I had a burnt out bulb after 11 months a replacement was sent out at my cost but under Warranty. The newer light (updated version) burnt out after 3 months... this is the response after I returned it at their request, my cost, for troubleshooting... The results came in and the failure was due to heat exhaustion. The tech believes that maybe they are not getting enough air to cool the heat bands... we will absolutely not be refunding a kit that was purchased 15 months ago. Making a warranty claim does not somehow extend warranty coverage. Further I submitted the same review on their website and they removed it I suspect they remove all unfavourable reviews... buyer beware...

Started out just ok. They tell you it's based on your profile but there are certain items I would never pick, and didnt but they send/sent them to you anyway and the box always comes damaged, one box actually arrived opened(doesnt matter who did it)they never send the regular samples just strange things/items people would never use, and they obviously know it. What did it in for me is them trying to make me And Other people believe all the regular samples were "sold out"in an hour. Even if that were true they should have taken steps/anticipated before today to get more samples for people knowing how fast they supposedly "sell out"of them. I want to waste my time on site that are actually worth it. This one is not.

Now being at Narita airport, I wished this ticket be shifted to next day or let me know about its full refund. But no feedback. 24 days of GotoHell I made a reservation with them for April 2nd. Due to the Covid, the borders were closed I called the air flight company and was reimbursed for luggage i bought directly. But the tickets fees as I was told several times are with GotoGate. Ever since than Im trying to get hold of them. They're not anwering the phones (tried dozens of time 24/7 busy) or e-mails i wrote. I honestly believe they are a SCAM

Internet is full of scammers and Acematiks truly deserves the throne. The most dishonest and fraudulent writing services provider I have ever come across in my whole 10 years of freelancing career. Acematiks hires freelancers and then harasses them by taking their services without paying for them. I have been working for a whole month delivering more than 90 writings with countless revisions that too within the allocated time frame by Acematiks. When it comes to paying my dues, they completely backed out and refused to pay me for my work. He blames you on the activities that are not included in the contract. After countless requests for payment and waiting for more than a month for the reply, their exact words were "we will not pay for the work you have delivered". Hurt to the core, I researched and came to know that I am not the only one Acematiks has done this horrible act of treachery. The person who manage this Business was Franz. For example: In a writing contract the commitment was: "Writing 90 articles and posting them on 5 platforms only" which we did. We also shared the full report with Acematiks with live published links. All are indexed by Google. And what the Acematiks said "In one month not any article is on 1st page of Google". It was not in our commitment. All Web Experts know that Ranking is other factor and needs different efforts. We told him so and also many of our writings are on 1st page of Google. We sent him screenshots and he said every piece of writing should rank on 1st page of Google then only he will pay us. This Case clearly tells that Acematiks is deceiving us and don't want to give payment. I would like to bring to everybody's notice that Acematiks is nothing but a fake, misleading, and deceitful company. Their other so called global businesses such as Acematiks UK, Acematiks USA, Acematiks CANADA are all fake and deceitful. They don't even exist. Here is the list Acematiks' other fake businesses HONG KONG, SINGAPORE, UAE, JAPAN, EU, SOUTH KOREA, AUSTRALIA, GERMANY, FRANCE, NEW ZEALAND and the list goes on. Acematiks is a global scammer. Acematiks has crossed all the levels of fakeness. They have published fake reviews on different platforms like Yelp, Glassdoor, Google, Yellow pages, 411 and whatnot. They are all sham. They get you into the trap by saying that they have more work for you once you complete the tasks in hand. Don't get into their trap because they leave no stone unturned to make a mockery out of their hired help both financial and mentally. Acematiks is a BIG FRAUD.

They are limited to the number of "coupons" they give out. I'll clip it in the morning and it's gone by the time I go to scan the receipt in the afternoon. I can't wait to be able to cash out and get rid of this app. I have been sitting on $12 for near a year now and I can't cash out until I hit $20. You would think it's easy peasy but I don't buy the crap nor Uber expensive stuff that's offered/left. I'm also not a scammer who buys to get the money and return the item. So, I guess I'll just wait another year or two.

I purchased a computer for just under $900 in late December. I received the computer in January. From the get-go the computer kept shorting out. I thought the power cord was loose. When I confirmed that wasn't the case, I contacted the company and told them of the problem. They said it was a software issue and were not responsible. I got the run around and although I kept trying to get answers from them from day one, they wouldn't take back the computer back because the 30 days expired despite the computer starting a fire. I sent it to a technician and this was the report: The CPU Extension cable had melted until the point where the cable was broken and no longer connecting. This caused the shorting out of the system and the constant restarts. All of the computer crashes eventually damaged windows enough to the point where it not longer functions and will need to be reinstalled. We tried to connect the CPU power cable without the extension cable but the PSU cable was not long enough, it looks like it was pulled from a different system with a short cable run. Once we were able to test with a different power supply the video card would stop functioning and this is most likely due to the shorting out of the system which seems to have permanently damaged the video card. The hard drive was an 9 years old and hard drives generally have a shelf life of 3-5 years. The CPU in the computer was an i7 but was a second generation which is many years old.

This website is a ripoff so please beware. It sells cds and dvds etc but it sources its dvds fromchina and they're cheap knock-offs. I ordered 7 series of Star Trek from this site and they sent me cheap copies clearly done using someone's PC. Only about 10 of the 48 CDs worked and the quality of those that did work was extrmeley poor. They agreed to refund me only 50% of the money and that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing. I wouldn't touch these guys with a 10-foot barge pole if I was you.

I used www.hotel-board.com several times. 1. For the firt time (it was in 2008) I booked a hotel in Vienna, Austria. The price was the best one and my booking was done excellent. No problem at all. 2. For the next time I booked 3 hotels in Italy in October 2009. According to their terms and conditions I used my credit card and made prepayments (100% from the total price for staying in the hotels: 13 days in Rome (from 13.11.2009 till 24.11.2009 and from 29.11.2009 till 30.11.2009) and 5 days in Florence (from 24.11.2009 till 29.11.2009)). The money was taken from the account immediately and I got 3 vouchers with all the details. After some days I wrote letters to the hotels asking them to confirm my reservations. All hotels confirmed all of my reservations. Unfortunately, my plans had changed and I had to cancel all my bookings on 29.10.2009. Due to terms and conditions of booking system www.hotel-board.com: «You can cancel your booking 7 (seven) business days prior your check-in to the hotel. All you need to do is visit "My Booking" section and request a cancellation. Cancellation requests received after the Hotel Voucher has been issued will incur a minimum charge of 20EUR or 35USD plus 2.5% bank charges. Please note that you may face partial or full penalties plus 2.5% bank charges if you would like to cancel your booking within the last 7 days. Bookings within the area of special events, fairs, peak seasons should be cancelled before 21 days of check-in date in order to avoid No Show penalities (up to 100% of payment). There will be no refunds for late check-in or early check-out» (С) is taken from the web-site www.hotel-board.com. After lots of my letters www.hotel-board.com returned to me the money for 2 of 3 bookings (about 500 euros) and I have nothing against them. BUT… The payment for the longest staying in Rome (about 1200 euros) hasn't been returned yet. I have written about 20 letters to them and everytime they have sent to me different answers like this: "Your refund has been processed and will be in your account very soon" (30.11.2009), «Please, check your account in two-three days" (30.11.2009), «I have sent the information to our accounts and will revert back to you as soon as possible (29.12.2009), "I have instructed our accounts to investigate with our merchant bank and we will revert back to you as soon as possible" (12.01.2010). So today is 08.02.2010 and I still have no money on my account. As they break their terms and conditions rudely i can think that my money has been stolen by them and I will never see it on my account. So I want to say to everyone that if you want to cancel your booking which was made with www.hotel-board.com means that it is very possible that you will not see your money back. So, be careful! 3. In October 2009 I also booked a hotel in Istanbul. I chose Erboy hotel for staying from 31.12.2009 till 06.01.2010. Once again the price was very good and I bought a room making prepayments (on that moment I didn't know that I will have any problems with hotel-board). I got a voucher with all the details. In December 2009 I wrote a letter to Erboy hotel and asked them to confirm my reservation. A manager told me that he knew nothing about my visit and about me. I wrote a letter to www.hotel-board.com about this situation and they told me that maybe the hotel had no information about me for that day. Later I wrote to Erboy hotel once again and sent them my voucher which was given by www.hotel-board.com. Once again Erboy hotel told me that they didn't have any information about my visit and they didn't work with such company as www.hotel-board.com (DJE Hotels Ltd.), they are working with TRAVCO. In my voucher I saw that the voucher itself was given by the www.hotel-board.com but the booking was made by TRAVCO (and there was TRAVCO's reservation number). As the manager of Erboy hotel wrote me that TRAVCO was an intermediary between the www.hotel-board.com and Erboy hotel. So as I see www.hotel-board.com didn't book a room for me in Erboy hotel directly. The manager of Erboy hotel checked the TRAVCO's reservation number and told me that I had a reservation in another hotel in the same hotel group (Sirkegi group) – in Ilkay hotel which was a bit cheaper than Erboy hotel. I wrote about it to www.hotel-board.com and they told me that there was a mistake and I should take my voucher and go to Erboy hotel. I wrote a letter to TRAVCO and they told me that www.hotel-board.com had booked a room in Ilkay hotel for me not in Erboy hotel. I told TRAVCO: "As I paid for Erboy hotel I want to live in Erboy hotel". There were no answer to me. As I was very short of time I took my voucher and went to Istanbul to Erboy hotel as it was written in my voucher and as it was told by www.hotel-board.com. In Erboy hotel the manager told me that they had no reservation for me in Erboy hotel and my reservation in Ilkay had been cancelled by TRAVCO on 29.12.2009 because www.hotel-board.com hadn't paid for my booking at all. So because of the actions of hotel-board I stayed in Istanbul on 31.12.2009 without any room in any hotel and had to buy a room for the 100 euros per night. On 02.01.2010 on the page of my booking in the web-site www.hotel-board.com I saw a message that my booking was cancelled by me and TRAVCO. Due to terms and conditions of www.hotel-board.com the only the client can cancel the booking by himself in the web-site. I didn't cancel my booking with the web-site. I called to www.hotel-board.com for 4 days and asked them to call me back and solve this problem – paid to the hotel directly or to TRAVCO for the booking. They didn't call me back and didn't pay. In 4 days the managers of Ilkay hotel wrote a letter to www.hotel-board.com and www.hotel-board.com wrote to them that they had already returned all the money on my account. They lied – I haven't had my money yet on my account. I want to say thanks a lot to TRAVCO who didn't work with clients directly that they started to solve my problems (called and wrote letters to Erboy hotel) because www.hotel-board.com hadn't done anything for that despite the fact that I had paid to www.hotel-board.com directly. So I want to pay your attention that in all cases I made 100% prepayments (paid more than 1200 euros and 300 euros beforehand). And I paid that money before 2 and 4 months before my comings to the hotels. And as it was my money I guess I can cancel my bookings and get my money back according to the terms and conditions of www.hotel-board.com with the deduction of existing fees and commissions.

Worst Service EVER! Ordered a couple chairs in May. I decide to call to find out why i haven't received my order that was to be here end of June. Nobody would call, email, or text back. Had the delivery guys call once other items finally showed up, (only way to get a hold of the company) to inquire where the rest of the order was? They said it was delayed and would be delivered early Aug. Now end of Aug, I get a call saying "Sorry, none in stock" WTF? You didn't know this in May? June? July? TOTAL SCAM! SAVE YOUR MONEY! I spent 3300 dollars on six items. -first delivery four items were damaged. Two were put on the truck. Two were so big they remained in the house. Big mistake. They leave stuff in the house so they can get away with keeping your money and accusing YOU of damaging the furniture -round two and they delivered two more damaged pieces. -round three I had to arrange pickup of the first two damaged items and return two other items. Now they're trying to say I damaged something I did not. They deliberately delay the pickups by weeks so the liability is on you and so they can charge you for damage. -I am now waiting for 3300 to be credited back (it has not been done). And I have none of their furniture in my house. My experiences with Anthropologie and west elm have been quite different. -crooked, unscrupulous, and a waste of money and time. Do not use.

The owner, Robert Kidd, is a nasty pathetic disgusting unethical dishonorable piece of crap. He was abusive when I tried to be professional, roped me into a nightmare job with a laughable story, lied about the size of the job, and sent threats and called me names when I asked him to honor his bogus contract. Real sick bastard. It was the worst experience I've ever had. Do not work for this man and do not give them any business. I can assure you it will be a horror show. I have no idea how this scumbag remains in business but I can only say that he probably never uses the same person twice. One star because there was no negative.

DO NOT WORK FOR EDITFAST! Something is going on with EditFast and/or its owner Robert Kidd, and they have suddenly stopped paying their editors. I've been registered with the site for several years and taken on a variety of small projects during that time, for which I was always paid. Last year I edited two much larger projects and never received payment. All emails and follow-ups I've sent since have been ignored. I wanted to believe it was an honest mistake and I would eventually be paid, but after seeing the recent comments here and on other sites, it's obvious this is a larger trend and I wanted to warn others before they waste their time on work they may not ever be paid for.

This John customer service was very rude. It was 4 business days already since I ordered my Cat. wondering why it take so long. Their advertisement says that they make the order 24 hours after the order was made, and will be deliver in 3-5 business days. Try to call them and talk to JOHN aka "rude guy" and said the order will be made in 2 weeks and will be deliver. Not so even sure that will be deliver in 2 weeks cause the way he answer my question was not accurate and was really rude. I believe there's only one person who answer the phone to every dept and that's him JOHN RUDE, he has a bad attitude and a bad mouth. Don't get fooled with their advertisement specially the 20% discount, cause everything is 20% even on a special holiday. Never will order on them, and I will tell all my car groups on FB to boycott them.

Not really worth your time. I tried them for 15 months and was able to only make the cashout threshold with a referral. Just doing surveys it will take a panelist over 18 months of visiting daily to reach $10 completing surveys and they have a high screen out rate. Expecting anything from the drawing is fruitless. LEO doesn't really communicate. A good example of this is that they refuse to show you your own panelist history, the surveys you were screened out of, missed opportunities, polls and poll submissions. There is a good reason to not show participation and progress, it would be discouraging. Additionally, They invite surveys from the panelists but never respond to submissions, I asked to cancel the account and they did it but never confirmed. If you decide to resign, understand they don't provide any way to donate the "rewards" to another member or a charity, they keep your rewards for themselves, fairly self centered. Not recommended.

Pete and his crew were phenomenal! Communication was spot-on. Made me feel at ease and confident that things were running smoothly, because they were. Everything was moved in a professional manner. They even moved a couch and an organ that wasn’t ours, out of the new house. And Pete worked to make sure every piece of furniture was in the right place and damage free. I have had the WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THESE THIEVES. I bought poorly engineered software from InPixio and received three more 'almost too good to be true' offers in succession about their other products - so I bought them without really realizing they were not also from InPixio but were being sold by UPCLICK - and all of them - the one from InPixio direct as well as the three through InPixio stopped working after about a month. InPixio was quick to refund my money - not so with UPCLICK who forced me to file with credit card companies and PayPal to get refunds - NEVER BUY FROM UPCLICK!

I was very disappointed in the way the delivery was done. The package was deposited outside of the building. I did not receive any call-not even a ring in the bell for my appartement located the third floor of the building or email notification to let me know that they were preparing to deliver the order. I wish I had read the reviews on this site prior to ordering from them. I placed an order from the a month ago for an item that was listed as being in stock. It never shipped, and they never replied to any of the emails I sent to them asking about the status of my order. Also, despite the logos of credit card companies on their website, you can't actually choose to pay by credit card at checkout - only paypal is accepted. I wonder why? Since previous reviewers mentioned using this method of payment, I can only assume they were banned by the card companies for taking customers' money but never fulfilling their orders. I expect a paypal ban is imminent, but in the meantime, don't fall for the trap that already ensnared countless unsuspecting customers!

Don't buy from this site. With their vast selection and decent website you might think that they have great items; it wasn't my experience. I bought several original iPhone screens from their site and paid for shipping. I also had to pay for customs to get the items. After all that, I found out that 3 of the 4 displays had some sort of defects; backlight problems etc... I had been talking to their representative to get my refund for the items(which took months for a reply but COVID problems so its ok), I was told send video, photo evidence. After I did all that, they told me to ship it back on my expense and after they get it they will analyze and move from there. They know shipping is expensive from here so they wouldn't even give another solution. They wouldn't provide a shipping label, wouldn't refund partially or fully. So basically, I paid for a lot for screens that don't work and I have to pay to even request a refund. THIS is a JOKE. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I bought tickets to Chelsea Vs Everton last night at Stamford Bridge using the before selection: Behind Goal seats together; Row: Impaired row Now I was under the impression that we should be seated behind the goal... But apparently not! We were seated in the last row on the furthest point away from a corner flag, with visibility of 50% of the pitch. We would not have purchased these tickets if that was the case because we would have actually liked to see the game. We were given the worst seats possible and absolutely no correspondence or inclination that those were the seats we were purchasing. Adding to this, prior to sale the communication was great and very helpful, post sale I did not hear anything for several hours even with 4 follow up emails, then had to make several calls to try and organise ticket collection. But considering you are charging £60 for processing/delivery I would expect a much smoother and informed process.

I Participated in a 3 day project from April 23-26 & was promised $100.@ the end of the 3 days. Did not get it. Numerous emails to ITRACKS went unanswered. So I called them & left messages with all my info for a call back. Finally got a call back from a man named Ben who said someone would email me. I knew then, that I was likely just getting the run around & would not get paid & I was right. Then over a week later, got an email from Adam Dumont, the manager/coordinator of the study project, giving an excuse totally fabricated to fit his needs to not pay me, when I spent so much time on line doing what was asked of me reviewing TV morning hosts.And after 3 days of that I got nothing. I filed a complaint with the Saskatchewan BBB, who forwarded my complaint to them, with no response. They think they are above the law & can get away with me working for free, when I put in several hours each day & it means nothing to them. My complaint will stay there@ the BBB & the public can view their file anytime online@ the BBB

Phone line goes to answer machine on 3 separate occasions and my messages aren't returned. I send a 'final email' stating I'll have to ask my credit card company for a refund if I'm ignored for a further 4 days. 9 Sep 2021: I get a response within an hour of my 'final email' from David stating that the panels are now not in stock till 25 Sep 2021 (over 3 weeks later than initially bought as). I ask if this is certain as it will now be having a knock on impact on my job and David confirms Yes.20 Sep 2021: I get a generic email stating stock won't be in till an ETA of 29 Oct 2021. I ask for refund as I am unable to wait this long. David replies sorry and that he will process my refund.4 Oct 2021: I still have not received a refund and request it is processed within 5 working days. I have never received a response back.11 Oct 2021: Having spoken with my credit card company, I can see I have my money back through charge back.I can't prove this company is a scam, but it is suspicious given there is more than one company name, you only have 120 days to get a credit card charge back and David kept pushing the date back and that my refund was never given. At best, this company is incompetent and untrustworthy. Stay well clear.

I want to give a big thank you for the excellent customer service at the Pinkhook location in Lafayette, La. I received a large check, needing to cash and went to 2 different "competitors" of money mart who wanted me to jump through hoops or wait 10 days because of the amount. They were able to cash it right away(after verification). There was a hiccup with putting half on the card and the nice lady was able to accommodate me & make sure I left with all my money without waiting. My wife passed away in 2011 from breast cancer. She was 45 years old and a registered nurse, as am I. Her long term disability insurance was Aflac, administered by " Ashmore and Associates " in Lubbock, Texas. When she was diagnosed and had surgery followed by chemotherapy Aflac did pay as the contract stated. When her cancer returned 18 months later her second claim ( also in the contract) was denied. The explanation: " You must be cancer free and off medication for a year". I took a copy of a PET scan done 15 months after the first diagnosis which showed " no sign of cancer". I also got a note from her oncologist which stated no oncologist in this country would have a patient off all medication for a year after a cancer diagnosis. With this and a threat to sue, and report Aflac and Ashmore to the state board of insurance Aflac finally honored the contract and paid the claim. We got the money, but had to fight for it. How many people without any medical knowledge would have just given in. It's too bad, but the funny goose commercials just don't hide the fact that the company is run by a bunch of ( not funny) weasels.

I'm sorry now that I didn't read the reviews first before going to Stanton Optical. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 6/23/2020. I gave them my own frames. I had to have the eye test done twice because the first ones came back wrong. It is now 8/30/2020. I finally have my computer glasses (which they didn't know what computer glasses were) but I still don't have my regular glasses. I will be going tomorrow and asking for my money back. I tried Smashburger earlier this month and found the experience unnecessarily complicated, unsatisfying beverage selections, overtly cacophonous, boring restaurant setting, a parsimonious rewards program", and the feeling I had to finish and leave. Plus there is no WiFi. There were napkins everywhere. I was so underwhelmed that I left my remaining coupons behind.

I've been going to the smash burger in piscataway and the food was good and the service was ok, We did not have to wait too long concidering they had to prepare the food. But reciently we had some problems. God forbid you should ask for a different bun that isn't the standard it seems that they won't even care. And dont go to the one at menlo park mall, it will take too long to get your food and the people serving you had to be reminded that you ordered a shake with your meal. By the way when i finally got my shake the server slammed it down on the counter and left. Then tried to play it off by saying "can i take that from you" the server was taking my empty bin. It wasnt even crowded when we ordered but about 12 people came in and i guess they could not handle the load. If that was not enough they charged us for tater tots that we never wanted and gave me the wrong fries. And that wasn't the first time they forgot to make my shake. We wont be going back to smashburger anymore

Neither lab technician that was present that day knew how to put a 24-hour urine collection test into the computer correctly. This is not some random, obscure test. It's done all the time. It took 24 hours of my time to collect! My doctor could see the results were not right so I don't know what they did with it, but my insurance had to pay for it anyway. Now, who has to spend another 24 hours collecting urine? They really suck! They don't know their own computer system! Never going there again.

I was greeted by a rude person. The technician was non verbal and likely did not change gloves between patients. The jab was very painful. The bathroom is beyond filthy. There is nowhere you can call to complain. It is shameful that such a filthy, disgusting place is allowed to operate as a medical facility. I will complain to my doctor who usually refers me to Davies Hospital for blood tests. Sorry I didn't take pix.

I went to the taco bell here in my town. The kid running the drive thru was very rude and his manager did nothing to correct him. I visit this location often but will take my business to a competitor who will appreciate the business.

I like Taco Bell, but since it's combined with KFC the quality is terrible. The taco shells taste like it came out of a store bought mix. This last time was the last straw. It was hot for 3 days out. I went to get a Taco supreme meal and the sauce tasted rancid. I can't look at another Taco Bell sign anymore. Terrible.

It's not that bad after all. I think that most sites are judged based on their appearance instead of their contents. And it is something that this site should consider too.

HAO WAH CHINESE RESTAURANT BUFFET, 10454 66TH ST N, PINELLAS PARK, FL 33782 727-544-4656 - Went there for the early bird special at 4:00 p.m. Only two steam tables of food. The mushrooms were cold. The grill was not open. This is the worst buffet I've gone to, and I go to a lot of them. Very few items on the steam tables that look appetizing. Because I am a vegetarian, I was only able to eat 4 items! The wait staff was fast and efficient and service was good. The Chinese art and statuary is beautiful. I would only eat here again if all the restaurants in Pinellas County closed down simultaneously. And would still consider canned dog food first. It was that bad.

The business portion was OK and pretty professional. Where the rubber hits the road in the actual move, was a complete disaster. The truck was two days late. They did not finish loading on time.. It took two days to load.. They got a shuttle truck stuck in the side lawn casing damage.. The loading crew was a group of thugs that were not only unprofessional, but the following damage report will show just how unprofessional they were. We have massive damage. They refused to load several items stating "if it is not in a box,, it doesn't go". To the point some furniture pieces are total losses. The unload team did the best they could, but even they could not believe how poorly packed the truck was. I thought using a major moving company like North American was a safe bet. Oh brother, was I wrong. I have had to purchase multiple replacements already. This is either due to damage, or refusal to load it. This including bed mattresses, claiming COVID-19. If it wasn't for being disabled, I would have gone with PODS and did it myself.

Bought a $500 gift certificate. Mailed it to her. Her address had changed. Got lost in mail. There Policy is "Must have the gift certificate to redeem it. NOT just the receipt of the Gift certificate purchase!" They tell you that at purchase. So it s gone! Multiple calls to them "we'll call you back!". = They don't! I have personally gone in to the store = "Awaiting manager or corporate e-mail response!" Yes they have great Lenses - I always get the best of the best of progressive Oakley's. But Gift certificate,. If it gets lost in the mail, your gone eat it, and waist of a lot of time trying to get it back! Next I suppose Ill be filing small claims court, which also takes more time and money! What a pain! Never doing that again! General manager at this store Mike Lozada = "Don't know or think we can cancel the gift cert order number. But we are aware of it and working on it! I. E. = you gonna have to spend a lot more time and fight for it. I'm just tired of having to keep calling and going in to store to resolve it. I have receipt in email of purchase, but ultimately their policy and stance is "You must have the actual Gift certificate piece of paper!, Not the receipt - but the actual Gift Certificate" I Hate to go this route, but my time and effort is valuable. I will never do gift certificate there again! Other places would be "You have receipt? - No problem, well refund you or issue another gift certificate. Lenscrafters = different story!

Stopped by Arizona Mills location because I needed new nose guards for my sunglasses. The employees were courteous and attentive and were able to find what I needed and install on my glasses. When I asked about the charge they said there was none, and I'm not even a prescription glasses customer. Really nice staff and I'm appreciative of the support. Would recommend this location.
