The company would be decent if it weren't for bad management. There is a lack of support from the management, and employees do not get enough compensations. There is also a lack of training and benefits for the employees. In other words, the problem lies in the management's treatment of employees. They do not invest in their employees, which means the employees have no opportunity to grow. The only upside is you'll get to work with dogs.

During the hiring process, they have told me great things such as a competitive salary and benefits package, a salary raise after six months and a fantastic working environment. However, once I got in, I soon realized that all of those mentioned earlier are just lies. They lie to clients, lie to staff, and they lie to Glassdoor! So I decided to try out a calmblanket and I decided to return it after I read reviews as to how to the gravity can shift etc. All you get is an uneven heavy blanket as the beads can shift, when you use it. Also that its difficult to wash if it gets dirty. Even though I was trying to be fair and didn't touch the blanket etc, so It could be returned in brand new condition, I say this warning to people who read this. Do not believe the ad on google or there website about there 100% return policy, If your dissatisfied and you return this promptly that is a lie. You will only get a 75% return policy on whatever you bought, If it was returned in a brand new condition and this website doesn't tell you that upfront before you buy

Be careful, and avoid FeverUp Sydney unless you know someone personally who had a good experience. The concert on the day before the concert I was due to attend was cancelled. Then they cancelled my concert in order to combine into one large event, at a different venue, on a different day. Dates kept changing, to eventually be after my holiday. They refused to refund my tickets. I found it difficult to find specific contact details or Australian ABN / ACN.

I purchased a ticket, had the wrong date on it. Contacted them within 8 minutes ( after already purchasing the correct dates). They refused to refund me. Had to go thru paypal, they are still fighting returning my money. If I lose that's a $78.40 loss on my part. They have NO policies to mitigate mistakes, it seems on purpose. I'm sure they are raking in TONS of money from people who don't have the patience to fight it like I'm doing.

RETRACTION: After proving to Mercury that the property on which the claim was made was in another state with another insurance company, they re-evaluated my insurance policy and gave me a refund to the extra charge. HIKE IN PREMIUM BECAUSE OF UNRELATED CALIM: I have a home (rental property) in Illinois insured by Country Mutual Insurance Co. Because of damage it received as a result of nearby construction from a co. (ALSO insured by Country Co) a claim was filed from MY side of the loss, and I was paid eventually. Because the papers and payment check was sent to my Ca. Address, this implicated my home in Ca. And my insurer on my Ca. Home (Mercury), increased my yearly premium $426.00. When I asked them "Why", they said "You filed a claim" and mentioned Country Mutual as filing it. So... as a result of my insurance co. (Country Co.) in Illinois paying a claim on my Illinois property, because my ILLINOIS house sustained damage from an outside source (I had nothing to do with), I get a rate hike from my totally separate insurance co. (Mercury) on my house in Ca. IS THIS FOR REAL!? How can they do that? When I asked them for an answer they said "That's just our policy that we have submitted to the state of Ca. As operating procedure". How can the state of Ca. Condone this, why don't I just send them my wallet and say "Take out what you need" and return it. Since all insurance claims go into the national data base (CLUE) IF... I did NOT have the papers for the claim, and payment check sent to my Ca. Address implicating this address, would Mercury have hiked my rate up $426? Because my NAME was involved it probably would still have implicated me. In addition to filing a complaint with the Ca. Dept. Of Insurance, I am going to post this on every consumer complaint / watchdog site there is, including the Attorney General for Ca. So that everyone knows how insurance companies are screwing us in every way they can. Maybe it will have some positive effect in some way by warning other people in the same situation. Here's hoping this may help any of the other homeowners who may have a similar situation. THIS IS GOT TO STOP!

I am disgusted with mercury insurance, my neighbor and I got into a fender small fender bender she cried wolf and said she aaa hurt and after I sent them proof of her posts on FB saying she wasnt they still questioned it, a year later I got hit from behind and because they are claiming I didnt yield its still under review I even have a picture of the car behind mine and because they claimed I didnt yield its still under review and now my insurance has gone up Dont get mercury they will not have your back what so ever they rather pay someone off then deal with the investigation process I switched to AAA instead

I worked for Kaplan for a couple of years, after working for another test prep company. For students: 1. You're either going to do the work to raise your scores or you're not. Spending a fortune on Kaplan won't help, because it comes down to your intelligence and persistence. 2. Their materials aren't a good representation of the actual test. I was constantly having to nix material because it's just not representative of what you'll find on the actual standardized tests. 3. The teachers have no training. Either they're good, or they're not. Kaplan does nothing to affect that. For instructors: 1. They are dishonest about pay. They claim they pay $35/hr, for example, but that is only for the actual hours you're standing in front of a class. A lot of the other work is minimum wage. Actual pay evens out to $12-15/hr. 2. Kaplan runs on its reputation as the king-pin of test prep. The company and materials are just not that good. You, as the only face-to-face person, are left to clean up the mess with students. 3. When I qualified for unemployment from my full-time job, Kaplan blocked all my benefits and actually took me to court to save themselves the couple hundred dollars that would have been their share. Lesson: if you work for a multi-billion dollar company, you are bound to get screwed at some point.

Kaplan test prep is okay... it's not the best (private tutors are better) and it's not the worst (there are other SAT/ACT etc. companies that are no better). But if you're self motivated, I still think it's better to just buy the books and study yourself. Then again, some studying is better than none.

I have had great luck with this company! Both their products and there customer service were Amazing. I purchased fabric. It look gorgeous! Just ordered 3 more yards to make a matching. The price of the fabric was 1/3 what my interior designer wanted to charge me and the quality of the fabric was much better than the sample her supplier sent for approval.

I was only vegetarian for 4 years, but I saw this site and found some really great vegetarian guys. All of them were very sweet and completely different from the usual guy at a bar. VirtualShield turned out to be a virtual nightmare while using the internet. All of your business and favorite sites will not allow you to do transactions… even after you are recognized and signed in! It's filled with glitches and problems they also slow down your web browsing to a snail's pace and the worst of all is their customer no service. They promise a 30-day cancellation policy and turn around and deny of any such policy. I tried to cancel within two hours after installing their program and they stalled for two days and still refuse to cancel their service within the 30-day cancellation policy. VirtualShield is a cleverly disguised Virtual-Scam!

Elite has very few local members so it sends me old and remote matches. Elite's services are of the lowest quality. The App is poorly designed. I cannot delete those unwanted faces on my message list. Dating and searching on this website is not pleasure but suffering. People are not members without photos, but Elite will send them to you. If you contact them then they might want to read your invitation, and pay too high membership fee. In fact the website doesn't have enough members to run as a dating site.

I ordered faux fur samples from them to help me pick the right faux fur before making a huge order, and paid for priority shipping. Not only did they take almost 3 weeks to send them, but I had to contact them through email and phone number to know when my order was coming in. I finally recieved them a week later (with no tracking number) and recieved them horribly cut. Most were cut so small with the fur cut horribly, that I couldn't see how long the fur actually was. I emailed them to let them know and was told basically that they couldn't do anything about it. So much for customer service. Avoid this company.

I ordered fabric on the Saturday before Thanksgiving with the quicker shipping. I called Monday and spoke to a representative somewhere that assured me it would be shipped on either Monday or Tuesday to arrive that week. I got no further correspondence from the company about the shipping information and it was not received. I then attempted to call several times the following Monday-Wednesday during their posted business hours to see that their phone number was disconnected but they had already taken my money. I attempted to contact them via facebook and email with no response. I finally opened a dispute with PayPal stating non-delivery and that I wanted a full refund. Like magic I got an email that night with nothing but a shipping number for UPS. It arrived the next Saturday, which was a little late but my seamstress made due since these were wedding items. The fabric itself was very nice, but sad you have to dispute through PayPal to get action.

This is absolutely one of the very worst vendors I have ever worked with in my 18 year business career. Save yourself a ton of money and time, and find an alternative. If you're selling on Amazon, and you really desire to get kicked off of selling on Amazon then go ahead and use Inventory Source (this is sarcasm - don't use Inventory Source). Their software has a lot of potential and promise, but it is absolutely broken, and they refuse to fix it. Yes, they refuse. Just read all the other similar one star Inventory Source reviews. Also notice the company's responses to all of the one star reviews. Every Inventory Source review response consists of excuse after excuse after excuse, and they even blame the customers for why their Inventory Source products and services are non functional or are terrible. We've had this same horrible experience. **Note to Inventory Source if you one day come around to make a change and start to give a crap*** One of the fixes for one of the inventory issues is very simple as I've explained on numerous occasions: When a product becomes "inactive" or "discontinued" on the supplier's side, simply set the Shopify (or other platform) inventory to zero. That's it. It's as simple as that. I've worked at 3 SaaS software companies, and I dabble in coding, and I know for a fact this is a simple coding solution. But my suggestion has instead gone ignored now going on 17 months. And of course the inventory issue is still unresolved even today. Just yesterday I was again blamed for the broken inventory system, since I'm using one of their features as "enabled," Their claim is that if I "disable" the feature this will "fix" the issue. What? This is absurd. None of their features should cause inventory to be incorrect. They should not have a feature that when enabled causes inventory to be inconsistent with the supplier's inventory. But this is apparently the case. So it's been our fault that inventory quantities are wrong since we chose the "wrong" setting. Amazing. Just fix the broken logic in the software. Just set the inventory in the store to zero when a product is set to inactive by the supplier and stop blaming your customers for your broken system. It's that simple. Our company has been using IS since 2016. First off, notice that the price previews you see on the Inventory Source website from suppliers is deceptive. IS often shows a range of wholesale prices for individual products, but when you sign up with the supplier. The supplier knows nothing about a range of prices. They only offer one price for each product, and it's more often than not the highest price in the Inventory Source's displayed false range of prices. So this was a bad start already. Don't trust the prices displayed for the suppliers' products. Plus if you do a comparison with what's generally available online, usually the supposed 'wholesale' prices listed on Inventory Source are much higher than or no better than the prices available to just anyone for the same items at say, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc. So "wholesale" is deceptive as well. There are a few decent suppliers but most are just selling at retail or higher. Be careful! Then we had a number of pricing issues after initial set up, but I was able to connect with a rep that helped out pretty decently with the pricing issues. I should clarify that he has been pretty responsive most of the time we've been a customer. There was a period of a couple months during which my requests were essentially ignored, but for the most part he has been responsive. But honestly responses are useless when they are always excuses, or even worse when those responses are accusations that the problem with the inventory synchronization is our fault. So if you wish to be blamed for Inventory Source's broken software system, go ahead and sign up (again sarcasm - I don't recommend signing up for Inventory Source. Period.). The Inventory Source rep's responses were always the same as other one star reviewers here have said. "I reported it, and the dev team is working on it." "They almost have a fix." But in our experience and apparently many other companies' experiences are the same - nothing ever gets fixed. I just looked at our email communication history, and literally on "Wed, Nov 15,2017, 5:29 PM" I emailed my first notice that our inventory was not synchronizing correctly. That was over one year ago - literally 16 months ago, and fast forward to today - we are still having the exact same problems. Nothing has been fixed, nothing has changed. Actually it's gotten worse. Our inventory continues to be wrong just as other one start reviews about Inventory Source are reporting. So we unintentionally continue to sell items that are discontinued by the supplier causing tons of cancelled orders, thousands of dollars in sales, causing us to receive bad customer reviews, creating hours and hours of wasted time dealing with cancellations and angry customers and scrambling to find ad hoc alternative supplier sources for single items. Again, this has gone on for over one year. We even were kicked off of selling on Amazon because of the inventory inaccuracies and order cancellations. Additionally Inventory Source's system on a daily basis "hides" products from our Shopify store even though the supplier is showing hundreds of items in stock. But then it leaves products in our store showing inventory even through the items are discontinued by the supplier. What a cluster F**%#! Again, as other one star reviewers have said, these issues with Inventory Source have also cost our company thousands of dollars in sales. It's cost us a priceless amount of reputation with bad reviews and complaints. It's cost us our selling privileges on Amazon. And it's cost us weeks and weeks in valuable time reporting the same issues repeatedly, following up with the same issues repeatedly for literally 16 months. This company at its core does not care about its customers. Their response has been repeatedly to tell us to change some settings in the system to "fix the problem." But the setting they want us to use does not fix the actual issue and will actually further hurt our business and flies against all the rules of customer experience and online marketing. This bandaid fix they propose is to set all pages that are no longer available to 404 error pages. Wow... So instead of actually fixing the problem, they want to blame their customers and force us to further hurt our business. Again, this is absolutely one of the very worst vendors I have ever worked with in my career. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself thousands of dollars and time in headaches and find an alternative. Some options we are looking into are Stock-Sync, EcomDash, Ordoro and SellerActive. Again, stay far far away from Inventory Source. The product is broken, and they do not care at all about fixing it. And they clearly do not care about their customers. And as others have stated, Inventory Source has sent an email to customers (I received one) offering to pay a $10 credit for a positive review. I would be very very skeptical of any positive reviews.

Ordered a custom foam cushion on 4/2 from foamma. I received tracking information the next day. After a week, I called foamma to inquire about the order and they said that they were currently out of foam and to call back next week. This had gone on for a couple of weeks. I told them to cancel the order and that I wanted a refund. They said to send an email which I did in the end of April. I haven't heard back from them since. Worst company. My experience with Peymynt has been nothing but pure hell and I’m surprised this company still exists. I was referred to this company by a colleague because I was having merchant issues with other companies and I was hoping that this company was gonna help me come to a conclusion since they always market on their Instagram that they don’t hold peoples money and that they do business with integrity. Well when I first signed up I thought everything was all good....until I took my first $2600 transaction payment from a client. That transaction proceeded to be held in my bank account for over 5 days because apparently, I didn’t "verify" myself even though I clearly did in the beginning. I submitted everything such as my EIN, drivers license, Social Security number, address, ss-4 form, name of my business and basically anything you can think of. Then from there the customer service rep was extremely rude and proceeded to tell me that I didn’t do any of that stuff and that I apparently didn’t know what I was talking about. (like ok what a good way to talk to customers huh) Following up until this past week, they locked over $12,000 of my hard earned money even after I sent their team multiple contracts, text message, and email proof that my clients authorized the charges. My clients even offered to get on the phone with them to confirm that the charges were indeed not fraud and they were confirmed. LITERALLY MY CLIENTS OFFERED TO GET ON THE PHONE WITH THEM!!!! AND STILL NOTHING!! JUST THE CONSTANT RUN AROUND DAY BY DAY BLAH BLAH BLAH. Now they’re saying that they’re going to give my clients a refund and it’s gonna take 5 to 7 business days but then all the sudden now I’m being told BY A DIFFERENT REP, that it's going to take 10 business days. Story is never the same as clearly their back and Customer Service team is not well coordinated or they just don't care! I just want my $12,000 paid out or refunded to my client successfully. This is affecting my life tremendously and it’s giving me and my family a lot of stress because I cannot pay my bills or pay my staff due to peymynt locking my hard earned money! They told me they were going to fix the $12,000 problem within 72 hours of May 26th... so let's do the math: Thursday is one business day (24 hours) Friday is 2 business days (48 hours) then we had the long memorial day weekend so from Sat-Mon it didn't count, then on Tuesday, still nothing, Yesterday which was Wednesday still nothing and now today STILL nothing has been done. The customer service answers when they want to answer and they don’t when they don’t want to answer and it’s so sad because no other merchant is $150 a month for this type of service. We pay insanely high amounts just to get treated like garbage they stole my money and I want it back this is unbelievably insane!!!! This has caused my family so much financial stress as it is unknown when myself or my clients will actually get their money back. 12k is a lot of money to be held and to constantly be given a run around. OHHH and not to mention, I was suppose to get my visa debit. card in the mail 8 days ago... and guess whattt?? NOTHING!! Beware of this company and do you research prior to joining. The machine does not work very well. Its better than nothing, but its not as good as the $200 second hand one I got of trade me. That one broke so I was forced to buy another when I got to Auckland. When I first needed a new one I contacted eden sleep about a consultation, they didn't reply. I definitely needed one so I bought one off the website. I was expecting some support to get it set up. Nothing. I got it going from the instruction manual and youtube videos. However I never feel as rested as when using the cheap second hand one I had previously. Now I'm locked in to paying over 4k for something that doesn't even work for me. I should have just gone on the waiting list for a free one through my doctor.

They offer good rates for flights but if the airline changes the time of the flight even a minute they will charge you a re-ticketing fee. I’m a Linkin Park fan. I’ve been listening to their music since 1998 during my junior high school days. Now that there’s a website that has Linkin Park merch, you know very well I will buy pretty much any thing and everything available. However, I have to be blunt, the customer service at store.linkinpark is complete and utter trash. Shipping time is pathetic, taking more than 10 days to “fulfill” a simple order. I’m not even going to get into details about how long it takes them to reply your inquiries and messages. That’s a whole different headache. Even now my Order #LP45051 has not confirmed nor ship out yet. To say the service is disappointing would be an understatement. Hopefully This situation will be remedied, but for the time being, my review and decision stands on 1 stat poor performance.

I purchased the Elite Logo Package. The initial contact was good, but after that things broke down. I kept getting switched to different people, so I never knew who was handling the project. They were not responsive to emails/questions. Often they would not respond for weeks at a time. They kept trying to charge me more for things already included in the package. I was so glad I kept all the emails I received from them so that I could show them what they said before. They did end up producing a nice logo that we're very happy with. They didn't deliver anything else paid for the in package. I got tired of trying to chase them down and just went to Vistaprint to develop my own business cards, stationary, brochures, etc. I would not recommend doing business with them!

The item did not fit my daughter properly. I went online to Unxpectd's website only to find there is no return policy and no customer service. When I clicked on the box "contact us "it continue to circle me back to their general email. As with other reviews, there is no customer service with this young, teenager company. So, if you want to spend a lot of money on a piece of clothing that you will never wear because it doesn't fit correctly and then you have to keep it because the company is not set up correctly and does not offer any customer service, then, by all means, purchase from this company.

I have ordered twice from this company. I placed an order on 10-18-2020 for $150.92 and my account was promptly charged. It was stated that it may be delayed due to coronavirus. I received a "pre"shipping notification on 11-15-2020. To date 1-1-21, the products have not been shipped. I have not received the products that were paid for on 10-18-2020 for $150.92. I have sent numerous emails (16+) without a response. I have contacted Paypal and they have intervened on my behalf. Still no response after over 2 weeks. Weirdly, I ordered one item after this first purchase and received it promptly. I am so confused by the customer service and lack of response that I would advise you not to take the risk. Do not order from this website. I hope that I can get my $150.92 back. Paypal is going to review next. Smh. UPDATE: 1-6-21 Items received today as ordered. Seller never answered any of the multiple emails. I happened to randomly check the tracking number and it was updated after my complaint. Case is now closed.

Finally I gave up and they would not take back and refund the one sent because it was past the return date. I ordered twice from the this company and had two terrible experiences. The first, when I ordered it I never received an order confirmation email. I waited two weeks without hearing anything or receiving anything, so I emailed them and waited a few days and did not get a response. I then attempted to contact them through facebook, of course no response even though they're constantly posting to their facebook. Last straw was through paypal, and again no response about a week later I received my order and the product was decent. Stupidly, I got lured in with their labour day sale and ended up making another purchase. This time I got the order confirmation right away and I thought sweet they fixed that. Inside the order confirmation was a link to check your order status. A few days later in the order status, they provided a tracking number, the tracking number didn't work but I didn't think much of it as sometimes tracking numbers take a little while to update and work. Now the order status is saying that delivery had failed yet the tracking number still doesn't work and their was no notice on my door saying delivery was attempted. So they provided a fake tracking number, and claim delivery has failed (how would they even know that if the tracking number isn't real). Now I have to go through the frustrating process of trying to contact them knowing full well THEY WONT RESPOND. I don't know why I made the second purchase and am so regretful. I do not want the product anymore and just want my money back which I will go though paypal to get. Please do yourself a favour and do not order from them, the fact they literally ignored two emails, 3 facebook messages, and an email through paypal shows that they do not care about their customers at all. And now they give me a fake tracking number and claim that delivery was failed? Seems like a scam to me...

I've been playing Stardoll for 8 years now. I have seen great times but SD has increasingly gotten worse over the years. There are so many issues. One being Stardoll doesn't listen to their own customers. We ask for many things to be fixed but they never fix it. If they do fix it, it's many years later. They also keep increasing the price of in-game items. Like you used to be able to get a dress for 10 stardollars, but now it can be up to 30 stardollars. Not only this, the amount of stardollars we can buy hasn't changed, so we are still getting the same amount we always, so we are not getting our money's worth when we buy stardollars. Also, not all players can afford to buy in-game currency, so SD can sometimes seem like a pay-to-play because it is very hard to get stardollars without spending your own real life money. New players find it very hard to get established on the game because Stardoll is making it harder for new players. They also have recently level-locked items that were not level-locked previously. This is mostly because of a loop-hole people use to game the system, called "fakies" in the game. A "fakie" is where you create a fake account and use the stardollars you get at the start and from preforming tasks to buy gifts for their actual account. They also currently have a major problem with hacking. However SD ignores it and keeps saying "don't give out your password" even though most of the dedicated players who have been hacked don't and haven't given out their password. There are also lots of phishing scams for the new players. They promise free in-game currency, but they take your pass and use your account to spread their phishing scam. Lastly, the community is toxic. I don't socialize on SD anymore. I guess this isn't Stardoll's problem per se, but it's a problem on the site. I became involved with other players off site and they are horrible, petty, greedy, childish and catty. There are some who are awesome, but the majority are not. All this being said, there are good things about Stardoll that have made me stay. The biggest being the fact I can express my love for fashion and culture through Stardoll. I can make my doll look however I want and dress her however I want. You can make your doll vintage, emo, goth, scene, high fashion or whatever you want. You can also make your suite however you want. If you have money and can buy stardollars you can get so many things. You can make your own hair, jewelry, decor and fashion. I've been using stardoll consistanly for about seven years now and it is definitely not perfect. The site started off with good intentions, promoting a love for culture, fashion, and creativity. But over the years it has become a money hungry monster and isn't really fun to play unless you are willing to pay for a membership and extra items with real cash. That being said if you are able and willing to pay to play, the site is wonderful. The prices aren't outrageous and they often have pretty good deals. It's fun and almost never boring with constant contests, events, games and so many ways to create and inspire. Its also a fairly safe environment for girls and women of all ages and includes a "kid safe" account feature that will limit your child's contact with others and site usage until they reach a set age. But like any site there are still scammers and hackers and creepy people, just be careful and monitor. I will continue to use this site as I have already invested seven years and a small fortune into it. But if you aren't into spending real money on virtual items then this site isn't for you.

I ordered 5 men's t-shirts and the quality was poor. One shirt wasn't stitched completely on the shoulder seam and now I have to wait for a return label and mail the shirt back for either a replacement or refund. The fabric is very thin and doesn't lay well - seems rather large in the shoulders and short in length. Will not order from this company again. (Care instructions state to wash in cold water, tumble dry normal, then the next line states "no heat").

I like their products. My wife gave me one of my favorite shirts. I recently purchased a jacket and was looking forward to getting it. I never did. It was returned to them because they used the wrong address. And, it took a phone call from me to as where my ordered product was to tell me this. It was only by contacting them or I'm not sure I would have been credited. Nice clothes, terrible logistics.

Marmalade cafe. Has two locations near me. The quality of food and service vary quite a bit. One in A beautiful open mall and the food and service are not good at all. The other one down near the Pacific Ocean is outstanding. Friendly, the same menu but the preparation and service are so much better that you would never know they were owned by the same people. I always go over the hill to U.S. 1 and that Marmalade.

I bought a first-class ticket to Denver from Seattle. I decided to pay the $50 for the insurance. The conference was canceled and I filed a claim. Guess what? They laughed and told me, in so many words, to FO! I blame Orbitz as much Allianz, I am sure they get 50% of the premium as a kickback. As such, I will never use any of those services - Expedia, Orbitz, or any others that associate with Allianz. Complete scam!

I ordered nearly $1300 worth of goods. Was unable to track on website with my order number, email and log in. I ordered 3 items, 2 of which are a set. I called customer service 12/16 and was told 1/3 items shipped. 2/3 items wouldn't ship until after 12/31, and item 3/3 wouldn't be in until 3/31/2022. I was put on hold with customer service while agent called the vendor - I asked to cancel the 2 items that had not shipped because I didn't want to wait 3 months to get Dinner Plates while I had Salad plates. I was told I could cancel. Next day I am charged MORE than is on my invoice for the salad plates (although they supposedly weren't in until 12/31) and I was charged almost in full but overcharged but the dinner plates although just 3 shipped. I was told I could get the next 5 in MARCH! Bernadette, the customer service rep told me Gracious Style was not responsible for giving me incorrect in stock date, or telling me that the plates hadn't shipped, even though I have emails noting my calls and saying I could cancel. So I have to chase down the overcharges with my credit card, deal with inconvenience of returns for order I cancelled (verified in writing by their agent) and for a partially sent order that cannot be filled until March 2022. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE-I woke up to 6 charges on my credit card, charge, then subtract, 2 overcharges that do not match my invoice. MESS

I've ordered from this company many times, over the years. When they first started, they were an absolute mess of a business, but I ordered from them anyway because they sold some things no one else did. Now, years later, they are still pretty much a mess when it comes to fulfillment. I think they are just a "drop ship" business, with no stock on hand. Does that mean they are blameless for fulfillment delays? No. A company should not accept your order and take your money unless they know they can provide the merchandise within a reasonable time (based on the customer's choice of shipping speed). If an item is back ordered, a customer should be informed of that at the time of purchase. Gracious Home does nothing of the kind. Recently, I was notified a month after I had ordered and paid for an item that the ESTIMATED shipping date is in two months. Three months to fulfill an order? This is not the first time this has happened to me. GH is no longer a unique business, or sole supplier of any product, as they were in the early days. They need to clean up their act and catch up with the (superior) competition.

In my years of using online dating as a tool for finding women, I haven't found one that was created and designed like this one. The interface is clean unlike a lot of others, and their algorithm is amazing. It somehow gets you tons of girls that are attracted to you because of your personality hobbies etc. I didn't have to pay an extra penny to find my current girlfriend, happy customer.

I ordered a tent light and when I received it, I read the directions, added the required batteries... and nothing happened. It didn't work. I emailed Zshoppers, told them my problem. I got a quick response back. They said not to bother sending the faulty light back; they would send out another light right away. True to their word, they sent a replacement light (in fact I got two lights!) They both work. Too bad more companies don't have this great regard for their customers. I most certainly will buy from this company again.

Icinginks offers the best edible printing machine in the market. They offer Canon or Epson edible printing machines which are compatible with edible wafer paper or frosting sheets. I found the machine is easy to install and as it comes with a manual with all the instructions. I also order edible cartridges with the machine and use them to for edible image printing. The print quality is outstanding and the product met all my requirements. Overall an exceptional product for cake decoration!

TeloYears Advanced Ancestry was purchased for me as a gift from a friend. I sent the test to TeloYears in Dec 2019 and my experience became very similar to what was described in the other reviews here: no test results, emails exchanged, excuses for being busy and promises for delivery, and when after more than 18 months I asked for results or refund, their customer service stopped answering. In short: $100 were stollen.
