A year ago I wanted to move in Germany and I have started using Nubmeo in that time actively. I could compare the cost of living with the city where I was previously working. Later I have found out that many recruiters were using Numbeo too, so we were easily on the same page during the salary negotiations. I have tried similar websites but this one works the best for me. It has a minimalistic design but it has a lot of content in comparison with others. It seems that developers did a great job here and keep investing. It covers almost every city I could ever think about. I like additional tools like cost calculator and cost of living estimator. Now when I spent almost a year in Berlin I see that all price ranges are very accurate. I hope that people will keep contributing to this website. Good job Numbeo!

I like to travel a lot and because of that, I am changing my job very often and always choose different countries. That's why Numbeo is something I use very frequently and it is a great helper for getting good estimate about the cost of living in any city. Even it is based just on information that is entered by website visitors, prices are pretty accurate. It seems that validation process behind is working very well. I like its simple, no fancy UI, design. Simply said, an awesome tool!

My husband and I were on Jenny Craig over 4 weeks. We were promised at the beginning, if we complete 4 weeks, we'll get $100 gift card. We have completed it, my husband got his card, I haven't. When I tried to call and ask about the reason, they said I didn't complete it and disqualified for the card, it was lie. It's the worst the business can do: to lie their clients. Horrible! Their prices too high, every time we got order, something was missing, but I did, followed all recommendations and was strictly on the diet, even during my trip to Hawaii and on vacation, weight loss was not great and customer service is horrible. I'm on Nutrisystem now. Very much better food selection, excellent customer service, fast weight loss result and prices are so much better!

Foods are delicious. However, they are extremely expensive! Double its competitor who are also considered expensive. I was on jenny craig for few months, it worked, but very slow. And after certain point, it stopped losing weight, so i switched to the other brand that actually work better and faster for me.

I have never been treated with such lack of professionalism. I changed brokerages in January, spoke to ONE manager finally April 14th in hopes to change my contact info. Then received ZERO communication, after dozens of calls, messages, emails asking for HELP! While paying $500 a month for nothing! Website had to be off line as it was non compliant (not even the right brokerage). Finally get "a manager" in June to call me and now their response is; we acknowledge the communication issue and we will correct that but you still own us money for every month we didn't provide you any service nor ANY communication. Terrible customer service and willingness to make things right when the customer is clearly right. I would never recommend them and you will get the the worst service and website service you can imagine. I think the only route I have is to go the legal route. Incredibly disappointing and I won't be quite about my experience.

Service is great pre-sign-up, they disappear afterwards. Poor communication, but billing works! I've waited 2 weeks for a response, nothing. They didn't start on time, but ended on time. Crazy.

Placed an order for a 5 liter barrel - finally arrived and when I opened the box found that it was missing the spigot and bung stopper for fill port. Notified them immediately and was told to check the package for a small bag taped to the stand. I informed the I did and they were not shipped. 3 days later after email each day trying to get a tracking # for my missing items, I finally get a response from them telling me they reviewed my order and agree they did not ship the missing items with the barrel and they will ship them today! So 1st they accuse the customer of lying, 2nd their mistake they should make up for it by expediting that missing items ASAP next day delivery for sure. Now still have not received the missing items and can't get ahold of them.

After two weeks curing and toped it off every day, I was starting to worry about mold so I emptied it and refilled with two teaspoons critic acid and Luke warm water. Been another week and a half now and it has slowed to about an ounce a day. Well here's my though's, I think I"ll blow some light very fine sanding dust all around it and see where it sticks to,[just might stick to the wet spots] and try sealing it with wax. Yes they arn't very good at answering emails and never answer the phone. But here I am, a life time of wood working and wooden boat work, so I'll see what I can get it to do

Indeed, I really hesitated to order from this company, especially when I read the reviews concerning its doubtful services. Nevertheless, I decided to buy five tee-shirts and five sweaters late November. Four sweaters were delivered three weeks later, and I eventually got the last sweater and the five remaining tee-shirts today (one month after ordering, in other words). I bought a ticket in Nov 2019. Postponed to Aug. 2020 and now Feb. 2021. I no longer live in the state that the concert takes place in. I was told no due to unprecedented circumstance. I could put food in my stomach or gas in my car during this unprecedented circumstance. I will never use this site and they don't deserve any stars at all.

We purchased our valor fireplace in the spring of 2012 and had nothing but trouble from the unit to the fireplace retail store and valor itself. We purchased the fireplace from a fireplace only store in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. We decided on a valor fireplace because it is a radiant unit that doesn't need household power where we lose power here a few times a winter and this unit was suppose to be the only heat source in our family room. To start on the unit itself, it is controlled by remote control and that remote is also the thermostat, and there is no controlling the temp at all, it will a lot of times go up on high temp and not cut out which almost burned our house down. We can't use the unit unless we are there and when we are gone it is not used at all. A 6 to 7 thousand dollar unit that is no good to us. We got in contact with the fireplace store in St. John's (atlantic fireplaces) they told us that we were doing things wrong and when we asked them to come out and check the unit many times now, but being a hour away from them, they wouldn't come. Sent between 25 to 30 emails to valor explaining what was happening but not once did they ever return an email. I don't understand why but to us we have an expensive unit setting idle and as a bad reminder of what happened to us. I guess there attitude towards customers from valor and Atlantic fireplaces is we got your money now f*** you. Signed very fustrated

Stay clear of this company is my advice. I ordered and paid for the FF plus skateboard in June of 2020. After two months of waiting I started to get worried, but I figured the delay had something to do with the Coronavirus pandemic. They told me to be patient when I contacted customer service. After a month or two, they said they had some assembly problems and the board would be further delayed. A month later they informed me I had to give them a new home address for shipping, as they had gotten the skateboard in return. I have never had any problems with the mail service in Norway before, and there was no notification or updates with the transport company UPS before it got shipped back. They offered to ship the board again if I paid $300 dollars more shipping. I told them I wanted a refund, and they told me that was OK. Tens of emails and two handfuls of phone calls later, no refund and no skateboard. They kept promising just 3 days more, just a week more, tomorrow will be the day you receive your refund... All lies. So I spent about $1200 on a skateboard that never arrived and never got a refund. Really awful customer service, they barely know how to spell or talk english. We managed to get them police reported in the city of Shenzhen in China, where they are listed, but that's probably not going to lead to anything. Stay away! They might scam you for a lot of money.

I purchased a board the Max4 through Amazon from this company on June 11th 2019 and did not receive the board until July 1st 2019. I contacted Maxfind personally and ask them why it was taking so long and they told me it was a new product and it would be worth the wait. I received the product July 1st took it for its 1st ride made it a 1/2 a mile before the back wheel fell off. Contacted the company they told me that they would replace the wheel and it was just a faulty wheel and after I got the new wheel from them I would never have a problem again July 19th 2019 I received 2 new back wheels put the wheels on the board made it about the same distance except this time it caused me to wreck and break my leg. The company doesn't seems to give a krapp about my injury all they wanted to do was blame me and trying to tell me that I put the wheel on wrong even went as far as telling me I tried using the original wheel again that came off the 1st time. They know that's wasnt the problem they've had several reviews done with the same problem back wheels coming off this product is going to hurt or kill somebody.

I honestly hate their app, slow, with this silly screen when you first go in that you click on (do not show again) and is meant to go away but NEVER GOES AWAY. Also extremely silly - every time I want to pay a bill, stupid apps takes another 3/5 minutes longer of my time requesting for my mobile #, sends me a security code, I have to leave app, go to my texts, copy code, close texts, go back to app, now wants my mobile code to allow me in, paste code to continue with Bill payment, and now I hate paying bills twice more. EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND IN THE MEANTIME IS COSTING ME EXTRA DATA, LOOKING FOR A NEW BANK, I WANT CLEAN AND SENSIBLE CONVENIENCE, NO HASSLES.

If a company & manager can't admit they failed to meet their own standards and holds their own customers in contempt, they are not worth doing business with. I used to be a regular at this Big-O until I had the unfortunate customer experience of dealing with Burt. I had the gall of questioning Burt regarding the price tag on a repair quote but because I was in a bind decided to go ahead with the repair anyway. The next morning, the vehicle's warning lights indicated that they failed to complete the job by replacing the fluids - though they charged me for the fluids and $93/hr for "quality" service. Since it was 5am, I had to find a gas station to purchase & put in the fluids myself. When I called the next week to complain, Burt brushed off my complaint as no big deal and literally said "Is that all you're calling about?" I explained that I was charged for something not received and he told me I had a chip on my shoulder from the first price quote but that he would refund the $10 for fluid. Then he went on to defend the cost & quality of their service and parts. Apparently, errors are acceptable at this Big-O.

Manager Adam Littleton provided me with excellent service. He and his staff are very personable and their knowledge reference shocks, struts, and tires are excellent. Mr. Littleton saved me an enormous amount of money from buying four new tires. One of his employees noticed, while doing my tire rotation that one of my front struts was leaking fluid. As a result, the thread on my tires were being worn down. Mr. Littleton took the time, explained to me in great detail why my treads on my tires were being worn down. He also showed me the fluid leak on passenger side strut. I took my truck to the dealership and presented the information that Mr. Littleton provided me. The dealership, upon inspection observed the same problem that Big O tires had. Both front shuts were replaced and minor adjustments were made to the tie rods. The truck was under warranty. If this had gone unnoticed by Mr Littleton and his staff, it could have resulted perhaps in a vehicle accident. Kudos and thanks goes out to Mr. Littleton and his staff. They are very knowledgeable and the customer service I receive on all occasions has been excellent. Thanks again to your attention to detail!

I moved from Brantford to Calgary and was given a decent quote of $675 for 500 to 700lbs. So I decided to hire them, received the quote and booked the move. First problem. The movers they hired from Toronto to pick up my items, walked through my house and immediately said it would be 3000lbs. What a crock! When I contacted Adam at the movers advising him of this and told him there was no way there was 3000lbs of stuff and I said I didn't want to be scammed, he got snarky and threatened to cancel my move and send those movers away. We had to leave for Calgary the next day so my hubby could start his new job the following Tuesday. We felt trapped and they new that as well! I had mostly boxes, small liquor store boxes so there were a 25 of those barely weighing anything as they don't hold much and other boxes from uhaul in different sizes. I did advise there were 2 wardrobe boxes that were a bit heavier but they were told. All my my big pieces and heavy furniture were all sold. There 5 small shelves, 1 kitchen table with 4 chairs, our king bed which is metal and was taken apart which weighs hardly anything. On the quote I said furniture would be wrapped with furniture pads, my items were carelessly thrown in the truck and piled up, Jenga style. I received. Call from the Alberta company yesterday stating that our items have arrived and when I asked how much the final bill was, she told me $2700 and that my items weighed 2600lbs. Not freaking possible! My boyfriend was a professional mover and said There was no way our items were 2600lbs! I will be contacting the BBB and I will take my items to a scale because my friend I a professional trucker and has access to them. I am pissed off and angry and unsure of how much of my stuff is broken as I haven't received my items yet as I don't have the money to pay $2700 as I wasn't expecting to pay that much. Was expecting maybe $1000-$1200 total but NOT $2700! Buyers beware with this company!

I got this place to move me from edmonton to toronto. They quoted $600 for the first 1000 pounds. Admittedly my stuff was over weight however the cost was over $2100. Their quote included packing however got charged additional packing when really all they did was wrap two tvs. Two large suitcases are missing and one box. They have placed no urgency on resolving this and are avoiding my attempts to contact them. Also most things arrived damaged and unuseable. My playstation has been taken apart, my kitchen things some broken, my coffee machine not working sound like something has come lose. My table got delivered no legs, all my clothes missing, my pots broken, my draws also have bits of wood broken off and they lost parts to my bed base. For being x4 times over charged and to lose $10k in things and have damage im disgusted with the lack of urgency or care taken by this company. The admitted to stealing this have out my personal detail. And made me lose everything u can see they only delivered less then half of my things

I have booked my vacation package with Sunwing on Feb 20th2022 ,after 2 days the price dropped down around $250.00CAD for whole package ,Since the change fee is free I called them and asked them to refund me the difference or provide me credit for the difference, unfortunately they refuse me . The thing is I can easily change my travel plan and ask for the refund for the difference ,then come back and change the date to my original travel date .I do not understand why do I have to go though so much trouble and back and force for the thing that they could easily could done for me .

I signed up for a Sunwing family vacation package using my RBC reward miles on OCT 8,2017. There was a KIDS free package and a regular package. I selected the regular package by mistake. The price difference between the two is $1300 for the same hotel, same time, same flight. I have called RBC and SUNWING repeatedly to fix this mistake and switch us to the KIDS free package but they refuse to do so. This is the worst customer service I have witnessed in years. They have the GOTCHA mentality. THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT WAY TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS. I will be posting this all over social media and won't rest until this issue is resolved. Trust me.

I hired this company to do a moveout clean. One very young inexperienced woman arrived two hours late. Obviously she could not do a proper cleaning job in the time we had left before moveout inspection (or even if she had all the time in the world, for that matter, as she was poorly trained, not her fault at all, poor girl) I had to pay for a whole new clean and my damage deposit was docked. This company does not care about their employees or their customers. They demand you provide all your own equipment and they are completely unreliable.

Over the past year my partner and I have received nothing but great cleanings and tremendous customer service from this company. We initially started with a move out cleaning in 2019 and then took advantage of a really good deal after and continued for a year after. We will continue with this company as they have been dependable and accountable every time they have needed to come, and that's saying a lot with everything going on in the world right now. Very happy overall and if you want a good cleaning company Scrubbi is definitely one to look at.

So I ordered the horn bong when I received it you could tell that when they were heating the glass to form it. The glass got way to hot andmelted bigger than what it was supposed to so the the down stem now would not fit because the hole was way to big after telling waxmaid about my problem they made sure my problem was solved after proving my defect. They sent me a new one that was correctly made for the price of the one I already purchased. I was impressed with this companies website because they illustrate their product to be package in a small box with detailed information about the strain and they also advertise the seeds as being carefully package in a pharmaceutical style blister packs; however, after spending over $120 on my order that wasn't the case. What I received was a bubble bag with tiny zip locked baggies where the seeds where kept and to make matters worse the seeds were crushed during the shipping process. Frustrated about the falsely advertise packaging and damage seeds, I reached out to their customer service representative because the claim "satisfaction guaranteed or your money back." I get an email a few days later with this " we can not refund you on any seeds" It was clear at that point these people are nothing but scam artist out to rip people out of their hard earned money. I strongly advise you to reconsider doing business with these people and if you still feel compelled to do so do not send them money through zelle or and other money sending app. Only send money through PayPal because at least you'll have some type of insurance should you happen to have a similar situation as I did. And to be completely honest at this point I don't expect these seeds to be anything more than male hemp seeds.

I placed order with Farmers Lab seed for Pineapple Express on Sep 08, 2021. After 3 weeks of waiting called them to find out, they shipped to incomplete address. They were not willing to refund money, they said we will reship your order. so on sep 24 they reshipped and its oct 08, 2021.Its 3 weeks now I haven't received any seeds. Canada Post mails are received with in 2 - 9 days with in national. I won't get my money back and either will receive any seeds. I want to bring awareness please think carefully before placing order with Farmers Lab seeds Canada. This is a simple service that does landing pages pretty well. I have been very happy with their level of functionality for a very low price which is: free for most of the functionality. So if you need to whip up a quick landing page than this is definitely a place to go and while it may not be super robust and have all the other things a platform like WordPress has, it still gets the job done. Also it offers some level of tracking so it's pretty helpful when you're just getting started and want to have a landing page up. I read their guide about conversions and info marketing which was pretty good and comprehensive.

Purchased a landing page from Unbounce through themeforest. The purchase I made said nothing about needing a membership with Unbounce in order to use it. Paid $19 bucks for a landing page that I cannot use unless I fork over $49/month(at the very least) to use it. Oh wait, there's a 30-day free trial though SMFH. These sites shouldn't be able to hide the fine print the way they do!

I find that on yeswellness, most of the items I want are cheaper on their website than elsewhere, plus they have a lower threshold for free shipping ($39), so yeswellness has been my choice 4 times now. The first time I ordered was in 2019, pre-pandemic. What I wanted was cheaper at yeswellness, including shipping, than anywhere else. I had no problems with ordering, payment, or delivery. The second time I ordered (also pre-pandemic), they had promotions on, and with a coupon my order actually came to $0.00. They shipped it out and it arrived with a free bonus item! The third time I ordered from yeswellness.com was 2020, just before COVID-19 lockdowns. The vitamins I wanted were cheapest here, and still came to less than anywhere else with shipping. They were glass bottles but were very well-packed in bubble-wrap, and arrived with no issues. The fourth time was in December 2020, so during pandemic. The item I wanted is something I use all the time, and if I ordered a certain quantity, I would get free shipping from yeswellness. Their price was much cheaper than other sites I usually buy from, so I bought the required quantity to get the free shipping. I spent as much as I would have at another site, but essentially got an extra bottle for the same money. Yeswellness generally seems to take 3 business days to ship with Canada Post, but all my items have arrived safe and sound, and sensibly packed. Had I read the negative reviews on this website first, I wouldn't have gone with yeswellness. But I didn't read them first, and I can't say that I've had anything but satisfactory experiences shopping with yeswellness, if 4 out of 4 counts for anything.

Doesn't cater to my business at all, they put you in groups and have people who know nothing about my industry and have them try to advise me on how to run it. They purposely drag things out so you have to pay more money to continue. When I walked away they sent me to collections rather than just call me and send an invoice.

In a recent cruise with friends we were advised that we couldn't board with only FL Enhanced License'. Canada doesn't"recognize them" unless it is a State that touches their boarder. Although our friends were out $4500. 00 and couldn't board the Holland America Agents helped them find a place to stay in Seattle until they could fly home on Monday. The Agent was very sympathetic but had to enforce the laws.

Like the smaller old style ships. Please take a warning, however, that all cruises operate on Maritime Law. Holland is better than most, but if for some reason Holland decides to change the stops or anything else, you will have no legal recourse as cruiselines operate under Maritime law, which is no law! Still I have been on 8 or 9 cruises, all on Holland and have enjoyed them all, even the one where we got caught in a vicious tropical storm!

I was persuaded to use the trailer, rather than cubes. Use the Cubes! My section was broken into behind the board they put in place - it was opened to put freight in at various points so this is easily done - my furniture was broken, and Moving Staffers will not insure your breakages in a trailer: they make you decline coverage. In effect, Moving Staffers and U-pack are one company but the line between them makes for deniability on damages. I was told I could not get a different company to load the trailer - only Moving Staffers. With a Cube you can use anyone. Dont use the trailer!

I am stating outright here I would NEVER fly this airline again. Anybody wanting to fly this airline because of cheaper tickets, think again. Email response takes 48 hours if you are lucky. If you get a response, it is usually standard reply with hardly any coherent answers. We booked 2 Business Class tickets Auckland - Guangzhou - Amsterdam - Oslo RETURN, 11 August - 8 Sept. On the return trip from Amsterdam to Guangzhou, we were downgraded from business class to economy. We didnt find out until we checked in at the airport. The airline said that they have a problem with the plane which was scheduled. So they have to use a smaller plane, which has fewer business class seats. We were given a letter stating that we should pass on the letter to our travel agent, which is EXPEDIA, to claim the refund from the airline. So we sent the letter to EXPEDIA. We got the standard robotic email replies - we will call you in 24 or 48 hours, which they never did ( they claimed they call, but there is no notification on my phone of calls). Finally, after a month, an email from Expedia to say that the airline had responded saying that they wont refund because the ticket status is USED... and that we have used their services. The services here was the economy seat and food. How ridiculous is that. Of course the ticket is USED! The airline put us on the plane, in the economy seats because they have got a problem with their scheduled plane! Finally a call from Expedia ( after I told them I will take them to Commerce Commission, Disputes Tribunal, and expose this thru social media). Expedia said that they will offer a laughable $xxx as a gesture of goodwill. I declined the offer as it was ridiculous amount. I intend to pursue the refund thru every means and Avenue. So if anybody is thinking of using China Southern Airline or Expedia, think twice. It is not worth the hassle, for a few dollars cheaper ticket.

Below is a explanatory letter I wrote to the travel agent I booked the flight with. They were extremele good, which in a way proofs that my complaint was legitimate. They refunded to me the amount they made out of the deal, partially compensating me for my losses. The airline concerned was China Southern Airlines, flights CZ 306,307,308 and CZ 335. On my return flight from Amsterdam to Auckland I could get only the first boarding pass from Amsterdam to Guangzhou and was told, the second boarding pass would be waiting for me in Guangzhou. That boarding pass was handed to me by the pass control at the airport in Guangzhou. However, the seat was number R44D, a seat in economy class, while I had booked and paid for Premium Economy. I questioned the allocation and the stewardess referred me to the head stewardess who referred me to an administrator from outside the plane. Unfortunately the command of English language of the administrator was very limited, so he was either unable or unwilling to give an explanation why I was not offered the seat I had paid for. The plane certainly had a premium economy section. All he was explaining was, that it is not his fault and I need to complain to the ticket issuer in Amsterdam. I wasn't concerned whose fault it was. I only wanted my premium economy seat with more leg room as I am 66 years old and have severe leg problems in the small economy class seats. The unpleasant conversation ended in an ultimatum by the administrator to me, either to leave the aircraft or to accept that seat on offer. I accepted the seat under protest. Could you please be so kind to pass on my letter to China Southern Airlines with the request to reimburse the difference between Premium economy I paid for and the economy seat I was offered. What makes the whole issue particular galling is the fact, that I changed my initial booking with China Southern Airlines. I had overlooked that the flight via Beijing was economy only for the last flight, Beijing to Auckland. Given my leg problems I paid the penalty for changing the flight to Guangzhou to ensure I would fly all the way premium economy only to end up in a situation I desperately tried to avoid. While writing on my experience with China Southern Airlines, I would like to bring to the attention of the company other deficiencies. I had requested Asian Vegetarian meals for my flights, but was offered a vegetarian meal only on the first flight. The other three flights I was offered meat dishes and only after pointing out the fact, I had booked Asian Vegetarian, I was offered an alternative, usually "vegan"which I don't like but had to accept in the circumstances. There were also problems with the onboard entertainment systems. Only on the first flight everything worked. On the three remaining flights I wasn't able to operate the touch screens and on the advise of the stewardesses I used the controls in the armrest. However, even with the assistance of the stewardesses I was not able to watch any movie. All in all, I must say, a very disappointing first experience with this airline

There are plenty of reviews about them on the Internet on trustpilot, complaintboard or quora, for example My situation is very similar, I have started an application with them for a PR. Immigrating to Canada has been a shared dream of me and my partner for a long time, the company exploited that to make us pay the first fee of 29 USD for starting the application. After a few days they called me, congratulated me on my eligibility, told me I have to start an application for study visa (even though I already have sufficient educational background and my current employer has an office in Canada and would be willing to employ me there) asked to pay 1700 USD. The person introduced themselves as Alice Walker. She said that the payment has to happen immediately on the call with her, right after signing a retainer agreement (attached). She also said that they only have 40 minutes per customer and that is my only chance, i. E. I would not be able to read the agreement first, think everything through and then return the signed agreement and pay, she also mentioned that the applications for this year are closed and so I have to hurry - everything had to happen right there on the call. In other words, I have been pressured into signing the agreement and paying. Due to COVID, it was allowed to pay only half of the sum - 850 USD, which I have payed. Immediately after getting off the call, I have contacted them, saying I wish to get a refund on this payment. To date, they have offered to give me back 170 USD if I sign the refund agreement in which I would agree to be silent and have no complaints against them and provide them with my credit card information, as well as my passport data.

The booster end seems well-made but the tube that collects the solvents is as budget as it gets - almost an afterthought. There are actually two pieces of tubing that act as spacers to the un-drilled collection cups inside the tube.

5 stars for delivery and both kits were accurate to their descriptions. I used for 2 different form 1 projects and the results are pretty mediocre performance. Machining is great, design is just poor for non solvent trap cleaning applications. The modular ones look fantastic but perform exceptionally poorly. Way too much material so crazy heavy and internal volume is consumed with excessive thickness everywhere. By excessive I mean 3x thicker than it should be for stainless or Ti. I can machine internals in place of the pressed stainless cups for one (those are poor by design for a pistol application other than 22) but the modular there is no fixing. So I wasted a stamp on the modular one with the cups that screw together. You could make a decent flash can out of it but that design is poor for anything else. I bored to. 060 over projectile size and then clipped each cone with a ball nose apps half size of bore…. I did my part right. It is also a very time consuming setup indicating each piece of the modular in a 4 jaw chuck. The booster worked pretty well and I like how it was made.

I ordered a phone case on March 14th. It is now April 4th and still have not received this item. I have contacted the company on 3 separate occasions. In the policy it states after 10 days if I don't receive I am eligible for a refund. Yet here I am still with no refund and no one has even tried to contact me back. I would never order from this site ever again. Hopefully this review will stop others from ordering as well. The customer service is nonexistent and absolutley appalling that no one has even tried to reach out.

It’s ridiculous and extremely ditching service .. when i was booking the ticket they told me that if i would have to make any changes it would be of approx $400 and now your company person is asking for $761 for price fair difference and $250 penalty. And the person in call was talking like if he is doing a favour on me but not service. Is it a kind of joke? You should have told me that i should better book a one way ticket instead of wasting $1665 on a ticket and then again rescheduling it for another $950. Its not a genuine customer service at all.

I have made several attempts at trying to get access to my secured funds however the answer seems to remain tge same. Covid apparently caused the lack of competentcy within home not trustworthys management. Im sorry but I am tired of covid being the excuse for having to wait for my card. Maybe they need to address their ability to run a business before taking funds for months on end. I do not like where this relationship is headed and so far will not recommend anyone to deal with this hassle.

I applied for a card the end of January. I haven't heard anything from them yet and it is the end of April. I called in 5 times. Twice I waited on hold for over 20 min and was cut off, three times I got through after 30 min and got the runaround from the same guy! I think they may only have one guy answering the phone. Horrible service

I sent thrm an email trying to get an answer but from what Ive read of the other reviews, it doesn't look like I will get a response. I will be calling my bank in the morning to report fraud.

I hate how I didn't see any of these reviews beforehand and trying to find everything and anything to let others know that any money you spend with promo panda is money you are just donating to someone who makes s living ripping people off. Never use Zalando! They have never returned money for the returned item and I have been trying to solve it with their Customer Support for 2 months. Zalando was lying to me that money was sent but my bank never received them. Moreover, they could not even send me the confirmation of payments saying that "Unfortunately, we are not able to provide any official document with confirmation of payment." Which does make it very suspicious!. They do not even try to understand the customer when such problems happen. I wish Zalando would have better Customer Service.

Customer service is really bad, my order was delivered in parcel shop in different city (i wasnt home when driver came with order and he left the order in totally different city), they told me that it is close to my address (the place and city of parcel shop i never heard in my life), also they told me to contact PPL by myself, they can not do anything, everything is on me, when i want to ask if its possible to require order back from Zalando side, there is no such an option, I have to wait 7 days till order will be returned from parcel shop to Zalando and few more to get my money back. Im done with Zalando, anyways I returned a lot, bcs quality of products is not good.
