This company is a scam. Do not order from them. I bought a piece of furniture and after a month it still had not shipped. I contacted them and they said I needed to pay 89 more dollars for oversized item shipping or cancel my order. I paid it and still could not get a tracking number. After 2 weeks I told them to cancel my order and refund my money multiple times. I kept getting responses that they would refund it and never received any refunds. Now I am out over $500 dollars.

I purchased a $160 Spa Circulation pump last May. Exactly 1 year and 1 month later, it no longer works. After contacting their "customer service", they first tried to blame it on my repair technician! After numerous emails, they said, too bad, so sad... your warranty was only for 1 year! Really!?! One year and one MONTH! I requested a discount on a new pump... nope, sorry, prices are already wholesale. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service. They surely don't care about retaining a customer!

I ordered a bathing suit from VintageClassy.com. After paying $9 in shipping and waiting three weeks for it to get here, I ended up with a completely different product and size than I ordered. When I emailed customer support they offered a 60% refund and said I could keep the product because shipping to China was too expensive. After some back and forth they offered a 70% refund or I could pay the shipping costs to return though they would not specifically promise a full refund. Either way between shipping costs and partial refunds I'm out about 2/3 the list price of the suit and have nothing to show for it.

I ordered 2 white dresses and instead received 3 dresses - none of which I ordered. The packaging came with no packing slips, dresses had no labels or sizes on them. Vintage Classy refused to refund me fully, as the other reviewer stated they offered to refund anywhere between 60-80% because the return shipping would be expensive. They also stated if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay the return shipping fees and wait until they received the package before the issued a refund. This is not a legit business. If you look at their social media tags none of them work - buyer beware, this is a scam.

The "sweatshirt" is not typical sweatshirt we're used to, but a heavy nylon. The printing on the shirts is also poor. The mask is cute but small. Think twice before ordering from this Chinese based company. BTW, I never knew it was a Chinese company until after partial order arrived. Buyer beware.

Ordered Scrooge shirts and mask plus more Xmas masks in November2020 and just received on Feb 1 2021. The quality is what you would expect from an unknown trendy site, not great but wearable. No refunds even when they are incorrect or slow. Save your money!

I have been a general sports betting fan for approximately 15 years now since leaving college but with no consistent success, always trading more than we can really afford or just being rash in general on Betfair. I then discovered AlgoSports Group between 4-5 months ago and it’s been a whirlwind of contrast compared to that of just me placing bets with the likes of BET365 or Betfair. I am now logging into my managed “Sportfolio” and seeing a consistent return of between 2%-3% every month with AlgoSports. I don’t have to take hours out of my evenings looking at odds or placing bets to cover bets as these guys do everything for you in one place and make profits month after month at AlgoSports Group. I believe they’re paying me a dividend of 1% per month and the rest is topping my account up nicely so things are genuinely going tremendously well and it’s been a great few months now so thinking about topping the account up for 2022 and enjoying this new relaxed approach to trading with AlgoSports Group.

I had a very basic but important to my business web site and email hosted with Verio for quite a while. Apparently they recently sold the company to another outfit that wanted to force everyone onto a new platform. The problem is that there was very little effort made to smooth that transition. I carefully followed their instructions and, despite my setup being about as simple as it gets, there were major problems and downtime with the first attempt. The support people were not well trained (didn't understand how DNS updates propagate, for instance), and unwilling to get higher levels involved. They announced that users would have until Jan 16 to complete the migration. Then, on Jan 4, without warning or notice, they simply shut off my old server and my site went dark. I had to scramble to get things limping, and there was little help about the differences in setting and usage (eg., not so much as a hint about where to go to login to my "control panel" until I sat through an hour wait to talk to support.) This was a very poorly managed transition, done with little or no thought to how it would impact their customers. They are losing my business because I can no longer trust them to care for my business assets. Update: after double charging me, they wanted me to jump through hoops to prove it rather than just checking their own accounts and refunding me. This is the very definition of horrible customer service. I strongly recommend against doing business with Verio. Here's a quote from Wikipedia: "In late May 2015, Verio, as a business unit of NTT America, Inc., was sold to The Endurance International Group, Inc., a low-confidence provider of web solutions who generally tanks new acquisitions,..."

I had my Imac computer fixed by Geekavailable earlier this week, after finding them online. Could not be happier :) Price was fair and customer service was absolutely awesome. I dropped my computer off on Monday morning and got it back same day (only $199 for a 320 GB installed, pretty much half of I was quoted at the Apple Store). All possible stars for Rod and his crew!

I purchased an item that I was very satisfied with, it took a little more time than expected. My fault. I had preconceived ideas, maybe not practical. However, I have ordered an item Dec 12,2020, and another on 26Mar. Given the COVID-19 crisis we are in, allowances are definitely in order but I am at a one month time frame right now (April 12,2020). In addition, time is required to process thru your credit card. Add a week? I'm thinking end of May should be plenty of time, I will follow up at that time with 1 star should it not ship at that time. Their website says up to a month shipped directly from the manufacturer.

I originally was very upset with this site they took over 2 and a 1/2 weeks to deliver my bathrobes and i thought i was being scammed but i was wrong. This company is very legit and my 2 bathrobes were more than i expected 100% cotton made from turkey as promised and very thick and durable and i love them. Once again this site is 100% legit do not be alarmed if your card is charged a week and a half after your purchase apparently they only charge your card when the purchase is ready to ship and expect to wait about 3 weeks to receive your bathrobes i had my name sewn on mine which came out great by the way.

Is terrible to deal with this company. I have placed 4 claims with them, first calming was processed with out any issues in a timely matter. Second claim on an electrical line I was told they wouldn't be able to do the repair due to the high cost, I was offered a $300.00 as compensation that I accepted and was paid. Third was for a central A/C units I was told also that the cost was higher than the coverage on they system I was offered $500.00 that I never received, even after sending various emails and phone calls, finally I had the repair done myself for $480.00 Now I have been waiting for a dryer to be repair for over 3 months. HORRIBLE SERRVICE or what!!!

What a disgrace this company is! Their salesman lied to me. We have 2 houses and we canceled our old American Home Shield Warranty to sign up with American Residential Warranty because the salesman promised us it would be better. We are shocked at what we found out today! So today when we tried to use it for the first time they denied the claim. The representative was not very nice as well! We were very disappointed at how we were treated! They said we needed “additional coverage”. Nobody said we had the option for additional coverage. What a scam. Now the monthly premium is almost double what we were paying before! I have canceled both and I have to call the contractor myself to get this fixed.1/21/2022Thank you for your reply. I would like to request all of my premiums be returned that I have paid to you over the last few months for both our homes we signed up. Since this coverage was not what I requested and the salesman lied to me that it was the same as we had before. We have not been covered properly this whole time. This makes us feel very uneasy. We bought your warranty for peace of mind, and it actually did the opposite. Because we did not have the coverage we were told wr signed up for. Please refund our premiums, I believe that is the right thing to do.

For over twenty years I've had zero issues and I've never once been late with my mortgage through Wells-Fargo. I refinanced and my mortgage was purchased by Freedom Mortgage. I've had nothing but problems since. Missing payments, missing insurance information, late communication of problems they create which make it my emergency to correct. Also the amount of junk mail in my mailbox, junk / spam email, and needless advertising make this feel like I'm shopping for quality furniture at the local mini-mart. This experience is absolutely ridiculous. My credit rating is 840 and I'm scared this company is going to do something sketchy and mess it up. I have ZERO trust in this company.

I have been trying to log onto my account for several days. I have contacted Freedom Mortgage's customer service no less than five times about this issue and I have not received a resolution to this issue. I'm told it's been escalated every time but I have never received any kind of contact from these people to resolve this issue. All contact has been initiated by me and no one has solved this problem. I have spent hours on the phone to no avail. I get no response to my issue. I'm disgusted with their service.

Very cool site that lets me get 10% back after I make a purchase. I like how you don't need to do anything except use the same credit card you always use anyways. No snide look from the waitress as you hand them a coupon card or iphone app. Just simple use a credit card at a qualifying restaurant and get 10% back. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the low amount of places to eat on the program. Most of the places are restaurants that have no business anyways. Maybe this will catch on in the future. Or perhaps opentable will just destroy mogl and create their own version of this app. Until then, give it a try!

1 star because i wasted so much money with these guys continuously giving them a chance, but do to my being naive on how SEO and internet marketing goes I was taking advantage of. These guys have the WORST customer service that I have ever dealt with besides Walmart. They tell you they want to help the small businesses out like mine but its all a sham. They are very lazy in regards to revising your website, ( It usually would take a week to respond to my emails) They also never pick up the phone or call you back when you leave voicemails and when I have requested to meet so we can restrategize I get blown off. They wont explain to me how they supposedly get my key words higher in the google search engine, the work they do is not organic at all which screws me over now that I'm no longer using them I'm back to square one. In fact they wont be making your webpage out of scratch they use a template, i might as well do the work myself and buy a template on wordpress. I have had a constant headache with vitaly, i had to hold his hand on every single little thing. Then when im unhappy and start asking questions they are never answered in regards to how things work, how they get me ranked higher and they offer to give me free keywords and take like $50 off my monthly bill. That does NOT solve anything. Im ashamed i have handed my money to such horrible service. I wish i could get the thousands of dollars back that i have spent.

The equipment, G6, functions well. HOWEVER, dealing with customer service and actually receiving the required sensors, on time, is a nightmare. Short of the cable TV company I cannot recall such an annoying and frustrating service interaction. Any correspondence with the company is responded to with a boilerplate response. But I am seriously considering just dropping the use of a CGM and starting to reuse test strips. Certainly far less aggravation. Update Aug 2020: I canceled the service and while greatly missing the convenience of the monitor I simply couldn't abide once again having problems receiving the sensors on time.

Dexcom would have you believe that their G6 wireless glaucous monitor can allow you to continuously monitor your blood sugar on their handheld monitor or any remote cell phone with the app. The dirty little secret and what they forget to tell you is that it can't be more than 20 feet away. It is not WIFI enabled. So you can't have a someone else or a caregiver remotely monitor or see the alarms for high and low blood sugar. What is even worse is that if the monitor or your monitoring phone strays more than 20 feet away, the connection between the two is lost and if you come back into range it can take up to 30 minutes for the monitor to reacquire the signal. So if you want a continues readout of your glucose the meter or phone must be carried with you at all times. If you wnat an instantaneous readout, and the monitor has been out of range, you have to wait for it to require or finger stick. This device it technologically wanting and does not deliver what is promised.

SDCCU is simply the most unprofessional organization I've ever dealt with. I applied for HELOC loan on Feb 23,2021. I spoke with a representative and answered about an hour of questions, which are normally required to apply for a loan. I sent in all of the requested documentation within two days of applying for loan. I am now on the 92 day of my application. I have submitted the same documents to customer service rep multiple times. SDCCU has told me delays because a representative was sick, then it was because high volume, then covid affected office, then I was pre-approved but then more documentation required. I have requested to speak to manager multiple times and been given phone numbers for Donald Jared and Beth Pierce. Neither have reached out to me over past 30 days. The communication process with SDCCU is terrible and unsatisfactory.

Hey guys my name is Hayk Yeghyan. From March 4th to March 9th I rested in the beautiful Armenia Wellness& Spa Hotel, Jermuk. From the hospitality to the spa treatments, everything was excellent. On the first day we were warmly welcomed by the Service team and we were shown everything important. There were a lot of different treatments and I was able to get a top treatment every single day. The hotel offered us a full program of food. Meals were served every morning, at the afternoon and in the evening. The kitchen and the food was always freshly prepared and the service was once again great. From the hotel to the rooms everything was clean. The cleanliness and friendliness was very convincing. The rooms were comfortably large and you could also relax there very well. If you had free time and no treatments you could use the free time in the wellness and spa area. There was also a big fitness room. I would like to thank the organization „Onyxum" and the hotel for the great and relaxing time. I recommend everyone to visit the hotel and rest in jermuk.

Last year I got a free download of Zone alarm and it worked fine. When it expired this year I tried to download the free version again and it keeps trying to prompt me to buy the paid version instead. Even after I was finally able to download the free version it still keeps giving me a message that I don't have coverage and I need to upgrade for it to work.

I purchased a new Thelin Parlour pellet stove, installed it per the factory specifications, and have now have burned less than one bag of pellets, in less than 8 hours run time. During that time, the auger has jammed three times. I am greatly disappointed, especially after waiting 3 months for this stove to be built and delivered. I am not new to pellet stoves, having owned another brand which ran perfectly for three years before I sold the home, and having just installed another brand stove in a shop, which has run flawlessly for the last 2 months. I also am adept at trouble shooting and maintenance of most mechanical, hydraulic and electrical equipment. Problem Solving is not new to me. In my experience, I have found that the "Lignetics" brand pellets are the cleanest burning and most efficient pellet product. I used Lignetics in my previous home, and I'm using Lignetics in my shop. I have had zero problems with Lignetics, and they were the first pellets I tried in this new Thelin stove. The auger jammed twice after only a very few hours running. So I purchased a different brand, "North Idaho", and shortly after the startup sequence was completed, the auger jammed again. That makes 3 jams after a total of about 1 bag of pellets (40lbs). In all three cases, the pellets were jammed in the auger mechanism; there were no foreign objects, there were no excess pellet fines, there no dirt or debris was found. In each of the three jams, I emptied the hopper, vacuumed the auger mechanism, and used a dental pick or similar tool to clean the jammed pellets, then restarted the stove, only to watch it happen again. I live in a small town in central Washington, and I have only found two brands of pellets available. If I need to get different pellets, I will have to go elsewhere to do so. According to research on the internet, auger jams are not uncommon, but they do not occur with the regularity that I have experienced. Three jams with less than 8 hours run time on a brand new $5000 stove is unreasonable. And if that wasn't enough, the company will not refund my money. I can return the unit, at my expense and under my packing and shipping responsibility, for a partial credit on another stove, which I do not want. If Thelin was to return the stove, or send a replacement, I would also be responsible for Return shipping costs. This is an extremely poor product, one that evidently requires a very specific brand/type/size of pellets, available from who knows where. I must add that the technical fella, Jeff, is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable factory reps I have ever dealt with, on any type of equipment, but he says "there's nothing wrong with the stove". Personally, it appears to me to be a poor auger design, or maybe something is bent, loose, out of alignment. The only way to find out would be for me to return the stove, under my full responsibility and at my cost, and pay premium fees for the factory to trouble shoot, repair, or replace the stove. In the meantime, winter has set in and the house is cold. Additionally, I have purchased and have stored, ready to go, 1-1/2 tons of pellets. I am more than disappointed. I am incensed. My wife wants the stove out of here, I am getting no helpful response from Thelin, I purchased a unit that does not even come close to operating as advertised, and I must incur additional charges to rectify the situation. I intend to turn this over to a lawyer, because it is unreasonable to pay premium prices for a product that won't run more than a few hours without repeatedly failing, while using standard pellet products commonly available and used successfully in other stoves. I am not happy with Thelin products, not impressed with their warranty and return program, and most certainly not interested in another of their products. There is a problem with the auger mechanism on this particular stove, and quite possibly it is a generic problem with their other models that utilize the same design. Worst of all, it's going to cost me time, money, and a cold house in the meantime while this escapade is sorted out. Thumbs down to Thelin.

We bought a Thelin Pellet Stove (Parlour 3000) from the factory outside of Carson City, Nevada. According to them it was a special order because we chose a certain color and trim that they offered. When we got it home we found that the surround was not on correctly and the safety button for the auger had to be engaged manually since the hopper top was too tight to slide over it. We were also having problems with the pellet feed channel not allowing pellets to feed evenly into the burn pot (a design flaw) and there were several other major design flaws causing problems. We took the stove back to the factory but the owner said there would be about a $1,200 restocking fee (the stove cost about $3,700). He also accused us of lying about a couple of things and insulted our intelligence. Also, the technical support consists of one person who doesn't seem to know that much and doesn't return phone calls. Would have been nice to know ahead of time that it checks your credit score. Your description does not mention it and it is deceptive. I even tried to use it for Uber so I can pay bills since my car is no longer in Uber's Vehicle guidelines. I got denied. Seems like they want to help themselves than others. (Crossposting my Review of what is simply the same site as this.) In the past, TVTropes.org was once consisting of believers of more genuine democracy. Though resulting behaviors of the userbase were still around, the site was run on an interesting concept of patterns in the media that we consume. Back in the day, I had done the YKTTW (now referred to as Trope Workshop) entries for a few tropes, most notably Savvy Guy Energetic Girl and Monster Allies. Then the dark ages came, signified by how the admins would ban whoever they didn't like for arbitrary reasons, up to and including grammar errors on a site where that would easily be fixed by something they called Wiki Magic. I was one such victim of this inane practice. More draconian practices would come into play, in an effort to manage organization for its own sake. The points the administration would have are undermined by their renaming tropes into more generic titles as well as their continued practices of banning users with the same arbitrary reasons, claiming they have no validity on the site, and also dismissing other sites as inferior copies. This isn't even getting into how the admins and key users such as LightySnake wanted to be claiming to be democratic, which is a disgrace to the idea of aiding the little guy, an idea contradicted by their elitism. Their brand of hypocrisy has resulted in a user named ChrisX being left feeling unwelcome just for his opinion of World of Warcraft. One additional note is that these ill practices of the TVTropes.org administration are intent on forcing everybody to be happy, despite how that asks for a stagnant, unstable position intolerant of different opinions. Oh, and in case you think the site holds themselves to their high standards? The image I provide is of Game Breaker for Kid Icarus Uprising, a page that is VERY overdue for cleanup even without the example I highlight. Said example, it should be noted, basically claims that all 3 Powers can be used simultaneously, which long story short is not possible due to technical details that I won't go into detail about here, although I will to anybody who inquires. This is more evidence of why the site's suddenly draconian and democratic-in-name-only standards fail: it shuts out needed voices for calling out these problems. The way things are, the needed reformation process is unlikely. TVTropes.org, which I henceforth prefer to call vanilla TV Tropes particularly due to the generic renaming of tropes, is unlikely to repent. It could happen, but I'm not holding my breath.

They take a percentage commission but only when it actually leads to a sale. There is no sign up fee. No surprise charges. Nothing! They only charge you if you make money and they secure the customer's payment information before they forward the lead to you so you can know you won't get stiffed. I have to recommend this service. It is really good. The only flaw? Really low traffic, and they do have a no compete contract meaning you can't ask customers to call you directly if they provide you with the lead. How will they know? Well they apparently use secret shoppers occasionally. They also could simply survey the customer. If they catch you, you'll get kicked. It is that simple. But really their business model is more than fair and what can I say? I just wish they had some more traffic because it is the fairest advertising service I have found yet.

Would give them a score lower than 1 if possible! I set up the house I was moving out of to be cleaned. I got a confirmation email. No one ever showed to clean the house. I called and left 2 messages and sent 2 emails. NEVER GOT A REPLY AT ALL! It had now been 5 days, still no reply. I have since had family members go back to the house with me and clean it ourselves to get ready to sell it. RIDICULOUS!

Placed an order for a blanket for my daughter with a month and a half in advance for Christmas. They did not notify me it was not shipped and shipped back to the warehouse and 4 days before Christmas marked my package as delivered and when I waited on hold for 1 hr 24min they then would not refund my money for Christmas and would not express ship my package for their mess up. Awful customer service. Clearly no one works there with a working brain.

Accidentally broke my iPhone 6 screen over the weekend. Emailed Ted at Kangaroo who told me to bring it in and Charles would take care of it. After a longer than anticipated day at work I arrived at Kangaroo about 6:20 pm. Charles was already working on another device but told me he'd work on mine right after and get it done same day. In addition to Mobile Kangaroo, Santa Rosa, CA refusing a refund of $45.00 for a phony diagnostic and destroying my 'reach' antennae, they asked me to review my experience and this is what I wrote back: My phone was diagnosed by Mobile K for $45.00 and I was to buy a new iphone6 from Mobile K for $400.00, until I found out the Apple store had a new iPhone6 for $300.00. The Apple store offered a free diagnostic so I suspiciously went back to Mobile K and picked up the "broken" phone, took it back to the Apple store and they diagnosed it (for free). Lo and behold, it works! I want my money back and I want the 'Reach' antenna that the guy destroyed replaced. $40.00 for the reach and $45.00 for the phony diagnostic the guy did.

As an adviser that manages about 15 401k plans, I can tell you this site is considerably misleading. I am quite sad that they are getting so much press as the Robin Hoods of the 401k industry and they are reporting very misleading data. Their intention is good but the end message is way off. 1. You only get realistic data if you sign up for and pay for it. 2. There is a huge conflict of interest in what they report and how they make money (the worse the plans look the more money they potentially gain) 3. Much of their data is old and hard to tell how up to date or accurate it is. When one of my Companies got upset when they saw their fees were reported as high on Bright scopes front page for their company I had to investigate. 1. They were comparing their plan to much larger plans (that makes a big difference in the 401k world) 2. They were adding fees to the equation that were for voluntary options. They admitted they need to find out how to separate those but have yet to address that. 3. You can only see the plans fees in relation to plans of similar size if you pay for their services... about $750 a year from what I could gather. I'm very sad to see so little oversight of this firm when in this industry there are firms like ours providing great 401ks and working hard to inspire and educate employees how to use them and these guys can just present misleading data and be looked at like the good guys. Their data seems like a simple solution but like any any other situation the simple answer falls way short of providing much true value. The entire issue and scrutinizing of these plans is leaving out one major factor and that is NET results. They all want to say index funds are the way to go with their low expenses but when you run the net numbers participants make more money with quality institutional class managed funds. Its like telling participants that its smarter to take $2 for giving up $1 than taking $6 for giving up $2. They are only looking at one side of the equation because its easier than explaining the truth.

BrightScope will rate, or rank, your plan as compared to other companies' plans in your industry and to all 401(k) plans across the country. Information regarding plan participation, plan administrators, fund costs, fund choice quality and much much more. There is even a section that gives advice on how you can make your company's plan better. In short, this site has a ton of great, free information available on a subject that is generally hard for us common folks to find: what's going on with our 401(k) money!

All these bad reviews are absurd. A couple are talking about a physical brick and mortar location in Staten Island, when this should be for online purchases from Solsticesunglasses.com only. Many reviews also talk about B. S. scam websites that are not affiliated with Solstice Sunglasses whatsoever. People are also whining that the online website customer support did not assist with processing an online return for an in-store purchase - which is a peculiar request. One that I've never even seen available as an option at any retailer. Then someone is complaining that they didn't get 20% off Maui Jim - well, some brands are ALWAYS excluded from all promo's - such as Maui, Chanel, etc. It's always included in the fine print when they state *some exclusions apply - which this person obviously did not even glance at... These reviews should be for orders placed directly from solsticesunglasses.com... unfortunately, all these negative reviews are rather misleading I just purchased form Solsticesunglasses.com directly the other day and had no issues with my order. I have actually shopped with Solstice Sunglasses for the past 15+ years. This is my favorite place to buy my sunglasses, as I enjoy their premiere designer brands offered (opposed to another major sunglass retail store chain, affiliated with Luxottica)... But after I placed my order, I contacted costumer support via email and got a response from an actual person w/n 10 mins. I definitely recommend shopping from this website and it is 100% LEGIT. If you are looking for professionalism, experienced plumbers, and the best customer services, then look no further than this company. The best service I must say. We had a water leak from 5 6 spots in-home and cause water damage in the whole house. We hired this company from a friend's recommendation and it was our best decision. Chris was the leader of the team. He and his crew started checking the whole house for leaks. They suggested us 2 3 solutions for the problem and we decided to have whole-house repiping as pipes were very old. With the presence of professional plumbers, we also had them repair some small plumbing problems. I will definitely get in touch with them only if I need.

Order product 3 weeks ago, next day great news, received email that product shipped, or so it seemed. Unfortunately product did not ship, they only created mailing labels. 3 weeks later after 3 attempts to contact them via web page "contact us", I'm told what I already knew, product hasn't shipped yet, and have no ideal when it will. Besides never answering first two status requests, web page showed product in stock. Must be one of those companies that charges the customer, then waits until it gets enough cash to go ahead and buy the product from their supplier.

I ordered a remote for iPod. It arrived eventually. By then, I had found a better solution to my problem and now wish to return the remote device. A) I could not find a return/refund policy anywhere on the website B) They are not responding to my repeated requests for procedure to return this UNOPENED parcel. Don't buy from them! It is now two months since I returned the item and no refund!

This company has a lot to make right for their community after losing 5 years of photos and videos, 2015-2020. They advertise as a "storage" site that is "safe" And yet after a second crash are unable to locate thousands of videos and photos. Beyond a terrible business, this is unethical behavior.

So I have used them for years, paid for a Lifetime subscription, Unlimited, which they do not offer anymore, Now all I get is messages about being over my limit, this and that... this company is now very dishonest, I have top send them copies of my Bank payment for the lifetime agreement, then they leave me alone for a little while, then you wake up, and BAM, back to their BS and dishonesty... the old dropshots, i would have five stared them, the dropshots now, Stay away... absolutely no Honesty or Integrity

I am extremely disappointed by what they delivered. They tried to convene me to sign a whole year contract but I only did 6 months. The fact is I told them what I want and they said they will help me to achieve however they didn't deliver the result. Seems like they can work with bigger companies based on their site but as a small business you can probably do a better job doing it yourself than doing it with them. Their monthly maintenance fee is high too compare to other companies I worked with which is more disappointing that they couldn't do what they promised. I think They pretty much just assigned a newbie to run my ads so they can practice for their bigger clients.

I signed up for Trial Subscription and was charged $19.99. I contacted them, said they don't offer trial on monthly. If I could afford to pay the other subscription I would of done it. One thing I needed, just one thing. Looking for plane crash my uncle died in. I'm a senior on SS. I can't afford those expensive subscription. This company treats senior unfairly. They refused to refund. You can't even read the newspapers they are so blurry. Very unfair, inconsiderate company. Do not trust them. Do not buy their subscriptions.

Company operates on a bait and switch process. The main page offered "free for 7days" but when you get into subscription plans they hide that only two of the three plans are free for 7 days. When you select the cheapest plan, they charge you 24 hours later. Emeline in customer service made it clear they stand behind the scam and refused to refund.

A big thank you to Karin for getting this resolved. Original Message: So I spent about $100 to get my movies transferred to DVD and my photos on disc. The DVDs I got weren't labeled as mine and I couldn't get them to play in any case (tried 3 different machines). The photos are poor quality and blurry. SAVE YOUR MONEY. I called them and asked for a refund, which they said they would do, and now they haven't. I'm not surprised.

Terrible site and company. I bought a voucher to have some VHS tapes converted to DVDs and the experience was terrible. The first set of DVDs were sent back mislabeled. The asked me to return the VHS tapes and then waited almost 6 weeks to tell me that the DVDs also needed to be returned. They finally shipped the DVD back, but "forgot" to send me my VHS tapes. They only returned part of my order of DVDs. Custom service was horrible and I will never use them again.

I recently purchased an article of clothing from this company. I have received one response to 4 emails that I've sent, in which they guided me to the return policy (that I had already read) and they have failed to provide me with a return address. The phone number take you to a full mailbox. Unless you're 100% sure about the sizing etc. of the product/s you plan to order, I'd advise you to think twice before placing an order with this company. Oh, and my order was shipped from China.
