, and as a business owner myself, someone like that would be fired adapt! I am appalled and disgusted to have been treated like I didn't matter all, especially after all the money I paid, and knowing I was in the right. She is an AWFUL representation of someone to deal with the public! I plan on telling everyone I know about my experience, and especially EBONY. I travel quite a bit, and will also write a similar review on YELP, and ANY other site! She is awful

My family stayed at the Sonesta ES from March 29,2020 to October 29,2020 as long-term guests as it was an apartment hotel. We were evicted by the Warwick, R. I. police after going to court on October 29,2020 because the Sonesta staff, Dagma Colon and Keith Taylor falsely alleged that we refused to wear mask, was rude to the staff, and did not pay.The truth is that 2 days before, we complained about the upstairs neighbors smoking and throwing butts on our heads from their 2nd floor balcony. Also, our son is autistic and could not wear a mak, Keith and Bill called the Warwick Police to have him thrown out. They refused to honor the medical exemption for face masks. He was always more than 6 feet away from people. Keith also complained about Arizona using the computer more than 30 minutes, even when no one else wanted to use the computer. We are currently in court at Middlesex Superior Court in Ma., with the Sonesta. The court refused to put our evidence and pleadings in the docket. The Sonesta will charge $250. For smoking but will continue to allow guests to smoke. The staff do not understand or care about the needs of guests with autism or medical reasons for not wearing a mask, the hotel practices zero tolerance. After 30 days in R. I., in our case 6 months, a guest is considered permanent and falls under landlord-tenant which requires 30 days notice to leave, so Sonesta sent the police and told us we had 2 hours to leave because we reported guests for smoking. They threw us out during the height of the pandemic. Beware of deceptive business practices, false advertising, extra charges on your credit card. The Court will lose or not file your Pleadings and evidence so that the Sonesta can win the case. The corporate office is located in Ma. And the Middlesex Court is in Ma. We can prove everything that we say but the court refuses to allow it, so we have taken to social media to tell the truth about the Sonesta.

The same day that I inquired about a building project I received a call back. I was nervous at first because I thought my questions might be stupid. However, Conner Donahue made me feel very comfortable and we were able to start planning what I needed to do so they can move forward on the project. Connor was very knowledgeable about every step of the way including the prep of a site. I'm very excited to work with this company on my new project. Below is my old building, I plan to add a Mother in law cottage to the Existing structure.

Bought the Basis Band a year ago. At first I used it all the time and was constantly check my stats. I think since then they have come up with an updated model that does a better job of tracking sleep. However, my biggest annoyance was that the USB connector keep breaking. My husband and I both bought these watches and they BOTH almost never worked. They always glitched out and would always be very inaccurate. We demanded a refund, and when we returned both watches, they gave us our money back for only ONE watch. Now we're out one watch AND our money. They don't have a customer service phone number so we have to communicate via email. Which of course they just don't reply too. What a scam and a horrible business!

I ordered a few nail polishes from this site. 2 Of my china glaze polishes came half empty. The other polishes I got had dry patches of polish as if someone had tried them on before it got to me. I paid the same amount I could have got from eBay. The service is really bad too because they forgot to pack 1 bottle for me. So I emailed them about it. They asked me if I wanted to get it sent out to me I responded Yes right away cus I already paid for shipping I want my products. But I had no response after that I even sent a follow up email asking if they can't send me the polish just transfer the money back to me still no response. So nail polish lovers out there watch out its a very dodgy and unprofessional website you might as well buy it on eBay to spare yourself some time, troubles and disappointment.

This was the worst carpet cleaning service ever. The franchise owner in my area is Ryan Carroll. He charged me $690. When I called that evening to say I thought it was extremely expensive. He immediately brought the price down to $525 because I’m a “nice person”. I had two rooms that had mostly small spots. They came right back after the carpet dried. He said it “will continue to lift up the stains for up to 2 weeks”. Um, wrong! I called/texted for over 6 weeks. He never redid the job nor refunded and $. I haven’t met anyone in service industry so apathetic to the quality of his work.

She wanted me to send it through UPS so she came get a tracking number, which would have cost me $75+ (hell no!) so I sent it without a tracking number through USPS which cost me $24.34. I sent her an email saying 'I just paid $24.34 for shipping that is the cheapest they have and it has no tracking number. In order to get a tracking number I will have to pay $75 or more and I am not doing that. See below for attach receipt. Showing [that] I did send it. You can go to usps.com to track it with the LC941210167US but they said it's not a tracking number however it will take two weeks to get to you. Please process my refund plus the $24.34 I just paid.' I heard about this watch from all of the media reports which often say how inaccurate the bodymedia watch is and how it simply does not work as well as they claim. Here is one article bashing bodymedia http://techcrunch.com/2013/11/25/if-inaccuracy-were-illegal-the-feds-would-have-to-regulate-most-health-gadgets/ I am writing this review because I acknowledge that it cannot be 100% accurate. Clearly nothing can perfectly measure the amount of calories you consume. It is debatable whether or not they should even include such a feature though I do appreciate the attempt at giving me a number and a goal. The concept works because it forces you to think about exactly what you are doing every day. Out of the various watches that are out there I think this is one of the better ones for fitness.

The body media armband is great although the interface does not work well with all Androids. At one point, I cancelled my subscription and was not aware that the cancellation did not go through. When I re-instated the monthly subscription, I was charged twice; once for the new month and once for a past due balance. The portal did not notify me that a past due balance existed and I did not know the second charge would appear on my credit card statement. I asked for the second charge to be removed due to lack of authorization and notification, and Body Media customer service refused. I think it's a little underhanded and unethical and not happy with the response.

I have complained on a number of subjects. Crashing, frozen play, false wind indicators... They do respond to a comment, but nothing changes. Updates seem to be random. Updates can change the whole feel of the game, including how your clubs perform after the update in comparison to prior. Wind... they should eliminate the wind element altogether. I factor wind into my shot. Mostly I lose rounds, because the wind is either not there, too strong or from the opposite direction indicated.

I've been using Apple to travel for 22 years now and I've never had a complaint with them. To be completely honest, I had a bad experience with a square deal once, but it was the hotel not Apple themselves where the problem lie. Guess I ought to elaborate and say, the hotel was gorgeous, everything Apple promised, but no one spoke English! Other than that(which is a discount deal so I mean you get what you pay for) no problems with flights, hotels, transportation, or tours. All were amazing... and I'm a spoiled, demanding brat so, trust me that's saying something.

We booked with them months in advance. I purchased ins. (Always) We watched the weather for our resort and it was going to be awful the entire week . So I call 14 days prior and asked to completely change direction to a new resort. The CSR was more than happy to help. The resort I chose was a tad more but that’s fine as long as the weather was great. Went smooth as glass. We always use Apple. The past 8 Years with absolutely no issues what so ever. Thank you Apple.

Company was hire to build our E-commerce Jewelry website ( Tickle Gem). The required AUD$1000 was paid up front and we're then past on from one project manager to another (Kevin Reed, Gabriel Brown, Emily Jones), each who abandon the project without giving us notice. By the 8th month into unfinished 50% of the site being finished thru Mr Gabriel Brown, he requested an additional AUD$1000, which we paid, just to learned from our last point of contact ( Emily Jones) all those project managers were replace as the company was restructuring. 13 months into the incompletion of the project, Mrs Emily requester our trust and faith, she would personally take the account on board and finished it. Multiples attempts have been made to reach the company, and Mrs Emily since my returned to the USA, all in vane. I just want to pleat with this company to please returned our logo design files and the coding for what was done, which we never received. We are hiring a new company to complete the project and without this information, we're facing a full charge to build a new website from the start. Kind regards

I went to the Vons on Mission Gorge Rd in San Diego today. The clerk was so rude I had to tell her to bring her attitude down. She was literally fussing at me from the moment she saw me. "You have to come through this line because it's the only one so come on over here blah blah blah". She was telling me to ignore the sign of only 15 items and when that happens I just need to do this that and the other. It wasn't so much the words as her attitude - as if she was chastising me for taking the time to read the sign. I've never been to the store before but that shouldn't matter. She did it again with the whole phone number thing - not informing me but rather scolding me about how I have to put the phone number in first, etc. Her voice was that of one scolding a misbehaving student or something. I asked her to bring her attitude down! She changed to something a little more pleasant for just a moment. Although she had never greeted me, not even hello, she made sure to say to the white lady in line behind me "good morning, how are you doing?". I told her I was fine and asked how she was doing. (Yes, I know she wasn't talking to me. I was making a point.) Then, she never bothered to tell me my total. I had to look for it. By then I was done with her! I'm a black woman with gray hair. I feel like as soon as she saw me, she summed me up according to her ignorant and limited profile in her head. I blame the management and her, because in this day and age we all already know better! Anyway, I just want to go to the grocery store and get treated like a customer. I guess that's too much to ask at this Vons. I don't live in California. Vons has left a bad taste in my mouth from my visit. Ignorant employees who treat customers according to the employee's own personal bias - it's just not okay!

I love the employee's friendliness when you walk into this store. It may be someone who's unloading produce and offers you a taste of the apples and can help you find the best produce to the checker who will ask you about your day. They have good prices and things go on sale each week.

IXL is so discouraging! If a kid gets 3 wrong answers in a row it takes them back too far and makes them repeat the questions, including the ones they already answered correctly. For a child with processing delays or test anxiety this is awful. It's all about the score with IXL, they are not allowed to get any wrong or it's considered incomplete.

I had a very bad experience with Oojo in particular. I booked my ticket and I checked the "fare rules" where it says ticket exchange is free. So I thought just in case I want to change my ticket there will be "no charge". After a while, I ended up needing to exchange my ticket, I sent a request online and I didn't hear back. I did call them and then… I figured they are hiding it into their terms and services and they charged me $260. Don't book your ticket on oojo simply because it looks cheaper.

This is the worse customer service experience I ever had in my life. Takes a full day to get anything done over the phone, when they pick up (many times the call goes literally to voice message) The ticket protection they offer is also basically a scam. Pay extra and buy your ticket elsewhere, no amount of money is worth the headache you'll have dealing with these people

After a few emails, Kevin, the owner I think, simply removed one of them. Great... the page looked incomplete. The second landing page I created did not integrate w the autoresponders. It took 3 business days to get a response (and multiple emails) and after 5 business days, it still WASN'T RESOLVED. I was trying to save a few pennies b/c my business needs are pretty simple but this site could not even be trusted w that. There are NO REFUNDS either, so be CAREFUL if you're considering them. P.S. I spent three weeks w them... so I didn't jump to any conclusions.

On May 25,2012 I made an online purchase in the amount of $138.87 to a company by the name of BESTSQUEEZEPAGE.COM. The item was for a download of web templates that require no skill and are completely customized for your immediate use on the internet. I received the link to the templates on May 26. But as it turns out, they require you to go through a series of confusing and frustrating steps before you can have a working website or squeeze page. After only one hour of reviewing what was sent I had so many questions. More importantly, one part of the program became disabled and I was at a dead stop. There is a very limited amount of instructions and videos. I needed help, which led to my initiating a support ticket, which is the protocol they recommend for support. Between May 26 - May 31st I sent a total of five (5) emails to [email protected] and [email protected] asking for assistance. I never heard from anyone and it's June 4,2012 today. This company lures people into purchasing their products by promising unlimited websites and squeeze pages. They use video and voice to tell the consumer how unbelievably easy it is to install. Then they take your money and you'll never hear from them again. It's absolutely criminal - what they're doing to consumers. There is no phone number listed anywhere on their websites. They even use a hosting company in the UK instead of the US. You'll never see a name of a person on their websites nor will you see someone's name in the email address. They want to make it virtually impossible for the consumer to contact them or know who they are. Unlike most all reputable websites that dedicate a page to "About Us" which gives the public a description of the principals and/or owners, they do not have one. STAY AWAY FROM WWW.BESTSQUEEZEPAGE.COM AND WWW.NOPSITES.COM

I do like the website. It updates faster than zillow. But what is annoying is that once in a while they place a multi million dollar property in a bad area of town, with the given zip code is nowhere near. You go look at that zip code, and there it is. Did they want to up the comps (comparisons for the purpose of realtors and loans) for the bad area in doing this. In another area, in the mountains, they did a listing located in Mexico. Weird.

Movoto.com is another website listing properties for sale on the Multi Listing Service. Today while checking to see the status of a neighbor's house up for sale. I google the address and go to the listing and wow, the photo the house for sale is not the neighbors, rather mine, which is not for sale. Funny thing is another search on this site for the neighbors address shows the correct house in one of two photos on the site, but the other, a Google Earth picture is of my house. So far two telephone calls have not solved the problem Sloppy work

Next to Tivo this has to be one of my all time tv media altering experiences. I love my slingbox and it is really better than any of those free tv or satellite tv type of services. I hook it up to my DVR at home and I can stream tv to anywhere or any device I want. I even let my close friends and family have access to my device and they can get free TV by using my slingbox. Great for college kids away at school because they can mooch off of their parents cable subscription and get free tv on their phone or laptop this way. There must be people who just share their cable subscription with friends like this all of the time and I suppose it is perfectly legal as it is your subscription to cable tv that you share with others. Great way for people to all chip in and buy cable tv together and then just distribute via the slingbox device.

I have been met with nothing but condescending emails from their customer service team, an received no resolve. I ordered a backpack from the for my chihuahua mix - ordering the size recommended for his weight, according to their. It was a decent pack, but my doggie did not fit. I asked to return it, then perhaps exchange it for the next larger size. No go-- 14 day return policy and no return or exchange on sales items. No matter that I followed their sizing chart, which is wrong. The email communication I received from them seemed they were almost gleeful, like "too bad, so sad" Now I am stuck with a useless, overpriced carrier to try to sell, probably getting less than half what I paid for it. That is poor customer service to me. They did offer me a 20% coupon for another purchase. Do you think I am buying another item from them? Would you?

I'll make this as brief as possible. The company sent me the wrong product, it took them 8 weeks to replace it. They then sent me the correct product in the wrong colour. I ordered charcoal and received pink. Contacted them and was advised it was an amendment and that they would offer me a discount on my next purchase. Absolutely disgraceful. Also the backpack I purchased broke within three weeks of receiving it. Stay away from this company. Don't waste your time and money. They are extremely frustrating to deal with.

Their agreement they make you sign to participate in the remote bidding option they offer states that they are not liable for anything, even in the case of gross negligence or intentional fraud on their employees part. Would not have believed that if I had not read it for myself. Imagine sending them hundreds of thousands of dollars and knowing that. I have e-mailed them multiple times to get an explanation on that and they won't respond. Low integrity company in my opinion. They also bend every legal rule they can at live auctions, including fake bids in an effort to make more money.

I have bid several properties on this site and I am struggling to find the value. The reserve prices are way too high given the risk involved and the fact that most of the purchases must be cash. I won a property earlier this year that would have been a decent deal, but by the time I paid all the hidden fees and charges I basically made zero money and wasted my time. I think you can find better and safer deals elsewhere...

This was recommended by my best friend and I have been having the Chef V drinks for roughly about 2 and a half months now. The drink tastes great despite being a green drink (I was actually very skeptical about this and worried about the taste) and it is also always fresh in my fridge. Chef V's green juice is actually my life saver. I would honestly say that they provide the best green juice out there.

Most lack necessary details. Some can't understand the difference between breaks and BRAKES,, you get the idea. Some questions give away the lack of mechanical skill or abilities(to the point they do not need to work on anything!).

Never ever EVER use Shoesurfing or any of their off shoots to purchase anything at all. They carry only a couple sizes per product and, if it doesn't fit, you can't exchange it (since they don't carry a variety of sizes) AND they will refuse to refund the money (even though they can't provide you with a shoe to exchange for) so you'll be stuck with a credit to their poorly stocked website. Oh and they falsely advertise that products will be in stock (or regularly restocked) so even if you think they'll have a size to exchange for, they will not. It's a scam, they have a very nice customer rep who I've spoke with but they have terrible policies and there's nothing that she is supposedly able to do about them. And I now have over a hundred dollars tied into this lame site and I'm out the cost of return shipping. Stick with Piperlime or Zappos or anywhere else really. At least they value a customer.

Product is highly reliable. We really like the reliability of the product and their on-site application, which works even if there is no Internet connection. We can store all the contact details in Eventleaf and the product sends the emails to everyone on the scheduled date. It also allows me to add custom logos to each badge, all through a simple excel import. I must say that it is a good investment indeed.

I attempted to join bookmooch.com and logged onto my account to add books only to find my account closed. So I emailed and they responded saying I had an account in bad standing- which I dont. So I attempted to tell them I just moved here which they responded to by telling me I have the same IP address as the account in question. I dont know how IP addresses work so I just simply tried telling them again that I just moved here. They then responded with the threat to sue me for mail fraud to which I responded with a simple "thank god you didnt accept me for your website because I wouldnt want to be treated like this as a user of your services and you wont be hearing from me again". They then emailed me again, that email I ignored, when I didnt respond they emailed me yet again. I asked them not to harass me as I had dropped the subject and I commenced to blocking their email address so they couldnt continue to harass me. I even went as far as to email usps customer service to tell them of the experience (just in case they are doing this to other people - bookmooch cant go around using the post office as a threat to innocent people). If you want to be treated rudely, with no respect, and be bullied then go ahead and use bookmooch. But if you want to be treated with basic dignity like your a human being then Id suggest staying away.

I've been a member of Bookmooch for awhile now and have always had good experiences. I've sent 14 books and mooched 12. I've had a couple of people not respond to requests and have had to cancel them and start over. But everyone who's accepted a request has sent the book and I've never had a book reported lost. I realize that's USPS and not the site, but it's part of the experience. The biggest downside is that I like to read a lot of 'literary fiction' and I don't always find some of the titles I'm after. If you read and don't want to keep the books afterwards, Bookmooch is a good trading resource. Recommended.

This is exactly why I will do whatever I can to warn all companies, all customers, about your business. You didn't know to put the parcel number on the property tax checks? You put your internal closing number on the checks for what purpose? You keep my funds for a month before even attempting to pay my property taxes allowing penalties to accrue and damaging my credit. You refuse to wait, on hold, as I did this morning, even though it was your company's failures that caused my property taxes to be credited over a month after they are due? Or, did you even call the Clark County Treasurer? All of these failures have been passed to my mortgage company and I will take this opportunity to give reviews when possible. I have cc'd this correspondence to my mortgage broker! Even though my taxes have, finally, been credited it's too little, too late. Thank you folks, for nothing.

Been with Eventective since 2017 and we have never booked not one client that we purchased a lead for. Eventective has issued us many credits because thr leads are fake, scams or they end up being a lead where the individual had already booked with someone else and by time we got the information it was months late. We have not received any response from any lead have contacted that did not already book WI another vendor. I haven't seen any other vendor post that have had any success with Eventective. I'm honestly not sure how they are still in business.

If you read this on 2021 or later - don't bother to even try to use this Affiliate Network. They close accounts for now reason, UI is slow and not friendly, tracking attribution of sales is bad (stealing your commisions), support pages does not work at all - they throw some misterious salesforce error. And so on. Keep away for your own good.

I paid for Course and received non working links... Support never replied to my 5 emails. Their refund policy 3 weeks... Why in the world anyone would take 3 weeks to issue refund: why not instantly if they can't provide product I paid for? I had never heard from them. EVER... It is truly awful when someone taps into Personal Field and uses people in this way. STAY AWAY... or you facing to waste your money just like I did.

I had a few of our wedding photos blown up to canvas prints. One of my friends used them and recommended them to me. Their prices were some of the lowest I've ever seen, even lower than the Groupon or Living Social deals that are occasionally posted. Their website did not have a preview of my canvas print when I uploaded, so I was a bit concerned. But right after I submitted my order, I received an email from one of their reps with a preview of my print. They made some recommendations about the wrapping of the edges which looked better than what I originally wanted. I really appreciated their personalized service, and when I received my canvases a few days later, I was extremely pleased! I highly recommend this company.

Tried returning glasses because they were ugly as crap and not what they looked like in the pictures when ordering. This has been going on for nearly 3 weeks, they haven't picked up the box from the post office so I am going to dispute the charge with my bank. I am beyond fed up with the little smart mouth jerks answering the emails!

My favorite thing about this website is the ENDLESS selection of different sunglasses! For every style, they have anywhere from 3-6+ different color schemes. And for the most part everything is $5! The sunglasses with a plastic frame I definitely think you get your moneys worth, they are thick and sturdy, however, I did notice some of the $5 aviators I bought were a little flimsy, the frame was thin and the lens are almost as if they are just glued on top of the frame verses actually being made in them, and the lenses seem a little easy to scratch, but overall I was very satisfied, fast shipping, full order, no problems at all! They all even came with their own colorful lens bag! Super cute. I will continue to order from them and tell my friends/family about this company!

I've ordered from here twice. It's the most affordable way I've found to get a totally custom natural latex cushion product. I would recommend it. PROS: Both orders were received exactly as ordered. Anytime I emailed them the response was prompt and professional and answered my question. And, bottom line, you can't beat their price + quality materials + quality craftsmanship + custom options combination. CONS: I wasn't totally thrilled about the time it took to find out when I'd be getting my order, the fact that their order status on their website never worked, the condition of the package on my second order, or one confusing email I received about my order that left me wondering if I was going to get what I ordered at all (this was weeks after I'd already been charged).
