I've been a customer for a while, and other than a few defective items sent, overall, when they have some good deals, it is not bad. However, recently it seems everyone only looking for a sale, and when one has an issue, you have to be an Attorney to resolve a simple return. If you screwed up an order, why the customer has to pay to fix it. Regardless of the amount paid ($2.95), it is simply the principle.

They sent my boots with FedEx economy ground because it's free shipping after $80. Delivery date was the 27th of November. I contacted Sierra and they were very rude and told me I would just have to allow shipping more time. FedEx tracking has said my package is in same city I live in since The 27th November and still is not being delivered. Sierra refused to contact shipper because tracking said it's still on its way. I called FedEx and they have no idea where it is?

I got a scary encounter with their contractors because they were rude and very unprofessional when they visited my house. I was alone so I was scared for myself and the fact that they kept commenting on how I looked instead of focusing on the purpose of their visit got me very uncomfortable. Thankfully, my dear neighbor saw them arrived and knew I needed a companion at the time. I didn't know what would have happened if my neighbor didn't come over.

Ordered an expensive swimsuit and a 15 dollar pouch, paid 25 dollars for shipping. Got confirmation that my FULL order was shipped, yet only the pouch arrived. Called customer service and was told that the suit was no longer available. Did not get an explanation why I got a notification that the FULL order was shipped, or why I wasn't warned about any of this before the shipping commenced. Ended up paying 40 dollars for a 15 dollar pouch! Never ordering from this website again.

I will never go into another store of theirs and spend money on their overpriced items. The VP of this company is horrendous as well as the manager at the Lynnfield marketplace. When I tried to talk to someone about the VP, customer service said they had been informed of me, and I wasn't able to talk to anyone above the VP. What a joke! To return a $49 shawl when I spent over $500 in there! Ever again! Beware people and stay clear of these stores!

I used arctic fox purple rain on my hair a little over a week ago and the color and brand is fantastic. It did dry the ends of my hair a bit but using conditioner helped with that. The dye smells like grapes and doesn't have an overpowering chemical scent. I also noticed that it bleeds a lot less than any other semi permanent hair color I have used in the past. The color also does not transfer onto clothing or bedding.

The dye made my hair go stiff but this was not much of a problem for me. If you are planning on wearing clip in extensions they will not match 100% perfectly for long but your natural hair will remain vibrant for many washes. Most purple dyes fade to a discusting colour but this fades to a beautiful neon magenta. Dilution worked with conditioner for my extensions but i had to do it two times and did not work on my hair, if your going to dilute i highly recommend using arctic mist or else you are just wasting your dye, conditioner, time and money. The dye smells very nice and the colour is very strong, i have washed my hair with shampoo 5 times now and its still very very vibrant although it does not match my extensions, perfect dye for people with naturally long hair. I have never seen a dye stay vibrant for this long before. I will be sticking to this brand from now on and i do recommend it. Going over light brown hair will still bring it up nice and vibrant but for best results try bleaching.

I have ordered many times an been a satisfied customer and have luckily always received exactly what I ordered. This time my experience was less than satisfactory. Ordering 3 weeks back and yet paying the extra for faster shipping, it still took over two weeks to get to my destination. After reading the reviews here, I may now opt to shop in person at a retailer that handles their underwear. A bit more money, but guaranteed to be in hand, and without the added duress of uncertainty. Sorry AC but maybe you've just got too big for your britches. Fix your system.

5/12/21 - I ordered 3 items. The payment method was PayPal- seemed sketchy. As of 6/30/21 - I finally had it and cancelled the order. Still hadn't received the order! I contacted them over and over - they never reached out to me to explain the delay. Their messages were strange, very evasive, offering 2.00$ towards shipping! They would not acknowledge that I wanted to cancel weeks before. It was only when I threatened reporting them to Better Business and writing terrible reviews did they credit my PayPal account. STAY AWAY -!

I bought an older version of Microsoft Office and when the license code didn't work, I attempted to work with a customer service representative to resolve the issue. Not only did that process last much longer than it should, the other code they gave me did not work either. I'm just glad I was only out $60 as opposed to hundreds which I have heard other people have lost. Do not buy from this site!

I wouldn't recommend anyone using Shipping Cart. From my experience this company consists of liars and theives. My daughter's Radio Flyer Trike, valued at over 60 US dollars, was received by their Haywards Depot on 18 July and then promptly stolen by one of their theiving American employees Although promising to provide a refund nothing has been forthcoming. Shipping Cart Quadx CEO, Dino Araneta, claims everyone who have had their packages "go missing" have received refunds but this is an outright lie. I have written to them on numerous occasions but they almost always ignore my emails or when they decide to respond they fob me off with more bull$#*! They also ignore my messages on Facebook Messenger. On top of all this, their shipping fees are downright extortion. If you want to be ripped off and have your packages stolen by these scam artists, go right ahead. My advice is don't. I now use My Shopping Box. Unlike Shipping Cart, My Shopping Box delivers promptly and their fees are very reasonable. Anyone that uses Shipping Cart, QuadX or Gogo needs their head read.

They are very unprofessional, mostly using guessing strategies. Also kinda rude on the phone. When see them in person, sara looks nice, but all her words just does not resonate with me and my friend at all. Kept changing directions. And the worst part is that they would use strategies to guide you into a consumption trap, like saying that bad things gonna happen to you and you need to do something something, or buy something something. When I started in 2002 keen paid us 70% of our call now we earn less than half. I have seen several old clients of mine become advisors over the years. One was even featured on their commercial! She was never intuitive. Keen allows anyone to set up shop on the site and that is dragging the reputation of the industry down. I can tell you we have no scripts. Keen does not share your info with others. There is no way for other readers to know what any of your calls are about. I have seen some feedback that suggests that we do. I am also troubled to learn so many people feel ripped off by the site. I honestly thought just us advisors got a bad deal. There are gypsy scam artists and romantic scammers on keen over the years I have heard of some truly horrible experiences people have had. Advisor fees are insanely high due to paying well over 50% of earnings to keen. Not everyone is fake and scams people. I am human though I have off days, 2 days ago I asked CS to refund my customer bc I didnt tune in. I was tired and hadnt eaten. I am almost always on point. I do care about my clients. I am one of the only readers on keen that encourages callers not to give me much info or to "test me" I know I am real. I found a caller's cat last year from images the cat was seeing. Callers are blind to us we dont know their info. I found a lost cat in an unknown city and state by communicating with their cat. Unlike some sites we really do read cold. What you really need to watch for are the sites that have you fill out a form with your question and info then leave you on hold for 30 min. They are looking you up and doing background checks. By the time you are connected to the reader they have your info and are looking at your residence on google earth. I am seeing many comments about predictions not coming to pass. All day everyday we make decisions, what to eat, what to wear, where to sit, and where to go. You are essentially writing the majority of your future as you go. For this reason you are better off seeking an advisor to help with unseen areas in the present. It is also absurd to call and ask when you will find love when you dont go out and meet people or socialize. I have seen many callers do this. I also see people asking "when will I get back with an ex or poi" and I'll see that the poi blocked them and in some cases have a restraining order. Why call a psychic? You know the answer. I realize some of this feedback is also buyer's remorse after trying to find a good psychic and striking out. I am sorry so many clients of the site are this disgruntled, I truly am. I would be upset too. Please know not everyone is a scam. I even offer free readings on IG live to help people that cannot afford a paid reading. Sometimes people that need the most help are down on their luck. I would like to conclude this by saying inside of us all is a BS meter we can feel when we are being lied to or deceived. Trust your gut first and foremost. If you feel tense and anxious about someone or something that is your internal meter making you feel off and uneasy. When you are with good people in rewarding situations you dont need to call anyone. Its only when something deep down is nagging at you that you seek help. I am always happy when my clients find love and dont need to call anymore. I was able to help. Never allow anyone to make you doubt what your gut feelings are. Often a slick cheater will tell their poi they are being crazy and making drama. Never doubt your first impressions. I hope this helps.

Before ordering try first to contact their customer service in their website [email protected]. They will not answer you. This is a sign of consumer fraud. There is no phone number to contact them. That is another sign of fraud. They immediately charged my credit card without any tracking or shipping info. I emailed them 3 times then to cancel my purchase and no response from them. So I took action and reported them to my credit card company and to the Federal Trade Commission.

Stay away from this company. Merchandise is not a true representation of the garbage they send out. Their "return" policy is non existent, because their return address (in Belgium!) is non existent, along with their communication. NON EXISTANT! They have their scam down to a fine art. Also don't expect to receive any support or buyer protection from Paypal. They require you to prove product returns by way of tracking. Problem is USPS or UPS can't provide any tracking for an address that is non existent. Paypal will deny your claim. Stay away from Luxsgear! I also closed my credit account with Paypal. After sending them numerous links and complaints recorded by BBB, they have done nothing! I won't support any company that actively supports blatant defrauding of their customers.

These small stuffed pig and dog didn't look like they were represented online. In fact, the pig in no way looked like a pig. The dog was extremely tiny and not the size they said it would be. But the worse part was that they were an extreme choking hazard for a child. They was no warning. They arrived defective and would not accept a return. One leg was more than half off. So I'm down $30. They we're a real joke but I'm not laughing.

CoinDCX has a HIGHER purchase price and an approximately LOWER sale price when you trade. Check out the purchase price on other exchanges. It will be higher by about 1%. And the sale price will be lower than the indicated price by 0.50%. Whereas the commission should be 0.20%.

Called them inquiring about a driveshaft for my BMW X3, the gentleman who answered the phone happened to be a Bimmer technician which was so GREAT. Going thru the symptom he figured it was my rear drive shaft which ended to be correct, he also helped me with other general problems not related to the driveshaft and all with no sale pressure or gimmicks. Business like this one is very hard to find these days.

I ordered a pair of denim shorts which were decent quality. When I received them, they were too small so I contacted the website to exchange them. They said I needed me to take a picture of the shorts and the package they came in and measure them so they can see. Once I went through the trouble of doing that, they emailed back and said that the size doesn't look like it's a problem and they would send me a coupon for a future purchase. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard!

In July 2019 purchased a Clash and Rolling Stones poster for 300$. Had my suspicions and they are both fake signed by the same person. The company also calls itself "everymemorbilia.com" I contacted neat Autograph.com and the email bounced back undeliverable. This is mail fraud. Do not buy from either of these companies although they will just create a new name and do it again. If you look at the photo the two signatures are signed by the same hand. The mailing tube says: Derek Treun 90 William St. Apt. 2A New York NY 10038-0101

Booked a flight with trip.com in early March. However, the Vietnamese government has suspended the visa waiver program for french citizens due to the virus. Thus, I have no choice but to cancel the flight. I have tried calling and contacting trip.com, however, the only thing that they can say was « sorry, this is a non refundable flight, if you would like to have a refund, please liaise with the airline direct ». The customer service are not helpful at all. There no point to buy from them as they do no provide any services.

Anyone with a computer connection can download the paperwork they charge you over $500 to receive. I'm out of town traveling for work so I tried this service. They told me what I needed. I had that. After they get my money, they ask for additional paperwork to be signed that I can only produce when I actually get back home because no one in the state I'm working in can Notarize it. Which makes this service a waste of my time and money.

Most of the materials are soft, but there are two sharp points at the front closure, and the side seams are uncomfortable. The straps are not adjustable. This bra feels cheaply made, but is expensive. It does not provide good support. I will shop elsewhere in the future.

I am SO sorry that I ran into this company online. They sold me headlights that they claimed were compatible with my van. They were not. They did NOT ship in two days, as claimed. If you think that the headlights and lamps that they sell are DOT approved and legal in your state, they are not. I've been working on cars and trucks for 45 years and tried seven ways to Sunday to aim them and couldn't. My longtime mechanic wouldn't even install them because "they're junk, and they wont pass a safety inspection". I'm out close to a hundred bucks and their "customer service" is unbending and full of deception. Need headlights? I'll sell you these, cheap!

We ordered 4 head lights and 2 harnesses (one of which came broken) as directed by the company totaling just over $200. The company insisted they would fit. We took the lights to 1 body shop 4 mechanics and a tint and lighting shop. None of them could get the lights to install right. One of the mechanics spent almost an hour on the phone with one of their service techs and was still unable to get them to install. All 6 places we took them to said they are defective or the incorrect parts. There was never power put to the lights so they were retuned new. This company then charged us $48.50 restocking fee plus we had to pay $15 just to ship the lights back. When we told them we were contacting the BBB they threatened to not refund us anything. They are a horrible company to do business with! After they seen that we did go through with the BBB review they emailed us offering to refund us the rest of the money if we removed the review. They can keep it if it means one person sees my review and it saves them a giant headache

Nice enough customer service agents online (if you can get through), but their management will not allow them to do what is clearly the right thing. I had to dispute my credit card to get resolution. Took just over 2 weeks for them to tell me my order wasn't in stock. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. I understand they say they were moving their warehouse, was cool with waiting "1-2 weeks". But there's no excuse for letting me order a product they didn't have in stock. I literally borrowed them 35 dollars, and now i'm waiting to get refunded. I'm going to be furious if it takes more than 5 days. I can only imagine how many people are in the same position i'm in.

Every package that was "vacuum sealed" leaked so when they were defrosting the juices went everywhere. The filet mignon was mediocre, at best, I've gotten better from shoprite. The chicken tasted like salt water, the burgers were ok at best and the hot dogs were bland and boring. I'd never order for myself. It was fine for getting it as a gift for our first time but never again.

Qmerit sent out an electrician to give me a quote on installing an Electric Vehicle charger. The quote was about $6000 with materials being about $2000. Thus, the labor cost would be $4000 for 1.5 days work. I declined the offer because I felt the company was highly over priced. Qmerit stated they would send out for another quote but then rescinded this offer stating they had no other installer in the area. So it was take this single quote or else. I again declined and was canceled for doing the GMC EV Charger program as was sold as part of me buying my 2022 Chevy Bolt. I can install the system myself and still save money with no rebate from GMC. I have no recourse and leaves a bad taste in my mouth for GMC's credibility allowing highway robbers to try to rob me. My loss of $1250 GMC.

I was trying to pay for my purchase at the deli hot bar but there was no cashier. An employee walked by and I inquired if a cashier was on duty. The young lady frowned as if I was bothering her, frowned, sneered (yes she sneered), and told me she didn't know. Three employees were at the end of the deli, one on her phone, and no one acknowledged me. I finally took my food to the main checkout to pay. If you go to this store, be prepared for rude employees and subpar customer service. Unbelievable.

Got curbside the other day and of course it was wrong when we got home. No tortillas with the chicken fajitas and the mash potatoes were burnt and disgusting. Called and told them and they said they would refund at least the fajitas and never did. One needs to seriously consider the website details, as in the features, profile information, how a user interacts and payed features: - profile activity not indicated - no way to know whether your profile has been opened by another user - all, or nearly all, the profiles are for attractive, slim, shapely women - chat replies are typically vacuous banter, no interest in using other venues - the rules are designed to seriously delay or prevent contact and misrepresent the USA laws to do with martial agencies. Why would the criminal record search only be undertaken when a client visits and meets staff at the local office? - winks are generally not returned - profile text that suggests skype goes unanswered I have suggested that features to show who has opened your profile and profile activity be added, but so far nothing. The format is certainly questionable and rules self serving. USER BEWARE!

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered my wedding favors from them and after a mix-up with the address, I still hadn't received the favors two weeks after the wedding. I could excuse them and maybe take some of the blame on the address issue. But, I've emailed them multiple times asking for a ship date or tracking number with no relevant response. They answer emails 24-48 hours after you send them, even though they claim to have 24/7 service, and then don't answer the question you asked. They hide behind their legal disclaimer and don't have a phone number for support. Stay away from this company. As you can see, they've attacked the reviewer above me who had a very similar experience. Perhaps, if they spent less time trolling the web for negative references and spent more time on process and control, they would have a more happy customer base.

Unfortunately, ClassicFlix seems to be the only website where I can rent the old movies I want. The problem is they never heard of customer service and don't care. And don't be fooled by the term "Short Wait," which really means "Never." If you have any "Short Wait" movies, delete them because you will never see them in your mailbox. There are two "Blondie" DVDs that I can get in three days from Amazon or any other reputable company. They have been on "Short Wait" for at least five years! You sign up for the maximum and that appears to be what you get all month! 6 at a time to them means slow shipping and slow receiving so the member gets only 6 per month instead of 6 at a time. I shipped them back within 24-48hrshrs... it takes them about a week to say 'DVD received' and then another couple of days to ship the next... When you are a member with Netflix, you mail it back, they receive it in 24-48hrs and your next DVD is on the way that day. And god forbid you have a long list of wants. They have only one of each title so 99% of the items in the queue are LONG WAIT... which ends up being years! Probably one guy in his garage making believe he is a company! They recently went 'underground' because they have NO IDEA what customer service is... so not instead of renting they try to sell. BEFORE BUYING FROM THEM, check Walmart's website. At least a few dollars less than ClassicFlix and better customer service!

My sister and I went to eat breakfast at Big Boy in Ionia, MI yesterday. We always order " build your own breakfast". Apparently it has been removed from the menu. We decided to order from the "senior menu". We were told that we couldn't because it was a holiday. Questioning that with unbelief, the waitress said no one can order off the senior menu holidays or weekends. Are you kidding me? Needless to say we left and went somewhere else to eat. Without exaggeration, since buying this printer at the end of JULY 2020, I have needed to contact Epson each and every time I have needed to print. Each And Every Time! I am beyond frustrated with it and want to throw it out the window, then run around the house to go stomp on it for good measure. HOW can we be so advanced in so many areas, and yet Epson's connect and print technology is still so outdated and crappy? SERIOUSLY, you'd think that with the EIGHT different bloatware programs their "lite driver" (I'd hate to see the non 'lite' one) installed on my system, ONE of them would actually be able to communicate with the printer, but noooooooo! After being on hold with them for 27 minutes, someone just picked up, then hung up. #&%@$@! After finally reaching someone and after an hour and one minute of 'troubleshooting', I was transferred to a supervisor, and then a Level 2 Escalation Technician... THE very FACT that they need Level 2 Escalation Technicians FOR SIMPLE PRINTERS, ought to tell you something. Stay away from Epson printers. NOTHING worked, so DID indeed throw it out the window after Epson did not even offer service or replacement on a practically NEW unit. Let me reiterate: Stay away from Epson printers!

Do NOT invest your hard-earned money with any Epson product. They are easily the most frustrating and ethically bankrupt company you could imagine dealing with. We're on our second 5040UB projector which is now suffering from the same malfunction as the first. When they replaced the original one, we were given a refurbished unit which has now failed. Numerous calls to Customer Resolution have yielded zero results. Worse yet, I forwarded official Letters Of Inquiry to their CEO, Keith Kratzberg as well as a Senior VP and weren't even provided the courtesy of a response! Sorry, but as a journalist and consumer advocate for over thirty years, I've never been slighted in such a way. And here's the kicker: I spent hours doing my homework, including interviews with five different Epson Home Theater Dealers. The feedback was eerily similar and entirely disconcerting. The takeaway was that, if your projector actually lasts through the end of its two year warranty, you've done well. Yes. That's what I was told, over and over. A disposable $30 toaster? I get it. A disposable $3000 projector? That's a crime. Again, don't do business with this company. In fact, don't walk away from their products... RUN!

We've only used their math and Spanish tutors so I can't speak for any other subjects. But my daughters were falling behind in basic math and Geometry. We've used a couple of their math tutors and they were brilliant, especially Dao! My younger daughter was placed in a Spanish immersion program and was struggling. But Liza and Debbie (I think they are sisters) not only helped her catch up, but she is ahead of her class and is enjoying Spanish. She even watches YouTube Spanish videos on her own now.

The food was just ok. I guess having the wait staff dance in the aisle is supposed to make for a fun atmosphere but I would prefer they refill our drinks and bring our food while it was hot. Asked for manager and explained to him one of the dishes were cold, poor service on behalf of the waitress. If you like pancakes, you should try theirs - I am not really into pancakes, but I felt kind of silly being at a place called The Original Pancake House and not ordering them. My decision to veer off the French toast path was a good one! They use only the freshest ingredients and pancake recipes that have been perfected for three generations to produce a wide variety of fluffy and flavorful pancakes. Favorites include their signature apple pancake (smothered with thinly sliced sauteed apples baked in cinnamon sugar), fresh fruit crepes, and blueberry pancakes. They also offer different types of ethnic pancakes, and serve traditional brunch fare. I only found this place a month ago and have shamelessly frequented it three weekends out of the last four. There are over one hundred franchises from coast to coast, and I am super excited to try some of their other locations! Oh, and their French toast is not bad also. =)

I have been going to the OPH for years. The staff at any of there locations are always polite and do treat you as Family. The food is as good as it gets. I have never had a problem with wrong orders and have always left feeling appreciated. I believe other restaurants not all should take a page out of the OPH book and train there staffs the same. It sure seems like a lot of severs these days are just going threw the motions do as little as possible and still think you should leave them a large TIP. Well here's a TIP for them. Love what you do, treat customers with respect and kindness and you would get better tips.

After a detailed search by Aus Post it was discovered that Ettitude had only provided the paperwork and not the product to Auspost. DO NOT PURCHASE SHEETS FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU THINK IT'S REASONABLE TO REPLACE EXPENSIVE SHEETS EVERY 2YEARS! The good reviews are based on the initial purchase, not longevity. Literally a rip-off. I purchased $650 worth of bedsheets and covers from Ettitude in 2018. Despite following all cleaning and usage instructions carefully and completely, washing them infrequently with a newly bought state of the art frontloading washing machine using the room temperature water gentle setting, and also hanging them out to dry (never tumble dry), all the sheets have lost their colour (become discoloured) and the main bedsheet has developed a tear that kept getting bigger and I had to replace it. I reported the tear with a picture to Ettitude, received a delayed response without apology or inquiry into my usage and care of the sheets and was told that there was nothing to be done since my purchase was outside of the 8 month warranty. I had to keep following up with emails. I have only owned the sheets for two years. I've owned dollar store sheets that have lasted a lifetime (my mom still has my childhood sheets)! Moving into a new apartment I wanted to buy sheets that would last with the added benefits of being antibacterial, smooth, etc. Since most common and cheap bed sheets do not tear or degrade rapidly I figured that paying the extra money for a "high quality" product would improve my sleep and comfort experience. It turns out not only was this the worst decision I've made buying fitted sheets, but that the follow up customer support is what I'd expect from an untrained office temp with a select few scripted responses. Again, with no apology or inquiry into my specific problem she made a vague claim that Ettitude had "several years" of testing results and research to develop their products. It turns out the research is based on "glowing customer reviews", not actual data from production. This means they do no formal research and have no data to ensure the quality of their products. They also don't have any insight from customers on the average length of time that the sheets are supposed to last. Not once did Ettitude deliver any reasonable answers to any of my basic questions, and they did nothing to address my specific issue because it was over 8 months. How is it at all good for the environment if you have to repurchase every 2 years? I am finding this with other expensive Australian advertised "environmentally friendly" products as well. Why only 8 months? And if they "do not offer replacements for faulty items after 8 months as it is hard to determine all the various factors that would lead to any kinds of tears, etc. past this point.", then what ARE the factors that would lead to a tear within an 8 month period? Again, they did and said nothing to address this particular question. Total ripoff.

I received a phone call at 8 a.m. this morning from the owner, Adrian, who was in my area and could be onsite by 9:30 a.m. Mark arrived on-time, and after 20 minutes, I had a diagnosis and an estimate and by 10:30 a.m. my Sub-Zero fridge was working again. I wish every company had this firm's commitment to fast, diligent, and customer-focused experience. Mark even discounted the charge he had estimated because I was a first time customer. Very cool! Highly recommend!

Just wow! Fast response, same day service! Repair is done for our Sub-Zero freezer which is 12 years old and still our favorite piece of art on our kitchen. Its Working again! Highly recommended this company and technician Mark!

Happiest Baby would not publish my negative review on the safety concern (see pictures bellow). My initial review for the sleepea: As other reviewers point out on several other websites including this one, this swaddle is not safe. When waking up for night feeds we found the Velcro to be up on and over our baby's shoulders the first night. Worried about the material covering her face we watched her in it during a nap the following day. When baby moved and wiggled her arms the Velcro moved up her shoulders again. We did purchase the correct sized based on the website, followed the directions on the box, the recommendations from the website, and their Facebook video on YouTube. We did not purchase the cloth diaper to secure her arms down as responds from customer service on here recommend -it defeats the purpose of the 5 second swaddle as well as not feeling comfortable adding an extra layer over baby. I don't feel we should have to purchase more items to make the the swaddle we already bought safe and effective. When reaching out to customer service with concerns and attempt to exchange our other two unopened swaddles (the following day of receiving our order) thinking a size up would suit our baby better we were told to gift the two unopened ones and as there are no exchanges even with proof that we had not opened the other two boxes and offering to pay for shipping there and back to us by two different customer service agents. The fact that the company would not let us exchange sizes (we weren't not trying to get our money back) proves they too know their item is not of high quality. The ease of putting this swaddle on is not worth the possible risk of covering or blocking your baby's nose and mouth. We recommend the halo sleep sack or nest for a comfortable and safe swaddle for baby that is also easy for parents. In addition to the safety of both the Halo and Nest swaddles, Nest customer service allowed an exchange even after opening their swaddle. Overall, this is a total scam. Don't waste your money or risk your baby's safety.

First off, let me start by saying the the SNOO is a beautiful piece of furniture. Even if all it does is sit in the corner looking pretty, you might be able to justify its hefty price. I was a bit skeptical at first, but I must say the SNOO does do everything it claims to do. It combines a white noise machine with a swing with a swaddle with a bassinet. It can literally replace all of those things and save some space in your house. It's actually quite simple -- the SNOO pipes in white noise and rocks at different levels of intensity that you can control with your phone. And it automatically adjusts the intensity based on how much your baby is crying. It even has a weaning feature that helps the baby adjust to life without the SNOO as it grows older. So far so good, but verdict is still out on whether it can help sleep train a baby to sleep through the night by 2 months! Now that would be something...

I ordered my wedding dress from them. It was perfect, except for being 6 inches too long. That was a big issue that took some tailoring to resolve, but even considering the extra tailoring, the dress was beautiful and well made, and much less expensive than comparable dresses from American or European companies. I also ordered two bridesmaid dresses from them, and they were also beautifully made and very good quality. The speed of service was also really good.

Purchased a bridesmaid dress online, and the return process has been a NIGHTMARE. I returned because the quality is very poor, and seems really cheaply made. I have never had such a difficult time trying to return anything ever in my life! Customer service is difficult to deal with - it's almost as if they want to make the return process as difficult as can be so you give up and just keep a dress you will never wear! After emailing back and forth for nearly a week, I was finally given instructions on how to proceed with my return. Throughout the email exchange, customer service (who spoke very broken English) kept telling me to take it to alterations and pay money to alter it so I would like it and keep it. I'm sorry, what?! She also kept telling me to use a mailing service which is more expensive than the others, and to buy insurance for my return. She also wrote multiple times that the mail carriers often lose packages and not to be surprised if my return gets lost. Again, almost making it seem like a pain to return it and that they likely wouldn't get it? I've never experienced this in my life! I did end up returning via USPS, did not buy insurance, have tracked it at every step of the way, and communicated the status of the package delivery to this customer service rep and asked for confirmation on her end when it actually arrived. I received confirmation of its arrival, but still waiting for my refund... With all this said, I would NOT recommend to anyone ever to buy online from them.

While this all happened some time ago (over 2 years now) I see they are promoting their site a lot more so I simply want to warn people.I had a huge loss from a scam trading scheme with a company trading as Kayafx. I was contacted by Ellis Burlington and they said they could recover my funds. I paid a substantial upfront and then the problems started. I was the only person that was pro-active and had to keep chasing the person. I actually gave them the true name and address of one person who was involved in the scheme but they simply deemed it as useless as I had no evidence (he has since been taken to court). Their only course of action seemed to be against my banks and even that was like pulling teeth with them. The banks rejected their/my claims and they simply gave up and said it was finished.Most useless person and company I have ever worked with. My case was handed on to a more junior lady at some stage but she seemed to be out of her depth.Do not use them if you want funds recovered - they will not be able to do it based on my experience with them

It's very hard for me to write all of this because I need to explain how one of the worst things that could happen to me happened, I was looking for ways to get a passive income so I can get myself ready for retirement, and that's when I came across Affluent Trade, I told them that I'm originally from Canada and I moved to Finland for work and told them about my family friends and what I do today, the agent on the other side named Ron sounded so genuine and friendly that I just had no way of not being completely honest with him. Me and Ron became friends we were talking about meeting each other for a beer and how he will help me become rich through investing my money. The investing began around March and went on for a few months, the profits looked great and everything looked like it is working out just like Ron said it would. That's when I was asked to add more money to my investment and as any normal person who sees the returns he's making I would go on to add much more. everything went bad when I asked to withdraw some of the funds for a personal matter, Ron kept making excuses about why it isn't possible and asked me to add more money before I lose everything we made and more. I told him that adding more money isn't an option right now it might be an option down the line once I get more money, and explained to him that at this time I only need to withdraw a portion of my trading account. I noticed that I'm having a lot of trouble trying to arrange a withdraw and I didn't understand why because that account was very profitable, I didn't ask for the full amount I asked for a portion of the money only. After noticing that the withdraw isn't going to arrive and Affluent Trade started passing me around different agents that made different excuses I contacted Ellis and Burlington, I had a call with one of there people at the Case Assessment Department, and after a conversation in which they have explained to me exactly what happened and who these people are, I decided to let Ellis and Burlington take control of the situation. At first I didn't believe that the funds can be recovered, and I was extremely skeptical but today I'm happy with the decision I made and can say that my money is back where it belongs due to Ellis and Burlington and that's in my bank account. They worked extremely hard and long to get my money back, even when we hit brick walls and it all looked like its over they managed to destroy that wall and move forward. I'm not one who leaves reviews regarding services, but after receiving the help I received from this firm I wanted to leave the most honest feedback I can. They deserve every single good review that they have and even more. 5 stars from me!

This is by far the most unhelpful business on the planet. You pay money for a premium and have constant issues with the services. I gs a release that got put onto another artist profile, I submitted the take down. It took ONE WEEK for them to take down the song. Then I finically get it released correctly, with no further response to anything I emailed them about on the support ticket. I go to release my next song and I have my presave link in 16 hours. Their support system is an absolute joke. The dashboard for everything is not the easiest to navigate and is ugly. There are MUCH better distributors on the internet. Use them.

I was recommended Level by a friend and decided to blindly buy the service. This was my first mistake. Instantly I was greeted by a slow and janky UI. It was extremely difficult to organize a release I wanted to make, and for no apparent reason kept having it rejected and denied over six times with no rhyme or reason. I contact support and look through their FAQ - from the start their articles are extremely vague and unhelpful. My first support ticket takes over half a month to get a response. It's an automated response with broad umbrella "answers" that offer no help at all, and immediately after receiving this response my ticket is automatically closed. After over 3 weeks of trying and trying again to put one single song onto streaming services with Level I decide I've had enough and I contact their support asking for a refund. A week later, my release just so happens to get approved, even though I didn't change anything. An email back. "We see you have one approved release, please submit a takedown request in order to recieve your refund".Seems like coincidental timing. Or is it? I submit a takedown request, it takes so long that my release goes live before I have the chance to stop it. Eventually I wait and wait and it gets taken down, and I email support again. 2 weeks later, they respond and finally give me my refund. 3 days later I check my bank account and they've given me 3 quarters of what I paid for instead of the full amount like promised.2 months of back-and-forth dealing with a sad excuse for an "Artist Support Team" and all I got was this t-shirt. Just kidding, all I got was money stolen from me. My release is live on Distrokid now - even they're bad but nowhere near as bad as Level is. Their process is straightforward and my EP was up within a day on almost all streaming services; no fuss, no rejections, no need to contact their support at all.Go literally anywhere else to get your music online!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I went in the store along with my mother and sister-in-law to check in on a dress for my soon-to-be sister-in law. We spoke to Debbie who had been in frequent contact with the bride and her mother up to less than an hour before we arrived. Debbie was extremely rude and acted as if we were not worth her time our energy. We first introduced ourselves obviously and explained that we were the party who traveled from MD to check in on a dress. She rudely replied (not bothering to look up from a catalog she was reading) saying that she speaks to a lot of people and didn't know who we were (remember she was reminded of our visit less than an hour before our arrival). When it finally came to her recollection, and she retrieved the dress she plopped it infront of a like if several other dresses right in the lobby and we had to request some privacy where we could inspect the dress and FaceTime the bride.
