We will shop there for many years to come because of how they treated us. They’re an asset the company and most of all to their customers.

I bought a Z2 headset for the PC from EB games in Australia for 99 which was apparently discounted. I was quite happy with the product, nifty, sounded great, HQ mic, long cable, many adjustable settings and so on. 3 months down the track the mic stopped responding so I contacted www.turtlebeachau.com or QVS in regards to my product and quickly got a response after only submitting the problem and reciept. The response was that i would be sent a new controller cable at no cost and wallah though a bit slow of 7 days i recieved a new controller set and the mic now works. Thanks TB, Damien

I ordered the Turtle Beach Ear Force HPA like another reviewer here who rated this company 0. He did so because he wanted to return headphones that were uncomfortable. These headphones come out-of-the-box at the tightest setting(they actually cut off circulation to the ears!), but the bars are bendable to any position you want. They're extremely comfortable now, probably my favorite headband design to date. He did know notice that the headband was adjustable and rated this company down for not letting him return a product THAT WAS NOT DEFECTIVE. I got a product that /was/ defective, rattling in the left earcan and the bass wasn't working. I told them, and got a reply within 2 hours with an RMA. I sent it over for repair, got it back in 5 business days. I also made a status query at night to this company, got a reply by 10am the next day. Polite and quick. The user rated the company's service down for a misconception on the quality of the product. This site's about the service not the products, and I felt the service was impeccable!

This card installed fine - since I already had an ATI 5770 in my HTPC the drivers were already there and updated. It isn't a particularly fast card, but it is certainly functional. In fact, for half of its current price it would be a good value. To this end, Diamond often tries to lure you in with rebates to address this disparity, but be forewarned... Diamond WILL NOT honor your rebate. I have been submitting rebates for years with no trouble whatsoever. However, Diamond (after taking FAR longer than the supposed 8-12 weeks they state in their own fine print I might add) saw fit to deny my rebate because I submitted a printed invoice instead of a packing list (which I didn't receive). WHAT!?! That is rediculous. Whenever you buy something online, THAT is what you are most likely to get. Obviously, this is merely a ploy for Diamond. They'll use whatever technicality they can to avoid honoring their committments to you - the paying customer. So, I would humbly advise that - if you are looking for a tuner - stay away from this one. There are better deals than this for its full current asking price. If you DO decide to purchase this, don't count on the rebate. UPDATE: 7/23/11 After contacting Diamond, we were able to work the situation out. I wanted to post this to let other people having rebate issues know that contacting Diamond is worth a try. I know from reading other reviews around the net, that others have not been as fortunate (if they tried at all), but it does work. Again, thanks to Odette at Diamond Multimedia for working with me on this.

I purchased a HD6570 video card from Microcenter on 6/29/12. The card had a rebate, I sent for the rebate form provided by Microcenter with the UPC and receipt. I did not hear from them until 11/16/12 when I got a postcard stating they received my rebate late. I guess this is a new kind of thievery, they can just blame the U.S Postal service.

Ordered 3 items for a Motorola cell phone: Hands-free car kit, Desktop cradle, USB Data Kit. Chose and paid for UPS Ground as delivery option. Items were send via USPS. Car kit and desktop cradle were brand new, USB data kit was obviously well used. Sent e-mail, and left voice messages asking to be contacted regarding receiving a used item instead of the new item I paid for, no response whatsoever.

I ordered two remote reading wireless thermometers (Chaney #985's)and they arrived a few days later. The items are complete junk. There is no way that they don't know that they are selling junk. You can even see it on their "Return" policy. It would be one thing if the unit was just a defective item however, it is easy to tell how the lack of quality immediately when you open it. I put batteries in the display unit it and the remote sensors. The unit did seem to connect to the remote sensors however on the display unit all of the lcd elements were showing to some extent. If you held the unit just right you could tell what the temperatures were supposed to be. Within about 8 hours all of the display elements had gone out. That seemed odd so I checked the batteries and sure enough they were dead. Put new batteries in it, same initial partial display of all of the lcd elements and again in about 8 hours the batteries went dead again.

I have purchased from them a couple of times over the years and am very pleased. They have great prices, they don't gouge on shipping and they have great service! Recently I needed a UDMA IDE cable. I went to best buy and they wanted $18!!! I did a price search and found the same thing at partshelf for $0.99. UPS came up as $5, but that was fine with me because it was still the best price on the net. I placed the order, and to my pleasant surprise they emailed me saying they shipped it by mail instead and saved me $4!

I ordered a rifle and 500 pellets. I only received 100 pellets and have not been able to reach anyone. I have sent emails left messages and have listened to the on hold music for extended periods of time and then transferred to a voice mail that no one listens to. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this company.

Airgun Depot sent two Glock 17 replicas to my 12-yr-old son who used someone else's credit card. I tried to return them (and find out who paid for them) to no avail. Multiple phone calls were not answered, messages were not returned, my e-mail to their "resolutions" team was ignored, my request for an RMA on their online form was ignored. I am now sending them back on my own dime.

I ordered an AMD Athlon Slim unit system (mini size PC) from ComputersLane for $209. It was supposed to arrive in 13-14 days. It took a month and they shipped something different for ADDITIONAL charge. They sent me a regular sized PC with a pair of cheap speakers that I did not order for $11 extra that I never authorized. I called them up to return the system for a refund and the guy (first name Mani) told me what he shipped was better than what I bargained for, refused to refund without a restocking fee, insulted me, and hung up on me. Wow! I wonder how these guys are still in business. I'm contacting my credit card company to take care of this. If anyone out there has had similar unpleasant experiences with computerslane.com, contact me at [email protected]. I want to do more than just get a refund.

I have bought over 15 computers from this company, my last order was for 10 units, half were defective and noone returns my calls. 1 bad motherboard and 4 bad harddrives, i finally got someone on the phone and they said send them my info and they would get back to me, has not happened, said companies website had been comprimised and were having trouble

On Aug 8 2003 I sent a USPOSTAL Money Order to Luis Chavez Buymicro Accounting Dept. 1355 W 190th St. Gardena ca. After numerous emails stating that I had not received a reply to my emails or phone calls to 310-765-4951 I have not received any proof of shipment. I ordered a projection bulb and have not heard anything after an email in which he said that " I will search my mail ASAP" ,I would like to know if any other compainants have been able to reach buymicro's main office and not some agent, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a Serial-ATA (SATA-150) 160-GB Seagate drive (part # ST3166023AS) from BuyMicro on 6/17/2003. On 6/18/2003 I checked the order status on their website (buymicro.com) and saw that the ordered part was changed to an ATA-100 160-GB Seagate drive (part # ST3166023A - not trailing S!). I immediately sent an order cancellation by email AND by fax. Buymicro still shipped the (wrong) drive on 6/19/03, and charged my credit card $179.92. I emailed the company about this and got the advice to bounce the shipment, which I did. The package tracking showed that the package had indeed be return-delivered to sender. But credit did not appear. After several emails that only generated a response like "we'll check if we received the return package", I asked my credit card company to reverse the charge. On September 5, 2003 a return charge was received for $131.02, which is $48.90 (27%) less than what was charged originally, while the ENTIRE shipment was returned. As the return was caused by Buymicro sending a part that I did NOT order, shipped a day after I cancelled the order both through email and through fax, I should have received a full refund. Sent complaint to BBB, and they contacted BuyMicro but never received any response (BuyMicro is listed "in bad standing" at BBB). Have now filed a complaint with Attorney General of California.

I recently purchased a Gigabyte motherboard from them and it is not recognizing any of my IDE devices, which include two optical drives and two hard drives. I called support to get replacement options. They said I can exchange or return it. I wanted to exchange it because I really liked the board. They said it could take up to 21 days before I received my replacement because they had to test the one I am sending back first. I understand the need for them to test the equipment before doing the exchange, which is normal, but there solution to expiditing the exchange is awefull at best. The solution they gave me is purchase another board so they can ship it out immediately, and at the same time I will create a RMA and send back the defective item. When they receive the defective item back they will credit my account. That is OK so far. The however to this situation is they insist on charging a 15% restocking fee for the return, even though it is defective. What kind of BS is that? I will NEVER purchase from them again. I highly recommend any person considering PCParts.com to go elsewhere.

I just had a very good experience with two of the tech guys (Wing, Patrick) in the new Sunnyvale store. I was having trouble diagnosing problems with a system that I am building from parts from various on-line retailers. I had previously RMA'd the motherboard, but that did not fix the problem. For the Central Computers basic $29 diagnostic fee, they swapped in a different video board and a different processor to prove that the problem is in the motherboard. In other words, the problem seems to be present in a complete batch of Abit motherboards. It's not a driver issue because you see the problem (incorrect CPU temperature report) on the BIOS setup screen before any OS gets loaded. I was in and out in 36 minutes ... That's what I call prompt service. I've spent a lot of money with Central Computers over the years. I intend to keep giving them a good share of my business.

Bought an eee pc for over $700...kept losing wireless signal in my home (about 10 other wireless computers work fine in my home) took it to the store and since they could not duplicate the failure there, (after I waited around for well over a half an hour), they refused to exchange the item...took it home again and it failed in 5 minutes. IMHO Central Computer is not a good place to buy expensive items because they don't know how to treat their good customers well, poor customer service would be what I would call it...I will never shop there again....

Ordered 2 mobile racks 'MOB-10LSFU' at $8.00 a piece - free shipping. Order placed on the 11/12/04 arrived 11/19/04 via UPS + tracking. I had the option to choose a faster shipping method but I wasn’t in a hurry. The package I received looked like a recycled CDROM box but inside it was two brand new shrink wrapped hard drive racks. I purchased the Williams Legato 88-Key Digital Piano from Music123 through Walmart. I recommend buying it directly from Music123 and not Walmart, because if you need to exchange it for any reason, Music123 will make you pay for the replacement (because it was purchased through a third party) and then they'll refund you the amount when they receive the defective one. The first keyboard I received had 3 keys that were making a bad buzzing sound so I returned it, purchased the replacement, and waited for my refund, but they only reimbursed me $150 when it should have been the full $200. It took me four phone calls to finally receive the right amount which they had to send through the mail as a check because Walmart (third party) was involved. What a pain! Music123 customer service wouldn't give me all the information until I asked the right questions - they were vague and everyone I talked to told me something different. I haven't even opened the second keyboard yet because I'm terrified something will be wrong with it too and I'll have to start this whole process over again. As for the quality of the keyboard: It's pretty quiet and the headphones aren't any louder. If you plan on singing and playing, forget it, you won't hear the piano. I tried plugging in an amp but had no luck getting the sound to come through, not sure why yet. It is beautiful and if you don't mind it being quiet, it sounds nice, but I can't recommend it or buying from Music123.

Wanted to get my wife a hard sided case for her Toshiba 17" laptop. Went to Efunctional after price comparing with a few other venders. While the price on the Vangaurd case SEEMED great, shipping charges brought it right up to the other venders who charged less for shipping. The package arrived on the 15th and not very well padded I must say. Just a sheet of bobble wrap on each side. For this they charged >$24.00??? I'm glad it was a hard sided case or it would not have survived! Also the case dimensions that were listed were off. I realize that that was probably not Efunctional's fault, but an accurate description would have been more professional. I decided to exchange it for a larger case that would give more room yet I can't get an answer to my email for an RMA. If they were more professional there would be a phone number to talk direct to customer service. On top of that they charge a 15% "restocking" fee? IF they give me an RMA and I get this resolved prperly I will let you know, but judging by their seller satisfaction average, I'm not going to hold my breath. So all in all they've lost me as a repeat customer and I've spread the word to my fellow E-shoppers. I have to wonder how long they will stay solvent with this type of service. On Dec 17th I wrote about a bad experience I had with Efunctional.com I ordered a case for my wife's 17" laptop that I thought would fit. When it arrived I found that the dimentions, that were listed on their web page were not accurate compared to reality. I had requested an RMA to exchange the case for a larger on. I was expecting to have a hard time with that, judging by some of the other reviews. Well let me be honest with you. Efunctional did rspond to me in a timely manner. I received all paper work for the return of the case and had discovered that the stated dimentions were from that manufacturer, not Efunctional.com. I also found out that their shipping rates were a little higher than some others, not much mind you, but not out of line with what UPS chrges for that given weight of the case and it's packaging. I verified this with the local UPS store. They could've - should've packed better. One layer of bubble wrap IS to light for the package they shipped, so they do need to teach their shipping department to be more professional. But the situation DID get corrected to my satisfaction and I have to admit I just might give them more consideration next time I buy online. I feel that it is only fair to give them a complete review after my first review was so strong.

I placed an order and the site stated the product would ship the same day. It is now four days later and it has not shipped. I sent an e-mail asking them to cancel the order. The response stated the order could not be cancelled and all I can do is refuse delivery. Then I can ask for a refund (we know how long that will take). I tried to call them to see exactly when it would ship. The recording directed me to their site. The site directed me to call the number I had just called. It is a loop where you will never get a person. From now on I will buy from a local store (which by the way has Studio 12 for the same price as the Pinnacle Store).

This review applies to Pinnacle Systems of Mountain View CA, manufacturer of video editing products. Although Pinnacle Systems makes great products, they are unfortunately overshadowed by their lack of customer support. I pre-ordered an upgrade on 9/12 that ended up being released around 9/22. Attempting to find a status of my order was the worst experience ever. You can never reach sales/customer support. All I ever got was a message to call back in either 30 minutes or an hour. I e-mailed sales, customer service and their estore multiples times and never received a reply. Not even an auto-reply. I cammed their shipping department three times and was told the product had shipped "that day". The ONLY way I was able to get the upgrade was to contact their corporate offices and file a complaint. Miraculously, a new order appeared. This was not an isolated incident nor is it the first. It's one thing to make mistakes. But this has made me reconsider them regardless of how good their products are.

July 3-05, I ordered an Acer lcd monitor. July 5-05, They shipped, "Expedited Canada Post". The tracking number was sent by email & directed me to Canada Post's website that stated delivery date should be July 12-05. July 14-05, no monitor so I sent email requesting info for tracking, got no response. July 15-05 I sent 2 more emails, to which I received the same invoice with nothing new about anything to do with the shipping. I scoured Anitec's website, because according to Canada Post, only the vendor can initiate a trace, which I told Anitec in my first email when I was requesting their help & got a copy of the same invoice & finding a phone number for Canada Post is next to impossible. Finally found a phone number. July 18-05, I contacted Canada Post, where I was told that my parcel should've been delivered on July 13-05 because the actual shipping date was July 6-05(not what was posted), but this didn't matter since now it was the 18th & it was to be a 5 day delivery. They told me to get ahold of the vendor & tell them to contact Canada Post, because only they (Anitec) can initiate a trace. (which I already knew & had pointed this out in a message I'd already sent to Anitec.) So when I called Anitec, they asked me for a "case number" from Canada Post. I don't know what part of "Only the Vendor can initiate a trace, which is where a "case number" would come into play, they don't or can't seem to understand! And I got the distinct impression they were bothered by me & this problem & really, it was more my problem than theirs. (well, that's certainly true) I spoke to James, who said he'd take care of it. July 19, Anitec called me (not James) & told me there was a trace put on the monitor, they were going to reimburse the shipping costs & there was a 7 Day Wait. Which isn't right to me but I sent an email to thank them anyway-got 0 response. It is now July 25-05, they have 1 day left before this whole fiasco starts over again & I really don't expect anything---I have no monitor, my credit card's already paid the bill, not a peep out of Anitec or Canada Post, & I have been hanging around waiting for this farce because it is a signature required delivery that I don't feel like missing. This is not a way to do business, even if it's a paltry $360.00 purchase. So if hassle is your thing, have fun with these people. I'm pretty much fed up. ******UPDATE****** Update to the Anitec saga -Sent email July 25 to James, no response -Send email to [email protected] And [email protected], July 26 -Nicholas responded by phone at 13:53h & said the shipping costs will be reimbursed but there would be a 30 day waiting period from "The date I called Canada Post" & then they'd ship another monitor. (date called was July 19, after I myself contacted Canada Post on July 18) -I wasn't too thrilled with the vagueness & refusal to actually give me a date whatsoever. It's fairly obvious that the parcel is never going to make it here, but rather than make a customer happy (& knowing they're going to be reimbursed anyway by Canada Post), they decided on deception instead of just shipping a replacement to me. While I'm sitting here like a dummy, now thinking I have to wait until the 19th of August & then who knows what was going to happen! -At 15:30h, I received a phonecall from Shannon at the Vancouver Canada Post, inquiring about whether I'd received the parcel (of course, I hadn't). She told me there was a 20 day waiting period before they'd reimburse Anitec, FROM THE DATE SHIPPED (not from the date Anitec "called" Canada Post, like they said). -I called Nicholas immediately following that, where I was told that whenever Canada Post reimbursed Anitec, Then they'd ship me another monitor---more with the vagueness. I do not understand why I'm eating this, while Anitec's already been paid by my credit card & I've spent mostly all of July waiting for this 1, 2 or 5 day delivery. I don't believe it to be unreasonable to let them deal with Canada Post, since that was the shipping method that They chose, & to send another one to me right now today. In any case, I asked Nicholas to cancel the order altogether & refund the money to the credit card. I guess we'll see, they've got until August 4, which is the date Canada Post will be resolving the issue with them. If the monitor shows up by that time, I'll most probably keep it & learn a lesson about ordering online if the company is 4000km away. It's too easy for them to be paid & then ignore. I'm not holding my breath. And sometimes, just because the price seems right, things aren't right & you end up spending the money you "saved", on Tylenol & antacids.

I recently ordered a Lian Li PC-V1000 case from this home-based store and it was the cheapest price I could find anywhere. I ordered via email and arranged a day and time to pick it up. Quick and simple. The guy was friendly to deal with. He was very quick in getting me this not-so-common case. I liked the fact that I saved money on shipping because I could pick it up directly from him. The site does not offer online shopping but there is a huge list of products he either stocks or can order. Not sure about ordering by phone but he was responsive to emails. I would recommend this store to others and would be willing to order from him in the future.

I ordered an Abit motherboard from this company through eBay. After almost a week, I have received no notifications from Computergods.com acknowledging my order or providing shipping information. Suspicious, I consulted resellerratings.com and my suspicions were confirmed. My e-mail to Computergods has gone unanswered; the telephone number provided by eBay as "contact information" has been disconnected; the Computergods.com website cannot be accessed. However, eBay has charged my credit card and (presumably) passed on the money to Computergods.com. eBay is full of glowing feedback comments in praise of Computergods.com, but I notice that many of the comments by different users reference the same Item#, an impossibility. It looks very like the feedback has been seeded with favorable comments. There are, in fact, some favorable comments regarding Computergods.com in the resellerratings list, but they are all ancient. All recent reviews are B-A-D. Dec. 27, 2002 - OK, time to eat a little crow and apologize to Computergods.com for my earlier impetuous comments. The motherboard I ordered arrived today and is apparently in good condition. I reserve final judgement until it passes its operational checks, but Computergods came through in good time with what I ordered at the price agreed. Except for the deep silence in the area of notification, tracking numbers, etc., this is about as much as one can expect from an e-store. More to follow after the motherboard is installed and reveals its worth. 01/26/03 O.K., final installment. The Abit motherboard provided by Computergods.com is installed and works. My satisfaction is sullied by the fact that the board was misrepresented by Computergods.com as "factory reconditioned" and that was obviously not the case. A small cooling fan mounted on the board was absolutely choked with dust and the BIOS installed was so downlevel that it didn't recognize the processor I had installed and provided no options to accurately describe it. It could not have been "factory reconditioned". All of the comments which follow which describe one's inability to contact this company are correct. Their web-site does not work, they do not respond to e-mails and the telephone number supplied by eBay is disconnected. It is impossible to recommend that one do business with computergods.com. On the flip side, the motherboard accepted an ugraded version of BIOS and has been working flawlessly since the installation was complete. 03/25/03 O.K., so the last comment wasn't final. This one is. The Abit motherboard bit the dust last week. Fini, kaput. I have ordered an Epox motherboard to replace it. So much for Computergods.com. I will never order anything with their name on it again. Neither should you.

July 21st, 2003 - New item was DOA. Shipped it back to CGS for a full refund. July 10th, 2003 - I heard from computergods and Chris has offered to exchange the item for the one I actually purchased. He will refund the shipping cost of sending him the wrong item. June 19th, 2003 - I purchased a D-Link DI-614+ Wireless 2.4GHZ 4-Port Router model DI-614+ NEW for $46 + 7.49 shipping, (ebay# 3031042392). Instead I received a Linksys Wireless Access Point. I have contacted them, but am yet waiting to hear from them. We'll see how the computergods respond.

Called to order two of their USB / Firewire Combo drive cases (2.5" version). Spoke with a polite lady on the phone who was very helpful and ordered the drives for me. I got them in on monday the following week only to find that they sent me the USB 2.0 version only, not the combo unit. A call to Evergreen revealed that even though they were still listed on their site, they no longer make the combo unit. Instead of calling me to inform me that there was an error with my order, they felt they could go ahead and ship me a different product anyway. Fortunately, I was able to obtain an RMA easily enough, but the lack of professionalism in neglecting to inform a customer that you no longer carry a product and send them another intead is unacceptable. Bothers me especially since I have ordered from them a number of times before without a problem. Of course, they actually had the product I wanted those times.

I ordered a syringe of TherMagic thermal compound because of its excellent price, and I heard that it was supposed to be on par with Artic Silver III. It didn't disappoint! Great results, dropped my CPU temperature 5C from the original white goop I had on it. When I run out of TherMagic, I will order another tube with no second thoughts.

I purched a high-end workstation from XI on Jan 8th. I was then told it would take a week to build and a week to ship. That puts the delivery date the 22nd. On the 16th I called to get a Fedex tracking number and was told it wan not built yet, and that they would ship in on the 20th. I called again on the 22 for a tracking number and was informed it was still not ready to ship. I was then promised it would ship on the 24th by 2nd day to be delivered the 27th. On the 25th, I received an automated email from Fedex stating that the packages had been picked up and they were to be delivered on the 30th. On the 29th I tracked the packages and found out that one of the three packages was not to be delivered until Feb 3rd (the LCD monitor). I called to complain and got the shipping refunded. I felt like I got alot of runaround without much resolution. I don't know if I will attempt to order from them again.

I have purchased about 9 identical workstations for CAD design and programming. Xi had higher spec machines with more advanced hardware than Dell or HP, for a much lower price. Xi is willing to build and customize a system with solid state drives and overclocked processors if that suits fits your needs, and by doing so markets a workstation that simply flat out-performs _anything_ offered by the big names. I have worked with Bill and found him to be a real asset in reviewing the final specs and finding places to cut redundant costs. Support is available, but lacking. Emails are returned in 2 days or more, even for ongoing conversations, and replacements for failed components take 3 days to arrive. On the upside since they use components generally available in the retail market you can swap and replace them without the help of Xi, especially beneficial after the warranty runs out.

I purchased an expensive router from this store. the package I bought included free 2-day shipping. I needed the router in a hurry. I ordered on a Friday. Long story short, the router will not arrive for at least a week. After being passed through numerous phone trees and departments, I was told they ship UPS ground. But, you sold me free 2-day shipping! They apologized but said there was nothing they could do. Dont buy from them!

Years ago I bought a BEFSR41 Cable/DSL Router it worked through 98, 2000, XP, Vista win7. I saw one on sale at wal-mart. Mind you this new Router is the same exact one. My 1st mistake was to call & ask if I could just hook it up & go. To make the story short they duped me into buying a new router you know the pitch out of date won't work if you hook it up. The stupid part was not checking them out on RR. I had the old router so long I walked in the door with blind trust. I called back to tell them I did not want WiFi. The 2nd shift had come on & I spoke with 1 of their few honest people she took the numbers & said no prolem the new router will work juat as well as the one I had all those years. She told me I should call this # & tell them to cancel the router I ordered. I called they said wait until the tracking # from UPS is sent & me call UPS tell them I will not accept the PKG. When it gets back 12 days or more they will return my money. I'm screwed my advice is do not buy LINKSYS CISCO. They have turned bad & you will be lied too & have your money taken. Companies who do not work it out in public on RR can not be trusted end of story. Once on Apr 11 then today I was told that I must wait untill UPS delivers & refuse the router also 2 other employs told me I will get a letter saying the order was cancled no letter. At 8pm EST I got a phone call & was told I will get no letter I must wait for UPS to deliever & turn it down. We all know what the game is here they have the paperwork that shows I bought it. So for them they get to rob me & get the router back. If they give me my money back I will edit this post after all not everyone is a crook. Let you know what happens. ( When the product has been received by our returns warehouse, you will receive an Return Credit Authorized email with return confirmation and the refund amount. 6. I purchased a case and powersupply in July 2002 (still under warranty), and recently noticed that my powersupply was faulty (but still working). I called A-pro and they told me they would send a new powersupply out to me and i could send my old one back after i received and installed the new one. I will keep you posted on the outcome, but just wanted to compliment them on their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

When i recieved the computer it came with the wrong video card. I believe there is the correct one on the way but its been 2 weeks so i dont really know. I bought 2 similar computers - 1 rack unit. They worked fine for several months, and then the power supplies quit working. I have left a phone message and filled out an online form. I have had NO communication from the company. I had to buy replacement power supplies from iStarUSA for over $100 each. iStarUSA claims that their power supplies have a warranty, but they do not ship any paperwork with the power supply to prove the purchase. Also they do not provide any invoice or receipt even when requested. It was difficult to even order from iStarUSA -- they required copies of drivers license and credit card.

Ordered RAZR V3 Battery Door through Motorola/Digital River. Nothing fancy, should have been easy. It's been almost a month and even though my credit card was charged I have not received the item. There is no phone # or e-mail address to contact. I filled out a form on their website but they do not respond. Thank god it was such a cheap order. Bought a Xoom on 25MAY for $628, tax was $39, so price was $589 and got a free portfolio case ($39.95 value). Item shipped 26MAY and arrived 31MAY, 5 business days from order placement to delivery. Product has worked so far with no problems. Do wish they would get the SD card working though.

I bought a Shuttle motherboard, and two sticks of their cheapest PC133 128MB RAM. The mobo was fine, but the RAM was faulty causing the system to suddently freeze up at random times. After two weeks, we replaced the RAM with PNY from Best Buy. By then it was too late to return the RAM to banana, so I was SOL and out of $50.

I ordered on 11/28/2001 and my credit card was billed that same day. I only received my order after threatening to report them to the Ohio Attorney General, being put off 3 more weeks and driving there personally to pick up my laptop. Many of my friends got ripped by this company, ordering the same time and I did but not lucky enough to get the laptop before the AG took them over. My laptop was not the actual model ordered. They have been reported as buying from Best Buy, etc. and filling orders this way to the customers who bothered them the most.

I purchased a Corsair Cx Series CP9020060-NA 600W power supply from an online company on 2/14/2014 for $64.99. The main reason I Chose this item was the $20.00 Rebate offer. On this same date, I processed my online requirement and Corsair emailed my Rebate tracking number. After receiving the product, I cut out the bar code and mailed it along with the Rebate form and the emails confirming the purchase from the online company and Paypal. Corsair denied my claim stating They required a packing slip or shipping invoice. Since I received neither, I sent them a copy of the shipping email conformation from the online company , which is what they had suggested. Corsair then denied it stating that it was untimely. Various sites that I visited listed similar comments from many dissatisfied Corsair customers. I can only conclude that this is standard policy for Corsair. Customer satisfaction does not appear to be relevant to Corsair. Is Corsair to big to fail?

I ordered a 1080 To Hydro GFX the same day it came out and paid extra for 2 day express delivery. Immediately after purchasing the item, my order went to "pending verification" for which I had to call and chat with a customer representative. I called customer service and spoke to a representative to confirm my order where I was informed that processing may take up to 3 business days. I was puzzled by the long processing time and asked to verify if the item "was even in stock" to which the rep confirmed that it in fact, was in stock. I confirmed the order and the payment cleared, but the order was not processed the same day and was left hanging in the warehouse until Monday morning. Waking up Monday morning, anxious to receive a tracking number and shipping confirmation - I awoke to a generic message along the lines of "Unfortunately the item is out of stock, but will be back in stock on May 8". So now 4 days since purchase, with the payment already cleared. I have to ask for a refund that will take up to 5 business days to go back into my account. Not only am I 10 days later to the purchase, I am going to miss any available stock during this time and now I can't sell my old card on May 5th to a buyer that I scheduled with. 10 days, a loss of $350 in the sale of my previous card and a complete and utter waste of my limited time - I call Corsair to cancel the order and I complained to the rep in the most respectful and constructive manner explaining my frustration - to which he responded to with complete indifference. Horrible inventory management and horrible customer service from people that don't care about their jobs and have no goals. I don't understand how you can dissatisfy customers so badly and not care, and still maintain a job that you don't even want to be at. This whole organization needs new leadership. I will never buy another Corsair product out of principle and every single product I've ever purchased from Corsair, I will go back to my Newegg profile, give the product 1 star and a terrible review. Screw this company, avoid at all costs.

I purchased the M-Tech D700T a little less than a year ago. After about five months, the laptop began having unknown hardware failures. I sent the laptop back to the company (i had to pay for shipping), and a week later they recieved it. After holding the computer for another seven days, they stated that my motherboard was replaced. They shipped it back via UPS ground, which took another week. When i got the laptop back, it still did not work, so i sent it back again. About three days later, it was recieved by Prostar computers. After three days, they called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my computer, and sent it back to me. A week later, I recieved my broken computer. I called them again, telling them that the laptop still did not work even after a full reformatting. I sent the laptop back for a third time, and after three days they recieved it. They stated that the laptop case broke in the mail, and that i would be charged for it. They also concluded that the memory was defective, so they replaced that. They then proceeded to charge me for the case and for shipping for the way back, which took another week. After a week of having a working computer, the PCMCIA slot stopped working, and I noticed the speakers on the monitor were not working. The laptop was sent back, and week later they recieved it. After two business days, they contacted me and stated that the motherboard would be replaced, as would the memory. Both of these parts were replaced previously; the memory only a few weeks beforehand. I should receive the computer from Prostar in about a week. My warrenty ends at the end of the month, so when the computer breaks again, im screwed. The laptops M-Tech sells are cheap for a reason. They're unreliable, and their customer service is horrid. They have treated me like absolute garbage ever since I bought the computer. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am a long-time customer of Mtech Laptops- since 2000. In that time, I have purchased two high-end laptops from Mtech, which I use for gaming, surfing the internet, and word processing. I am a very satisfied customer of theirs, not just because of their vastly superior product they sell, but also because of their committment to customer service and satisfaction before and after the sale. The laptop products they sell are the best. They are the highest quality of Laptop that I have ever seen, and with the most features available that are very hard to find elsewhere. In every step of the ordering process, they always made sure that my order is exactly what I wanted, and that it would be processed safely. With all the recent concerns about Credit Card fraud, Mtech laptops was always doing what was necessary to protect me as a customer from ID theft and Credit Card fraud. I really appreciated what they did to help me with that. There aren't that many companies that I have done business with over the years that go as far as what Mtech does to protect me and all their customers. I wish that more companies do what Mtech Laptops does to try to protect their customers. I could not be more pleased with Mtech laptops, and I will be a customer of theirs for life.

I placed my order for a motherboard on a Tuesday evening on the web. I paid over $27 for 2nd day delivery (I just couldn't pull myself to pay $48 for overnight delivery on a $57 item that only had a shipping weight of about a pound or two). I needed this motherboard as quickly as possible so I placed a call to them on Wednesday morning (as soon as they opened) to verify it would go out that day and that I would get it on Friday. The 'lady' assured me I would. Well I didn't. It was Monday evening before I got it. 1 day short of a week. I emailed them asking for a partial refund of the shipping charges and of course didn't get a reply. All this obviously puts this reseller it the same category as toilet water as far as I'm concerned.

I called MacZone and ordered a 17" 1.25GHz iMac; I told the rep I only wanted to order this machine IF it shipped with Panther, the new operating system. He promised it did and I asked him this question several times. On receiving the machine I noticed the box did not indicate which operating system the machine had; I called MacZone and asked them to verify the OS number; the tec rep told me to plug the machine in, turn it on and check from the menu. The machine had 10.2 and now MacZone is being unresponsive about my returning the machine which is not the machine I ordered nor is it the one I was promised.

I first noticed sbhcorp because of its extremely low prices when searching for a gift for a family member this year, but after reading many reviews from the past, I was hesitant as to whether or not I should trust them. some of the reviews stated that they took forever to ship, terrible communication, damaged or wrong items, and just about everything else that a buyer does not want to see when reading a review on a website. Even though I read all of these reviews I went ahead and ordered the item hoping for the best. Immediately after I ordered it I called their customer service to discuss my concerns and I could tell from the start that they have changed their ways and improved in just about every way that they needed to. In the end, my package arrived exactly on time and their customer service and communication couldn't have been any better. DO NOT AVOID THIS WEBSITE BECAUSE OF REVIEWS WRITTEN IN THE PAST. If you notice, many of these reviews are from over a year or two ago and I know from experience to this date that this business has improved drastically. I highly recommend them and will certainly return soon.

I placed order over the internet on 8/9/06, and received an email confirming order. I sent an email requesting "tracking number", without a reply. I contacted vendor three times to get a tracking number after waiting more than ten days. Note: Item should have been received in seven days. Vendor is unable to provide me with a tracking number or if the item was shipped. At this point, I feel as this vendor is playing a scam. I sent a second email without a reply. After making three phone calls, and two emails, without a productive response, it is obvious I don't want to do business with them.

My Canon takes 8 separate cartridges. It's an incredible printer, but if I bought Canon brand inks it would cost me the price of the printer every time I had to replace a set. Ink 4 art saves me a fortune every year. I use them for laser toner too, but don't need that nearly as often.

I purchased a wireless SMC ADSL router and got sent an SMC ADSL Ethernet router. I contacted had to contact dabs.com via email to tell them this and they sent me a returns number RMA299633Y offering a collection service at £9.34 I gladly obliged at that has been the biggest mistake I've made. They debited my credit card straight away and have failed to collect the package even up till now. After the fourth email to customer services, I got an auto reply telling me not to send anymore until after 4 working days. I have never come across such an appalling service in my life and to make matters worse you've got no option than to hope and pray that they honour your email. After this experience I doubt I'll ever be buying from them again even if it's free.

I have used Dabs a lot during the past few years and generally find them very good, and quick to deliver. Unfortunately their after sales service is a different story! They have no helpline for talking to human beings. You have to rely on emails with at least 8hrs lag. Constant mistakes and email addresses which change with every email. I'm afraid its totally useless. I tried to fill in their survey to let them know the service is so bad, but guess what, that didn't work either!!! I'm a computer professional and I find it difficult. What must a novice think?

Bought ipaq adapter to use 36xx accessories with 54xx series ipaq. It didn't work. They want me to pay return shipping so they can "test" it. If their test on a different PDA and accesory works, I get to pay a restocking fee to boot. Not to mention basic rudness on the phone. Almost forgot, still waiting for Lew Meyers to call me back. Better not hold my breath after reading oter posts

I called in and spoke with customer service and told them the model of my scanner and which product i needed. They placed my order. I received the merchandise and opened the box and tried to instal who told me I was given the wrong part. I was then told then to mail it back to them and they would replace it. Which I did and they told me the box was torn so they would not except it. I was not planning on returning the item so of course of the box was torn removing the item. They would not work with me at all. Better go elsewhere not worth the risk.

I ordered a Wacom Graphics Tablet from them. My order information was updated on the site 3 days later and said that: -- The order has been received -- A Packing slip has been issued -- The order has been dispatched -- Payment has been received However, 3 weeks later, there is still no indication as to whether the item has shipped. I e-mailed them twice over the past week with no response. There is no way to cancel an order on their site. I will shortly be contacting my bank to dispute the charges.

Purchased a 17" LCD monitor for $70 less than anywhere else online. Took a week for them to get the order in the mail, but the next monday a tracking number was emailed. I don't think they respond very much by email, but if you place a clean order and just be patient, the wait is well worth it. I recieved my monitor in perfect condition, and am very satisfied. I will shop there again, especially with their prices.

When item was ordered the "LIVE AVAILABLITY" stated 40 or so were available from the Austin, Texas location. "NONE" available from two other locations. Three days after order, Sparco replied with an out of stock & discontinued e-mail. I called the company & was told the item was probably pulled over the weekend by manufacturer. The item was upgraded with a new product. Sparco would not honor the same price ($10 more) for the upgraded item. Thus, a refund was requested. No customer satisfaction.

An order for two Cisco load balancers we had placed with another company fell through a few days before a scheduled move to a new data center. I found Sparco whilst googling for places with that particular model in stock, and the availability info on their website said they had 3 in stock at one of their nearby warehouses (PA?). I called up to verify this info (it was indeed accurate), and the sales rep I spoke with also gave me a discount for ordering multiple items, even though I hadn't asked for one. We had the units shipped overnight, and sure enough they arrived by 3pm the following day. Overall, it was a great experience, and we'll be ordering from them again.

Future Computers had the cheapest full version of PartitionMagic 8.0 on the web, factoring in their free shipping. I called to double check that it was in stock and the rep was very friendly. He apologized that it would not ship until a day later because of the Columbus Day postal holiday. It still arrived 3 days after I called. I'm very satisfied.

I attempted to order two nicad battery packs for a Sea & Sea YS300 Strobe (Underwater Photography Flash) that were listed on the Helix Website. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the strobes were no longer available and upon contacting Helix to find out why, discovered that they are no longer available from the US Sea & Sea distributor (A search on the Sanyo website for the Cadnica battery pack 6KR-1700SCE reveals that they are no longer listed there either). The person in the underwater photography department (sorry I've forgotten their name) helpfully directed me to contact Dan at Sub Aquatic Camera where I successfully ordered and received two custom built battery packs.

Recently I used Helix Camera for the first time – I have used most of the online retailers and a few regional camera stores with mostly good experiences . I had heard of Helix before but I’m not in their area. I had recently switched camera kits from Canon to Nikon and was picking up equipment for a workshop that I plan to attend later this month during a family vacation. At Helix, I dealt mostly with Roy and he was outstanding throughout. Long story short, I assumed that Helix accepted my Synchrony Sport card but they didn’t actually at the time. Roy conferred with Racquelle and she had Synchrony set the store up so that they could also accept my card and got it done in only a few days. They went above and beyond for my business and gave frequent phone updates. I have my spare body and camera bag now and that makes me feel better prepared for my workshop. Some details worth noting – they shipped the same day as the order was authorized and gave me a discount as well. I’m definitely going to use Helix again. The level of service and personal attention was better than I’ve experienced before. One last thing is that one item I was ordering was a memory card and it was not in stock. I knew that the manufacturer (Sony) had discontinued it and when Roy offered to order it I mentioned that I thought it was discontinued. He checked while I was on the phone and found out that it was in fact discontinued and was able to order the new replacement card. He thanked me for pointing it out and I bring this up because he didn’t make any assumptions or doubt what I was saying – He checked it and thanked me for the info. That’s refreshing in my opinion. Great store – Great team – Great management. Highly recommended and a big THANK YOU!

Purchase a Refurbished Sony Laptop Online, was really good deal too good to be true, i checked same item at sony for $999 , got from these guys for $699. Called them on phone right away to confirm order and make sure the item was correctly priced with those specs, talked to a live person Eugene, confirmed order and address with them, shipped same day via fedex and i had it in 2 days, got the laptop, excited, opened the box, its NEW, like NEW NOT USED, not sure how they are able to sell this stuff at such low prices but im recommending them to all my friends, i got an amazing deal. im really surprised to be honest by this deal i got from them. no real issues, been over 5 months and still works, they do only give 90-days warranty on products with option to buy more, but id stick to 90-days, sony is a good trusted name.

They responded a day later with an answer to the question... AND they attached my personal information (unencrypted or hidden) as text on the end of the message. WHAT?!? Did I use HTTPS (SECURE?!) only to have that same information repeated insecurely in a mail message? Oh, that's smart! Depending on the outcome of this purchase, I may be returning soon...

Printer took 2 weeks to recieve and had no invoice included with order. Recieve printer that was defective. Tried to explain that the company i worked for is HP certified, so could verify that printer was defective. U-save Gelt CSR said that he would not give RMA for printer until we called HP and recieved a reference number that printer was defective. Now this is through some useless level 1 hp phone tech who has never even laid eyes on the printer and our customer who is has now had a demo of a defective unit, and who's business is waiting for a printer is forced to wait longer. U-save gelt will never get business from us again.

This is in reference to two separate orders sales numbers: 5763 and 5558 in jully of 2000 The cooler master fan/heatsink I purchased failed to adequately cool the AMD 800 athlon CPU I also purchased from this company. It became so hot that the plastic clips holding the fan to the heat sink melted and the fan fell off which allowed the CPU to over heat and it is now non-functional. The refused to take any responsibility for the defective heatsink or the damage it caused and after jerking me around for a wile basically told it was my tough luck.

I ordered an auto CD/receiver from these guys on very early December 16 morning, after finding them via pricegrabber. They had the best price for the Kenwood unit I was looking for a Christmas gift. I ordered the item "three day select" shipping. I called them Tuesday afternoon and was told to call back on Wednesday to find out the status. I did and was told they could not contact the "warehouse" but the unit must have been shipped since they invoiced me already but no tracking number or proof of shipping. I called back again twice Thursday, same thing on Friday and Sunday. On Monday morning (Dec 22) I called again and finally got a tracking number, it had shipped Thursday via regular GROUND UPS (not the three day select I paid for). I called back after tracking the item and requested a refund of shipping cost, they said that they would, got a call back Tuesday morning saying they had credited my cc for the difference of the shipping costs (that is good). I did get the item today (Christmas Eve) so that is very good. I will say this, the item was well packaged and everytime I called these guys during business hours, someone answered the phone and tried to help.

I have purchased a $2000 machine from Advantage, and I have nothing but pleasure using it. I checked all of the components right after I received the machine and everything was just as I ordered, actually they gave me a better CPU 1.8ghz instead of 1.7 because the 1.7 was not available and they did not try to charge me extra for it. The machine was configured perfecly and the way I requested it. I love my computer and I hope you will have the same experience with these guy's. They will be the place where I buy my next pc.

I ordered accessories for my Treo 600 on November 19, 03 (Handspring double charger and styli). At the time of the order Mobileplanet indicated that the double charge would be available in approx. two weeks. Contacted customer service at that point and item was still unavailable. Was informed that it would be available no later than December 03. Today is 12/31/03 and item is still unavailable. Why? Because it hasn't even been manufactured yet by the manufacturer according to what a rep at Handspring told me. I contacted a manager at Mobile Planet who was very cordial and helpful and informed him of this issue. He aggreed to waive shipping charges and overnighted the other part of my order. Although this was a nice gesture, I should have been informed by customer service at Mobile Planet, when I spoke to them, that the item that I ordered (double charger) was not available from the manufacturer. How can you post an item to sell when the manufacturer has not even created the item for sale. This is a very bad business practice and hopefully will be corrected by Mobile Planet. Until then I would hesitate purchasing from there again. Update: 12/18/2004-I was looking for a bluetooth headset for my IPAQ 6315. MobilePlanet indicates that a model from Plantronics (M2500_6315) is available. I contacted the manufacturer Plantronics and they informed me that the M2500 is currently incompatible with the IPAQ 6315 and that it drops calls causing the user to "hard reset" the device each time that occurs. In effect Mobile Planet is selling an incompatible device and touting it as compatible. Very poor business practice. I thought I would give Mobile Planet a second chance, but I don't think I will attempt to shop there again unless they change their business practice.
