Been using these guys for the last 6 months on a regular daily coach booking and thought it's time I left them a review. From the outset I was impressed with how easy they were to deal with, professional but friendly and also they were able to give me a price instantly on the phone whereas other companies I'd contacted were taking days to get back to me. The daily service for one of our clients has been running smoothly for the last 5 and a half months, it literally runs itself and I only get a call from Select if they have an issue with a pick up, someone is late or they can't find one of the passengers etc. Totally pleased with the service, it honestly could not be better. To Del and Chris at Select, I take my hat off to you, you're promises weren't empty and I look forward to dealing with you both in the future!

Lately Telus is updating its optic (March 2019) and we customers of TV are suffering. Every viewing session I have to fiddle around re-establishing my viewing because the picture kicks off and I am left with a blank screen. I have to turn the set off and re-boot. It's a real hassle! Telus tells us on-line, that it's a problem with our "connection cords" and to do this and that, or buy a cable connection to solve the problem. No, no, no, Telus. It is YOUR problem if your cable connections are not working, YOU should pay for a new connection cable. Not me. I pay plenty for your service, so please service it!

Formally a long time shaw internet supporter but no more. Why u ask? Well when my service breaks down & I'm paying around $100 I think any1 within that price range would expect prompt & professional service no? Well forget about that with shaw because their CS desk is dismal at best. Even when they do show up after re-scheduling your appointment, they have to come back & re-access the problem. Here's the thing. With Telus, I can get service the very next day & the tech that come's over doesn't leave until he's resolved thing's, & if he does leave he comes back the next day & finishes. Soooo... quick, fast, & reliable. I did have my Smartphone under them for 2 to 3 years but when I bought a new 1 to replace that 1 it's did not support their network. So I went with Roger's. Lastly Telus gives you the most "bang for your buck", in the sense that you get a lot from them for a fair monthly rate. Can't top that.

I'm done with eBay. Seller sent incorrect item and could not provide return shipping label. Ebay advised meto contact the shipper and arrange for return. Seller asked me to return and agreed to pay for shipping. She did not like what I paid for shipping and refused to reimburse me. Ebay refused to help saying I should not have sent the item back without being reimbursed first, Moral of the story is that eBay is fine as long as you're dealing with an honest vendor and don't have any problems,

I have been a buyer on eBay for years now but I have noticed more and more the international shipping scam they now have going on. I used to love eBay but I refuse to pay $20-$50 to ship an item that is coming from outside of Canada. They say it is to cover shipping and customs charges. Well here's the thing, I have bought at least a hundred items, shipped from all over the world and only ONCE have I ever had to pay custom fees to the Canadian Customs. Their is no way for a buyer to opt out of this new shipping program and you know you don't get a refund for the unpaid customs fees. And, here's another kicker, you also pay a shipping fee for the shipper to send your item(s) to this rip-off shipping program. As long as eBay uses this scamming shipping program, I will no longer be a buyer.

I ordered a 4-seat tall dining table through Amazon. They failed to deliver and returned only a portion of the money paid saying they were not able to reach me for delivery. They have all my contact info i. E. cell phone, email. They can call, text, email or ring the doorbell, but they did not. Then, they emailed me the refund notice saying they are billing me for the delivery fee. I had to fight through Amazon to get the balance. I would avoid this vendor due to fishy business practice.

I ordered a dresser off Amazon not knowing it was this company, a third party shipper. Never received the dresser due to the warehouse delivery hours and inconsistencies with trying to arrange a delivery. Cymax said I refused or decided to return the package and I'm responsible for return and restocking fees which is over $200. Claims have been filed with Amazon. Stay away from this shipper. No wonder they stay in business, you never get it but they still make money off of you! Amazon needs to remove them all together!

I purchased a corn UV-C light bulb from this store on the firm belief that what I actually bought is real and can use for disinfection during this time of COVID-19 pandemic. To have a piece of mind, I took the item to an electrical and lighting shop to get it tested for UV wavelength. The bulb did not pass the test to have a merit of being germicidal. This kind of unconscionable business practice will put a lot of lives in danger. Please beware of this store for selling fake products.

I love it! They are Aldo shoes little sister. The shoes are sometimes a bit lower quality but you can't compete with the prices. I just make a point of zooming in and checking the shoe from all angles - a lot of times you can tell from the pictures whether it's made with care or just a poorly manufactured item. The quality has gone up over the years and the styles are mostly cute. I find Aldo shoes has been getting a bit too blingy and there aren't too many everyday / any occasion styles among their selection. I do still check Aldo out when I want something like winter boots just because the extra money is worth it for shoes that will take a beating and need to be sturdy. Otherwise, Call It Spring is my go-to store for heels and flats and work shoes.

Have bought a couple of times online when they have promotions. They email you the tracking info so you can follow your order. If you need to return your purchase they send you the UPS return label so you do not have to worry about the shipping cost to return. Excellent Service.

I had to file a refund because my order was delayed by 25 days which was very frustrating tbh. But 2 days back I received the complete order and was quite appalled by the manufacturing quality. So much so that I decided to pay them back. Had it not been about the exceptional quality I would have left a 1 star. I'd suggest them to work on delivery timelines to get better business in future. Else the quality speaks for itself. Good luck.

This company is very unprofessional. After i had already paid, they kept trying to get more money from me for starters. Saying i havent paid for that service when i know i did and i have priof of payment. Then stating that this is an additional charge so we can get that started. I ordered a Logo design and 100 buisness cards. After i recieved my logo, i expected to see my buisness card mockups. I eventually reached back out after 2 weeks of waiting to see the progress of my cards. Tirns out they completely forgot about them. After they sent me the first few mockups, and i chose the one i wantwd, they tried to charge me for a printing/shipling fee. When this should have been included in the price i had already paid. I informed them my services arw already paid for. Please just get me my order asap. Mike told me that they were being printed and woukd be shipped out within a few days..great. Another 2 weeks went buy and i havent seen my buisness cards in the mail. I decided to reach back out. Mike informed me at this time that that there was some printing issues. Why didn't he reach out to me and inform me? Why did he let me assume my order was on its way. Mike reassured me that my order will finish printing and be overnighted to me. A week later i recieved some buisness cards in the mail. But they were not my buisness cards. They sent me someone elses buisness cards. I emailed Mike immediately. And inhave not heard back. I called and it went straight to VM. So after 1month of fighting with this company to get me my product. I will never come back. They have proven several times that they are not a trustworthy company.

You are requesting a HUGE amount of money per reservations which again we DID NOT authorize!! You tagged/stole my B&B info from Booking.com where my property was listed and created a false profile on your site. Firstly, my property is closed due to the pandemic, Secondly, what are people paying for? I have contacted Google and have made them aware since it is apparent you are tagging yourself on small businesses to scam people out of money during this pandemic.

A good advice, especially do not book anything on the online travel agent Destinia whose commercial methods are fraudulent. Indeed, I booked a package with Destinia (Transavia flight trip plus hotel) in January 2021 to Lisbon. I cancelled my flight on January 29 because I learned that there was a general lockdown in Portugal. I sent a letter to Transavia who replied that a transfer of 92 Euros corresponding to the air ticket had been made to the account of the travel agent Destinia and asked me to contact this travel agent for reimbursement of the accommodation " Destinia" a call center in Madrid. Since then, after many telephone exchanges by e-mail, I have just learned that the amount of the accommodation will not be reimbursed by Destinia because, supposedly, when a flight is cancelled in the middle of a confinement, it does not cancel the trip. It is a pure swindle.

I went in to grab a coffee and a couple of donuts and there were two young ladies working alone! They looked new considering the fact they had a difficult time with the cash register! The line was building up but they two young ladies tried going as fast as possible. No complaints about the two young ladies I just wonder where were the managers?!

I been with VRBO for one year and I can say they have NO RESPECT for home owners. Left them after 1 year. I switched to vacationhomerentals.com after been harass by a sales rep. And convince me to sign up first with a low rate trial, it went very well so we signed up full membership the PLATIUM one for $799/year, the first platinum year went well lots of requests, lots of booking. So been happy we renew again for another year $799 and then disaster. Once they have you they do not deliver the service they promise and if you call their excuse is all others have the platinum membership... My house is central Florida, the trial year the one to convince you the house stayed on the first page sometimes second. When we renew with $799 the house stayed the first page, second or third, keep getting requests. With the last renewal big disappointment. Since February the house is most of the time in the back of listing. Every time I tried to locate the listing I cant really find it after viewing 56-57 pages. When I called them the explanation was they all have platinum membership. Ridiculous is that I remarked houses that are always on the first 5-6 pages and mine is no were to be find. Because of new HA/VEBO service fee, I listed my property on vacationhyomerentals.com. Site worked fine with free trial subscription-lot of inquiries. Paid $269 for year subscription. Now inquiries are not being received or are received in bunches after being sent hours earlier. After 2 calls to customer service, one in which I was cut off after being on hold 30 minutes, After recalling and waiting 20 minutes, CS made up a ridiculous story the delay was because I sent myself inquiries. I had a friend send an inquiry last night and I haven't received it. Yet. Emails to customer service are not answered.

I'm a regular shopper with topratedshoes and I have been for the last two years. The first time I placed my order I realized their sizes ran a bit larger than what I'm used to, so I've always just placed sizes half a size smaller than my usual size. The product descriptions aren't great, so I can never tell what the heel heights are. But they have an AWESOME live chat assistant (I dealt with Emily) who told me everything I needed to know. Their shoes are cheaper than anywhere else I've purchased from, so obviously it's not going to be real leather and stuff. But I've got no complaints from this site and I'd highly recommend it to anyone! Tip for consumers: Get the custom sized shoes!

I was a little skeptical at first, but I was charmed by kind the customer service agent and ended up buying. I ordered a Britney that took a little longer than I expected get t me, but when she finally arrived... WOW. She is beautiful and feels soooooo good! I now see what they mean with "real feel". The setup and the prices are great, but once you start squeezing even just a bit from the server's resources, the server might not be able to keep on, leading to annoying lag. Server plugins installer is bugged and caused my server to uninstall some addons I have added manually. Tech support replied they won't fix the bug as they don't know how to fix it, and just proposed as a solution to stop using their own plugin installer. You can have the most optimized server jar and config files ever created, but the server will always struggle with 10+ people. If you are looking for some cheap place to play for sometime, maybe this is for you; but those looking to host a somewhat big server (20+) players, I would suggest looking another site.

Ordered our first tree from this company in 2020. Bearing in mind that we were all dealing with the constraints of a pandemic, we were delighted with the service. The website was easy to navigate and provided great advice for choosing a suitable tree. The tree was delivered on time, was carefully packaged and was exactly as described. It had a lovely, fresh scent and the tree lasted well into the New Year. Have already pre-ordered for this year.

Ordered a Nordman Fir last year, unfortunately the needles started to drop after a week. Contacted them and sent a picture and within a few days they had sent me out a new tree, no quibbles (they think it had Heat Shock). Fantastic service so i have already ordered from them again this year. Beautiful trees and no hassle of trying to get it home!

I have reached out to them, as would be expected, no one replied to my request. All i want is for my money to be returned to me. I signed up two years ago for Refresh Financials secured credit card and secured loan. After the first few months, they began forgetting to submit my monthly payments to the credit bureau. In January this year, I noticed they were still several months behind so I closed my secured loan with them after having to write them monthly to remind them to submit the payment to the bureau and they still forgot. I kept the secured Visa card in hopes of still building my credit. It is currently September 28'21 and my secured card has not been reported to the bureau since January. I have sent several emails to try and fix this and they are unable to. I've called the credit bureaus to try and fix it however I was unable to and they told me to get Refresh to reopen the account to begin reporting. What happens was when they closed my secure loan, they closed my secured credit card instead. They have not helped build my credit and actually do the opposite. Do not waste your time or money.

Forelle is an NL-based American sports equipment retailer. It is hard to find baseball equipment in europe, and Forelle has the best selection online in all of the eurozone. However, that's where the good things about Forelle stops. The company does not put the customer's needs first. Their customer service is rude, horrible and they are willing to leave customers dissatisfied over one order instead of trying to make it right. I recently bought a first base glove for my 10 year-old son. He is a lefty, so I bought him a glove marked "LH." I'm from the US, and LH gloves are for lefties. However, when I received the glove, it was for a righty -- the glove fit on the left hand. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service, I was told I would have to pay a total of 40 euros for shipping to get a replacement (20 to ship it back to the NL, and an addition 20 to ship out the new one), because it "was my fault" and I had ordered incorrectly. When I asked about LH meant, they first said, "LH is throw with the left hand and catch with the right hand." When I told them that that was the problem, they then changed and said, "You ordered a LH glove, so fit on the left hand and than you throw with the right hand." In addition, the man was very rude, using exclamation points and refusing to make things right for me. This company clearly doesn't know right from left and cannot admit that they have an unclear policy. Most online companies would be willing to admit fault on a transaction like this and pay for the return shipping to make the customer happy. Forelle, however, doesn't think they need to answer to customers because they have the market cornered in Europe for online baseball equipment sales. So, be warned: don't expect good customer service from them if your order is wrong. I now have a right handed glove that is completely worthless. I will never buy from these people again, and will tell everyone I know about my story.

Don't use Hrvatska Posta to deliver purchased goods if we have payed DHL or something like that. Hrvatska Posta is not doing their job good! I had to go to the other side of the side to collect the goods because they are too lazy to deliver goods on right address regardless they have phone numbers and everything!

SCAM!!! If I were able to leave zero stars I would have. I could not be disappointed more, I paid $6625 for nothing, I signed up with them in April 2022 and I received absolutely nothing at all. The customer service is awful as well, They are supposed to call and follow up every week. They did for the first couple of weeks and stopped following up. All the leads I received were unqualified leads and the leads asked me not to call them again. I ll share the screenshots of my conversations with the leads on my social media for reference. Also, I already have filed with Attorney General in Texas. Do not waste the money that you earn so hard!

BUYER BEWARE: Jackery DO NOT HONOUR their manufacturers warranty after my unit failed. If you’re reading this, please note Jackery have screwed me over by not replacing a faulty unit - but everything I state is true. I bought a Jackery 500 unit via Amazon UK prior to Jackery having their own store. I paid full price and the unit was brand new and worked when it arrived. I successfully registered the product with Jackery a couple of days after getting it. I was away from home for 3 to 4 months, so charged it before I left. When I got back and went to charge it again, the unit had completely died. I was left with a £500 brick. So, I check the conditions for claiming under the manufacturers warranty, as it was within one year of purchase.. You must charge the unit every 6 months. Tick. It was left uncharged for a maximum of 4 months. It does not state anywhere on their own terms, that the warranty is not valid if bought through a third party. When you buy a washing machine at Curry’s - you’d still expect and have a right to the manufacturers warranty wouldn’t you?? JACKERY DOES NOT STATE THIS AS AN EXEMPTION. However, this is the reason the company have used to wriggle out of replacing the unit. I intend to make a Faulty Goods complaint under the Consumer Rights Act. The absolute worst part of all of this was dealing with customer service at Jackery. It has taken 2 months to try and have a simple conversation. The company DOES NOT HAVE A FAIR ANSWER as to why they won’t replace the unit - And so, they have now just stopped replying to my emails, hoping I will just go away. Horrible customer experience. These are very expensive batteries, I would AVOID at all costs after my experience.

I had bought a solar battery years before from a different company and spent about $350. I was sorely disappointed by the the quality of materials, and performance. It died after approximately 4 uses. When it came time to dip the toes into the murky waters of solar batteries again, I really did some investigation. I had seen videos where people swore by Jackery, I read the reviews, I watched YouTube channels where people depended on these batteries. So... I went all in on the Jackery 1000 and 2 solarsaga 100w panels... $2000 CND. Okay, here’s the scoop... Phenomenal. I love this battery. I love it so much I bought a Jackery 500 about 4 weeks later. Fantastic product Jackery!

Would not recommend this web site or the insurance to anyone. The staff are argumentative and rude. Calls are not returned by staff, claims or Supervisors. Supposedly calls are recorded but if an issue has to be investigated and 21st.com is in question you can count on the recordings mysteriously not being located and the issue goes unresolved. Saved 21st.com money on a non-fault claim and this went ignored. Changes are made to a policy after the fact and when issues are in question you can count on getting nothing but excuses and they are famous for passing the buck. Claims is notorius for providing information To a policy holder that is not valid and when questioned, once again you get no Resolve but that person is not responsible for making that decision-so where did They get the information given to the policy holder in the first place? 21st.com does not honor what they relate to a policy holder. Reported 21st.com to the NC Insurance Commission because issues and problems prevailed from the time we Switched to this insurance company until we CANCELED the policy!

Please do not get this insurance. They are dishonest. They do not like to pay claims. Adjuster's play games and lie a lot. I went 4 months with out a car because of them. On matter how high you go up there chain you can't get help. Devin freeman is a higher up and he is just playing games too. So don't waste your money on this company. And now he his saying there is no legal department for them to make a complaint. Wow what a company.

I was so disappointed so that goodness I was able to take him to the vert immediately after picking him up. I think they are constantly understaffed. I have visited twice here with a friend who sends her pet here. Both the times I noticed that many dogs were unsupervised. Though they were in an enclosed area but I think they should be supervised so that they don't harm each other.

There was too much pressure put upon our shoulders by the management which made the work environment too lonely and so much to bear. I dreaded my final days of working here because I was just done. There's nowhere to go here anyway because there's no growth but the constant pressure was too much to handle. It's as if they never see any of our efforts and hard work and they didn't think we were good enough for the company.

I had my first experience on 12/21/2020. The service was for neck ultherapy. After one week, I am seeing results; although, I know the process is typically 6 months. If you can tolerate the pain, it is definitely worth it. As uncomfortable as the procedure was, Lanaya made the process comfortable and relaxing. After the face to face I thought hmm ok maybe ill book a service. Fortunately I did a little DD and looked for Reviews. I was Really surprised they had terrible reviews. The large dinner plates are not micro wave safe, even though it is stamped on the bottom of the plate, they crack in the micro wave. About 5 plates have cracked, make that 6 with the following report. Also recently my wife had corn on the cob in boiling water took one cob and placed on a plate. Plate cracked almost in half. So very disappointed, never ever experienced defective dishes like this before. Probably the first & last Mikasa purchase.

Poor customer service. Ordered 3 large bags of Chamomile Tea. All three bags hatched insects. Company refuses to take responsibility for their quality control, implying it is the customer's fault for not killing any bugs/larvae by freezing their products for several weeks. If I wanted to eat bugs with my tea, I would have ordered crickets. Do not buy from them unless you don't mind insects infesting your house and pantry.

This is the second time I have ordered an item off the footlocker.ca website because the item was not available in-store, and both times, after processing the payment on my credit card and after a 4-5 day wait, I receive an email advising me the order has been cancelled as the item was not available. Why was I able to order the item and pay for it if it was not available? Then I have to wait another 3-5 days to receive my reimbursement! After calling customer service, I am told that their online system is not always accurate and that before ordering an item, one should call to confirm the availability. Does that not defeat the purpose of ordering online? And secondly, I did call the day before the order was cancelled and was told the item was being shipped that day! So not only is the online system not accurate but neither is the system used by their customer service. Never ordering from there again.

Interestingly enough, I don't have anything negative to write. My experience ordering from Footlocker for the first time was actually a positive one. It took a couple days for them to ship my item out, but once they did, I received it the next day. I actually read reviews after purchasing and was so nervous Footlocker would just be another H&M in disguise but no, everything went super well! I don't think I would purchase online from them again though, and it's not because I fear the worst but I do prefer going into store.

I was charged on my credit card but when I checked the status and invoice on my order at first it says 0 subtotal but has the actual total cost.. and now when I check again it says 0 total cost as if I never even paid at all.. no product name nothing. Starting to think this website is a scam. Tried to contact by email kept receiving bot messages and tried to call their number and no one to pick up. 10/7/21 - Update Because of this review I was contacted through email by one of their customer representative that checked and saw there was a glitch in my order. They recorrected and shipped out my order with tracking. I received it and everything looks good.

Had a VPS with Zappie some years ago, for 18 months. Worked fine but I noticed they were massively over-reporting my data usage. I starting using two separate methods to collect my _actual_ data throughput and after a month put my own figures to them in a support ticket. This was completely ignored and I wasn't going to risk being overcharged by their fraudulent data accounting so I eventually put a halt on payments to try to elicit some response. All I got back was they served me an account suspension notification - all the while having never even acknowledged the support ticket and various emails I'd sent them. Honestly it seemed like a one-man band and he'd either died or gone on holiday. Needless to say I switched provider after this abominable experience.
